Summary Splenocytes cultured for 24 h in the presence of interleukin-2 (IL-2), lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or both together expressed a cytotoxic acitvity against the YAC-1 lymphoma cell line and to a lesser extent against P815 mastocytoma cells. The association of IL-2 and LPS had an additive effect on induction of cytotoxicity. The IL-2-induced cytotoxic activity lasted for the whole of the culture; however, the addition of LPS at the initiation of the culture increased the cytotoxic activity during its the early phase, the increment being followed by a fall of lytic activity after 72 h of culture. Assessment of interferon (IFN) in the culture supernatants showed (a) a production of IFN by IL-2-supplemented cultures, (b) a more potent IFN production by cultures treated with IL-2 plus LPS (including 20% IFN/), (c) and that indomethacin (1µm) potentiated the effect of either IL-2 or LPS used alone but did not significantly increase the cytotoxic activity of cultures treated with IL-2 plus LPS (the one that produced a high level of IFN). When cultures were treated by an anti-IFN antibody we observed no change in the cytotoxic activity; however, in the presence of anti-IFN/ serum the cytotoxic activity of cultures treated with IL-2 plus LPS was inhibited after 24 h but stimulated after 72 h. When cultures treated with IL-2 plus LPS were supplemented with both indomethacin and anti-IFN/ the cytotoxic activity assessed after 72 h of culture was maintained at the same level as that of IL-2-treated cultures, hence the fall after 72 h of the cytotoxicity of cultures initiated in the presence of LPS alone was affected by both the immune serum and the cyclooxygenase inhibitor. Altogether these data show that when splenocytes are cultured for more than 72 h in the presence of IL-2 and LPS their cytotoxic activity decreases, and it is likely that this diminution is linked to the endogenous prodution of prostaglandin E2 and IFN/.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine whether Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans lipopolysaccharide (LPS-A. actinomycetemcomitans) could induce murine spleen cells to produce nitric oxide (NO). Spleen cells derived from Balb/c mice were stimulated with LPS-A. actinomycetemcomitans or LPS from Escherichia coli for 4 days. The effects of N(G)-monomethyl-L-arginine (NMMA), polymyxin B, and cytokines (IFN-gamma and IL-4) on the production of NO were also assessed. The NO production from the carrageenan-treated spleen cells stimulated with LPS-A. actinomycetemcomitans or both LPS-A. actinomycetemcomitans and IFN-gamma was determined. The carrageenan-treated mice were transferred with splenic macrophages and the NO production was assessed from the spleen cells stimulated with LPS-A. actinomycetemcomitans or LPS-A. actinomycetemcomitans and IFN-gamma. The results showed that NO production was detectable in the cultures of spleen cells stimulated with LPS-A. actinomycetemcomitans in a dose-dependent fashion, but was lower than in the cells stimulated with LPS from E. coli. The NO production was blocked by NMMA and polymyxin B. IFN-gamma up-regulated but IL-4 suppressed the production of NO by the spleen cells stimulated with LPS-A. actinomycetemcomitans. The carrageenan-treated spleen cells failed to produce NO after stimulation with LPS-A. actinomycetemcomitans or both LPS-A. actinomycetemcomitans and IFN-gamma. Adoptive transfer of splenic macrophages to the carrageenan-treated mice could restore the ability of the spleen cells to produce NO. The results of the present study suggest that LPS-A. actinomycetemcomitans under the regulatory control of cytokines induces murine spleen cells to produce NO and that splenic macrophages are the cellular source of the NO production. Therefore, these results may support the view that NO production by LPS-A. actinomycetemcomitans-stimulated macrophages may play a role in the course of periodontal diseases.  相似文献

Nitric oxide (NO) synthesized by fetal membranes may act either directly inhibiting myometrium contractility or indirectly interacting with tocolytic agents as prostaglandins (PGs). Here we examined if NO could modulate prostaglandin E(2) 9-ketoreductase (9-KPR) activity in human fetal membranes (HFM). 9-KPR is the enzyme that converts PGE(2) into PGF(2alpha), the main PGs known to induce uterine contractility at term. Chorioamnion explants obtained from elective caesareans were incubated with aminoguanidine (AG), an iNOS inhibitor, or NOC-18, a NO donor. NOC-18 (2mM) increased PGE(2) production and diminished PGF(2alpha) synthesis in HFM. AG presented the opposite effect. When we evaluated the activity of 9-KPR by the conversion of [(3)H]-PGE(2) into [(3)H]-PGF(2alpha) and 13,14-dihidro-15-keto prostaglandin F(2alpha) (the PGF(2alpha) metabolite), we found that NOC-18 inhibited 9-KPR activity. Interestingly, AG did not elicit any effect on 9-KPR but l-NAME, a non-selective NOS inhibitor, significantly increased its activity. Our data suggests that exogenous NO inhibits 9-KPR activity in HFM, thus modulating the synthesis of important labor mediators as PGF(2alpha).  相似文献

In the present study, we investigated antiinflammatory effects of six flavonoids isolated from the rhizomes of Belamcanda chinensis (Iridaceae) in RAW 264.7 macrophages. The results indicated that irigenin concentration dependently inhibited lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced nitric oxide (NO) and prostaglandin (PG) E(2) production. Furthermore, this compound inhibited the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 proteins and mRNAs without an appreciable cytotoxic effect. Treatment of the transfectant RAW 264.7 cells with irigenin reduced the level of nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kappaB) activity, also effectively lowered NF-kappaB binding measured by electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA), which was associated with decreased p65 protein levels in the nucleus. On the basis of the above data, we suggest that the effect of irigenin in decreasing LPS-induced NO and PGE(2) synthesis is due to diminish the mRNA and protein expression of iNOS and COX-2, respectively, also may be due to under the suppression of NF-kappaB activation. Therefore, irigenin isolated from the rhizomes of Belamcanda chinensis could be offered as a leading compound for anti-inflammation.  相似文献

Murine macrophages (RAW 264.7) when stimulated with LPS show 90% distribution of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in the nuclear fraction and approximately 10% in the cytosolic fraction. Further analysis of this cytosolic fraction at 100,000 x g indicates that the COX-2 is distributed both in the 100,000 x g soluble fraction and membrane fraction. Stimulation of RAW 264.7 cells with LPS in the presence of inducible nitric oxide synthase inhibitor L-NMMA at concentrations that inhibit nitrite accumulation by /=85% with higher concentrations of L-NMMA shows 1) up-regulation of PGE2 production, 2) accumulation of COX-2 protein in the 100,000 x g soluble and membrane fractions of the cytosolic fraction, and 3) with no significant effects on the accumulation of COX-2 mRNA. These experiments suggest that low concentrations of nitric oxide (10-15% of the total) attenuate PGE2 production in response to LPS in RAW 264.7 cells. This inhibition is, in part, due to decreased expression of cytosolic COX-2 protein.  相似文献

Loading-induced flow of interstitial fluid through the lacuno-canalicular network is a likely signal for bone cell adaptive responses. However, the nature of the stimulus that activates the cell is debated. Candidate stimuli include wall shear stress, streaming potentials, and chemotransport. We have addressed the nature of the flow-derived cell stimulus by comparing variations in fluid transport with variations in wall shear stress, using nitric oxide (NO) and prostaglandin E(2) (PGE(2)) production as a parameter of bone cell activation. Adult mouse long bone cell cultures were treated for 15min with or without pulsating fluid flow using the following regimes: Low PFF, mean flow rate 0.20 cm(3)/s, 3 Hz, shear stress 0.4+/-0.12 Pa; Medium PFF, 0.33 cm(3)/s, 5 Hz, 0.6+/-0.27 Pa; and High PFF, 0.63 cm(3)/s, 9Hz, 1.2+/-0.37 Pa. In some Low PFF experiments, 2.8% neutral dextran (mol. wt. 4.98x10(4)) was added to the flow medium to increase the viscosity, thereby increasing the wall shear stress 3-fold to a level similar of the High PFF stimulus, but without affecting streaming potentials or chemotransport. NO and PGE(2) production were stimulated by Low, Medium, and High PFF in a dose-dependent manner. Application of Low PFF using dextran-supplemented medium, enhanced both the NO and PGE(2) response by 3-fold, to a level mimicking the response to High PFF at normal viscosity. These results show that the production of NO and PGE(2) by bone cells can be enhanced in a dose-dependent manner by fluid flow of increasing wall shear stress. Therefore, the stimulus leading to NO and PGE(2) production is the flow-derived shear stress, and not streaming potentials or chemotransport.  相似文献

The influence of T cells on the production of prostaglandins (PGE2) and on PGE2-mediated regulation of natural killer (NK) activity was studied. Supernatants from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and from PBMC depleted of T cells ((PBMC)-T), both of which had been incubated in plastic petri dishes overnight, contained similar amounts of PGE2, as detected by radioimmunoassay and by their potential to inhibit NK activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in a 51Cr release assay with K 562 cells as the target population. However, the NK activity of PBMC was inhibited significantly more strongly (P less than 0.005) by PGE2-containing supernatants than was the NK activity of (PBMC)-T. In further assays, in which synthetic PGE2 in concentrations of 10(-4) and 10(-5)M was added, a significant inhibition of NK activity was observed in PBMC populations (P less than 0.05), but not in (PBMC)-T. Thus, T cells did not seem to be involved in the control of PGE2 production, but their presence was necessary for PGE2-mediated inhibition of NK activity.  相似文献

Esculentoside A (EsA) is a saponin isolated from the roots of Phytolacca esculenta. Previous experiments have shown that it has strong antiinflammatory effects. To investigate the mechanism of anti-inflammatory effects of esculentoside A (EsA),[(3)H] arachidonic acid (AA) prelabelled murine macrophage and radioimmunoassay were used to test the effect of EsA on the total release of AA and prostaglandin E(2) in culture supernatants. The results showed that EsA had no significant effect on the total release of AA from murine macrophages. EsA (2.5-10 mumol/l), from unstimulated murine peritoneal macrophages and rabbit synovial cells, could decrease the production of prostaglandin E(2). In A(23187) and LPS-treated macrophages and synovial cells, EsA (10 mumol/l) could significantly decrease the prostaglandin E(2) production. These results confirmed that EsA exerted an inhibitory effect on prostaglandin E(2) production from murine macrophages and rabbit synovial cells.  相似文献

The rate of generation of murine secondary influenza virus-immune cytotoxic T cells in vitro is enhanced under limiting dilution conditions at hyperthermal temperatures (39 versus 37 degrees C). Increased mean values of cytotoxic activity were observed in the presence as well as absence of exogenous helper factors. Elevated cytotoxic activity at 39 degrees C was observed after day 3 to day 5 of culture. The number of autoreactive cytotoxic cells observed was not greater at 39 degrees C than at 37 degrees C. Elevated temperature did not influence target cell lysis or release of isotopes from killed target cells. The results are discussed with a view to the role of fever in augmenting the cellular immune response responsible for the host defense against primary viral infection.  相似文献

Granuloma reaction around Schistosoma mansoni eggs is the prominent lesion in human schistosomiasis. Studies have suggested the involvement of a series of suppressive mechanisms in the control of this reaction. Using an in vitro model of granuloma formation, we have shown that immune complexes (IC) isolated from sera of chronic intestinal schistosomiasis patients were able to reduce granulomatous reaction developed against soluble egg antigen-conjugated polyacrylamide beads. In this system, the role of the l-arginine-nitric oxide (NO) pathway in the formation of prostaglandin E(2) (PGE(2)) by human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of patients infected with schistosomiasis was investigated using IC. Preincubation of PBMC with IC produced a significant increase of both nitrite and PGE(2) levels in the cell supernatant. This effect was inhibited by coincubation of cells with Nomega-nitro-l-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME), a NO synthase inhibitor, showing that the release of PGE(2) subsequent to IC stimulation was driven by NO. The inhibitory effect of L-NAME on PGE(2) release by IC-treated PBMC was reversed by sodium nitroprusside, a known NO donor. Our results indicate that NO could be an important second signal for the stimulation of PGE(2) production induced by IC in PBMC from human schistosomiasis patients.  相似文献

To evaluate the effect of exogenous nitric oxide (NO) and endogenous NO on the production of prostacyclin (PGI(2)) by cultured human pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (HPASMC) treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS), interleukin-1(beta)(IL-1(beta)), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF(alpha)) or interferon gamma (IFN(gamma)), HPASMC were treated with LPS and cytokines together with or without sodium nitroprusside (SNP), NO donor, N(G)-monomethyl-L-arginine (L-NMMA), NO synthetase inhibitor, and methylene blue (MeB), an inhibitor of the soluble guanylate cyclase. After incubation for 24 h, the postculture media were collected for the assay of nitrite by chemiluminescence method and the assay of PGI(2)by radioimmunoassay. The incubation of HPASMC with various concentrations of LPS, IL-1(beta)or TNF(alpha)for 24 h caused a significant increase in nitrite release and PGI(2)production. However, IFN(gamma)slightly increased the release of nitrite and had little effect on PGI(2)production. Although the incubation of these cells for 24 h with SNP did not cause a significant increase in PGI(2)production, the incubation of HPASMC with SNP and 10 microg/ml LPS, or with SNP and 100 U/ml IL-1(beta)further increase PGI(2)production and this enhancement was closely related to the concentration of SNP. However, stimulatory effect of SNP on PGI(2)production was not found in TNF(alpha)- and IFN(gamma)- treated HPASMC. Addition of L-NMMA to a medium containing LPS or IL-1(beta)reduced nitrite release and attenuated the stimulatory effect of those agents on PGI(2)production. MeB significantly suppressed the production of PGI(2)by HPASMC treated with or without LPS or IL-1(beta). The addition of SNP partly reversed the inhibitory effect of MeB on PGI(2)production by HPASMC. These experimental results suggest that NO might stimulate PGI(2)production by HPASMC. Exogenous NO together with endogenous NO induced by LPS or cytokines from smooth muscle cells might synergetically enhance PGI(2)production by these cells, possibly in clinical disorders such as sepsis and acute respiratory distress syndrome.  相似文献

The functions of NK cells are regulated by the balance of activating and inhibitory signals. The inhibitory NK cell receptors are well understood; however, less is known about the activating signaling pathways. To explore whether a costimulatory receptor, inducible costimulator (ICOS), is involved in NK cell function, we assessed the role of ICOS in NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity and cytokine production. In addition, to determine whether ICOS contributes to the elimination of tumors in vivo, we examined the tumor growth survival of mice injected with a tumor expressing the ICOS ligand, B7RP-1. We found that ICOS was up-regulated by cytokine stimulation in murine NK cells. Consistent with ICOS expression on activated NK cells, ICOS-dependent cytotoxicity and IFN-gamma production were observed, and appeared to require signaling through the phosphoinositide 3-kinase pathway. Interestingly, ICOS-mediated stimulation allowed activated NK cells to kill more efficiently tumor cells expressing MHC class I. Furthermore, fewer metastases appeared in the liver and spleen of mice injected with the ICOS ligand-expressing tumor compared with mice bearing the parental tumor. These results indicate that NK cell functions are regulated by ICOS.  相似文献

Prostaglandins have been implicated in the response of bone to mechanical stimuli. To explore the potential role of the cytoskeleton in the control of prostaglandin production, we examined the effect of cytoskeleton disrupting agents on arachidonic acid metabolism in rat calvaria osteoblastic cells. We found that microtubule disrupting agents increase prostaglandin E production 4-5-fold. Stimulation was first detectable at 4 h and rose sharply between 4 and 8 h. 2 h exposure to 1 microM colchicine was sufficient to produce the maximum effect. Cytochalasin B at concentrations which caused marked shape changes had no effect on prostaglandin E production or on its stimulation by colchicine. Taxol, a stabilizer of microtubules, reduced the colchicine effect. The increase in prostaglandin E production was associated with enhanced conversion of arachidonic acid to prostaglandin E2 rather than enhanced release of arachidonic acid from phospholipids. This increase in enzymatic activity was not abolished by cycloheximide treatment at concentrations which inhibited 90% of protein synthesis in the cells.  相似文献

The regulation of PGE2 (prostaglandin E2) and PGI2 (prostaglandin I2; prostacyclin) formation was investigated in isolated adipocytes. The formation of both PGs was stimulated by various lipolytic agents such as isoproterenol, adrenaline and dibutyryl cyclic AMP. During maximal stimulation the production of PGE2 and PGI2 (measured as 6-oxo-PGF1 alpha) was 0.51 +/- 0.04 and 1.21 +/- 0.09 ng/2 h per 10(6) cells respectively. Thus PGI2 was produced in excess of PGE2 in rat adipocytes. The production of the PGs was inhibited by indomethacin and acetylsalicylic acid in a concentration-dependent manner. The half-maximal effective concentration of indomethacin was 328 +/- 38 nM and that of acetylsalicylic acid was 38.5 +/- 5.3 microM. The PGs were maximally inhibited by 70-75% after incubation for 2 h. In contrast with their effect on PG production, the two agents had a small potentiating effect on the stimulated lipolysis (P less than 0.05). The phospholipase inhibitors mepacrine and chloroquine inhibited both PG production and triacylglycerol lipolysis and were therefore unable to indicate whether the PG precursor, arachidonic acid, originates from phospholipids or triacylglycerols in adipocytes. Angiotensin II significantly (P less than 0.05) stimulated both PGE2 and PGI2 production in rat adipocytes without affecting triacylglycerol lipolysis. Finally, it was shown that PGE2 and PGI2 were also produced in human adipocytes, although in smaller quantities than in rat adipocytes. It is concluded that the production of PGs in isolated adipocytes is regulated by various hormones. Moreover, at least two separate mechanisms for PG production may exist in adipocytes: (1) a mechanism that is activated concomitantly with triacylglycerol lipolysis (and cyclic AMP) and (2) an angiotensin II-sensitive, but lipolysis (and cyclic AMP)-independent mechanism.  相似文献

Tenascin-C (TN-C), an extracellular matrix glycoprotein, is known to be expressed in uterine stroma in the peri-implantation period. Examination of the spatiotemporal pattern during early pregnancy using immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization revealed TN-C expression in the stroma beneath the luminal epithelia of the murine endometrium on Days 0 and 1 of pregnancy, subsequent disappearance, and reappearance on Day 4. After decidualization, tissue around the deciduoma was positive. In situ hybridization demonstrated TN-C production by the stromal cells adjacent to the epithelia. To investigate the regulation of TN-C expression in vitro, murine uterine stromal and epithelial cells were isolated and cultured. Addition of interleukin-1 alpha (IL-1 alpha) and prostaglandin E(2) (PGE(2)) and F(2 alpha) (PGF(2 alpha)) induced TN-C expression in the stromal cells at both protein and mRNA levels, while the sex steroid hormones, progesterone and ss-estradiol, exerted little effect. Immunohistochemistry using anti-IL-1 alpha antibody showed epithelial cells to be positive on Days 2-4 of pregnancy, and addition of progesterone but not ss-estradiol enhanced IL-1 alpha expression in epithelial cells in vitro. In a culture insert system, TN-C expression by stromal cells cocultured with epithelial cells was induced by addition of progesterone alone that was blocked by additions of anti-IL-1 alpha antibody. Collectively, these findings indicate that TN-C expression in the preimplantation period is under the control of progesterone, but not directly, possibly by the paracrine and autocrine intervention of IL-1 alpha secreted by epithelial cells and PGE(2) and PGF(2 alpha) secreted by stromal cells.  相似文献

The effect of PGE2 and PGD2 on several lymphocyte functions in vitro was evaluated in nonatopic and atopic subjects. Both PGE2 and PGD2 inhibited phytohemagglutinin-induced protein synthesis ([3H] leucine uptake) by nonatopic mononuclear cells and T cells in a dose-dependent manner (10(-6) to 10(-12) M). Protein synthesis by atopic mononuclear cells was not significantly suppressed by the above concentration of PGE2. Although PGD2 effectively suppressed protein synthesis by atopic mononuclear cells and T cells at 10(-6) M, lower concentrations were ineffective. Kinetic studies revealed significant differences in the suppressive effects of PGE2 and PGD2 on atopic and nonatopic mononuclear cells at 24 and 48 h, but not at 72 or 96 hr. Protein synthesis by T helper-enriched populations (suppressor cell depletion by anti-Leu-2b + complement) obtained from nonatopics was significantly reduced by PGE2 and PGD2, suggesting that these mediators may be directly inhibiting the responding population. By contrast, protein synthesis by T suppressor-enriched populations (helper cell depletion by OKT4 + complement) obtained from nonatopics was enhanced by PGE2 and PGD2, suggesting that the PG were activating these cells. Atopic T helper and T suppressor cells exhibited decreased responsiveness to PGE2 and PGD2 compared with nonatopic cells. PGE2 and PGD2 inhibited the phytohemagglutinin-stimulated proliferative response ([3H]thymidine uptake) by both atopic and nonatopic mononuclear cells in a dose-dependent manner and to the same extent. However, although PGE2 and PGD2 generated functional suppressor activity (when using a coculture technique) in nonatopic mononuclear cells, these mediators failed to activate atopic suppressor cells. These results suggest that reduced responses by atopic T cells to signals provided by PGE2 and PGD2 are not solely restricted to suppressor cell function, and could indicate an impaired ability to regulate immune and/or inflammatory reactions.  相似文献

Previous studies on the surface phenotype of natural cytotoxic (NC) cells defined by negative selection with antibodies and complement showed that most if not all NC activity is the property of "null" cells that did not express a variety of lymphoid markers, including some expressed by natural killer (NK) cells. In the present study we show that when murine C57BL/6 spleen cells were sorted by flow cytometry into fractions positive or negative for Qa-5, Ly-2.2, Thy-1.2, L3T4, or surface immunoglobulin (sIg) and for high or low expression of H-2Kb, the pattern of NC activities was quite different from the negative selection experiments with antibody and complement. Enrichment of NC activity tested against WEHI-164 targets was observed in the H-2Kb high, Qa-5+, Thy-1.2+, and Ly-2.2- fractions, and to a lesser extent in the L3T4+ and sIg- fractions. However, significant NC activity, although lower than in the unseparated cells, was also found in the H-2Kb low, Qa-5-, Thy-1.2-, L3T4-, Ly-2.2+, and sIg+. With the exception of the anti-Ig, all the reagents were monoclonal antibodies. By comparison, NK activity tested against YAC-1 targets was clearly enriched in the H-2Kb high, Ly-2.2-, sIg-, and to a lesser extent, Thy-1.2+ sorted fractions, whereas most of the NK activity was in the L3T4- fractions. These results indicate that NC activity against WEHI-164 targets is mediated by an heterogeneous population of effector cells, which includes cells with markers of both the T and the B lineages, as well as of NK cells. These studies also show that negative selection with antibodies and complement is not always a reliable method for defining the surface phenotype of effector cells.  相似文献

Nitric oxide (NO) may play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of periodontal disease and, hence, the aim of the present study was to test the hypothesis that Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans surface-associated material (SAM) stimulates inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) activity and NO production by the murine macrophage cell line RAW264.7. Cells were stimulated with untreated or heat-treated A. actinomycetemcomitans SAM and with or without pre-treatment with l-N6-(1-Iminoethyl)-lysine (L-NIL) (an iNOS inhibitor), polymyxin B, interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) and Interleukin-4 (IL-4), IL-10, genistein [a protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) inhibitor], bisindolylmaleimide [a protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor], bromophenacyl bromide (BPB) [a phospholipase A2 (PLA2) inhibitor] or wortmannin [phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI-3K) inhibitor]. The iNOS activity and nitrite production in the cell cultures were determined. Untreated but not heat-treated A. actinomycetemcomitans SAM-stimulated both iNOS activity and nitrite production in RAW264.7 cells. l-NIL, IL-4, IL-10, genistein, bisindolylmaleimide, or BPB, suppressed but IFN-γ enhanced both iNOS activity and nitrite production by A. actinomycetemcomitans SAM-stimulated cells. Wortmannin and polymyxin B failed to alter both iNOS activity or nitrite production by A. actinomycetemcomitans SAM treated cells. Therefore, the present study suggests that a heat-sensitive protein constituent(s) of A. actinomycetemcomitans SAM stimulates both iNOS activity and nitrite production by RAW264.7 cells in a cytokine, PTK, PKC, and PLA2 but not PI-3K-dependent fashion.  相似文献
