Fourteen compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol reflux extract of Asarum sieboldii Miq. var. Seoulense Nakai, including five phenanthrene derivatives (15), three isobutyl amides (68), three phenylpropanoids (911) and three lignins (1214). The structures of these compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods and by comparison with the reported spectroscopic data. Among them, compounds 6 and 11 were firstly reported from the family Aristolochiaceae, and compounds 3 and 4 were reported for the first time from the genus Asarum. Additionally, compounds 1, 2 and 8 were isolated from A. sieboldii Miq. var. Seoulense Nakai for the first time. These compounds have shown chemical relationships between A. sieboldii Miq. var. Seoulense Nakai and other species of Asarum as well as those found in the genus Aristolochia in the family Aristolochiaceae.  相似文献

Twelve compounds (112) are isolated from Jasminum lanceolarium Roxb. Among them, compounds 5, 7, 8, 11 and 12 are reported here for the first time from J. lanceolarium, and compounds 6, 9, 10 are firstly isolated from Jasminum genus. The existence of iridoids and lignanoids might be regarded as valuable chemotaxonomic markers for further classification and subdivision of the genus of Jasminum.  相似文献

One new monoterpenoid glycoside (1), together with seven known compounds, including two alkaloids (23), three phenylpropanoids (46), and two nucleosides (78) were isolated from the calyces of Physalis alkekengi var. franchetii. Their structures were elucidated by a combination of detailed spectroscopic analyses, chemical methods, and comparison with reported data. These eight compounds were isolated for the first time from the genus Physalis. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was summarized.  相似文献

The chemical investigation of Pseudoceratina sp. led to the isolation of six compounds including tyrosine brominated isoxazoline alkaloids (1 and 2), polyketide (3), and 5α,8α-epidioxysterols (46). The structures of these compounds were identified by comparison of NMR and MS spectroscopic data with those previously reported. Compounds 3–6 were isolated for the first time from sponges of the genus Pseudoceratina. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was discussed.  相似文献

Nine compounds (19) including one norisoprenoid (1), one polyol-glycoside (2), three sterols (35), three phenols (6, 8, and 9), and one fatty acid (7) were isolated from Chlamydomonas sp. KSF108. Their chemical structures were established using NMR spectroscopic techniques and compared with published data. None of the compounds have been previously reported from the genus Chlamydomonas and they may therefore serve as chemotaxonomic markers for Chlamydomonas sp. KSF108 within the genus.  相似文献

The phytochemical study of the leaves of Rhododendron amesiae (Ericaceae) led to the isolation and identification of 19 compounds, including six diterpenoids (16), six triterpenoids (712) and seven flavonoids (1319). The chemical structures of these compounds were identified by spectroscopic data, as well as by comparison with previously reported data in literature. This is the first systematic study on the chemical constituents of Rhododendron amesiae. All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 12, 14 and 15 were first isolated and reported from the genus Rhododendron and the family Ericaceae. Furthermore, the chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was discussed.  相似文献

Gnetum species have been traditionally consumed as food and used as folk medicine to treat various pathological conditions. Ten compounds including three simple phenolic compounds (13), five stilbenoids (4, 5, 810), and two C-glycosyl flavanones (6 and 7), were isolated from the stems of Gnetum macrostachyum Hook. f. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by the analysis of spectroscopy data and their comparison with the reported values. This is the first report of the isolation of compounds 14 and 69 from G. macrostachyum. Compounds 13, 6, and 7 have not been previously reported from the genus Gnetum. The C-glycosyl flavanones in G. macrostachyum can be used as chemotaxonomic markers.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation on the aerial parts of Psychotria yunnanensis led to the isolation of four norisoprenoids (1–4), one monoterpenoid (5), and eleven phenolic compounds (616). To our knowledge, all compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 2–16 were reported for the first time from the genus Psychotria. A previously undescribed secoiridoid aglycone, syrinretin (1), together with a reported secoiridoid aglycone (2), three phenylethanoids (3, 4 and 6), phenolic acid (5) and two coumarins (7 and 8) were isolated from the stem bark of Syringa reticulata (Bl.) Hara (Oleaceae). The structures were elucidated from 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data by comparison with reported literature values. Compound 1 and compounds 2, 46 and 8 were identified in the genus Syringa for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds is also discussed.  相似文献

The genus Clerodendrum Linn., originally belonging to Verbenaceae, was assigned to Lamiaceae by APG (Angiosperm Phylogeny Group) Ⅱ. Seven abietane diterpenoids (1–7) along with three anthraquinones (810) and one neolignan (11) were isolated and identified from the stems of Clerodendrum trichotomum Thunb.. Among them, compounds 4, 6 and 811 were reported from the genus Clerodendrum Linn. for the first time. Compounds 1, 3 and 7 were obtained from this species for the first time. Isolation of abietane diterpenoids from C. trichotomum could further comfirm that the genus Clerodendrum belongs to Lamiaceae rather than Verbenaceae.  相似文献

Phytochemical study of the leaves and the stem bark of Pseudospondias microcarpa (A. Rich.) Engl. afforded eight phenolic compounds: scopoletin (1), ferulic acid (2), isovitexin (3), rhoifolin (4), quercetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (5), justicialoside A (6), granduloside A (7) and pithecellobiumol B (8). The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic means including 1D and 2D NMR and MS, and by comparison with previously reported data. This is the first report on the isolation of these compounds from the genus Pseudospondias. The chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds within the family Anacardiaceae is discussed.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation of Dictamnus angustifolius led to the isolation of 14 compounds, including six furoquinoline alkaloids (16), two sesquiterpenoids (7, 8) and six flavonoids (914). The structures of these compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods and a comparison of their data with those reported in the literature. This is the first report of three furoquinoline alkaloids 13 and six flavonoids 9–14 from the genus Dictamnus and the first isolation of compounds 48 from D. angustifolius. Two new amides (1 and 2) and four known analogues (36) were isolated from the roots of Anisodus tanguticus (Maxim.) Pascher. Their structures were determined by extensive spectroscopic analyses. The absolute configuration of compound 1 was determined by comparison of the calculated optical rotation (OR) value with the experimental OR value. All known amides were isolated from the genus Anisodus for the first time, of which compounds 3, 5, and 6 were first reported from the family Solanaceae. Furthermore, the chemotaxonomic significance of these secondary metabolites is discussed.  相似文献

Seven polyhydroxylated steroidal glycosides (17) and two polyhydroxylated sterols (8, 9) were isolated and identified from the 75% ethanol extract of starfish Culcita novaeguineae which was collected in Xisha Islands of South China Sea. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data, physical and chemical evidence, MS spectrum and assisted by comparison with the reported data. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time to report compounds 16, 8 and 9 from genus Culcita. Moreover, compounds 1, 46, 8 and 9 were isolated from family Oreasteridae for the first time. Nineteen reported compounds (1–19) were obtained from the dried petioles and leaves of Aquilaria sinensis (Thymelaeacea) by phytochemical methods. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic methods. Among them, compounds 6–14 and 16 were firstly obtained from the genus Aquilaria, 2 and 3 were obtained from A. sinensis for the first time. Phytochemical study of Fallopia dentatoalata gave seventeen compounds, two sterols (8 and 10), three anthraquinones (5, 16 and 17), one chromone (13), two stilbenes (3 and 4), two amides (11 and 12), six flavonoids (1, 2, 6, 7, 14 and 15) and one fatty acid (9). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and in comparison with the reported data. Compound 11 was obtained from genus Fallopia for the first time, and all of the compounds were firstly isolated from F. dentatoalata. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was also discussed, which demonstrated the relationships between F. dentatoalata and some other species of genus Fallopia.  相似文献

A new acorane sesquiterpene (1), together with fourteen known compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Lysionotus pauciflorus Maxim. The chemical structures of the compounds were identified by physio-chemical properties and 1D-NMR, 2D-NMR, ESI-MS, IR and ECD spectra. Among them, six compounds (1, 4, 6, 7, 13, 15) were first found in the genus Lysionotus. Phytochemical investigation of the ethyl acetate extract of the aerial parts of Elytropappus rhinocerotis (L.f.) Less. led to the isolation of a coumarin (1), four flavonoids (2–5), and four labdane diterpenes (6–9). The structural characterization of the isolated compounds was based on spectroscopic data. All compounds are reported for the first time from this species and from the genus Elytropappus Cass. The isolation of labdane diterpenes and methoxylated flavones is of taxonomical significance.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation on the aerial part of Phyllodium pulchellum led to the isolation of 16 compounds including five flavonoids (15), three lignans (68), four indole alkaloids (912), and four other-type compounds (1316). Their structures were elucidated by their spectroscopic data analysis. Among them, 12 compounds (1, 2, 49, and 1114) are reported from the genus Phyllodium for the first time, while compound 14 was isolated from the Leguminosae family for the first time and compound 11 was firstly reported in the plant kingdom. Chemical investigation of the methanolic extract from the fruiting bodies of Hericium erinaceus, led to the isolation of fifty-one compounds including thirty-five ergostane-type sterols (135), fourteen aromatic compounds (3649), and two cerebrosides (50 and 51). Their structures were identified based on spectroscopic analyses and by comparison of their spectral data with those reported in literature. This is the first comprehensive low-polarity chemical investigation of H. erinaceus. Thirty-one of the compounds (68, 1135, 39, 41, and 49) were isolated for the first time from the genus Hericium and the family Hericiaceae. The chemotaxonomic relationship between H. erinaceus and other Hericium species was also discussed.  相似文献
