Novel platinum(II) complexes with 5,7-disubstituted-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines have been synthesized and characterized by infrared and multinuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic techniques (1H, 13C, 15N, 195Pt). The complexes are of two types: [PtCl2(L)2] and [PtCl2(NH3)(L)], where L=5,7-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (dptp) and 5,7-ditertbutyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (dbtp). Significant 15N NMR upfield shifts (92-95 ppm) were observed for N(3) atom indicating this nitrogen atom as a coordination site. The molecular structure suggest that Pt(II) ion has the square planar geometry with N(3) bonded 5,7-disubstituted-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines, N-bonded second ligand (NH3 for cis-[PtCl2(NH3)(L)] or, respectively, 5,7-disubstituted-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines for cis-[PtCl2L2]) and two cis chloride anions. The antiproliferative activity in vitro of complexes (1-4) have been tested against the cells of four human cell lines: SW707 rectal adenocarcinoma, A549 non-small cell lung carcinoma, T47D breast cancer and HCV29T bladder cancer. The results indicate a moderate antiproliferative activity of (4) against the cells of rectal, breast and bladder cancer and a marked and selective cytotoxic effect of (1-3) against the cells of all studied human cancer lines.  相似文献

This paper describes the silver dinuclear complex [Ag2L2(NO3)2] · 2H2O, where L represents the bridging ligand 7,8-dihydro-7-oxo-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a]pyrimidine, this being the first example of a coordination compound of a 1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a]pyrimidine derivative. As a difference with the most studied 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives, the coordination takes place through the contiguous nitrogen atoms of the triazole ring, closing a six member Ag2N4 core with a higher intermetallic distance, 3.4791(3) Å. Linear coordination of silver is not possible in this geometry, so flat trigonal coordination involving also the nitrate counteranion is found instead.  相似文献

Five new metal complexes with the metal ions Cu(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) and containing 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives and 1,3-propanediamine (tn) are described. The structural morphology of these coordination compounds depends on the triazolopyrimidine derivative used, being mononuclear for 5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (dmtp) and 5-methyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-7(4H)-one (HmtpO), and 1D-polymeric for 7-amine-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (7atp). In the 7atp case, this ligand does not coordinate through N3 atom, as expected, but through N1, N4 and N71 in a bridging fashion. This unexpected coordination mode seems to be induced by the stability of the polynuclear metal complex in presence of tn ligand. All isolated metal complexes have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR and UV-Vis spectroscopies, and EPR measurements. Moreover, luminescence measurements have been carried out for 7atp ligand and its polynuclear complex with Zn(II).  相似文献

A series of platinum(II) complexes with 6,8-dimethylimidazo[1,5-a]-1,3,5-triazin-4(3H)-one (6,8-DiMe-4-O-IMT) (I) and 6,8-dimethyl-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydroimidazo[1,5-a]-1,3,5-triazin-4(1H)-one (6,8-DiMe-4-O-2-S-IMT) (II) of formula trans-[PtCl2(dmso)(6,8-DiMe-4-O-IMT)] (1a) and trans-[PtCl2(dmso)(6,8-DiMe-4-O-2-S-IMT)] (2a) have been prepared and characterized with 1H, 13C, 15N, 195Pt NMR and IR. Significant 15N NMR upfield coordination shifts (81-96 ppm) of N(7) atom indicate this nitrogen atom as a coordination site. The multinuclear NMR and IR spectra indicate the square planar geometry with N(7) bonded heterocycles, S-bonded dimethylsulfoxide and two trans chloride anions. The platinum(II) complexes were tested for their antiproliferative activity in vitro against the cells of four human cell lines: SW707 rectal adenocarcinoma, A549 non-small cell lung carcinoma, T47D breast cancer and HCV29T bladder cancer. The synthesis, characterisation and solution behaviour of a series of octahedral complexes SnCl4·2L (L = R2NP(O)(OCH2CF3)2; R = Me (1); Et (2) or L = P(O)(OCH2Rf)3; Rf = CF3 (3); C2F5 (4)) are described. Complexes 1-4 were prepared from SnCl4 and 2 equiv. of the ligand, L, in anhydrous CH2Cl2 solution. The adducts have been characterised by multinuclear (1H, 31P and 119Sn) NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. In dichloromethane solution, the NMR data showed the presence of a mixture of cis and trans isomers for 1 and 2 and only the cis isomer for 3 and 4. The difference could be interpreted in terms of the electronic effects of the substituents on the phosphorus atom of the ligand. In addition, the solution structure of the complexes studied by variable temperature 31P-{1H} and 1H NMR in the presence of excess ligand indicated that the ligand exchange on the cis isomer dominates the chemistry. The metal-ligand exchange barriers were estimated to be 13.38 and 11.39 kcal/mol for 1 and 3, respectively. The results are discussed and compared with those previously reported for the related hexamethylphosphoramide adduct, SnCl4·2HMPA.  相似文献

Herein, we report the synthesis and characterization of two new dinuclear bridged azido and bridged thiocyanato complexes: [Cu2(Et2dien)21,3-N3)2](ClO4)2 (1) and [Cu2(Et2dien)2N,S-NCS)2]-(ClO4)2 (2) where Et2dien = N,N-diethyldiethylenetriamine. In both complexes, the two copper centers are linked by two azide or two thiocyanate groups in end-to-end bonding fashion. The copper ions are penta-coordinated by three N-atoms of the Et2dien ligand, one N atom from the bridging azido in 1 or from the thiocyanato group in 2. The fifth coordination site is occupied by N or S atom from the second bridging azide or thiocyanate ligand, respectively. The coordination geometry around the Cu(II) ions in the two complexes may be described as close to square pyramidal (SP) stereochemistry with severe distortion to trigonal bipyramidal (TBP) stereochemistry. The intradimer Cu?Cu distances are 5.264(1) and 5.571(1) Å for the azido and thiocyanato complex, respectively. The IR stretching frequencies of the azido, and the thiocyanato, ν(NCS) groups in the 2030-2120 cm−1 region are discussed in relation to other related species. The visible spectra of the complexes studied in different solvents reveal the assigned predominant SP stereochemistry in solution with the presence of a pronounced amount of TBP geometry in the thiocyanato complex. Moreover, the complexes undergo solvolysis through bond rupture and displacement of one of the bridged azido or thiocyanato ligands.  相似文献

We have examined the role of different solvents in the crystallisation process of cis-octahedral, diphenyltin(IV)-bis-cupferronato complex, Ph2Sn(cupf)2 (1), where . The Mössbauer spectra of frozen chloroform solution of 1 revealed the presence of cis and trans isomers. This cis-trans isomerisation was investigated by Mössbauer spectroscopy and the results inspired the synthesis of two new heptacoordinated derivatives: Ph2Sn(cupf)2(H2O) (2) and Ph2Sn(cupf)2(EtOH) · EtOH (3). In both compounds, the O-donor solvent molecules (H2O, EtOH) form novel Sn-O bonds with the Ph2Sn(IV) centre of 1, consequently the phenyl groups attached to tin undergo an intramolecular rearrangement. Compound 2 contains O-H ? O hydrogen bonded infinite chains. In compound 3, O-H ? O hydrogen-bonds and short O ? O contacts assemble the complexes and uncoordinated solvent molecules into dimeric supramolecules. These solvents have structure-determining roles at both molecular and supramolecular levels: at molecular level the coordination of solvent determines intramolecular rearrangement by changing the conformation of the parent unsolvated complex, whilst at supramolecular level they control the association of solvated molecules via hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The Pd(II) and Pt(II) complexes with triazolopyrimidine C-nucleosides L1 (5,7-dimethyl-3-(2′,3′,5′-tri-O-benzoyl-β-d-ribofuranosyl-s-triazolo)[4,3-a]pyrimidine), L2 (5,7-dimethyl-3-β-d-ribofuranosyl-s-triazolo[4,3-a]pyrimidine) and L3 (5,7-dimethyl[1,5-a]-s-triazolopyrimidine), [Pd(en)(L1)](NO3)2, [Pd(bpy)(L1)](NO3)2, cis-Pd(L3)2Cl2, [Pd2(L3)2Cl4] · H2O, cis-Pd(L2)2Cl2 and [Pt3(L1)2Cl6] were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and NMR spectroscopy. The structure of the [Pd2(L3)2Cl4] · H2O complex was established by X-ray crystallography. The two L3 ligands are found in a head to tail orientation, with a Pd?Pd distance of 3.1254(17) Å. L1 coordinates to Pd(II) through N8 and N1 forming polymeric structures. L2 coordinates to Pd(II) through N8 in acidic solutions (0.1 M HCl) forming complexes of cis-geometry. The Pd(II) coordination to L2 does not affect the sugar conformation probably due to the high stability of the C-C glycoside bond.  相似文献

Promising 6-nitro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine analogues, structural analogues of synthetic inhibitors of adenosine receptors, were sorted out on the basis of quantum-chemical calculations. The compounds were synthesized by nitration and chlorodeoxygenation reactions. The in vivo activity of 6-nitroheterocycles was studied and the affinity to adenosine receptor A2A was demonstrated in regard to septic conditions.  相似文献

The synthesis and structural studies of the new ligand 5,7-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-α]pyrimidine (dptp), which can be considered as an analog of purine, and its complexes are described. Complexes were characterised by spectral measurements (IR, NMR, UV-Vis). In addition X-ray structural analysis was performed. Crystals of [Zn(C17H12N4)2Cl2] (1) revealed the following parameters: Mr = 680.9; monoclinic for 2188 observed reflections. [Co(C17H12N4)2Cl2] (2); Mr = 674.4; monoclinic for 1630 observed reflections.  相似文献

Antagonism of the adenosine A2a receptor offers great promise in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. In the course of exploring pyrazolo[4,3-e]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine A2A antagonists, which led to clinical candidate SCH 420814, we prepared 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidines with potent and selective (vs A1) A2a antagonist activity, including oral activity in the rat haloperidol-induced catalepsy model. New types of λ6-sulfanenitrile-transition metal complexes, [MCl2(ndsdsd)] (1) and [M(ndsdsd)2]Cl2 (2) (M = Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II)), were obtained by reacting MCl2 with bis[(nitrilo(diphenyl)-λ6-sulfanyl)](diphenyl)-λ6-sulfanediimide Ph2S(N-(Ph2)SN)2 (ndsdsd). The crystal structures of these complexes have been elucidated by X-ray crystallographic analysis. The results revealed that, in complexes 1 and 2, the two terminal nitrogen atoms chelate to the metal center to form an eight-membered sulfur-nitrogen ring.  相似文献

In the course of investigating pyrazolo[4,3-e]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine A2A antagonists, we prepared [1,2,4]-triazolo[4,3-c]pyrimidin-3-ones with potent and selective (vs A1) A2A antagonist activity. Reaction of FeSO4 · 7H2O with trans-1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene (tvp) and NaNCS in the mixed solvent of water and ethanol gave rise to the formation of different coordination polymers. One (Fe(tvp)2(NCS)2(H2O)2) is hydrogen bonded and π-π interacted structure, while the other ([Fe(tvp)2(NCS)2][0.5(tvp · 2EtOH)]) is 2D grid structure, which enclathrates tvp · 2EtOH. This enclathrated tvp · 2EtOH interacts with the two 2D grid sheets to form 3D structure. The same reaction was carried out with KNCSe instead of NaNCS (Fe(tvp)2(NCSe)2(H2O)2). 57Fe Mössbauer spectra revealed that all the present assembled complexes are in the FeII high-spin state. The dissociation behavior of enclathrated molecule and ligand was investigated by TG, and the resultant electronic state of iron atom was studied by 57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopy.  相似文献

The reaction of Sn(tmtaa)Cl2 (H2tmtaa=5,14-dihydro-6,8,15,17-tetramethyldi-benzo[b,i][1,4,8,11]tetraazacyclotetradecine) and ammonium thiocyanate or sodium azide under a mild condition resulted in trans six-coordinate tmtaa tin(IV) complexes, Sn(tmtaa)X2 (X=NCS, 1; X=N3, 2). However, the treatment of Sn(tmtaa)Cl2 and sodium picrate produced Sn(tmtaa)(Cl)(OC6H2 (2,4,6-3NO2)) (3). Only one chloro atom of Sn(tmtaa)Cl2 was substituted because of low nucleophilicity of the 2,4,6-trinitrophenolic anion in 3. Furthermore, because of the steric hindrance between the 2,4,6-trinitrophenolic group and the tmtaa ligand, which has a non-planar, saddle-shaped conformation, two chloro atoms cannot be substituted by two 2,4,6-trinitrophenolic groups simultaneously. All complexes were characterized by IR spectra, UV spectra, mass spectra, NMR spectra and elemental analyses, as well as DSC measurements. X-ray crystal structures of 1 and 3 reveal that the complexes retain the characteristic saddle-shaped configuration of H2tmtaa but have adopted the trans geometry. Solid state 119Sn NMR spectroscopy was used to study the bonding environment in the series of six-coordinate trans Sn(IV) tmtaa complexes. It can be found that the 119Sn chemical shifts of the Sn(IV) tmtaa complexes are almost not influenced by the substituents.  相似文献

The syntheses and electrochemical properties of novel ruthenium(II) polypyridyl complexes with 4,4-bipyrimidine, [Ru(trpy)(bpm)Cl](X) ([1](X; X=PF6, BF4)) and with a quaternized 4,4-bipyrimidinium ligand, [Ru(trpy)(Me2bpm)Cl](BF4)3 ([2](BF4)3) (trpy=2,2:6,2″-terpyridine, bpm=4,4-bipyrimidine, Me2bpm=1,1-dimethyl-4,4-bipyrimidinium) are presented. The bpm complex [1]+ was prepared by the reaction of Ru(trpy)Cl3 with 4,4-bipyrimidine in EtOH/H2O. The structural characterization of [1]+ revealed, that the bpm ligand coordinated to the ruthenium atom with the bidentate fashion. Diquaternization of the non-coordinating nitrogen atoms on bpm of [1]+ by (CH3)3OBF4 in CH3CN gave [2](BF4)3. The electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical properties of the complexes are described.  相似文献

A series of organotin(IV) carboxylates, [Bu2SnL2] (1), [Et2SnL2] (2), [Me2SnL2] (3), [Bu3SnL]n(4), [Me6Sn2L2]n(5), [Ph3SnL]n(6) and [Oct2SnL2] (7), where L = O2CCH2C6H4OCH3-4, have been synthesized. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR and multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn). Based on spectroscopic results, the ligand appeared to coordinate to the Sn atom through COO moiety. Single crystal analysis has shown a bridging behavior of ligand in tributyl- and trimethyltin(IV) derivatives, and a chelating bidentate mode in diethyltin(IV) complex. Bioassay results have shown that these compounds have good antibacterial, antifungal and antitumor activity. The activity against prostate cancer cell lines (PC-3) decreased in the order 1 > 5 > 2 > 3 > 7.  相似文献

Reaction of ctc-OsBr2(RaaiR)2 [RaaiR=1-alkyl-2-(arylazo)imidazole, p-R-C6H4-NN-C3H2-NN-1-R, where R=H (a), Me (b), Cl (c) and R=Me (2), Et (3) and CH2Ph (4)] with 2,2-bipyridine (bpy) in presence of AgNO3 in EtOH followed by the addition of NH4PF6 afforded a mixed ligand complex [Os(bpy)(RaaiR)2](PF6)2. The structure of the complex, in one case [Os(bpy)(MeaaiMe)2](PF6)2 · 4H2O, has been confirmed by X-ray crystallography. The complexes are diamagnetic (low spin d6, s=0) and they show intense MLCT transition in the visible region (480-525 nm) and a weak transition at longer wavelength (>850 nm) in CH3CN solution. Cyclic voltammetry of the complexes show two metal oxidation, Os(II)/Os(III) at 0.72-0.76 V and Os(III)/Os(IV) at 1.34-1.42 V and three successive ligand reductions.  相似文献

Formation of three Cd(II)-ethylenediamine (en) complexes ([Cd(en)n]2+, n = 1-3) in aqueous solution and in DMSO solvent has been established by means of 113Cd NMR spectroscopy. It is clearly shown that Cd(II)-en complexes form primarily in basic solutions. A correlation between the 113Cd NMR chemical shifts and the ethylenediamine (en) coordination number has been observed and discussed. Two single crystals with the composition [Cd2(en)5](ClO4)4 (1) and [Cd(en)3](ClO4)2 (2) were prepared from aqueous solution, and their structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Cd(II) ions are coordinated by six atoms in both compounds, 1 and 2: via five N-donor atoms and one O-donor atom forming a bimetallic complex 1, and via six N-donor atoms forming a distorted octahedral monometallic complex 2. Raman spectra of complexes 1 and 2 also provide additional evidence that the cis-form of the bridging en is present in complex 1.  相似文献

Two chlorodiorganotin(IV) complexes of 4-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazine-1-carbodithioate (MPPDA) have been synthesized by 1:1 mole-ratio reactions of the parent acid (MPPDAH) with Me2SnCl2 or Et2SnCl2 in dry methanol. The products have been characterized by Raman and multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and mass spectrometry. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies indicate that both complexes have distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometries around the central Sn atom.  相似文献
