6-Prenylapigenin (1) and 8-prenylapegenin (2) were semi-synthesized from apigenin by nuclear prenylation. Morusin (3) was isolated from the root bark of Morus alba L. The microbial transformation studies of these three bioactive prenylated apigenin derivatives were performed using eighteen cell cultures in order to select microorganisms capable of transforming them. It was identified that Mucor hiemalis (KCTC 26779) showed the ability to metabolize the parent compounds (1–3) into three new (46) and one known (7) glucosylated derivatives with high efficiency. Their structures were established as 6-prenylapigenin 7-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (4), 8-prenylapigenin 7-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (5), morusin 5-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (6), and morusin 4′-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (7) by the spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the root of Rosa laevigata led to the isolation of sixteen phenolic compounds, including seven flavonoids (17), five condensed tannins (812), two stilbenes (13 and 14) and two benzoic acid derivatives (15 and 16). Their structures were identified as (+)-catechin (1), (+)-gallocatechin (2), (2R, 3S, 4S)-cis- leucocyanidin (3), (2R, 3S, 4S)-cis-leucofisetinidin (4), (2S, 3R, 4R)-cis- leucofisetinidin (5), dehydrodicatechin A (6), phloridzin (7), procyanidin B3 (8), fisetinidol-(4α, 8)-catechin (9), guibourtinidol- (4α, 8)-catechin (10), ent- isetinidol -(4α, 6)-catechin (11), fisetinidol-(4β, 8)-catechin (12), (Z)-3-methoxy-5-hydroxy- stilbene (13), (Z)-piceid (14), gallic acid (15) and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid- 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (16). Among them, compounds 3–7, 9–14, and 16 were isolated from R. laevigata for the first time, and compounds 3–7, 9, 10, 1214 and 16 were reported for the first time from the genus Rosa. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was summarized.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the aerial parts of Berchemiella wilsonii (Schneid.) Nakai (Rhamnaceae) led to the isolation of four flavonoids (14), three phenolic acids (57), two megastigmane derivatives (89) and one triterpene (10). The structures of these compounds were elucidated as taxifolin (1), (−)-epicatechin (2), quercetin 3-O-a-l-arabinopyranoside (3), vitexin (4), methyl p-hydroxycinnamat (5), 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (6), 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-3,6-dimethyl benzoic acid (7), (3S,5R,6R,7E,9S)-3,5,6,9-tetrahydroxy-7-en-megastigmane (8), (6S,9R)-roseoside (9) and lupeol (10) on the basis of NMR spectral data and comparison with literature values. These results are the first chemical constituent data of the genus Berchemiella, and the chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds is discussed.  相似文献

Two new compounds, one indanone (1) and one mellein (2), along with 3-hydroxy-4-methyl-1-indanone (3), griseofulvin (4), dechlorogriseofulvin (5), cytochalasin D (6) and three mellein derivatives (79) were isolated from the broth extract of the Garcinia-derived fungus Xylaria sp. PSU-G12. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. This is the first report on the isolation of indanone derivatives from the genus Xylaria. The isolated compounds were evaluated for antioxidant activity in DPPH assay.  相似文献

Two novel γ-lactone derivatives, trigoheterophines A (1) and B (2), together with four known furan derivatives (36), were isolated from the stems and leaves of Trigonostemon heterophyllus. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods and the known compounds were identified by comparing with the data reported in literature. Among them, trigoheterophines A (1) and B (2) represent an unusual type of γ-lactone derivatives, possessing 21 carbon atoms on the carbon skeleton, and known compouds (36) are rare furan derivatives in the plant kingdom with diverse long-chain hydrocarbyl groups as substituents at C-4. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their antiproliferative activities against five human cancer cell lines: HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW480 in vitro. Compounds 16 showed significant antiproliferative effects against various human cancer cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 0.28 to 12.06 μM. These findings suggest that the discoveries of these novel γ-lactone derivatives and furan derivatives with significant antiproliferative activities isolated from T. heterophyllus could be of great importance to the development of new anticancer agents.  相似文献

Sixteen compounds, including six flavonoids (16), one lignan (7), three megastigmanes (810), three triterpenoids (1113), and three benzoic acid derivatives (1416) were isolated and structurally elucidated from the pseudo-fruits of Hovenia dulcis. Their structures were analyzed by NMR spectroscopic and data comparison. Among them, compounds 4, 711, 13, 15, and 16 were isolated from the Hovenia genus for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of the isolates was also described, which revealed a relationship between H. dulcis and H. acerbar as well as other species belonging to the Rhamnaceae family.  相似文献

Ten eudesmane-type sesquiterpene derivatives (110), including six cuauhtemone derivatives (16), one di-norsesquiterpene (3-oxo-di-nor-eudesma-4-en-11-oic acid, 7), and three eudesmane glycosides (alatoside F–H, 810) were isolated from the whole plants of Laggera alata together with 12 known compounds. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis, acid hydrolysis, and compounds 1 and 7 were studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The absolute configuration of 1 was determined by the application of the modified Mosher’s method. All of the isolated eudesmane-type sesquiterpenes were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities on six human cancer cell lines, but all of the compounds were inactive on the tested cell lines in the concentration of 100 μg/mL.  相似文献

Methyl 2,3-dideoxy-DL-pent-2-enopyranosid-4-ulose (2) and 1-O-benzoyl-2,3- dideoxy-DL-pent-2-enopyranos-4-ulose (3), obtained from furfuryl alcohol, gave methyl β-DL-erythro-pentopyranosid-4-ulose (6) and 1-O-benzoyl-β-DL-erythro-pentopyranos-4-ulose (7), respectively, on cis-hydroxylation with silver chlorate- osmium tetroxide. Reduction of the isopropylidene derivatives (8 and 9) of 6 and 7 with lithium aluminium hydride and sodium borohydride, respectively, afforded DL-ribose derivatives.  相似文献

The phytochemical investigation of the dried buds of L. macranthoides Hand. -Mazz. Symb. Sin. collected in Sichuan, China resulted in the isolation of three aliphatic glycosides (13), a caffeoyl glucoside (4), a secoiridoid glycoside (5), and two caffeoylquinic acid analogs (6 and 7). Among them, compound 1 was novel and identified as n-butyl-β-d-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranoside based on the detailed spectroscopic analyses and chemical studies. Compounds 14 were isolated for the first time from Caprifoliaceae family; compounds 57 were isolated for the first time from L. macranthoides. One new derivative of ferulic acid (1), two new caffeic acid derivatives (2 and 3) and three known derivatives of caffeic acid: 6-O-(E)-caffeoyl-glucopyranose (4), (E)-caffeic acid 4-O-β-glucopyranoside (5) and 5-caffeoylquinic acid (chlorogenic acid, 6) were isolated from a butanolic fraction of extract from Telekia speciosa flowers. Moreover, the flavonol glucoside–patulitrin (7) was identified in the analyzed extract. Structures of (E)-ferulic acid 4-O-β-(6-O-2-hydroxyisovaleryl)-glucopyranoside (1), (E)-caffeic acid 4-O-β-(6-O-2-hydroxyisovaleryl)-glucopyranoside (2) and (E)-caffeic acid 4-O-β-(6-O-3-hydroxy-2-methylpropanoyl)-glucopyranoside (3) were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR, HRESIMS and other spectral analyses.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the aerial parts of Eremostachys moluccelloides Bunge led to the identification of a new diterpene, 2β,14-dihydroxy −11-formyl- 12-carboxy-13-des-isopropyl-13-hydroxymethyl-abieta-8,11,13- triene- 16(17)- lactone (1), along with the known compounds 12, 18-dicarboxy-14-hydroxy-13-des -isopropyl-13-hydroxymethyl- abieta-8,11,13-triene-16(17)-lactone (2), 5-hydroxy-3′,4′,7-trimethoxyflavone (3), 5-hydroxy-4’,7-dimethoxyflavone (4), luteolin-7-O-β-glucoside (5), verbascoside (6), luteolin 7-O-(6″-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl) -β-D-glucopyranoside (7), chlorogenic acid (8), echinacoside (9), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (10), p-coumaric acid (11), vanillic acid (12), apigenin-7-O-(6″-E-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (13), apigenin-7-O-(3″,6″-E-p-dicoumaroyl)-β-glucoside (14), lamalbide (15), 6β-hydroxy-7-epi-loganin (16), phloyoside II (17) The structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy, UV, MS and by comparison with compounds previously reported in the literature. Compounds 14, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14 have not been reported previously from any species within the genus Eremostachys. Compounds 114, 17 were obtained from this species for the first time. Morchella conica, isolated from Southwest China, was identified based on its microstructure and ITS rDNA sequence. Nine chemical constituents (19) were separated from M. conica through fermentation, and their structures were identified according to spectroscopic data and chemical evidence as follows: two unsaturated fatty acid and ester (1–2), three sterols (3–5), one aromatic carboxylic acid (6) and derivatives (7), one base (8), and chlorinated aromatic esters (9). Four new diphenyl ether derivatives, sinopestalotiollides A–D (14), one new natural α-pyrone product (11), as well as twelve known compounds (51?7), were obtained from the ethyl acetate extract of the endophytic fungus Pestalotiopsis palmarum isolated from the leaves of medicinal plant Sinomenium acutum (Thunb.) Rehd et Wils. The structures were elucidated by HR-ESI-MS and NMR spectrometry data. Bioassay experiments revealed that compounds 1–4 and 11 exhibited strong to weak cytotoxicities against three human tumor cell lines Hela, HCT116 and A549.  相似文献

Two new quinic acid derivatives (1, 2), together containing eighteen (320) known compounds, were isolated from the fruits of Chaenomeles speciosa. Spectroscopic methods and previous data retrieved from the literature were used to determine the chemical structures of the compounds. Among the compounds, quinic acid derivatives (3, 4, 6, 7), phenolic acid compounds (8, 10, 11) and catechin derivatives (18, 19, 20) were isolated for the first time from the family Chaenomeles. 8-keto-10-dehydrobromo-γ-snyderol (1), a new sesquiterpene exhibiting the unusual γ-snyderane skeleton, was isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Laurencia obtusa collected in Ajaccio (Corsica, France). (1) was isolated and fully characterized by detailed spectroscopic analysis. Six known compounds were identified after column chromatography steps using a 13C NMR based computerized method developed in our laboratory: α-snyderol (2), two rearranged derivatives of α-snyderol (3,4), 8-keto-10-dehydrobromo-β-snyderol (5), β-snyderol (6) and 8-hydroxy-β-snyderol (7).  相似文献

As a part of a project directed toward the discovery of oral antimicrobial compounds from plants, eight known compounds, oleanolic acid (1), oleanolic aldehyde (2), linoleic acid (3), linolenic acid (4), betulin (5), betulinic acid (6), 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furfural (7), and β-sitosterol were isolated from an hexane-soluble partition of a methanol extract of Thompson seedless raisins (Vitis vinifera). From an EtOAc-soluble partition rutin (8) and β-sitosterol glycoside were isolated. In an attempt to increase the resultant antimicrobial activity of oleanolic acid (1), a series of acylation and etherification reactions were performed on oleanolic acid to obtain derivatives 1a1f. All the compounds isolated and the derivatives 1a1f were evaluated for their antimicrobial activity against two oral pathogens, Streptococcus mutans and Porphyromonas gingivalis associated with caries and periodontal disease, respectively. Compounds 1, 2, 7 and 1f inhibited the growth of the test bacteria with concentrations ranging from 3.9 to 500 μg/mL. Derivative 1f showed greatly enhanced antimicrobial activity when compared with oleanolic acid (1).  相似文献

The phytochemical investigation of Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lév. Led to the isolation of 28 known compounds: 4 alkaloids (14), 1 pyranoglucoside (5), 1 benzoic acid and 5 benzoic acid derivatives (611), 10 phenylpropanoids (1221), 4 flavone glucoside derivatives (2225), 1 neolignan (26) and 2 sesquiterpenes (2728). The structures of these compounds were identified using spectroscopic methods; their nuclear magnetic resonance spectra were compared with those previously reported. This is the first report on compounds 24, 10, and 12 isolated from D. morbiferus. Compounds 5 and 26 from the genus Dendropanax and 1, 69, 11, 13, 1425, 27 and 28 from the family Araliaceae were isolated for the first time. Additionally, to the best of our knowledge, this is the first comprehensive chemical investigation of D. morbiferus stems and leaf compounds. Chemotaxonomic relationship between D. morbiferus and other Dendropanax species is also discussed.  相似文献

N-Formyllapatin A (1), a new spiroquinazoline derivative, and four known quinazoline metabolites, lapatins A (2) and B (3), prelapatin B (4), and glyantrypine (5), along with two known indolediketopiperazine derivatives, fumitremorgin B (6) and verruculogen (7), were characterized from Penicillium adametzioides AS-53, a fungus obtained from the fresh tissue of an unidentified marine sponge. The structure of compound 1 was established by detailed interpretation of NMR and MS data, and its absolute configuration was established by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. N-Formyllapatin A (1) represents the first N-formylspiroquinazoline secondary metabolite. Compounds 3 and 57 showed moderate inhibitory activity against aqua-pathogenic bacterial Vibrio harveyi.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation of the roots extract of Cichorium glandulosum led to the isolation and characterization of fourteen compounds, including five sesquiterpene lactones (15), five flavonoids (610), and four lignans (1114). Their structures were determined by spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with the literatures. This is the first report of the crystal data of lactucopicrin (1). This is the first time to report the isolation of 6,8,11-epi-desacetylmatricarin (2), desacetylmatricarin (3), ixerisoslde C (4), magnodelavin (5), 2ʹ,4-dihydroxy-4ʹ-methoxy-6ʹ-O-β-glucopyranoside dihydrochalcone (6), (−)-evofolin B (7), isoquercitrin (8), myricetin 7-methyl-ether-3-O-glucoside (9), (+)-medioresinol (12), 4-O-methylcedrusin [2-(3ʹ,4ʹ-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-2,3-dihydro-7-hydroxybenzofuran-5-propan-1-ol] (13), and (2R,3S)-samwirin A (14) from C. glandulosum. Among them, compounds 5, 9, 13, and 14 were obtained from Asteraceae family for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of all the isolates 114 was discussed.  相似文献

The phytochemical study of Piper pleiocarpum Chang ex Tseng led to the isolation of eighteen compounds (118), including ten lignanoids, galbelgin (1), (+) sesamin (2), denudatin A (3), hancinone (4), (7S,8S, 3′R)-Δ8'-3,3′,4-trimethoxy-3′,6′-dihydro-6′-oxo-7.0.4′,8.3′-lignan[(2S,3S,3aR)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3,3a-dihydro-3a-methoxy-3-methyl-5-(2-propenyl)-6(2H))-benzofuranone] (5), (−)-(7R,8R)-machilin D (6), (1R,2R)-2-[2-methoxy-4-((E)-prop-1-enyl)phenoxy]-1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)propyl acetate (7), piperbonin A (8), machilin D (9), 4-methoxymachilin D (10), one amide alkaloid, Δα,β-dihydropiperine (11), six polyoxygenated cyclohexenes, ent-curcuminol F (12), uvaribonol E (13), ellipeiopsol A (14), 1S,2R,3R,4S-1-ethoxy-2-[(benzoyloxy)methyl]cyclohex-5-ene-2,3,4-triol, 3-acetate (15), (+)-crotepoxide (16), (+)-senediol (17), and one benzoate derivative, 2-acetoxybenzyl benzoate (18). Their structures were established by spectroscopic data and by comparison with the literature. All the compounds were firstly isolated from P. pleiocarpum, while ten compounds 67, 910, 1215, 1718 were isolated from the genus Piper and the family Piperaceae for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was also discussed. The isolation of compounds 67, 910 may be used as chemotaxonomic markers for the genus of Piper.  相似文献
