Dermatan sulfate (DS) accelerates the inhibition of thrombin by heparin cofactor II (HCII). A hexasaccharide consisting of three l-iduronic acid 2-O-sulfate (IdoA2SO3)-->N-acetyl-D-galactosamine 4-O-sulfate (GalNAc4SO3) subunits was previously isolated from porcine skin DS and shown to bind HCII with high affinity. DS from porcine intestinal mucosa has a much lower content of this disaccharide but activates HCII with potency similar to that of porcine skin DS. Therefore, we sought to characterize oligosaccharides from porcine mucosal DS that interact with HCII. DS was partially depolymerized with chondroitinase ABC, and oligosaccharides containing 2-12 monosaccharide units were isolated. The oligosaccharides were then fractionated by anion-exchange and affinity chromatography on HCII-Sepharose, and the disaccharide compositions of selected fractions were determined. We found that the smallest oligosaccharides able to bind HCII were hexasaccharides. Oligosaccharides 6-12 units long that lacked uronic acid (UA)2SO3 but contained one or two GalNAc4,6SO3 residues bound, and binding was proportional to both oligosaccharide size and number of GalNAc4,6SO3 residues. Intact DS and bound dodecasaccharides contained predominantly IdoA but little D-glucuronic acid. Decasaccharides and dodecasaccharides containing one or two GalNAc4,6SO3 residues stimulated thrombin inhibition by HCII and prolonged the clotting time of normal but not HCII-depleted human plasma. These data support the hypothesis that modification of IdoA-->GalNAc4SO3 subunits in the DS polymer by either 2-O-sulfation of IdoA or 6-O-sulfation of GalNAc can generate molecules with HCII-binding sites and anticoagulant activity.  相似文献

Discoidin I (DiscI) and discoidin II (DiscII) are N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc)-binding proteins from Dictyostelium discoideum. They consist of two domains: an N-terminal discoidin domain and a C-terminal H-type lectin domain. They were cloned and expressed in high yield in recombinant form in Escherichia coli. Although both lectins bind galactose (Gal) and GalNAc, glycan array experiments performed on the recombinant proteins displayed strong differences in their specificity for oligosaccharides. DiscI and DiscII bind preferentially to Gal/GalNAcβ1-3Gal/GalNAc-containing and Gal/GalNAcβ1-4GlcNAcβ1-6Gal/GalNAc-containing glycans, respectively. The affinity of the interaction of DiscI with monosaccharides and disaccharides was evaluated using isothermal titration calorimetry experiments. The three-dimensional structures of native DiscI and its complexes with GalNAc, GalNAcβ1-3Gal, and Galβ1-3GalNAc were solved by X-ray crystallography. DiscI forms trimers with involvement of calcium at the monomer interface. The N-terminal discoidin domain presents a structural similarity to F-type lectins such as the eel agglutinin, where an amphiphilic binding pocket suggests possible carbohydrate-binding activity. In the C-terminal H-type lectin domain, the GalNAc residue establishes specific hydrogen bonds that explain the observed affinity (Kd = 3 × 10− 4 M). The different specificities of DiscI and DiscII for oligosaccharides were rationalized from the different structures obtained by either X-ray crystallography or molecular modeling.  相似文献

Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) are polysaccharides that play vital functional roles in numerous biological processes, and compounds belonging to this class have been implicated in a wide variety of diseases. Chondroitin AC lyase (ChnAC) (EC 4.2.2.5) catalyzes the degradation of various GAGs, including chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid, to give the corresponding disaccharides containing an Δ4-unsaturated uronic acid at their non-reducing terminus. ChnAC has been isolated from various bacteria and utilized as an enzymatic tool for study and evaluating the sequencing of GAGs. Despite its substrate specificity and the fact that its crystal structure has been determined to a high resolution, the direction in which ChnAC catalyzes the cleavage of oligosaccharides remain unclear. Herein, we have determined the structural cues of substrate depolymerization and the cleavage direction of ChnAC using model substrates and recombinant ChnAC protein. Several structurally defined oligosaccharides were synthesized using a chemoenzymatic approach and subsequently cleaved using ChnAC. The degradation products resulting from this process were determined by mass spectrometry. The results revealed that ChnAC cleaved the β1,4-glycosidic linkages between glucuronic acid and glucosamine units when these bonds were located on the reducing end of the oligosaccharide. In contrast, the presence of a GlcNAc-α-1,4-GlcA unit at the reducing end of the oligosaccharide prevented ChnAC from cleaving the GalNAc-β1,4-GlcA moiety located in the middle or at the non-reducing end of the chain. These interesting results therefore provide direct proof that ChnAC cleaves oligosaccharide substrates from their reducing end toward their non-reducing end. This conclusion will therefore enhance our collective understanding of the mode of action of ChnAC.  相似文献

Chondroitin and dermatan sulfate (CS and DS) chains were isolated from bovine tracheal cartilage and pig intestinal mucosal preparations and fragmented by enzymatic methods. The oligosaccharides studied include a disaccharide and hexasaccharides from chondroitin ABC lyase digestion as well as trisaccharides already present in some commercial preparations. In addition, other trisaccharides were generated from tetrasaccharides by chemical removal of nonreducing terminal residues. Their structures were examined by high-field 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, after reduction using sodium borohydride. The main hexasaccharide isolated from pig intestinal mucosal DS was found to be fully 4-O-sulfated and have the structure: DeltaUA(beta1-3)GalNAc4S(beta1-4)L-IdoA(alpha1-3)GalNAc4S(beta1-4)L-IdoA(alpha1-3)GalNAc4S-ol, whereas one from bovine tracheal cartilage CS comprised only 6-O-sulfated residues and had the structure: DeltaUA(beta1-3)GalNAc6S(beta1-4)GlcA(beta1-3)GalNAc6S(beta1-4)GlcA(beta1-3)GalNAc6S-ol. No oligosaccharide showed any uronic acid 2-sulfation. One novel disaccharide was examined and found to have the structure: GalNAc6S(beta1-4)GlcA-ol. The trisaccharides isolated from the CS/DS chains were found to have the structures: DeltaUA(beta1-3)GalNAc4S(beta1-4)GlcA-ol and DeltaUA(beta1-3)GalNAc6S(beta1-4)GlcA-ol. Such oligosaccharides were found in commercial CS/DS preparations and may derive from endogenous glucuronidase and other enzymatic activity. Chemically generated trisaccharides were confirmed as models of the CS/DS chain caps and included: GalNAc6S(beta1-4)GlcA(beta1-3)GalNAc4S-ol and GalNAc6S(beta1-4)GlcA(beta1-3)GalNAc6S-ol. The full assignment of all signals in the NMR spectra are given, and these data permit the further characterization of CS/DS chains and their nonreducing capping structures.  相似文献

Using the transglycosylation reaction of testicular hyaluronidase, reconstructions of hybrid glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) containing 6-sulfated (GalNAc6S), 4-sulfated (GalNAcS) and unsulfated N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) were investigated. First, chondroitin 4-sulfate (Ch4S) as a donor containing GalNAc4S and the pyridylaminated (PA) chondroitin 6-sulfate (Ch6S) hexasaccharide as an acceptor containing GalNAc6S were subjected to transglycosylation reaction. Second, when the resulting PA-Ch6S(hexa-)-Ch4S(di-)octasaccharide and chondroitin (Ch) were used as an acceptor and as a donor containing GalNAc, respectively, a new decasaccharide having a hybrid structure composed of disaccharide units derived from Ch6S, Ch4S and Ch was reconstructed. Using a systematic combination of each donor and acceptor molecule, it was possible to reconstruct various types of hybrid GAGs.  相似文献

Summary Heteronuclear 2D (13C, 1H) and (15N, 1H) correlation spectra of (13C, 15N) fully enriched proteins can be acquired simultaneously with virtually no sensitivity loss or increase in artefact levels. Three pulse sequences are described, for 2D time-shared or TS-HSQC, 2D TS-HMQC and 2D TS-HSMQC spectra, respectively. Independent spectral widths can be sampled for both heteronuclei. The sequences can be greatly improved by combining them with field-gradient methods. By applying the sequences to 3D and 4D NMR spectroscopy, considerable time savings can be obtained. The method is demonstrated for the 18 kDa HU protein.Abbreviations HMQC heteronuclear multiple-quantum coherence spectroscopy - HSQC heteronuclear single-quantum coherence spectroscopy - HSMQC heteronuclear single- and multiple-quantum coherence spectroscopy - NOESY nuclear Overhauser enhancement spectroscopy  相似文献

Methods for obtaining neutral and acid oligosaccharides from flax pectins   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Esterified acid soluble pectins from flax (Linun usitatissimum L.) were degraded either with HCl or pectin lyase. Centrifugation and 2-propanol precipitation led to the isolation of two low molecular weight polygalacturonates after acid hydrolysis of pectins. However, after pectin lyase digestion and purification by size-exclusion HPLC, 1H NMR analyses indicated that acetylated hairy regions, large methylated and acetylated oligogalacturonides together with small unsubstituted oligogalacturonides were produced. Thus, in a few steps, a panel of substituted neutral and acidic oligosaccharides was produced from a raw plant material. Such oligosaccharides could be useful for further fractionations such as chemical saponification and enzymatic removal of neutral sugar chains from the hairy regions. The procedures used for pectin extraction, for degradation, and for the purification of fragments seem appropriate for large-scale production of biologically active oligosaccharides from flax.Revisions requested 24 September 2004; Revisions received 4 November 2004  相似文献

A novel method is described for the determination of sequential side-chain structures in the complex, high-arabinose polysaccharide of the gum exudate of angico branco (Anadenanthera colubrina), using as basis the structurally similar reducing oligosaccharides present in small quantities. Of the ten detected, eight were characterized as disaccharides (2, 3, and 9), linear trisaccharides (1 and 4), branched pentasaccharides (5 and 6), and a doubly branched heptasaccharide (8). The oligosaccharides are substituents of the polysaccharide, which has a (1→3)-linked β- -galactopyranosyl main chain, and with two exceptions they had 6-O-substituted galactopyranosyl reducing ends, probably corresponding to its main-chain units. Characterization was effected through their 1D and 2D NMR correlation spectra, which were better resolved and more readily interpretable than those of the polysaccharide. These spectral data were supported by monosaccharide composition and rotation values. Controlled Smith degradations and methylation analyses were carried out when it was necessary. These data were confirmed by field-desorption MS.  相似文献

Galectins, a group of β-galactoside-binding lectins, are involved in multiple functions through specific binding to their oligosaccharide ligands. No previous work has focused on their interaction with glycosaminoglycans (GAGs). In the present work, affinities of established members of human galectins toward a series of GAGs were investigated, using frontal affinity chromatography. Structurally-defined keratan sulfate (KS) oligosaccharides showed significant affinity to a wide range of galectins if Gal residue(s) remained unsulfated, while GlcNAc sulfation had relatively little effect. Consistently, galectins showed much higher affinity to corneal type I than cartilageous type II KS. Unexpectedly, galectin-3, -7, and -9 also exerted significant affinity to desulfated, GalNAc-containing GAGs, i.e., chondroitin and dermatan, but not at all to hyaluronan and N-acetylheparosan. These observations revealed that the integrity of 6-OH of βGalNAc is important for galectin recognition of these galactosaminoglycans, which were shown, for the first time, to be implicated as potential ligands of galectins.  相似文献

Background and Aims

Oilseed rape (Brassica napus) is an important oil crop worldwide. The aim of this study was to identify the variation in nitrogen (N) efficiency of new-type B. napus (genome ArArCcCc) genotypes, and to characterize some critical physiological and molecular mechanisms in response to N limitation.

Methods

Two genotypes with contrasting N efficiency (D4-15 and D1-1) were identified from 150 new-type B. napus lines, and hydroponic and pot experiments were conducted. Root morphology, plant biomass, N uptake parameters and seed yield of D4-15 and D1-1 were investigated. Two traditional B. napus (genome AnAnCnCn) genotypes, QY10 and NY7, were also cultivated. Introgression of exotic genomic components in D4-15 and D1-1 was evaluated with molecular markers.

Key Results

Large genetic variation existed among traits contributing to the N efficiency of new-type B. napus. Under low N levels at the seedling stage, the N-efficient new-type D4-15 showed higher values than the N-inefficient D1-1 line and the traditional B. napus QY10 and NY7 genotypes with respect to several traits, including root and shoot biomass, root morphology, N accumulation, N utilization efficiency (NutE), N uptake efficiency (NupE), activities of nitrate reductase (NR) and glutamine synthetase (GS), and expression levels of N transporter genes and genes that are involved in N assimilation. Higher yield was produced by the N-efficient D4-15 line compared with the N-inefficient D1-1 at maturity. More exotic genome components were introgressed into the genome of D4-15 (64·97 %) compared with D1-1 (32·23 %).

Conclusions

The N-efficient new-type B. napus identified in this research had higher N efficiency (and tolerance to low-N stress) than traditional B. napus cultivars, and thus could have important potential for use in breeding N-efficient B. napus cultivars in the field.  相似文献

4-O-Sulfation of GalNAc is a high frequency modification of chondroitin sulfate and dermatan sulfate (DS), and three major GalNAc 4-O-sulfotransferases including dermatan 4-O-sulfotransferase-1 (D4ST-1) and chondroitin 4-O-sulfotransferases-1 and -2 (C4ST-1 and -2) have been identified. 4-O-Sulfation of GalNAc during DS biosynthesis had long been postulated to be a prerequisite for iduronic acid (IdoUA) formation by C5-epimerization of GlcUA. This hypothesis has recently been argued based on enzymological studies using microsomes that C5-epimerization precedes 4-O-sulfation, which was further supported by the specificity of the cloned D4ST-1 with predominant preference for IdoUA-GalNAc flanked by GlcUA-GalNAc over IdoUA-GalNAc flanked by IdoUA-GalNAc in exhaustively desulfated dermatan. Whereas the counterproposal explains the initial reactions, apparently it cannot rationalize the synthetic mechanism of IdoUA-GalNAc(4-O-sulfate)-rich clusters typical of mature DS chains. In this study, we examined detailed specificities of the three recombinant human 4-O-sulfotransferases using partially desulfated DS as an acceptor. Enzymatic analysis of the transferase reaction products showed that D4ST-1 far more efficiently transferred sulfate to GalNAc residues in -IdoUA-Gal-NAc-IdoUA-than in -GlcUA-GalNAc-GlcUA-sequences. In contrast, C4ST-1 showed the opposite preference, and C4ST-2 used GalNAc residues in both sequences to comparable degrees, being consistent with its phylogenetic relations to D4ST-1 and C4ST-1. Structural analysis of the oligosaccharides, which were isolated after chondroitinase AC-I digestion of the 35S-labeled transferase reaction products, revealed for the first time that D4ST-1, as compared with C4ST-1 and C4ST-2, most efficiently utilized GalNAc residues located not only in the sequence -IdoUA-GalNAc-IdoUA- but also in -GlcUA-Gal-NAc-IdoUA- and -IdoUA-GalNAc-GlcUA-. The isolated oligosaccharide structures also suggest that 4-O-sulfation promotes subsequent 4-O-sulfation of GalNAc in the neighboring disaccharide unit.  相似文献

The strain Lactobacillus pentosus LPS26 produces a capsular polymer composed of a high- (2.0 × 106 Da) (EPS A) and a low-molecular mass (2.4 × 104 Da) (EPS B) polysaccharide when grown on semi-defined medium containing glucose as the carbon source. The structure of EPS A and its deacetylated form has been determined by monosaccharide and methylation analysis as well as by 1D/2D NMR studies (1H and 13C). We conclude that EPS A is a charged heteropolymer, with a composition of d-glucose, d-glucuronic acid and l-rhamnose in a molar ratio 1:2:2. The repeating unit is a pentasaccharide with two O-acetyl groups at O-4 of the 3-substituted α-d-glucuronic acid and at O-2 of the 3-substituted β-l-rhamnose, respectively.→4)-α-d-Glcp-(1→3)-α-d-GlcpA4Ac-(1→3)-α-l-Rhap-(1→4)-α-d-GlcpA-(1→3)-β-l-Rhap2Ac-(1→This unbranched structure is not common in EPSs produced by Lactobacilli. Moreover, the presence of acetyl groups in the structure is an unusual feature which has only been reported in L. sake 0-1 [Robijn et al. Carbohydr. Res., 1995, 276, 117-136].  相似文献

The polymers chondroitin sulphate and dermatan sulphate have been fragmented by an anhydrous hydrazine/nitrous acid procedure. The resulting disaccharides from the polymer repeat sequences were reduced with NaBH4 and purified by ion exchange chromatography. Whereas enzymatic depolymerisation leads to the loss of the distinction between glucuronic and iduronic acids of CS and DS in the resultant disaccharides, nitrous acid depolymerisation retains these structures. Complete 1H and 13C NMR data have been derived for the major components which were shown to have the structures: GlcA-(β1→3)-anTal6S-ol (I) and l-IdoA-(α1→3)-anTal4S-ol (II), where anTal-ol represents (2,5)anhydro-d-talitol and 6S/4S represent O-ester sulphate groups at C-6/C-4 sites.  相似文献

The glycosylation alterations of mouse small intestinal mucins during a 12-day infectious cycle caused by the parasite Nippostrongylus brasiliensis have been studied. The guanidinium chloride insoluble mucins were isolated at day 0 to 12 from the small intestine of infected and non-infected C57BL/6 mice. The O-linked oligosaccharides were released by reductive -elimination from the mucins and separated into neutral, sialylated and sulfated fractions. All fractions were analyzed by monosaccharide composition analysis and the neutral oligosaccharides were structurally characterized by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Two oligosaccharides containing blood group H-type epitopes (Fuc1-2Gal-) were transiently expressed with a maximum at day 6. Additional oligosaccharides with the common structure HexNAc-Gal-3GalNAcol were transiently induced with a maximum at day 10. Northern blot analysis on total RNA showed a transient expression at day 4–6 of the Fut2 gene encoding a Fuc1-2 fucosyltransferase, probably responsible for the detected blood group H-type epitopes. Comparisons with the corresponding infection in rat studied previously, revealed structurally different alterations, although occurring as transient events in both species. Both showed an induced blood group-type transferase halfway through the infection (a blood group A transferase in rat) and an induced transferase adding a terminal GalNAc (to a sialic acid- containing epitope in rat) towards the end of the infection. These differences between closely related species suggest rapid evolutionary alterations in glycosyltransferase expression.  相似文献

Recent findings on specific and non-specific interactions of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) accentuate their pivotal role in biology and the call for improved sequencing tools. The present study evaluates size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) of heparin oligosaccharides at high and low pressure, requiring amounts as low as 0.2 microgram, using conventional UV detection after depolymerization with heparin lyases. Because of their high charge at physiological pH, SEC elution volumes of heparin oligosaccharides depend on both molecular size and charge repulsion from the matrix. As a consequence, SEC elution volumes of GAGs are smaller than those of globular proteins of similar molecular weight, and this might be exploited. Accordingly, larger heparin oligosaccharides are best separated according to their size at high ionic strength of the mobile phase (>30 mM); in contrast, disaccharides are best separated according to their charge at low ionic strength, compatible with on-line coupling to mass spectrometry. Optimized SEC affords separation of characteristic heparin trisaccharides that contain uronic acid at the reducing end and suggest cellular storage of heparin as a free glycan.  相似文献

We demonstrated previously that chondroitin sulfate E (ChS-E) binds to type V collagen (Munakata, H., Takagaki, K., Majima, M., and Endo, M. (1999) Glycobiology 9, 1023--1027). In this study, we investigated the structure and binding of ChS-E oligosaccharides. Eleven oligosaccharides were isolated from ChS-E by gel filtration chromatography and anion-exchange high performance liquid chromatography after hydrolysis with testicular hyaluronidase. Separately, seven oligosaccharides were custom synthesized using the transglycosylation reaction of testicular hyaluronidase. Structural analysis was performed by enzymatic digestions in conjunction with high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry. This library of 18 oligosaccharides was used as a source of model molecules to clarify the structural requirements for binding to type V collagen. Binding was analyzed by a biosensor based on surface plasmon resonance. The results indicated that to bind to type V collagen the oligosaccharides must have the following carbohydrate structures: 1) octasaccharide or larger in size; 2) a continuous sequence of three GlcAbeta1--3GalNAc(4S,6S) units; 3) a GlcAbeta1--3GalNAc(4S,6S) unit, GlcAbeta1--3GalNAc(4S) unit or GlcAbeta1--3GalNAc(6S) unit at the reducing terminal; 4) a GlcAbeta1--3GalNAc(4S,6S) unit at the nonreducing terminal. It is likely that these characteristic oligosaccharide sequences play key roles in cell adhesion and extracellular matrix assembly.  相似文献

Culture of chondrocytes in the presence of 4-methylumbelliferyl β-d-xyloside resulted in a synthesis of protein-free, fluorogenic chondroitin sulfate which was heterogeneous on DEAE-cellulose chromatography. Degradation of the major chromatographic fraction with chondroitinase-ABC yielded, in addition to a large quantity of Δ4-glucuronic acid-containing disaccharides, two flurogenic oligosaccharides of different size. Quantitative analysis showed that Δ4-glucuronic acid, galactose, xylose, and 4-methylumbelliferone were present in the small oligosaccharide fragment in a molar ratio of 1:2:1:1. Since these analytical data are analogous to those reported for glycopeptides derived from proteochondroitin sulfates, it may be suggested that 4-methylumbelliferyl β-d-xyloside replaces the need for xylosyl protein core in the normal synthesis of proteochondroitin sulfate with a resultant production of the unusual polysaccharide bearing the added xyloside at the reducing end.  相似文献

Interaction of Vicia villosa agglutinin-B4 (VVA-B4) to glycopeptides with O-linked GalNAc residues was investigated by surface plasmon resonance. The affinity was shown to be influenced by the arrangement of O-glycosylation sites on a peptide, PTTTPITTTTK, representing the tandem repeat of MUC2. The association rate constant was relatively high with a particular category of GalNAc-peptides in which more than three amino acid residues were placed between GalNAc-Thr residues. PTTTPITTTTK (T indicates GalNAc-Thr) had the highest association rate constant among the glycopeptides tested. The dissociation rate constant was low in the peptides containing consecutive GalNAc residues and PTTTPITTTTK was the lowest of the glycopeptides tested. Dissociation constant (KD), calculated as kd/ka was the lowest with PTTTPITTTTK. Therefore, the arrangement but not the quantity of GalNAc residues apparently determines the affinity between VVA-B4 and peptides with attached GalNAc residues.  相似文献

Six tetrasaccharide fractions were isolated from shark cartilage chondroitin sulfate D by gel filtration chromatography followed by HPLC on an amine-bound silica column after exhaustive digestion with testicular hyaluronidase. Their structures were determined unambiguously by one- and two-dimensional 500 MHz1H NMR spectroscopy in conjunction with HPLC analysis of chondroitinase AC-II digests of the tetrasaccharides. One fraction was found to contain two tetrasaccharide components. All the seven tetrasaccharides shared the common core structure GlcA1-3GalNAc1-4GlcA1-3GalNAc with various sulfation profiles. Four were disulfated comprising of two monosulfated disaccharide units GlcA1-3GalNAc(4-sulfate) and/or GlcA1-3GalNAc(6-sulfate), whereas the other three were hitherto unreported trisulfated tetrasaccharides containing a disulfated disaccharide unit GlcA(2-sulfate)1-3GalNAc(6-sulfate) and a monosulfated disaccharide unit GlcA1-3GalNAc(4-or 6-sulfate). These sulfated tetrasaccharides were demonstrated to serve as appropriate acceptor substrates for serum -N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase, indicating their usefulness as authentic oligosaccharide substrates or probes for the glycobiology of sulfated glycosaminoglycans.Abbreviations NFU National formulary unit - COSY correlation spectroscopy - HOHAHA homonuclear Hartmann-Hahn - 1D or 2D one- or two-dimensional - IdoA l-iduronic acid - GlcA d-gluco-4-enepyranosyluronic acid - Di-0S GlcA1-3GalNAc - Di-4S GlcA1-3GalNAc(4-sulfate) - Di-4S GlcA1-3GalNAc(4-sulfate) - Di-6S GlcA1-3GalNAc(6-sulfate) - Di-6S GlcA1-3GalNAc(6-sulfate) - Di-diS d GlcA(2-sulfate)1-3GalNAc(6-sulfate) - Di-diSE GlcA1-3GalNAc(4, 6-disulfate) - U G, U, 2S, 4S, and 6S represent GlcA, GalNAc, GlcA, 2-O-sulfate, 4-O-sulfate, and 6-O-sulfate, respectively  相似文献
