In this paper, we report the synthesis and the characterization of a novel series of lanthanide (III) complexes with two potentially hexadentate ligands. The ligands contain a rigid phenanthroline moiety and two flexible hydrazonic arms with different donor atom sets (NNN′N′OO and NNN′N′N″N″, respectively for H2L1 (2,9-diformylphenanthroline)bis(benzoyl)hydrazone and H2L2 (2,9-diformylphenanthroline)bis(2-pyridyl)hydrazone).Both nitrate and acetate complexes of H2L1 with La, Eu, Gd, and Tb were prepared and fully characterized, and the X-ray crystal structure of the complex [Eu(HL1)(CH3 COO)2] · 5H2O is presented. The stability constants of the equilibria Ln3+ + H2L1 = [Ln(H2L1)]3+ and Ln3+ + (L1)2− = [Ln(L1)]+ (Ln = La(III), Eu(III), Gd(III), and Tb(III)) are determined by UV spectrophotometric titrations in DMSO at t = 25 °C. The nitrate complexes of H2L2 with La, Eu, Gd and Tb were also synthesized, and the X-ray crystal structures of [La(H2L2)(NO3)2(H2O)](NO3), [Eu(H2L2)(NO3)2](NO3) and [Tb(H2 L2)(NO3)2](NO3) are discussed.  相似文献

Two novel Ru(II) complexes [Ru(bpy)2(MCMIP)]2+ (1) and [Ru(phen)2(MCMIP)]2+ (2) (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine; phen = 1,10-phenanthroline; MCMIP = 2-(6-methyl-3-chromonyl)imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]-phenanthroline) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectra and 1H NMR. The DNA-binding properties of the complexes were investigated by absorption, emission, melting temperature and viscosity measurements. Experimental results indicate that the two complexes can intercalate into DNA base pairs. Upon irradiation at 365 nm, two Ru(II) complexes were found to promote the cleavage of plasmid pBR 322 DNA from supercoiled form I to nicked form II, and the mechanisms for DNA cleavage by the complexes were also investigated.  相似文献

The coordination capability of the octaaza 24-membered (L1) and the tetraoxotetraaza 28-membered (L2) macrocycle ligands - with different sizes, nature and number of the donor atoms - has been investigated with nitrate and perchlorate Cd(II) salts. The complexes were prepared in 1:1 and 2:1 Cd:L molar ratio. The characterization by elemental analysis, IR, LSI mass spectrometry, conductivity measurements and 1H NMR spectroscopy, together with the crystal structure of the complexes [CdL1](NO3)2 · 0.5H2O, [CdL1](ClO4)2 and [CdL2(CH3CN)2](ClO4)2 · CH3CN · H2O confirms the formation of mononuclear complexes in all cases. The [CdL1](NO3)2 · 0.5H2O and [CdL1](ClO4)2 present a mononuclear endomacrocyclic structure with the metal ion coordinated by the eight donor nitrogen atoms from the macrocyclic backbone in a square antiprism geometry. The complex [CdL2(CH3CN)2](ClO4)2 · CH3CN · H2O is also mononuclear, but the cadmium ion is in an octahedral environment coordinated by four amine nitrogen atoms from the macrocyclic framework and two nitrogen atoms from two acetonitrile molecules. The ether oxygen atoms from the ligand are not coordinated.  相似文献

The new enantiopure complexes [LnL](NO3)3 · nH2O (Ln = Dy+3, Ho+3, Er+3, Lu+3) and [LnL]Cl3 · nH2O (Ln = Nd+3, Sm+3, Gd+3, Tb+3, Dy+3, Ho+3, Er+3, Tm+3, Lu+3) of the chiral macrocycle L derived from (1R,2R)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane and 2,6-diformylpyridine have been synthesised. The preference of macrocycle L for the heavier lanthanide(III) ions has been established on the basis of competition reaction. The complexes have been characterised by NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. 1H NMR signals of deuterated water solutions of the Ce+3, Nd+3 and Eu+3 complexes have been assigned on the basis of the COSY and HMQC spectra, and for the remaining lanthanide complexes the signals were assigned on the basis of linewidths analysis. The paramagnetic shifts of the series of lanthanide complexes [LnL](NO3)3 · nH2O and [LnL]Cl3 · nH2O have been analysed using both crystal-field dependent and independent methods in order to separate contact and dipolar contributions and establish isostructurality along the series of lanthanide complexes in solution. The data obtained for nitrate derivatives in organic solvent indicate rather irregular deviations from the plots based on those methods, while the plots obtained for water solutions show the characteristic brake in the middle of the lanthanide series, that is interpreted as a result of change of the number of axially coordinated water molecules. The apparent inconsistencies of results obtained on the basis of crystal-field independent method are discussed.  相似文献

Four new Co(III) complexes, namely [Co(cq)3](PF6)3, [Co(phen)2(cq)](PF6)3, [Co(bnp)3] (PF6)3, and [Co(phen)2(bnp)](PF6)3 (where cq = chromeno[2,3-b]quinoline, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline and bnp = dibenzo[b,g][1,8]naphthyridine), were synthesized and structurally characterized. Spectroscopic data suggested an octahedral geometry for all the complexes. Binding studies of these complexes with double-stranded (ds)DNA were analyzed by absorption spectra, viscosity, and thermal denaturation studies. The results revealed that the metal complex intercalates into the DNA base stack as intercalator. The oxidative cleavage activities of the complexes were studied with supercoiled pUC19 DNA using gel electrophoresis and the results show that the complexes have potent nuclease activity.  相似文献

Structural changes between [OsIIL3]2+ and [OsIIIL3]3+ (L: 2,2′-bipyridine; 1,10-phenanthroline) and molecular and electronic structures of the OsIII complexes [OsIII(bpy)3]3+ and [OsIII(phen)3]3+ are discussed in this paper. Mid-infrared spectra in the ν(bpy) and ν(phen) ring stretching region for [OsII(bpy)3](PF6)2, [OsIII(bpy)3](PF6)3, [OsII(phen)3](PF6)2, and [OsIII(phen)3](PF6)3 are compared, as are X-ray crystal structures. Absorption spectra in the UV region for [OsIII(bpy)3](PF6)3 and [OsIII(phen)3](PF6)3 are dominated by very intense absorptions (ε = 40 000-50 000 M−1 cm−1) due to bpy and phen intra-ligand π → π transitions. In the visible region, relatively narrow bands with vibronic progressions of ∼1500 cm−1 appear, and have been assigned to bpy or phen-based, spin-orbit coupling enhanced, 1π → 3π electronic transitions. Also present in the visible region are ligand-to-metal charge transfer bands (LMCT) arising from π(bpy) → t2g(OsIII) or π(phen) → t2g(OsIII) transitions. In the near infrared, two broad absorption features appear for oxidized forms [OsIII(bpy)3](PF6)3 and [OsIII(phen)3](PF6)3 arising from dπ-dπ interconfigurational bands characteristic of dπ5OsIII. They are observed at 4580 and 5090 cm−1 for [OsIII(bpy)3](PF6)3 and at 4400 and 4990 cm−1 for [OsIII(phen)3](PF6)3. The bpy and phen infrared vibrational bands shift to higher energy upon oxidation of Os(II) to Os(III). In the cation structure in [OsIII(bpy)3](PF6)3, the OsIII atom resides at a distorted octahedral site, as judged by ∠N-Os-N, which varies from 78.78(22)° to 96.61(22)°. Os-N bond lengths are also in general longer for [OsIII(bpy)3](PF6)3 compared to [OsII(bpy)3](PF6)2 (0.010 Å), and for [OsIII(phen)3](PF6)3 compared to [OsII(phen)3](PF6)2 (0.014 Å). Structural changes in the ligands between oxidation states are discussed as originating from a combination of dπ(OsII) → π (bpy or phen) backbonding and charge redistribution on the ligands as calculated by natural population analysis.  相似文献

Although there has been progress in developing artificial hydrolytic DNA cleaving agents, none of these has been shown to carry out the double-strand hydrolysis of DNA. We demonstrate that La(III) or Ce(IV) combined with the ligand 1,3-diamino-2-hydroxypropane-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetate (HPTA) in a 2 : 1 ratio can efficiently cleave supercoiled plasmid DNA at 55  °C within a 3-h period. Analysis of end-labeled restriction fragments cleaved by these complexes reveals 3′- and 5′-ends consistent with a hydrolytic mechanism. Unlike for other polydentate carboxylate complexes, plasmid DNA cleavage by La2(HPTA) or Ce2(HPTA) affords a significant amount of linear DNA with a considerable fraction of the supercoiled form still remaining. This result implies that La2(HPTA) and Ce2(HPTA) can carry out double-strand cleavage of plasmid DNA. La2(HPTA) and Ce2(HPTA) represent the first metal complexes demonstrated to be capable of double-strand hydrolytic cleavage of plasmid DNA. Received: 29 March 1999 / Accepted: 9 July 1999  相似文献

Three new binuclear copper(II) complexes have been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography, [Cu2(1,4-tpbd)(dafo)2(MeOH)2](ClO4)4·2.5H2O (1), [Cu2(1,4-tpbd) (DMSO)2(ClO4)2](OH)2·6H2O (2) and [Cu2(1,4-tpbd)(OAC)2(ClO4)2]·5H2O (3) (1,4-tpbd = N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(2-pyridylmethyl)benzene-1,4-diamine). Complex 1 to 3 shows similar binuclear structure and each Cu atom adopts five-coordinated square-pyramidal geometry. The interactions of the three complexes with CT-DNA (Calf-thymus DNA) have been investigated by UV absorption, fluorescence spectroscopy, circular dichroism spectroscopy and viscosity. Furthermore, the three complexes display oxidative cleavage of supercoiled DNA in the presence of external agents. Complex 3 shows higher DNA affinity and nuclease activity may be attributed to its cis structural configuration and labile acetate and perchlorate anions. The cleavage mechanisms between the complexes and plasmid DNA are likely to involve singlet oxygen or singlet oxygen-like entity as reactive oxygen species. In addition, in vitro cytotoxicity studies on the Hela cell line show that the IC50 values of complexes 1-3 are 14.75, 13.67 and 16.58 μM, respectively. The apoptosis-inducing activity was also assessed by AO/EB (Acridine Orange/Ethidium bromide) staining assay, indicating they have the potential to act as effective metal-based anticancer drugs.  相似文献

Two new Zn(II) complexes containing guanidinium groups, [Zn(L1)Cl2](ClO4)2 · H2O · CH3OH (1) and [Zn(L2)Cl2](ClO4)2 · 0.5H2O (2), were synthesized and characterized (L1 = 5,5′-di[1-(guanidyl)methyl]-2,2′-bipyridyl bication and L2 = 6,6′-di[1-(guanidyl)methyl]-2,2′-bipyridyl bication). Both complexes are able to catalyze bis(p-nitrophenyl) phosphate (BNPP) hydrolysis efficiently. Obtained kinetic data reveal that both 1 and 2 show nearly 300- and 600-fold rate enhancement of BNPP hydrolysis, respectively, compared to their simple analogue without the guanidinium groups [Zn(bpy)Cl2] (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridy) (3). Enhanced acceleration for cleavage of BNPP could be attributed to cooperative interaction between the Zn(II) ion and the guanidinium groups by electrostatic interaction and H-bonding. Studies on inhibition of sequence-specific endonucleases (DraI and SmaI) by complexes show that 1 and 2 are able to recognize nucleotide sequence, -TTT^AAA-, and highly effectively cleave the plasmid DNA in the presence of hydrogen peroxide, while 3 has no specific binding to the DNA target sequences and only shows low DNA cleavage activity.  相似文献

The Zn(II) complexes of two bipyridyl derivatives with trimethylaminomethyl groups, [Zn(L1)3](ZnBr4)(ClO4)2Br4 · 12H2O (1) and [Zn(L2)3](ClO4)8 · H2O (2) (L1 = [4,4′-(Me3NCH2)2-bpy]2+, L2 = [5,5′-(Me3NCH2)2-bpy]2+ and bpy = 2,2′-bipyridyl), were synthesized and characterized. The structure of complex 1 has been determined by X-ray diffraction, and the configuration of ligand-coordinated Zn(II) ion can be well described as distorted octahedral. Species distribution of both complexes in aqueous solution was investigated by potentiometeric titration. DNA-binding ability of both complexes was studied by UV spectroscopy titration. Under hydrolytic condition, both complexes (150 μM) can effectively cleave plasmid pBR322 DNA from supercoiled to nicked form, giving hydrolysis rate constants of 2.63 × 10−5 and 9.92 × 10−5 s−1, respectively (pH 7.75, 37 °C). The result shows that complex 2 is one of the most active artificial nucleases based on zinc.  相似文献

A mononuclear macrocyclic complex NiIIL3a (L3a = dianion of 2,3-dioxo-5,6:13,14-dibenzo-9,10-cyclohexyl-7,12-bis(methoxycarbonyl)-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradeca-7,11-diene), which shows high DNA cleavage activity in the presence of H2O2, was reported in our previous work. Considering that many systems for natural enzyme-mediated DNA cleavage contain two or more metal active sites, two new trinuclear complexes [Cu(NiL3a)2(dca)2]·2CH3OH (abbreviated as Cu(NiL3a)2) and [Ag(NiL3a)2(NO3)]·2CH3OH·0.5H2O (abbreviated as Ag(NiL3a)2) were synthesized in this work, where dca is the dicyanamide. The complexes were structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray analysis. The central Cu(II) or Ag(I) atom is linked to two [NiL3a] ligands by oxamido bridges forming a trinuclear structure. In Cu(NiL3a)2, the central Cu(II) ion is in an octahedral coordination geometry. Whereas in Ag(NiL3a)2, the central Ag(I) ion is in a rarely reported trigonal-prismatic coordination geometry. The DNA cleavage behavior of the complexes in the presence of H2O2 was studied in detail. Comparing with the NiL3a, the trinuclear complex Ag(NiL3a)2 nearly has no ability to cleave DNA, whereas Cu(NiL3a)2 is a much better DNA cleavage agent. Cu(NiL3a)2 can efficiently convert supercoiled DNA to nicked DNA with a rate constant of 0.074 ± 0.002 min−1 when 40 μM Cu(NiL3a)2 and 0.6 mM H2O2 are used. The cleavage mechanism between the complex Cu(NiL3a)2 and plasmid DNA is likely to involve singlet oxygen as reactive oxygen species. Circular dichroism (CD) and fluorescence spectroscopy indicate that both Cu(NiL3a)2 and NiL3a bind to DNA by a groove binding mode, and the binding between Cu(NiL3a)2 and DNA is much stronger than that between NiL3a and DNA. The present results may provide some information for the design of efficient multinuclear artificial nucleases.  相似文献

The solution structures of the lanthanide complexes, [Ln(L)(NO3)3] and [Ln(L)2(NO3)3], where L = bis(diphenylphosphorylmethyl)mesitylene and Ln = La, Ce, Nd, Er, were investigated by 31P NMR and IR spectroscopy, conductivity and sedimentation analysis. Variable-temperature 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy was used to identify species present in solution and to monitor their interconversions. The results indicate that equilibrium between molecular complexes [Ln(L)n(NO3)3]0 and cationic species (as ion pairs [Ln(L)n(NO3)2]+ · (NO3) and as free ions [Ln(L)n(NO3)2]+, throughout n = 1, 2) in solutions can be observed by 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy due to separate detection of the molecular complexes and cationic species. The chelate coordination of the ligand and nitrate ions is retained in all complex species at ambient temperature except for [Er(L)2(NO3)3]. The crystal structure of [Nd(L)(NO3)3(MeCN)]MeCN was determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

A pyridine‐diacylhydrazone Schiff base ligand, L = 2,6‐bis[(3‐methoxy benzylidene)hydrazinocarbonyl]pyridine was prepared and characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. Lanthanide complexes, Ln–L, {[LnL(NO3)2]NO3.xH2O (Ln = La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy and Er)} were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, thermal analysis (TGA/DTGA), mass spectrometry (MS), Fourier transform infra‐red (FT‐IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. Ln–L complexes are isostructural with four binding sites provided by two nitro groups along with four coordination sites for L. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations on L and its cationic [LnL(NO3)2]+ complexes were carried out at the B3LYP/6–31G(d) level of theory. The FT‐IR vibrational wavenumbers were computed and compared with the experimentally values. The luminescence investigations of L and Ln–L indicated that Tb–L and Eu–L complexes showed the characteristic luminescence of Tb(III) and Eu(III) ions. Ln–L complexes show higher antioxidant activity than the parent L ligand.  相似文献

Four copper(II) complexes [Cu2(1,3-tpbd)Cl4]·EtOH (1), {[Cu2(1,3-tpbd)(μ-Cl)2](ClO4)2(H2O)4.5 (NaClO4)} (2), [Cu2(1,3-tpbd)(1,10-phen)2(H2O)2](ClO4)4 (3) and [Cu2(1,3-tpbd)(2,2′-bpy)2(H2O)2](ClO4)4 (4) (1,3-tpbd = N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(2-pyridylmethyl)benzene-1,3-diamine) have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal structure analysis. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility studies (2-300 K) indicate the existence of antiferromagnetic coupling between the copper(II) ions in complexes 2 and 3. The interactions of the four complexes with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) have been investigated by UV absorption, fluorescent spectroscopy, circular dichroism spectroscopy, viscosity and cyclic voltammetry, and the modes of CT-DNA binding to the complexes have been proposed. Furthermore, DNA cleavage activities by the four complexes were performed in the presence and absence of external agents, the results indicate that their cleavage activities have been promoted in the presence of external agents. Mechanism investigation shows that the four complexes could cleave DNA through both oxidative and hydrolytic processes. In the four copper(II) complexes, complex 2 showed highest cleavage activity with the pseudo-Michaelis-Menten kinetic paraments kcat = 5.16 h−1 and Km = 3.6 × 10−5 M.  相似文献

In [PtX(PPh3)3]+ complexes (X = F, Cl, Br, I, AcO, NO3, NO2, H, Me) the mutual cis and trans influences of the PPh3 groups can be considered constants in the first place, therefore the one bond Pt-P coupling constants of P(cis) and P(trans) reflect the cis and trans influences of X. The compounds [PtBr(PPh3)3](BF4) (2), [PtI(PPh3)3](BF4) (3), [Pt(AcO)(PPh3)3](BF4) (4), [Pt(NO3)(PPh3)3](BF4) (5), and the two isomers [Pt(NO2-O)(PPh3)3](BF4) (6a) and [Pt(NO2-N)(PPh3)3](BF4) (6b) have been newly synthesised and the crystal structures of 2 and 4·CH2Cl2·0.25C3H6O have been determined. From the 1JPtP values of all compounds we have deduced the series: I > Br > Cl > NO3 > ONO > F > AcO > NO2 > H > Me (cis influence) and Me > H > NO2 > AcO > I > ONO > Br > Cl > F > NO3 (trans influence). These sequences are like those obtained for the (neutral) cis- and trans-[PtClX(PPh3)2] derivatives, showing that there is no dependence on the charge of the complexes. On the contrary, the weights of both influences, relative to those of X = Cl, were found to depend on the charge and nature of the complex.  相似文献

The reactions of [Ru(PPh3)3Cl2], N-(benzoyl)-N′-(5-R-salicylidene)hydrazines (H2bhsR, R = H, OCH3, Cl, Br and NO2) and triethylamine (1:1:2 mole ratio) in methanol afford mononuclear ruthenium(III) complexes having the general formula trans-[Ru(bhsR)(PPh3)2Cl]. In the case of R = H, a dinuclear ruthenium(III) complex of formula [Ru2(μ-OCH3)2(bhsH)2(PPh3)2] has been isolated as a minor product. The complexes are characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic, spectroscopic and electrochemical measurements. The crystal structures of the dinuclear complex and two mononuclear complexes have been determined. In the dinuclear complex, each metal centre is in distorted octahedral NO4P coordination sphere constituted by the two bridging methoxide groups, one PPh3 molecule and the meridionally spanning phenolate-O, imine-N and amide-O donor bhsH2−. The terminal PPh3 ligands are trans to each other. In the mononuclear complexes, bhsR2− and the chlorine atom form an NO2Cl square-plane around the metal centre and the P-atoms of the two PPh3 molecules occupy the remaining two axial sites to complete a distorted octahedral NO2ClP2 coordination sphere. All the complexes display ligand-to-metal charge transfer bands in the visible region of the electronic spectra. The cryomagnetic measurements reveal the antiferromagnetic character of the diruthenium(III) complex. The low-spin mononuclear ruthenium(III) complexes as well as the diruthenium(III) complex display rhombic EPR spectra in frozen solutions. All the complexes are redox active in CH2Cl2 solutions. Two successive metal centred oxidations at 0.69 and 1.20 V (versus Ag/AgCl) are observed for the dinuclear complex. The mononuclear complexes display a metal centred reduction in the potential range −0.53 to −0.27 V. The trend in these potential values reflects the polar effect of the substituents on the salicylidene moiety of the tridentate ligand.  相似文献

Four copper(II) complexes containing the reduced Schiff base ligands, namely, N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-glycinamide (Hsglym) and N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-l-alaninamide (Hsalam) have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal structures of [Cu2(sglym)2Cl2] (1), [Cu2(salam)2(NO3)2] · H2O (3), [Cu2(salam)2(NO3)(H2O)](NO3) · 1.5H2O (4), [Cu2(salam)2](ClO4)2 · 2H2O (5) show that the Cu(II) atoms are bridged by two phenolato oxygen atoms in the dimers. The sglym ligand bonded to Cu(II) in facial manner while salam ligand prefers to bind to Cu(II) in meridonal geometry. Variable temperature magnetic studies of 3 showed it is antiferromagnetic. These Cu(II) complexes and [Cu2(sglym)2(NO3)2] (2), exhibit very small catecholase activity as compared to the corresponding complexes containing acid functional groups.  相似文献

Three water-soluble dicobalt(III) complexes, [Co2L2(µ-OH)2](ClO4)2·5H2O (1), [Co2L2(µ-OH)2](ClO4)2·CH3OH·H2O(2); [Co2L2(µ-OH)2](ClO4)2·4H2O(3) (L = 1,4,7-triazacyclononane-N-acetate monoanion), were prepared to serve as nuclease mimics. The complexes were characterized by X-ray, IR and UV-vis spectroscopy as well as ESI-MS. Three complexes exhibit similar structures, just with different solvent molecules. The electrospray mass spectrum of 1 in solution indicates that dinuclear ion [Co2L2(µ-OH)2-H+] + (4) is the active species. In the absence of any reducing agent, the complexes cleave plasmid pBR322 DNA was performed and its hydrolytic mechanism was demonstrated with radical scavengers, anaerobic reaction and T4 ligase. The kinetic aspects of DNA cleavage under pseudo- or true-Michaelis-Menten conditions are also detailed, kinetic parameters (kcat, KM) were calculated to be 3.57 h− 1, 6.92 × 10− 4 M; 0.28 h− 1, 1.9 × 10− 5 M for 4, respectively.  相似文献

The copper(II) and nickel(II) complexes of three new 1,2-bis(1,4,7-triazacyclononane) ligands containing unsaturated four carbon bridging groups is studied by continuous variation UV-Vis spectroscopic and pH potentiometric equilibrium experiments. The cis-butene-2 (LC) linked ligand may form monomeric MN6-type complexes while the trans-butene-2 (LT) and butyne-2 (LY) ligands are prevented by their stereochemistry from forming monomeric complexes and form oligomeric complexes. It is determined that the stability of the CuLC2+ complex is not appreciably different from the oligomeric complexes of LT and LY. Single-crystal X-ray structure determinations are made on three square pyramidal Cu2L4+ complexes: [Cu2LCCl4] (1), [Cu2LYCl4] (2), and [Cu2LT(NO3)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 (3). The structure of [Ni2(LC)2](ClO4)4 · 2H2O (4) is a binuclear dimer that contains two nickel(II) ions sandwiched between two ligands, indicating that bis([9]aneN3) ligands with four linker atom chains may form either monomeric or oligomeric structures.  相似文献

Reaction of [NiCl2(dtbpe)] (dtbpe = 1,2-bis(di-tert-butylphosphino)ethane) with one equivalent of NaBArF4 (BArF4 = tetrakis[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]borate) gives the dinuclear chloro-bridged nickel complex [Ni2(μ-Cl)2(dtbpe)2](BArF4)2 (1). [Ni(solv)6](BF4)2 reacts with dtbpe to give, depending on the solvent, the fluoro-bridged complex [Ni2(μ-F)2(dtbpe)2](BF4)2 (2) (solv = THF) or the mononuclear chelate complex [Ni(MeCN)2(dtbpe)](BF4)2 (3) (solv = MeCN). In 1-3, nickel cations are coordinated in a square-planar fashion according to X-ray crystallography. No Ni-Ni interaction was observed in dinuclear halogen-bridged complexes 1 and 2.  相似文献
