The incorporation of 3H-proline into protein was regarded as a measure of total protein synthesis and the incorporation into hydroxyproline as indicative of collagen synthesis. Relative collagen synthesis (expressed as percent of total protein synthesized) by Sertoli and peritubular myoid cells cultured from 20-22 day old rat testis was estimated. In both secreted and cellular pools, relative collagen synthesis by Sertoli cells was significantly greater than by peritubular myoid cells. Coculture of Sertoli and myoid cells resulted in a significant increase in relative collagen synthesis when compared to monocultures of each cell type. Addition of serum to peritubular myoid cells resulted in a stronger stimulation of relative collagen production. Sertoli cell extracellular matrix inhibited relative collagen synthesis by peritubular myoid cells in the presence or absence of serum. Radioactivity into hydroxyproline as corrected per cellular DNA also showed similar results. Immunolocalization studies confirmed that both cell types synthesize type I and type IV collagens. These results indicate that stimulation of collagen synthesis observed in Sertoli-myoid cell cocultures is due to humoral interactions, rather than extracellular matrix, and Sertoli cell extracellular matrix regulates serum-induced increase in collagen synthesis by peritubular myoid cells.  相似文献

In this study we describe the collagen pattern synthesized by differentiating fetal human chondrocytes in vitro and correlate type X collagen synthesis with an intracellular increase of calcium and with matrix calcification. We show that type II collagen producing fetal human epiphyseal chondrocytes differentiate in suspension culture over agarose into hypertrophic cells in the absence of ascorbate, in contrast to chicken chondrocytes which have been shown to require ascorbate for hypertrophic differentiation. Analysis of the collagen synthesis by metabolic labeling and immunoprecipitation as well as by immunofluorescence double staining with anti type I, II or X collagen antibodies revealed that type X collagen synthesis was initiated during the third week. After 4 weeks culture over agarose we identified cells staining for both type I and X collagen, indicating further differentiation of chondrocytes to a new type of 'post-hypertrophic' cell. This cell type, descending from a type X collagen producing chondrocyte, is different from the previously described 'dedifferentiated' or 'modulated' types I and III collagen producing cell derived from a type II collagen producing chondrocyte. The appearance of type I collagen synthesis in agarose cultures was confirmed by metabolic labeling and immunoprecipitation and challenges the current view that the chondrocyte phenotype is stable in suspension cultures. An increase in the intracellular calcium concentration from 100 to 250 nM was measured about one week after onset of type X collagen synthesis. First calcium deposits were detected by alizarine red S staining in type X collagen positive cell nodules after 4 weeks, again in the absence of ascorbate. From these observations we conclude a sequence of events ultimately leading to matrix calcification in chondrocyte nodules in vitro that begins with chondrocyte hypertrophy and the initiation of type X collagen synthesis, followed by the increase of intracellular calcium, the deposition of calcium mineral, and finally by the onset of type I collagen synthesis.  相似文献

Mesenchyme cells derived from embryonic mouse limb buds were cultured at high cell density. During the first 24 h in culture, groups of mesenchyme cells condensed and formed cell contacts and specialized junctions. These condensations were the nodule primordia which gave rise to cartilage nodules. The cell contacts were lost as the mesenchyme cells in the primordia developed into cartilage nodules. The mature nodules contained chondrocytes isolated from one another by an extensive extracellular matrix consisting of cartilage type collagen fibrils and proteoglycan granules. The differentiation of the mesenchyme cells to chondrocytes was also characterized by the loss of a 240,000-MW cell surface glycoprotein and the appearance of an 80,000-MW surface protein. The addition of vitamin A to the medium on Day 1 inhibited chondrogenesis. The cells were closely packed together, and the limited extracellular space contained thick, banded collagen fibrils with no proteoglycan granules. The cells exhibited extensive areas of close membrane contact and specialized junctions. Vitamin A-treated cultures also retained the 240,000-MW surface glycoprotein and retarded the appearance of the 80,000-MW cell surface protein. The results of this study suggest that cell surface features normally present on mesenchyme cells are maintained and exaggerated by vitamin A.  相似文献

In muscle tissue, extracellular matrix proteins, together with the vasculature system, muscle-residence cells and muscle fibers, create the niche for muscle stem cells. The niche is important in controlling proliferation and directing differentiation of muscle stem cells to sustain muscle tissue. Mimicking the extracellular muscle environment improves tools exploring the behavior of primary muscle cells. Optimizing cell culture conditions to maintain muscle commitment is important in stem cell-based studies concerning toxicology screening, ex vivo skeletal muscle tissue engineering and in the enhancement of clinical efficiency. We used the muscle extracellular matrix proteins collagen type I, fibronectin, laminin, and also gelatin and Matrigel as surface coatings of tissue culture plastic to resemble the muscle extracellular matrix. Several important factors that determine myogenic commitment of the primary muscle cells were characterized by quantitative real-time RT-PCR and immunofluorescence. Adhesion of high PAX7 expressing satellite cells was improved if the cells were cultured on fibronectin or laminin coatings. Cells cultured on Matrigel and laminin coatings showed dominant integrin expression levels and exhibited an activated Wnt pathway. Under these conditions both stem cell proliferation and myogenic differentiation capacity were superior if compared to cells cultured on collagen type I, fibronectin and gelatin. In conclusion, Matrigel and laminin are the preferred coatings to sustain the proliferation and myogenic differentiation capacity of the primary porcine muscle stem cells, when cells are removed from their natural environment for in vitro culture.  相似文献

The hepatic vitamin A-storing Ito cell has been implicated as a causative cell in hepatic fibrogenesis. Using a modification of a recent method (Friedman, S. L., Roll, F. J., Boyles, J., and Bissell, D. M. (1985) Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U. S. A. 82, 8681-8685), rat Ito cells were isolated and passaged in vitro on collagen-coated plastic dishes through cell generation 40-50. The collagen synthetic phenotype for Ito cells grown on various extracellular matrices was demonstrated by immunofluorescence and quantitated by competition enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. When grown on a type I collagen matrix, Ito cells produced type IV greater than type III greater than type I collagen. When grown on a type IV collagen matrix, the cells produced relatively equal amounts of types I and III collagen. The absolute amounts of type I collagen produced were greater when cells were grown on type IV versus type I matrix. When 10(-5) M retinol was added to cell cultures, there was a uniform increase in type III collagen regardless of matrix type but a decrease in type I collagen when cells were grown on a type IV matrix and a large increase in type I collagen when cells were grown on a type I collagen matrix. The levels of cellular retinol binding protein, a key cytosolic retinol transport protein, were quantitated by high performance liquid chromatography and compared for cells grown on type I versus type IV collagen matrices. It was found that cells on a type I matrix contain 4.96 +/- 2.8 times more cellular retinol binding protein than do cells grown on a type IV matrix. In conclusion, Ito cell collagen synthesis may be altered by underlying extracellular matrix and exogenous retinol. This in vitro culture system should allow the study of regulatory factors and possible therapeutic anti-fibrogenic mediators.  相似文献

Aiming to increase the content of type 2 collagen in scaffold-free cartilage-like cell sheets prepared using human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, the effect of several kinds of additives in a chondrogenic medium was investigated. Addition of ascorbic acid 2 phosphate (VCP) at a high concentration (250 µg/ml) and type 1 atelocollagen (5 µg/ml) increased the accumulation of type 2 collagen by fourfold and twofold, respectively. On the other hand, an antioxidant, glutathione showed no such effect. The synergistic effect of VCP and type 1 atelocollagen resulted in an eightfold increase in the accumulation level of type 2 collagen. Furthermore, the gene expression level of type 2 collagen increased and that of matrix metalloproteinase-13 (MMP-13) decreased to approximately one-third of the control. The increase in type 2 collagen accumulation in the scaffold-free cartilage-like cell sheet might be due to not only the enhancement of the synthesis but also the suppression of the degradation of type 2 collagen by MMP-13.  相似文献

The effect of dexamethasone on the synthesis and degradation of type IV collagen was studied in human fibrosarcoma cells, HT-1080. A dexamethasone concentration as low as 0.1 microM markedly increased collagen synthesis in HT-1080 cells labelled with [14C]proline. The increase in type IV collagen synthesis was not specific, since total protein synthesis was also increased. Further studies indicated that part of the increase was due to an increase in the specific radioactivity of the intracellular proline pool, after dexamethasone treatment. In fact, with dexamethasone concentrations of 0.1-10 microM the relative collagen synthesis was decreased, indicating that synthesis of other protein was increased more than that of type IV collagen. This was also confirmed by measuring the relative amount of type IV collagen RNA by using recombinant plasmid cDNA specific for the human procollagen pro alpha l (IV) RNA. The results indicated that relative collagen synthesis and the relative amount of type IV collagen messenger RNA was decreased similarly, indicating that dexamethasone affected type IV collagen synthesis at the pre-translational level. The dexamethasone-induced effect on total protein and collagen synthesis was maximal after 12-24 h. Dexamethasone induced a marked accumulation of collagen into the cell layer, leading to diminished deposition of soluble collagen into the medium. Since bacterial-collagenase treatment of the cell layer drastically decreased the collagen content of the dexamethasone-treated cells, this indicates that dexamethasone caused an accumulation of collagen into the extracellular matrix of the cell layer. In contrast, the amount of fibronectin was markedly increased in the medium. Dexamethasone decreased the type IV collagen-degrading activity in HT-1080 cells. The HT-1080 cells contained glucocorticoid receptors, as demonstrated by two different methods: by a whole-cell binding assay and by using a cytosol-gel-filtration method. The number of specific binding sites was similar to that in human skin fibroblasts. In conclusion, glucocorticoids affect the metabolism of type IV collagen and fibronectin in HT-1080 cells, and, since these cells contain specific glucocorticoid receptors, the effects are apparently receptor-mediated.  相似文献

A model of organ culture of 18 day old fetal rat intestine (Quaroni, 1985) was modified and characterized in the present work with the purpose of developing an in vitro model for the study of intestinal epithelial cell behaviour. Fragments of this intestine were kept in suspension culture for 7 days and then explanted onto collagen (type I) matrix. Within a day, the fragments became anchored to the substratum and a circular monolayer grew out to about 1 cm diameter. In the fragments, an outer layer of absorptive epithelial cells came to enclose a stroma, which was polarized into a loose (mesenchymal) and a dense portion. The dense portion contained a mixture of smooth muscle cells and primitive stem-type epithelial cells ('p-cells'). After explantation, at the contact point with the matrix, the epithelium broke up and the mesenchyme grew into the matrix and anchored the fragment. The epithelial edges now became continuous with the developing monolayer. Radioautography with tritiated thymidine indicated a constant cell renewal in epithelium and monolayer apparently from foci of p-cells, a reserve population of which was seen to be sequestered among the smooth muscle cells. Activated stem cells could differentiate into three mature epithelial phenotypes, each differentiation pathway apparently being determined by the type of underlying stroma. Immunohistochemistry using gold- and fluorescein-labeled monoclonal antibodies indicated that adult differentiation-specific markers (e.g. brush border enzymes) were present in the fragment epithelium but not in the monolayer cells. On the other hand, the monolayer cells could be induced to express some of these markers by contact with mesenchymal cells or by co-culturing with fibroblastic cell lines. Matrigel substratum mixed with collagen (type I) supported the appearance in monolayer of strands positive for amino-peptidase and lactase. The model thus appears to be suitable for the in vitro study of epithelial renewal and differentiation, and it has already provided some results in this respect.  相似文献

Human embryonic stem cells have the ability to generate all cell types in the body and can potentially provide an unlimited source of cells for cell replacement therapy to treat degenerative diseases such as diabetes. Current differentiation protocols of human embryonic stem cells towards insulin producing beta cells focus on soluble molecules whereas the impact of cell-matrix interactions has been mainly unattended. In this study almost 500 different extracellular matrix protein combinations were screened to systemically identify extracellular matrix proteins that influence differentiation of human embryonic stem cells to the definitive endoderm lineage. The percentage of definitive endoderm cells after differentiation on collagen I and fibronectin was >85% and 65%, respectively. The cells on collagen I substrates displayed different morphology and gene expression during differentiation as assessed by time lapse studies compared to cells on the other tested substrates. Global gene expression analysis showed that cells differentiated on collagen I were largely similar to cells on fibronectin after completed differentiation. Collectively, the data suggest that collagen I induces a more rapid and consistent differentiation of stem cells to definitive endoderm. The results shed light on the importance of extracellular matrix proteins for differentiation and also points to a cost effective and easy method to improve differentiation.  相似文献

Rhabdomyosarcomas are known to recapitulate some of the early events in skeletal muscle embryogenesis, and cultures derived from these tumors have been extensively used to elucidate processes associated with the differentiation of primitive mesenchymal cells. These neoplasms have also provided important systems for studying different collagen types. This aspect is particularly relevant to type XIX collagen, which was originally identified from rhabdomyosarcoma cDNA clones. Although this collagen has been localized in vivo to basement membrane zones in a wide variety of tissues, including skeletal muscle, the tumor cells appear to be a unique source of its expression in vitro. We have found that one particular cell line-derived from a peritesticular embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma-produced relatively large amounts of type XIX collagen, especially in those rare instances in which these cells appear to spontaneously differentiate. To characterize this phenomenon, tumor cells were grown under conditions known to induce differentiation in normal myoblast cultures. In response to this treatment, the typical tumor cell morphology consistently and reproducibly switched from polygonal to round/spindle-shaped with the subsequent appearance of some structures resembling myotubes. Concurrently, the cultures commenced a dramatic up-regulation of type XIX collagen and skeletal muscle myosin heavy chain and alpha-actinin in a time-dependent fashion, whereas protein and mRNA levels of other matrix proteins were either decreased or unchanged. Moreover, immunocytochemical analysis revealed that only a subpopulation of the cells was responsible for the increased synthesis of type XIX collagen, alpha-actinin, and myosin, and that the same cells which stained positive for the collagen also stained positive for the muscle proteins. Taken together, the results suggested that type XIX collagen may be involved in the initial stages of skeletal muscle cell differentiation.  相似文献

Production of extracellular matrix proteins, such as type IV collagen and fibronectin, by mesangial cells contributes to progressive glomerulosclerosis. In this study, the ability of vasopressin (AVP), which causes mesangial cell proliferation and hypertrophy, to stimulate type IV collagen production by cultured human mesangial cells was examined using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. AVP induced a concentration-dependent increase in the production of type IV collagen and this effect was potently and concentration-dependently inhibited by AVP V1A receptor antagonists, including YM218. AVP also induced a concentration-dependent increase in transforming growth factor (TGF)-β secretion by human mesangial cells and this effect was inhibited by V1A receptor antagonists. Furthermore, TGF-β also induced an increase in the production of type IV collagen; the AVP-enhanced production of type IV collagen was inhibited by an anti-TGF-β antibody. These findings indicate that AVP stimulates synthesis of type IV collagen by cultured human mesangial cells through the induction of TGF-β synthesis mediated by V1A receptors; consequently, AVP contributes to glomerular remodeling and extracellular matrix accumulation observed in glomerular diseases.  相似文献

With the aim to increase type II collagen content in the scaffold-free cartilage-like cell sheet using human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, we examined the effect of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) addition to the chondrogenic medium for the cell sheet culture. The addition of EGCG (10 μM) increased the content of type II collagen 2-fold, while the addition did not markedly change the expression level of the genes encoding type II collagen and Sox 9. The reactive oxygen species level in the cells in cell sheets was thought to be too low to suppress the accumulation of type II collagen. On the other hand, the addition of EGCG markedly decreased both the matrix metalloproteinase-13 concentration in the supernatant of cell sheet culture and the type II collagen degradation activity in that supernatant. Taken together, EGCG may enhance the accumulation of type II collagen by suppressing type II collagen degradation.  相似文献

Hepatic sinusoidal Ito cells have the capacity to produce interstitial collagen types I and III as well as other matrix proteins and may be involved in hepatic fibrogenesis. Transforming growth factor beta (TGF beta) responsiveness was evaluated during in vitro cell culture, since increasing evidence suggests that this ubiquitous polypeptide can stimulate the production of collagenous proteins in a variety of cell types. TGF beta induced marked inhibition of Ito cell proliferation for cells grown on either a type I or a type IV collagen matrix. In marked contrast, the collagen synthetic response was considerably different for cells grown on a type I versus a type IV collagen matrix. When cells were grown on a type I collagen matrix, TGF beta caused a significant increase in the accumulation of collagen type I and III. When Ito cells were grown on a type IV collagen matrix, there was no stimulation of collagen production. TGF beta responsiveness was also evaluated in the setting of altered vitamin A concentrations. Freshly isolated Ito cells are engorged with vitamin A, the usual physiologic storage site for hepatic vitamin A. During in vitro culture and during in vivo fibrogenesis, Ito cells lose their vitamin A stores coincident with a transformation to a collagen-producing myofibroblast-like cell. When cultured Ito cells were grown on a type I collagen matrix and re-exposed to an increased concentration of vitamin A, the production of interstitial collagen was reduced. However, when the vitamin A-enriched Ito cells were exposed to TGF beta, the production of interstitial collagen was increased, similar to cells that had not received vitamin A.  相似文献

The extracellular matrix (ECM) regulates cell behavior through signal transduction and provides a suitable place for cell survival. As one of the major components of the extracellular matrix, type I collagen is involved in regulating cell migration, proliferation and differentiation. We present a system in which 3T3-L1 preadipocyte cells are induced for adipogenic differentiation on type I collagen coated dishes. Our previous study has found that type I collagen inhibits adipogenic differentiation via YAP activation. Here we further reveal that type I collagen inactivates autophagy by up-regulating mTOR activity via the YAP pathway. Under collagen-coating conditions, co-localization of lysosomes with mTOR was increased and the level of downstream protein p-S6K was elevated, accompanied by a decrease in the level of autophagy. Autophagy is negatively correlated with adipogenesis under type I collagen coating. Through the YAP-autophagy axis, type I collagen improves glycolipid metabolism accompanied by increased mitochondrial content, enhanced glucose uptake, reduced release of free fatty acids (FFAs) and decreased intracellular lipid accumulation. Our findings provide insight into the strategy for dealing with obesity: Type I collagen or the drugs with inhibitory effects on autophagy or YAP, have a potential to accelerate the energy metabolism of adipose tissue, so as to better maintain the homeostasis of glucose and lipids in the body, which can be used for achieving weight loss.  相似文献

Endothelial cells isolated from bovine aorta synthesize and secrete type III procollagen in culture. The procollagen, which represents the major collagenous protein in culture medium, was specifically precipitated by antibodies to bovine type III procollagen and was purified by diethyl-aminoethylcellulose chromatography. Unequivocal identification of the pepsin-treated collagen was made by direct comparison with type III collagen isolated by pepsin digestion of bovine skin, utilizing peptide cleavage patterns generated by vertebrate collagenase, CNBr, and mast cell protease. The type III collagen was hydroxylated to a high degree, having a hydroxyproline/proline ratio of 1.5:1.0. Pulse-chase studies indicated that the procollagen was not processed to procollagen intermediates or to collagen. Pepsin treatment of cell layers, followed by salt fractionation at acidic and neutral pH, produced several components which were sensitive to bacterial collagenase and which comigrated on sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with alpha A, alpha B, and type IV collagen chains purified from human placenta by similar techniques. Bovine aortic endothelial cells also secreted fibronectin and a bacterial collagenase-insensitive glycoprotein which, after reduction, had a molecular weight of 135,000 on sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (using procollagen molecular weight standards) and which was not precipitable by antibodies to cold-insoluble globulin or to alpha 2-macroglobulin. Collagen biosynthesis by these cells provides an interesting model system for studying the polarity of protein secretion and the attachment of cells to an extracellular matrix. The presence of type III collagen in the subendothelium and the specific interaction of this protein with fibronectin and platelets suggest the involvement of this collagen in thrombus formation following endothelial cell injury.  相似文献

We have previously described the occurrence, in breast and colon cancer extra-cellular matrix, of an oncofoetal form of collagen, OF/LB, able to induce an increase in cell proliferation and motility in the breast cancer cell line 8701-BC. It also caused an increased amount of type V collagen which appears to exert an anti-proliferative effect on the same cells. The aim of the present study was to investigate, at the proteomic level, the effect of OF/LB and type V collagens used as substrates for neoplastic cell growth. Due to the complexity of a whole proteomic profile, a subset of significant protein classes was used to assess variations in protein expression levels. For this study we adopted a multivariate statistical procedure that allows a global view of the variations induced by different growth conditions, when several variables have to be analyzed simultaneously. The results of this research indicate that in response to different growth substrates, chaperons and heat shock proteins contributed most to the dissimilarity in levels of expression of the selected protein spots. Moreover, we observed that different isoforms of the same protein showed independent levels of expression from one another in relation to the different collagen treatments.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to characterize the in vitro osteogenic differentiation of dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) in 2D cultures and 3D biomaterials. DPSCs, separated from dental pulp by enzymatic digestion, and isolated by magnetic cell sorting were differentiated toward osteogenic lineage on 2D surface by using an osteogenic medium. During differentiation process, DPSCs express specific bone proteins like Runx-2, Osx, OPN and OCN with a sequential expression, analogous to those occurring during osteoblast differentiation, and produce extracellular calcium deposits. In order to differentiate cells in a 3D space that mimes the physiological environment, DPSCs were cultured in two distinct bioscaffolds, Matrigel™ and Collagen sponge. With the addition of a third dimension, osteogenic differentiation and mineralized extracellular matrix production significantly improved. In particular, in Matrigel™ DPSCs differentiated with osteoblast/osteocyte characteristics and connected by gap junction, and therefore formed calcified nodules with a 3D intercellular network. Furthermore, DPSCs differentiated in collagen sponge actively secrete human type I collagen micro-fibrils and form calcified matrix containing trabecular-like structures. These neo-formed DPSCs-scaffold devices may be used in regenerative surgical applications in order to resolve pathologies and traumas characterized by critical size bone defects.Key words: dental pulp stem cell, mesenchymal stem cells, osteogenic differentiation, 3D scaffolds.  相似文献

To determine the effects of transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) on the different cell types that exist in bone, cell populations (I-IV), progressively enriched in osteoblastic cells relative to fibroblastic cells, were prepared from fetal rat calvaria using timed collagenase digestions. TGF-beta did not induce anchorage-independent growth of these cells, nor was anchorage-dependent growth stimulated in most populations studied, despite a two- to threefold increase in the synthesis of cellular proteins. In all populations the synthesis of secreted proteins increased 2-3.5-fold. In particular, collagen, fibronectin, and plasminogen activator inhibitor synthesis was stimulated. However, different degrees of stimulation of individual proteins were observed both within and between cell populations. A marked preferential stimulation of plasminogen activator inhibitor was observed in each population, together with a slight preferential stimulation of collagen; the effect on collagen expression being directed primarily at type I collagen. In contrast, the synthesis of SPARC (secreted protein acidic rich in cysteine/osteonectin was stimulated approximately two-fold by TGF-beta, but only in fibroblastic populations. Collectively, these results demonstrate that TGF-beta stimulates matrix production by bone cells and, through differential effects on individual matrix components, may also influence the nature of the matrix formed by different bone cell populations. In the presence of TGF-beta, osteoblastic cells lost their polygonal morphology and alkaline phosphatase activity was decreased, reflecting a suppression of osteoblastic features. The differential effects of TGF-beta on bone cell populations are likely to be important in bone remodeling and fracture repair.  相似文献

"Sprouting" vascular endothelial cells were used as an in vitro model system to study the progressive morphologic and biosynthetic changes associated with the formation of tubular structures. In vitro, sprouting endothelial cells formed spontaneously without the addition of any exogenous factors from cultures of cloned endothelium exhibiting a polygonal/cobblestone phenotype. These phenotypically variant endothelial cells differentiated to form associated cell networks or nodules which gradually reorganized into tubular structures. Concomitant with these morphologic changes, the biosynthesis of extracellular matrix proteins was modulated, as determined by Northern blot analysis, metabolic labeling, and immunocytochemistry. The initial sprouting phase was characterized by the induction of type I collagen synthesis and the appearance of fibronectin containing the ED-A domain, in comparison to their absence in cloned cultures displaying a stable polygonal/cobblestone phenotype. The organizational stage, where the sprouting endothelial cells assembled into tubular structures, was additionally characterized by the expression of type IV collagen. These studies demonstrate that the progression from polygonal/cobblestone to sprouting cultures, and subsequent tubular organization, involves major alterations in extracellular matrix protein expression. This developmental phenomenon, although not completely analogous to blood vessel formation in vivo, nevertheless may be helpful in understanding the role of matrix macromolecules in the angiogenic process.  相似文献
