Individual synthetic routes to heterobimetallic Ti(IV)-Ag(I) acetylides of type {[Ti](μ-σ,π-CCR1)2}AgCCR2 ([Ti] = (η5-C5H4SiMe3)2Ti: R1 = SiMe3: 6, R2 = SiMe3; 7, R2 = Ph. R1 = tBu: 8, R2 = SiMe3; 9, R2 = Ph. [Ti] = (η5-C5H5)2Ti): 10, R1 = tBu, R2 = SiMe3) including (i) the reaction of {[Ti](μ-σ, π-CCR1)2}AgNO3 ([Ti] = (η5-C5H4SiMe3)2Ti): 1, R1 = SiMe3; 2, R1 = tBu. [Ti] = (η5-C5H5)2Ti: 3, R1 = tBu) with LiCCR2 (4, R2 = SiMe3; 5, R2 = Ph) and (ii) treatment of [Ti](CCSiMe3)2 ([Ti] = (η5-C5H4SiMe3)2Ti) (11) with [AgCCR2] (12, R2 = SiMe3; 13, R2 = Ph) are described. The reactions of 1-3 with 4 or 5 appeared to be sensitive towards stoichiometry because an excess of 4 or 5 resulted in the formation of [(Ag(CCR2)2)Li(OEt2)]n (14) and [Ti](CCR1)2. Coordination polymer 14 is also accessible, when, for example, [AgCCSiMe3] (12) is treated with 1 eq. of LiCCSiMe3 (4) in diethyl ether.The titanium(IV)-silver(I) acetylides 6-10 are stable in the dark and at low temperature, while on exposure to light and on heating they decompose to give R2CC-CCR2 together with [Ti](CCR1)2 and elemental silver.Complexes 6-10 contain a mono-nuclear AgCCR2 entity stabilized by the chelate-bonded organometallic π-tweezer molecule [Ti](CCSiMe3)2, which was evinced by structure determination of 7 in the solid state. In 14 linear [Me3SiCC-Ag-CCSiMe3] units are connected by [Li(OEt2)]+ building blocks forming a coordination polymer.  相似文献

The reaction of 3β-hydroxy-21-hydroxymethylidenepregn-5-en-3β-ol-20-one (1) with phenylhydrazine (2a) affords two regioisomers, 17β-(1-phenyl-3-pyrazolyl)androst-3-en-3β-ol (5a) and 17β-(1-phenyl-5-pyrazolyl)androst-5-en-3β-ol (6a). The direction of the ring-closure reactions of 1 with p-substituted phenylhydrazines (2b-e) depends strongly on the electronic features of the substituents. Oppenauer oxidation of 3β-hydroxy-17β-exo-heterocyclic steroids 5a-e and 6a-e yielded the corresponding Δ4-3-ketosteroids 9a-e and 10a-e. The inhibitory effects (IC50) of these compounds on rat testicular C17,20-lyase were investigated by means of an in vitro radioligand incubation technique.  相似文献

From the methanolic extracts of solid callus cultures from two species of the closely related palaeotropical plant families Dioncophyllaceae and Ancistrocladaceae seven new natural naphthoquinones were isolated, dioncoquinones A (4) and B (5) from Triphyophyllum peltatum, and ancistroquinones B (6), C (7), D (9), E (10), and F (12) from Ancistrocladus abbreviatus. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic, chemical, and computational methods. Furthermore, the already known naphthoquinones plumbagin (2), droserone (3), malvone A (8), and nepenthone A (11) were found in the extract of A. abbreviatus. Dioncoquinones A (4) and B (5) showed good - and specific - activity against Leishmania major, while they were not active against other protozoic parasites. Moreover, treatment with 4 and 5 strongly induced apoptosis in human tumor cells derived from two different B cell malignancies, B cell lymphoma and multiple myeloma, without any significant toxicity towards normal peripheral mononuclear blood cells.  相似文献

Four prenylated acetophenones 2,6-dihydroxy-4-geranyloxyacetophenone (1), 4-geranyloxy-2,6,β-trihydroxyacetophenone (2), 2,6-dihydroxy-4-geranyloxy-3-prenylacetophenone (3), and 4-geranyloxy-3-prenyl-2,6,β-trihydroxyacetophenone (4) have for the first time been isolated from Melicope obscura (1 and 2) and Melicope obtusifolia ssp. obtusifolia var. arborea (3 and 4). The distribution of prenylated acetophenones in Rutaceae is reviewed and the results, including the new records, indicate that prenylated acetophenones are valuable as chemotaxonomic markers for the subfamily Rutoideae, tribe Xanthoxyleae sensu Engler.  相似文献

The essential oils and extracts of Mylia taylorii and M. nuda were investigated by gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, NMR spectroscopy and chemical correlations. Beside several known compounds 13 new constituents including three new carbon skeletons could be identified. Four hydrocarbons with a molecular formula of C15H22 (m/z 202) were identified as myli-4(15)-ene (1), aromadendra-1(10),4(15)-diene (19), aromadendra-4,10(14)-diene (20) and aromadendra-4,9-diene (21). Three oxaspiro-compounds were identified as 7-epi-bourbon-3-en-5,11-oxide (22), guai-3,10(14)-dien-5,11-oxide (23) and guai-3,9-dien-5,11-oxide (24). The absolute configuration of myli-4(15)-en-3-one (5) could be established by chemical correlation. Together with α-taylorione (7) the corresponding 6,11-seco-compound taylopyran (25) with a new carbon skeleton was identified which serves as a precursor to taylocyclane (26) and taylofuran (27). Taynudol (28) contains a new carbon skeleton with a cyclobutenyl structure.  相似文献

From the reaction of tert-butyl lithium or n-butyl lithium with N-methylpyrrole (1a), furan (1b) or 2-bromo-thiophen (1c), 2-N-methylpyrrolyl lithium (2a), 2-furyl lithium (2b) or 2-thiophenyl lithium (2c), respectively, was obtained. When reacted with 6-(2-N-methylpyrrolyl) fulvene (3a), 6-(2-furyl) fulvene (3b) or 6-(2-thiophenyl) fulvene (3c), the corresponding lithiated intermediates were formed (4a-c). Titanocenes (5a-c) were obtained through transmetallation with titanium tetrachloride. When these titanocenes were tested against pig kidney epithelial (LLC-PK) cells, inhibitory concentrations (IC50) of 32 μM, 140 μM, and 240 μM, respectively, were observed. These values represent improved cytotoxicity against LLC-PK, compared to their ansa-analogues.  相似文献

Three new compounds (3, 7, and 11) together with eight known phytoecdysteroids (1, 2, 4-6, and 8-10) were isolated from the rhizomes of common polypody, Polypodium vulgare L. The rhizome of Dioscorea japonica is a food and medicinal source known as ‘San Yak’ in Korea. Two new furostanol saponins, coreajaponins A (1) and B (2), together with 10 known compounds (3-12) were isolated from the rhizomes of D. japonica. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods, including 1D and 2D NMR techniques, HRMS, and chemical methods. Nerve growth factor (NGF), a crucial factor for neuronal survival and differentiation, can potentially improve neurodegenerative diseases and diabetic polyneuropathy. We evaluated the effects of isolates (1-12) on NGF induction in a C6 rat glioma cell line. Coreajaponin B (2) upregulated NGF content without significant cell toxicity, as did 6, 8, 9, and 11.  相似文献

Six new bufadienolides (1-6) and two new C23 steroids (7 and 8), together with three known compounds (9-11) were isolated from the venom of Bufo bufo gargarizans. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In vitro cytotoxicities of all compounds were evaluated in A549 cancer cell line. Compounds 2, 3 and 10 showed significant cytotoxic activities.  相似文献

Phytoecdysteroid glycosides (1-5) and a phenylpropanoid ester of sucrose (6) were isolated from the whole plant of Froelichia floridana, along with eight known compounds including three ecdysteroids (7-9), four flavonoids (10-13), and one phenolic compound (14). Structures were determined using a combination of spectroscopic techniques. Compounds 1, 2 and 6-14 were tested in vitro for their activity against human DNA topoisomerase I. Compound 13 (diosmetin) showed marginal inhibition against topoisomerase I with IC50 of 130 μM in conjunction with low intercalation ability.  相似文献

Three new (1-3) and several known (4-6) steroids were isolated from the leaves of Chinese Melia azedarach. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by means of spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR techniques and mass spectrometry to be (20S)-5,24(28)-ergostadiene-3β,7α,16β,20-tetrol (1), (20S)-5-ergostene-3β,7α,16β,20-tetrol (2), and 2α,3β-dihydro-5-pregnen-16-one (3). The cytotoxicities of the isolated compounds against three human cancer cell lines (A549, H460, U251) were evaluated; only compounds 1, 2, and (20S)-5-stigmastene-3β,7α,20-triol (4) were found to show significant cyctotoxic effects with IC50s from 12.0 to 30.1 μg/mL.  相似文献

Six new non-cannabinoid constituents were isolated from a high potency Cannabis sativa L. variety, namely 5-acetoxy-6-geranyl-3-n-pentyl-1,4-benzoquinone (1), 4,5-dihydroxy-2,3,6-trimethoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (2), 4-hydroxy-2,3,6,7-tetramethoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (3), 4,7-dimethoxy-1,2,5-trihydroxyphenanthrene (4), cannflavin C (5) and β-sitosteryl-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside-2′-O-palmitate (6). In addition, five known compounds, α-cannabispiranol (7), chrysoeriol (8), 6-prenylapigenin (9), cannflavin A (10) and β-acetyl cannabispiranol (11) were identified, with 8 and 9 being reported for the first time from cannabis. Some isolates displayed weak to strong antimicrobial, antileishmanial, antimalarial and anti-oxidant activities. Compounds 2-4 were inactive as analgesics.  相似文献

The crystalline compounds [LnCl2(L)(thf)2] [Ln = Ce (1), Tb (2), Yb (3)], [NdI2(L)(thf)2] (4), [LnCl(L′)2] [Ln = Tb (5), Yb (6) (a known compound)] and [YbCl(L′′)(μ-Cl)2Li(OEt2)2] (7) have been prepared [L = {N(C6H3Pri2-2,6)C(H)}2CPh, L′ = {N(SiMe3)C(Ph)}2CH, L′′ = {N(SiMe3)C(C6H4Ph-4)}2CH]. The X-ray molecular structures of 2-7 have been established; in each, the monoanionic ligand L, L′ or L′′ is N,N′-chelating and essentially π-delocalised. Each of 1-7 was prepared from the appropriate LnCl3, or for 4 [NdI3(thf)2], and an equivalent portion of the appropriate alkali metal [Li for 7, Na for 2, 3 and 5, or K for 1, 4 and 6] β-diiminate in thf; the isolation of exclusively 5 and 6 (rather than the L′ analogues of 2 or 3) is noteworthy, as is the structure of 7 which has no precedent in Group 3 or 4f metal β-diiminato chemistry.  相似文献

New t-butyl-aryl thioethers where the aryl group is 2,6-bis(phosphino)phenyl have been synthesized. The syntheses were completed via sequential ortho-lithiations of t-butylphenylsulfide, followed by chlorophosphine (ClPR2) quenches; symmetric (2,6-bis(diphenylphosphino)phenyl, (4a)) and unsymmetric (2-diisopropylphosphino-6-diphenylphosphino)phenyl, (4b) aryl groups were obtained. Treatment of 4a with Li or Na naphthalenide yielded 2,6-bis(diphenylphosphino)thiophenol 5. Reactions of 4a or 5 with NiCl2 · 6H2O yielded nickel bis(phosphinothiophenolate) 6. Compounds 4a,b, 5 and 6 were characterized by 1H and 31P NMR, and by mass-spectrometry. In addition, 4a, 5 and 6 were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of ethanol extracts of the Pterospermumacerifolium flowers led to the isolation and identification of two new flavones, 4′-(2-methoxy-4-(1,2,3-trihydroxypropyl) phenoxy luteolin (1) and 5,7,3′-trihydroxy-6-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl flavone (2), and one new lactone, 3,5-dihydroxyfuran-2(5H)-one (3) along with 14 known compounds (4-17). The structure of compounds 1-17 was established based on MS, 1D and 2D NMR, spectroscopic analysis. Eight of these compounds (1-6, 8 and 9) were assessed for osteogenic activity by using primary cultures of rat osteoblast. The compounds 1, 3 and 4 significantly stimulated osteoblast differentiation and mineralization as evident from a marked increase in expression of alkaline phosphatase and alizarin red-S staining of osteoblasts.  相似文献

Treatment of the 16-electron hydroxy hydride complex [Ru(IMes)2(CO)H(OH)] (1, IMes = 1,3-bis-(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene) with HCCR affords the alkynyl species [Ru(IMes)2(CO)H(CCR)] (R = Ph 3, SiMe3, 4) and [Ru(IMes)2(CO)(CCR)2] (R = Ph, 5). Deuterium labelling studies show that the mono-alkynyl complexes are formed via hydrogen transfer from a coordinated alkyne ligand to Ru-OH, while bis-alkynyl formation is proposed to take place through hydrogen transfer to Ru-H. Both 3 and 5 readily coordinate CO to give the corresponding dicarbonyl species 6 and 7. Addition of HCCPh to the hydride chloride precursor [Ru(IMes)2(CO)HCl] (2) results in a different reaction pathway involving alkyne insertion into the Ru-H bond to yield the alkenyl chloride complex [Ru(IMes)2(CO)(CHCHPh)Cl] 8. Complexes 3-8 have been structurally characterised by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Oxazole-containing macrolides (1-5) isolated from the marine sponge Chondrosia corticata were evaluated for their actin depolymerizing activities by monitoring fluorescent intensity of pyrene F-actin. These studies led to the identification of (19Z)-halichondramide (5) as a new actin depolymerizing agent. The actin depolymerizing activity by (19Z)-halichondramide (5) was four times more potent than that of halichondramide (1). Compounds 1 and 5 also have potent antifungal activity. The preliminary structure-activity relationship of these compounds is described to elucidate the essential structural requirements.  相似文献

The present study reports the isolation of sixteen lignans (1–16), an aporphine alkaloid (17), two phenolic amides (18 and 19), and a germacrane sesquiterpene lactone (20) from T. odorum. Except for compound 20, the other isolated constituents are firstly reported from T. odorum. And in this study, three polylignans (11–13) and six norlignans (5–7, 14–16) are reported for the first time from the Magnoliaceae family, which may support the opinion to establish Tsoongiodendron as a monotypic genus from a chemotaxonomical point of view.  相似文献

Monoterpenoids (3 and 4), sesquiterpenoid (2), diterpenoid (1) and four phenethyl glucosides (5-8), together with fourteen known compounds, were isolated from the whole herb of Hyssopus cuspidatus. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic means. The abietane-type diterpenoids (1, 9, 10), rosmarinic acid (15) and salvigenin (17) inhibited leukotriene (LT) C4 secretion from primary alveolar cells of Wistar rats.  相似文献

A rare 16β-H steroidal alkaloid saponin (1), an avenacoside-type saponin (2), two steroidal saponins (4, 5), one revised-structure steroidal saponin (3) and six known compounds (6-11) were isolated from aerial parts of Solanum surattense Burm. f. Their structures were established on the basis of physical data, as well as by using spectroscopic (HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR), and chemical analysis methods. Compounds 1 and 11 showed cytotoxicity against A549 cell line with IC50 values of 20.3 and 15.7 μM, respectively.  相似文献
