Twenty-one compounds were isolated and identified from the ethanol extract of the fruits of Nicandra physaloides, including four new (14) and 17 known compounds (521). All the compounds were isolated from the genus Physalis for the first time. In this study, NMR spectroscopy was used to study the compound structures by comparing their data with those reported in the literature. Moreover, the potential anti-inflammatory activity of RAW264.7 cells induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was evaluated. Among the monoterpenoids, compounds (5–7, 9) exhibited weak anti-inflammatory activities, with IC50 values ranging from 29.10 to 68.30 μM.  相似文献

One undescribed 1,4-diazaindan-type alkaloid, namely howlumine (1), along with seventeen known compounds, including a known analogue, agrocybenine (2), three iridoid glycosides (35), four megastigmane glycosides (69), two benzoic acid derivatives (1011), two phenylpropanoids (1213), and five flavonoids (1418), were isolated from the 95% EtOH extract of the aerial parts of Uncaria rhynchophylloides How. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses. All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Howlumine and agrocybenine represent the first report of 1,4-diazaindan-type alkaloids from the genus Uncaria. Furthermore, the chemotaxonomic significance of the isolates was also discussed.  相似文献

The chemical investigation of whole plants Piper boehmeriifolium (Miq.) Wall. ex C. DC. led to the isolation of 22 compounds, including two lignans (12), sixteen amide alkaloids (318), one diterpene (19), two monoterpenes (2021), and one phenylpropanoid (22). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses including NMR, MS, and by comparison with the literature. Compounds 12, 67, 1112, 14, and 1722 were firstly isolated from P. boehmeriifolium, while compounds 2, and 1920 were isolated from Piper genus for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of these isolated compounds is discussed.  相似文献

Eighteen compounds, including four hemiterpene glycosides (14), three triterpenoid saponins (57), four triterpenes (811), five sterols (12-16) and two monoterpene glucosides (17 and 18), were isolated from the leaves of Ilex urceolatus C. B. Shang, K. S. Tang et D. Q. Du, which was identified as a new species belonging to the genus Ilex. Among them, compounds 1418 were firstly isolated from the genus Ilex, others were obtained from I. urceolatus for the first time. This work represented the initially phytochemical study on this plant. The isolated compounds have significant chemotaxonomic characteristics with the other species from this genus.  相似文献

The chemical investigation of whole plants Euphorbia stracheyi Boiss. led to the isolation of 14 compounds, including eight diterpenes (18), one monoterpene (9), three coumarins (1012), and two phenols (1314). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses and by comparison with the literature. Compounds 16, and 812 were firstly isolated from E. stracheyi, while compounds 6, and 9 were isolated from Euphorbia genus for the first time. Phytochemical investigation on the flower buds of Daphne genkwa led to the isolation of 22 compounds, including 17 daphne diterpenes (1–17), three tigliane types (18–20), and two diphenylpentanes (21–22). Compounds 19–21 were isolated from D. genkwa for the first time. These compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic methods and by comparing their data to those reported in the literature. A new myrsinol-type diterpene (1), three myrsinol-type diterpenes (24), three ent-abietane-type diterpenes (57), one tigliane-type diterpene (8), two cycloartane-type triterpenes (910), and two tirucallane-type triterpenes (1112) were isolated from the roots of Euphorbia nematocypha Hand.-Mazz. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analyses and by comparison of their spectral data with those reported in the literature. Lomatogonium carinthiacum (Wulfen) Rchb. (Gentianaceae) is an annual plant which used in the Mongolian system of medicine against liver and bile diseases. In the present study, three flavones (1–3), four xanthones (4–7), and two iridoids (8, 9) were isolated and identified. Among them, compounds 35, 7, 8 were firstly isolated from the species L. carinthiucum, compounds 3-5 were isolated from the genus Lomatogonium for the first time. A phytochemical investigation of Picrasma quassioides (D.Don) Benn led to the isolation of seventeen compounds including five coumarins (15), six lignans (611), two alkaloids (1213), two phenolic compounds (1415), one megastigman glycoside (16) and one phenylpropanoid (17). The structures of those compounds were determined by spectroscopy data of NMR spectra. All of the compounds were isolated from P. quassioides for the first time. In this study, in order to discuss the chemotaxonomic significance of those compounds from P. quassioides, network analysis was carried out to determine the chemotaxonomic relationships among the Simaroubaceae family and the other families. The result showed that the Simaroubaceae family and the Rutaceae family, together with the Asteraceae family have some chemotaxonomic relationships.  相似文献

Chemical investigation on the roots of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn afforded 15 compounds, including five linear furocoumarins (15), six angular pyranocoumarins (611), two simple coumarins (12 and 13), a benzaldehyde derivative (14), and a phenylpropanoid glycoside (15). The structures of these compounds were established via spectroscopic analysis and comparison of their NMR data with the literature. Compound 1 was a new linear furocoumarin glycoside, while compounds 1012, 14 and 15 were isolated from P. praeruptorum for the first time. Twenty-one compounds, including four monoterpenoids (14) (two new natural products, 1 and 2), four sesquiterpenes (58), two iridoids (9 and 10), four steroids (1114), five phenolic compounds (1519), and two alkaloids (20 and 21), were isolated from the roots of Valeriana officinalis L. var. Iatifolia Miq. Their chemical structures were established by spectroscopic methods and further confirmed by comparison with published data in the literature. Among them, eight compounds (1, 2, 68, 13, 18, and 21) are being reported from the family Valerianaceae for the first time, and compounds 912 were obtained from V. officinalis for the first time. Eight phenolic compounds, including two catechins (1 and 2), two proanthocyanidins (3 and 4), three lignans (57), and one phenol (8), were isolated from roots of Vaccinium dunalianum Wight (Ericaceae), together with two triterpenes (9 and 10). All of them were isolated from the title plant for the first time. Their chemical structures were established based on the extensive MS and NMR spectroscopic analysis. Phytochemical investigation of the leaves of Isatis tinctoria Linnaeus led to the isolation of thirty compounds, including thirteen indole alkaloids (1–13), seven quinazolinone alkaloids (14–20), two quinoline alkaloids (21–22), one quindoline alkaloid (23), one simple amide alkaloid (24) and six monoterpenes (25–30). According to spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with the previously reported literature, their structures were elucidated. Among them, six compounds (12, 13, 17, and 2224) have not been reported from the family Brassicaceae and eight compounds (3, 7, and 2530) were isolated from the genus Isatis for the first time. Phytochemical investigation of the roots of Dianella ensifolia led to the isolation of eleven known compounds, including two aromatics (1, 2), two chromones (3, 4), and seven flavonoids (511). The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and comparison with data reported in literature. In the present research, all of the isolated compounds 111 were reported for the first time in the species D. ensifolia. Compounds 14 and 711 were firstly isolated from the genus Dianella. Phytochemical investigation of the stems and leaves of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. led to the isolation of one novel methoxylated flavone, acunminatin (7,2′,4′-trihydroxyl-5,5′- methoxyflavone) (1), and fourteen known compounds (215), including six flavonoids (mearnsetin 2, kaempferol 3, acacetin 4, 5,7,3′,4′-tetramethoxyflavone 5, tricin 6, and 5,7,3′,4′,5′-pentamethoxyflavone 7), two coumarins (umbelliferone 8 and scopoletin 9), two phenylpropanoids (trans-ferulic acid 10 and chlorogenic acid 11), two iridoid glycosides (loganin 12 and sweroside 13), and two triterpenoids (uvaol 14 and ursolic acid 15). The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis and by comparing their spectral data with those reported in the literature. Five of these compounds (1, 2, 4, 5, and 7) were isolated from the L. genus for the first time, and compounds 68 and 1415 were isolated for the first time from L. hypoglauca. The chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds in the L. genus and the Caprifoliaceae family are discussed herein.  相似文献

The phytochemical study of the roots of Scorzonera divaricata Turcz led to the isolation of 27 compounds, including eight sterols (18), one lignan (9), two cumarins (10, 11), five phenylpropanoids (1216), six benzene derivatives (1722), methyl-β-D-fructofuranoside (23), monolinolein (24), and three aliphatic acids (2527). The structures of isolated compounds were identified using NMR and ESI-MS spectroscopic methods and comparing them with those previously reported. Except for β-daucosterol (8), scopoletin (10) and caffeic acid (16) from S. divaricata, this is the first report of the other 24 compounds from S. divaricata. Among them, eleven compounds (26, 11, 17, 19, 20, 23, 25) were reported from genus Scorzonera for first time, suggesting that they could be used to distinguish S. divaricata from the other species of Scorzonera. Furthermore, the chemotaxonomic significance of isolated compounds from S. divaricata has also been discussed.  相似文献

Three anthracenones (13), two lactams (45), three sterols (68), one ceramides (9), one long-strain fatty acid (10) were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Xylaria euglossa Fr. All the compounds were isolated from this fungus for the first time. Compound 1, 4 and 5 were isolated from the family Xylariaceae for the first time.
