研究了3种有机碳对三角褐指藻生长、胞内物质和脂肪酸组分的影响。结果表明, 三角褐指藻具有利用有机碳进行兼养生长的能力, 生长速率加快, 倍增时间缩短, 生物量显著提高, 100 mmol/L甘油兼养的生物量最高(713 mg/L), 是自养(460 mg/L)的1.60倍, 乙酸钠和葡萄糖兼养的生物量分别是自养的1.28倍和1.21倍。兼养下蛋白质含量较自养明显下降, 碳水化合物和总脂含量高于自养, 乙酸钠和甘油兼养的总脂含量分别是自养的1.43倍和1.20倍, 葡萄糖兼养的总脂含量与自养无明显差异。3种有机碳兼养的饱和脂肪酸和单不饱和脂肪酸占总脂肪酸的比例增大, 多不饱和脂肪酸比例降低, EPA(eicosapentaenoic acid)比例降低, 乙酸钠兼养的胞内EPA含量(6.23%)和产量(36.59 mg/L)均高于自养, 分别是自养的1.10倍和1.40倍, 甘油和葡萄糖兼养的EPA含量和产量均低于自养。  相似文献

通过生化分析、气质联用和液质联用等技术, 系统地研究了三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)软壳蟹肝胰腺的消化酶活力与营养组成。结果表明三疣梭子蟹软壳蟹肝胰腺中粗脂肪的含量最高, 达47.97%, 但脂肪酶活力却最小; 其消化酶活力大小为: 淀粉酶>类胰蛋白酶>脂肪酶, 且各消化酶活力之间差异显著(P<0.05)。共检出38种脂肪酸, 其中饱和脂肪酸(SFA)18 种, 单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)8 种, 多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)12 种; 其中SFA的含量最高, 为33.05%, PUFA次之, 占32.45%, MUFA的含量最少, 为28.18%。氨基酸组成中谷氨酸含量居首位, 共检测出29种氨基酸, 包括7种必需氨基酸、2种半必需氨基酸及20中非必需氨基酸; 非必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的比例最高, 为52.77%; 其次为必需氨基酸, 占35.39%; 半必需氨基酸最低, 为11.84%。由此可知, 脂类物质是三疣梭子蟹软壳蟹期间主要的能源物质, 其脂肪酸和氨基酸的种类及含量与硬壳蟹相比存在着一定的差异。  相似文献

异养细胞种子/光自养培养方法是一种可异养培养的能源微藻培养的有效方法,但已有文献尚未从工艺优化角度考察其发展潜力。为了获得较高细胞密度的用于光自养培养的种子和提高光自养培养的细胞密度与油脂产率,对异养细胞种子/光自养培养的培养基和培养条件进行了优化。结果表明,采用优化后的培养基,椭圆小球藻在摇瓶中异养培养的最高藻细胞密度可达11.04 g/L,比在初始培养基条件下提高了28.0%,在5 L发酵罐中异养培养的藻细胞密度达到73.89 g/L;在2 L柱式光生物反应器中光自养培养的藻细胞密度、油脂含量和油脂产率分别达1.62 g/L、36.34%和6.1 mg/(L·h),油脂成分主要为含C16-C18碳链的脂肪酸,是制备生物柴油的理想原料。经过优化,异养细胞种子/光自养培养这一方法能够显著地提高椭圆小球藻产油脂的能力,这进一步表明异养细胞种子/光自养培养方法有望成为可异养的能源微藻的高效培养方式。  相似文献

不同营养方式对普通小球藻生长代谢及生化组分的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
摘要:【目的】系统研究自养、混养和异养3种营养方式对真核模式微藻———普通小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)生长特性、细胞生化组分和碳代谢途径关键酶活性的影响。【方法】以C.vulgaris为研究对象,通过设置光合自养、混养和异养3 种营养方式,采用光谱学、色谱学方法,研究不同营养方式对C.vulgaris从生长特性、细胞组分合成和碳代谢等方面的影响。【结果】C.vulgaris依次经自养至混养和异养的培养方式转变中,藻细胞的可溶性糖和油脂含量显著提高,油脂中C16、C18不饱和脂肪酸的相对含量降低,而饱和脂肪酸的含量升高;蛋白质含量、光合色素含量显著下降,18种氨基酸的相对含量也呈下降趋势;葡萄糖的添加可抑制藻细胞吸收和积累除碳元素以外的其他测试元素。在添加葡萄糖的前提下,光照可促进藻细胞的生长量、不饱和脂肪酸和氨基酸,以及除碳元素以外的其他测试参数增加。对微藻胞外碳酸酐酶和核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸 羧化酶的活性分析结果表明,异养和混养直接影响C.vulgaris的碳代谢途径。【结论】光源和葡萄糖的供给与否直接影响C.vulgaris的生长代谢和生化组分合成,葡萄糖的添加在显著促进藻细胞生物量积累的同时,刺激碳素(糖类和油脂)生化成分的合成,而抑制氮素成分(蛋白质和光合色素)的合成;在光照条件下培养基质中葡萄糖的浓度和消耗水平直接决定藻细胞主营自养或异养生长。添加有机碳源葡萄糖的混养(光照)和异养(暗处理)培养可促进藻细胞的生长,异养和自养的生物量之和接近于混养,表明混养是最佳的藻细胞营养生长方式。  相似文献

【目的】研究自养和兼养两种培养方式对蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)生长、细胞分裂和生化组分积累的影响,探讨人工培养蛋白核小球藻的昼夜节律响应机制和优化技术。【方法】小球藻自养培养采用BG11培养基,兼养培养基在BG11培养基中添加4种不同浓度(1、5、10、20 g/L)的葡萄糖,培养周期为10 d。血球板计数法测定藻细胞浓度,干重法测定藻细胞生物量。显微观察藻细胞大小和分裂情况。脂染色法测定小球藻总脂的含量,藻细胞的叶绿素、蛋白和淀粉分别采用甲醇、氢氧化钠、硝酸钙浸提后通过紫外分光光度法定量测定。【结果】葡萄糖兼养培养对蛋白核小球藻具有显著的促生长效应,最适浓度为10 g/L。10 d收获时,兼养组(10 g/L葡萄糖)藻细胞浓度和干重分别是自养组的2.57倍和6.73倍。分析一昼夜中的藻细胞增殖规律可知,第2天和第5天时自养组中增殖的新生子细胞约有76.00%在黑暗期分裂产生,而兼养组中第2天和第5天光照期的新细胞增殖量占比分别达到40.90%和67.50%。一昼夜内藻细胞大小的迁移动态监测表明,第2天自养组藻细胞的体积变化静息期为8 h,兼养组只有4 h;第5天两组藻细胞大小迁移动态的昼夜节律明显,但兼养组黑暗结束后较大细胞(D6μm)占比显著高于自养组。第8天时,兼养组藻细胞已处于稳定期,总脂和蛋白含量均显著高于自养组,藻细胞总脂和色素含量在一昼夜中相对稳定,但蛋白和淀粉含量分别在光照8 h和12 h左右达到峰值。从第2天开始,对兼养组细胞每天进行2 h光延长,收获时藻细胞浓度和干重分别比对照组提高13%和11%。【结论】葡萄糖兼养培养能大幅提高蛋白核小球藻的生物量。蛋白核小球藻生长增殖与生化组分积累均受昼夜节律调控,自养条件下藻细胞以光照期生长黑暗期增殖为主。兼养培养提高藻细胞生物量的机制在于缩短藻细胞生长静息期,在昼夜节律中加速藻细胞生长并显著提高通过细胞周期检查点的细胞比例,光照期效应尤其明显。藻细胞蛋白和淀粉含量昼夜节律明显,最佳收获时间分别在光照8 h和12 h后。  相似文献

为了提高丰富栅藻的油脂产量和评估培养条件对其营养成分的影响,对丰富栅藻的培养基正交优化后,对其进行两步法培养并分析培养前后的脂肪酸和氨基酸的变化。结果表明:两步法培养后丰富栅藻的生物量、油脂含量和油脂产量分别达到23.57 g/L、33.49%和7.58 g/L; 丰富栅藻的单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFAs)特别是C18:1(n-9)的相对含量有所上升,但是饱和脂肪酸(SFAs)和多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)的相对含量有所下降; 氨基酸特别是必需氨基酸的总量降低; 但丝氨酸和蛋氨酸的含量却略有增加。  相似文献

阿根廷无须鳕(Merluccius hubbsi)是西南大西洋较为重要的鱼种,具较高的商业价值,为底拖网渔业的主要捕捞对象。本研究利用气相色谱质谱联用仪测定了阿根廷无须鳕肌肉组织脂肪酸组成,探究各脂肪酸含量,包括饱和脂肪酸(SFA)、单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)和多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)随体长、月份和纬度的变化。结果表明:各类脂肪酸含量高低次序依次为∑PUFA∑SFA∑MUFA;主要脂肪酸包括C22:6n3(DHA)、C16:0、C18:1n9c、C20:5n3(EPA)和C18:0,其中DHA的含量最高,占总脂肪酸含量的35.27%;高PUFA/SFA表明阿根廷无须鳕肌肉可作为PUFA的补充原料;∑SFA和∑PUFA在小体长组个体中(20.1~30.0 cm)的含量较高,特别是DHA和EPA,使得n-3/n-6增加,说明相对较大个体而言,小个体阿根廷无须鳕的营养价值更高;除n-3/n-6外,其余脂肪酸含量均无显著的月份差异;1月最高的n-3/n-6说明肌肉组织在该月份具有较高的营养价值。鱼体各脂肪酸含量随纬度和表温变化不明显。  相似文献

利用Andrew方程考查了异养和兼养培养模式下葡萄糖对单针藻Monoraphidium sp.FXY-10生长的影响,拟合出葡萄糖消耗动力学模型;同时研究了不同培养模式下葡萄糖对单针藻油脂合成的影响,拟合出最佳葡萄糖浓度时油脂合成动力学模型。结果表明,葡萄糖浓度为10.0g/L时,异养、兼养培养条件下藻细胞生物量和油脂含量达到最大值;异养、兼养培养条件下葡萄糖的半饱和常数KS分别为17.82g/L和1.89g/L,说明兼养培养时单针藻对葡萄糖的吸收能力相对较高。  相似文献

为了研究许氏平鲉(Sebastes schlegelii)雌鱼体内受精后仔鱼开口前和仔鱼开口后两个阶段氨基酸和脂肪酸的组成变化规律, 采用生化常规方法定量测定并分析了许氏平鲉发育早期的受精卵(FE)、胚胎期(ES)、初产仔鱼(PL1)、前仔鱼期(PL2)、后仔鱼期(PL3)和稚鱼期(J)6个阶段的氨基酸和脂肪酸组成特点及含量变动。结果表明: 总氨基酸含量从FE至PL1显著下降, 至PL3显著上升, 至J又显著下降(P<0.05); 游离氨基酸含量以FE最低(12.77 mg/g), 从FE到PL1显著上升(P<0.05), 并在PL1含量达到最高值(92.19 mg/g), PL1发育到J呈现先下降后上升再下降的变化趋势(P<0.05), 游离氨基酸与总氨基酸的比值范围在2.37%—19.66%。在各发育阶段干样中检出碳链长度在C14-C24的29种脂肪酸, 分别为9种饱和脂肪酸(SFA)、9种单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)和11种多不饱和脂肪酸为(PUFA), 受精卵中主要脂肪酸依次为C22:6n-3(DHA)、C18:ln-9c、C16:0和C20:5n-3(EPA)。胚胎期(FE-ES)的脂肪酸利用率顺序为SFA、MUFA、n-6PUFA、n-3PUFA, 主要以C18:3n-3、C18:0、C16:1n-7及C20:5n-3(EPA)作为胚胎期的能量来源, C22:6n-3(DHA)的实际利用率最低(9.71%), 被优先保存下来, C16:0的实际利用量最高(10.94mg/g); 仔鱼内源营养阶段(ES-PL1)脂肪酸利用率顺序为MUFA、n-6PUFA、SFA、n-3PUFA, 主要以C16:1n-7、C18:0、C20:4n-6(ARA)及C18:1n-9c作为开口前仔鱼的主要能量来源, 其中仔鱼对DHA实际利用量最高(18.23 mg/g)。PL1-PL3阶段DHA相对于EPA和ARA被选择性利用; PL3至J阶段ARA相对于EPA和DHA被选择性利用。研究表明: 许氏平鲉仔鱼开口前阶段总氨基酸含量与游离氨基酸含量的变化趋势截然相反, 胚胎期与仔鱼内源营养阶段脂肪酸利用率和利用量均有所不同, 仔鱼期DHA优先被利用, 过渡至稚鱼期ARA优先被利用。建议在仔鱼开口后添加富含DHA生物性饵料, 仔鱼过渡到稚鱼期在配合饵料中添加ARA营养物质, 防止苗种营养不足, 保证成活率。  相似文献

【目的】探讨葡萄糖作为外加碳源对热带海洋小球藻(Chloralla sp.HN08)生物质生产和脂、光合色素、碳水化合物及可溶性蛋白等细胞主要成份含量的影响。【方法】分析比较小球藻HN08在光合自养和兼养(添加10 g/L葡萄糖)2种营养方式下的生长速率、细胞密度、光合放氧速率、油脂相对含量,以及可溶性总糖、淀粉和可溶性蛋白的含量。【结果】结果表明,在光照条件下葡萄糖(10 g/L)能促进小球藻(Chloralla sp.HN08)生长,提高细胞终密度,而异养条件下藻细胞逐渐衰亡。兼养条件下,细胞相对生长速率及细胞终密度分别是自养条件下的6.8倍和1.3倍。兼养藻细胞中可溶性糖、淀粉、油脂含量显著高于(P0.05)光合自养细胞,然而可溶性蛋白质和光合色素含量显著低于(P0.05)光合自养细胞。添加葡萄糖的小球藻液的光饱和点和呼吸速率均高于光自养条件下的细胞,但2种培养条件下藻液的净光合速率无显著差异(P0.05)。【结论】光照条件下,添加葡萄糖可显著提高小球藻HN08相对生长速率和细胞终密度,促进油脂与淀粉的积累。  相似文献

Because of its local commercial value, the proximate nutritional composition, fatty acid composition, cholesterol and fat‐soluble vitamins of spiny eel (Mastacembelus simack Walbaum, 1792) were determined in 20 specimens caught in Keban Dam Lake, Elaz??, Turkey in September 2009. Moisture, protein, lipid, ash and cholesterol contents of the spiny eel were 75.9, 17.1, 10.9, 1.0% and 52.6 mg per 100 g, respectively. Fatty acid composition showed that total polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) were the highest (37.1%), followed by monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA, 35.5%) and saturated fatty acids (SFA, 27.4%). The relation between PUFA and SFA (1.35) was comparable to that of some fish species, and PUFA : MUFA : SFA ratio (1.35 : 1.29 : 1) was very close to that recommended by nutritionists. Among the vitamins (A, D, E and K) analyzed, the vitamin E content was highest followed by D, K and A. In conclusion, M. simack is rich in proteins, unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins and low in cholesterol, with a reasonable PUFA : SFA and PUFA : MUFA : SFA ratio as recommended by nutritionists. M. simack can therefore be recommended for human consumption as a good source of nutrition.  相似文献

The effects of supplementing the culture medium with Mg2+ on the growth, lipid production, and fatty acid composition of Monoraphidium sp. FXY-10 were studied under photoautotrophic, heterotrophic, and mixotrophic conditions. Under the photoautotrophic condition, microalgae supplemented with 100 μM Mg2+ grew significantly better than the control group and exhibited a secondary growth state. The final cell density was 1.25-fold higher than that of the control group (2.98 g L?1), and the peak lipid content reached 59.8 % (control group 52.3 %). Culture under the heterotrophic condition did not significantly increase the growth rate, but the experimental group (100 μM Mg2+ supplementation) achieved a 37.03 % lipid content compared to 28.47 % by the control group. The lipid productivity of the experimental group (100 μM Mg2+ supplementation) was higher, reaching 65.93 mg L?1 day?1 compared with 56.10 mg L?1 day?1 for the group without additional Mg2+. Under the mixotrophic condition, the experimental group achieved a final density of 3.10 g L?1, which was higher than that of the control group (2.98 g L?1). There was also no variation in fatty acid composition between the experimental group and the control group. Under the heterotrophic and mixotrophic conditions, the experimental group produced more than 50% saturated fatty and mono-unsaturated fatty acids, and the degree of unsaturation was <137. The Olive Ridley is a worldwide distributed species with high nesting production per season, and in La Escobilla Oaxaca, México, there is a 70% of non-hatched eggs that are lost. In order to evaluate their potential use as a source for human and animal food products, their chemical composition was analyzed. Lyophilized egg samples from 25 turtles were obtained and were analyzed following the analytical methods for fatty acids, protein, fat, ash, moisture, amino acids, vitamins, cholesterol and microbiological agents. The analytical composition obtained was (g/100g): moisture (4.7), ash (3.8), protein (53.7), and fat (47.4). The essential amino acid (g aa/100g protein) content was: Ile (4.4), Lys (6.6), Leu (7.4), Met+Cys (8.8), Phe+Tyr (10.8). The vitamin content was: retinol (340 microg/100g), cholecalciferol (5.91 microg/100g) and 8.6 mg/100 tocopherol, 0.3 mg/100g thiamine and 1.1 mg/100g riboflavin. The total lipid content (TL), fatty acids (FA), and cholesterol (Chol) were divided into three groups based on the weight of the turtle: (TL) (44.3-48.7-49.1g/100g) and (Chol) (518.4-522.5 mg/100g-728.7). A total of 17 Saturated FA (SFA), 8 Monounsaturated FA (MUFA) and 11 Polyunsaturated FA (PUFA) were identified. The most abundant SFA (mg/100g) were: C14:0 (445-772), C16:0 (485-1263); MUFA: C16:1 (456-716), C18:1n-9c (904-1754), and PUFA: C20:4n-6 (105-217); two n-3 fatty acids were identified EPA (48-103) and DHA (97-189).There were significant differences (Fisher, p < 0.05) for: (Chol), total FA, SFA, MUFA, PUFAs and n-3 (EPA + DHA) FA. It was not detected any microbiological agent. In conclusion, lyophilized L. olivacea eggs are an option for its inclusion in the development of food products as they can be used as a high quality biological protein and n-3 fatty acid source for fortification and enrichment.  相似文献

The experiment was organized in a 3×2 factorial arrangement with three dietary fat blends and a basal (20 mg kg?1 diet) or supplemented (220 mg kg?1) level of α-tocopheryl acetate. Dietary vitamin E and monounsaturated to polyunsaturated fatty acid ratio (dietary MUFA/PUFA) affected muscle α-tocopherol concentration (α-tocopherol [log μg g?1]=0.18 (±0.105)+0.0034 (±0.0003)·dietary α-tocopherol [mg kg?1 diet] (P<0.0001)+0.39 (±0.122)·dietary MUFA/PUFA (P<0.0036)). An interaction between dietary α-tocopherol and dietary MUFA/PUFA exists for microsome α-tocopherol concentration (α-tocopherol [log μg g?1]=1.14 (±0.169) (P<0.0001)+0.0056 (±0.00099)·dietary α-tocopherol [mg kg?1 diet] (P<0.0001)+0.54 (±0.206)·dietary MUFA/PUFA (P<0.0131)?0.0033 (±0.0011)·dietary α-tocopherol [mg kg?1)]×dietary MUFA/PUFA (P<0.0067)), and hexanal concentration in meat (hexanal [ng·g?1]=14807.9 (±1489.8)?28.8 (±10.6) dietary α-tocopherol [mg·kg?1] (P<0.01)?8436.6 (±1701.6)·dietary MUFA/PUFA (P<0.001)+24.0 (±11.22)·dietary α-tocopherol·dietary MUFA/PUFA (P<0.0416)). It is concluded that partial substitution of dietary PUFA with MUFA lead to an increase in the concentration of α-tocopherol in muscle and microsome extracts. An interaction between dietary α-tocopherol and fatty acids exists, in which at low level of dietary vitamin E inclusion, a low MUFA/PUFA ratio leads to a reduction in the concentration of α-tocopherol in microsome extracts and a concentration of hexanal in meat above the expected values.  相似文献

In the present study, the waste obtained from the frozen frog leg industry was used for the production of frog waste meal, and its proximate, amino acids, fatty acids, mineral and vitamin compositions were evaluated to determine the nutritional quality. In addition, the total bacterial count, Salmonella, total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N, mgN/100g) and thiobarbituric acid (TBA, mg malonaldehyde/kg) were also measured to determine the microbiological and chemical quality of frog waste meal (FWM). The crude protein, fat and ash content of FWM on a dry weight basis were 68.6%, 17.0% and 13.2%, respectively. The amino acid profiles were found to be fairly close to those of fish meal in terms of protein sources and rich in the glutamic acid, glycine, proline, arginine, and methionine. The proportions of fatty acid composition in FWM were analysed and findings were 26.7% for total saturated fatty acid (SFA), 42.5% for total monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA), 17.0% for total n - 6 and 3.3% for n - 3 ratio. The major SFA, MUFA and PUFA in FWM were palmitic acid (19.1%), oleic acid (26.0%) and linoleic acid (16.7%), respectively. FWM was found to be high in mineral content, especially Zn, K, Cu, Mn, and Mg and high level of some vitamins such as folic acids and thiamin. The total bacterial count was found to be 2.9x10(4) CFU/g, and Salmonella was not observed. TVB-N and TBA in FWM was determined to be 157.4+/-5.8 mg N/100g and 1.2+/-0.1 mg malonaldehyde/kg, respectively.  相似文献

对组培苗鲜罗汉果与干罗汉果提取物的营养成分进行分析和比较研究,分别测定了蛋白质、脂肪、总糖、碳水化合物、灰分、矿质元素、维生素E和氨基酸含量。结果表明:组培苗鲜罗汉果和干罗汉果蛋白质含量分别为22.23%、19.8%,氨基酸总量分别为12.51%、8.36%,其中人体必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量分别为38.13%、36.36%,矿质元素含量分别为1081mg/100g、1089mg/100g,维生素E含量分别为0.183mg/100g、0.589mg/100g。组培苗鲜罗汉果的蛋白质、氨基酸含量比组培苗干罗汉果分别高2.43%、4.15%,碳水化合物、维生素E含量组培苗干罗汉果比组培苗鲜罗汉果分别高2.44%、0.406mg/100g,矿质元素、粗脂肪、总糖、灰分等含量两者不存在明显差异。  相似文献

为探究长江刀鲚生殖洄游过程中脂肪酸组成及其含量变化规律,研究选择洄游距离、卵巢发育和规格大小3个影响因子设置梯度,对长江刀鲚肝胰腺、肌肉和卵巢的脂肪酸组成及含量进行实验分析。实验结果显示, 62尾雌性刀鲚3个组织均检测出28种脂肪酸,以单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)含量最高,大于各组织总脂肪酸含量的56.23%,各类脂肪酸中的C18:1、C16:0、C16:1、DHA和EPA含量较高,为主要脂肪酸。在生殖洄游过程中,刀鲚肝胰腺总脂肪含量随洄游距离的延长呈上升趋势,从崇明江段的(526.61±38.50) mg/g增加至安庆江段的(587.21±124.72) mg/g,而肌肉和卵巢总脂肪酸含量呈显著下降趋势,分别下降了33.03%和57.09%(P<0.05)。在各体长组中,肌肉总脂肪酸、SFA、MUFA和PUFA含量与体长呈正相关(P<0.05),而肝胰腺和卵巢总脂肪酸及各类脂肪酸含量与体长无显著相关性(P>0.05)。在卵巢发育过程中,刀鲚肝胰腺和肌肉总脂肪酸、MUFA和PUFA含量随卵巢由Ⅱ期发育至Ⅳ期均呈下降趋势,总脂肪酸含量分别减少了47.56%和22.40%,...  相似文献

The kinetic study of Arthrospira platensis extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) production under different trophic modes??photoautotrophy (100???mol photons m?2?s?1), heterotrophy (1.5?g/L glucose), and mixotrophy (100???mol photons m?2?s?1 and 1.5?g/L glucose)??was investigated. Under photoautotrophic and heterotrophic conditions, the maximum EPS production 219.61?±?4.73 and 30.30?±?1.97?mg/L, respectively, occurred during the stationary phase. Under a mixotrophic condition, the maximum EPS production (290.50?±?2.21?mg/L) was observed during the early stationary phase. The highest specific EPS productivity (433.62?mg/g per day) was obtained under a photoautotrophic culture. The lowest specific EPS productivity (38.33?mg/g per day) was observed for the heterotrophic culture. The effects of glucose concentration, light intensity, and their interaction in mixotrophic culture on A. platensis EPS production were evaluated by means of 32 factorial design and response surface methodology. This design was carried out with a glucose concentration of 0.5, 1.5, and 2.5?g/L and at light levels of 50, 100, and 150???mol photons m?2?s?1. Statistical analysis of the model demonstrated that EPS concentration and EPS yield were mainly influenced by glucose concentration and that conditions optimizing EPS concentration were dissimilar from those optimizing EPS yield. 采用国家标准方法对1、2、3龄宽体沙鳅养殖群体的肌肉营养成分及品质进行了分析比较。结果显示: (1)各年龄组宽体沙鳅肌肉粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量较高且随着年龄的增长呈增长趋势。其中, 粗蛋白在2龄和3龄组增长不显著(P>0.05), 粗脂肪增长显著(P<0.05)。(2)各年龄组肌肉氨基酸组成相同, 均以鲜味特征氨基酸谷氨酸含量最高, 其次为天门冬氨酸; 第一限制性氨基酸均为缬氨酸; 支链氨基酸与芳香族氨基酸的比值(F值)分别为2.22、2.08和2.12。(3)各年龄组宽体沙鳅脂肪酸在组成和含量上略有差异, 表现为不饱和脂肪酸含量高于饱和脂肪酸含量(P<0.05); 不饱和脂肪酸中单不饱和脂肪酸含量较高(P<0.05); 多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)在2龄组最高(P<0.05)且EPA+DHA含量随年龄的增长递增(P<0.05)。综上, 各年龄段宽体沙鳅肌肉营养丰富, 味道鲜美, 以2龄鱼体营养质量最优。  相似文献
