不同植物在水分胁迫条件下脯氨酸的累积与抗旱性的关系   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Ca植物春小麦幼苗叶片累积脯氨酸的数量随水分胁迫时间和强度递增,累积的数量与品种的抗旱性没有相关性。C_4植物玉米和高粱累积脯氨酸的数量低于小麦,但高粱多于玉米。CAM植物落地生根脯氨酸含量略有变化。旱生植物细枝岩黄芪的同化枝累积脯氨酸的数量高于中生植物钻天杨和槐的叶片,而梭梭的同化校则低于槐而高于钻天杨。表明这些植物累积脯氨酸的数量与它们的抗旱性无夫。因此似不宜用脯氨酸数量的多少作为植物抗旱性的生理指标。  相似文献

葡萄砧木耐盐性与丙二醛和脯氨酸关系的研究   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
采用水培法,对3个不同耐盐性葡萄砧木品种的1年生苗进行不同浓度的NaCl胁迫处理,研究叶片中丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)含量的变化.结果表明,在NaCl胁迫下,不同耐盐性葡萄砧木品种的MDA和Pro含量变化不同.NaCl胁迫对高抗品种ZM01-1的MDA含量影响较小,MDA含量处于一个比较稳定的水平,而其它品种的MDA变化幅度大;NaCl胁迫下Pro含量呈波动式变化,在0.1%NaCl胁迫下高抗品种ZM01-1的Pro积累少,0.3%NaCl下ZM01-1的Pro积累多.研究认为可以把MDA含量的相对稳定作为葡萄耐盐性鉴定的辅助指标,而Pro不宜作为葡萄耐盐性鉴定指标.  相似文献

Application of biochar to agricultural soils is mostly used to improve soil fertility. Experimental treatments were comprised of two factors: i) drought at two level, i.e., 80% and 40% water holding capacity (WHC) which was maintained on gravimetric basis ii) three levels of biochar i.e., control, 2 t ha-1 and 4 t ha-1 added to soil. Experimentation was done to examine potential of biochar application to enhance the growth attributes, water relations, photosynthetic pigments and antioxidants activities in maize (Zea mays L.) seedlings. Results of study revealed that biochar application increased the growth qualities (total seedlings biomass, dry weight of shoot and root, shoot length and root length). In addition; contents of photosynthetic pigments (chlorophyll a, b, a + b and a/b), water relation (relative water contents, turgor potential, osmotic potential and water potential) were improved significantly due to addition of biochar. Addition of 4 t ha-1 biochar led to significant rise activity of enzymatic antioxidant catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in leaf of maize seedling sunder drought as well as well watered circumstances. However, biochar applied at the rate 4 t ha-1 improved the all the physiological and biochemical attributes in maize seedlings under drought. From the results it was concluded that biochar application is an efficient way to alleviate adverse effect of drought stress on maize. In drought prone areas, long term impacts of biochar on production of maize and properties of soil could be recommended as upcoming shove.  相似文献

30份普通菜豆苗期抗旱性鉴定及抗旱指标的确定   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以30份普通菜豆为试验材料,采用PEG6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫处理种子和苗期盆栽自然干旱法,研究了干旱胁迫对种子发芽率、植株地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重、叶片含水量、电导率和叶绿素荧光参数等11个指标的影响,通过隶属函数法和灰色关联分析法对普通菜豆进行抗旱性和抗旱指标综合评定。结果显示,每个抗旱指标在不同材料之间都具有明显差异,说明材料之间存在明显的抗旱差异性;发芽率、地下鲜重、地上鲜重、全株鲜重、电导率和Fv/Fm的关联度均大于0.8,与综合抗旱指数的关系较为紧密,可以作为普通菜豆苗期抗旱性筛选的主要鉴定指标;鉴定出F1863、F2973、F3992和F3057抗旱性较强的普通菜豆。以上结果表明应用多抗旱指标综合分析法能很好地评价材料的抗旱性。  相似文献

The effects of the exogenous auxin——NAA, kinetin and wound on the callus formation of the cotyledon of mung bean (Phaseolus radiatus L.) with relation to the biosyntheses of endogeonous tryptophan (Trp) and IAA have been studied. The results indicate that wound plays an important role in the callus formation. The size of wounded surface is directly proportional to the proliferation of the callus tissue. The levels of free Trp and endogenous 1AA decreased in the initial period of the callus formation of mung bean cotyledon but increased in the later period. The substitution of L-Trp for NAA in the culture medium would play almost the same role in the callus proliferation. It has proposed that the exogenous phytohormones affect the biosyntheses of endogenous Trp and IAA, thereafter induce the callus formation. The wound has an important synergism with the phytohormones in this process.  相似文献

以绿豆下胚轴插条为实验材料,研究了乙烯利、ACC、AOA和AgNO,对其不定根形成的影响。结果表明:乙烯利和ACC能促进绿豆下胚轴插条的生根,最适浓度分别为50μmol/L和10μmol/L;AOA和AgNO3明显抑制不定根形成,随浓度增加,抑制作用增强。插条离体后24h内对ACC的促进作用和AOA的抑制作用敏感。插条在0-6h和18-24h用ACC处理,在0-2h和22-24h用50μmol/L乙烯利处理的生根效果好。乙烯在不定根形成的诱导期和起始晚期起促进作用。  相似文献

选用耐旱性不同的3个大麦(Hordeum sativum)品种作为研究对象, 分析干旱胁迫对其叶肉细胞叶绿体、线粒体和细胞核超微结构的影响。结果表明, 3个大麦品种在非胁迫条件下其超微结构无明显差异。遭受干旱胁迫后, 不耐旱大麦品种Moroc9-75叶片细胞核中染色质的凝聚程度高, 叶绿体变形, 外被膜出现较大程度的波浪状和膨胀, 同时基粒出现弯曲、膨胀、排列混乱的现象; 线粒体外形及膜受到破坏、内部嵴部分消失等。耐旱大麦品种HS41-1叶片细胞中染色质虽出现凝聚, 但凝聚程度低; 其叶绿体及线粒体与非胁迫条件下基本相似, 多数未见明显损伤。耐旱中等的大麦品种Martin叶片超微结构的变化则介于二者之间。因此, 干旱胁迫下叶绿体外形、基粒和基质类囊体膜结构的完整性与基粒的排列次序、染色质的凝聚度和线粒体膜及嵴的完整性与大麦的耐旱性相关, 这些特性可作为评价大麦耐旱性强弱的形态结构指标。  相似文献

Two upland rice varieties (IRAT109, IAPAR9) and one lowland rice variety (Zhenshan 97B) were planted in summer and treated with both normal (full water) and drought stress in the reproductive stage. Panicle water potential (PWP) and leaf water potential (LWP) were measured every 1.0-1.5 h over 24 h on sunny days. Both PWP and LWP of upland varieties started to decrease later, maintained a higher level and recovered more quickly than that of the lowland variety. The results show that PWP can be used as an indicator of plant water status based on the parallel daily changes, and the high correlation between PWP and LWP. Similar correlations were also observed between PWP, LWP and eight traits related to plant growth and grain yield formation. PWP seemed to be more effective for distinguishing the upland rice varieties with different drought-tolerant ability. Differences in PWP and LWP between upland and lowland rice varieties were also observed at noon even under normal water conditions, implying the incorporation of the drought-tolerant mechanism to improve the photosynthesis and yield of traditional paddy rice.  相似文献

干旱胁迫下硫营养对小麦光合色素及MDA含量的影响   总被引:17,自引:2,他引:15  
选用郑引1号(高水肥型)和陕合6号(抗旱型)2个小麦品种,通过室内盆栽试验比较了干旱及硫胁迫情况下小麦苗期功能叶片中叶绿素(Chla和Chlb)及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。采用自然渐进干旱法控制水分,每天称重。结果表明:无论在正常供水还是干旱胁迫时,供硫处理的叶绿素含量始终高于无硫处理,郑引1号的这种优势明显优于陕合6号,硫营养显示出对叶绿素含量的调节能力。干旱胁迫下,供硫处理的小麦叶片MDA含量始终低于无硫处理。两个试验结果均证实了硫营养能通过调节光合色素及MDA的含量增强作物的抗旱能力。  相似文献

以‘京农8号’红小豆为试验材料,通过盆栽试验方法,采用不同浓度(0、10、20、40和80mg·L~(-1))烯效唑浸种,测定不同水分环境(重度干旱、中度干旱和正常水分)下烯效唑浸种对红小豆生长及根系生理指标,明确干旱环境下红小豆高产优质的最佳烯效唑浸种浓度。结果显示:(1)与正常水分条件相比,干旱胁迫降低了红小豆幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)、PSⅡ潜在活性(F_v/F_0)和根系抗氧化酶活性、渗透调节物质含量,增加了叶片初始荧光(F_0)、根系MDA含量、根冠比,抑制了红小豆的生长和产量。(2)在不同水分条件下,烯效唑浸种均可有效促进红小豆根系的生长,提高根系SOD活性、POD活性、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量,增强植株抗氧化能力,降低根系MDA的积累量,从而缓解干旱胁迫对质膜的过氧化伤害。(3)烯效唑浸种提高了干旱胁迫下红小豆植株叶片叶绿素含量、F_v/F_m和F_v/F_0,降低了叶片F_0,有效促进干物质的积累,从而有助于红小豆产量构成因素和籽粒产量的提高。研究表明,适宜浓度烯效唑浸种可显著增强红小豆幼苗在干旱胁迫和正常水分环境下光合作用、抗氧化能力和渗透调节能力,有效促进红小豆植株的生长,从而提高了植株的抗旱性和产量,且以20mg·L~(-1)烯效唑浸种处理的效果最好。  相似文献

以盆栽3年生红松和西伯利亚红松为材料,设置4种水分条件,土壤含水量分别为:29%~31%(C), 22%~24%(L), 15%~17%(M)和渍水组(W),研究不同水分条件下红松和西伯利亚红松当年生针叶和往年生针叶的脯氨酸含量和叶绿素含量变化。结果表明:1)脯氨酸含量在不同叶龄和不同树种之间存在差异。红松当年生针叶叶绿素含量高于往年生针叶,而西伯利亚红松则相反。总体上西伯利亚红松的脯氨酸含量高于红松;2)2树种在渍水条件下脯氨酸含量大量积累,红松在处理后一个月即出现胁迫反应,早于西伯利亚红松。土壤含水量在 15%~17%时已对2种红松的往年生针叶产生胁迫,但对红松的胁迫程度大于西伯利亚红松;3)叶绿素积累与2种红松的耐水分胁迫能力相关性不大;4)西伯利亚红松的水分适应范围大于红松;2种红松的当年生针叶的耐水分胁迫能力均大于往年生针叶。  相似文献

以冬小麦品种8901、5-98、99-92和104等品种的幼穗和幼胚为材料,用基因枪转化含逆境诱导转录因子DREB和bar基因的质粒pBAC128F(7024bp)。经筛选与植株再生,共获得70多个转基因小麦植株及其后代株系。转基因株系经PCR分析和RNA点杂交检测,结果表明外源转录因子DREB基因已稳定整合到转基因植株及其后代株系中,并且在部分后代株系中获得了表达。叶片脯氨酸含量测定表明,有16个转基因株系的脯氨酸含量与非转基因对照相比,增加相当显著,其中10个株系的脯氨酸含量在1100μg/g以上,比对照提高了2倍多。室内抗旱模拟实验表明,转基因株系停止浇水15d后,叶片仍然表现绿色,而对照叶片则失绿、枯干;复水10d后,转基因株系恢复活力,对照则死亡。研究表明,利用逆境诱导型启动子(rd29B)来增强外源DREB基因的表达,能显著改良小麦的抗旱性。  相似文献

选用内蒙古科尔沁沙地1年生植物狗尾草(Setaria viridis)和沙米(Agriophyllum squarrosum)为材料,采用盆栽方法研究了它们在不同土壤水分处理下的光合参数和水分利用效率的日变化特征及其与环境因子的相关关系。结果表明,狗尾草和沙米的净光合速率日变化曲线在充分供水条件下均呈单峰型,在轻度干旱胁迫下均呈双峰型,而在重度干旱胁迫下分别呈双峰型和左偏单峰型。狗尾草和沙米的蒸腾速率在不同水分处理下都近似呈双峰型曲线,然而变化程度却不相同。重度干旱胁迫下,狗尾草日平均净光合速率(11.52μmol.m-2.s-1)和蒸腾速率(3.62 mmol.m-2.s-1)分别比相应充分供水处理增加7%和43%,而沙米的日平均净光合速率(7.07μmol.m-2.s-1)和蒸腾速率(5.56 mmol.m-2.s-1)则分别较相应充分供水处理降低13%和36%。重度干旱胁迫下,狗尾草水分利用效率(2.84 mmol.mol-1)比相应充分供水处理降低3.1%,而沙米水分利用效率(1.14mmol.mol-1)则较充分供水处理提高了34%。光合速率下降在充分供水条件下主要是由气孔调节,但在轻度干旱胁迫和重度干旱胁迫处理下非气孔因素调节却起到十分重要的作用。在重度干旱胁迫下,狗尾草仍具有显著高于沙米的的净光合速率和水分利用效率,这可能是其仍然能够在固定沙地分布的原因之一。  相似文献

Effects of water stress at pre-flowering stage were studied in three genotypes (RMO-40, Maru moth and CZM-32 E) of moth bean [Vigna aconitifolia (Jacq.) Marechal]. Increasing water stress progressively decreased plant water potential, leaf area, net photosynthetic rate, starch and soluble protein contents and nitrate reductase activity while contents of reducing sugars, total soluble sugar, free amino acids and free proline progressively increased. Significant genotypic differences were observed and genotype CZM-32-E displayed a better drought tolerance than other genotypes.  相似文献

以燕山地区6种花灌木1年生扦插幼苗为材料,通过盆栽试验研究干旱胁迫对其土壤含水量、叶片脱水枯死持续时间、叶片含水量、相对水分亏缺、叶保水力、叶肉质化程度和比叶面积等的影响.结果表明:(1)水分胁迫下各花灌木幼苗枯死临界点的土壤含水量依次是蚂蚱腿子>南蛇藤>孩儿拳头>木半夏>栓翅卫矛>叶底珠.(2)叶片脱水持续时间为叶底珠>栓翅卫矛>木半夏>孩儿拳头>南蛇藤>蚂蚱腿子,其叶片脱水过程中出现的暂时萎蔫、永久萎蔫、叶片开始脱落和叶片枯萎等表征在各材料间没有一定的规律.叶片含水量在水分胁迫过程中均呈下降趋势,且叶底珠和孩儿拳头的下降幅度明显;各材料的相对水分亏缺则呈明显的上升趋势,叶底珠和孩儿拳头在对照与永久萎蔫点的RWD差值(△RWD)高于其余4种材料.(3)在叶片保水力方面,栓翅卫矛和木半夏要明显强于其余4种材料,而且南蛇藤、蚂蚱腿子和栓翅卫矛与木半夏、孩儿拳头和叶底珠相比,其叶肉质化程度高,而比叶面积低.(4)根据水分胁迫下幼苗枯死临界点的土壤含水量值,6种花灌木的耐旱能力依次为:叶底珠>栓翅卫矛>木半夏>孩儿拳头>南蛇藤>蚂蚱腿子,它们的幼苗叶片维持水分平衡能力与其耐旱性关系不明显,说明它们具有不同的耐旱机理.  相似文献

This study was conducted to examine the response of date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L., cvs. Barhee and Hillali) calli to water stress. Callus derived from shoot tip explants was inoculated in liquid Murashige and Skoog medium containing 10 mg dm–3-naphthaleneacetic acid, 1.5 mg dm–3 2-isopentenyladenine, and 0 to 30 % (m/v) polyethylene glycol (PEG 8000) to examine the effect of water stress. After 2 weeks, callus growth, water content, and proline accumulation were assessed. Increasing water stress caused a progressive reduction in growth as expressed in callus fresh mass, relative growth rate, and index of tolerance. Both genotypes tested followed this general trend, however, cv. Barhee was more tolerant to drought stress than cv. Hillali. Increasing PEG concentration was also associated with a progressive reduction in water content and increased content of endogenous free proline.  相似文献
