本文对宜昌市的2999名献血员,594名自然人群的血清进行了抗-HCV、HCVRNA检测,结果表明,献血员中抗-HCV阳性23例,阳性率为0.77%。其中宜昌、巴东分别为0.73%和0.76%,沙市为0.83%。地区、性别、城乡之间抗-HCV阳性率无显著性差异(p>0.05)。参照以往文献报导,此阳性率比国内报导的低,与国际的相一致。594名自然人群抗-HCV结果均为阴性,献血员与自然人群之间抗-HCV阳性率差异显著(p<0.05)。20例抗-HCV阳性者中检出HCV RNA阳性6例,占30%(6/20),占受检献血员的0.20%(6/2999),比武汉(0.80%)低4倍,地区之间无显著差异(p>0.05)。由此初步确认:宜昌市献血员中丙型病毒性肝炎感染低于国内某些大中城市、宜昌市(含七县二市)巴东县、沙市市是丙型病毒性肝炎低感染区。但存在无症状病毒血症携带者传染源。  相似文献

本文用双歧杆菌活菌液喂养老龄大白鼠,观察其血中抗衰老生化指标(SOD、GSH-Px)和衰老生化指标(LPO)的变化。试验组大鼠用双歧杆菌喂养两个月后,与对照组相比,前者血中SOD活性显著升高(p〈0.01),LPO的含量显著低于对照组(p〈0.05)。采用自身对照,试验组大鼠用双歧杆菌喂养后与喂养前相比,SOD活性显著升高(p〈0.01),而LPO的变化无显著性(p〉0.05);对照组大鼠在试验期  相似文献

通过细菌接合将质粒pLV1016(含xvlE基因)转移至RhizobiumfrediiQB1130和Rhizobiumleguminosarumbv.viciaeB40,xylE基因在根瘤菌内表达活性较高.质粒pLV1016携带的XylE基因用于监测根瘤菌在灭菌和未灭菌土壤中的存活,结果表明,在灭菌土壤中含质粒与不含质粒菌株存活菌数量之间无显著差异(P<0.05),大接种量有利于细菌的生长与繁殖,B40(pLV1016)质粒丢失比例很低.以低于106CFU·g-1干土浓度接种时,QB1130(pLV1016)质粒丢失率随接种浓度的降低而增大.未灭菌土壤中生物因素抑制了释放菌株的生长,大接种量有利于细菌存活.以低浓度(106CFU·g-1干土)接种时,QB1130(pLV1016)质粒丢失比例高于B40(pLV1016).  相似文献

EDTA对Cu在水生微宇宙中的毒性和分布的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用实验室人工合成培养微宇宙,研究不同浓度EDTA(0.0、1.0、8.0mg·L-1)对微宇宙中Cu(2.0mg·L-1)的毒性及Cu的分布.结果表明,在微宇宙运行过程中,投加2.0mg·L-1Cu后,EDTA浓度为0.0mg·L-1试验组中大型种群大小、叶绿素a浓度及总初级生产力与总呼吸的比值(P/R)随时间变动曲线,明显低于其它试验组的曲线,EDTA的存在削弱了Cu对大型和藻类的毒性作用,并缓解了Cu对生态系统代谢功能的干扰;同时改变了微宇宙中Cu在不同隔室中的分布,水体中Cu相对增加(0.1%~6.7%),沉积物中相对减少(0.8%~6.5%);EDTA的存在影响了藻类和大型对Cu的积累系数(p<0.05).  相似文献

分别以猴头菇干粉(猴头菇Ⅰ组)和猴头菇浸出液(猴头菇Ⅱ组)饲喂小鼠,观察猴头菇对小鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力、血乳酸、血清尿素氮(BUN)、肝糖原、肌糖原含量及运动耐力的影响。结果表明:实验60d后,猴头菇Ⅰ、Ⅱ组LDH活力、肝糖原及肌糖原含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);运动后血乳酸的水平和BUN的增量明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);运动后血乳酸消除速率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在运动耐力测定时在水中淹死的时间比对照组长得多(P<0.05)。提示:猴头菇具有明显的增强运动能力和解除疲劳的作用。  相似文献

在应用双歧杆菌活菌制剂治疗慢乙肝期间,重点观察了T细胞亚群(CD3,CD4,CD8)、NK细胞(CD(16))、白细胞介素Ⅱ(IL-2)分泌细胞、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)等细胞免疫指标治疗前后的动态变化,同时观察了病人血内毒素水平的动态变化和乙肝病毒标志物(HBVM)的改变。结果表明:(1)与对照组比较,双歧杆菌活菌制剂可使慢乙肝病人CD3+,CD4+数目明显增多,而对CD8+细胞数目无明显影响;(2)双歧杆菌活菌制剂可使CAH组的CD16+细胞显著增多(p<0.05);使CAH组和CPH组的IL-2分泌细胞均有非常显著和显著增加(分别p<0.01和p<0.05);(3)CAH组病人血中内毒素和TNF水平在双歧杆菌活菌制剂治疗后,匀出现非常显著降低(p<0.01);CPH组TNF水平较对照组无显著变化,但内毒素水平较对照组显著降低(p<0.05);(4)满疗程后(60天)CAH组有6例,CPH组有5例HBeAg阴转(分别为26.06%和25.0%),而对照组仅2例阴转(13.33%),两治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异(p<0.05)。  相似文献

本文就绒毛膜促性腺素(hCG)对小灵猫泌香的影响进行了研究。试验用药剂量为875IU/只。结果表明,试验组用药前60天平均产香为4.52±0.48克/只,三次用药后(60天)平均产香为7.52±0.28克/只,增产66.4%;用药后试验组与对照组比较增产91.3%。差异均显著(p<0.05)。但hCG不能活化小灵猫的擦香行为。  相似文献

本实验采用四氧嘧啶损伤大鼠胰岛β细胞,复制糖尿病动物模型。若预先腹腔注射汉防己甲素(100mg/kg)则可完全预防引发的糖尿病。预防组血糖(7.63±0.44mmol/L)明显低于对照组(25.46±1.21mmol/L,P<0.001);血清胰岛素水平(11.33±1.97μU/ml)高于对照组(7.13±0.45μU/ml,P<0.05);血浆胰高血糖素(66.85±5.07pg/ml)明显低于对照组(90.35±3.15pg/ml,P<0.01).口服葡萄糖耐量实验显示预防组耐糖功能较对照组明显改善,糖耐量曲线下血糖面积预防组(29.45±1.63ml·h/L)低于对照组(113.28±5.02mmol·h/L,p<0.001)。胰岛β细胞免疫组织化学染色结果显示,预防组胰岛β细胞数目及胰岛素分泌颗粒的含量均与正常大鼠胰岛相同,无形态学改变,而对照组胰岛内β细胞免疫反应阳性产物减少甚至消失。结果表明,汉防己甲素对四氧嘧啶引起的胰岛β细胞急性损伤有保护作用。  相似文献

用ELISA法检测了甘肃张掖地区284名小学生血清中抗-HCV,阳性率为2.8%(8/276)。与北京、深圳、南京、青岛等地比较证实,除与青岛地区自然人群抗-HCV阳性率有显著性差异外(x2=6.5,0.01<p<0.05),与其它地区均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。  相似文献

The concentrations of taurine in blood and brain regions of the toadBufo boreas have been measured. Most of these values are considerably lower than those found in mammals. Using an antibody prepared against conjugated taurine, the distribution of taurine in three brain regions of the toad has been visualized. The possible osmoregulatory functions of taurine have been investigated by making toads hyper- or hypo-osmotic in vivo. Induction of hypoosmolality is accompanied by a massive taurine tide in blood plasma, but has no immediate effects upon the taurine concentrations in the brain areas studied. However, histochemical visualization indicates a marked redistribution of taurine between cellular components and extracellular space of brain tissues. This may indicate that taurine has an osmoregulatory function in brain tissue under hypo-osmotic conditions. Hyperosmolality results in no elevation of the taurine concentration in blood plasma of toads, but rather in a very gradual decline of total plasma taurine content over a prolonged time period. Histochemical studies reveal little change in frontal cortex after 1 hour but deeper staining of many neurons in optic lobe accompanied by greater staining in the extracellular fluid. By 3 hours there is a depletion of taurine from all compartments of cerebral cortex tissues. No evidence of any prolonged direct osmoregulatory role for taurine is indicated under hyperosmotic conditions. Summary.  The effect of dietary sulfur amino acids on the taurine content of rat blood and tissues was investigated. Three types of diet were prepared for this study: a low-taurine diet (LTD), normal taurine diet (NTD; LTD + 0.5% Met), and high-taurine diet (HTD; LTD + 0.5% Met + 3% taurine). These diets had no differing effect on the growth of the rats. The concentration of taurine in the blood from the HTD- and NTD-fed rats was respectively 1,200% and 200% more than that from LTD-. In such rat tissues as the liver, the taurine content was significantly affected by dietary sulfur amino acids, resulting in a higher content with HTD and lower content with LTD. However, little or no effect on taurine content was apparent in the heart or eye. The activity for taurine uptake by the small intestine was not affected by dietary sulfur amino acids. The expression level of taurine transporter mRNA was altered only in the kidney under these dietary conditions: a higher expression level with LTD and lower expression level with HTD. The present work investigates the involvement of kinins in the effects of taurine in fructose-fed hypertensive rats. The effects of taurine on blood pressure, plasma glucose, insulin, and the insulin sensitivity index were determined. Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) activity and nitrite content in plasma, plasma and tissue kallikrein activity, and taurine content were also investigated. The blood pressure changes in response to the coadministration of inhibitors of the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO), prostaglandins (PGs), or a kinin receptor blocker along with taurine was also evaluated. Fructose-fed rats had higher blood pressure and elevated plasma levels of glucose and insulin. Kallikrein activity, taurine, and nitrite contents were significantly lower in fructose-fed rats as compared with controls. The increases in systolic blood pressure, hyperglycemia, and hyperinsulinemia were controlled by taurine administration in fructose-fed rats. ACE activity was lower, while nitrite and taurine content and kallikrein activity were higher, in taurine-supplemented rats as compared with fructose-fed rats. A significant increase in blood pressure was observed in rats cotreated with the inhibitors Hoe 140 (a kinin receptor blocker), L-NAME (a NO synthase inhibitor), or indomethacin (a PG synthesis inhibitor) with taurine for 1 week as compared with taurine-treated fructose-fed rats. This suggests that the antihypertensive effect of taurine in fructose-fed rats was blocked by the inhibitors. Augmented kallikrein activity and, hence, increased kinin availability may be implicated in the effects of taurine in fructose-fed hypertensive rats.  相似文献

This study examined 1) the plasma taurine response to acute oral taurine supplementation (T), and 2) the effects of 7 days of T on muscle amino acid content and substrate metabolism during 2 h of cycling at approximately 60% peak oxygen consumption (VO2peak). In the first part of the study, after an overnight fast, 7 volunteers (28+/-3 yr, 184+/-2 cm, 88.0+/-6.6 kg) ingested 1.66 g oral taurine doses with breakfast (8 AM) and lunch (12 noon), and blood samples were taken throughout the day. In the second part of the study, eight men (22+/-1 yr, 181+/-1 cm, 80.9+/-3.8 kg, 4.21+/-0.16 l/min VO2peak) cycled for 2 h after 7 days of placebo (P) ingestion (6 g glucose/day) and again following 7 days of T (5 g/day). In the first part of the study, plasma taurine was 64+/-4 microM before T and rose rapidly to 778+/-139 microM by 10 AM and remained elevated at noon (359+/-56 microM). Plasma taurine reached 973+/-181 microM at 1 PM and was 161+/-31 microM at 4 PM. In the second part of the study, seven days of T had no effect on muscle taurine content (mmol/kg dry muscle) at rest (P, 44+/-15 vs. T, 42+/-15) or after exercise (P, 43+/-12 vs. T, 43+/-11). There was no difference in muscle glycogen or other muscle metabolites between conditions, but there were notable interaction effects for muscle valine, isoleucine, leucine, cystine, glutamate, alanine, and arginine amino acid content following exercise after T. These data indicate that 1) acute T produces a 13-fold increase in plasma taurine concentration; 2) despite the ability to significantly elevate plasma taurine for extended periods throughout the day, 7 days of T does not alter skeletal muscle taurine content or carbohydrate and fat oxidation during exercise; and 3) T appears to have some impact on muscle amino acid response to exercise.  相似文献

Sex ratio of 17,273 blood donors born during the period between 1925 and 1935 was examined according to their month of birth and ABO blood groups in comparison with 5,810 healthy non-blood donors born in the 1900s to 1930s. The sex ratio of the blood donors and the non-blood donors varied similarly according to their month of birth with a prominent peak in summer births and a trough in winter births. This birth season with a high sex ratio was different from that of the general births during the period between 1921 and 1935, in which a maximum sex ratio was found in November. A possible explanation for the difference is the different rate of male and female infant deaths according to birth month. Variation of the sex ratio according to season of birth was not similar among the four ABO blood groups. Sex ratio of the donors with blood group B showed no elevation among the summer births. Non-blood donors with blood group B, on the contrary, showed a higher sex ratio than the others in the summer births. This difference can not be explained by infant or juvenile deaths. A possibility is that a tendency to become a blood donor is modified by the season of one's birth differently according to gender and ABO blood groups.  相似文献

Screening of normal plasma obtained from 172 blood donors from the Helsinki area and from 46 blood donors from the Moscow area was performed in order to reveal 'natural' antibodies to the common polysaccharide (rhamnan) and protein antigens of P. aeruginosa. Antibodies were detected by ELISA. Among blood donors from the Helsinki area high titres of antibodies to the protein antigens were detected in 42 active blood donors (24.4%) and very high titres in nine (5.3%) highly-active blood donors, whereas in the Moscow area in 15 (34.9%) and in one case (2.3%), respectively. Antibodies to the common polysaccharide antigen were determined in the Helsinki area in 23 active blood donors (13.4%) and in one (0.5%) highly active blood donor, whereas in the Moscow area in four active blood donors (8.6%). The plasma contained both polysaccharide and anti-protein antibodies. The level of antibodies to the polysaccharide antigen was lower than the level of antibodies to the protein antigens. There was no statistically significant difference between the corresponding values of blood donor groups from the Helsinki and Moscow areas.  相似文献

目的探讨不同的膳食结构对供浆员血浆蛋白及血脂含量的影响。方法测定400例以牛、羊肉和马铃薯为主要膳食结构的供血浆者和400例以猪肉和马铃薯为主要膳食结构的供血浆者的血浆蛋白和血脂水平;同时统计食用高脂肪膳食后血浆出现乳糜的情况。结果经测定以牛、羊肉和马铃薯为主要膳食结构的供血浆者和以猪肉和马铃薯为主要饮食结构的供血浆者的血浆蛋白和血脂水平相当,两者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);献浆前1 2 h内食用高脂肪膳食后血浆出现乳糜的概率明显增高,与食用清淡膳食相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论这两种膳食结构的差异对供浆员血浆蛋白及血脂水平没有明显影响;献浆前12 h内应当避免食用高脂肪类膳食。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of selenium deficiency on tissue taurine levels and urinary taurine excretion. Weanling male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed selenium-deficient or selenium-adequate diets for 20 weeks. As selenium deficiency developed, urinary taurine excretion increased in selenium-deficient rats compared to controls. At 12 weeks, the selenium-deficient rats excreted 1.7-fold more taurine than control rats. At the same time plasma glutathione peroxidase was 1.2% of control and plasma glutathione was 226% of control. At 20 weeks, renal taurine was decreased but renal glutathione was increased in selenium-deficient rats compared to controls. Feeding the experimental diet for 6 weeks without methionine supplementation caused a fall in urinary taurine excretion. However, there was no difference between selenium-deficient and control rats. These results indicate that selenium deficiency affects renal handling of taurine in the rat when dietary sulfur amino acids are not restricted.  相似文献

We have investigated the transport, biosynthesis and turnover of taurine in genetically seizure-susceptible (SS) and seizure-resistant (SR) rats. In SS rats, the rate of taurine uptake into the brain was half the rate in SR rats. As no difference was found in biosynthesis of taurine, these results imply a slower turnover of taurine in SS brain.The effect of taurine on the decarboxylation of glutamate in brain homogenates was determined. In homogenates of SR brains, taurine had no effect but in SS preparations taurine increased the rate of decarboxylation by 20%. Increased decarboxylation of glutamate may be one basis for the prolonged anticonvulsant action of taurine in the SS rat.  相似文献
