入侵种与本地种杂交可能会改变其某些性状,影响其生理生化过程,增强其对一些重金属的耐受性。镉是目前造成土壤污染的主要重金属元素之一,为探讨杂交是否能够增强植物对重金属镉的耐受性,采用培养皿滤纸法比较了不同浓度镉(0,10,40,80和120 mg/L)处理下瘤突苍耳(Xanthium strumarium)、苍耳(Xanthium sibiricum)及二者杂合体(X.strumarium♀×X.sibiricum♂,X.sibiricum♀×X.strumarium♂)种子萌发与幼苗生长情况。结果表明:1)入侵种瘤突苍耳与本地种苍耳之间存在杂交现象;2)镉促进了杂交瘤突苍耳(X.strumarium♀×X.sibiricum♂)种子的萌发,当镉浓度为80 mg/L时,其萌发率、发芽势、发芽指数最高;3)杂交瘤突苍耳在80、120 mg/L镉处理下根长和叶绿素含量低于瘤突苍耳,但子叶受到的氧化胁迫并未高于瘤突苍耳。研究结果显示,杂交有可能提高了瘤突苍耳在高浓度镉胁迫时对重金属镉的转运能力,幼苗根系吸收大量的镉并向上运输给子叶,导致根系生长受到抑制、子叶叶绿素含量下降,抗氧化酶系统可能在降...  相似文献

采用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱、正反高效液相色谱和重结晶等方法,对苍耳石油醚、乙酸乙酯萃取物进行分离,研究了中药苍耳(Xanthium sibiricum)全草的化学成分和抗菌活性。结果表明:共得到14个化合物。根据理化性质和波谱数据分析,鉴定化合物结构分别为对甲氧基苯甲酸(1)、蒲公英赛醇(2)、羽扇豆醇(3)、熊果酸(4)、豆甾醇(5)、齐墩果酸(6)、lasidiol p-methoxybenzoate(7)、羽扇豆酮(8)、苍耳亭(9)、α-菠甾醇(10)、槲皮素(11)、苍耳皂素(12)、芹菜素(13)、羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(14)。化合物2、7、8为首次从该植物中分离得到。以平板打孔法测试提取化合物对不同菌种的抑制作用,结果表明化合物2、8、9、12对蕃茄早疫、黄瓜枯萎、蕃茄灰霉和苹果腐烂病菌有较好的抑菌活性。  相似文献

Throughout the northern Great Plains of North America, there are large tracts of vegetation‐stabilized aeolian dune fields; some have transformed from desert‐like conditions to grassland only within the last 200 years. Here, we examine how this transformation has affected vadose zone hydrology by comparing infiltration and soil moisture on stabilized and active dunes at a dune field in Saskatchewan, Canada. At one active and one stabilized dune, we measured soil moisture dynamics throughout the 2010 growing season with time‐domain reflectometry sensors installed at four depths down to 200 cm below the surface. We also acquired soil samples from two active and two stabilized dunes ten times throughout the 2010 growing season to measure soil moisture dynamics down to 500 cm below the surface. Results indicate that while soil moisture was elevated at 25 cm depth in the stabilized dunes during the 2010 growing season, below that level soil, moisture was significantly lower than the active dunes and also more variable down to 500 cm. A comparison of surface hydraulic conductivity between one active dune and one stabilized dune showed that it was more than one order of magnitude greater at the former, presumably due to the elevated levels of silt, clay, and organics at the surface of the stabilized dune, which reduce the infiltration rate. Overall, we interpret the main difference in soil moisture dynamics to be caused by the presence of transpiring vegetation, as well as changes in soil properties attributed to the establishment of vegetation. Therefore, the results of this study suggest that during dune stabilization, the establishment of vegetation reduces profile soil moisture recharge. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The population structure and water relations ofArtemisia ordosica were studied at different stages of the sand dune fixation process. Vegetation coverage and biomass increased as the sand dune fixation process progressed. In contrast, individual growth rate decreased in the late fixation stage. On fixed sand dunes the modal age ofA. ordosica plants was higher and seedlings or saplings were rearely observed. On active sand dunes, settlement of seedlings was regulated by sand mobility; that is, seedlings were observed only when sand mobility was below 10 cm per year. Leaf transpiration was highest in active sand dunes. Stand transpiration in fixed sand dunes was lower than in semi-fixed sand dunes. These differences in transpiration were related to a decrease in soil water availability, which was affected by the increase in the aeolian fine soil component during the course of sand dune fixation. The reduction in soil water status and the cessation of sand movement were considered to be important factors in the decline of theArtemisia ordosica community.  相似文献

Five study sites in Japan with pure patches ofElymus mollis near to the shoreline were chosen. Abundance of spore formation ofGlomus spp. underE. mollis patches were studied at four sites to understand the factors determining the development of VA mycorrhizal fungal communities at the edge of coastal sand dune vegetation. At each study site, eight soil samples from two soil depths were collected four times (three times for Niigata) during a year. Spores ofGlomus spp. predominated at every site, but species composition ofGlomus spp. differed from site to site. Coastal dunes in western Europe have long been under grazing and recreational pressure, but the vegetative cover appears to be remarkably resilient. In a series of experiments on Ynyslas Dunes, Cardigan Bay (Wales, U.K.), trampling, protection, fertiliser, and herbicide treatments were monitored using non-destructive and destructive sampling methods. This paper discusses the behaviour of 12 important species after these treatments on three major dune habitats: Agrostis tenuis, Ammophila arenaria, Bellis perennis, Festuca rubra, Galium verum, Leontodon taraxacoides, Ononis repens, Plantago lanceolata, Poa subcaerulea, Thymus praecox, Homalothecium lutescens, Tortula ruraliformis.Although stability is usually thought of as a feature of the community, a reductionist approach suggests that grasses react quickly but temporarily, dicotyledonous forbs often show slower reaction times, each species reacting in its own way to changes in the environment. A tentative classification of our study species is possible.Nomenclature follows Smith (1978), for bryophytes and Clapam, Tutin & Warburg (1962), for angiosperms.  相似文献

以羽茅(Achnatherum sibiricum)为材料,采用室内生物测定法研究感染不同内生真菌的羽茅浸提液对大针茅(Stipa grandis)种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用,并采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对羽茅浸提液中的化学成分进行分析。结果表明:(1)内生真菌感染可缓解宿主羽茅对群落优势种大针茅的化感作用;(2)内生真菌感染对宿主羽茅化感作用的影响与内生真菌种类有关,具体表现为相比于未染菌羽茅,感染Epichloё gansuensis可显著缓解宿主羽茅对大针茅的抑制作用,而感染Neotyphodium sibiricum、Neotyphodium gansuensis有缓解羽茅对大针茅化感作用的趋势,但未达到显著影响;(3)羽茅浸提液中含有2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、邻苯二甲酸、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和硬脂酸甲酯等潜在化感物质,这4种物质相对含量的差异可能是不同内生真菌感染状态的羽茅产生不同化感效应的主要原因;(4)对羽茅浸提液中4种潜在化感物质的化感作用进行验证实验,结果表明,2,4-二叔丁基苯酚对大针茅的化感作用基本表现为低浓度无影响,高浓度抑制,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的化感作用表现为\"低促高抑\"的效应趋势,而邻苯二甲酸和硬脂酸甲酯对大针茅均表现出\"剂量效应\"的化感作用趋势,即4种潜在化感物质在高浓度时均可显著抑制大针茅的种子萌发和幼苗生长。  相似文献

为探讨贝壳堤岛旱柳叶片光合特性的水分响应规律,以2 a生旱柳苗木为材料,模拟设置贝壳砂生境系列水分梯度,测定分析不同土壤水分条件下旱柳叶片的主要光合生理参数。结果表明:(1)直角双曲线修正模型可较好模拟旱柳叶片净光合速率的光响应过程,维持旱柳较高光合作用的土壤相对含水量(RWC)为50.1%~94.4%,适宜光强为800~1 600 μmol·m-2·s-1,水分对光强利用的补偿效应显著。(2)随土壤水分的降低,旱柳叶片净光合速率、光饱和点、表观量子效率及最大净光合速率均表现为先升高后降低;干旱和渍水胁迫条件下,旱柳叶片的光补偿点升高,光饱和点降低,光照生态幅变窄,光能利用效率降低,水分胁迫抑制光能效应明显。(3)随土壤水分的降低,旱柳叶片瞬时和潜在水分利用效率均表现为先升高后降低,分别在RWC为45.7%、40.6%时达到最大值,适度干旱胁迫可显著提高旱柳叶片的水分利用效率。(4)干旱和渍水胁迫均显著降低旱柳叶片的叶绿素含量和叶片水势,随土壤水分降低两者均表现为先升高后降低,叶绿素含量和叶片水势分别在RWC为58.9%、50.1%达到最高值。研究发现,贝壳砂生境旱柳叶片光合生理参数对土壤水分表现出一定的阈值响应,维持旱柳较高光合能力和水分利用效率的适宜土壤水分相对含量为50.1%~77.7%,表现为耐水湿不耐干旱的水分特性。  相似文献

Summary Clavispora opuntiae was the prevalent yeast associated with the feeding sites ofSigelgaita sp. larvae in the cactusPilosocereus arrabidae. Also associated with this habitat wereCandida sonorensis, Pichia cactophila, Pichia barkeri, Candida sp. A,Geotrichum sp.,Geotrichum sericeum and the yeast like organismsPrototheca zopfii andAcremonium sp. Atypical yeast biotypes that may represent new species ofPichia, Sporopachydermia andCandida were isolated. Mating types ofClavispora opuntiae were at a ratio 70 h+ to 3 h- and reduced levels of sporulation suggested low pressure for sexual reproduction in this habitat.Sigelgaita sp. probably was not an important vector forClavispora opuntiae because it was not isolated from an adult or eggs of this moth.  相似文献

Achnatherum sibiricum is a threaten and toxic perennial bunchgrass mainly in the north of China. We developed 11 polymorphic microsatellite loci from A. sibiricum by combining biotin capture method. After validating and scoring, these loci were polymorphic in a test population with the range of alleles from four to 13 per locus. The observed and expected heterozygosities ranged from 0.1649 to 0.5624 and from 0.3071 to 0.8826, respectively. All 11 microsatellite markers were in Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium. These polymorphic microsatellites will be useful for genetic diversity analysis and population structure construction for A. sibiricum.  相似文献

采用石蜡切片技术对成熟黄精种子形态及萌发过程中的形态学变化及解剖结构特征进行了研究,以阐明黄精种子繁殖的生物学机制。结果显示:(1)成熟的黄精种子由外而内依次为种皮、胚乳和胚等3部分组成。其中种皮由一层木质化的细胞组成;胚乳占据种子的大部分结构,胚乳细胞含有大量淀粉,细胞壁增厚;胚处于棒型胚阶段。(2)黄精种子在萌发过程中棒型胚靠近种脐端分化为吸器、子叶联结和子叶鞘,靠近种孔的部位分化出胚根、胚轴和胚芽。(3)黄精种子萌发首先由子叶联结伸长将胚芽和胚根原基推出种孔,紧接着下胚轴膨大形成初生小根茎,吸器留在种子中分解吸收胚乳中的营养物质。(4)通过子叶联结连通吸器和初生小根茎,将胚乳中的营养物质由吸器-子叶联结这个通路转移到初生小根茎中,为初生根茎上胚芽和胚根的进一步分化提供物质保障。(5)黄精种子自然条件下萌发率较低,而且当年不出土。研究表明,黄精种子的繁殖生物学特性是其生态适应的一种重要机制。  相似文献

A field survey was conducted in a semi-arid region of Inner Mongolia, China, to clarify the ecological characteristics ofAgriophyllum squarrosum (Chenopodiacea), which is an ephemeral in shifting sand dunes. The habitat ofA. squarrosum is extremely unstable, that is, the surface substrate frequently shifts, the soil water-content is highly variable and the site does not permit the growth of any other plant species.Agriophyllum squarrosum is able to invade as a pioneer because of the elongation of its fine roots, which are well adapted to dry sandy soil and able to penetrate deep soil layers containing moisture. The biomass and the pod numbers increased under conditions where enough water was supplied. However the biomass at sites where the wind was strong was relatively small.  相似文献

We examined the role ofarbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) in thebioprotection of the sand dune grass Leymus arenarius against soil fungi andnematodes. Six soil fungi (Fusariumnivale, Fusarium sp., Cladosporiumherbarum, Cladosporium sp., Phomasp., Sporothrix sp.) and four species ofnematodes (Pratylenchoidesmagnicauda, Paratylenchusmicrodorus, Rotylenchus goodeyi, Merlinius joctus) were isolated from a coastalsand dune in Iceland where a population of L. arenarius was declining in vigour. Acommercial AMF inoculum (Microbio Ltd. England)containing Glomus caledonium, G.fasciculatum, and G. mossae was used.Seedlings of L. arenarius were grownunder controlled conditions in sterile sand andsubjected to the following treatments: (1)control, (2) + AMF, (3) + AMF + soil fungi, (4)+ AMF + nematodes, (5) + AMF + nematodes + soilfungi, (6) + soil fungi, (7) + soil fungi +nematodes, (8) + nematodes. Mycorrhizal plantshad significantly the highest root dry weightof all treatments. Mycorrhizal plants hadsignificantly higher leaf dry weight thanplants in other treatments, with the exceptionof AMF inoculated plants exposed to nematodes. Mycorrhizal plants exposed to soil fungi andnematodes had significantly higher growthparameters except total number of leaves thanAMF inoculated plants exposed to both soilfungi and nematodes. Mycorrhizal plantssubjected to a dual application of soil fungiand nematodes did not vary significantly in anygrowth parameters from plants without AMF thatwere exposed to a dual application of soilfungi and nematodes. This suggests asynergistic effect of soil fungi and nematodesthat break down the protection of AMF againstpathogens. 青海云杉是祁连山区森林生态系统的建群种,其天然更新对维持祁连山森林生态系统功能具有重要意义。以祁连山排露沟流域青海云杉林天然更新为研究对象,于2021年6-9月测定海拔2700-3300m的0-40cm土层土壤温度和水分数据,并于7月中旬对样地天然更新进行每木检尺,将天然更新划分为幼苗(第一龄级)阶段和幼树(第二龄级)阶段,通过方差分析探究不同海拔更新苗胸径、株高的差异,再进一步建立回归模型拟合更新苗胸径、株高与各层土壤水热的关系,探讨更新苗胸径、株高对土壤水热的响应。结果表明:(1)更新苗胸径、株高随海拔升高而降低,海拔2700m幼苗胸径与3300m幼苗胸径存在显著性差异(P<0.05),海拔2700m、2800m幼苗、幼树株高与3300m幼苗、幼树株高存在显著性差异(P<0.05),幼树胸径在各海拔均不存在显著性差异,表明更新苗胸径对海拔的敏感性要低于更新苗株高。(2)更新苗胸径、株高与土壤温度呈正相关,与土壤水分呈负相关,幼苗胸径与20cm土壤温度和土壤水分的相关系数最大,幼树胸径与40cm土壤温度和土壤水分相关系数最大,幼树株高与40cm土壤温度及20cm土壤水分相关系数最大。(3)回归模型显示幼苗胸径和株高对土壤水热的利用模式相同,而幼树胸径和株高对土壤水热的利用模式存在差异。(4)青海云杉天然更新随着龄级的增加,影响生长的主要因素由土壤温度逐渐变为土壤水分,更新苗胸径对土壤水热的响应也随着龄级的增加在逐渐减弱。  相似文献

A survey of soils and trees was conducted on Syunkunitai coastal sand dune in eastern Hokkaido to clarify the relationships between the soil properties and the plant cover type. A belt transect of 360m in length was established across the dune. Three community types, that is, a Picea glehnii forest, an Abies sachalinensis forest, and a salt marsh were recognized. Soil types at the study area were determined to be sandy immature soil and peat soil. Their horizon sequences were described as A0–V–C or T–V–C layers (A0, T, V, and C indicate layers of leaf litter, peat, volcanic deposit, and parent material, respectively). The Abies sachalinensis forest was characterized by a relatively high calcium concentration in the surface soil layer and a tendency for podzolization in the volcanic deposit layer. The Picea glehnii forest was characterized by peat accumulation because of the high ground water table, volcanic deposits in the soil profile, and the strong influence of sea salt on the soil chemistry. The roots in the Picea glehnii forest were distributed more shallowly than those in the Abies sachalinensis forest, thus avoiding the high water table level as well as the influence of seawater in the soil. The salt marsh showed an extremely high sodium concentration and base saturation, indicating that this area was directly affected by seawater. Recently, the periphery of the Picea glehnii forest on Syunkunitai sand dune has been declining because of seawater inundation caused by ground subsidence.  相似文献

Coastal sand dune ecosystems are subjected to many stress and disturbance factors that are particularly high in the foredunes compared to the backdunes. Although a few studies have been conducted on eastern coastline sand dunes of South Africa, none have examined the relationship between aspect and slope on vegetation composition and soil properties of coastal forest backdunes. Vegetation and soil sampling were conducted in 11 transects, each with four plots measuring 10 × 10 m, located on the seaward and landward sides and on middle and lower slopes of backdunes of Bathurst coastal forest. A total of 39 species were identified, of which 23 were trees and shrubs, thirteen were forbs and three were grasses. The data show that both aspect and slope had limited influence on vegetation community assemblage and soil properties, but had significant effects on individual species distribution. There was a grass‐dominated community on the middle slope and a tree‐ and shrub‐ dominated community on the lower slope. These two plant communities act as the required coastal forest ecosystem engineer driving variability in soil properties between the slopes, the most prominent being high soil nutrients and moisture in the lower slopes compared to the middle slopes.  相似文献

区域尺度上,气象和水文状况是影响植被分布格局和土壤性状的主要因子,当然,局部的地貌特征及植被分布对土壤性质的影响也是不能忽视的。以古尔班通古特沙漠为研究对象,对其南缘至腹地约25 km的土壤水分与化学性质的空间分布及其相互关系进行研究,结果显示:水平方向上,从沙漠南缘至腹地,土壤水分在丘底呈减小趋势,尤其是距边缘10 km以外,且在距边缘6—7 km出现1个峰值。同时土壤pH值和电导率的大小以及有机碳,全氮,有效氮,全磷和有效磷含量与土壤水分的变化状况相似,在丘底呈减小趋势,而在丘坡和丘顶上均呈波动分布。这说明丘底土壤性质的空间格局受到气象和水文状况的显著影响,而丘坡和丘顶土壤性质并没有受到气象和水文状况的显著影响,这种波动分布主要由采样点的设置及植物的分布状况所引起。丘底土壤水分及化学性质均显著高于丘坡和丘顶,这说明地貌特征对土壤性质的空间分布有显著影响。垂直方向上,不同深度土层土壤性质也存在显著差异,土壤水分,pH值和电导率随着土层深度增加而增加,而土壤养分随土层深度增加而减小。相关分析结果表明:仅4、5月份的土壤含水量及年平均土壤含水量与丘底土壤化学性质显著正相关,这可能由于冬季积雪的融化导致了土壤水分在4、5月份的聚集比较明显,使土壤水分对土壤化学性质发挥作用。总之,土壤空间异质性是由气象和水文以及地貌特征共同影响的,而土壤空间异质性的变异进而影响到植被的分布,植被的分布反过来又影响土壤的空间分布,因此土壤的空间分布和植被的空间分布是相互影响,共同作用的。  相似文献

Three Gram-positive bacterial strains, 7-3, 255-15 and 190-11, previously isolated from Siberian permafrost, were characterized and taxonomically classified. These microorganisms are rod-shaped, facultative aerobic, motile with peritrichous flagella and their growth ranges are from -2.5 to 40 degrees C. The chemotaxonomic markers indicated that the three strains belong to the genus Exiguobacterium. Their peptidoglycan type was A3alpha L-Lys-Gly. The predominant menaquinone detected in all three strains was MK7. The polar lipids present were phosphatidyl-glycerol, diphosphatidyl-glycerol and phosphatidyl-ethanolamine. The major fatty acids were iso-C13:0, anteiso-C13:0, iso-C15:0, C16:0 and iso-C17:0. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA and six diverse genes, gyrB (gyrase subunit B), rpoB (DNA-directed RNA polymerase beta subunit), recA (homologous recombination), csp (cold shock protein), hsp70 (ClassI-heat shock protein-chaperonin) and citC (isocitrate dehydrogenase), indicated that the strains were closely related to Exiguobacterium undae (DSM 14481(T)) and Exiguobacterium antarcticum (DSM 14480(T)). On the basis of the phenotypic characteristics, phylogenetic data and DNA-DNA reassociation data, strain 190-11 was classified as E. undae, while the other two isolates, 7-3 and 255-15, comprise a novel species, for which the name Exiguobacterium sibiricum sp. nov. is proposed.  相似文献

试验于2001年8月17日至9月30日在中国科学院沙坡头沙漠试验研究站进行,主要利用时域反射仪(TDR)连续测量土壤剖面水分含量的方法,观测受植物根系吸水,蒸散作用影响下的人工植被荒漠灌木柠条(Caragana korshinskii)群落区固定沙丘降水入渗与再分配过程。土壤体积含水率由水平埋设在植物根系剖面内12个深度层次(5~200cm)的时域反射仪探头每小时自动测定1次。天然降水条件下的土壤入渗速率由入渗深度与相应的入渗时间之比值计算得到。结果表明:在7次不连续降水过程中,土壤入渗速率与降水强度呈简单线性相关关系,土壤入渗速率约为降水强度的10倍强。然而当次降水过程中降水强度小于0.46mm/h时,土壤入渗速率约为0cm/h,此时的降水对人工植被固定沙丘区的土壤基本上没有水分补给作用。受荒漠灌木柠条根系吸水作用的影响,其根系密集剖面深度40~140cm内降水水分入渗积累不明显。降水入渗速率及入渗深度受土壤剖面初始含水率多寡而变化,干燥土壤剖面有助于提高入渗速率及入渗深度。降水以后随着时间的推移,区域环境内空气温度、湿度等气象条件适宜,柠条生长进入相对旺盛阶段,其根系密集层140cm深度处土壤含水率在总体上下降的过程中,表现出昼消夜长的趋势,翌日8:00土壤含水率值略高于前一日20:00水分值0.1%~0.3vol.%。  相似文献
