红豆草与土壤氮含量对大气二氧化碳浓度升高的响应   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在封闭的植物培养箱中,通过盆栽实验,研究了红豆草和土壤氮含量对CO2浓度增加的响应.结果表明,与正常CO2浓度(355~370 μmol·mol-1)相比,CO2浓度升高(700 μmol·mol-1),植物生物量增加25.1%(P<0.01),但植物体氮浓度降低25.3%(P<0.001),植物全氮没有显著的变化.经3个月盆栽实验后,与原始土壤相比,两种CO2浓度处理土壤全N、NO3--N和NH4+-N都有所降低,而土壤微生物氮则显著增加,这可能与植物生长有关.不同CO2浓度处理土壤NH4+-N浓度基本一致,但在高CO2浓度下,土壤NO3--N浓度显著降低,而微生物生物氮显著增加.对整个土壤-植物系统而言,盆栽实验后,整个系统全氮有少量增加,但变化不显著,特别是在高CO2浓度条件下,土壤-植物系统全氮最大,这可能与培养材料红豆草为豆科植物,而且在高CO2浓度下生物量增加,导致氮的固定量增加有关.  相似文献

Scalp distributions of median nerve SEPs were studied in normal controls and 2 patients with localized lesions of the postcentral gyrus. In controls, parieto-occipital electrodes registered N20-P27 while frontal electrodes registered P20-N27. Other small components, parieto-occipital P22 and frontal N22, were recognized in about half of the control records. The wave forms at a frontal and a parieto-occipital electrode, both distant from the central region, formed exact mirror images of each other concerning N20-(P22)-P27 and P20-(N22)-N27. Electrodes near the central region contralateral to the stimulation registered cP22-cN30 (central P22 and central N30). When the postcentral gyrus was damaged, N20/P20-P27/N27 and cP22-cN30 were eliminated and the only remaining components were a frontal negative wave (frN) and a contralateral parieto-occipital positive wave (poP). Digital nerve stimulation also evoked poP and frN in both cases. In case 2, poP coincided with P22 of the non-affected side. The following generators were proposed; N20/P20-P27/N27: area 3b, cP22-cN30: areas 1 and 2, poP/early frN (= P22/N22): area 4 at the anterior wall of the central sulcus (due to direct thalamic inputs to motor cortex), late frN: uncertain (SMA?, SII?).  相似文献

The effect of differences in nitrogen (N) availability and source on growth and nitrogen metabolism at different atmospheric CO(2) concentrations in Prosopis glandulosa and Prosopis flexuosa (native to semiarid regions of North and South America, respectively) was examined. Total biomass, allocation, N uptake, and metabolites (e.g., free NO(3)(-), soluble proteins, organic acids) were measured in seedlings grown in controlled environment chambers for 48 d at ambient (350 ppm) and elevated (650 ppm) CO(2) and fertilized with high (8.0 mmol/L) or low (0.8 mmol/L) N (N(level)), supplied at either 1 : 1 or 3 : 1 NO(3)(-) : NH(4)(+) ratios (N(source)). Responses to elevated CO(2) depended on both N(level) and N(source), with the largest effects evident at high N(level). A high NO(3)(-) : NH(4)(+) ratio stimulated growth responses to elevated CO(2) in both species when N was limiting and increased the responses of P. flexuosa at high N(level). Significant differences in N uptake and metabolites were found between species. Seedlings of both species are highly responsive to N availability and will benefit from increases in CO(2), provided that a high proportion of NO(3)- to NH(4)-N is present in the soil solution. This enhancement, in combination with responses that increase N acquisition and increases in water use efficiency typically found at elevated CO(2), may indicate that these semiarid species will be better able to cope with both nutrient and water deficits as CO(2) levels rise.  相似文献

为了解酸雨对温州三羊湿地水体氮营养盐数量的影响,本文测定了三土羊湿地水体中不同形态氮的含量,其中氨氮2.90~10.75 mg·L-1,平均538 mg·L-1、硝态氮0.16~0.44 mg·L-1,平均0.31 mg·L-1;总氮34.04~63.20 mg·L-1,平均55.75 mg·L-1和水体的pH值,6.1~6.5,平均6.4;并测算了近两年通过降水输入到三羊湿地和三羊湿地水体中不同形态氮的数量及其占湿地现有水体中各形态氮的比例,其中输入到三羊湿地氨氮、硝态氮和总氮的量分别为2.48~2.86×104 kg、2.87×104~4.96×104 kg和5.35×104~7.82×104 kg,分别占湿地水体现有量的56%~64%、11.21~19.38倍和12%~17%;直接输送到三羊湿地水体各形态氮的数量0.72×104~0.84×104 kg、0.83×104~1.44×104 kg和1.55×104~2.27×104,分别占现有量的16%~19%,3.24~5.63倍和3%~5%.结果表明,酸雨是三,羊湿地水体氮污染的主要来源之一,对三羊湿地水体富营养化产生重要影响.  相似文献

This study investigated the effects of ammonium and nitrite on ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) from an activated sludge process in laboratory-scale continuous-flow reactors. AOB communities were analyzed using specific PCR followed by denaturing gel gradient electrophoresis, cloning and sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene, and AOB populations were quantified using real-time PCR. To study the effect of ammonium, activated sludge from a sewage treatment system was enriched in four reactors receiving inorganic medium containing four different ammonium concentrations (2, 5, 10 and 30 mM NH(4) (+)-N). One of several sequence types of the Nitrosomonas oligotropha cluster predominated in the reactors with lower ammonium loads (2, 5 and 10 mM NH(4) (+)-N), whereas Nitrosomonas europaea was the dominant AOB in the reactor with the highest ammonium load (30 mM NH(4) (+)-N). The effect of nitrite was studied by enriching the enriched culture possessing both N. oligotropha and N. europaea in four reactors receiving 10-mM-ammonium inorganic medium containing four different nitrite concentrations (0, 2, 12 and 22 mM NO(2) (-)-N). Nitrosomonas oligotropha comprised the majority of AOB populations in the reactors without nitrite accumulation (0 and 2 mM NO(2) (-)-N), whereas N. europaea was in the majority in the 12- and 22-mM NO(2) (-)-N reactors, in which nitrite concentrations were 2.1-5.7 mM (30-80 mg N L(-1)).  相似文献

采用大田盆栽方法研究了硝态氮肥、铵态氮肥、酰胺态氮肥3种氮肥形态对冬小麦品种豫麦50生育中后期(拔节期、开花期、花后14 d、花后28 d)根际土壤氮转化相关微生物活性、酶活性和根际土壤NH+4离子、NO-3离子含量的影响。结果表明:随着生育期的推进,除脲酶外,氨化细菌、硝化细菌、亚硝化细菌、反硝化细菌和蛋白酶活性变化的均为"倒V"型变化特征,以花后14 d活性最强;而脲酶活性在拔节期最强,并且其活性远大于其它微生物及酶。氮肥形态对根际土壤氮素生理群及无机氮的影响不同。酰胺态氮肥促进了根际氨化细菌、反硝化细菌、脲酶、蛋白酶的活性,而硝化细菌、亚硝化细菌在硝态氮肥条件下活性较强。除拔节期外,土壤中NH+4离子在铵态氮肥处理下含量较高,NO-3离子在酰氨态氮肥处理下含量较高。因此,酰胺态氮能够促进小麦根际土壤有机氮的分解,硝态氮肥可以促进土壤中氨的转化,以利于小麦根系的吸收与利用。氮肥形态主要是通过影响土壤中氮素生理类群及酶的活性,从而影响土壤中无机氮的含量。  相似文献

采用静态箱-气相色谱法对菜地、旱地、林地、果园、水改旱土壤N2O排放特征及其相关影响因子进行研究.结果表明:不同土地利用方式下土壤N2O的排放通量在-21~435 μg·m-2·h-1之间变化,N2O年排放总量为菜地>果园>旱地>水改旱>林地,分别为447.14、313.57、167.00、124.87和7.24 mg·m-2.土壤N2O排放通量呈现明显的季节性变化,以春夏季最高,秋季次之,冬季最低,并与对应的大气及土壤温度的变化趋势基本一致.N2O排放通量与5 cm土壤温度及土壤硝态氮含量呈显著或极显著正相关,与土壤水分及土壤铵态氮含量无明显相关关系.  相似文献

Organic waste materials like crop residues, well-decomposed cow dung, composts, and other rural and urban wastes are considered highly useful resources in enhancing soil fertility and also in build-up of soil organic matter. Organic matter decomposition provides plant nutrients in soil, which in turn increases crop productivity. Availability of nutrients and nitrogen (N) and phosphorus from organic waste materials is dependent upon the nature of organic residues, climatic conditions, and soil moisture activity. Keeping these factors in view, the present investigation was undertaken to study the transformation of N from different organic waste materials in two contrasting soils from an eastern India, subtropical region. The results showed that the amounts of ammoniacal-N (NH4-N), nitrate-N (NO3-N), hydrolysable N (HL-N), and nonhydrolysable (NHL-N) were increased for up to 60 days of soil submergence and increased further with the increase (1% by weight of soil) of organic residue application. Considering the effect of various organic waste materials, it was found that the amounts of NH4-N, NO3-N, HL-N, and NHL-N were higher with the application of groundnut hull as compared to wheat straw and potato skin, which may be due to relatively narrow carbon:N ratio of groundnut (22:43) than that of wheat straw (62:84) and potato skin (71:32); however, the results showed that the release of NH4-N, NO3-N, HL-N, and NHL-N was in the order of groundnut hull > wheat straw > potato skin.  相似文献

This paper studied the distribution patterns of organic carbon (OC), total nitrogen (TN), NH4+ -N, and NO3- -N in the profiles of brown calcic soil, grey cinnamon soil, chestnut soil, and alpine meadow soil in the middle of Qilian Mountains. In all test soils, the contents of OC, TN, NH4+ -N, and NO3- -N decreased with increasing soil depth, and the accumulation and decomposition of OC and various N forms differed with soil types. The average content of OC in different soil profiles changed from 14.01 to 41.17 g x kg(-1), and was in the order of grey cinnamon soil > alpine meadow soil > chestnut soil > brown calcic soil; the average content of TN changed from 1.28 to 2.73 g x kg(-1), with a sequence of alpine meadow soil > grey cinnamon soil > chestnut soil > brown calcic soil. The C/N ratio was from 11.33 to 19.22, with the order of grey cinnamon soil > chestnut soil > alpine meadow soil > brown calcic soil. NH4+ -N content changed from 5.80 to 8.40 mg x kg(-1), and was in the order of brown calcic soil > alpine meadow soil > chestnut soil > grey cinnamon soil; NO3- -N content changed from 6.57 to 15.11 mg x kg(-1), being in the order of chestnut soil > alpine meadow soil > brown calcic soil > grey cinnamon soil. The ratio of NO3- -N to NH4+ -N was 1.00-2.69, with the sequence of grey cinnamon soil > chestnut soil > alpine meadow soil > brown calcic soil. The OC and N contents in the same soil types differed significantly with the conditions of climate, vegetation, and topography (e. g. , slope aspect and slope position). Correlation analysis showed that there were highly significant nositive correlations between OC, TN, and NH4+ -N, but these three items had no significant positive correlations with NO3- -N. Furthermore, there were highly significant positive correlations between available K, NH4+ -N, and NO3- -N and between available P and OC, significant positive correlations between available P, TN, and NH4+ -N, but no significant correlations between pH, total K, and total P and OC and N.  相似文献

The responses of Acala cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) in California to a range of applied nitrogen (N) treatments were investigated in a 5-year, multisite experiment. The experiment's goals were to identify crop growth and yield responses to applied N and provide information to better assess the utility of soil residual N estimates in improving fertilizer management. Baseline fertilizer application rates for the lowest applied N treatments were based on residual soil nitrate-N (NO3-N) levels determined on soil samples from the upper 0.6 m of the soil collected prior to spring N fertilization and within 1 week postplanting each year. Results have shown positive cotton lint yield responses to increases in applied N across the 56 to 224 kg N/ha range in only 41% (16 out of 39) of test sites. Soil NO3-N monitoring to a depth of 2.4 m in the spring (after planting) and fall (postharvest) indicate most changes in soil NO3- occur within the upper 1.2 m of soil. However, some sites (those most prone to leaching losses of soluble nutrients) also exhibited net increases in soil NO3-N in the 1.2- to 2.4-m depth zone when comparing planting time vs. postharvest data. The lack of yield responses and soil NO3-N accumulations at some sites indicate that more efforts should be put into identifying the amount of plant N requirements that can be met from residual soil N, rather than solely from fertilizer N applications.  相似文献

氮(N)素是陆地生态系统净初级生产力的重要限制因子, 土地利用类型的变化对生态系统氮循环过程有着重要的影响。采用PVC顶盖埋管原位培养的方法, 对丹江口库区清塘河流域相邻的侧柏(Platycladus orientalis)人工林、人工种植灌木林地和农田3种土地利用类型的氮素矿化和硝化作用进行了研究。结果表明, 侧柏人工林、灌木林地和农田的NH4+-N浓度(mg·kg-1)依次为1.33 ± 0.20、1.67 ± 0.17和1.62 ± 0.13, 不同土地利用类型间的NH4+-N浓度无显著性差异; 而3种土地利用类型下土壤NO3--N浓度(mg·kg-1)差异显著, 农田NO3--N浓度(9.00 ± 0.73)显著高于侧柏人工林(1.27 ± 0.18)和灌木林地(3.51 ± 0.11)。NO3--N在灌木林地和农田中分别占土壤无机氮库的67.8%和84.8%, 是土壤无机氮库的主要存在形式; 而侧柏人工林中NO3--N和NH4+-N浓度则基本相等。土壤硝化速率(mg·kg-1·30 d-1)从农田(7.13 ± 2.19)、灌木林地(2.56 ± 1.07)到侧柏人工林(0.85 ± 0.10)显著性降低。侧柏人工林、灌木林地和农田的矿化速率(mg·kg-1·30 d-1)依次为0.98 ± 0.12、2.52 ± 1.25和6.58 ± 2.29。矿化速率和硝化速率显著正相关, 但是矿化速率在不同的土地利用类型间差异不显著。培养过程中灌木林地和农田NH4+-N的消耗大于积累, 氨化速率为负值, 导致灌木林地和农田矿化速率小于硝化速率。氮素的矿化和硝化作用受土壤含水量和土壤温度的影响, 并对土壤含水量更为敏感。土壤C:N与土壤矿化和硝化速率显著负相关。研究结果表明: 土地利用类型的变化会改变土壤微环境和土壤C:N, 进而会影响到土壤氮循环过程。  相似文献

Collagen VI assembly is unique within the collagen superfamily in that the alpha 1(VI), alpha 2(VI), and alpha 3(VI) chains associate intracellularly to form triple helical monomers, and then dimers and tetramers, which are secreted from the cell. Secreted tetramers associate end-to-end to form the distinctive extracellular microfibrils that are found in virtually all connective tissues. Although the precise protein interactions involved in this process are unknown, the N-terminal globular regions, which are composed of multiple copies of von Willebrand factor type A-like domains, are likely to play a critical role in microfibril formation, because they are exposed at both ends of the tetramers. To explore the role of these subdomains in collagen VI intracellular and extracellular assembly, alpha 3(VI) cDNA expression constructs with sequential N-terminal deletions were stably transfected into SaOS-2 cells, producing cell lines that express alpha 3(VI) chains with N-terminal globular domains containing modules N9-N1, N6-N1, N5-N1, N4-N1, N3-N1, or N1, as well as the complete triple helix and C-terminal globular domain (C1-C5). All of these transfected alpha 3(VI) chains were able to associate with endogenous alpha 1(VI) and alpha 2(VI) to form collagen VI monomers, dimers, and tetramers, which were secreted. Importantly, cells that expressed alpha 3(VI) chains containing the N5 subdomain, alpha 3(VI) N9-C5, N6-C5, and N5-C5, formed microfibrils and deposited a collagen VI matrix. In contrast, cells that expressed the shorter alpha 3(VI) chains, N4-C5, N3-C5, and N1-C5, were severely compromised in their ability to form end-to-end tetramer assemblies and failed to deposit a collagen VI matrix. These data demonstrate that the alpha 3(VI) N5 module is critical for microfibril formation, thus identifying a functional role for a specific type A subdomain in collagen VI assembly.  相似文献

采用田间径流小区定位研究方法,在浙江省绍兴县选择27块农田,研究了自然降雨条件下水网平原地区7种种植类型农田N、P的径流流失特征、负荷及影响因素.结果表明: 农田径流总P(TP)、水溶态P(DP)和颗粒态P(PP)的年流失量平均分别为4.75、0.74和4.01 kg·hm-2;PP占TP的比例高于DP.径流总N(TN)、水溶态总N(DTN)、水溶态有机N(DON)、NH4+-N和NO3--N的年流失量平均分别为21.87、17.19、0.61、3.63和12.95 kg·hm-2;流失的DTN各组分以NO3--N为主,其次为NH4+-N,DON的比例较低.不同种植类型农田径流TN、DTN、DON和NO3--N的流失量由低至高依次为:休闲地<苗木地<单季晚稻农田<双季稻农田<油菜(或小麦)-单季水稻农田<小麦-早稻-晚稻农田<蔬菜地,而径流TP和PP的流失量依次为:休闲地<苗木地<单季晚稻、双季稻农田<小麦-早稻-晚稻农田<油菜(或小麦)-单季水稻农田<蔬菜地,不同种植类型间的DP流失量差异较小.N、P流失主要发生在作物生产期间,TN和TP的流失比例随作物复种指数的提高而增加.TN、DTN和NO3--N流失量主要与N肥施用量有关,土壤中NO3--N含量对TN和DTN流失量也有明显影响;农田DON的流失除与N肥施用量有关外,还受土壤全N和有机质积累的影响;NH4+-N的流失量主要与土壤NH4+-N水平有关,受N肥施用量的影响不明显;径流TP和PP的流失量受P肥施用量、土壤P积累的共同影响,而DP的流失与施P量关系不大,但与土壤全P和有效P都存在显著相关关系.  相似文献

Three new N1,N5,N10-tris(4-hydroxycinnamoyl)spermidines were isolated from a methanolic root extract of Microdesmis keayana. They were identified as N5,N10-di(p-coumaroyl)-N1-feruloylspermidine,N5-(p-coumaroyl)-N1,N10-diferuloylspermidine, and N1,N5,N10-triferuloylspermidine, and were named keayanidines A, B, and C (1-3), respectively. Their structures were established by spectral techniques(electrospray mass spectrometry, one- and two-dimensional NMR). A 4',4',4'-trimethylated derivative was prepared by methylation of keayanidine C, and the same compound was synthesized fromspermidine and 3,4-dimethoxycinnamic acid to confirm the spectral attributions of the NMR data of the natural compounds. Radical-scavenging properties of all compounds were evaluated by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical spectrophotometric assay.  相似文献

生长在空气 NH3增高下 45 d的 NOˉ3- N大叶相思植株 ,其光饱和光合速率较对照的植株高 ;而生长在空气 NH3增高下的 NH 4- N和 NH4 NO3- N的大叶相思 ,当光强在 70 0 μmol·m- 2 ·s- 1左右时 Pn 达到最大值 ,较对照植株的要高。而当光强 >70 0 μmol·m- 2·s- 1时 ,Pn 降低 ,且较生长在对照条件下的低。表明在空气 NH3增高下生长的 NH 4- N和 NH4 NO3- N植株 ,其净光合速率 Pn会受到强光抑制。空气 NH3增高并不明显改变光呼吸 ( Rd)和无光呼吸下的 CO2 补充点 (Γ* )。无论生长在何种氮源下的大叶相思 ,其最大Ru BP饱和羧化速率 ( Vcmax)和最大电子传递速率 ( Jmax)均较生长在对照植株的高 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,其叶氮含量亦较高 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,其碳氮比较对照的低。在空气 NH3增高下 ,无论何种氮源生长的大叶相思 ,其 PR和 PB明显高于对照的植株 ,表明大叶相思能从空气 NH3中摄取和同化氮 ,增加氮积累和有利于 Rubisco和电子传递组分的合成 ,增高光合速率。空气 NH3增高可能有利于 Rubisco和电子传递组分的合成 ,在较低光强下能增高光合速率。空气 NH3增高可能有利于退化生态系统的生态恢复过程中的氮积累和先锋植物的早期生长。  相似文献

利用排水采集器法结合田间原位试验,研究了夏玉米不同施肥处理对棕壤土养分淋失的影响.结果表明:在夏玉米生长期内,影响玉米田土壤水分淋溶的主要因素是大量降雨和灌溉,夏玉米生长前期的土壤淋溶水量较大,但随夏玉米生育进程的推进而递减,各处理差异也逐渐减小;与施氮肥处理相比,秸秆还田配施氮肥处理可加剧土壤水淋溶.在夏玉米生长期内,施肥处理的土壤淋溶水硝态氮浓度均呈"双峰"曲线变化趋势,而铵态氮浓度则呈先升后降的变化趋势.玉米田土壤氮素淋失以硝态氮形式为主,其累计淋失量为12.90~46.53 kg·hm-2,铵态氮的累计淋仅为1.66~5.11 kg·hm-2,两种形态氮的淋失量都随施氮量的增加而升高.秸秆还田配施氮肥处理的氮素淋失率比单施氮肥处理高6.53%~13.07%,低氮处理的氮素淋失率比高氮处理高3.66%~10.10%;玉米田土壤速效磷的累计淋失量较小,仅为0.148~0.235 kg·hm-2,而速效钾的累计淋失量较大,为7.08~13.00 kg·hm-2.在夏玉米生长后期,秸秆还田配施氮肥处理使土壤速效磷淋失量升高,并可加剧土壤速效钾的淋失,而单施氮肥处理作用不明显.  相似文献

To develop effective mucosal vaccine formulation against porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) infection, the DNA fragments encoding spike protein immunodominant region S1 and nucleocapsid N of PEDV were inserted into pPG1 (surface-displayed) or pPG2 (secretory) plasmids followed by electrotransformation into Lactobacillus casei (Lc) to yield four recombinant strains: PG1-S1, PG2-S1, PG1-N, and PG2-N. After intragastric administration, it was observed that live Lc-expressing S1 protein combined with Lc-expressing N protein could elicit much more potent mucosal and systemic immune responses than the former alone (P < 0.001), however slightly inferior to the latter alone (P > 0.05). Furthermore, the surface-displayed mixture (PG1-S1+ PG1-N) revealed stronger immunogenicity than the secretory mixture (PG2-S1+ PG2-N) as well as PEDV-neutralizing potency in vitro (P < 0.001). On 49th day after the last immunization, splenocytes were prepared from mice immunized with surface-displayed mixture, secretory mixture and negative control to be stimulated by purified N and S protein, respectively. The results of ELISA analysis showed that N protein was capable of inducing a higher level of IL-4 (P < 0.001) and IFN-γ (P < 0.001) than S1 protein in the immunized mice. Taken together, Lc-expressed N protein as molecular adjuvant or immunoenhancer was able to effectively facilitate the induction of mucosal and systemic immune responses by Lc-expressing S1 region.  相似文献

通过对澧水入湖口至目平湖的样带调查,系统研究了河口区和湖心区的水体、土壤和生物学等基本生态特征及其相关关系。结果表明:(1)水流速度从河口区至湖心区几乎呈直线下降,水深是河口区大而湖心区小,其它指标如透明度和水体营养含量(硝氮、氨氮、总氮、总磷)维持在一范围内波动的趋势。(2)湖心区土壤具有较高的有机质、氮和磷含量,而河口区(壶口)的有机质、氮和磷含量相对较低。(3)河口区不适合水生植物生长,而湖心区是植物生长繁殖的主要区域,具有较高的物种丰度、生物量和多样性指数。(4)湖心区的水文和土壤环境(如适当水流和水深,肥沃的土壤)为水生植物的生长提供了良好的条件,而河口区因水流速度太大、土壤相对贫瘠等是沉水植物无法生存和发展的主要原因。相关分析进一步表明,河口区和湖心区的水体理化特征、土壤理化特征和生物学特征存在相互作用和相互影响,而水流速度是调控生态特征变化的决定性或关键因子。  相似文献
