A series of Rh(III) mixed ligand polypyridine type complexes have been prepared. Complexes of the form [Rh(L)2(L)]n+, where n=2/3, L=2,2-bipyridine (bpy)/1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and L=3-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole (Hpytr), 1-methyl-3-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole (1M3pytr), 4-methyl-3-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole (4Mpytr), 3,5-bis(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole (Hbpt), 4-amino-3,5-bis(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole (NH2bpt) and 3-(pyridin-2-yl)-5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole (HPhpytr), have been prepared and their synthesis and characterisation are reported. Crystals of [Rh(bpy)2(Phpytr)](PF6)2 and [Rh(phen)2(NHbpt)](PF6)2 were obtained and their structures determined. Analysis of X-ray crystallographic data showed that coordination of the metal centre in [Rh(phen)2(NHbpt)](PF6)2 occurs via the amine moiety and a nitrogen of the pyridine ring. NMR studies illustrated that coordination to the NH2bpt ligand was also possible via a nitrogen of the triazole ring and the pyridine ring forming the complex [Rh(phen)2(NH2bpt)](PF6)3. The absorption and emission properties of the complexes studied were found to be π-π* in nature and preliminary evidence suggests that all complexes with the exception of [Rh(phen)2(NHbpt)](PF6)2 and [Rh(bpy)2(NHbpt)](PF6)2 are dual emitting at 77 K.  相似文献

Four new Co(III) complexes, namely [Co(cq)3](PF6)3, [Co(phen)2(cq)](PF6)3, [Co(bnp)3] (PF6)3, and [Co(phen)2(bnp)](PF6)3 (where cq = chromeno[2,3-b]quinoline, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline and bnp = dibenzo[b,g][1,8]naphthyridine), were synthesized and structurally characterized. Spectroscopic data suggested an octahedral geometry for all the complexes. Binding studies of these complexes with double-stranded (ds)DNA were analyzed by absorption spectra, viscosity, and thermal denaturation studies. The results revealed that the metal complex intercalates into the DNA base stack as intercalator. The oxidative cleavage activities of the complexes were studied with supercoiled pUC19 DNA using gel electrophoresis and the results show that the complexes have potent nuclease activity.  相似文献

A variety of Group 6 mono bipyridine (bpy) complexes were prepared, and substitution reactions of [(bpy)(MeIm)M(CO)2(NO)]PF6 complexes (MeIm = 1-methylimidazole, M = W or Mo) were investigated. Nitrosylation of complexes having the general formula (bpy)(L)M(CO)3 (L = a variable ligand) gave cationic complexes of the form [(bpy)(L)M(CO)2(NO)]PF6. The structure of [(bpy)(MeIm)W(CO)2(NO)]PF6 was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffractometry. [(bpy)(MeIm)M(CO)2(NO)]PF6 complexes undergo facile substitutions with mono-, tri- and tetra-dentate ligands, yielding di- or mono-carbonyl mononitrosyl complexes. The structures of [(bpy)(PMe3)2W(CO)(NO)]PF6 and [(dien)(PMe3)W(CO)(NO)]PF6 (dien = diethylenetriamine) were determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Structural changes between [OsIIL3]2+ and [OsIIIL3]3+ (L: 2,2′-bipyridine; 1,10-phenanthroline) and molecular and electronic structures of the OsIII complexes [OsIII(bpy)3]3+ and [OsIII(phen)3]3+ are discussed in this paper. Mid-infrared spectra in the ν(bpy) and ν(phen) ring stretching region for [OsII(bpy)3](PF6)2, [OsIII(bpy)3](PF6)3, [OsII(phen)3](PF6)2, and [OsIII(phen)3](PF6)3 are compared, as are X-ray crystal structures. Absorption spectra in the UV region for [OsIII(bpy)3](PF6)3 and [OsIII(phen)3](PF6)3 are dominated by very intense absorptions (ε = 40 000-50 000 M−1 cm−1) due to bpy and phen intra-ligand π → π transitions. In the visible region, relatively narrow bands with vibronic progressions of ∼1500 cm−1 appear, and have been assigned to bpy or phen-based, spin-orbit coupling enhanced, 1π → 3π electronic transitions. Also present in the visible region are ligand-to-metal charge transfer bands (LMCT) arising from π(bpy) → t2g(OsIII) or π(phen) → t2g(OsIII) transitions. In the near infrared, two broad absorption features appear for oxidized forms [OsIII(bpy)3](PF6)3 and [OsIII(phen)3](PF6)3 arising from dπ-dπ interconfigurational bands characteristic of dπ5OsIII. They are observed at 4580 and 5090 cm−1 for [OsIII(bpy)3](PF6)3 and at 4400 and 4990 cm−1 for [OsIII(phen)3](PF6)3. The bpy and phen infrared vibrational bands shift to higher energy upon oxidation of Os(II) to Os(III). In the cation structure in [OsIII(bpy)3](PF6)3, the OsIII atom resides at a distorted octahedral site, as judged by ∠N-Os-N, which varies from 78.78(22)° to 96.61(22)°. Os-N bond lengths are also in general longer for [OsIII(bpy)3](PF6)3 compared to [OsII(bpy)3](PF6)2 (0.010 Å), and for [OsIII(phen)3](PF6)3 compared to [OsII(phen)3](PF6)2 (0.014 Å). Structural changes in the ligands between oxidation states are discussed as originating from a combination of dπ(OsII) → π (bpy or phen) backbonding and charge redistribution on the ligands as calculated by natural population analysis.  相似文献

The heteroleptic complexes, [(MePhtpy)RuCl(dpp)](PF6) and [(tpy)RuCl(dpp)](PF6), have been synthesized, characterized, and investigated with respect to their photophysical, redox, and DNA photocleavage properties (where MePhtpy = 4′-(4-methylphenyl)-2,2′:6′,2′′-terpyridine and dpp = 2,3-bis(2-pyridyl)pyrazine, tpy = 2,2′:6′,2′′-terpyridine). The X-ray crystal structure confirms the identity of the new [(MePhtpy)RuCl(dpp)](PF6) complex. These heteroleptic complexes were found to photocleave DNA in the presence of oxygen, unlike the previously studied complex, [Ru(tpy)2](PF6)2. The photophysical, redox, and DNA photocleavage properties of the heteroleptic complexes were compared with those of the homoleptic complexes, [Ru(MePhtpy)2](PF6)2 and [Ru(tpy)2](PF6)2. The heteroleptic complexes showed intense metal to ligand charge transfer (MLCT) transition at lower energy ([(MePhtpy)RuCl(dpp)](PF6), 522 nm; [(tpy)RuCl(dpp)](PF6), 516 nm) and longer excited state lifetimes as compared to the homoleptic complexes. The [Ru(MePhtpy)2]2+ complex was found to photocleave DNA in contrast to [Ru(tpy)2]2+. The introduction of a methylphenyl group on the tepyridine ligand not only enhances the 3MLCT excited state lifetime but also increases the lipophilicity and thereby the DNA binding ability of the molecule. An increase in lipophilicity upon addition of a methylphenyl group on the 2,2′:6′,2′′-terpyridine ligand was confirmed by determination of the partition coefficient ([(MePhtpy)RuCl(dpp)](PF6), log P = +1.16; [(tpy)RuCl(dpp)](PF6), log P = −1.27). The heteroleptic complexes photocleave DNA more efficiently than the homoleptic complexes, with the greatest activity being observed for the newly prepared [(MePhtpy)RuCl(dpp)](PF6) complex.  相似文献

The first crystal structure of NiII phen-dione complex is reported. This compound is [Ni(bpy)2(phen-dione)](PF6)2 (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine and phen-dione = 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione). The complex has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and electronic absorption spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical behavior and electronic spectrum of [Ni(bpy)2(phen-dione)](OAc)2 has also been studied in buffered solutions at pH between 1 and 8. ORTEP drawing of [Ni(bpy)2(phen-dione)](PF6)2 · 2CH3CN shows that the coordination geometry around the NiII is a distorted octahedron, with bite angles of 78.1-78.8° for all three bidentate ligands and the two pyridyl rings of the bpy ligands are nearly co-planar, as are the two pyridyl rings of phen-dione.  相似文献

Three new five-coordinate CuII complexes, [Cu(tpy)(phen-dione)](PF6)2, [Cu(phen)(phen-dione)Cl]PF6 and [Cu(bpy)(phen-dione)Cl]PF6 (tpy = 2,2′;6′,2″-terpyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline and phen-dione = 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione) have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV-Vis spectroscopies and cyclic voltammetry. The complex of [Cu(tpy)(phen-dione)](PF6)2 crystallized with one molecule of acetonitrile. The ortep drawing of [Cu(tpy)(phen-dione)](PF6)2 · CH3CN shows that the coordination geometry around CuII is a distorted trigonal- bipyramid. Due to the steric hindrance of in the unit cell, the tpy ligands in each complex cation cannot interact in a π-π fashion. The effective magnetic moment (μeff) of the complexes was measured by the Evans method. The cyclic voltammograms at Pt disk electrode for these complexes display only one reversible Cu(II)/Cu(I) redox couple.  相似文献

Four cobalt(III) polypyridyl complexes, [Co(phen)3−n(dpq)n]3+ (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, dpq = dipyrido[3,2-f:2′,3′-h]-quinoxaline) (n = 0, 1, 2, and 3) were synthesized and the influences of the dpq ligand on the photophysical properties, electrochemical properties, DNA binding affinities, as well as photonuclease activities of the complexes, were examined in detail. The presence of dpq ligand increases the DNA binding affinities of the corresponding complexes remarkably with respect to [Co(phen)3]3+. With the sequential substitution of phen ligand by dpq ligand, the 1O2 quantum yields of the corresponding complexes are enhanced greatly. As a result, the photonuclease activities follow the order of [Co(dpq)3]3+ > [Co(phen)(dpq)2]3+ > [Co(phen)2(dpq)]3+ ? [Co(phen)3]3+. It was found all the examined complexes can generate OH upon UV irradiation, and OH is also involved in DNA photocleavage as reactive oxygen species.  相似文献

We report here the synthesis, characterisation, electrochemical, photophysical and protein-binding properties of four luminescent ruthenium(II) polypyridine indole complexes [Ru(bpy)2(L1)](PF6)2 (1), [Ru(bpy)2(L2)](PF6)2 (2), [Ru(L1)3](PF6)2 (1a), and [Ru(L2)3](PF6)2 (2a) (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine; L1 = 4-(N-(2-indol-3-ylethyl)amido)-4′-methyl-2,2′-bipyridine; L2 = 4-(N-(6-N-(2-indol-3-ylethyl)hexanamidyl)amido)-4′-methyl-2,2′-bipyridine). Their indole-free counterparts, [Ru(bpy)2(L3)](PF6)2 (3) and [Ru(L3)3](PF6)2 (3a) (L3 = 4-(N-(ethyl)amido)-4′-methyl-2,2′-bipyridine), have also been synthesised for comparison purposes. Cyclic voltammetric studies revealed ruthenium-based oxidation at ca. +1.3 V versus SCE and diimine-based reductions at ca. −1.20 to −2.28 V. The indole moieties of complexes 1, 2, 1a and 2a displayed an irreversible wave at ca. +1.1 V versus SCE. All the ruthenium(II) complexes exhibited intense and long-lived orange-red triplet metal-to-ligand charge-transfer 3MLCT (dπ(Ru) → π*(L1-L3)) luminescence upon visible-light irradiation in fluid solutions at 298 K and in alcohol glass at 77 K. The binding of the indole-containing complexes to bovine serum album (BSA) has been studied by quenching experiments and emission titrations.  相似文献

The synthesis, electrochemistry, spectroscopy and electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) of five bis-bipyridine ruthenium(II) complexes containing acetylacetonate complexes are reported. More specifically, (bpy)2Ru(BA)2(PF6) (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine; BA = benzoylacetonate), (bpy)2Ru(TTFA)(PF6) (TTFA =  thenoyltrifluoroacetonate), (bpy)2Ru(TFPB)(PF6) (TFPB = 4,4,4-trifluoro-1-phenyl-1,3-butanedionate), (bpy)2Ru(TFPD)(PF6) (TFPD =  1,1,1-trifluoro-2-4-pentanedionate), and (bpy)2Ru(DBM)(PF6) (DBM = dibenzoylmethide) display UV-Vis, photoluminescence, electrochemical and ECL properties characteristic of ruthenium bipyridyl complexes. All complexes display absorptions in the UV and visible regions of the spectra, with visible absorptions ranging from 350 to 700 nm, typical of metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) transitions. Photoluminescence emission maxima are also characteristic of MLCT transitions with wavelength maxima from 575 to 600 nm depending on the nature of the acetylacetonate ligand. ECL efficiencies for the complexes (?ecl ∼ 0.013-0.051) are much lower than a standard (?ecl = 1) with electron-withdrawing substituents resulting in lower efficiencies.  相似文献

Four new three-dimensional materials built from reduced molybdenum(V) phosphates as building blocks and transitional metal (Co, Zn and Cd) complexes as linkers, (Hbpy)2[Co(bpy)(H2O)]2[Co(H2PO4)2 (HPO4)6(MoO2)12(OH)6] (1), [Co(H2O)4]2[Co(Hbpy)(H2O)]2[Co(bpy)][Co(HPO4)4(PO4)4(MoO2)12(OH)6] · 6H2O (2), Na2[Zn(Hbpy)(H2O)2]2[Zn(Hbpy)]2[Zn(HPO4)2(PO4)6(MoO2)12(OH)6] · 4H2O (3), (H2bpy)2[Cd(bpy)(H2O)]2[Cd(bpy)(H2O)2]2[Cd(HPO4)4(PO4)4(MoO2)12(OH)6] · 2H2O (4) (bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TG, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The 3-D framework of 1 is constructed from Co[P4Mo6]2 dimers bonded together with [Co(bpy)]n coordination polymer chains. In compound 2, the Co[P4Mo6]2 dimers are linked by both [Co(bpy)] complex chains and the cobalt dimers to form a 3-D framework. Compounds 1 and 2 represent the first examples of reduced molybdenum(V) phosphates decorated with transition metal complexes chains. The 3-D framework of 3 is constructed from Zn[P4Mo6]2 dimers bonded together with [Zn(bpy)] coordination complexes and [Zn(bpy)(H2O)2] complexes. In compound 4, the Cd[P4Mo6]2 dimers are coordinated with [Cd(bpy)(H2O)] and [Cd(bpy)(H2O)2] complexes to construct a 3-D structure. To our best knowledge, it is the first time that linear ligand 4,4′-bpy molecules have been grafted into the backbone of reduced molybdenum phosphates. Furthermore, the magnetic properties of compounds 1 and 2 are reported.  相似文献

Mixed-ligand ruthenium(II) complexes of three photoactive ligands, viz., (E)-1-[2-(4-methyl-2-pyridyl)-4-pyridyl]-2-(1-naphthyl)-1-ethene (mppne), (E)-1-(9-anthryl)-2-[2-(4-methyl-2-pyridyl)-4-pyridyl]-1-ethene (mppae) and (E)-1-[2-(4-methyl-2-pyridyl)-4-pyridyl]-2-(1-pyrenyl)-1-ethene (mpppe), in which a 2,2′-bipyridyl unit is linked via an ethylinic linkage to either a naphthalene, an anthracene or a pyrene chromophore and three electroactive ligands, viz., 4-(4-pyridyl)-1,2-benzenediol (catpy), 5,6-dihydroxy-1,10-phenanthroline (catphen) and 1,2-benzenediol (cat), were synthesized in good to moderate yields. Complexes [Ru(bpy)2(mppne)]2+ (bpy is 2, 2′–bipyridyl), [Ru(bpy)2(mppae)]2+, [Ru(bpy)2(mpppe)]2+, [Ru(bpy)2(sq-py)]+, [Ru(bpy)2(sq-phen)]+ and [Ru(phen)2(bsq)]+ (phen is 1,10-phenanthroline) were fully characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, fast-atom bombardment or electron-impact mass, UV–vis and cyclic voltammetric methods. In the latter three complexes, the ligands catpy, catphen and cat are actually bound to the metal center as the corresponding semiquinone species, viz., 4-(4-pyridyl)-1,2-benzenedioleto(+I) (sq-py), 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dioleto(+I) (sq-phen) and 1,2-benzenedioleto(+I) (bsq), thus making the overall charge of the complexes formally equal to + 1 in each case. These three complexes are electron paramagnetic resonance active and exhibit an intense absorption band between 941 and 958 nm owing to metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT, d Ruπ*sq) transitions. The other three ruthenium(II) complexes containing three photoactive ligands, mppne, mppae and mpppe, exhibit MLCT (d Ruπ*bpy ) bands in the 454–461-nm region and are diamagnetic. These can be characterized by the 1H NMR method. [Ru(bpy)2(mppne)]2+, [Ru(bpy)2(mppae)]2+ and [Ru(bpy)2(mpppe)]2+ exhibit redox waves corresponding to the RuIII/RuII couple along with the expected ligand (bpy and substituted bpy) based ones in their cyclic and differential pulse voltammograms (CH3CN, 0.1 M tetrabutylammonium hexafluorophosphate)—corresponding voltammograms of [Ru(bpy)2(sq-py)]+, [Ru(bpy)2(sq-phen)]+ and [Ru(phen)2(bsq)]+ are mainly characterized by waves corresponding to the quinone/semiquinone (q/sq) and semiquinone/1,2-diol (sq/cat) redox processes. The results of absorption and fluorescence titration as well as thermal denaturation studies reveal that [Ru(bpy)2(mppne)]2+ and [Ru(bpy)2(mppae)]2+ are moderate-to-strong binders of calf thymus DNA with binding constants ranging from 105 to 106 M−1. Under the identical conditions of drug and light dose, the DNA (supercoiled pBR 322) photocleavage activities of these two complexes follow the order:[Ru(bpy)2(mppne)]2+>[Ru(bpy)2(mppae)]2+, although the emission quantum yields follow the reverse order. The other ruthenium(II) complexes containing the semiquinone-based ligands are found to be nonluminescent and inefficient photocleavage agents of DNA. However, experiments shows that [Ru(bpy)2(sq)]+-based complexes oxidize the sugar unit and could be used as mild oxidants for the sugar moiety of DNA. Possible explanations for these observations are presented.Electronic Supplementary Material Supplementary material is available for this article at .  相似文献

Two new heterobimetallic complexes of rhenium(I) and ruthenium(II) [(CO)3(NN)Re(4,4′-bpy)Ru(NN)2Cl](PF6)2 and already known monometallic complexes [Cl(NN)2Ru(4,4′-bpy)](PF6) and [(CO)3(NN)Re(4,4′-bpy)](PF6) and bimetallic complexes [Cl(NN)2Ru(4,4′-bpy)Ru(NN)2Cl](PF6)2, [(CO)3(NN)Re(4,4′-bpy)Re(NN)(CO)3](PF6)2 (NN = 2,2′-bipyridine, 1,10-phenanthroline; 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine) are synthesized and characterized by spectral techniques. The photophysical properties of all the complexes are studied. It is found that attachment of rhenium(I) altered the photophysical characteristics of ruthenium(II). Excited state energy transfer from the rhenium(I) chromophore to the ruthenium(II) is observed upon excitation at 355 nm.  相似文献

Two new ruthenium complexes [Ru(bpy)2(mitatp)](ClO4)21 and [Ru(bpy)2(nitatp)](ClO4)22 (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, mitatp = 5-methoxy-isatino[1,2-b]-1,4,8,9-tetraazatriphenylene, nitatp = 5-nitro-isatino[1,2-b]-1,4,8,9-tetraazatriphenylene) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, mass spectrometry and cyclic voltammetry. Spectroscopic and viscosity measurements proved that the two Ru(II) complexes intercalate DNA with larger binding constants than that of [Ru(bpy)2(dppz)]2+ (dppz = dipyrido[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine) and possess the excited lifetime of microsecond scale upon binding to DNA. Both complexes can efficiently photocleave pBR322 DNA in vitro under irradiation. Singlet oxygen (1O2) was proved to contribute to the DNA photocleavage process, the 1O2 quantum yields was determined to be 0.43 and 0.36 for 1 and 2, respectively. Moreover, a photoinduced electron transfer mechanism was also found to be involved in the DNA cleavage process.  相似文献

Two new mononuclear mixed-ligand ruthenium(II) complexes with acetylacetonate ion (2,4-pentanedionate, acac) and functionalized bipyridine (bpy) in position 4, [Ru(bpyBr)2(acac)](PF6) (2; bpyBr = 4-Bromo-2,2′-bipyridine, acac = 2,4-pentanedionate ion) and [Ru(bpyOH)2(acac)](PF6) (3; bpyOH = 4-[2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol]-2,2′-bipyridine) were prepared as candidates for building blocks. The 1H NMR, 13C NMR, UV-Vis, electrochemistry and FAB mass spectral data of these complexes are presented.  相似文献

Cyclometalation of benzo[h]quinoline (bzqH) by [RuCl(μ-Cl)(η6-C6H6)]2 in acetonitrile occurs in a similar way to that of 2-phenylpyridine (phpyH) to afford [Ru(bzq)(MeCN)4]PF6 (3) in 52% yield. The properties of 3 containing ‘non-flexible’ benzo[h]quinoline were compared with the corresponding [Ru(phpy)(MeCN)4]PF6 (1) complex with ‘flexible’ 2-phenylpyridine. The [Ru(phpy)(MeCN)4]PF6 complex is known to react in MeCN solvent with ‘non-flexible’ diimine 1,10-phenanthroline to form [Ru(phpy)(phen)(MeCN)2]PF6, being unreactive toward ‘flexible’ 2,2′-bipyridine under the same conditions. In contrast, complex 3 reacts both with phen and bpy in MeCN to form [Ru(bzq)(LL)(MeCN)2]PF6 {LL = bpy (4) and phen (5)}. Similar reaction of 3 in methanol results in the substitution of all four MeCN ligands to form [Ru(bzq)(LL)2]PF6 {LL = bpy (6) and phen (7)}. Photosolvolysis of 4 and 5 in MeOH occurs similarly to afford [Ru(bzq)(LL)(MeCN)(MeOH)]PF6 as a major product. This contrasts with the behavior of [Ru(phpy)(LL)(MeCN)2]PF6, which lose one and two MeCN ligands for LL = bpy and phen, respectively. The results reported demonstrate a profound sensitivity of properties of octahedral compounds to the flexibility of cyclometalated ligand. Analogous to the 2-phenylpyridine counterparts, compounds 4-7 are involved in the electron exchange with reduced active site of glucose oxidase from Aspergillus niger. Structure of complexes 4 and 6 was confirmed by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

A new ligand DBHIP and its two ruthenium(II) complexes [Ru(dmb)2(DBHIP)](ClO4)2 (1) and [Ru(dmp)2(DBHIP)](ClO4)2 (2) have been synthesized and characterized. The cytotoxicity of DBHIP and complexes 1 and 2 has been assessed by MTT assay. The apoptosis studies were carried out with acridine orange/ethidium bromide (AO/EB) staining methods. The binding behaviors of these complexes to calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) were studied by absorption titration, viscosity measurements, thermal denaturation and photoactivated cleavage. The DNA-binding constants of complexes 1 and 2 were determined to be 8.64 ± 0.16 × 104 (s = 1.34) and 2.79 ± 0.21 × 104 (s = 2.17) M−1. The results suggest that these complexes interact with DNA through intercalative mode. The studies on the mechanism of photocleavage demonstrate that superoxide anion radical (O2 •–) and singlet oxygen (1O2) may play an important role in the DNA cleavage. The experiments on antioxidant activity show that these compounds also exhibit good antioxidant activity against hydroxyl radical (OH).  相似文献

New bridging ligands, such as bpy-(COOCH2)-bpy (BL1), mbpy-(CH2)3COOCH2-bpy (BL2), bpy-COO(CH2)6OOC-bpy (BL3), and bpy-COOCH2PhPhCH2OOC-bpy (BL4), have been synthesized and coordinated to [RuL2(acetone)2](PF6)2 for various [Ru(L)2(BL)Ru(L)2](PF6)4-type dinuclear ruthenium complexes (where BL = BL1, BL2, BL3, BL4, and L = bpy, o-phen, DTDP). Their electrochemical redox potentials, spectroscopic properties and relative electrochemiluminescence were investigated in detail. All dinuclear Ru complexes exhibit MLCT (metal-to-ligand charge transfer) absorption and luminescence bands in the visible region. ECL intensities of dinuclear ruthenium(II) complexes were affected not only by the kind of the ligand, but also by the nature of the bridging ligand. Among the synthesized dinuclear Ru complexes, [(DTDP)2Ru(mbpy)-(CH2)3COOCH2-(bpy)Ru(DTDP)2](PF6)4 exhibited enhanced ECL intensities as high as 2.9 times greater than that of the reference, [Ru(o-phen)3](PF6)2.  相似文献
