Karyological studies were carried out on seven Palaearctic weevils. The following chromosome numbers were found in individual species, i.e. Otiorhynchus niger (F.), Phyllobius viridearis (Laich.), Phyllobius scutellaris Redt., Phyllobius calcaratus (F.), Polydrusus cervinus (L.), and Brachyderes incanus (L.) 2n = 22, n Male = 10 + Xyp, in Lixus elegantulus (Boh.) 2n = 22, n Male = 21 + Xyp. The heterochromosomes of all the examined species form, in the first meiotic metaphase, a typical parachute bivalent.  相似文献

Karyological studies were carried out on three Armenian weevil species from the subfamily Cleoninae. The following chromosome numbers were found in individual species: 2n = 38, n Male = 18 + Xyp in Menecleonus anxius (Gyllenhal, 1824), 2n = 40, n Male = 19 + Xyp in Conorhynchus nigrivittis (Pallas, 1781) and 2n = 44, n Male = 21 + Xyp in Lixus iridis Olivier, 1807. The heterochromosomes of all the examined species form, in the first meiotic metaphase, a typical parachute bivalent.  相似文献

Three species of Chilean leaf beetles were chromosomally analyzed. The endemic Araucanomela wellingtonensis displays a male meioformula of 13 + Xyp with 2n = 28 chromosomes and an asymmetric karyotype with two large autosome pairs and 12 medium/small pairs of autosomes and sex-chromosomes, a diploid number which had not been found among the other species of the subtribe Paropsina sensu lato studied to date. Strichosa eburata presents a meioformula of 11 + Xyp, 2n = 24 chromosomes, as occurs in many species of chrysomelines belonging to different subtribes. Furthermore, Phaedon cyanopterum has a 16 + Xyp meioformula, that is 2n = 34 chromosomes, of small size mostly, also in agreement with the karyological findings obtained in all the other congeneric species so far examined. These cytogenetic data are discussed with respect to the previous ones in this subfamily and with other characters of taxonomic and evolutionary value.  相似文献

The male karyotypes of six species of the buprestid genera Sphenoptera (two species) and Acmaeoderella (four species) were studied after Ag-banding. The following karyotypes were found in individual species: n = 19-23, with predominance of 23, in Sphenoptera scovitzi Fald., 2n = 24 (22 + Xyp) in Sphenoptera mesopotamica Mars., 2n = 18 (16 + Xyr) in Acmaeoderella flavofasciata Pill. & Mitt., Acmaeoderella gibbulosa Men., Acmaeoderella boryi Brulle, Acmaeoderella vetusta Men. In Sph. scovitzi, two chromosome pairs were found to display stable argentophilous blocks. In Sph. mesopotamica, NOR-bearing is one of the large autosomal bivalents. In all species of the genus Acmaeoderella, a nucleolus-like argentophilous body is placed between the X and y chromosomes.  相似文献

本文研究了天牛科3亚科9族20种的染色体核型。在所研究的20种天牛核型中,染色体以10对为主,其性染色体决定机制以Xyp为主。这种性别决定机制被认为是最原始的形式。Xyp,是大X染色体和小y染色体形成的降落伞状(parachute-like)的二价体。在细胞减数分裂中,雄性细胞呈现单倍体数目。研究发现,20种染色体中1/2种类其雄性单倍体数目为10,并且由Xyp型性染色体的性别决定机制。生物活细胞在24 h内均能制作成核型玻片。由于不同生物种类间的核型差异显著,本文对应用核型检测方法检测和鉴定有害生物的可行性进行探讨。  相似文献

C-banded karyotypes were studied in the males of seven ladybird species from the subfamily Coccinellinae, viz. Adonia variegata (Goeze), Tythaspis sedecimpunctata (L.), Coccinella septempunctata (L.), Calvia decemguttata (L.), Calvia quatuordecimguttata (L.), Propylea quatuordecimpunctata (L.), Phyllobora vigintiduopunctata (L.). All the species, with the exception of Tythaspis sedecimpunctata (L.), possess 2n = 20, n(male) = 9 + Xy(p). Tythaspis sedecimpunctata (L.), however, has 2n = 24, n(male) = 11+Xy. The examined karyotypes show only a paracentromeric position of constitutive heterochromatin in all autosomes and the sex chromosome X, while the y heterochromosome is dot-like and wholly euchromatic. The chromosomal complements of five species of mammals, Mus musculus (Linn.), Rattus rattus rattus (Linn.), Bandicota bengalensis (Gray and Hardw.), Funambulus pennanti (Wr.) and Lepus ruficaudatus (Geoff.) were elaborated. The karyotypes of all the species were compared. The diploid number (2n) in Mus is 40, Rattus 42, Bandicota 42, Funambulus 54 and Lepus 48. An extra large X-chromosome was observed in one population of male Rattus rattus rattus (Linn.), which might have been formed as a result of duplication of the terminal segments of both the arms of the chromosomes.  相似文献

Males of Zophobas aff. confusus and Nyctobates gigas (Tenebrionidae) collected in the State of Pernambuco, Brazil, were studied through conventional staining, C-banding, silver nitrate impregnation (AgNO(3)), and the base specific fluorochromes CMA(3) and DAPI. Z. aff. confusus was found to have 2n = 20 (9+Xyp) while N. gigas exhibited 2n = 18 (8+neoXY). Large pericentromeric blocks of constitutive heterochromatin (CH) were detected throughout the autosomal complement of the two species, except in one autosomal pair of N. gigas in which no heterochromatic block was observed. The sex chromosomes of both species were almost totally heterochromatic. Double staining with CMA(3)/DA (distamycin) and DAPI/DA marked CH in Z. aff. confusus. However, DAPI staining was more intense. N. gigas was found to possess blocks of CH-positive CMA(3) and homogeneous DAPI. AgNO(3) staining also revealed differences between the two species. In Z. confusus an NOR was observed in the sexual bivalent Xyp and N. gigas was found to have an autosomal NOR.  相似文献

A list is presented containing data on chromosome numbers and sex determining mechanisms of 90 species of Argentina beetles, belonging to the families Staphylinidae (2 spp.), Meloidae (3 spp.), Elateridae (1 sp.), Coccinellidae (5 spp.), Tenebrionidae (11 spp.), Scarabaeidae (30 spp.), Cerambycidae (3 spp.), Chrysomelidae (27 spp.), Curculionidae (7 spp.) and Lampyridae (1 sp.), Asphaera t-album (Chrysomelidae) had n=10+X+6y; in Epicauta atomaria (Meloidae) individuals with 2 n=22, 21 and 20 were found.This work was supported by grants of National Research Council of Argentina (CONICET) and SUBSYT.  相似文献

Intraspecific polymorphism with regard to autosomes has been observed in Cassida syrtica, where an additional large autosome (marker chromosome) has been encountered in the diploid as well as the haploid set of chromosomes. Meiosis and mitosis of eight species of Polygonatum from Sichuan, China, were investigated. Ten bivalents (n=10) at meiosis of pollen mother cells were observed ih P. odoratum (Mill.) Druce. Meiotic observation on pollen mother cells in P. punctatum Royle ex Kunth shows 16 bivalents (n=16) at diakinesis, P. kingianum Coll. et Hemsl. 13 bivalents (n=13) at diakinesis. P. zanlanscianense Pamp. 15 bivalents (n=15) in MI, P. cirrhifolium (Wall.) Royle 28 bivalents at diakinesis. Somatic chromosomes were observed in root tip cells. The karyotype formulae are as follows: P. odoratum (Mill.) Druce K(2n)=20=4st+6sm+10m; P. cyrtonema Hua K(2n)=20=6sm+14m; P. punctatum Royle ex Kunth K(2n)=32=2t+8st+ 2sm+20m; P. kingianum Coll. et Hemsl. K(2n)=26=8st(2SAT)+14sm+4m; P. alternicirrhosum Hand.-Mzt. K(2n)=32=6st+8sm+18m(2SAT); P. zanlanscianense Pamp. K(2n)=30= 2t+6st+6sm+16m(2SAT); P. sibiricum Delar. ex Redouté K(2n)=24=2t+14st(2SAT)+6sm +2m; P. cirrhifolium (Wall.) Royle K(2n)=56=18st+10sm+28m. The karyotypes of P. punctatum, P. kingianum, P. alternicirrhosum and P. cirrhifolium are reported for the first time. Both the chromosome number and structure in our materials are certainly different from thoses in previous reports. Of numerical variation polyploidy and aneuploidy have been recorded, and aneuploidy is frequent. According to degree of asymmetry of the karyotype, the 8 species are divided into three types: 2B, 3B, 2C. The increasing asymmetry is correlated with the increasing of the chromosome number. There are no obvious differences in chromosome number and karyotype between Alternifolia Baker and Verticillate Baker. They are not two natural groups. This opinion is different from that of Therman and Suomalainen.  相似文献

Nearly 32 species of Angelica occur in China, taking up one third of total species number of the genus in the world, with 12 species in Sichuan. In the present paper karyotypes of 8 species from Sichuan are first reported with x = 11. The parameters of chromosomes of 8 species are given in Table 1 and the karyotypes are shown in Plate 1, 2. The karyotype formulae are as follows: A. valida Diels K(2n) =22=20m+2sm (Wulong Xian, alt. 1900m); A. dielsii Boiss. K(2n) =22= 18m+2smsat+2sm (Songpan Xian, alt. 3000m); A. laxifoliata Diels has 2 kinds of karyotypes in 3 populations: K(2n) =22= 18m+4sm (Hanyuan Xian, alt. 1900m) and K(2n) =22= 16m+6sm (Songpan Xian, alt. 2500m and Baoji in Shaanxi, alt. = 1500m); A. setchuensis Diels K (2n) = 22 = 16m+2smsat+4sm (Songpan Xian, alt. 2800m); A. maowenensis Yuan et Shan K(2n) =22= 16m+ 6sm (Songpan Xian, alt. 2800); A. chinghaiensis Shan ex K.T.Fu K (2n) = 4x= 44 = 36m+8sm (Songpan Xian, alt. 3500m); A. Sinensis (Oliv.)Diels K(2n) =22= 14M+8sm (Songpan Xian, alt. 2900m); A. omeiensis Yuan et Shan K (2n) = 22 = 10m+2sm+ 10st (Mt. Omei, alt. 2100m). The karyotypes of A. valida and 2 populations of A. laxifoliata belong to “1A” and those of one population of A. laxifoliata and the rest 6 species “2A”. By analysing the correlation between the karyotypic symmetry and vertical distribution of A. laxifoliata and A. chinghaiensis, it is considered that as altitude rises, the karyotypic asymmetry and ploidy increases. Comparing with the karyotypes of other species distributed in Northeastern China and Japan previously reported, the karyotype of A. valida with oblong-ovoid fruits and 1-2-pinnate leaves is most primitive and that of A. omeiensis with nearly rounded fruits and 3-ternate-pinnate leaves is most advanced in Angelica. Based on the fact that many species including the most primitive and the most advanced species are concentrated in Sichuan, it may be suggested that the center of origin and diversity of Angelica be inSichuan characterized.  相似文献

分析了葱属(Allium L.)5个种6个居群的细胞学特征。这些种是太白韭(A.prattii C.H.Wright apud Forb.et Hemsl.),该种包括两个居群(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)。居群Ⅰ:K(2n)=2x=16=9m+1m(SAT)+4sm+2st,居群Ⅱ:K(2n)=2x=16=10m+5sm+1sm(SAT);天蒜(A.paepalanthoides Airy-Shaw):K(2n)=2x=16=14m+2sm+3B;多叶韭(A.Plurifoliatum Rendle):K(2n)=2x=16=14m+2sm+1B;合被韭(A.tubiflorum Rendle):K(2n)=2x=16=12m+2m(SAT)+2sm;峨眉韭(A.omeiense Z.Y.Zhu):K(2n)=2x=22=2m+18sm+2T(SAT)。所研究的6批材料均为二倍体,除合被韭的核型为“1A”型,蛾眉韭的核型为“3A”型外,其余4批材料的核型均为“2A”型。其中峨眉韭和多叶韭的染色体数目为首次报道,天蒜和多叶韭的细胞中首次发现B染色体,并对其相互关系进行了探讨。  相似文献

In this paper the karyotypes of eleven species of Triticeae from Northeast China are reported. The karyotype formulae are as follows: Agropyron cristatum, 2n=4x=28=20m+8sm; Elytrigia repens, 2n=6x=42=34m(2SAT) + 8sm; Hordeum brevisubulatum, 2n = 4x = 28 = 20m + 8sm( 4SAT ); Roegneria nakaii, 2n = 4x = 28 = 20m + 8sm( 4SAT ); R. turczaninovii var. macrathera, 2n = 4x = 28 = 20m(2SAT ) + 8sm(2SAT ); Elymus sibiricus, 2n = 4x = 28 = 20m + 8sm ( 4SAT); E. dahuricus, 2n=6x=42=32m+10sm( 6SAT); E. excelsus, 2n=6x=42=32m+10sm( 6SAT); Leymus chinensis, 2n=4x=28=20m(4SAT) + 8sm; Roegneria ciliaris, 2n = 4x = 28 = 22m( 2SAT ) + 6sm( 2SAT ); R. kamoji, 2n= 6x = 42= 30m+ 12sm(4SAT).
