Amino Acid Sequence of Porcine Myelin Basic Protein   总被引:6,自引:6,他引:0
The myelin basic protein (BP) of pig brain was cleaved into its constituent tryptic peptides and the amino acid composition of each was determined. Those tryptic peptides that had not been sequenced previously were cleaved with dipeptidyl peptidases and the resulting dipeptides were trimethylsilated, separated by gas chromatography, and identified by mass spectrometry. Carboxypeptidases B and Y were used to establish the COOH-terminal sequences of some of the tryptic peptides; one tryptic peptide (sequence 76-92) was cleaved with thermolysin and the thermolytic peptides were analyzed. From the results of the present study together with those reported previously, it has been possible to determine the complete amino acid sequence of the protein. The protein consists of 172 residues and has a theoretical molecular weight of 18,604. Its amino acid sequence is identical with that reported for the homologous bovine protein with the following exceptions: Ser replaces (bovine) Ala2; His-Gly is inserted between Arg9 and Ser10; Ala replaces Ser45; His and Gly replace Gly76 and His77, respectively; Pro replaces Ser131 and Ser135; Ala is inserted between Gly142 and His143; and Gln replaces His143.  相似文献

Sites in Myelin Basic Protein that React with Monoclonal Antibodies   总被引:6,自引:6,他引:0
The epitopes (antigenic sites) for seven monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) evoked in rats or mice by guinea pig or monkey myelin basic protein (BP) have been located in four different sequences of the BPs extracted from various species. Six of the MAbs were evoked by guinea pig BP. (1) One epitope, possibly a pair, is included within residues 1-14 of all BPs tested and reacts with two rat IgG MAbs. (2) A definite pair of overlapping epitopes includes the central Phe91-Phe92 sequence. One epitope is contained entirely within sequence 90-99 and reacts with a rat IgG MAb. The substitution of Ser in chicken BP for Thr97 destroys this epitope. The other epitope appears to include residues on the amino side of Phe44 and even of His32 and suggests some tertiary structure in BP. This epitope reacts with a mouse IgM MAb that does not recognize the chicken substitution. (3) The third epitope lies within residues 114-121, specifically including Trp118, and reacts with a rat IgG MAb. A cross-reacting epitope probably includes residues 44-45 in certain species (guinea pig and bovine but not rabbit). (4) Another pair of epitopes is located within residues 131-140 but is severely species-restricted. This region in guinea pig BP evoked a species-specific mouse IgM MAb. The same region in monkey BP evoked the seventh MAb, a mouse IgG, which reacts with human, chimpanzee, monkey, bovine, and rat-18.5 kDa BPs and to a lesser extent rabbit BP but not with guinea pig, pig, or chicken BPs. Some tertiary structure in guinea pig BP is also suggested by the reactivities with the IgM MAb. All of the MAbs react with myelin in histologic preparations, but the optimum method of preparation of the tissue varies with each.  相似文献

Sequence of Guinea Pig Myelin Basic Protein   总被引:5,自引:5,他引:0
This paper proposes a tentative amino acid sequence of guinea pig myelin basic protein obtained by comparison of peptide fragments of the guinea pig and bovine proteins. Analyses of the tryptic peptides confirmed the known sequence differences in the NH2-terminal half of the molecule and showed that in the COOH-terminal half of the guinea pig protein Ser131 was missing, Ala136 - His137 was deleted, Leu140 was replaced by Phe, and an extra Ala was inserted somewhere within sequence 142-151 (tryptic peptide T23 ). Sequence determination of guinea pig tryptic peptides corresponding to residues 130-134 ( T20 ), 135-138 ( T21 ), and 142-151 ( T23 ) of the bovine protein confirmed the above sequence changes and placed the extra Ala between Gly142 and His143 . The sequence of the region corresponding to bovine residues 130-143 is thus Ala-Asp-Tyr-Lys-Ser-Lys-Gly-Phe-Lys-Gly-Ala-His. No species differences were observed in the amino acid compositions of the remaining tryptic peptides obtained from the COOH-terminal half of the molecule. Based upon these results, the guinea pig basic protein contains 167 amino acid residues and has a molecular weight of 18,256.  相似文献

In order to resolve the uncertainties about the primary structure of human myelin basic protein at residues 45-89, the sequence of this peptide and its tryptic fragments were reinvestigated by fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry. The sequence at positions 77-78 was found to be His-Gly and the sequence at positions 83-84 was shown to be Glu-Asn. The Ser at position 56 was not phosphorylated, whereas the residue at position 46 or 47 showed a heterogeneity of Gly and Ser in this peptide fragment in one of two protein preparations from different patients. These results demonstrate the usefulness of fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry for primary structure information. The corrected sequence of human basic protein peptide 45-89 will permit a more detailed immunochemical analysis of this peptide and its in vivo degradation products.  相似文献

D(-)beta-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (BDH) purified from bovine heart mitochondria contains essential thiol and carboxyl groups. A tryptic BDH peptide labeled at an essential thiol with [3H]N-ethylmaleimide (NEM), and another tryptic peptide labeled at an essential carboxyl with N,N'-dicyclohexyl [14C]carbodiimide (DCCD), were isolated and sequenced. The peptide labeled with [3H]NEM had the sequence Met.Glu.Ser.Tyr.Cys*.Thr.Ser. Gly.Ser.Thr.Asp.Thr.Ser.Pro.Val.Ile.Lys. The label was at Cys. The same peptide was isolated from tryptic digests of BDH labeled at its nucleotide-binding site with the photoaffinity labeling reagent, arylazido- -[3-3H] alanyl-NAD. These results suggest that the essential thiol of BDH is located at its nucleotide-binding site, and agree with our previous observation that NAD and NADH protect BDH against inhibition by thiol modifiers. The [14C]DCCD-labeled peptide had the sequence Glu.Val.Ala.Glu*.Val. Asn. Leu.Trp.Gly.Thr.Val.Arg. DCCD appeared to modify the glutamic acid residue marked by an asterisk. Sequence analogies between these peptides and other proteins have been discussed.  相似文献

Structural properties of the retinal extracellular-matrix glycolipoprotein interphotoreceptor retinoid-binding protein (IRBP) from human, monkey and bovine retinas have been compared. SDS/polyacrylamide-gel-electrophoretic analysis of limited tryptic and Staphylococcus aureus-V8-proteinase digests show virtually identical patterns for the monkey and human proteins, whereas both sets differ considerably from the bovine protein pattern. Time-course digestion shows monkey IRBP to be more readily cleaved than bovine IRBP and also cleaved to smaller fragments. Also, reversed-phase h.p.l.c. of complete tryptic digests of the IRBPs indicate that, although they have in common a similar preponderance of hydrophobic peptides, all three proteins differ extensively in their fine structure. The N-terminal sequences of monkey and bovine IRBPs have been extended beyond those presented in our previous report [Redmond, Wiggert, Robey, Nguyen, Lewis, Lee & Chader (1985) Biochemistry 24, 787-793] to over 30 residues each. The sequences yet show extensive homology, differing at only two positions, although the major monkey sequence has an additional five amino acid residues at its N-terminus ('n + 5' sequence) not observed with bovine IRBP ('n' sequence). The newly determined N-terminal sequence of human IRBP demonstrates the presence of equal amounts of the 'n' and 'n+5' sequences that are qualitatively identical with those of the monkey. The presence of the five-amino-acid-residue extension in primate, but not bovine, IRBP may indicate variation in post-translational processing.  相似文献

An octadecapeptide containing the substrate-combining site of rabbit brain aldolase (aldolase C) has been isolated. This peptide has tentatively been assigned the structure: Ala-Leu-Ser(Asx,His,His,Val,Tyr)(Leu,Glx,Gly,Thr,Leu,Leu)(Lys,Pro,Asx,Met). The primary sequence of this peptide thus appears to be very similar to that of the active-site peptide of rabbit muscle aldolase (aldolase A), but it is located in a different BrCN segment, approximately 50 residues closer to the NH2-terminus of the aldolase C subunit. A tentative sequence has also been obtained for an adjacent nonapeptide, also homologous with the corresponding structure in aldolase A. The evidence suggests that a large segment of the peptide chain in aldolase C may be translocated, as compared with aldolase A.  相似文献

The mode of action towards oligopeptides and proteins of hydrolase H purified from rabbit skeletal muscle was studied. The presence of protamine or alpha-N-benzoylarginine p-nitroanilide (an endopeptidase substrate) changed both the Km and V values of the enzyme towards Leu-beta-naphthylamide (an aminopeptidase substrate). This indicates that the binding site for an endopeptidase substrate is different from that for an aminopeptidase substrate. Hydrolase H as an aminopeptidase displayed broad specificity. The enzyme hydrolyzed various dipeptides readily except the dipeptides containing Pro or an amino acid with a hydrophobic beta-branched chain at the NH2 terminus. Pro and Val at the NH2 terminus of tripeptides were also difficult to release, whereas Ile and Val of tetrapeptides were easily released in contrast with those of dipeptides. The longer the peptide chain of Glyn (n = 2, 3, 4), the more susceptible was it to hydrolase H. Hydrolase H behaved as an endopeptidase only towards protamine among the proteins tested. The other proteins, casein, bovine serum albumin, myofibrils, troponin, hemoglobin, sarcoplasmic proteins, and myoglobin were probably attacked only by the aminopeptidase activity of the enzyme.  相似文献

The presence of a sequestered encephalitogenic determinant for Lewis rats in the bovine myelin BP was demonstrated with synthetic peptide sequences prepared in our laboratory by the Merrifield solidphase method. The sequence of the encephalitogenic determinant (residues 75-84) from bovine BP (peptide S6), H-Ala-Gln-Gly-His-Arg-Pro-Gln-Asp-Glu-Asn-OH, is similar but not identical to the sequence reported for the guinea pig BP (peptide S53), H-Ser-Gln-(–)-(–)-Arg-Ser-Gln-Asp-Glu-Asn-OH. The presence or the absence of Gly-His from the sequence of either the bovine or the guinea-pig determinants did not alter their encephalitogenic potencies; however, the presence of Gly-His at positions 77 and 78 together with H-Gly-Ser-Leu-Pro-Gln-Lys- (residues 69-74) at the N-terminal end of the bovine determinant destroyed its encephalitogenic potency. In contrast to the absence of Gly-His from the potent encephalitogenic guinea-pig BP, guinea-pig fragment 44-89, and synthetic peptide S49, its presence in the bovine sequence prevents recognition of this determinant and renders the parent bovine BP, bovine fragment 44-89, and synthetic peptide S8 (residues 69-84) relatively non-encephalitogenic. The results of this study suggest that intramolecular interactions occur between adjacent amino acids, conferring secondary or tertiary structures upon this region of the bovine BP which renders the encephalitogenic determinant inaccessible for recognition by the host animal. The presence of sequestered disease-inducing determinants needs to be considered in choosing a particular BP for therapeutic use.  相似文献

Two labeled peptides were recovered from tryptic digests of the NaB3H4-reduced, performic acid-oxidized beta2 protein of Serratia marcescens tryptophan synthase. These two pyridoxyl peptides were identical except for the presence or absence of an NH2-terminal arginyl residue. Tryptic digestion of nonreduced, performic acid-oxidized protein allowed isolation of the peptides that comprise the two halves of the pyridoxyl peptide. The partial primary structure for this region of the protein was shown to be Arg-Glx-Asx-Ler-Leu-His(Gly,Gly,Ala,His)Lys(Pxy)-Thr-Asx-Glx-Val(Leu,Gly,Glx,Ala,Leu,Leu,Ala)Lys. All the data available indicate that the sequence is identical with the homologous region from the Escherichia coli enzyme.  相似文献

Detergent-solubilized NADPH-cytochrome P-450 reductase was purified from porcine hepatic microsomes and compared to the rabbit enzyme isolated under identical conditions. The porcine enzyme had an equivalent specific activity toward cytochrome c compared to the rabbit enzyme. When analyzed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the porcine enzyme exhibited a major band at Mr = 80,000 and two additional bands at Mr = 20,000 and 60,000. The 20-kDa fragment was shown to be the COOH-terminal portion of the protein which contains a hydrophobic sequence of 28 residues homologous to the pyrophosphate-binding portion of the FAD-binding protein p-hydroxybenzoate hydroxylase. The 60-kDa fragment corresponded to the NH2-terminal portion of the protein since this peptide and the intact protein have blocked NH2 terminal. The trypsin-solubilized porcine enzyme has an NH2-terminal sequence which is homologous to the equivalent trypsin-solubilized enzymes from rat and rabbit (80% sequence homology). Eight cysteine-containing peptides were isolated from a tryptic digest of the S-carboxymethylated pig enzyme. Significant sequence homology was not found between these peptides and other flavoproteins, except for one peptide (Glu-Val-Gly-Glu-Thr-Leu-Leu-Tyr-Tyr-Gly-Cys-Arg) which exhibited partial homology with the known NADPH-binding site of glutathione reductase. When the NADPH-protected enzyme was first S-alkylated with unlabeled iodoacetate, NADPH depleted, and further alkylated with 14C-labeled iodoacetate, the above radiolabeled peptide was isolated from a tryptic digest. The equivalent peptide was also isolated by a similar procedure from rabbit liver cytochrome P-450 reductase.  相似文献

Amino-acid sequence of human alpha 2-antiplasmin   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
The amino-acid sequence of human alpha 2-antiplasmin was determined by Edman degradation of peptides purified from CNBr, tryptic and chymotryptic digests. Of the total sequence of 452 amino acids of mature alpha 2-antiplasmin, as deduced from the cDNA sequence [Holmes et al. (1987) J. Biol. Chem. 262, 1659-1664], 444 residues were identified by amino-acid sequencing. Two differences were found between the peptide and cDNA analyses (Gly instead of Leu at position 10 and Gly instead of Ser at position 369). alpha 2-Antiplasmin contains two disulfide bridges (Cys64-Cys104 and Cys31-Cys113) and four glucosamine-based carbohydrate chains attached to Asn87, Asn256, Asn270 and Asn277. alpha 2-Antiplasmin is homologous with 12 other proteins belonging to the serine protease inhibitor (serpin) superfamily.  相似文献

NH2-terminal sequence analysis was performed on subregions of human plasma fibronectin including 24,000-dalton (24K) DNA-binding, 29,000-dalton (29K) gelatin-binding, and 18,000-dalton (18K) heparin-binding tryptic fragments. These fragments were obtained from fibronectin after extensive trypsin digestion followed by sequential affinity purification on gelatin-Sepharose, heparin-agarose, and DNA-cellulose columns. The gelatin-binding fragment was further purified by gel filtration on Sephadex G-100, and the DNA-binding and heparin-binding fragments were further purified by high-performance liquid chromatography. The 29K fragment had the following NH2-terminal sequence: AlaAlaValTyrGlnProGlnProHisProGlnProPro (Pro)TyrGlyHis HisValThrAsp(His)(Thr)ValValTyrGly(Ser) ?(Ser)?-Lys. The NH2-terminal sequence of a 50K, gelatin-binding, subtilisin fragment by L. I. Gold, A. Garcia-Pardo, B. Prangione, E. C. Franklin, and E. Pearlstein (1979, Proc. Nat. Acad. Sci. USA76, 4803–4807) is identical to positions 3–19 (with the exception of some ambiguity at position 14) of the 29K fragment. These data strongly suggest that the 29K tryptic fragment is included in the 50K subtilisin fragment, and that subtilisin cleaves fibronectin between the Ala2Val3 residues of the 29K tryptic fragment. The 18K heparin-binding fragment had the following NH2-terminal sequence: (Glu)AlaProGlnProHisCysIleSerLysTyrIle LeuTyrTrpAspProLysAsnSerValGly?(Pro) LysGluAla?(Val)(Pro). The 29K gelatin-binding and 18K heparin-binding fragments have proline-rich NH2-terminal sequences suggesting that they may have arisen from protease-sensitive, random coil regions of fibronectin corresponding to interdomain regions preceding macromolecular-binding domains. Both of these fragments contain the identical sequence ProGlnProHis, a sequence which may be repeated in other interdomain regions of fibronectin. The 24K DNA-binding fragment has the following NH2-terminal sequence: SerAspThrValProSerProCysAspLeuGlnPhe ValGluValThrAspVal LysValThrIleMetTrpThrProProGluSerAla ValThrGlyTyrArgVal AspValCysProValAsnLeuProGlyGluHisGly Gln(Cys)LeuProIleSer. The sequence of positions 9–22 are homologous to positions 15–28 of the α chain of DNA-dependent RNA polymerase from Escherichia coli. The homology observed suggests that this stretch of amino acids may be a DNA-binding site.  相似文献

Protein S and C4b-binding protein (C4BP) form a tight complex (Kd approximately 0.6 nM) the physiologic purpose of which is unknown. The participation of protein S in this complex was investigated using site-specific mutagenesis. Normal recombinant human protein S (rHPS) and five specifically mutated protein S analogs were expressed in transformed human kidney 293 cells and the following properties were characterized: solution-phase C4BP binding, ability to be cleaved by thrombin, ability to act as a cofactor in the activated protein C-catalyzed inactivation of factor Va, and gamma-carboxyglutamic acid content. In some cases, beta-hydroxyaspartic acid plus beta-hydroxyasparagine content was also determined. Binding studies indicated that while clearly important for a high affinity interaction, the amino acid sequence Gly605-Ile614 identified by Walker (Walker, F J. (1989) J. Biol. Chem. 264, 17645-17648) does not account for all the binding energy of the HPS-C4BP interaction. All mutants perturbed in this region or lacking it altogether displayed reduced C4BP binding, and some retained anticoagulant cofactor function. Neither human factor X nor human steroid-binding protein had any measurable ability to compete with plasma HPS for C4BP binding. Furthermore, bovine protein S and a rHPS analog with bovine sequence from Gly597-Trp629 bound to human C4BP with the same affinity as did HPS, and both proteins substituted effectively for HPS as a cofactor for activated protein C in an otherwise human anticoagulation system. Together these results suggest that optimal binding of protein S to C4BP requires the putative alpha-helix Gly605-Ile614, as well as other undetermined regions of protein S, and that the regions of HPS responsible for C4BP binding and activated protein C cofactor function are structurally isolated.  相似文献

Deposition of extraneuronal fibrils that assemble from the 39-43 residue beta/A4 amyloid protein is one of the earliest histopathological features of Alzheimer's disease. We have used negative-stain electron microscopy, Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, and fiber X-ray diffraction to examine the structure and properties of synthetic peptides corresponding to residues 1-40 of the beta/A4 protein of primate [Pm(1-40); human and monkey], rodent [Ro(1-40); with Arg5-->Gly, Tyr10-->Phe, and His13-->Arg], and hereditary cerebral hemorrhage with amyloidosis of the Dutch type (HCHWA-D) [Du(1-40); with Glu22-->Gln]. As controls, we examined a reverse primate sequence [Pm*(40-1)] and an extensively substituted primate peptide [C(1-40); with Glu3-->Arg, Arg5-->Glu, Asp7-->Val, His13-->Lys, Lys16-->His, Val18-->Asp, Phe19-->Ser, Phe20-->Tyr, Ser26-->Pro, Ala30-->Val, Ile31-->Ala, Met35-->norLeu, Gly38-->Ile, Val39-->Ala, and Val40-->Gly]. The assembly of these peptides was studied to understand the relationship between species-dependent amyloid formation and beta/A4 sequence and the effect of a naturally occurring point mutation of fibrillogenesis. The three N-terminal amino acid differences between Pm(1-40) and Ro(1-40) had virtually no effect on the morphology or organization of the fibrils formed by these peptides, indicating that the lack of amyloid deposits in rodent brain is not due directly to specific changes in its beta/A4 sequence. beta-Sheet and fibril formation, judged by FT-IR, was maximal within the pH range 5-8 for Pm(1-40), pH 5-10.5 for Du(1-40), and pH 2.5-8 for Ro(1-40).(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Two forms of dermatan sulfate proteoglycans, called DS-PGI and DS-PGII, have been isolated from both bovine fetal skin and calf articular cartilage and characterized. The proteoglycans were isolated using either (a) molecular sieve chromatography under conditions where DS-PGI selectively self-associates or (b) chromatography on octyl-Sepharose, which separates DS-PGI from DS-PGII based on differences in the hydrophobic properties of their core proteins. The NH2-terminal amino acid sequence of DS-PGI from skin and cartilage is identical. The NH2-terminal amino acid sequence of DS-PGII from skin and cartilage is identical. However, the amino acid sequence data and tryptic peptide maps demonstrate that the core proteins of DS-PGI and DS-PGII differ in primary structure. In DS-PGI from bovine fetal skin, 81-84% of the glycosaminoglycan was composed of IdoA-GalNAc(SO4) disaccharide repeating units. In DS-PGI from calf articular cartilage, only 25-29% of the glycosaminoglycan was composed of IdoA-GalNAc(SO4). In DS-PGII from bovine fetal skin, 85-93% of the glycosaminoglycan was IdoA-GalNAc(SO4), whereas in DS-PGII from calf articular cartilage, only 40-44% of the glycosaminoglycan was IdoA-GalNAc(SO4). Thus, analogous proteoglycans from two different tissues, such as DS-PGI from skin and cartilage, possess a core protein with the same primary structure, yet contain glycosaminoglycan chains which differ greatly in iduronic acid content. These differences in the composition of the glycosaminoglycan chains must be determined by tissue-specific mechanisms which regulate the degree of epimerization of GlcA-GalNAc(SO4) into IdoA-GalNAc(SO4) and not by the primary structure of the core protein.  相似文献

Unique glycosylation of three keratan sulfate proteoglycan isoforms   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
Recent work demonstrates isoforms of bovine corneal keratan sulfate proteoglycan containing structurally unique core proteins of 25 and 37 kDa (Funderburgh, J., and Conrad, G. (1990) J. Biol. Chem. 265, 8297-8303). In the current study, two forms (37A and 37B) of the 37-kDa protein were separated by ion-exchange chromatography after removal of keratan sulfate with endo-beta-galactosidase. Keratan sulfate linkage sites in core proteins were labeled with UDP-[3H]galactose using galactosyltransferase. Labeled proteins were separated by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and analyzed by tryptic digestion and reversed-phase chromatography. The 37A protein has three keratan sulfate-linkage sites, and the 37B and 25-kDa proteins each contain one linkage site. Reversed-phase tryptic maps of the three proteins differed in total peptide profile and in glycosylated peptides labeled with periodate-[3H]-NaBH4. Tryptic mapping of the two 37-kDa isoforms after deglycosylation showed differences in total tryptic peptides, in peptides labeled with [14C]iodoacetic acid, and in peptides recognized by antibodies to a mixture of the 37-kDa cores. Antibody to a synthetic peptide with N-terminal sequence obtained from mixed 37-kDa cores reacted exclusively with the 37B isoform. These results show that bovine corneal keratan sulfate proteoglycan has three different core proteins each with distinct glycosylation and unique primary structure.  相似文献

A synthetic peptide representing the calmodulin-binding domain of rabbit skeletal muscle myosin light chain kinase (K-R-R-W-K-K-N-F-I-A-V-S-A-A-N-R-F-K-K-I-S-S-S-G-A-L) was used as an antigen to produce a monoclonal antibody. The antibody (designated MAb RSkCBP1, of the IgM class) reacted with similar affinity (KD approximately 20 nM) by competitive enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) with the antigen peptide and intact rabbit skeletal muscle myosin light chain kinase. MAb RSkCBP1 inhibited rabbit skeletal muscle myosin light chain kinase activity competitively with respect to calmodulin (Ki = 20 nM). The antibody also inhibited myosin light chain kinase activity in extracts of skeletal muscle from several mammalian species (rabbit, sheep, and bovine) and an avian species (chicken). The concentration of MAb RSKCBP1 required for 50% inhibition of enzyme activity was similar for the mammalian species (80 nM) but was significantly higher for the avian species (1.2 microM). A competitive ELISA protocol was used to analyze weak cross-reactivity to other calmodulin-binding peptides and proteins. This assay demonstrated no cross-reactivity with the venom peptides melittin or mastoparan; smooth muscle myosin light chain kinases from hog carotid, bovine trachea, or chicken gizzard; bovine brain calmodulin-dependent calcineurin; or rabbit skeletal muscle troponin I. These data support the contention that the synthetic peptide used as the antigen represents the calmodulin-binding domain of rabbit skeletal muscle myosin light chain kinase and that the calmodulin-binding domains of different calmodulin-regulated proteins may have distinct primary and/or higher order structures.  相似文献
