A neuroblastoma protein related to the brain microtubule-associated protein, MAP-1B, as determined by immunoprecipitation and coassembly with brain microtubules, becomes phosphorylated when N2A mouse neuroblastoma cells are induced to generate microtubule-containing neurites. To characterize the protein kinases that may be involved in this in vivo phosphorylation of MAP-1B, we have studied its in vitro phosphorylation. In brain microtubule protein, MAP-1B appears to be phosphorylated in vitro by an endogenous casein kinase II-like activity which also phosphorylates the related protein MAP-1A but scarcely phosphorylates MAP-2. A similar kinase activity has been detected in cell-free extracts of differentiating N2A cells. Using brain MAP preparations devoid of endogenous kinase activities and different purified protein kinases, we have found that MAP-1B is barely phosphorylated by cAMP-dependent protein kinase, Ca/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase, or Ca/phospholipid-dependent protein kinase whereas MAP-1B is one of the preferred substrates, together with MAP-1A, for casein kinase II. Brain MAP-1B phosphorylated in vitro by casein kinase II efficiently coassembles with microtubule proteins in the same way as in vivo phosphorylated MAP-1B from neuroblastoma cells. Furthermore, the phosphopeptide patterns of brain MAP-1B phosphorylated in vitro by either purified casein kinase II or an extract obtained from differentiating neuroblastoma cells are identical to each other and similar to that of in vivo phosphorylated neuroblastoma MAP-1B. Thus, we suggest that the observed phosphorylation of a protein identified as MAP-1B during neurite outgrowth is mainly due to the activation of a casein kinase II-related activity in differentiating neuroblastoma cells. This kinase activity, previously implicated in beta-tubulin phosphorylation (Serrano, L., J. Díaz-Nido, F. Wandosell, and J. Avila, 1987. J. Cell Biol. 105: 1731-1739), may consequently have an important role in posttranslational modifications of microtubule proteins required for neuronal differentiation.  相似文献

Abstract: The protein kinases and protein phosphatases that act on tyrosine hydroxylase in vivo have not been established. Bovine adrenal chromaffin cells were permeabilized with digitonin and incubated with [γ-32P]ATP, in the presence or absence of 10 µ M Ca2+, 1 µ M cyclic AMP, 1 µ M phorbol dibutyrate, or various kinase or phosphatase inhibitors. Ca2+ increased the phosphorylation of Ser19 and Ser40. Cyclic AMP, and phorbol dibutyrate in the presence of Ca2+, increased the phosphorylation of only Ser40. Ser31 and Ser8 were not phosphorylated. The Ca2+-stimulated phosphorylation of Ser19 was incompletely reduced by inhibitors of calcium/calmodulin-stimulated protein kinase II (46% with KN93 and 68% with CaM-PKII 273–302), suggesting that another protein kinase(s) was contributing to the phosphorylation of this site. The Ca2+-stimulated phosphorylation of Ser40 was reduced by specific inhibitors of protein kinase A (56% with H89 and 38% with PKAi 5–22 amide) and protein kinase C (70% with Ro 31-8220 and 54% with PKCi 19–31), suggesting that protein kinases A and C contributed to most of the phosphorylation of this site. Results with okadaic acid and microcystin suggested that Ser19 and Ser40 were dephosphorylated by PP2A.  相似文献

A study is presented of the cAMP-dependent phosphorylation in bovine heart mitochondria of three proteins of 42, 16 and 6.5 kDa associated to the inner membrane. These proteins are also phosphorylated by the cytosolic cAMP-dependent protein kinase and by the purified catalytic subunit of this enzyme. In the cytosol, proteins of 16 and 6.5 kDa are phosphorylated by the cAMP-dependent kinase. It is possible that cytosolic and mitochondrial cAMP-dependent kinases phosphorylate the same proteins in the two compartments.  相似文献

Abstract— The phosphorylation of endogenous proteins occurring in the myelin of rat brain was examined using the method of sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Two myelin basic proteins and at least five more proteins were phosphorylated after incubation of myelin fraction in the presence of ATP + Mg2+. The apparent molecular weights of the proteins other than the myelin basic proteins were 120,000, 76,000, 60,000, 41,000 and 38,000, respectively. The proteins of mol wt 60,000. 41,000 and 38,000 were extracted by treatment with hydrochloric acid, whereas those of mol wt 120,000 and 76,000 were insoluble in hydrochloric acid and chloroform-methanol. Folch-Lees proteolipid protein was not found to be phosphorylated under the conditions studied. The endogenous phosphorylation of the proteins was not stimulated by adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate.  相似文献

Two protein kinase activities were found in plasma membrane-enriched preparations from red beet ( Beta vulgarix L.). The kinases in these preparations produced the phosphorylation of several membrane polypeptides. These kinases also phosphorylated histone III-S and casein. The activities of two different kinases could be distinguished: one was half-maximally stimulated by 1 μ M free Ca2+ phosphorylated histone III-S better than casein, showed half-maximal activity at an ATP concentration of 0.071 m M . had an optimum pH of 7, and was poorly inhibited by GTP, CTP or UTP. Another, much lower, kinase activity that phosphorylated casein was also observed; it was Ca2+ independent, showed half-maximal activity at ATP concentrations of 0.017 and 0.287 m M , exhibited a broad pH optimum about pH 7 and was inhibited by GTP, CTP, UTP or GDP to a greater extent than the calcium-stimulated activity. When plasma membrane proteins were solubilized with lysophosphatidyicholine and treated with [γ-32P]ATP at several dilutions, a 125-kDa polypeptide was autophosphorylated in the absence of Ca2+, while 77-, 71- and 65-kDa polypeptides were autophosphorylated in its presence. Autophosphorylation in gels after electrophoresis showed a Ca2+-stimulated phosphoprotein band at 64 kDa.  相似文献

Rat liver soluble proteins were phosphorylated by endogenous protein kinase with [gamma-32P]ATP. Proteins were separated in dodecyl sulphate slab gels and detected with the aid of autoradiography. The relative role of cAMP-dependent, cAMP-independent and Ca2+-activated protein kinases in the phosphorylation of soluble proteins was investigated. Heat-stable inhibitor of cAMP-dependent protein kinase inhibits nearly completed the phosphorylation of seven proteins, including L-type pyruvate kinase. The phosphorylation of eight proteins is not influenced by protein kinase inhibitor. The phosphorylation of six proteins, including phosphorylase, is partially inhibited by protein kinase inhibitor. These results indicate that phosphoproteins of rat liver can be subdivided into three groups: phosphoproteins that are phosphorylated by (a) cAMP-dependent protein kinase or (b) cAMP-independent protein kinase; (c) phosphoproteins in which both cAMP-dependent and cAMP-independent protein kinase play a role in the phosphorylation. The relative phosphorylation rate of substrates for cAMP-dependent protein kinase is about 15-fold the phosphorylation rate of substrates for cAMP-independent protein kinase. The Km for ATP of cAMP-dependent protein kinase and phosphorylase kinase is 8 microM and 38 microM, respectively. Ca2+ in the micromolare range stimulates the phosphorylation of (a) phosphorylase, (b) a protein with molecular weight of 130 000 and (c) a protein with molecular weight of 15 000. The phosphate incorporation into a protein with molecular weight of 115 000 is inhibited by Ca2+. Phosphorylation of phosphorylase and the 15 000-Mr protein in the presence of 100 microM Ca2+ could be completely inhibited by trifluoperazine. It can be concluded that calmodulin is involved in the phosphorylation of at least two soluble proteins. No evidence for Ca2+-stimulated phosphorylation of subunits of glycolytic or gluconeogenic enzymes, including pyruvate kinase, was found. This indicates that it is unlikely that direct phosphorylation by Ca2+-dependent protein kinases is involved in the stimulation of gluconeogenesis by hormones that act through a cAMP-independent, Ca2+-dependent mechanism.  相似文献

Abstract: To gain insight into the molecular mechanism for nociceptin function, functional coupling of the nociceptin receptor expressed in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells with phospholipase A2 (PLA2) was examined. In the presence of A23187, a calcium ionophore, activation of the nociceptin receptor induced time- and dose-dependent release of arachidonate, which was abolished by pretreatment of the cells with pertussis toxin (PTX). Immunoblot analysis using anti-Ca2+-dependent cytosolic PLA2 (cPLA2) monoclonal antibody demonstrates that activation of the nociceptin receptor induces a time- and dose-dependent electrophoretic mobility shift of cPLA2, suggesting that phosphorylation of cPLA2 is induced by the nociceptin receptor. Pretreatment of the cells with PD98059, a specific mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase kinase 1 inhibitor, or staurosporine, a potent inhibitor of serine/threonine protein kinases and tyrosine protein kinases, partially inhibited the nociceptin-induced cPLA2 phosphorylation and arachidonate release. These results indicate that the nociceptin receptor expressed in CHO cells couples with cPLA2 through the action of PTX-sensitive G proteins and suggest that cPLA2 is activated by phosphorylation induced by the nociceptin receptor via mechanisms partially dependent on p44 and p42 mitogen-activated protein kinases.  相似文献

Abstract: Soluble and membrane fractions of bovine adrenal medulla contain several substrates for the Ca2+/ phospholipid-dependent and cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinases. The phosphorylation of soluble proteins (36 and 17.7 kilodaltons) and a membrane protein (22.5 kilo-daltons) showed an absolute requirement for the presence of both Ca2+ and phosphatidylserine; other substrates showed less stringent phosphorylation requirements and many of these proteins were specific for each of the protein kinases. The Ca2+/phospholipid-dependent phosphorylation was rapid, with effects seen as early as at 30 s of incubation. Measurement of enzyme activities with histone HI as an exogenous substrate demonstrated that the Ca2+/phospholipid-dependent protein kinase was equally distributed between the soluble and membrane fractions whereas the cyclic AMP-dependent enzyme was predominantly membrane-bound in adrenal medulla and chromaffin cells. The activity of the soluble Ca2+/phos-pholipid-dependent protein kinase of adrenal medulla was found to be about 50% of the enzyme level present in rat brain, a tissue previously shown to contain a very high enzyme activity. These results suggest a prominent role for the Ca2+/phospholipid-dependent protein kinase in chromaffin cell function.  相似文献

Three fractions of protein kinase from postribosomal supernatant of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, active in phosphorylation of casein, were resolved on DEAE-cellulose. Two of these fractions: protein kinase 1 and protein kinase 3, were further purified about 1000 and 1800-fold respectively. The kinase 1 appeared to exist as a monomer with a molecular weight of 50 000 and utilized only ATP as phosphoryl donor. The protein kinase 3 was an aggregated form of enzyme with a molecular weight of above half a million and used both ATP and GTP for protein phosphorylation. Both isolated enzymes showed variations in respect to Michaelis constants, and inhibitory effects exerted by monovalent cations and nucleotide phosphates. The activity of the kinases was not affected by the presence of cAMP (adenosine 3':5'-monophosphate) or cGMP, however, only protein kinase 1 appeared to be a cAMP nucleotide-independent enzyme. Despite these differences both enzymes equally phosphorylated two strongly acidic proteins of the 60-S ribosome subunit, possibly related to L7, L12 of Escherichia coli.  相似文献

The nuclear protein kinase NI (NI kinase) was purified from NB-15 mouse neuroblastoma cells by phosphocellulose column and casein affinity column chromatography. The purified NI kinase exhibited (i) an apparent subunit molecular weight of about 37,000, (ii) autophosphorylation, and (iii) insensitivity to inhibition by heparin. When NI kinase was added to heat-treated neuroblastoma nuclei in the presence of [gamma-32P] ATP, two proteins with apparent subunit molecular weights of 11,000 and 10,000 were prominently phosphorylated. Other protein kinases tested including the nuclear protein kinase NII, Type I cAMP-dependent protein kinase, and protein kinase C did not catalyze the phosphorylation of these two proteins. The NI kinase-catalyzed phosphorylation of these two proteins was completely inhibited by 1 mM spermine. In contrast, 10 mM putrescine, 2 mM spermidine, 5 mM arginine, and 10 mM NH4Cl, had no inhibitory effect on this phosphorylation reaction. Our study also indicated that the phosphorylation of the 11,000- and 10,000-dalton proteins occurred in the nuclear matrix fraction but not in heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins, high mobility group proteins, or histone fractions. We have previously reported that spermine specifically inhibits the endogenous phosphorylation of an 11,000-dalton nuclear protein in various mammalian cell lines (Chen, K. Y., and Verma, R. (1984) Biochem. Biophys. Res. Commun. 118, 710-716). The present study suggests that the 11,000- and 10,000-dalton nuclear proteins may be native substrates of nuclear protein kinase NI and that their phosphorylation can be affected by physiological concentrations of spermine.  相似文献

We have studied the effects of adenosine 3':5'-monophosphate (cAMP)-dependent protein kinase on the phosphorylative and functional modification of bovine adrenal tyrosine hydroxylase. Incubation of partially purified tyrosine hydroxylase with cAMP-dependent protein kinase in the presence of [gamma32P]ATP and 5 micron cAMP led to a 3- to 5-fold activation of tyrosine hydroxylase and to incorporation of [32P]phosphate into protein. When tyrosine hydroxylase preparations activated by exposure to enzymatic phosphorylating conditions were analyzed by sucrose density gradient centrifugation, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and gel electrofocusing, the radioactivity of 32P was coincident with the activity of tyrosine hydroxylase, suggesting incorporation of 32P from [gamma-32P]ATP into tyrosine hydroxylase. Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of the phosphorylated tyrosine hydroxylase preparation in the presence of 0.1% sodium dodecyl sulfate revealed that the 60,000-dalton polypeptide subunit of tyrosine hydroxylase served as the phosphate acceptor.  相似文献

Addition of adenosine 3':5'-monophosphate (cAMP) to high speed supernatant preparations obtained from rat brain caused a 3- to 4-fold increase in tyrosine 3-monooxygenase (tyrosine hydroxylase) activity. The tyrosine 3-monooxygenase remained in an activated state upon removal of the cAMP by passing the enzyme through a Sephadex G-25 column. Substances which inhibit cAMP-dependent protein kinase, namely, EDTA, ADP, and adenosine, and protein kinase modulator, each antagonized the activation of tyrosine 3-monooxygenase produced by cAMP. Furthermore, addition of partially purified brain cAMP-dependent protein kinase caused a several-fold increase in tyrosin 3-monooxygenase activity. The activation of tyrosine 3-monooxygenase by added cAMP and protein kinase required the presence of ATP and Mg-2+. These data suggests that the cAMP activation of tyrosine 3-monooxygenase may be mediated by a cAMP-dependent protein kinase.  相似文献

Immunoprecipitation of 32P-labeled CTP:phosphocholine cytidylyltransferase from freshly isolated rat hepatocytes followed by trypsin digestion and two-dimensional peptide mapping revealed multiple phosphorylation sites. Treatment of the hepatocytes with 0.5 mM of the cAMP analog, 8-(4-chlorophenylthio)-adenosine 3':5'-monophosphate or elevation of intracellular cAMP levels by cholera toxin activated the cAMP-dependent protein kinase activity in intact cells. Despite the activation of cAMP-dependent protein kinase no change in the rate of [3H]choline incorporation into phosphatidylcholine was detected. In addition, the activity of cytidylyltransferase in total cell homogenates and its distribution between soluble and particulate fractions remained unchanged. Comparison of peptide maps of 32P-labeled cytidylyltransferase obtained from control and cholera-toxin-treated hepatocytes did not reveal any differences in the phosphorylation state of cytidylyltransferase. Furthermore, only [32P]phosphoserine residues were detected following phosphoamino acid analysis. We conclude that cytidylyltransferase activity is not altered solely by the activation of the cAMP-dependent kinase in fresh hepatocytes.  相似文献

Abstract: Studies performed over the past several years have provided evidence that phosphorylation of proteins is important in the regulation of neurotransmitter release. In this study, it is shown that rabphilin-3A is present in cerebellar granule cells as a phosphoprotein, by using 32P-labeling of cerebellar granule cells, immunoprecipitation, phosphoamino acid analysis, and phosphopeptide mapping. The level of phosphorylation was increased (224 ± 13%) (mean ± SEM) on depolarization of the cells with K+ (56 m M ) in the presence of external Ca2+ (1 m M ). Stimulation of protein kinase C with a phorbol ester (phorbol 12,13-dibutyrate) also enhanced the phosphorylation of rabphilin-3A (217 ± 21%). Inhibitors of Ca2+/calmodulin-stimulated protein kinases or protein kinase C reduced the depolarization-enhanced phosphorylation of rabphilin-3A, indicating that rabphilin-3A is one of the targets for Ca2+-activated protein kinases in the nerve terminal. Costimulation of cells with phorbol 12,13-dibutyrate and K+ depolarization produced an increased level of phosphorylation of rabphilin-3A compared with either stimulus alone (287 ± 61%). Phosphoamino acid analysis showed that serine was the main phosphorylated residue. A slight increase in the threonine phosphorylation could also be detected, whereas tyrosine phosphorylation could not be detected at all. These results suggest that rabphilin-3A is phosphorylated in vivo and undergoes synaptic activity-dependent phosphorylation during Ca2+-activated K+ depolarization.  相似文献

Several protein kinases that copurify with neurofilaments (NF) were identified and each kinase was assessed for its ability to phosphorylate NF proteins. NFs were isolated using an axonal flotation procedure and the kinases were extracted from NFs with 0.8 M KCl. NF kinases were incubated with peptide substrates for selected protein kinases, [32P]ATP and protein kinase cofactors and inhibitors to characterize the kinases. Using peptide substrates, three types of kinase were identified, and a fourth was identified using NF protein as substrate. The first three kinases were the catalytic subunit of cAMP-dependent protein kinase, calcium-calmodulin dependent protein kinase II and a cofactor-independent kinase that phosphorylated prepro VIP sequence 156-170 and was inhibited by heparin. Using NF proteins as substrate, a fourth kinase was identified which was cofactor-independent and was not inhibited by heparin. Neither cofactor-independent kinase was casein kinase II. NF proteins were phosphorylated in vitro on serine and threonine, primarily by the two cofactor-independent kinases. Using [alpha-32P]8-N3ATP for affinity labeling, one kinase of 43,800 Da was identified. Thus, in addition to cAMP-dependent protein kinase and calcium-calmodulin dependent protein kinase II, two kinases have been found which are primarily responsible for NF phosphorylation in vitro and are cofactor-independent.  相似文献

Abstract: The systems responsible for phosphorylating tyrosine hydroxylase, the rate-limiting enzyme of catecholamine biosynthesis, were investigated in situ in adrenal medullary cells made permeable to solutes of up to 1,000 dalton by exposure to brief intense electric fields. Two different phosphorylation systems were found. One is dependent on Ca2+, the other on cyclic AMP. The Ca2+-dependent system is half-maximally activated by 1-2 μ M Ca2+ and 0.5 m M ATP, and follows a time course similar to that of secretion of catecholamines. Trifluoperazine (0.1 m M ) does not inhibit significantly Ca2+-dependent phosphorylation of tyrosine hydroxylase in situ. The cyclic AMP-dependent system is half-maximally activated by addition of 0.5 μ M cyclic AMP and about 0.3 m M ATP. Ca2+-dependent and cyclic AMP-dependent phosphorylations of tyrosine hydroxylase have roughly the same time course and are additive under conditions where one system is already saturated. Peptide maps of immunoprecipitated tyrosine hydroxylase, after in situ phosphorylation of the enzyme either in the presence of 10−8 M Ca2+ plus 2 × 10−5 M cyclic AMP or of 10−5 M Ca2+, show a marked difference indicating that the enzyme contains several phosphorylation sites. At least one of these sites is phosphorylated only by the Ca2+-dependent system, whereas the other site(s) are phosphorylated by both the Ca2+- and cyclic AMP-dependent systems. The effect of in situ phosphorylation of tyrosine hydroxylase on its enzymatic activity was also investigated.  相似文献

Keratins, constituent proteins of intermediate filaments of epithelial cells, are phosphoproteins containing phosphoserine and phosphothreonine. We examined the in vitro phosphorylation of keratin filaments by cAMP-dependent protein kinase, protein kinase C and Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II. When rat liver keratin filaments reconstituted by type I keratin 18 (molecular mass 47 kDa; acidic type) and type II keratin 8 (molecular mass 55 kDa; basic type) in a 1:1 ratio were used as substrates, all the protein kinases phosphorylated both of the constituent proteins to a significant rate and extent, and disassembly of the keratin filament structure occurred. Kinetic analysis suggested that all these protein kinases preferentially phosphorylate keratin 8, compared to keratin 18. The amino acid residues of keratins 8 and 18 phosphorylated by cAMP-dependent protein kinase or protein kinase C were almost exclusively serine, while those phosphorylated by Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II were serine and threonine. Peptide mapping analysis indicated that these protein kinases phosphorylate keratins 8 and 18 in a different manner. These observations gave the way for in vivo studies of the role of phosphorylation in the reorganization of keratin filaments.  相似文献

Depolarization of synaptosomes is known to cause a calcium-dependent increase in the phosphorylation of a number of proteins. It was the aim of this study to determine which protein kinases are activated on depolarization by analyzing the incorporation of 32Pi into synaptosomal phosphoproteins and phosphopeptides. The following well-characterized phosphoproteins were chosen for study: phosphoprotein "87K," synapsin Ia and Ib, phosphoproteins IIIa and IIIb, the catalytic subunits of calmodulin kinase II, and the B-50 protein. Each was initially identified as a phosphoprotein in lysed synaptosomes after incubation with [gamma-32P]ATP. Mobility on two-dimensional polyacrylamide gels and phosphorylation by specific protein kinases were the primary criteria used for identification. A technique was developed that allowed simultaneous analysis of the phosphopeptides derived from all of these proteins. Phosphopeptides were characterized in lysed synaptosomes after activating cyclic AMP-, calmodulin-, and phospholipid-stimulated protein kinases in the presence of [gamma-32P]ATP. Phosphoproteins labelled in intact synaptosomes after incubation with 32Pi were then compared with those seen after ATP-labelling of lysed synaptosomes. As expected from previous work, phosphoprotein "87K," and synapsin Ia and Ib were labelled, but for the first time, phosphoproteins IIIa, IIIb, and the B-50 protein were identified as being labelled in intact synaptosomes; the calmodulin kinase II subunits were hardly phosphorylated. From a comparison of the phosphopeptide profiles it was found that cyclic AMP-, calmodulin-, and phospholipid-stimulated protein kinases are all active in intact synaptosomes and their activity is dependent on extrasynaptosomal calcium. The activation of cyclic AMP-stimulated protein kinases in intact synaptosomes was confirmed by the addition of dibutyryl cyclic AMP and theophylline which specifically increased the labelling of phosphopeptides in synapsin Ia and Ib and in phosphoproteins IIIa and IIIb. On depolarization of intact synaptosomes, a number of phosphopeptides showed increased labelling and the pattern suggested that cyclic AMP-, calmodulin-, and phospholipid-stimulated protein kinases were all activated. No new peptides were phosphorylated, suggesting that depolarization simply increased the activity of already active protein kinases and that there was no depolarization-specific increase in protein phosphorylation.  相似文献

Abstract: Nicotine-induced catecholamine secretion in bovine adrenomedullary chromaffin cells is accompanied by rapid tyrosine phosphorylation of multiple cellular proteins, most notably the mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs). The requirement for activation of tyrosine kinases and MAPKs in chromaffin cell exocytosis was investigated using a panel of tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Genistein and tyrphostin 23, two compounds that inhibit tyrosine kinases by distinct mechanisms, were found to inhibit secretion by >90% in cells stimulated by nicotine, 55 m M KCI, or the Ca2+ ionophore A23187. Inhibition of secretion induced by all three secretagogues correlated with a block in both protein tyrosine phosphorylation and activation of the MAPKs and their activators (MEKs) in situ. However, neither genistein nor tyrphostin 23 inhibited the activities of the MAPKs or MEKs in vitro. These results indicate that the target(s) of inhibition lie down-stream of Ca2+ influx and upstream of MEK activation. This Ca2+-activated tyrosine kinase activity could not be accounted for entirely by c-Src or Fyn (two nonreceptor tyrosine kinases that are expressed abundantly in chromaffin cells), because their in vitro kinase activities were not inhibited by tyrphostin 23 and only partially inhibited by genistein. These results demonstrate that an unidentified Ca2+-activated tyrosine kinase(s) is required for MAPK activation and exocytosis in chromaffin cells and suggest that MAPK participates in the regulation of secretion.  相似文献
