1. Plasma lactate and pyruvate were increased more markedly in fed rats than in fasted rats exposed to an 8000 m altitude. 2. The increase in plasma lactate and pyruvate was enhanced and inhibited by the alpha 1-adrenergic antagonist prazosin and the beta-blocker propranolol, respectively, in fasted rats exposed to an 8000 m altitude. Blood glucose was not changed by adrenergic blockades under the same conditions. 3. Prazosin and propranolol showed no effect on glycolytic metabolites in plasma in fed rats submitted to an 8000 m altitude. Blood glucose of fed rats was increased by alpha 1-blockade during severe hypoxia. 4. In fasted rats whose energy metabolism depends on oxidation mainly, alpha 1- and beta-adrenergic receptors can participate in the stimulation of respiration and the glycogen degradation, respectively, during an exposure to severe hypoxia. In fed rats energy metabolism depends on glycolysis, which utilizes blood glucose as the substrate preferentially during hypoxia.  相似文献

Young adult male rats were fasted for 3 days, then fed a glucose-rich diet, ad libitum. At the end of the fasting period, the specific activity of liver glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase was decreased to 60% of control (nonfasted) levels. After 24 to 72 h of refeeding, the specific activity of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase increased seven- and twofold, respectively. During the fasting period, the liver lysosome fragility increased, as judged by increased release of bound acid phosphatase and β-N-acetylglucosammidase activity during standard homogenization. Three hours after feeding a carbohydrate-rich diet, a further increase in liver lysosomal fragility was observed that returned to control values prior to the induction of the dehydrogenases. Similarly, the susceptibility of liver lysosomes from fasted rats to increased fragility by the intraperitoneal injection of glucose or galactose was also observed. Prior starvation was not a requisite for labilization of lysosomal membranes by injected glucose, but induction of the pentose phosphate shunt dehydrogenase was not observed. In a group of 6-week old male rats fed a commercial pellet diet throughout, the injection of insulin caused no change in liver lysosomal fragility, though hypoglycemia resulted. Similar animals made diabetic by treatment with Streptozotocin and diabetic rats given insulin, showed no change in liver lysosmal fragility based on the percentage of free to total activities of β-N-acetylglucosaminidase, β-glucuronidase, β-galactosidase, and Cathespin D. However, when adult female rats were fasted for 24 h, then injected with sufficient insulin to produce hypoglycemia, liver lysosomal fragility, based on the release of β-N-acetylglucosaminidase during homogenization, increased nearly threefold. These studies demonstrate that stimulated lysosomal fragility can be initiated by refeeding fasted animals a carbohydrate-rich diet, by intraperitoneal injections of fasted rats with glucose or galactose, or by administering insulin alone to fasted rats. However, hyperglycemia induced by diabetogenic doses of Streptozotocin, or hypoglycemia induced in well-fed animals by insulin injection failed to elicit an enhanced liver lysosomal fragility. Whether induction of the enzymes of lipogenesis by rat liver is dependent upon a prior lysosomal membrane labilization remains to be determined.  相似文献

Plasma levels of glucose, insulin and catecholamines were assessed during the early phase of sub-lethal endotoxicosis in fasted male rats which were either conscious or continuously anesthetized with sodium pentobarbital. Exogenous glucose challenge was administered during endotoxicosis to probe insulin release at a time when plasma catecholamines were elevated. An endogenous hyperglycemia occurred following endotoxin but was moderated by continuous pentobarbital anesthesia. Plasma insulin was elevated in the conscious but not anesthetized rats during endogenous hyperglycemia following endotoxin. Hyperglycemia with exogenous glucose elevated plasma insulin levels in both conscious and anesthetized groups and occurred in the presence of elevated levels of norepinephrine, epinephrine and dopamine. Simultaneous elevation of plasma catecholamine and insulin levels during endotoxicosis suggests that glucose utilization may be promoted at the same time that glucose is mobilized through adrenergic mechanisms. These events may contribute to the rapid depletion of carbohydrate stores leading to the hypoglycemia of the agonal stage of endotoxic shock.  相似文献

Fiber type specificity for expression of all three rat skeletal muscle pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase (PDK) isoforms (PDK1, 2, and 4) was determined in fed and 24-h fasted rats. PDK activity and isoform protein and mRNA contents were determined in white gastrocnemius (WG; fast-twitch glycolytic), red gastrocnemius (RG; fast-twitch oxidative), and soleus (Sol; slow-twitch oxidative) muscles. PDK activity was lower in WG compared with oxidative muscles (RG, Sol) in both fed and fasted rats. PDK activities from fed muscles were 0.12 +/- 0.04, 0.30 +/- 0.01, and 0.36 +/- 0.08 min(-1) in WG, Sol, and RG, respectively, and increased in fasted muscles (0.36 +/- 0.09, 0.68 +/- 0.18, and 0.80 +/- 0.14 min(-1)). This correlated with increased PDK4 protein and to a lesser extent with PDK4 mRNA. PDK2 protein was not different between fiber types in fed or fasted rats, but PDK2 mRNA content was twofold greater in RG from fasted rats compared with fed rats. PDK1 was unaltered by fasting in all muscle types at both the protein and mRNA level, but in both fed and fasted rats had much greater protein and mRNA content in the oxidative vs. glycolytic muscles. In conclusion, PDK activity and PDK1 and 4 protein and mRNA were lower in glycolytic vs. oxidative muscles from fed and fasted rats. Fasting for 24 h induced a two- to threefold increase in PDK activity that was mainly due to increases in PDK4 protein and mRNA. PDK1 and 2 protein and mRNA were generally unaltered by fasting in all fiber types, except for increased PDK2 mRNA in the fast oxidative fibers. Because the PDK isoforms vary greatly in their kinetic properties, their relative proportions in the three fiber types at any given time during fasting could significantly alter the acute regulation of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex.  相似文献

The biochemical mechanism of cytotoxicity, induced by the quinoid compound 2-methyl 1,4-naphthoquinone (menadione), was investigated in hepatocytes freshly isolated from fasted and fed rats. Hepatocytes from fasted rats were significantly more vulnerable to the toxicity of menadione than hepatocytes from fed rats. Menadione (150 microM) induced a 50% loss of viability of cells (LT50) from fasted rats after 55 min of incubation, whereas a LT50 of 80 min was observed after exposure of hepatocytes from fed rats to menadione. Glutathione and NADPH levels were rapidly depleted by menadione metabolism. This depletion was sustained during the incubation period. No significant differences were found in the time course and extent of the menadione-induced glutathione and NADPH depletion in hepatocytes of both nutritional states. Menadione also affected the energy status of the hepatocytes. The ATP content of cells from fasted rats decreased to 50% (AT50) within 18 min of exposure to menadione, whereas a 50% loss of ATP content of hepatocytes from fed rats was reached at 65 min. In contrast to depletion of glutathione and NADPH, the time course and extent of menadione-induced ATP depletion correlated well with the time of onset and rate of cell killing. Our results suggest that menadione metabolism may interfere with both mitochondrial and glycolytic ATP production. Depletion of ATP might be a critical step in menadione-induced cytotoxicity.  相似文献

Obstructive sleep apnea is characterized by intermittent obstruction of the upper airway, which leads to intermittent hypoxia. Myocardial glycogen is a major energy resource for heart during hypoxia. Previous studies have demonstrated that intermittent hypoxia rapidly degrades myocardial glycogen and activates glycogen synthase (GS). However, the underlying mechanisms remain undefined. Because sleep apnea/intermittent hypoxia usually happens at night, whether intermittent hypoxia leads to GS activation in the postabsorptive state is not known. In the present study, male adult rats were studied after either an overnight fast or ad libitum feeding with or without intermittent ventilatory arrest (3 90-s periods at 10-min intervals). Hearts were quickly excised and freeze-clamped. Intermittent hypoxia induced a significant decrease in myocardial glycogen content in fed rats and stimulated GS in both fasted and fed rats. However, the portion of GS in the active form increased by approximately 38% in fasted rats compared with a larger, approximately 130% increase in fed rats. The basal G-6-P content was comparable in fasted and fed animals and increased approximately threefold after hypoxia. The basal phosphorylation states of Akt and GSK-3beta and the activity of protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) were comparable between fasted and fed control rats. Hypoxia significantly increased Akt phosphorylation and PP1 activity only in fed rats. In contrast, hypoxia did not induce significant change in GSK-3beta phosphorylation in either fasted or fed rats. We conclude that hypoxia activates GS in fed rat myocardium through a combination of rapid glycogenolysis, elevated local G-6-P content, and increased PP1 activity, and fasting attenuates this action independent of local G-6-P content.  相似文献

This study was undertaken because of uncertainties regarding the influence of hormones on myocardial glycogen metabolism of fed and fasted rats. The results indicate that adrenal hormones exert a stabilizing effect on myocardial glycogen levels in fed animals but are not necessary for synthesis to occur. Hypophysectomy eliminates the glycogen increase that occurs from fasting in normal animals while insulin deficiency leads to elevated glycogen stores in both fed and fasted conditions. These findings suggest that changes in myocardial glycogen metabolism are the results of a synergetic relationship between a variety of hormonal and nutritional factors.  相似文献

The effects of anesthetic agents, commonly used in animal models, on blood glucose levels in fed and fasted rats were investigated. In fed Sprague-Dawley rats, ketamine (100 mg/kg)/xylazine (10 mg/kg) (KX) produced acute hyperglycemia (blood glucose 178.4 +/- 8.0 mg/dl) within 20 min. The baseline blood glucose levels (104.8 +/- 5.7 mg/dl) reached maximum levels (291.7 +/- 23.8 mg/dl) at 120 min. Ketamine alone did not elevate glucose levels in fed rats. Isoflurane also produced acute hyperglycemia similar to KX. Administration of pentobarbital sodium did not produce hyperglycemia in fed rats. In contrast, none of these anesthetic agents produced hyperglycemia in fasted rats. The acute hyperglycemic effect of KX in fed rats was associated with decreased plasma levels of insulin, adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), and corticosterone and increased levels of glucagon and growth hormone (GH). The acute hyperglycemic response to KX was dose-dependently inhibited by the specific alpha2-adrenergic receptor antagonist yohimbine (1-4 mg/kg). KX-induced changes of glucoregulatory hormone levels such as insulin, GH, ACTH, and corticosterone were significantly altered by yohimbine, whereas the glucagon levels remained unaffected. In conclusion, the present study indicates that both KX and isoflurane produce acute hyperglycemia in fed rats. The effect of KX is mediated by modulation of the glucoregulatory hormones through stimulation of alpha2-adrenergic receptors. Pentobarbital sodium did not produce hyperglycemia in either fed or fasted rats. Based on these findings, it is suggested that caution needs to be taken when selecting anesthetic agents, and fed or fasted state of animals in studies of diabetic disease or other models where glucose and/or glucoregulatory hormone levels may influence outcome and thus interpretation. However, fed animals are of value when exploring the hyperglycemic response to anesthetic agents.  相似文献

To determine running performance and hormonal and metabolic responses during insulin-induced hypoglycemia, fed and fasted male rats (315 +/- 3 g) were infused with insulin (100 mU/ml, 1.5 ml/h) or saline (1.5 ml/h) for 60 min and then killed at rest or after running on the treadmill (21 m/min, 15% grade). Insulin-infused fed rats ran poorly during the second 10 min of a 20-min exercise test. They were capable of running a total of 43 +/- 5 min, compared with 138 +/- 6 min for saline-infused fed rats. Fasted insulin-infused rats were able to run only 12.8 +/- 0.8 min, compared with 122 +/- 15 min for fasted saline-infused rats. In fasted rats, blood glucose was 1.6 +/- 0.1 mM after 60 min of insulin infusion and 1.2 +/- 0.1 mM after running to exhaustion. Artificial increase of plasma free fatty acids had no effect on performance. Intravenous infusion of glucose at the time of fatigue produced an immediate recovery, allowing the formerly fatigued rats to run 20 min without development of fatigue. These results provide evidence that severe hypoglycemia can be a significant cause of fatigue, even if it occurs early in the course of an exercise bout.  相似文献

Obestatin, a sibling of ghrelin derived from preproghrelin, opposes several physiological actions of ghrelin. Our previous study has demonstrated that both plasma ghrelin and obestatin levels were decreased significantly 2h after food intake in human. To further expand current knowledge, we investigated the temporal profiles of their levels in ad libitum fed rats, 48h fasted rats and 48h fasted rats refed 2h with a standard chow, crude fiber, 50% glucose or water, and their expressions in stomach, liver and pancreatic islets immunohistochemically. Plasma ghrelin and obestatin levels were measured by EIA. Plasma leptin, insulin and glucose levels were also evaluated. Both plasma ghrelin and obestatin levels increased significantly in fasted rats compared with ad libitum fed rats. The ingestion of standard chow produced a profound and sustained suppression of ghrelin levels, whereas plasma obestatin levels decreased significantly but recovered quickly. Intake of crude fiber or 50% glucose, however, produced a more profound and sustained suppression of obestatin levels, though they had relatively less impact on ghrelin levels. Plasma glucose was the only independent predictor of ghrelin levels, obestatin levels, and ghrelin to obestatin ratios. Obestatin immunoreactivity was detected in the fundus of stomach, liver and pancreatic islets, with roughly similar patterns of distribution to ghrelin. These data show quantitative and qualitative differences in circulating ghrelin and obestatin responses to the short-term feeding status and nutrient composition, and may support a role for obestatin in regulating metabolism and energy homeostasis.  相似文献

These experiments utilized ex vivo gastric chamber preparations in both fed rats and rats fasted for 14--18 h. A new, simple technique is described for the quantification of cells in small volumes of fluid. The data indicate that exposure to solutions of 50 mM HCl was accompanied by greater cell loss in fasted vs. fed animals. The gastric potential differences of mucosae exposed to Ringer's mammalian saline, and subsequently to 50 mM HCl, were consistently at least 10 mV more negative in fasted animals.  相似文献

The oral acute toxicity of 3 beta-adrenoceptor stimulants, 2 beta-adrenoceptor blockers, and 2 anti-gastric ulcer drugs was studied in 8-week old, SD-JCL rats and ICR-JCL mice, fasted overnight for 17-20 hours. The results were compared with those from rats and mice allowed to feed normally. The order of the fed:fasted ratio of LD50 values in rats was pirenzepin less than propantheline less than pindolol less than salbutamol less than orciprenaline less than fenoterol less than bunitrolol, and was in the range 1.3-4.7. The increased toxicity in fasted animals was considered to be related to acceleration in gastric emptying and intestinal absorption, but not to a general change in the condition of the test system or a decrease in the detoxification ability of the liver because after intraperitoneal administration acute toxicity was similar in fed and fasted rats.  相似文献

To determine the effect of maternal exercise on fetal liver glycogen content, fed and fasted rats that were pregnant for 20.5 or 21.5 days were run on a rodent treadmill for 60 min at 12 m/min with a 0% grade or 16 m/min up a 10% grade. The rats were anesthetized by intravenous injection of pentobarbital sodium, and fetal and maternal liver and plasma samples were collected and frozen. Fetal liver glycogenolysis did not occur as a result of maternal exercise. Fetal blood levels of lactate increased 22-60%, but glucose, plasma glucagon, and insulin were unchanged during maternal exercise. Maternal liver glycogen decreased as a result of exercise in all groups of rats except the fasted 20.5-day-pregnant group. Plasma free fatty acids increased in all groups and blood lactate increased in fed (20.5 days) and fasted (21.5 days) pregnant rats. Maternal glucose, glucagon, and insulin values remained constant during exercise. The fetus appears to be well-protected from metabolic stress during moderate-intensity maternal exercise.  相似文献

The effect of fasting on hormonal and metabolic variables was evaluated in normal rats and in rats with obesity induced by neonatal treatment with monosodium glutamate (MSG). The hyperinsulinemia of the fed obese rats was reversed by fasting. Plasma corticosterone was also high in the fed obese and decreased to levels similar to fed controls, while it increased in the latter group during fasting. In contrast, thyroid hormone levels decreased in controls but increased in the obese rats in response to fasting. The fed obese group had lower carcass protein and higher carcass lipid contents than controls. In response to fasting, the decrements of the initial amount of both protein and fat were lower in MSG than in controls. Fasting induced a sustained increase in plasma free fatty acids only in the obese rats, although a single 100 μmol · l−1 dose of norepinephrine stimulated in vitro glycerol release more pronouncedly in epididymal adipocytes from control than obese rats. The results indicate that MSG-obese rats were able to mobilize fat stores during prolonged fasting. The high availability of lipid fuels and the sharp and sustained decrease in circulating corticosterone in the MSG group were probably important in diminishing body protein consumption during fasting. To determine whether the estrogen-induced hyperlipidemia is affected by fasting, male growing chicks were administered subcutaneously a single dose of 17 beta-estradiol (25 mg/kg body wt), and the hormone treatment lasted for 2 days with or without feed (Experiment 1). In the second experiment, chicks were initially fasted for 1 or 3 days, and then treated with the same dosage of 17 beta-estradiol as in Experiment 1 for 2 days without feed. Plasma and liver lipids, and the activities of hepatic malic enzyme, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, and hormone-sensitive lipase in the adipose tissue were determined. Compared with fed control chicks, estrogen treatment in fed birds resulted in a marked elevation of plasma lipids, especially triglyceride during the 2-day period (137 vs 2263 mg/dl). In fasted chicks, the present finding that estrogen also induced a marked hyperlipidemia is noteworthy. Upon estrogen treatment (Experiment 1), the level of plasma triglyceride in fasted birds increased about 16 times over that of the fasted control group (133 vs 2093 mg/dl). Even in chicks fasted for 5 days (Experiment 2), estrogen treatment resulted in a persistent hypertriglyceridemia (75 vs 1369 mg/dl). In fed chicks, estrogen treatment also induced a fatty liver with massive accumulation of triglyceride, but the liver of estrogen-treated/fasted chicks appeared to be normal. In both fed and fasted chicks, malic enzyme was found to be the major NADPH producing enzyme in the liver. Upon fasting, both malic enzyme and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activities decreased significantly (P less than 0.05). In fed chicks, the total activities of both enzymes increased with estrogen treatment, whereas the effect of hormone on these enzymes was less obvious in fasted chicks. The hormone-sensitive lipase activity in the adipose tissue was much lower in fed chicks compared with that of fasted birds (0.15 vs 0.33 nmol of oleic acid released/min/mg protein). Estrogen treatment in fed chicks had no effect on the hormone-sensitive lipase activity, but its activity was enhanced by the hormone treatment in fasted chicks. The present finding that hyperlipidemia persisted in estrogenized chicks during the fasting seems to indicate the complex nature of this hormonal influence on lipid metabolism.  相似文献

Glycogen content of white and red skeletal muscles, cardiac muscle, and liver was investigated in conditions where changes in plasma levels of non‐esterified fatty acids (NEFA) occur. The experiments were performed in fed and 12 and 48 h‐fasted rats. The animals were also submitted to swimming for 10 and 30 min. Glycogen content was also investigated in both pharmacologically induced low plasma NEFA levels fasted rats and pharmacologically induced high plasma NEFA levels fed rats. The participation of Akt and glycogen synthase kinase‐3 (GSK‐3) in the changes observed was investigated. Plasma levels of NEFA, glucose, and insulin were determined in all conditions. Fasting increased plasma NEFA levels and reduced glycogen content in the liver and skeletal muscles. However, an increase of glycogen content was observed in the heart under this condition. Akt and GSK‐3 phosphorylation was reduced during fasting in the liver and skeletal muscles but it remained unchanged in the heart. Our results suggest that in conditions of increased plasma NEFA levels, changes in insulin‐stimulated phosphorylation of Akt and GSK‐3 and glycogen content vary differently in liver, skeletal muscles, and heart. Akt and GSK‐3 phosphorylation and glycogen content are decreased in liver and skeletal muscles, but in the heart it remain unchanged (Akt and GSK‐3 phosphorylation) or increased (glycogen content) due to consistent increase of plasma NEFA levels. The present study was designed to assess the effect of fasting on aldosterone secretion in ovariectomized (Ovx) rats. Ovx rats were divided into fed (allowed access to food ad libitum) and fasted (deprived of food for 24 hours) groups. The trunk blood of fed and fasted rats was collected after decapitation. In the in vitro study, adrenal zona glomerulosa (ZG) cells from fed or fasted rats were incubated with angiotensin II (Ang II, 10(-6) M), adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH, 10(-9) M), or forskolin (an activator of adenylyl cyclase, 10(-6) M) at 37 degrees C for 30 min. The levels of aldosterone in medium and plasma extracts were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results showed that the levels of plasma aldosterone in fasted rats were lower than those in fed rats. There were no significant differences in basal and Ang II-stimulated aldosterone secretion between fed and fasted groups. The increment of aldosterone induced by ACTH in fasted group was significantly less than that in fed group. Administration of forskolin led to a significant increase in aldosterone secretion in both fed and fasted groups. Fasted group had a decreased aldosterone secretion in response to forskolin as compared with fed group. In summary, these results suggest that fasting decreases aldosterone secretion in Ovx rats through a mechanism in part involving a reduction of aldosterone production in response to ACTH, a decreased activity of adenylyl cyclase, and/or an inhibition of post-cAMP pathway in ZG cells.  相似文献

We have previously demonstrated that fasting induced apoptosis and decreased cell proliferation in the rat intestinal mucosa. The aim was to investigate the effect of expanded polystyrene as indigestible material on apoptosis and cell proliferation in rat small intestinal mucosa during fasting. Male SD rats were divided into 3 groups. The first group was fed with chow and water ad libitum. The second group fasted for 72 hrs. The third group was fasted for 24 hrs and was fed expanded polystyrene. Intestinal apoptosis was evaluated by percent fragmented DNA assay, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUDP-biotin nick end-labeling (TUNEL) staining, and caspase-3 assay. Cell proliferation was analyzed by 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine (5-BrdU) uptake. Truncal vagotomy was performed to evaluate a role of the central nervous system. In the 72-hr fasted rat, mucosal height of the rat jejunum was decreased to 73% of that in rats fed ad libitum, and this decrease was partly restored to 90% in rats fed expanded polystyrene. The fragmented DNA was increased in fasted rats (28.0%) when compared with that in rats fed ad libitum (2.6%). The increase in fragmented DNA in fasted rats was recovered by feeding them expanded polystyrene (8.3%). TUNEL staining confirmed this result. The effect of polystyrene on apoptosis was decreased by truncal vagotomy. Expression of cleaved caspase-3 was increased in fasted rats, which was then decreased by feeding of expanded polystyrene. In contrast to apoptosis, feeding of expanded polystyrene had no reconstructive effect on 5-BrdU uptake in the intestinal epithelium, which was decreased by fasting to 60% of that in rats fed ad libitum. In conclusion, feeding of indigestible material partly restored the decrease in intestinal mucosal length in the fasted rats through the apoptotic pathway without any influence on BrdU uptake. Further exploration focused on the mechanism of this effect of indigestible material is required.  相似文献

Phosphoinositide turnover was investigated in adipocytes from fed and 48 hour fasted rats. Insulin stimulated phosphoinositide synthesis both in adipocytes from fed and fasted rats. Fasting enhanced this effect of insulin 2-fold. Hydrolysis of phosphoinositides to inositol phosphates was not activated by insulin, neither transient after 2 minutes nor after 60 minutes stimulation. Under similar conditions, alpha 1-adrenergic receptor stimulation induced a pronounced inositol phosphate production. Thus, it is suggested that phosphoinositide hydrolysis is not involved in insulin action. The alpha 1-adrenergic effect was similar in adipocytes from fed and fasting rats.  相似文献

The effects of acute or chronic treatment with mu and k opioid agonists were investigated on food intake during light (0-6 hr) and dark (6-24 hr) phases in free fed and fasted rats. In free fed rats, morphine (MOR, 5 mg/kg, ip), a mu-agonist, induced a hyperphagic response during both light and dark phases, whereas ketocyclazocine (KCZ, 1 mg/kg, ip), a k-agonist, enhanced food intake only during the light phase. Chronic MOR (x 7 days) produced a further enhancement of hyperphagia in the light phase and attenuated the dark phase response. Chronic KCZ, however, had opposite effects, i.e. tolerance to light phase hyperphagia and an enhancement in the dark phase response. In fasted rats, neither MOR nor KCZ appreciably enhanced food intake after acute administration but chronic treatment potentiated the acute opioid effects. These results are discussed in light of the role of diurnal rhythmicity, satiety states and receptor (mu and k) specificity/interactions in the opioidergic regulation of food intake.  相似文献
