目的:研究黑龙江省不同医疗机构之间新型协同服务模式,加强垦区各级医疗机构的信息化基础建设,建立基于医学影像存档与通信传输系统(Picture Archiving and Communications System,PACS)的数字化医疗区域。方法:将哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院现有的影像数据归档,集成到IMPAX PACS数据中心(Internet Data Center,IDC),作为整个区域医疗的影像中心。通过IDC交换平台的延伸覆盖,以及医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,HIS)与XERO集成,可经网络调阅IDC中的影像,实现远程影像会诊。结果:建立基于IMPAX PACS的区域医疗;工程覆盖1家省会大医院和垦区2家综合性医院、5家二级医院、11家农场医院,实现联网医院间的影像学远程会诊。结论:PACS区域远程医疗系统的建立为基层百姓就医提供方便,影像学远程会诊可有效避免影像学重复检查,双向转诊、信息共享给患者带来更多的便利和实惠,具有巨大的社会效益。  相似文献

我国药物临床试验机构经过多年的发展,临床试验的试验条件质量有了一定的改善,但与发达国家相比,还存在着很多不足,应用信息化管理有助于提高药物临床试验质量管理。文章对医院II~IV期药物临床试验项目管理系统的总体功能进行介绍,该系统从临床试验项目管理出发,结合药物临床试验运行特点及流程,实现临床试验项目及药物全过程化管理,并与医院信息管理系统(HIS)、实验室信息管理系统(LIS)、医学影像信息系统(PACS)接口,构建起机构办、药物管理部门、检验检查科室与研究者之间的公共信息平台,实现了数据共享。  相似文献

产业协同发展是京津冀区域协同发展的三个重点领域之一,科学合理的产业协同政策是加快实现这一发展目标的重要保障。通过对京津冀城市群区域产业协同政策事件的系统梳理,从区域、省际和城际3个尺度解读了产业协同政策的格局及其演进过程,并从新区域主义的管治视角进行了评价。研究认为:(1)京津冀产业协同发展进入了快速发展的机遇期,协同政策极大地推动了区域内跨地产业合作和城市间产业联系,有助于提高城市群整体竞争力;(2)不同空间尺度的产业协同政策关注的重点、发展的方向、演化的特征不同,当前城市间的产业协同政策与区域协同发展目标的关系不明确,产业协同对生态环境的改善尚不显著,亟需加强研究和统筹协调;(3)受城市行政区等级关系和竞争关系的影响,京津冀产业协同政策与市场调节无法实现高度契合统一,与新区域主义的管治理念并不相符,影响科学合理协同政策的制定与实施。研究对当前京津冀区域产业协同发展推进及其政策制定有重要的参考意义。  相似文献

PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication systern)是图像存档和通信系统,它以高速计算机设备为基础,以高速网络和通讯方式联接各种影像设备和相关科室.利用大容量磁、光存储技术,以数字的方法存储管理、传送和显示医学影像和相关信息,具有图像质量高,存储、传输和复制无失真,传送迅速、影像资料可共享等突出的特点。因此,针对医院PACS建设中人们较为关心的问题,结合本单位PACS建设的实践,回顾性总结了本单位PACS建设的经验,并对医院PACS建设的实施步骤,规模大小,投资回报,影像设备的选型,公司的技术支持,医务人员的培训以及医院的组织管理等提出了一些看法和建设性的意见。  相似文献

Purpose/objectiveThe objective of this study was to verify the accuracy of treatment plans of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) and to verify the feasibility of the use of Monte Carlo (MC) as quality control (QC) on a daily basis.Material/methodsUsing EGSnrc, a MC model of Agility™ linear accelerator was created. Various measurements (Percentage depth dose (PDD), Profiles and Output factors) were done for different fields sizes from 1x1 up to 40x40 (cm2). An iterative model optimization was performed to achieve adequate parameters of MC simulation. 40 SBRT patient’s dosimetry plans were calculated by Monaco™ 3.1.1. CT images, RT-STRUCT and RT-PLAN files from Monaco™ being used as input for Moderato MC code. Finally, dose volume histogram (DVH) and paired t-tests for each contour were used for dosimetry comparison of the Monaco™ and MC.ResultsValidation of MC model was successful, as <2% difference comparing to measurements for all field’s sizes. The main energy of electron source incident on the target was 5.8 MeV, and the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of Gaussian electron source were 0.09 and 0.2 (cm) in X and Y directions, respectively. For 40 treatment plan comparisons, the minimum absolute difference of mean dose of planning treatment planning (PTV) was 0.1% while the maximum was 6.3%. The minimum absolute difference of Max dose of PTV was 0.2% while the maximum was 8.1%.ConclusionSBRT treatment plans of Monaco agreed with MC results. It possible to use MC for treatment plans verifications as independent QC tool.  相似文献

Goal, Scope and Background Goal of this study is an evaluation of the environmental sustainability of the UMTS mobile communication system in Switzerland by means of a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). A baseline environmental impact profile across the full life cycle of the UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunication System) and its predecessor, the GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) is presented. The baseline assessment was a necessary first step to evaluate the environmental impacts of the mobile communication systems use and growth, thus permitting the evaluation of its environmental sustainability. Main Features Two functional units are defined: a data set of 1 Gbit (1.000.000 kbit), and the yearly mobile communication of an average customer. In the UMTS, both data packages and calls can be conveyed. In order to be able to standardize the results, an equivalence between these two kinds of transmission is formed. Two different options are defined, which represent different ways of transferring the data: mobile phone to mobile phone, and mobile phone to fixed network. All components of the UMTS network like the mobile phones, base stations, antennae, switching systems and the components of the landline like cable system and switching centers, are assessed. The environmental impacts are assessed taking into account all major life cycle phases like raw material extraction, manufacturing, use, disassembly and disposal of the product and the needed infrastructure. Electronic components like printed wiring boards and integrated circuits are assessed using a simple model based on the size (for IC) or number of layers (for PWB), respectively. Mining of precious metals (gold, silver) is included. The study was carried out by ESU-services, Motorola, Swisscom and Deutsche Telekom. Thanks to the industrial partners it can rely on primary data for the production of mobile phone and base station, and for the operation of the networks. As the UMTS network is still being built, no actual data of network operation is available. Data from the GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) were used in case of data gaps. Results and Conclusions About 25 kg CO2 are emitted and 800 MJ-eq (non-renewable) primary energy are required for the transfer of 1 Gbit information from mobile phone to mobile phone in the UMTS network. For a transfer from mobile to fixed network, these values are 20 kg CO2 and 640 MJ-eq, respectively. On the other hand, the fixed network requires more resources like copper (0.07 kg for the mobile to mobile option vs. 0.12 kg for mobile to fixed network). From an environmental point of view, the mobile telephone is the most important element of the mobile communication network (UMTS and GSM). The short service life of the mobile phone plays a substantial role. Increasing the utilization period of the mobile phone (e.g. by leasing, re-use, extension of the innovation cycles, etc.) could thus represent a large potential for its improvement. The second most important components are the base stations. In the assessment mainly the use phase proved to be important. The lower environmental impact (per Gbit data transfer) as compared to the mobile phone can be explained by the longer service life (around factor 8). Main impacts are caused by the electricity consumption, in particular the energy needed for cooling the base stations. By choosing an environmentally benign electricity mix and/or by increasing the portion of renewable sources of energy, the network operators have a substantial potential of lower the environmental impacts (in particular the greenhouse gas emissions) of mobile telecommunication. Furthermore, the manufacturing of electronic components, the life time of the appliances and energy consumption are key parameters influencing the environmental profile of the networks most. Given its larger data transfer rate, the UMTS is ecologically more favorable in terms of data transfer rate than its predecessor, the GSM system. The higher energy consumption and the more complex production of the devices in the UMTS system are compensated by the faster data transmission rate. Per customer, the result is inverse, however, since the higher efficiency is compensated by the higher data communication per user in the UMTS system. The UMTS network in its state of 2004 according to the 2001 planning and with the accordingly calculated number of customers and data transfer causes 2.1 times more CO2 emissions and requires 2.4 times more (non-renewable) primary energy per customer than for the GSM system in its current state. It must be noted, however, that the UMTS technology supports other services than the GSM system. The development of the UMTS is accompanied with an increased consumption of resources and emissions of pollutants and greenhouse gases regarding the entire system for mobile telephone communication. The GSM system is a mature technology, while the UMTS is still at the beginning of its learning curve. Thus, it can be safely assumed that large improvement potentials are still present for the UMTS network components concerning expenditures and emissions both at production and by the use of the devices. This study provides the necessary information where such improvements are most effective in environmental terms.  相似文献

癫痫是一种常见的神经系统疾患,其唯一客观证据为脑电图的癫痫样发放。在癫痫发作间期,仅有偶发的很难辨别的癫痫样放电,为了正确诊断癫痫病,往往需要医生长时间监测病人的脑电信号,在对脑电信号进行相空间重构,进而对其进行奇异系统分析,发现癫痫病人无论在癫痫发作前、发作中、发作后,其脑电信号的奇异谱曲线不存在噪声平台,明显区别于正常人。是否可以认为脑电信号的奇异谱正代表着大脑的一种基本状态,癫痫患者在未发作时,大脑的基本状态已经处于异常。无论如休,奇异系统分析方法使得可以利用很短的一段脑电数据诊断癫痫。无疑为癫痫病人的临床诊断提供了一条简单、有效的途径。  相似文献

据认为果蝇求爱歌的脉冲间隔(ipi)在种特异性配偶认识系统(SMRS)中起着重要的作用。果蝇D.takahashii亚群中各物种求爱歌的ipi值和种间亲缘关系的相关性如何?迄今尚未见报道。我们测定了此亚群中能饲养存活的6个种的ipi,并用O’Farrell双向电泳方法及杂交实验研究了它们之间的亲缘关系。在近缘种D.takahashii和D.lutescens之间,D.takahashii和D.paralutea之间,D.lutescens和D.paralutea之间,其求爱歌的ipi值,不论平均数或众数都相差甚远。而D.paralutea和D.prostipennis是2个亲缘关系较远的种,两者不能杂交,但其ipi的平均数在统计学上无差异,众数亦很相近。本实验可导出这样的见解:ipi值在不同果蝇种群或亚群的SMRS中的作用可能并不相同。在D.takahashii亚群中ipi值对于杂交成败似乎不起支配性作用。  相似文献

以长春市郊区农地为例,应用ArcInfo进行空间数据采集、处理与分析,以土地利用类型作为评价单元,采用层次分析法确定评价因素的权重,引入模糊数学方法,建立各评价因素对肥力的隶属函数,计算各个肥力评价因素的评分,最后用指数和法求出各评价单元的综合评价值,根据综合评价值的大小划分土壤肥力等级,并分级统计其面积.应用ArcView GIS绘制了评价结果图.  相似文献

An AIDS Vaccine Surveillance System (AVSS) was designed and implemented to track the rapidly growing international database supporting the development of promising AIDS vaccines. Both preclinical nonhuman primate (NHP) and clinical human trials are tracked by the AVSS. This report presents summary data generated from the AVSS on the NHP AIDS vaccine/live virus challenge studies only. Summary data on more than 100 preclinical HIV/SIV vaccines are presented within the framework of 1) 13 arbitrary Vaccine Types, 2) studies grouped by animal model (i.e., chimpanzee/HIV-1, and macaque/SIV, HIV-2), and 3) immunization approach (i.e., active and passive). Systematic and timely presentations of these summary data, both here and in future reports, aim to promote a clearer understanding of both earlier and more recent preclinical AIDS vaccine developments.  相似文献

目的:使用Cytodex-3微载体和高截面纵横比的旋转式生物反应器容器作为培养系统大规模扩增人表皮细胞(hECs)。方法:使用中性蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶-EDTA两步骤法从人皮肤中分离出人表皮细胞,使用DIL标记细胞后结合微载体后在旋转式生物反应器(RCCS)中培养,细胞贴附微载体的生长状态使用倒置显微镜,扫描电镜观测。并且分析细胞群体倍增时间来比较微重力培养与平面培养的体外增殖能力差异。结果:在旋转式生物反应器的微重力培养体系中,人表皮细胞能快速贴附到微载体表面,在培养过程中达到很大的细胞密度,并且表现出很强的增殖能力和细胞活性。结论:使用旋转式生物反应器和微载体悬浮培养人表皮细胞,是大量制备皮肤组织工程种子细胞的一种有效方法。  相似文献

研究使用了从1997~2005年四川省58个生物资源综合科学考察的鸟类野外调查记录、国内外从1908年到2005年有关四川省鸡形目鸟类野外物种调查公开发表的60篇文献,以及四川大学、西华师范大学、四川农业大学标本馆共386号鸡形目标本,共1103条记录,对四川省鸡形目的资源及分布进行了研究。结果如下:①四川省鸡形目鸟类计2科18属25种,占全国鸡形目(63种)的39.68%,其中,国家I级保护鸡形目5种,国家II级保护鸡形目11种,分别占全国保护鸡形目总数(I级21种、II级21种)的23.81%、52.38%;特有种7种,占全国鸡形目特有种(14种)的50%,分布型以喜马拉雅-横断山区型居多,以东洋界成分占绝对优势。②物种丰富度最高的地区为平武县、松潘县、九寨沟县、绵竹县、冕宁县、康定县、青川县和宝兴县,保护物种丰富度最高的地区为平武县、九寨沟县、宝兴县、松潘县、青川县、冕宁县;③四川省159个县(市)中有鸡形目调查记录的有73个,没有记录的县86个,这86个空白区域有待进一步调查。  相似文献
