Surveys of allozyme polymorphisms in the carpet shell clam Ruditapes decussatus have revealed sharp genetic differentiation of populations. Analysis of population structure in this species has now been extended to include nuclear and mitochondrial genes. A partial sequence of a mitochondrial COI gene and of the internal transcribed spacer region (ITS-1) were used to study haplotype distribution, the pattern of gene flow, and population genetic structure of R. decussatus. The samples were collected from twelve populations from the eastern and western Mediterranean coasts of Tunisia, one from Concarneau and one from Thau. A total of twenty and twenty-one haplotypes were detected in the examined COI and ITS1 regions respectively. The study revealed higher levels of genetic diversity for ITS1 compared to COI. The analysis of haplotype frequency distribution and molecular variation indicated that the majority of the genetic variation was distributed within populations (93% and 86% for COI and ITS1 respectively). No significant differentiation was found among eastern and western groups on either side of the Siculo-Tunisian strait. However, distinct and significant clinal changes in haplotypes frequencies between eastern and western samples were found at the most frequent COI haplotype and at three out of five major ITS1 haplotypes. These results suggest the relative importance of historical processes and contemporary hydrodynamic features on the observed patterns of genetic structure.  相似文献

The refugial history and postglacial re‐colonization routes of Western Carpathian insects are insufficiently understood. Therefore, we investigated the spatio‐genetic structure (phylogeography) of Western Carpathian populations of Erebia euryale (Esper, 1805) (Lepidoptera, Nymphalidae) and inferred their colonization routes over the postglacial period. Our results provide new insights into the phylogeography and origin of Erebia euryale in the rarely studied region of the Western Carpathian Mountains. Their phylogeography, including glacial refugia and Pleistocene expansion routes, was reconstructed based on two mitochondrial (COI and CR) and three nuclear markers (CAD, MDH and IDH). Statistical parsimony networks showed the following geographic coherences: (1) populations from Romania and the Bukovské Mountains (Kremenec) grouped together; (2) a ?ergov group containing populations only from the ?ergov Mountains; (3) a Volovské Mountains group with populations from Koj?ovská ho?a and Slovak Paradise grouped together, most likely due to the lack of geographic isolation between the areas; (4) haplotypes characterized from the Volovské Mountains populations were widespread. Comparisons of Western Carpathian E. euryale COI‐haplotypes with haplotypes from the Southern Carpathians and Balkans suggest that the refugial areas were located in south‐eastern Europe in the Balkan region and Southern Carpathians. We also hypothesize possible central European contact zones in Slovakia for E. euryale in the Western Carpathians. Our results indicate that the Western Carpathians could have served as one of the contact zones between Eastern and Western populations, and additionally as an extra refugium in the southern part of the Volovské Mountains for populations also occurring in Czech mountain regions.  相似文献

The perennial herbs Silene vulgaris and S. uniflora are closely related, partially sympatric and interfertile, yet morphologically distinct. We used nuclear (allozyme) and plastid (polymerase chain reaction–restriction fragment length polymorphism) DNA markers to investigate whether these species have a shared history of postglacial colonization and hybridization in Europe, as inferred from large‐scale patterns of geographic variation. The majority of plastid haplotypes and allozyme alleles were widespread and patchily distributed within both species and there was no geographic structure in the distributions of shared allozymes or haplotypes. The mosaic variation is consistent with a scenario in which repeated episodes of interspecific hybridization pre‐dated the largely allopatric range expansion of the two species during the postglacial period. Our overall results are not consistent with a scenario of extensive hybridization and introgression during the postglacial range expansion of the species or within their current areas of sympatry, but we found some evidence for local, postglacial evolution and hybridization in the Baltic region. © 2011 The Linnean Society of London, Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society, 2011, 166 , 127–148.  相似文献

The phylogeographical history of mid‐altitude woodland herbs that depend on moist and shaded forest habitats is poorly understood. Here, we analysed the genetic structure of Cyclamen purpurascens, a mountainous calcicolous perennial, to test hypotheses regarding its glacial survival in single or multiple refugia and postglacial colonization routes, and to explore how they are congruent with the histories inferred for temperate trees and other mountainous herbs. We gathered AFLP data and chloroplast DNA sequences (trnD‐trnT region) from 68 populations spanning the entire distribution range (the Jura Mountains, Alps, western Carpathians, Dinarides). Both genetic markers revealed two main phylogeographical groups (phylogroups) in C. purpurascens. Additionally, AFLP data detected a more detailed structure of five phylogroups: two widespread, showing east?west geographical separation, and three local ones, restricted to somewhat disjunct, marginal regions of the species range. We suggest that C. purpurascens survived the last glaciation in two main regions, the foothills of the Southern Limestone Alps and the Karst area of the north‐western Dinarides, and possibly also in microrefugia in the Western Carpathians. The glacial persistence and colonization routes of this woodland herb are highly concordant with those inferred for several temperate trees, especially the European beech. © 2012 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2012, 105 , 741–760.  相似文献

Generalist parasites regularly evolve host-specific races that each specialize on one particular host species. Many host-specific races originate from geographically structured populations where local adaptations to different host species drive the differentiation of distinct races. However, in sympatric populations where several host races coexist, gene flow could potentially disrupt such host-specific adaptations. Here, we analyse genetic differentiation among three sympatrically breeding host races of the brood-parasitic common cuckoo, Cuculus canorus. In this species, host-specific adaptations are assumed to be controlled by females only, possibly via the female-specific W-chromosome, thereby avoiding that gene flow via males disrupts local adaptations. Although males were more likely to have offspring in two different host species (43% versus 7%), they did not have significantly more descendants being raised outside their putative foster species than females (9% versus 2%). We found significant genetic differentiation for both biparentally inherited microsatellite DNA markers and maternally inherited mitochondrial DNA markers. To our knowledge, this is the first study that finds significant genetic differentiation in biparentally inherited markers among cuckoo host-specific races. Our results imply that males also may contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the different races, and hence that the genes responsible for egg phenotype may be found on autosomal chromosomes rather than the female-specific W-chromosome as previously assumed.  相似文献

Berchemiella wilsonii var. pubipetiolata (Rhamnaceae) is an endangered tree in eastern China. Habitat destruction has resulted in fragmentation of remnant populations and extinction of local populations. AFLP and cpDNA markers were used to determine the population structure of remnant populations of B. wilsonii var. pubipetiolata. Moderate nuclear genomic diversity was found within each of the four remnant populations (H S = 0.141–0.172), while the cpDNA haplotype diversity in each population ranged from 0.356 to 0.681. Six haplotypes were identified by a combined cpRFLP and cpSSR analysis in a total of 89 individuals. AMOVA revealed significantly AFLP genetic differentiation within and between regions (ΦSC = 0.196, ΦCT = 0.396, respectively), and a high cpDNA haplotype differentiation between regions (ΦCT = 0.849). The results suggest low gene flow between populations of B. wilsonii var. pubipetiolata. Strong genetic divergence between two regional populations as revealed by both AFLP and cpDNA markers provided convincing evidence that two distinct evolutionary lineages existed, and should be recognized as ‘evolutionary significant units’ (ESUs) for conservation concerns.  相似文献

The evolutionary influences of historical and contemporary factors on the population connectivity and phylogeographic structure of a brown seaweed, Sargassum ilicifolium, were elucidated using the nuclear ITS2 and mitochondrial COI markers for the collections newly sampled within its distribution range in the northwestern Pacific (NWP). Significant genetic structure at variable levels was identified between populations (pairwise FST) and among populations grouped by geographical proximity (ΦCT among regions). The adjacent groups of populations with moderate structure revealed from AMOVA appeared to have high genetic connectivity. However, a lack of genealogical concordance with the geographic distribution was uncovered for S. ilicifolium from the NWP. Such genetic homogeneity is interpreted as a result of the interaction between postglacial recolonization and dynamic oceanic current regimes in the region. Two separated glacial refugia, the South China Sea and the Okinawa Trough, in the marginal seas of east China were recognized based on the presence of endemic haplotypes and high haplotype diversity in the populations at southern China and northeast of Taiwan. Populations persisting in these refugia may have served as the source for recolonization in the NWP with the rise of sea level during the warmer interglacial periods. The role of oceanic currents in maintaining genetic connectivity of S. ilicifolium in the region was further corroborated by the coherence between the direction of oceanic currents and that of gene flow, especially along the eastern coast of Taiwan. This study underlines the interaction between historical postglacial recolonization and contemporary coastal hydrodynamics in contributing to population connectivity and distribution for this tropical seaweed in the NWP.  相似文献

Summary 1. The emergence times of intertidalClunio-species (Diptera, Chironomidae) are correlated with special tidal conditions in such a way that the immediately following reproduction of the short-lived imagos can take place on the exposed habitat.2. If the habitat of aClunio-species is situated in the middle tidal region and exposed twice a day by the tidal cycle (T = 12.4 h), a tidal rhythm of emergence with an average period of 12.4 hours may result (example:Clunio takahashii).3. If the habitat is located in the lower tidal zone, exposed only at about the time of the spring tides, a semilunar rhythm of emergence is expected (examples:Clunio marinus andClunio mediterraneus). These semilunar rhythms are correlated with certain conditions of low tide which occur at the coastal locations every 15 days at about the same time of day. The semilunar rhythm is therefore exactly characterized by two dates: the lunar emergence time (a few successive days around full and new moon) and the diurnal emergence time.4. According to experimental investigations on the control of the emergence rhythm, the midges are able to determine both dates in advance.5. Coastal populations differ in their lunar and diurnal emergence times. These differences correspond to the time of low tide which exists at each location during the emergence days of the semilunar rhythm.6. Crossbreeding between stocks of different populations showed that the differences in diurnal emergence time are gene-controlled.

The way environmental variation shapes neutral and adaptive genetic variation in natural populations is a key issue in evolutionary biology. Genome scans allow the identification of the genetic basis of local adaptation without previous knowledge of genetic variation or traits under selection. Candidate loci for divergent adaptation are expected to show higher FST than neutral loci influenced solely by random genetic drift, migration and mutation. The comparison of spatial patterns of neutral markers and loci under selection may help disentangle the effects of gene flow, genetic drift and selection among populations living in contrasting environments. Using the gastropod Radix balthica as a system, we analyzed 376 AFLP markers and 25 mtDNA COI haplotypes for candidate loci and associations with local adaptation among contrasting thermal environments in Lake Mývatn, a volcanic lake in northern Iceland. We found that 2% of the analysed AFLP markers were under directional selection and 12% of the mitochondrial haplotypes correlated with differing thermal habitats. The genetic networks were concordant for AFLP markers and mitochondrial haplotypes, depicting distinct topologies at neutral and candidate loci. Neutral topologies were characterized by intense gene flow revealed by dense nets with edges connecting contrasting thermal habitats, whereas the connections at candidate loci were mostly restricted to populations within each thermal habitat and the number of edges decreased with temperature. Our results suggest microgeographic adaptation within Lake Mývatn and highlight the utility of genome scans in detecting adaptive divergence.  相似文献

Common groundsel, Senecio vulgaris (Asteraceae), is a highly selfing semelparous ephemeral weed that belongs to the few plant species in central Europe capable of growing, flowering and fruiting all year round. In temperate climates, flowering S. vulgaris cohorts were found to appear up to three times per year. Using amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) molecular markers we examined temporal genetic differentiation among spring, summer and autumn cohorts at each of seven sites located in two regions in Switzerland. Strong genetic differentiation among cohorts may indicate the existence of seasonal races of S. vulgaris, reproductively isolated by nonoverlapping flowering phenologies. Analysis of molecular variance (amova) revealed that < 2.5% of the AFLP variation resided among cohorts within sites, whereas there was significant genetic differentiation among plants from different sites (15.6%) and among individuals within cohorts (81.9%). Significant genetic differentiation was also observed between the two regions. Isolation-by-distance was found on a regional scale, but not on a local scale. Gene flow was estimated to be approximately 15-fold higher among cohorts within sites than among sites. We further found, on average, similar levels of genetic diversity within the three seasonal cohorts. The results of this study demonstrate that season of growth represents a weak barrier for genetic exchange among S. vulgaris populations and does not affect molecular variance. Therefore, there is no evidence for the existence of seasonally specialized races of S. vulgaris. We discuss some implications of the results for the biological control of S. vulgaris using a native rust fungus.  相似文献

Here, we examine the genetic diversity in the agricultural pest Nezara viridula (Linnaeus, 1758 ) from populations of Argentina using mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) gene sequences. The DNA sequence comparisons of 718 base pairs of the COI gene revealed seven haplotypes. The observed total haplotype diversity (Hd) value was of 0.138, and the nucleotide diversity was of 0.00039 and 0.00135 according to π and θW, respectively. Eight out of the 10 populations analysed, mostly from soya bean crops, only presented the more frequent haplotype, while 2 haplotypes were found in a mixed culture and 6 haplotypes in a peanut culture. Factors such as differential insecticide applications, as well as the surrounding habitat, and the host plant preference could be related to the genetic diversity differences observed among samples of N. viridula. The analysis of genetic diversity in samples collected in crops treated and non‐treated with insecticides, as well as in samples collected from different seasons, could help to clarify the role of the factors that led to the pattern of genetic diversity detected in this study. The result of a comparative analysis of COI gene sequences among populations from South America, Africa, Asia and Europe was consistent with the hypothesis of an African origin of N. viridula. On the other hand, the haplotypes of Europe were clustered with haplotypes from South America. In addition, specimens from Madeira (west of Europe) shared ancestry with South America and Europe. It has been suggested that a probable route of colonization of America could have been from Western Europe towards the eastern coasts of South America.  相似文献

We analyzed the intraspecific gene genealogies of three Leptocarabus ground beetle species (L. seishinensis, L. semiopacus, L. koreanus) in South Korea using sequence data from the mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I (COI) and nuclear 28S rRNA (28S) genes, and compared phylogeographical patterns among the species. The COI data detected significant genetic differentiation among local populations of all three species, whereas the 28S data showed genetic differentiation only for L. seishinensis. The clearest differentiation of L. seishinensis among local populations was between the northern and southern regions in the COI clades, whereas the 28S clade, which likely indicates relatively ancient events, revealed a range expansion across the northern and southern regions. Leptocarabus semiopacus had the most shallow differentiation of the COI haplotypes, and some clades occurred across the northern and southern regions. In L. koreanus, four diverged COI clades occurred in different regions, with partial overlaps. We discuss the difference in phylogeographical patterns among these Leptocarabus species, as well as between these and other groups of carabid beetles in South Korea.  相似文献

Nested clade analyses (NCA) and likelihood mapping were applied to DNA sequence data of the ribosomal ITS1 and mitochondrial COI region from two non-marine ostracod species. The aim was to test whether Pleistocene glaciations may have shaped genetic and geographic patterns. According to the results from both types of analyses, evidence was lacking for any kind of geographic grouping of European (and one African) population from the putatively ancient asexual ostracod, Darwinula stevensoni. This counters the possibility that a recent selective sweep could have caused the low intraspecific, genetic diversity observed in this species. One of the most cited hypotheses to explain geographic parthenogenesis invokes faster, postglacial colonization by asexual lineages. However, no evidence for northern ‘range expansion’ of asexual haplotypes was found for Eucypris virens, a species with geographic parthenogenesis. Rather, the outcome of the NCA reveals that phylogeographic relationships are characterized by ‘restricted dispersal with isolation by (geographic) distance’. This result suggests that either no faster, postglacial range expansion of asexuals occurred in E. virens or, that patterns of subsequent colonization became ‘overwritten’ by more recent dispersal events. Likelihood mapping provides evidence for the second scenario because genetic instead of geographic clustering was statistically supported. Handling editor: K. Martens  相似文献

The distribution of the genetic variation within and among natural populations of A. ANGUSTIFOLIA growing in different regions in Brazil was assessed at microsatellite and AFLP markers. Both markers revealed high gene diversity ( H = 0.65; AR = 9.1 for microsatellites and H = 0.27; P = 77.8 % for AFLPs), moderate overall differentiation ( RST = 0.13 for microsatellites and FST = 0.10 for AFLPs), but high divergence of the northernmost, geographically isolated population. In a Bayesian analysis, microsatellite data suggested population structure at two levels: at K = 2 and at K = 3 in agreement to the geographical distribution of populations. This result was confirmed by the UPGMA dendrogram based on microsatellite data (bootstrap support > 95 %). Non-hierarchical AMOVA revealed high variation among populations from different A POSTERIORI defined geographical groups. The genetic distance between sample locations increased with geographical distance for microsatellites ( R = 0.62; P = 0.003) and AFLPs ( R = 0.32; P = 0.09). This pattern of population differentiation may be correlated with population history such as geographical isolation and postglacial colonization of highlands. Implications of the population genetic structure for the conservation of genetic resources are discussed.  相似文献

In this study, the mtDNA COI genes of 124 individuals in Brachionus calyciflorus complex were sequenced and analyzed. Overall, 84 mtDNA haplotypes were defined, and were split into three clades by the phylogenetic trees. The divergences of COI gene sequence among the three clades ranged from 11.4 to 22.5%, indicating the occurrence of three cryptic species (cryptic species 1, cryptic species 2, and cryptic species 3). Within cryptic species 3, a remarkable degree of differentiation (F st = 0.0947) might be attributable to habitat fragmentation, restricted gene flow, and founder effect, most probably together with local adaptation. The more shared haplotypes were observed, and a non-significant correlation existed between geographic and genetic distance, suggesting that some ancestral haplotypes might be involved in a past range expansion, and as founders give a similar distribution pattern among geographic populations. The networks were also in agreement with the pattern of genetic differentiation in B. calyciflorus species complex revealed by molecular phylogeny. The nested clade analysis suggested a slight geographic structure in the network I, network II, and the highest nesting clade levels within the network III. Under the possible effect of the Younger Dryas Event, the three cryptic species might have survived in multiple relict refugia throughout the south of China. The co-occurrence of cryptic species 2 and 3 might be found in Guangzhou and Hainan due to the possible interference of the barrier and contiguous range expansion. After the Younger Dryas Event, cryptic species 3 with high colonization ability might have arrived and colonized whole habitats at first, and reduce effective gene flow among cryptic species, thus effectively increasing persistence of founder events. Cryptic species 2 might, respectively, have expanded their ranges into Wuhu and Nanjing regions only because of the probable barrier of the Yangtze River, its weak colonization abilities and the ‘priority effects’ of cryptic species 3. Cryptic species 1 distributed exclusively in Danzhou probably failed to expand its ranges into mainland China because of small population size, weaker dispersal capacity, and the barrier of the Qiongzhou Strait.  相似文献

During postglacial colonization, populations that diverged in different refugia produced a patchwork of genomes, often delimited with sharp hybrid zones. The outcome of hybridization following the secondary contact of two genetically distinct populations is hard to predict. In this context, the present study investigated the genetic structure of the hybrid zone between the Drnholec and Białowieża chromosome races of the common shrew ( Sorex araneus ) in Poland using biparentally inherited (seven autosomal microsatellites) and uniparentally inherited (Y-linked microsatellite and mtDNA) molecular markers. On the basis of diagnostic chromosomes, the Drnholec and Białowieża races were classified to different karyotypic groups, which were believed to have independent glacial histories. It was found that genetic differentiation between the Drnholec and Białowieża races was weak and nonsignificant with respect to all molecular markers. However, these results are in contrast with the chromosomal structure of this hybrid zone. The very sharp frequency clines of the diagnostic chromosomes strongly suggest that gene flow between the Drnholec and Białowieża races was reduced. Nonsignificant correlations between genetic differentiation and both the presence of an environmental barrier and geographical distance reveal that only differences in karyotypes might be a reason for limited gene exchange between the races. It is assumed that a lack of molecular differences between the Drnholec and Białowieża races results from a shared ancestral variation.  © 2006 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society , 2006, 89 , 79–90.  相似文献

Host races play a central part in understanding the role of host plant mediated divergence and speciation of phytophagous insects. Of greatest interest are host-associated populations that have recently diverged; however, finding genetic evidence for very recent divergences is difficult because initially only a few loci are expected to evolve diagnostic differences. The holly leafminer Phytomyza glabricola feeds on two hollies, Ilex glabra and I. coriacea, that are broadly sympatric throughout most of their ranges. The leafminer is often present on both host plants and exhibits a dramatic life history difference on the two hosts, suggesting that host races may be present. We collected 1393 bp of mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I (COI) sequence and amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) data (45 polymorphic bands) from sympatric populations of flies reared from the two hosts. Phylogenetic and frequency analysis of mitochondrial COI sequence data uncovered considerable variation but no structuring by the host plant, and only limited differentiation among geographical locations. In contrast, analysis of AFLP frequency data found a significant effect with host plant, and a much smaller effect with geographical location. Likewise, neighbour-joining analysis of AFLP data resulted in clustering by host plant. The AFLP data indicate that P. glabricola is most likely comprised of two host races. Because there were no fixed differences in mitochondrial or AFLP data, this host-associated divergence is likely to have occurred very recently. P. glabricola therefore provides a new sympatric system for exploring the role of geography and ecological specialization in the speciation of phytophagous insects.  相似文献

This paper reports the first tests of the suitability of the standardized mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) barcoding system for the identification of Canadian deerflies and horseflies. Two additional mitochondrial molecular markers were used to determine whether unambiguous species recognition in tabanids can be achieved. Our 332 Canadian tabanid samples yielded 650 sequences from five genera and 42 species. Standard COI barcodes demonstrated a strong A + T bias (mean 68.1%), especially at third codon positions (mean 93.0%). Our preliminary test of this system showed that the standard COI barcode worked well for Canadian Tabanidae: the target DNA can be easily recovered from small amounts of insect tissue and aligned for all tabanid taxa. Each tabanid species possessed distinctive sets of COI haplotypes which discriminated well among species. Average conspecific Kimura two‐parameter (K2P) divergence (0.49%) was 12 times lower than the average divergence within species. Both the neighbour‐joining and the Bayesian methods produced trees with identical monophyletic species groups. Two species, Chrysops dawsoni Philip and Chrysops montanus Osten Sacken (Diptera: Tabanidae), showed relatively deep intraspecific sequence divergences (~10 times the average) for all three mitochondrial gene regions analysed. We suggest provisional differentiation of Ch. montanus into two haplotypes, namely, Ch. montanus haplomorph 1 and Ch. montanus haplomorph 2, both defined by their molecular sequences and by newly discovered differences in structural features near their ocelli.  相似文献

Large blooms of Rhopilema nomadica, a highly venomous rhizostamatid scyphozoan species introduced to the Mediterranean through the Suez Canal, have become ubiquitous in the summer and winter months along the Israeli coasts since the mid-1980s. This species has since spread across the eastern Mediterranean and was sighted as far west as Tunisia and Sardinia. For the past 12 years, we have studied changes in the mitochondrial COI haplotypes diversity of R. nomadica to investigate small scale fluctuactions of genetic diversity and to reveal possible genetic structuring of the fast spreading invader in the Eastern Mediterranean. The 1091 COI sequences analysed, revealed a highly diverse population displaying 89 haplotypes, 46 of which appeared as singletons, low frequency haplotypes. All the specimens analysed throughout the period belong to a single unstructured population. Though lacking data from the source population in the Red Sea, the high within-population diversity and the high diversity of COI haplotypes support the hypothesis of multiple introductions events, or an open corridor with a continuous influx of propagules. Tajima’s D and Fu’s Fst negative values and the increased numbers of COI singletons from early to late sampling periods, have verified that the Israeli population is characterized by a rapid expanding population. Further research is needed for the evaluation of COI diversity and patterns in R. nomadica populations across the eastern Mediterranean Sea and Red Sea, as well as any correlation of the high variability between COI locus and phenotypic diversity.

Background

Populations may be bound by contemporary gene flow, selective sweeps, and extinction-recolonization processes. Indeed, existing molecular estimates indicate that species with low levels of gene flow are rare. However, strong priority effects and local selective regimes may hinder gene flow (despite dispersal) sending populations on independent evolutionary trajectories. In this scenario (the monopolization hypothesis), population differentiation will increase with time and genealogical evidence should yield ample private haplotypes. Cyclical parthenogens (e.g. rotifers and cladocerans such as Daphnia) have an increased capacity for rapid local adaptation and priority effects because sexual reproduction is followed by multiple generations of clonal selection and massive egg bank formation. We aimed to better understand the history of population differentiation and ongoing gene flow in Daphnia rosea s.l., by comparing population and regional divergences in mature unglaciated areas and younger previously glaciated areas. We also examined the timing and paths of colonization of previously-glaciated areas to assess the dispersal limitations of D. rosea s.l. We used DNA sequence variation (84 populations and >400 individuals) at the mitochondrial ND2 and nuclear HSP90 loci from Holarctic populations for our genetic analyses.  相似文献
