精氨酸激酶(Arginine kinase)是调节无脊椎动物能量代谢的重要酶,在调节无脊椎动物体内磷酸精氨酸与ATP之间的能量平衡过程中具有重要作用。甲壳动物是节肢动物门内最重要的类群之一,并具有重要的经济价值。本文综述了甲壳动物体内精氨酸激酶的分子构象、表达变化及生理功能等方面的研究进展,为深入研究甲壳动物的能量代谢调控机制提供必要的参考。另外,文中对甲壳动物精氨酸激酶的重要性和研究中存在的问题进行了讨论。  相似文献

The fine structure of the cuticle in the archiannelids Polygordius, Protodrilus, Trilobodrilus, and Diurodrilus is described. Polygordius and Protodrilus are unique with respect to the filiform microvilli penetrating through the cuticle. Basically all forms conform to the most common type of cuticular structure in the Annelida: a fibrous matrix of varying complexity penetrated by micro-villar-like cell processes. Following the ideas expressed by Lyons (1970), a hypothesis on the evolution of the cuticle within the vermiform Spiralia (e.g. Turbellaria, Nemertea, Annelida) is proposed. New data on interstitial Turbellaria and other new forms of interstitial worms suggest a morphological and functional sequence from the multiciliated epidermis of Turbellaria to the cuticularized hypodermis of Annelida.  相似文献

The structure and function of the transverse tubular system(TTS) in two types of crustacean muscle fibers are examined.Giant fibers from the barnacle,Balanus nubilus, which are gradedlycontracting, are compared with allor-none twitch fibers fromthe crab, Carcinus maenas. Both fiber types were found to havedeep sarcolemmal invaginations which serve both to increasethe fiber surface area and to kfeep the length of the tubulesshort enough for electrotonic propagation.The ultrastructureof the tubular system in both types of fiber is compared.Thesystem is better developed in Carcinus than in Balanus, butthe slow Balanus fibers do have a relatively well developedTTS and sarcoplasmic reticulum in contrast to slow vertebratefibers. The apparent high, membrane-capacitance values of crustaceanfibers are the result of investigators not taking into considerationthe large increase in surface area due to the sarcolemmal infoldings.Thetubular membranes in Carcinus fibers were found to be permselectiveto chloride ions, and could be made to swell (as confirmed byelectron microscopy) by establishing an outward gradient forchloride across them. The capacitance of the tubular membranerelative to the plasma membrane was found to increase when thetubuleswere swollen. The implication of a fiber having two spatiallyseparated, differentially permeable membranes on excitation-contractioncoupling is discussed.  相似文献

The cuticle of Ceramonema carinatum (Chromadorida: Ceramonematidae) is described and illustrated from scanning and transmission electron microscopy. Each of ca. 200 annules is composed of a single ring with eight external flat faces (plates), which are divided by longitudinal ridges formed by pairs of parallel upstanding vanes. Vanes and plates overlap those of the adjacent annules. Longitudinal ridges extend from the cephalic capsule to the tail spike. On the cephalic capsule a simple ridge extends each of the eight ridges to a position just anterior to the amphid. Cuticular plates are formed from the electron-dense cortical layer and contain lacunae filled with fine fibrils. The vanes are denser, with laminations on a central core. In the annular grooves between the plates there is an electron-lucent layer, which it is suggested, by comparison with other nematodes, is the basal layer. An epicuticle overlies the cortical plates, the vanes, and the interannular lucent layer. Cuficular structure is compared with that of other Ceramonematidae and related nematodes.  相似文献

Structure of the cuticle of Metadasynemoides cristatus (Chromadorida: Ceramonematidae) is examined by light, scanning, and transmission electron microscopy. The nematode has more than 600 annuli, and each annulus has eight cuticular plates. Eight longitudinal ridges, beginning on the cephalic capsule, extend the whole length of the body. Where a ridge traverses an annulus, it forms a complicated articulating structure of overlapping vanes. Within the electron-dense cortical layer, from which the cuticular plates are formed, there are spaces crossed by fine fibrillae, forming what have been termed "vacuoles" by light microscopists. There is an epicuticle and a continuous lucent basal layer. There appears to be no median layer. The cuticle lining of the esophagus and that forming the circum-oral ridge is of much simpler construction.  相似文献

The color change system of crustaceans is being investigatedalong a broad front. The techniques being used include physiological,pharmacological, biochemical, immunocytochemical, and ultrastructuralones. The problems investigators are seeking answers to includethe cellular bases for pigment granule translocation, the numberand specificity of the chromatophorotropic hormones responsiblefor the color changes, and the identity of the neuroregulators(neurotransmitters and neuromodulators) that control the releaseof these hormones. With respect to the cellular bases of pigmentgranule translocation, microtubules and a microtrabecular latticeare prime candidates as organelles that might be responsiblefor the pigment granule movements. Pigment dispersing and pigmentconcentrating neuropeptides have been identified. Some exhibitno specificity with respect to the chromatophore type they activate.Others show high specificity, affecting only one specific typeof chromatophore, such as the melanophore. Several putativeneuroregulator candidates have been identified as possibly havinga role in controlling chromatophorotropic hormone release. Theseinclude 5-hydroxytryptamine, dopamine, norepinephrine, octopamine,and gamma-aminobutyric acid. Some, like the first three, stimulatehormone release, whereas the latter two have inhibitory actions.  相似文献

In Crustacea, secretion of ecdysteroid molting hormones by Y-organs is regulated, at least in part, by molt-inhibiting hormone (MIH), a polypeptide neurohormone produced by neurosecretory cells of the eyestalks. This article reviews current knowledge of MIH, with particular emphasis on recent findings regarding the (a) structure of the MIH peptide and gene, (b) levels of MIH in eyestalks and hemolymph, (c) cellular mechanism of action of MIH, and (d) responsiveness of Y-organs to MIH. At least 26 MIH/MIH-like sequences have been directly determined by protein sequencing or deduced from cloned cDNA. Recent studies reveal the existence of multiple forms of MIH/MIH-like molecules among penaeids and raise the possibility that molecular polymorphism may exist more generally among MIH (type II) peptides. The hemolymphatic MIH titer has been determined for two species, a crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) and a crab (Carcinus maenas). The data are dissimilar and additional studies are needed. Composite data indicate cellular signaling pathways involving cGMP, cAMP, or both may play a role in MIH-induced suppression of ecdysteroidogenesis. Data from the two species studied in our laboratories (P. clarkii and Callinectes sapidus) strongly favor cGMP as the physiologically relevant second messenger. Ligand-binding studies show an MIH receptor exists in Y-organ plasma membranes, but the MIH receptor has not been isolated or fully characterized for any species. Such studies are critical to understanding the cellular mechanism by which MIH regulates ecdysteroidogenesis. Rates of ecdysteroid synthesis appear also to be influenced by stage-specific changes in the responsiveness of Y-organs to MIH. The changes in responsiveness result, at least in part, from changes in glandular phosphodiesterase (PDE) activity. The PDE isotype (PDE1) present in Y-organs of C. sapidus is calcium/calmodulin dependent. Thus, calcium may regulate ecdysteroidogenesis through activation of glandular PDE.  相似文献

三角湖是长江中下游地区典型的小型城市湖泊,近年来其富营养化趋势明显。2014年7月至2015年6月对湖中浮游甲壳动物群落及其影响因子进行了调查,旨在为湖泊污染防治和生态修复提供依据。在三角湖共采集浮游甲壳动物9科17属22种。浮游甲壳动物全年平均密度为(3.7±3.6)ind/L,各月密度变化范围为0.6~13.1 ind/L,夏季和秋季密度较低,密度峰值出现在2月。浮游甲壳动物全年大部分时间(5、6月除外)以桡足类及无节幼体占优势,其比例为55.2%~95.4%。浮游甲壳动物物种丰富度变化范围为6~15,平均值为10±3,夏季浮游甲壳动物物种丰富度较低。浮游甲壳动物群落Simpson指数变化范围为0.76~0.90,平均值为0.80±0.04。Pearson相关分析表明,浮游甲壳动物总密度与水深呈显著负相关(r=﹣0.636,P0.05,n=11),显示季节性的水位波动影响浮游甲壳动物密度。典范对应分析(CCA)显示,水温和透明度是影响浮游甲壳动物物种组成季节变化的主要环境因子(P0.05)。高密度的鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)、鳙(Aristichthys nobilis)放养引起的摄食压力可能是三角湖浮游甲壳动物密度较低的主要原因之一。  相似文献

甲壳动物横纹肌肌原纤维的肌丝陈列,收缩蛋白质和收缩的Ca2+依赖性调节机制与脊椎动物横纹肌有不少差异.脊椎动物横纹肌、甲壳动物快肌与慢肌的粗丝与细丝的数量比依次为1:2,1:3和1:6,肌丝阵列各异.甲壳动物粗肌丝由肌球蛋白和副肌球蛋白组成,其分子装配与脊椎动物不同.细肌丝含有肌动蛋白、原肌球蛋白和肌钙蛋白,肌钙蛋白-T分子量较高,肌钙蛋白-C仅1个Ca2+结合位点.甲壳动物横纹肌兼有细肌丝调节与粗肌丝调节.  相似文献

We describe here some of the components of the exoskeleton ofthe decapod crustacean with emphasis on the constituent proteins,including both structural and enzymatic. All four layers, butparticularly the inner three, of the exoskeletons of four brachyuranscontain high concentrations of proteins 31 kDa; the innermostmembranous layer is especially rich in such proteins. A numberof crab exoskeletal proteins resemble insect cuticle proteinsin size (Mr) and isoelectric point (pI). A further similarityis the cross reactivity of crab exoskeletal proteins with fourdifferent antibodies against cuticular proteins of two speciesof insects. One of the small Mr exoskeletal proteins in theBermuda land crab Gecarcinus lateralis has a similar distributionas a protein of similar size in the cuticle of the tobacco hornworm Manduca sexta. The partial dissolution of an old exoskeletonand formation of the two outer layers of a new exoskeleton aremajor events in readying a crustacean for the increase in sizethat occurs at each molt. Expressing both parallel and sequentialactivation of a number of genes, a single layer of epidermalcells that bounds a crustacean such as G. lateralis synthesizesspecific proteins at different stages of the intermolt cycleas the outermost epicuticle and exocuticle are formed duringproecdysis and as the endocuticle and membranous layer are formedduring metecdysis. Finally, two sets of proteinases isolatedfrom integumentary tissues of land crabs degrade the same exoskeletalproteins in vitro as are degraded in vivo during proecdysis.  相似文献

The development of the radioimmunoassay (RIA) for ecdysteroidshas permitted the sequential measurement of circulating ecdysteroidson individual organisms. In addition, used in conjunction withvarious chromatographic techniques, it has assisted in the identificationof ecdysteroids secreted by molting glands. The sensitivityof the assay has also permitted the monitoring of the rate ofsecretion of ecdysteroids by molting glands exposed to variousin vitro conditions. 运用扫描电镜和光学显微镜对观音座莲目4种(属)植物的叶角质层进行了研究。结果表明,其间存在明显共性:表皮构造均为单面气孔式,上下表皮细胞垂周壁皆呈不同程度的波状起伏,气孔器类型皆为环列型。需要指出的是观音座莲目的全部6属植物均具环列型的气孔器,这表明该特征在目一级水平上具有重要的分类学及系统学意义。同时天星蕨属的角质层特征进一步支持了将天星蕨属上升为天星蕨科的观点。  相似文献
