Pollen morphology of five species from China in the genus Gymnadenia R. Br. (Orchidaceae) was investigated in this work. Pollen characteristics of this genus were compared to those of its closely related genus, Neottianthe Schltr. It is found that there are some differences of pollen morphology between the two genera, e.g.: (A) Pollen massulae are mostly irregular less frequently trigonous-conical in Gymnadenia, while mainly trigenuus-conical less frequently irregular in Neottianthe; (B) Ornamentation of pollen exine surface is usually indistinct, but microperforate, microrugulate, microfoveolate or both microperforate and microfossulate in high magnification in Gymnadenia, but more distinct in Neottianthe. Exine ornamentation of this genus can be divided into five types, ( 1 ) almost smooth, or very obscurely fosset, (2) perforate, (3) fossulate or foveolate, (4) reticuloid, (5) typically reticulate. (C) the surface of pollen massulae in Gymnadenia possess viscin thread, but that in Neottianthe does not. The result of this work supports the separation ofNeottianthe from Gymnadenia as an independent genus.  相似文献

By comparing the type specimens, Syringa spontanea is distinguished from S. meyeri by the small suborbicular lamina palmately 5-veined and the dense pubescence onterete branchlets. Therefore, it is more consistent to recognize S.spontanea as a distinct species.  相似文献

With the evidence from palynological, cytological, ecological and morphological data, the subspecific taxonomy of Asplenium trichomanes L. from China is carried out. Four subspecies and one variety, i.e.A. trichomanes L. ssp. trichomanes, A. trichomanes L. ssp. inexpectans Lovis, A. trichomanes L. ssp. quadrivalens D. E. Meyer emend. Lovis, A. trichomanes L. ssp. pachyrachis (Christ) Lovis et Reichst. and A. trichomanes L. var. harovii Moore emend. Midle are recognized from China. The distribution of each subspecies and variety is also presented. Some fragments of a type specimen named as A. trichomanes L. var. centrochinense Christ in PE are found to be different from the known taxa of A. trichomanes L. complex both morphologically andcytologically, and therefore are regarded representing a new species.  相似文献

采用rbcL序列分析结合传统形态观察的方法 ,对我国福建省平潭县和漳浦县、山东省青岛市及辽宁省大连市采集的角叉菜属样品进行了研究。新鲜或硅胶干燥样品被用于总DNA提取并用于PCR反应 ,PCR扩增产物回收后直接用于测序反应 ,序列数据经ClustalX1 .8软件排序后 ,采用MEGA2 .1软件根据Kimura’s双因子法计算遗传距离 ,并应用邻接法 (neighbor - joint ing)和最大简约法 (MaximumParsimony)构建系统树 ,Bootstrap法 (5 0 0次重复 )评估分支可信度。研究表明 :确认中国存在Chondrusocellatus、Chondrusnipponicus和Chondrusarmatus三种角叉菜 ;原报道产于我国东南沿海的角叉菜Chondrusocellatus应为Grateloupiaimbricata ;原报道产于大连小平岛的角叉菜Chondrusyendoi应为Mazzaellajaponica。  相似文献

An examination of the syntypes, Q. B. Huang 42(IBK) and H. Y. Liang 60355 (IBK, PE, IBSC), cited by C. J. Tseng under his Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng, showed that it perfectly agreed with the type specimen(W. T. Tseng 864, US) of I. kaushue S. Y. Hu. So I. kudingcha C. J. Tseng should be treated as the synonym of I. kaushue S. Y. Hu, and the correct name of this important beverage plant(Kudingcha) in China should be I. kaushue S. Y. Hu. Moreover, a new species used as kudingcha, I. pentagona, is described. A key to these two beverage plants and their relatives is offered.  相似文献
