本文是中国滇、川、湘鄂猕猴肩胛骨和肩关节形态结构对环境适应性的比较研究结果。多变量分析结果表明,肩胛冈长、肩峰长、关节盂仰角和三角肌止点对猕猴种下分类有重要作用。川西猕猴较大的体重和体型明显不同于湘鄂(华中)和滇南猕猴,表现出更多的地上四足型运动的适应特征。华中和滇南猕猴具有更相似的肩胛骨形态结构,且有更多的树上活动。  相似文献

测量了 2 6例 (♀ 1 6,♂ 1 0 )成年太行山猕猴肩胛骨和肱骨的 1 5项变量。通过运用SPSS1 0 0单因子方差分析 ,结果显示 ,有 9项变量在两性间达到了显著差异水平 ;采用多变量判别分析方法对有关变量建立判别函数 ,结果显示 ,采用强迫引入法和逐步判别法 ,判别正确率分别为 1 0 0 0 0 %和 92 3 0 %;运用主成分分析 ,进一步说明肩胛骨和肱骨在性别判别中有一定的作用  相似文献

传统的肩胛骨角度测量法比较繁杂费时,因为需事先将肩胛骨定位、描绘其轮廓、定出测点、连线后再间接测量,且误差较大。为此,本文根据余弦定理及三角形内角和定理,提出一种新的方法。本法包括二步:①直接在骨上测量九项径线(图1),即形态宽、形态长、最大宽、腋缘长、冈上窝高、盂上距(关节盂中点至上角点)、关节盂长和盂上下距(关节盂最上点至下角点)。②由计算机按程序(见后)计算七个角度(肩胛骨宽高角、腋冈角、腋关节盂角、肩胛冈关节盂角、冈上角、冈下角和下角),两个投影高(冈上窝投影高和冈下窝投影高)和八项指数(肩胛指数Ⅰ及Ⅱ、冈上窝指数Ⅰ及Ⅱ、冈下窝指数Ⅰ及Ⅱ和冈窝指数Ⅰ及Ⅱ)。  相似文献

记中国辽宁西部九佛堂组发现的中国翼龙一新种   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
根据发现于辽宁省西部下白垩统九佛堂组的—小型翼手龙类骨架,建立一新种:谷氏中国翼龙Sinopterus gui sp.nov.。它的吻端直而尖锐,其下颌发育—明显的脊突。肱骨的三角脊发育,其末端没有扩展,呈四边形。翼掌骨的长度稍微短于飞行指第一指节的长度。股骨与胫骨之比率小,乌喙骨短于肩胛骨,联合背椎只有椎体相互愈合。虽然它与董氏中国翼龙相似,但是存在明显区别,比如个体较小,而大多数背椎椎体相互愈合等。谷氏中国翼龙是目前在辽西及其周边地区所发现最小的没有牙齿的翼手龙类。  相似文献

目的:探讨微创后入路手术治疗肩胛骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取2009年6月~2014年1月在我院接受后路内固定手术治疗的40例肩胛骨骨折,治疗组20例,行微创后入路内固定术,对照组20例,行Judet入路内固定术。比较两组间手术时间、术中出血量、切口总长度及术后肩关节功能Constant评分。结果:40例患者均获随访,随访时间12~36个月,平均16.5个月。治疗组手术时间、术中出血量、切口总长度均优于对照组(均P0.05),术后6个月肩关节功能:治疗组优15例,良3例,可1例,差1例,优良率90%,对照组优14例,良2例,可3例,差1例,优良率80%。两组优良率比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组均无感染、骨折延迟愈合或不愈合。对照组1例发生肩胛上神经卡压。结论:微创后入路手术操作简单,创伤小,恢复快,是一种安全有效的肩胛骨骨折手术入路。  相似文献

特大恐龙     
1979年7月下旬,在美国科罗拉多州一个古代干枯的河床里,发现了一块长为2.74米的蜥脚类恐龙的肩胛骨化石。据领导这一发掘队的詹森博士估计,从这块肩胛骨来推测,这头恐龙身长可达24米,身高18米,体重约可达80吨,是目前全世界所发掘的恐龙中,首屈一指的。在出土这块恐龙肩胛骨的现场,曾发现中生代至新生代的地层,其中挖掘出很多两栖类、爬行类、鸟类和哺乳类的骨骼,所以这里有美国的古生物化石宝库之称。发掘工作的领导人,美国犹他州布拉翰大学的古生物学家詹森博士一向喜爱野外调查和采集标本的工作。在他成为古生物学者之前,走过了不平坦的道路,他当过电焊工、动物标本剥制工、木工和最艰苦的海港  相似文献

We present a three dimensional (3D) morphometric modelling study of the scapulae of Felidae, with a focus on the correlations between forelimb postures and extracted scapular shape variations. Our shape modelling results indicate that the scapular infraspinous fossa becomes larger and relatively broader along the craniocaudal axis in larger felids. We infer that this enlargement of the scapular fossa may be a size-related specialization for postural support of the shoulder joint.  相似文献

A number of primatologists have followed Coolidge (Am. J. Phys. Anthropol. 18:1–57, 1933) in suggesting that 1) there are significant shape differences in scapula form between pygmy and common chimpanzees, 2) scapulae of P. paniscus resemble those of hylobatids more than do those of P. troglodytes, and 3) therefore pygmy chimpanzees may exhibit a greater component of arm-swinging and other arboreal behaviors than common chimpanzees. In this paper I utilize a comparative analysis of ontogenetic allometries of linear dimensions to determine shape differences in the scapulae of adult pygmy and common chimpanzees and to clarify size-related changes in shape resulting from ontogenetic scaling, i.e., the differential extension of common patterns of growth allometry. Results demonstrate that the scapulae of adult P. paniscus are relatively narrower (in a direction approximately perpendicular to the scapula spine) than those of P. troglodytes, supporting Coolidge's original claim. The allometric analysis further demonstrates, however, that the two chimpanzee species exhibit ontogenetic scaling for all proportions of the scapula examined. Thus, adult pygmy chimpanzees have the scapula proportions observed in small adult and subadult P. troglodytes of comparable scapula size. The implications of this finding for past claims concerning differences in locomotor behavior between the species are discussed. This work lends additional support to previous studies that have demonstrated a high frequency of ontogenetic scaling within the genus Pan and a pedomorphic or juvenilized morphology in the pygmy chimpanzee.  相似文献

Many osteological collections from museums and research institutions consist mainly of remains from captive‐bred animals. The restrictions related to the space of their enclosures and the nature of its substrate are likely to affect the locomotor and postural behaviors of captive‐bred animals, which are widely considered uninformative regarding bone morphology and anatomical adaptations of wild animals, especially so in the case of extant great apes. We made a landmark‐based geometric morphometrics analysis of the dorsal side of the scapular bone of both wild‐caught and captive‐bred great apes to clarify the effect of captivity on the morphology of a bone greatly involved in locomotion. The comparison suggested that captivity did not have a significant effect on the landmark configuration used, neither on average scapular shape nor shape variability, being impossible to distinguish the scapulae of a captive‐bred animal from that of a wild‐caught one. This indicates that the analyzed scapulae from captive Hominoidea specimens may be used in morphological or taxonomic analyses since they show no atypical morphological traits caused by living conditions in captivity. Chlorobium limicola UdG 6038, a green sulfur bacterium, was isolated from anoxic sediments. Cells were gram-negative, non-motile, ovoid shaped, and contained chlorobactene and bacteriochlorophyll c as the main photosynthetic pigments. The DNA G+C content was 56.4 mol%. Ultrastructural studies revealed the presence of abundant spinae (45–110 spinae per cell) attached to the cell wall. India-ink-stained cells observed under the optical microscope were surrounded by a large capsule (5–11 μm total diameter). The presence of this capsule was coincident with the presence of a large number of spinae (> 30 spinae per cell). The mucilaginous capsule was attached to the spinae without penetrating it. In batch culture, the synthesis of spinae in strain UdG 6038 was not affected by changes in temperature, pH, salt concentration, or illumination at physiological ranges and hence, the cells remained spined. The control of spinae production was experimentally confirmed using a semicontinuous batch culture refed by sulfide pulsing. The culture remained at a low spination level (> 30 spinae per cell) only when the duration of sulfide starvation between pulses was less than 5 h. After longer sulfide starvation periods, the cells remained spined (more than 38 ± 6.3 spinae per cell). This observation supports the idea that the duration of sulfide limitation in the culture plays a key role in controlling the spination process in strain C. limicola UdG 6038. Chlorobium spinae may play an eco-physiological role in buoyancy capacity and adhesion of sulfur globules to the cells in natural environments where sulfide concentrations are expected to be highly variable. Sex determination is vital when attempting to establish identity from skeletal remains. Two approaches to sex determination exists: morphological and metrical. The aim of this paper was to use geometric morphometrics to study the shape of the scapula and its sexual dimorphism.The sample comprised 45 adult black male and 45 adult black female scapulae of known sex. The scapulae were photographed and 21 homologous landmarks were plotted to use for geometric morphometric analysis with the ‘tps’ series of programs, as well as the IMP package. Consensus thin-plate splines and vector plots for males and females were compared. The CVA and TwoGroup analyses indicated that significant differences exist between males and females. The lateral and medial borders of females are straighter while the supraspinous fossa is more convexly curved than that of males. More than 91% of the females and 95% of the males were correctly assigned. Hotelling's T2-test yielded a significant p-value of 0.00039. In addition, 100 equidistant landmarks representing the curve only were also assigned. These, however, yielded considerably poorer results. It is concluded that it is better to use homologous landmarks rather than curve data only, as it is most probable that the shape of the outline relative to the fixed homologous points on the scapula is sexually dimorphic.  相似文献

摘要 目的:分析椎旁肌退变与短节段腰椎融合内固定术后螺钉松动的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2018年6月至2020年6月广州市番禺区中医院行短节段腰椎融合内固定术治疗的251例腰椎退行性疾病患者的临床资料,根据术后螺钉松动情况分为松动组(n=47)和对照组(n=204)。收集患者的临床资料,对比两组椎间植骨融合情况、螺钉直径、螺钉长度、螺钉椎内长度、椎旁肌的肌肉相对总横截面积(rtCSA)和脂肪浸润程度(FI)。应用多因素logistic回归分析短节段腰椎融合内固定术后螺钉松动发生的危险因素,并描绘受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线检验危险因素预测短节段腰椎融合内固定术后螺钉松动的效能。结果:251例患者平均随访时间(24.16±7.28)个月,其中47例患者在最终随访时发生螺钉松动,总体松动率18.73%。两组性别、骨密度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,松动组的多裂肌FI增高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,松动组的竖脊肌rtCSA减少,竖脊肌FI增高(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示竖脊肌FI较高是短节段腰椎融合内固定术后螺钉松动发生的独立危险因素,而竖脊肌rtCSA较高、骨密度较高则是保护因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示:骨密度、竖脊肌rtCSA、竖脊肌FI等3指标单独及联合应用时:ROC-AUC(0.95CI)分别为0.708(0.446~0.971)、0.736(0.495~0.951)、0.648(0.335~0.965)、0.842(0.719~0.957)。联合应用预测效能较高。结论:竖脊肌的退变是短节段腰椎融合内固定术后螺钉松动的危险因素。当骨密度<-3.00 g/cm2、竖脊肌rtCSA<1.45%及FI>35.00%时,提示术后发生螺钉松动的可能性大,可作为短节段腰椎融合内固定术后评价螺钉松动风险的参考指标。  相似文献

In this study, we explore the relationship between moments in the frontal and sagittal planes, generated by a lifting task, vs the electromyographic (EMG) activity of right and left trunk muscle groups. In particular, we postulate that the functional dependence between erector spinae muscle activity and the applied lifting moments about the spine is as follows: the sum of left and right erector spinae processed EMG depends on the sagittal plane moment, and the difference of left and right erector spinae processed EMG depends on the frontal plane moment. A simple out-of-sagittal plane physical model, treating the lumbar spine as a two degree-of-freedom pivot point is discussed to justify these hypotheses. To validate this model, we collected surface EMG and lifting moment data for ten males performing a grid of frontal and sagittal plane lifting tasks. A digital RMS-to-DC algorithm was developed for processing raw EMG. For these tests, we measured EMG for the left and right erector spinae and for the left and right external oblique muscles. The processed EMG signals of the left and right erector spinae muscles are summed and differenced for comparison to the measured sagittal and frontal plane moments. A linear correlation (r2) of 0.96 was obtained for the sum of erector spinae EMG vs the sagittal plane moment; a corresponding value of r2 = 0.95 was obtained for the difference vs the frontal plane moment. No correlations (r2 less than 0.004) was found for the sagittal plane moment and the difference of the left and right erector spinae EMG, and the frontal plane moment and the sum of the left and right erector spinae EMG.  相似文献

The purpose of the present study was to define the degree of muscular activation while walking in water in order to aid rehabilitation therapists in their choice of exercises for daily clinical practice in aquatherapy. This study compares the electromyographic (EMG) activity of the rectus femoris, the soleus of the right lower limb and the contra-lateral lumbar erector spinae, during gait in water and on dry ground. The study was carried out on a group of seven healthy female subjects without past rachidian pathology. EMG recordings in water were taken with immersion to the umbilicus at "comfortable" speed. A total of five recordings were made at this speed, in water and on dry ground, with a one-minute rest between recordings. Integrated EMG results, averaged on eight gait cycles, show, for all the subjects, more erector spinae activity in water than on the ground (p<0.01). Soleus activity is greater during gait on dry ground for the whole group (p<0.01). For four subjects, the electromyographic (EMG) activity of the rectus femoris over the entire cycle is greater than that exhibited on dry ground.In the two experimental situations, no differences have been found either on amplitudinal peaks or on the shape of the patterns. The speed and gait cycle length are reduced in water (60% and 25%). Walking in water at an umbilical level increases the activity of the erector spinae and activates the rectus femoris to levels near to or higher than walking on dry ground.These data should be taken into account by the physiotherapist when designing a rehabilitation programme.  相似文献

A green Chlorobium sp. with spinae, strain JSB1, was isolated from an enrichment culture previously obtained from Fayetteville Green Lake, N.Y. (J. S. Brooke, J. B. Thompson, T. J. Beveridge, and S. F. Koval, Arch. Microbiol. 157:319-322, 1992). Cells were gram-negative, nonmotile rods which contained bacteriochlorophyll c and chlorosomes. Spinae were best seen by transmission electron microscopy in thin sections of cells fixed in the presence of tannic acid. High-resolution scanning electron microscopy showed the spinae randomly distributed at the cell surface and at the junctions between cells. Spinae were physically sheared from cells and isolated from the culture supernatant by ultrafiltration. As observed by electron microscopy, spinae demonstrated unusual structural stability when exposed for 1 h at 37 deg C to chemical treatments such as hydrogen bond-breaking agents, detergents, metal-chelating agents, proteases, and organic solvents. They were stable for 1 h at 37 deg C over the pH range 2.3 to 9.9 and in 1 M HCl and 1 M NaOH. The structural integrity of the spinae was also maintained when spinae were subjected to harsher treatments of autoclaving in 2% (wt/vol) sodium dodecyl sulfate and exposure to dithiothreitol at pH 9 for 1 h at 100 deg C. Partially dissociated spinae were obtained after 5 h at 100 deg C in 1 M HCl and 1 M NaOH. In acid, the tubular spinae became amorphous structures, with no helical striations visible. In alkali, the spinae had dissociated into irregular aggregates of disks. Since both high temperature and extremes of pH were required to achieve partial dissociation of the spinae, the strength of the structure presumably comes from covalent bonding.  相似文献
