Physiologic and morphologic research on animals in chronic experiment shows that depression of small intestine absorption function takes place during the first hour after hemorrhage of 30-40 ml/kg for 30-50% of animals and after hemorrhage of 50 ml/kg for 100% animals. This excludes except the possibility of efficient post-hemorrhage hypovolemia enteral correction without additional treatment. Enteral correction appears to be sufficient to preserve animal's life, being applied in 30 minutes after the hemorrhage of 30-40 ml/kg or in 90 minutes after the hemorrhage of 20 ml/kg.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to test the hypothesis that exacerbated reductions of cerebral blood velocity (CBV) during upright tilt with dehydration are associated with impaired cerebrovascular control. Nine healthy men were tilted head-up (HUT) to 70° for 10 min on two occasions separated by 7 days under euhydration (EUH) and dehydration (DEH; 40 mg of furosemide and water restriction) conditions. Beat-by-beat arterial pressures and CBV were measured during a 5-min supine baseline and during the first (T1) and last (T2) 5 min of HUT. Cerebral autoregulation and arterial baroreflex sensitivity were assessed in the frequency domain with cross-spectral techniques. DEH reduced plasma volume by 10% (P = 0.008) and supine mean CBV (CBV(mean)) by 11% (P = 0.002). Mean arterial pressure (MAP), stroke volume, and baroreflex sensitivity decreased during HUT (P ≤ 0.002), but absolute reductions were similar between hydration conditions, with the exception of stroke volume, which was lower at T1 during DEH than EUH (P = 0.04). CBV(mean) during DEH was lower (7 cm/s) over the course of the entire 10 min of HUT (P ≤ 0.004) than during EUH. Low-frequency oscillations (0.07-0.2 Hz) of MAP and CBV(mean) and MAP-CBV(mean) coherence were higher during DEH than EUH at T1 (P ≤ 0.02), but not at T2. Our results suggest that increased coherence between arterial pressure and CBV with the combination of DEH and HUT are indicative of altered cerebrovascular control. Increased CBV oscillations with DEH may reflect acute protective mechanisms to ensure adequate cerebral perfusion under conditions of reduced central blood volume.  相似文献

The effects of subcutaneous (s.c.) administration of compound 48/80 (a well known histamine liberator) on latency to thermoalgesic stimulus, hematocrit (Hct) and plasma levels of beta-endorphin-like immunoreactivity (beta-END-LI) were investigated in male rats. The s.c. administration of compound 48/80 in doses ranging from 0.5 to 5.0 mg/kg into the rats produced significant analgesia in the hot plate test and increased Hct in a dose-dependent manner. Concomitant variation was observed between the analgesia and the increase of Hct. This analgesic effect, but not the increase of Hct, was diminished by pretreatment with the opiate receptor antagonist, naloxone (5 mg/kg, s.c.). A significant increase of plasma beta-END-LI was observed by s.c. injection of compound 48/80. Together with a previous finding that compound 48/80 induced-hypovolemia increases the renin release from kidney and then causes water intake in the rats, it is suggested that s.c. administration of compound 48/80 induced analgesia mediated through stimulation of an opioid system, may be closely related to stimulation of the renin-angiotensin system.  相似文献

Factor XIIIa plays an important role in stabilization of formed fibrin clot during blood coagulation. Recent studies proved that factor XIIIa affects formation of coated platelets, which are highly procoagulant and characterized by a high level of alpha-granular proteins on their surface and expose surface phosphatidylserine after platelet activation. The ability of newly found cysteine proteinase inhibitors (CPIs) from plants to affect thiol group of the factor XIIIa active centre was recently discovered. Here, the effect of CPIs on the formation of coated platelets and activity of plasma components during blood coagulation process was investigated. It was found that CPIs dose-dependently decreased the fraction of coated platelets in the total platelet population during platelet activation and decreased endogenous thrombin potential (ETP) by 40% for thrombin generation in platelet-rich as well as in platelet-poor plasma. Such decrease of ETP could not be explained by the CPIs influence on factor XIIIa. Investigation of the effects of these inhibitors on factor Xa and thrombin activity has shown that CPIs dose-dependently inhibited their activity and might cause an ETP decrease. Thus, the obtained data indicated that CPIs affected both platelet and plasma components of blood coagulation system.  相似文献

1. Testicular volume (T Vol), blood plasma testosterone (T) concentration, seminal plasma alpha-glucosidase (alpha-G) specific activity, L-carnitine (L-C) concentration as well as semen characteristics were compared in eight Finnish Landrace (F) and eight Suffolk (S) rams throughout 21 months. 2. Only T Vol and T exhibited a typical seasonal variation in both breeds, whereas L-C, alpha-G and live sperm output presented a seasonal profile only in S rams. 3. L-C and alpha-G variations were opposite to those of T in S rams, while they fluctuated in F rams throughout the entire experiment, as did live sperm output. 4. Only the number of ejaculates and T were significantly higher in F rams (3.50 +/- 0.08 in 5 min and 7.62 +/- 0.40 ng/ml) than in S rams (2.30 +/- 0.05 in 5 min and 5.5 +/- 0.30 ng/ml); these two characteristics might therefore be considered as two indexes of sexual activity in rams. 5. By contrast, among all characteristics measured, only alpha-G was significantly higher in S rams than in F rams (1.33 +/- 0.04 vs 0.77 +/- 0.03 mU/mg proteins); this result, as well as seasonal alpha-G profile present in only S rams, allowed us to conclude that alpha-G might be considered as an additional index of seasonal reproduction in rams.  相似文献

The effect of cadmium chloride on the fatty acid composition of lipids of the erythrocytes and blood plasma has been studied. It has been established that in the process of cadmium intoxication the decrease of the level of unsaturated fatty acids takes place and the most considerable changes in the content of oleic and arachidonic acids. It makes possible to assume the disturbance of both the erythrocytes membrane structure and metabolism in the erythrocyte. Concentrations of both inorganic and organic blood plasma/serum components of teleost fishes were reviewed in seven habitat/life-history categories. These were: freshwater; inland saline; estuarine and nearshore marine; pelagic and deep-sea; diadromous; southern cold-water; and northern cold-water. Plasma/serum osmolalities were compared among groups acclimated to/living in fresh and in salt water. Contributions of inorganic ions and colligative and non-colligative organic molecules were evaluated including with respect to melting and freezing points, and “antifreeze activity” of plasma/serum in species from cold marine waters. Possible roles of TMAO in deep-water fishes were reviewed. Discussion also included influences of ambient salinity and temperature on concentrations of plasma/serum components. Seasonal cycles of blood plasma/serum components were discussed, along with antifreeze concentrations in other body fluids and tissues of cold-water fishes. Regulatory patterns of plasma/serum osmolalities were compared among the most euryhaline of teleosts evaluated here. Highest mean values of plasma/serum osmolalities in sea water were seen in southern cold-water and in pelagic and deep-sea fishes. The southern cold-water group also had the lowest plasma/serum freezing points among these groups. Comparisons of mean plasma/serum Na+ and Cl concentrations among fishes from fresh waters did not differ significantly among groups, but species from cold marine waters showed higher levels than did other groups in marine waters. Plasma/serum osmotic, Na+ and Cl concentrations of these seven groups of teleosts were compared with those of other fish-like vertebrate groups. Possible impacts of global warming on regulatory responses of plasma/serum components were discussed.  相似文献

Higher oscillations of cerebral blood velocity and arterial pressure (AP) induced by breathing with inspiratory resistance are associated with delayed onset of symptoms and increased tolerance to central hypovolemia. We tested the hypothesis that subjects with high tolerance (HT) to central hypovolemia would display higher endogenous oscillations of cerebral blood velocity and AP at presyncope compared with subjects with low tolerance (LT). One-hundred thirty-five subjects were exposed to progressive lower body negative pressure (LBNP) until the presence of presyncopal symptoms. Subjects were classified as HT if they completed at least the -60-mmHg level of LBNP (93 subjects; LBNP time, 1,880 ± 259 s) and LT if they did not complete this level (42 subjects; LBNP time, 1,277 ± 199 s). Middle cerebral artery velocity (MCAv) was measured by transcranial Doppler, and AP was measured at the finger by photoplethysmography. Mean MCAv and mean arterial pressure (MAP) decreased progressively from baseline to presyncope for both LT and HT subjects (P < 0.001). However, low frequency (0.04-0.15 Hz) oscillations of mean MCAv and MAP were higher at presyncope in HT subjects compared with LT subjects (MCAv: HT, 7.2 ± 0.7 vs. LT, 5.3 ± 0.6 (cm/s)(2), P = 0.075; MAP: HT, 15.3 ± 1.4 vs. 7.9 ± 1.2 mmHg(2), P < 0.001). Consistent with our previous findings using inspiratory resistance, high oscillations of mean MCAv and MAP are associated with HT to central hypovolemia.  相似文献

The phagostimulants from the cellular fraction of blood induce gorging of Aedes aegypti (L.), and this process is enhanced by some plasma components. This project examines the responses of the labral apical chemoreceptors to plasma components enhancing phagostimulation. From the electrophysiological responses of the labral apical chemoreceptors four cells were identified by the waveform of their action potentials. Three of the cells (Cell 2, Cell 3 and Cell 4) responded in a dose dependent manner to NaCl. The responses of Cell 2 and Cell 3 to NaCl concentrations from 1 to 500 mmol/l can be described by a logarithmic equation. The response of Cell 2 to 150 mmol/l NaCl is modulated when a buffer is added. The magnitude of the modulation of the response is determined by the nature of the buffer: NaHCO(3) inhibits while Na(2)HPO(4) enhances the response. High osmotic pressure inhibits the response of Cell 4, regardless of how it is achieved. Cell 4 responds with a high frequency to the presence of L-alanine, the C-terminal amino acid of albumin, but shows a reduced response to the same concentration of albumin. From these results it can be concluded that labral apical chemoreceptors of A. aegypti are capable of detecting the plasma components involved in blood recognition.  相似文献

As a proof-of-principle study, a multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) assay was developed for quantitation of proteotypic peptides, representing seven plasma proteins associated with inflammation (complement components and C-reactive protein). The assay development and the sample analysis were performed on a linear ion trap mass spectrometer. We were able to quantify 5 of the 7 target proteins in depleted plasma digests with reasonable reproducibility over a 2 orders of magnitude linear range (RSD≤25%). The assay panel was utilized for the analysis of a small multiple sclerosis sample cohort with 10 diseased and 8 control patients.  相似文献

In this research we have determined the behaviour of proteic plasmatic pattern and some enzymes during extracorporeal circulation and we noted a constant increase of albumin and of the ratio Alb/Glob. Six different hemoglobins have been demonstrated by polyacrylamide disc gel electrophoresis in a species of vole Pitymys duodecimcostatus. Plasma proteins of the Pitymys duodecimcostatus were analyzed by polyacrylamide disc gel electrophoresis and there was no significant difference with the electrophoretic patterns of the rat (Rattus norvegicus). The hematological values, hematocrit, hemoglobin concentration and erythrocyte number have been analyzed.  相似文献
