本文首次对我国5种鹅观草属Roegneria植物的核型进行了分析。5个种的染色体数目均为2n=4x=28。它们的核型是:高株鹅观草 R.altissima,2n=4x=28=26m+2sm(SAT);假花鳞草 R.anthosachnoides,2n=4x=28=22m+4sm+2sm(SAT);长芒鹅观草 R.dolichathera,2 n=4x=28=20m+6sm+2sm(SAT);林地鹅观草 R.sylva-tica,2n=4x=28=22m+4sm+2sm(SAT);多变鹅观草R.varia,2n=4x=28=20m+6sm+2sm(SAT)。它们的核型均属2A型,每种植物均有一对随体染色体。  相似文献

利用改良去壁低渗法对分布于欧美地区的桦木科(Betulaceae)桤木属(Alnus Mill.)7种植物进行染色体数目与核型分析。结果显示:所有材料染色体形态比较一致,多为由中部(m)及近中部(sm)着丝点染色体组成。意大利桤木(A.cordata)为六倍体,体细胞染色体数为2n=6x=42,核型公式为2n=6x=42=36m+6sm;绿桤木(A.viridis)为八倍体,体细胞染色体数为2n=8x=56,核型公式为2n=8x=56=46m+10sm(SAT);薄叶桤木(A.tenuifolia)、灰桤木(A.incana)、欧洲桤木(A.glutinosa)、裂叶桤木(A.sinuata)和红桤木(A.rubra)均为四倍体,体细胞染色体数均为2n=4x=28,其核型公式分别为2n=4x=28=16m(1SAT)+12sm、2n=4x=28=22m+6sm、2n=4x=28=24m+4sm、2n=4x=28=24m+4sm、2n=4x=28=26m+2sm。其中红桤木(A.rubra)的核型属于1B型,其余均为2B型。  相似文献

中国桔梗多倍体诱导与鉴定   总被引:18,自引:0,他引:18  
在离体培养条件下,比较了不同浓度、不同处理时间的秋水仙素对中国桔梗(Platycodon grandiflorus A.CD)进行染色体加倍的诱导效果。结果表明:用含0.1%秋水仙素处理40h后诱导频率可达50%,诱导效果最佳。经秋水仙素诱导后形成的多倍体植株与原二倍体植株比较,在形态上,多倍植株叶片变宽变大,叶色变深,茎变粗且节距长,气孔增大而单位叶面积气孔数目减少。对变异植株进行细胞学研究发现,体细胞中期染色体数目为2n=4x=36,而原二倍体的染色体数目为2n=2x=18,基数x=9,因此,变异植株(2n=4x=36)为四倍体。前者的核型公式为2n=4x=14m+20sm+2st,核型属于2B;后者的核型公式为2n=2x=7m+10sm+1st,核型也属于2B。检测发现有少数个体有非整倍体变异。  相似文献

Summary Crosses between male sterile L. corniculatus (2n=4x=24) and L. tenuis (2n=2x=12) plants were performed in order to verify the presence of 2n gametes in L. tenuis. All but one of the plants from these crosses had 2n=4x=24 and the L. corniculatus phenotype; this plant had 2n=2x=12 and the L. tenuis phenotype. The plants also showed good quantity of pollen at tripping, good pollen fertility and good percentage of seed setting in the backcross to L. corniculatus. On the whole, both cytological and morphological observations, showing that all but one of the plants from L. corniculatus x L. tenuis were normal tetraploids, suggest the existence of diploandrous gametes in L. tenuis. On the other hand, haploid parthenogenesis probably gave origin to the dihaploid plant 2n=2x=12.  相似文献

对18株毛花猕猴桃(Actinidia eriantha Benth.)原生质体再生植株的体细胞染色体数做了观察,其中12株为整倍体:二倍体(2n=58)和四倍体(2n=116)各6株;另外6株为混倍体,其染色体数目变化在59~203之间。还发现原生质体再生植株有丝分裂间期细胞存在多核现象,有多核细胞的共10株,细胞核数目以双核和三核较常见,最多的有7个核。对照植株为2n=2x=58,未发现多核细胞。  相似文献

Amphiploids (2n = 6x = 42) of Ae. kotschyi and Ae. biuncialis with self-compatible S. cereale were produced from F1 sterile hybrids (2n = 3x = 21) through colchicine treatment and callus tissue regeneration. The amphiploids resembled the F1 plants in overall morphology, but were larger in all respects and self-fertile. The spikelets consisted mostly of 3 well-developed florets. Selfed seeds were obtained from some colchicine-doubled sectors and callus regenerates. Most of the produced seeds were well developed. Backcrosses between amphiploids and rye (2x and 4x) resulted in obtaining (Ae. biuncialis x S. cereale amphiploid) x S. cereale hybrids via embryo culture. The BC1 plants (2n = 4x = 28 and 2n = 5x = 35, respectively) were phenotypically intermediate between the parents and vigorous in vegetative growth. Some seeds were obtained only from the 35-chromosome BC1 hybrids.  相似文献

By counting the chromosome number of root tip cells in 18 regenerated plants derived from protoplasts of Actinidia eriantha Benth., the authors found 12 euploid plants and 6 mixoploid plants. Of the 12 euploid plants, 6 were diploid (2n = 2x = 58) and the other 6 were tetraploid (2n =4x = 116). The chromosome numbers of the mixoploid plants varied from 59 to 203. Mttltinueleate phenomenon was also observed in the interphase cells of 10 protoplast-derived plants. Cells with binuclei or trinuelei were common and cells having heptanuclei were also seen occassionally. Muhinucleate phenomenon did not occur in the control, i. e., the donor plant, where the chromosome number was 2n = 2x = 58.  相似文献

Genes for winter hardiness and frost tolerance were introgressed from Festuca arundinacea into winter-sensitive Lolium multiflorum. Two partly fertile, pentaploid (2n = 5x = 35) F(1) hybrids F. arundinacea (2n = 6x = 42) x L. multiflorum (2n = 4x = 28) were generated and backcrossed twice onto L. multiflorum (2x). The backcross 1 (BC(1)) and backcross 2 (BC(2)) plants were preselected for high vigor and good fertility, and subsequently, a total of 83 BC(2) plants were selected for winter hardiness after 2 Polish winters and by simulated freezing tests. Genomic in situ hybridization (GISH) was performed on 6 winter-hardy plants selected after the first winter and shown to be significantly (P < 0.05) more frost tolerant than the L. multiflorum control. Among the analyzed BC(2) winter survivors, only diploid (2n = 2x = 14) plants were found. Five plants carried 13 intact L. multiflorum chromosomes and 1 L. multiflorum chromosome with a single introgressed F. arundinacea terminal chromosome segment. The sixth BC(2) winter survivor appeared to be Lolium without any Festuca introgression capable of detection by GISH. A combined GISH and fluorescence in situ hybridization analysis with rDNA probes of the most winter-hardy (after 2 winters) and frost-tolerant BC(2) plant revealed the location of an F. arundinacea introgression on the nonsatellite arm of L. multiflorum chromosome 2, the same chromosome location reported previously as a site for frost tolerance genes in the diploid and winter-hardy species Festuca pratensis.  相似文献

Tulipa clusiana is characterized by a highly variable phenotype. The species comprises var. chrysantha Sealy (2n=2x=24), var. stellata Regel (2n=3x=36; 2n=4x=48) and var. typica Regel (2n=2x=24; 2n=4x=48; 2n=5x=60). Several populations of these varieties were all found to exhibit remarkable uniformity in basic karyotype. A few plants had some structurally altered chromosomes otherwise unknown within the species and its allies. These chromosomes are suspected to be products of translocations. They are very long with almost median centromere. Occasional aneusomaty and polysomaty have also been observed in some plants. The evolutionary significance of these aberrations is discussed.  相似文献

All 10 chromosomes of maize (Zea mays, 2n = 2x = 20) were recovered as single additions to the haploid complement of oat (Avena sativa, 2n = 6x = 42) among F(1) plants generated from crosses involving three different lines of maize to eight different lines of oat. In vitro rescue culture of more than 4,300 immature F(1) embryos resulted in a germination frequency of 11% with recovery of 379 F(1) plantlets (8.7%) of moderately vigorous growth. Some F(1) plants were sectored with distinct chromosome constitutions among tillers of the same plant and also between root and shoot cells. Meiotic restitution facilitated development of un-reduced gametes in the F(1). Self-pollination of these partially fertile F(1) plants resulted in disomic additions (2n = 6x + 2 = 44) for maize chromosomes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 9. Maize chromosome 8 was recovered as a monosomic addition (2n = 6x + 1 = 43). Monosomic additions for maize chromosomes 5 and 10 to a haploid complement of oat (n = 3x + 1 = 22) were recovered several times among the F(1) plants. Although partially fertile, these chromosome 5 and 10 addition plants have not yet transmitted the added maize chromosome to F(2) offspring. We discuss the development and general utility of this set of oat-maize addition lines as a novel tool for maize genomics and genetics.  相似文献

Plants were regenerated from cultured excised leaf segments of monohaploid (2n=x=12) and diphaloid (2n=2x=24) potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) and a sample has been studied cytologically. In the case of monohaploids, a single leaf regeneration cycle resulted in almost total recovery of doubled monohaploid plants (2n=2x=24), whilst 50% of the plants regenerated from doubled monohaploid leaves had doubled again to the doubled double monohaploid (or homozygous tetraploid, 2n=4x=48) level. Regeneration from dihaploid leaf pieces also gave a good proportion (60%) of doubled genotypes. Very few mixoploids and very few aneuploids were found. These results, together with the general applicability of the method to a large number of potato cultivars, suggest that it can be used as a simple and reliable method of obtaining homozygous tetraploid potatoes.  相似文献

Abstract Plants of Allium monanthum Maxim., whose gender expression are usually dioecious, but rarely hermaphrodite or gynomonoecious, proved to constitute a polyploid complex, consisting of diploid, triploid, and tetraploid individuals. The basic chromosome complement of this species consists of seven metacentric or submetacentric chromosomes and one acrocentric, the latter possessing a satellite on the short arm. Thus, the karyotype formula is expressed as 7V+11 (x=8). The diploid plants (2n = 16) were confined to central Honshu, Japan. Typical female plants possessed the standard karyotype, whereas male plants were heterozygous for two kinds of translocations. The 3x plants (2n=24) are somewhat widely distributed in the areas from the Kanto to Hokuriku district in Honshu. All female triploid plants possessed the standard karyotype. The geographical distribution of 4x plants (2n=32) which express mostly a female phenotype occurred nearly throughout the whole areas investigated; they are geographically isolated from the 2x plants. A majority of 4x plants had the standard karyotype. The remaining tetraploids were of the aberrant type, 4x/51, which has five acrocentric chromosomes, and two aneuploids 4x+1 and 4x-1. Both 3x and 4x forms seem to be of autopolyploid origin. Three kinds of aberrant nucleolar chromosomes with an extra satellite or an inseried secondary constriction were found in the heterozygotes for translocations of 2x plants and also in some plants of the 3x form. These aberrant plants usually form their own homogeneous populations, but were somewhat scattered throughout the range in their distribution. Thus, these individuals are considered to have perpetuated these types of chromosome aberrations which originated in the remote past.  相似文献
