辽宁省已知恙螨25种,分属于2科3亚科10属。本文依据四个不同地理景观区内恙螨的优势种、常见种和罕见种,对其生态地理分布作了讨论。(1)辽东山地及半岛丘陵区:有恙螨22种。其中东方纤恙螨为优势种;姬鼠纤恙螨、仓纤恙螨、林姬纤恙螨、皆貌纤恙螨、塔米新恙螨、鸡新棒恙螨等为罕见种.(2)辽河平原区:有恙螨8种。优势种为须纤恙螨;辽姬纤恙螨为罕见种。(3)辽西低山丘陵区:有恙螨8种。其中高丽新恙螨为优势种;凹邃合轮恙螨、膜嗜翼手恙螨等为罕见种。(4)黄土丘陵台地干草原区:有恙螨2种,均为常见种,其中脆弱无前恙螨数量较多。  相似文献

在详细检查了K,BM,E,P,AAU,L,KEP,BKF,BK,SING,PSU等标本馆馆藏茜草科粗叶本属Lasianthus Jack.植物标本基础上,研究了泰国产粗叶木属植物的分类学,共归并7个种名,建立3个新种,3 个新变种,1个新等级,以及8个泰国分布新记录种及8个泰国分布新记录变种,确认泰国共有粗叶木属植物52种,1亚种,12变种;讨论了易于混淆的种的界线、它们可能的亲缘关系以及识别要点。  相似文献

A taxonomic revision of the genus Lasianthus Jack. from Thailand is made based on specimens in BKF, BK, L, AAU, K, BM, E, P, KEP, SING and PSU etc. Three species and three varieties are described as new; a new combination, L. trichophlebus subsp. barbellatus ( Ridley) H. Zhu, is made; eight species and five varieties are found to represent new records to Thailand; seven species, i.e. L. brevidens Craib, L. densifolius Miq., L. incomptus Craib, L. scalaris Craib, L. penicillatus Craib, L. virgatus Craib and L. zambalensis Elmer, axe reduced to synonyms; two species, L. brevipes Craib and L. lowianus King et Gamble are moved to the genus Saprosma; the delimitation of some species is clarified. As a result, fifty-two species, one sub-species and twelve varieties are recognized in the genus Lasianthus from Thailand.  相似文献

Abstract Five new species of the ant genus Leptogenys Roger are described from Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province, China, i.e. L. huangdii sp. nov. L. pungui sp. nov. L. zhuangzii sp. nov. L.Zaozii sp. nov. L. mengzii sp. nov. A new record species for China, L. crassicornis Emery, was collected in the same area. A key based on worker caste is prepared for the 13 species known in China. Detailed figures are given for 12 species except L. peuqueti (Andre). The known Chinese species are divided into 4 species groups, i.e. L. crassicornis ‐group, L. chinensis‐ group, L diminuta ‐group, and L zhuangzii‐group.  相似文献

检视和研究了东洋界肘角广口蝇属Loxoneura Macquart(双翅目:广口蝇科)的全部种类,确认目前该属共知12种。详细记述了其中的一新种:西藏肘角广口蝇L.tibetana sp. Nov.。记载了下列5种的地理分布新记录: 大斑肘角广口蝇L. fascialis Kertesz、三带肘角广口蝇L. livida Hendel和花翅肘角广口蝇L. pictipennis (Walker) 为中国新记录种;艳丽肘角广口蝇L. decora (Fabr icius) 为马来西亚和婆罗洲的新记录种;台湾肘角广口蝇L. formosae Kertesz为印度新记录种。讨论了肘角广口蝇属的属征,并提供全部已知种类(除老挝肘角广口蝇 L. vitalisiana Frey外)的鉴别特征、分种检索表及其有关特征图。  相似文献

Morphological, behavioural and biochemical characters of 9 cosmopolitan, benthic species of the nemertean genus Lineus are used both to clarify their taxonomy and to discuss their phylogenetic relationships. Data analysis shows that all fissiparous species of Lineus collected in the world seas up to date can be placed in a single species, L. sanguineus, with three recognisable subspecies, L. s. sanguineus, L. s. nigricans and L. s. pseudolacteus. These taxa were originally described as separate species mainly according to their geographic origin under the names L. sanguineus (shores of European seas), L. socialis (Atlantic North American shores), L. vegetus (Pacific North American shores), L. pseudolacteus (shores of the English Channel) and L. nigricans (Mediterranean coasts of Italy and France). Examination of the character value matrix suggests a phylogenetic tree developing from two ancestral branches. The first branch includes the two related species L. ruber and L. viridis, the second branch the three species L. longissimus, L. lacteus and L. sanguineus. This approach to the taxonomic and phylogenetic relationships of Lineus nemertean species is in agreement with the intra- and interspecies histocompatibility data in nemerteans: (i) grafts transplanted from donors to recipients of the same species succeed and grafts transplanted from donors to recipients of different species fail; (ii) grafts are rejected more rapidly when the donor and recipient species diverged earlier in evolution and, a contrario, grafts are accepted better when the donor and recipient species have been more recently isolated.  相似文献

Five distinct new species of the genus Liparia are described, namely L. bonaespei, L. confusa, L. congesta, L. rafnioides and L. triata . Three species of Lysipomia, L. caespitosa, L. cylindrocarpa, and L. speciosa, from a tropical alpine ecosystem called páramo, are described, illustrated, and compared to related species. Notes on morphology, especially floral presentation, and general ecology are given where possible. Enzyme electrophoresis was used to examine variation at 18 gene loci in Lasthenia burkei, L. conjugens, and L. femontii. The species consist of diploid annuals restricted to vernal pools in California; a variety of data has indicated that they are closely related. Populations of the three species are similar at isozyme loci; L. conjugens and L. fremontii are most similar with a genetic identity of 0.965. Lasthenia conjugens and L. burkei are next most similar (0.934), while L. burkei and L. fremontii have an identity of 0.909. Lasthenia burkei and L. femontii each contain a different subset of the alleles found in L. conjugens. Electrophoretic data are concordant with the view that these three species are closely related, but do not support the hypothesis that L. burkei is a stabilized hybrid derivative of L. conjugens and L. fremontii because alleles unique to each of the latter two species are not combined in the former. Rather, distribution of alleles among the three species suggests two possible alternative hypotheses of evolutionary relationships. One hypothesis considers Lasthenia conjugens a hybrid derivative of L. burkei and L. fremontii while the alternative explanation views the latter two species as independent derivatives of the former. Neither of these hypotheses appears to be concordant with morphological data.  相似文献

The genusLens includes 5 taxonomic species:L. culinaris is cultivated andL. orientalis, L. odemensis, L. ervoides, andL. nigricans are wild. All the species are annual and almost exlusively selfers. The wild lentils are distributed over a large geographical area and form small disjunct populations which are composed of a small number of plants. 67Lens populations were assayed electrophoretically for 9 enzyme systems; 15 enzymic genes with 37 alleles were identified. The genetic distances (D) measured between the pairs of populations indicated a significantly greater similarity between populations belonging to the same taxonomic species. Assuming the populations represent a random sample of the variability in each of the species the genetic distances (D) between the 5 taxa were calculated. The shortest genetic distance was found betweenL. orientalis andL. culinaris. Another significant feature of the data is the apparent isolation ofL. nigricans from the other 4 species. The genetic distances between theLens species are compared to the patterns of crossability barriers between them.  相似文献

近年作者对我国南部地区松树上的散斑壳属(Lophodermium Chev.)真菌进行了调查和研究。本文报道8个种,其中椭圆散斑壳(L.ellipticum Y.R.Lin)是新种,喜马拉雅散斑壳(L.himalayense P.F.Cannon & Minter)和库曼散斑壳(L.kumaunicum Minter &M.P.Sharma)为我国新记录种,南方散斑壳(L.australe Dearn.)等5种为国内已记载种。对新种作了拉丁文、汉文描述和图解,对新记录种进行了简要记述。另外,记载了已知种的寄主新记录和地理新分布。  相似文献

Based on materials of bottom inventory trawl survey performed in summer 2008 in the western part of the Bering Sea, we show that representatives of the genus Lycodes in the summer period occur almost throughout the study water area of the sea from the sublittoral to the drop-off. The pattern of distribution and abundance of particular species depend on the depth and specific features of the hydrological regime of the given area. The most numerous species??Lycodes brevipes and L. palearis??are found in warm intermediate and in cold demersal water masses, are distributed over a vast stretch, and there form considerable concentrations. Deep-water species??L. beringi and L. concolor??are more stenothermal, occur along the narrow band of the continental slope, and are considerably inferior to stretch species in numbers. Of shallow species dwelling at depths smaller than 100 m, only L. raridens has high numbers and occurs over a considerable area in the northern part of the study area, the remaining species (L. mucosus, L. polaris, and L. turneri) are caught in small amounts at local sites. The largest sizes are in L. raridens and L. concolor, their maximum length in catches is more than 70 cm, the former species reaches maximum length in the seventh year of life, and the latter reaches maximum length in the ninth year. The smallest and slowest-growing among the studied fish is L. brevipes: its maximum length in catches does not exceed 39 cm and maximum age is 7 years.  相似文献

Enzyme electrophoresis was employed to assess genetic diversity within and divergence between Lemna disperma and Lemna gibba, sister species that have often been considered conspecific because of the few technical morphological characters distinguishing them. L. gibba is distributed widely except in Australia and New Zealand, where it is replaced by L. disperma. Allozyme data were employed to examine: (1) whether species recognition is supported by genetic divergence between accessions assigned to the two taxa, (2) whether the level of diversity in the two species supports the hypothesis that L. gibbaL. disperma are related as a progenitor–derivative species pair, and (3) whether estimates of divergence times obtained from allozymes are in general agreement with those from plastid sequences. Accessions of the two species are highly divergent at allozyme loci, with a genetic identity of 0.404, and the putative derivative species (L. disperma) has only one-third the diversity of its proposed ancestor, L. gibba. Therefore, allozyme data support the continued recognition of the two species and are concordant with the hypothesis that the species are related as progenitor and derivative. The reduced morphology of L. disperma and the allozyme data indicate that this species originated via dispersal of L. gibba or of a common ancestor of the two species. Estimated divergence times from allozymes and plastid sequences vary widely, but assuming that actual divergence was within the broad range of estimates, long distance dispersal is required to explain the present distribution of the two species.  相似文献

We present an updated worldwide phylogenetic classification of Poaceae with 11 783 species in 12 subfamilies, 7 supertribes, 54 tribes, 5 super subtribes, 109 subtribes, and 789 accepted genera. The subfamilies (in descending order based on the number of species) are Pooideae with 4126 species in 219 genera, 15 tribes, and 34 subtribes; Panicoideae with 3325 species in 242 genera, 14 tribes, and 24 subtribes; Bambusoideae with 1698 species in 136 genera, 3 tribes, and 19 subtribes; Chloridoideae with 1603 species in 121 genera, 5 tribes, and 30 subtribes; Aristidoideae with 367 species in three generaand one tribe; Danthonioideae with 292 species in 19 generaand 1 tribe; Micrairoideae with 192 species in nine generaand three tribes; Oryzoideae with 117 species in 19 genera, 4 tribes, and 2 subtribes; Arundinoideae with 36 species in 14 genera and 3 tribes; Pharoideae with 12 species in three generaand one tribe; Puelioideae with 11 species in two generaand two tribes; and the Anomochlooideae with four species in two generaand two tribes. Two new tribes and 22 new or resurrected subtribes are recognized. Forty-five new (28) and resurrected (17) genera are accepted, and 24 previously accepted genera are placed in synonymy. We also provide an updated list of all accepted genera including common synonyms, genus authors, number of species in each accepted genus, and subfamily affiliation. We propose Locajonoa, a new name and rank with a new combination, L. coerulescens. The following seven new combinations are made in Lorenzochloa: L. bomanii, L. henrardiana, L. mucronata, L. obtusa, L. orurensis, L. rigidiseta, and L. venusta.  相似文献

The fish community of the Forth estuary, Scotland, has several components — estuarine resident species, diadromus migratory species, marine and freshwater adventitious species, marine juvenile migrants using the area as a nursery, and adults of marine species with seasonal migrations. The population changes during the period 1981–1988 in six species representative of the last two categories are described here. The species are the juvenile gadoids, whiting, Merlangius merlangus (L.) and cod, Gadus morhua L., juvenile flatfish, plaice, Pleuronectes platessa L. and common dab, Limanda limanda (L.), and the adult clupeids, sprat, Sprattus sprattus (L.) and herring, Clupea harengus L.The species' population changes are described in relation to aspects of wider significance such as commercial fishing for these species in North Sea areas. In particular, the underlying decline of the juvenile cod populations since 1981 in the Forth Estuary is discussed in relation to the recent reduction in commercial fishing quotas.  相似文献

Chromosomes were examined from 13 Leptinotarsa species: L. decemlineata, L. texana, L. defecta, L. juncta, L. rubiginosa, L. haldemani, L. tumamoca, L. peninsularis, L. behrensi, L. heydeni, L. lineolata, L. typographica, and L. undecimlineata. With the exception of L. undecimlineata, which has 2n=32+XO, all other species have the basic chromosome number 2n=34+XO. Of two Labidomera species also examined, L. clivicollis has 2n=32+XO and L. suturella has 2n=30+XO. Idiograms showed that the majority of the autosomes are submetacentric. All species have a large submetacentric X chromosome. Meiotic pairings were regular with both closed and open bivalents. Chiasma frequencies varied considerably among species and even between populations. No distinct correlation was evident when chromosome numbers and chiasma frequencies were compared with host plant association and geographic distribution patterns of Leptinotarsa species.  相似文献

23 species, one subspecies and three varieties have been described or named for the pan-tropical genus Lasianthus Jack (Rubiaceae) in continental Africa. In the present revision thirteen species, five subspecies and one variety are recognized; additionally two hybrids are proposed. Of the previously named taxa, the subspecies is raised to species rank whereas two species are degraded to subspecies and variety status, respectively. Five species are synonymised including two varieties, and four are left with uncertain status, including one variety. The distribution of the genus in Africa consists of two distinct elements: one component is found in the Guineo-Congolian regional centre of endemism and one in the eastern part of Afiomontane Archipelago-like regional centre of endemism. A centre of species diversity is found in Eastern Arc Mts., where six endemic species occur together with L. laxinervis and the more widespread L. kilimandscharicus. Four of the species are strict endemics of the Uluguru Mts. In addition to the presentation of the new section: Lasianthus Sectio Membranacei, sect. nov., this revision contain two hybrids from Uluguru Mts.: L. macrocalyx × pedunculatus and L. cereifizorus × pedunculatus, and following new taxa and new combinations: L. africanus ssp. biokoensis, subsp. nov.; L. africanus ssp. mayumbensis, comb. et stat. nov.; L. kilimandscharicus ssp. glabrescens, ssp. nov.; L. kilimandscharicus ssp. glabrescens var. xanthospermus, comb. et stat. nov.; L. kilimandscharicus ssp. hirsutus, ssp. nov.; L. laxinervis, stat. nov.; L. pedunculatus ssp. angustisepalus, ssp. nov.  相似文献
