The Cr(V) complexes, bis(2-ethyl-2-hydroxybutyrato)oxochromate(V) ([OCr(V)(ehba)(2)](-)) and (2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)-2-(bis(2-hydroxyethyl)amino)ethanolato)oxochromate(V) ([OCr(V)(BT)](2-)), were reacted with a series of deoxyribonucleotide triphosphates. Oxidation of deoxyribose at C4' was observed by measuring the amount of thiobarbituric acid reactive species (TBARS) produced in these reactions. For both compounds, the TBARS obtained with purine nucleotides was between 2.25 and 3.5 times greater than what was observed with pyrimidine nucleotide. This result suggests that the identity of the nucleic acid base can influence the hydrogen atom abstraction at C4'. Overall, the amount of product obtained with [OCr(V)(BT)](2-) was significantly less than what was observed with [OCr(V)(ehba)(2)](-), indicating that these two Cr(V) model complexes may oxidize DNA differently.  相似文献

Mechanistic insights into Cr(VI)-induced carcinogenicity and possible implication of Cr(V) species formed by the redox reactions of chromium-bearing species have attracted interest. We have previously demonstrated that when human peripheral blood lymphocytes are exposed to the Cr(V) complexes, viz., sodium bis(2-ethyl-2-hydroxybutyrato)oxochromate(V), Na[Cr(V)O(ehba)(2)] and sodium bis(2-hydroxy-2-methylbutyrato)oxochromate(V), Na[Cr(V)O(hmba)(2)], apoptosis and formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) are observed. The molecular mechanisms involving cellular signaling pathways leading to apoptosis are addressed in the present study. Treatment of lymphocytes with Na[Cr(V)O(ehba)(2)] and K(2)Cr(2)O(7) leads to the activation of the Src-family protein tyrosine kinases namely, p56(lck), p59(fyn), and p56/53(lyn), which then activates caspase-3, both of which are under the partial influence of ROS. Inhibition of the Src-family tyrosine kinases activity by PP2 and of caspase-3 by Z-DEVD-FMK reverses apoptosis, thereby suggesting their importance. Antioxidants only partially reverse the apoptosis induced by Cr(VI/V), suggesting that pathways other than those induced by ROS cannot be ruled out. Although the complex, Na[Cr(V)O(ehba)(2)] is known to be relatively stable in aqueous solutions, previous studies have shown that the Cr(V) complex, Na[Cr(V)O(ehba)(2)] disproportionates to Cr(VI) and Cr(III) forms at pH 7.4 through complex mechanistic processes. Dynamics studies employing EPR data show that the Cr(V) state in Na[Cr(V)O(ehba)(2)] is relatively more stable in RPMI-1640 medium containing plasma. Formation of ROS during the reaction of redox partners with Na[Cr(V)O(ehba)(2)] is an early event and compares favorably in kinetic terms with the reported rate processes for disproportionation. This investigation presents evidence for the direct implication of Cr(V) in Cr(VI)-induced apoptosis of lymphocytes.  相似文献

Evidence for the non-enzymatic phosphorylation of bovine serum albumin (BSA) by sodium bis(2-ethyl-2-hydroxybutyrato)oxochromate(V), Na[CrVO(ehba)2], 1, sodium bis(2-hydroxy-2-methylbutyrato)oxochromate(V), Na[CrVO(hmba)2], 2 and potassium dichromate, K2Cr2O7, 3 in the presence of labeled adenosine-5′-triphosphate (ATP) under conditions of physiological pH is presented. Aggregation and extent of phosphorylation of BSA mediated by 1, 2 or 3 seems to increase with the concentration and time of incubation of the reaction mixture containing all the reactants. The [γ-32P] label in ATP is incorporated into aggregates of BSA in the in vitro reaction of the protein with ATP in the presence of 1, 2 or 3. Phosphorylation of BSA by ATP in the absence of 1, 2 or 3 is negligible. Addition of EDTA reverses aggregation of protein and liberates partially the incorporated phosphate label. The stoichiometry of phosphorylation is found to be the highest and is equal to 12.25 mol PO43−/mol BSA in the presence of 500 μM of 1, which decreases to 10.56 mol PO43−/mol BSA after EDTA treatment. Resistance to the removal of phosphate label by EDTA increases with increase in time of incubation. Dialysis of phosphorylated BSA reverses the incorporated [γ-32P] label only partially, indicating the formation of covalent links of phosphate groups to BSA. Evidence for the site of phosphorylation in the reaction mediated by 1, 2 or 3 being hydroxyl side groups of tyrosine and serine/threonine residues has been gained. Based on the results, a possibility that 1, 2 and 3 mimic the function of tyrosine and serine/threonine kinases has been invoked.  相似文献

The compound [Cu2(bipy)2(OH)2](C4O4)·5.5H2O, where bipy and C4O42− correspond to 2,2′-bipyridyl and squarate (dianion of 3,4-dihydroxy-3-cyclo- butene-1,3-dione) respectively, has been synthesized. Its magnetic properties have been investigated in the 2–300 K temperature range. The ground state is a spin-triplet state, with a singlet-triplet separation of 145 cm−1. The EPR powder spectrum confirms the nature of the ground state.Well-formed single crystals of the tetrahydrate, [Cu2(bipy)2(OH)2](C4O4)·4H2O, were grown from aqueous solutions and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The system is triclinic, space group P , with a = 9.022(2), b = 9.040(2), c = 8.409(2) Å, α = 103.51(2), β = 103.42(3), γ = 103.37(2)°, V = 642.9(3) Å3, Z = 1, Dx = 1.699 g cm−3, μ(Mo Kα) = 17.208 cm−1, F(000) = 336 and T= 295 K. A total of 2251 data were collected over the range 1θ25°; of these, 1993 (independent and with I3σ(I)) were used in the structural analysis. The final R and Rw residuals were 0.034 and 0.038 respectively. The structure contains squarato-O1, O3-bridged bis(μ-hydroxo)bis[(2,2′-bipyridyl)copper(II)] units forming zigzag one-dimensional chains. Each copper atom is in a square-pyramidal environment with the two nitrogen atoms of 2,2′-bipyridyl and the two oxygen atoms of the hydroxo groups building the basal plane and another oxygen atom of the squarate lying in the apical position.The magnetic properties are discussed in the light of spectral and structural data and compared with the reported ones for other bis(μ-hydroxo)bis[(2,2′-bipyridyl)copper(II)] complexes.  相似文献

The cytoplasmic concentrations of Cl([Cl]i) and Ca2+ ([Ca2+]i) were measured with the fluorescent indicators N-(ethoxycarbonylmethyl)-6-methoxyquinilinum bromide (MQAE) and fura-2 in pancreatic β-cells isolated from ob/ob mice. Steady-state [Cl]i in unstimulated β-cells was 34 mM, which is higher than expected from a passive distribution. Increase of the glucose concentration from 3 to 20 mM resulted in an accelerated entry of Cl into β-cells depleted of this ion. The exposure to 20 mM glucose did not affect steady-state [Cl]i either in the absence or presence of furosemide inhibition of Na+, K+, 2 Cl co-transport. Glucose-induced oscillations of [Ca2+]i were transformed into sustained elevation in the presence of 4,4′ diisothiocyanato-dihydrostilbene-2,2′-disulfonic acid (H2DIDS). A similar effect was noted when replacing 25% of extracellular Cl with the more easily permeating anions SCN, I, NO3 or Br. It is concluded that glucose stimulation of the β-cells is coupled to an increase in their Cl permeability and that the oscillatory Ca2+ signalling is critically dependent on transmembrane Cl fluxes.  相似文献

31P NMR has been employed to study the interaction between zinc(II) bis(O,O′-di-iso-butyldithiophosphate), Zn[S2P(OiBu)2]2, and four multidentate amines (diethylenetriamine, triethylenetetramine, tetraethylenepentamine and pentaethylenehexamine) in chloroform at 294 K. The major interaction of Zn[S2P(OiBu)2]2 and these polyamines involves displacement of the {S2P(OiBu)2} ligands from the zinc giving [Zn(amine)]2+ and [S2P(OiBu)2] ions in solution. The magnitudes of the equilibrium constants, K1 (=[{Zn(amine)}2+][{DDP}]2/[Zn(DDP)2][amine]), have been evaluated in the cases of triethylenetetramine (20.0 l mol−1), tetraethylenepentamine (19.1 l mol−1) and pentaethylenehexamine (1.58 l mol−1). Crystalline 1:1 ionic complexes have also been isolated from these systems and characterised.  相似文献

Aromatic amines and nitroarenes are important antioxidants and intermediates in the synthesis of dyes, pesticides and plastics. In the present paper we introduce methods for the synthesis of deuterated standards: 3-[2H8]aminofluoranthene, 3,3′-dimethyl-[2H4]benzidine, [2H4]benzidine, N′-acetyl-[2H4]benzidine, 2,4-[2H6]toluenediamine, 2,6-[2H6]toluenediamine. These standards have been used for the quantification of haemoglobin adducts of diamines and polyaromatic amines. Haemoglobin was hydrolysed in 0.1 M sodium hydroxide and the hydrolysate extracted with dichloromethane. The extracts were derivatised with heptafluorobutyric anhydride and analysed by GC–MS with negative chemical ionisation. In one run up to 15 aromatic amines can be determined: 6-aminochrysene, 3-aminofluoranthene, 2-aminofluorene, 1-aminopyrene, benzidine, 3,3′-dichlorobenzidine, 3,3′-dimethoxybenzidine, 3,3′-dimethylbenzidine, 3,3′-methylenedianiline, 4,4′-methylenedianiline, N′-acetyl-benzidine, N′-acetyl-4,4′-methylenedianiline, 4,4′-methylene bis(2-chloroaniline), 2,4-toluenediamine and 2,6-toluenediamine.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to localize vasopressin (VP) V1a receptor in stomach and to characterize the role of VP in the regulation of gastric motility in rats. Double staining was used to locate the V1a receptor in the gastric body of the rat. The contraction of the circular muscle strips of gastric body was monitored by a polygraph. V1a receptor was expressed on the neurons of myenteric plexus of the gastric body. VP (10− 10–10− 6 M) caused a concentration-dependent contractile effect on the circular muscle strips of gastric body in vitro. V-1880 ([deamino-Pen1, O-Me-Tyr2, Arg8]-Vasopressin, 10− 7 M), a V1 receptor antagonist, inhibited the spontaneous contraction of the strips. Tetradotoxin (TTX, 10− 6 M) and V-1880 (10− 7 M) abolished the excitatory effect of VP. Atropine (10− 6 M) partially inhibited VP-induced excitatory effect on the muscle strips but hexamethonium (10− 4 M) did not influence it. These results suggest that V1a receptor was expressed on the neurons of myenteric nerves. The cholinergic nerve was involved in the excitatory effect of VP on the contraction of gastric body.  相似文献

Magnetic Circular dichroism (MCD) spectra were obtained for bis(o-xylyl-dithiolato)ferrate(III) ([Fe(S2-o-xylyl)2]) and bis[o-xylyl-dithiolato-μ2-sulfidoferrate(III)] ([Fe2S*2(S2-o-xylyl)2]2−) ions. The MCD magnitude of the dimeric [Fe2S*2(S2-o-xylyl)2]2− ion was found to be only one half of that for the monomeric [Fe(S2-o-xylyl)2] ion. The difference in MCD magnitudes was attributed to the change in the thermal populations of ground state sublevels derived from the magnetic exchange interaction.  相似文献

New hybrid organic/inorganic copper oxovanadium compounds of composition [Cu(dpa)2]4V4O12 (1), Cu2(bipy)2V4O12 (2), and Cu2(bipy)2V6O17 (3), which crystallize in the monoclinic 1, 2 and triclinic 3 symmetry, respectively, were obtained by soft hydrothermal routes. The first two structures present isolated [V4O12]4− anionic units, the structure of 3 exhibits the same [V4O12]4− cycles coupled by V2O5 dimeric bridges propagated as an infinite chain along the c-direction 3. For compound 1, the copper(I) centers are bonded to four nitrogen atoms with a distorted tetrahedral geometry. For compounds 2 and 3, the copper(II) centers are square pyramidal with two nitrogen atoms from the neutral diimine ligand and three oxygen atoms from the oxovanadium sub-unit. In all the compounds described herein, the vanadium ions are as V(V), occupying solely tetrahedral sites.  相似文献

(Ph4P)4[Tl4Se16] was prepared hydrothermally in a sealed pyrex tube by the reaction of TlCl, K2Se4 and Ph4PCl in a 1:1:1 molar ratio at 110 °C for one day. The red crystals were obtained in 50% yield. Crystals of (Ph4P)4[Tl4Se16]: triclinic P (No. 2), Z=1, a=12.054(9), b=19.450(10), c=11.799(6) Å, α=104.63(4), β=98.86(6), γ=101.99(6)° and V=2555(3) Å3 at 23 °C, 2θmax=40.0°, μ=120.7 cm−1, Dcalc=2.23. The structure was solved by direct methods. Number of data collected: 5206. Number of unique data having Fo2>3σ(Fo2): 1723. Final R=0.075 and Rw=0.089. [Tl4Se16]4− consists of four, almost already linearly arranged, tetrahedral thallium centers which are coordinated by two chelating Se42−, two bridging Se22− and four bridging Se2− ligands. [Tl4Se16]4− sits on an inversion center and possesses a central {Tl2Se2}2+ planar core. The Tl(1)–Tl(1)′ distance in this core is 3.583(6) Å. These two thallium atoms are then each linked to two cyclic Tl(Se4) fragments via bridging Se22− and Se2− ligands forming Tl2Se(Se2) five-membered rings.  相似文献

Nitrosyl derivatives of polyoxomolybdates have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. Most of them contain the MoII(NO)3+ unit and their structures are related to the following structural types: Lindqvist, Keggin and decatungstate [W10O32]4–. Reductive nitrosylation of (NBu4)4[-Mo8O26] by hydroxylamine in methanol yields (NBu4)2[Mo5O13(OMe)4(NO){Na(MeOH)}]. 3MeOH, which is a versatile reagent yielding a variety of derivatives (i) by the transformation of [Mo5O13(OMe)4(NO)]3– into [Mo6O18(NO)]3– in acetonitrile, (ii) by the formation of [PMo12O39(NO)]4– by reaction of [Mo5O13(OMe)4(NO)]3– with [PMO12O40]3– in basic condition and (iii) by the formation of mixed valence MoVI/MoV/MoII decamolybdates [Mo10O24(OMe)7(NO)]2–, [Mo10O25(OMe)6(NO)] and [Mo10O20(OMe)9(NO)3]2– by chemical reduction of [Mo5O13(OMe)4(NO)]3–; MoII is localized while MoV are delocalized in the first two species but localized in the third. The unique ligating properties of [Mo5O13(OMe)4(NO)]3– have been documented: this species acts as a tetradentate ligand in [Ce{Mo5O13(OMe)4(NO)}2]2–, a symmetrically tetraligating ligand in [Rh2Cp*2(-Br){-Mo5O13(OMe)4(NO)}] and a bidentate ligand in [Mo5O13(OMe)4(NO){RhCp*(H2O)}]. Some polyoxomolybdates of the type [Mo5(NO)2O12{RC(NH2)NHO}2{RC(NH)NO}2]2–, which contain the Mo0(NO) 2 2+ unit, have also been characterized.  相似文献

The template alkylation of Li2[Ru(CO)2(S2C6H4)2] (S2C6H42− = 1,2-benzenedithiolate(−2)) by S(C2H4Br)2 yields [Ru(CO)2(dpttd)] (dpttd2− = 3,11,12-dibenzo-1,4,7,10,13-pentathiatridecane(−2)) which is thermally converted into the monocarbonyl complex [Ru(CO)(dpttd)]. The reactions of dpttd-H2 or dpttd2− with [RuCl2(PPh3)3], [RuCl2(DMSO)4], [RuCl3(PhSCH3)3] and RuCl3(NO)·xH2O lead to [Ru(L)(dpttd)] and [Ru(L)(dpttd)]Cl (L = PPh3, DMSO, PhSCH3, NO), respectively, which are practically insoluble in all common solvents. Better soluble complexes are obtained with the new sterically demanding ligand tbu4-dpttd2− = 14,16,18,20-tetra(t-butyl)-2,3,11,12-dibenzo-1,4,7, 10,13-pentathiatridecane(−2); it is obtained in isomerically pure form by the reaction of tetrabuthylammonium-3,5-di (t-butyl)-1,2-benzenethiolthiolate, NBu4[tbu2-C6H2S(SH), with S(C2H4Br)2 and yields on reaction with [RuCl2(PPh3)3] the very soluble [Ru(PPh3)2(tbu4-dpttd)] as well as [Ru(PPh3(tbu4-dpttd)]. The 1H NMR and 31P NMR spectra indicate that in solution [Ru(PPh3)2(tbu4-dpttd)] exists as a mixture of diastereomers, whereas [Ru(PPh3)(tbu4-dpttd)] forms one pair of enantiomers only. This was confirmed by an X-ray structure determination of a single crystal. [Ru(PPh3)(tbu4-dpttd)] crystallizes in space group P21/n with a = 10.496(4), b = 14.888(6), c = 32.382(12) Å, β = 98.04(3)°, Z = 4 and Dcalc. = 1.27 g/cm3, R = 4.84; RW = 5.06%; the ruthenium center is coordinated pseudooctahedrally by one phosphorus, two thiolate and three thiother S atoms.  相似文献

A capillary gas chromatographic—mass spectrometric method for the simultaneous determination of stable isotopically labelled l-histidine (l-[3,3-2H2,1′,3′-15N2]histidine, l-His-[M + 4]) and urocanic acid ([3-2H,1′,3′-15N2]urocanic acid, UA-[M + 3]) in human plasma was developed using dl-[2,3,3,5′-2H4,2′-13C,1′,3′-15N2]histidine (dl-His-[M + 7]) and [2,3,5′-2H3,2′-13C,1′,3′-15N2]urocanic acid (UA-[M + 6]) as internal standards. l-Histidine and urocanic acid were derivatized to αN-(trifluoroacetyl)-imN-(ethoxycarbonyl)-l-histidine n-butyl ester and imN-(ethoxycarbonyl)urocanic acid n-butyl ester. Quantification was carried out by selected ion monitoring of the molecular ions of the respective derivatives of l-His-[M + 4], dl-His-[M + 7], UA-[M + 3] and UA-[M + 6]. The sensitivity, specificity, precision and accuracy of the method were demonstrated to be satisfactory for measuring plasma concentrations of l-His-[M + 4] and UA-[M + 3] following administration of trace amounts of l-His-[M + 4] to humans.  相似文献

T-type Ca2+ channel family includes three subunits CaV3.1, CaV3.2 and CaV3.3 and have been shown to control burst firing and intracellular Ca2+ concentration ([Ca2+]i) in neurons. Here, we investigated whether CaV3.1 channels could generate a pacemaker current and contribute to cell excitability. CaV3.1 clones were over-expressed in the neuronal cell line NG108-15. CaV3.1 channel expression induced repetitive action potentials, generating spontaneous membrane potential oscillations (MPOs) and concomitant [Ca2+]i oscillations. These oscillations were inhibited by T-type channels antagonists and were present only if the membrane potential was around −61 mV. [Ca2+]i oscillations were critically dependent on Ca2+ influx through CaV3.1 channels and did not involve Ca2+ release from the endoplasmic reticulum. The waveform and frequency of the MPOs are constrained by electrophysiological properties of the CaV3.1 channels. The trigger of the oscillations was the CaV3.1 window current. This current induced continuous [Ca2+]i increase at −60 mV that depolarized the cells and triggered MPOs. Shifting the CaV3.1 window current potential range by increasing the external Ca2+ concentration resulted in a corresponding shift of the MPOs threshold. The hyperpolarization-activated cation current (Ih) was not required to induce MPOs, but when expressed together with CaV3.1 channels, it broadened the membrane potential range over which MPOs were observed. Overall, the data demonstrate that the CaV3.1 window current is critical in triggering intrinsic electrical and [Ca2+]i oscillations.  相似文献

The present study reports a detailed investigation into the interaction of [Cr(phen)2(dppz)]3+ and [Cr(phen)3]3+ with transferrin, the key protein for the transport of Fe3+ in blood plasma; its cycle holds promise as an attractive system for strategies of drug targeting to tumor tissues. This can allow us to understand further the role of both complexes as sensitizers in photodynamic therapy (PDT). Chromium(III) complexes, [Cr(phen)2(dppz)]3+ and [Cr(phen)3]3+, (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline and dppz = dipyridophenazine), where dppz is a planar bidentate ligand with an extended π system, have been found to bind strongly with apotransferrin (apoTf) with an intrinsic binding constant, Kb, of (1.8 ± 0.3) × 105 M− 1 and (1.1 ± 0.1) × 105 M− 1 at 299 K, for apoTf-[Cr(phen)2(dppz)]3+ and apoTf-[Cr(phen)3]3+, respectively. The interactions of apoTf with the different Cr(III) complexes were assessed employing UV-visible absorption, fluorescence and circular dichroism spectroscopy. The relative fluorescence intensity of the protein decreased when the increasing concentration of Cr(III) complex was added, suggesting that perturbation around the Trp and Tyr residues took place. The analysis of the thermodynamic parameters ΔG, ΔH, ΔS indicated that the presence of the Cr(III) complex stabilizes the protein with a strong entropic contribution. The binding distances and transfer efficiencies for apoTf-[Cr(phen)2(dppz)]3+ and apoTf-[Cr(phen)3]3+ binding reactions were calculated according to Föster theory of non-radiation energy transfer. All these experimental results suggest that [Cr(phen)2(dppz)]3+ and [Cr(phen)3]3+ bind strongly to apoTf indicating that this protein could act as a carrier of these complexes for further applications in PDT.  相似文献

[NEt4]3[Fe6M2S8(SEt)9] (M = Mo or W) compounds are isomorphous and contain molybdenum and tungsten atoms in an essentially identical environment. These complexes undergo an irreversible one-electron oxidation at −0.46 V (Mo) and −0.51 V (W) and two one-electron reductions at −1.56 and −1.76 V (Mo) and −1.52 and −1.84 V (W), in DMSO solution versus (0.1 M). The only distinction between the behavior of these molybdenum and tungsten complexes identified thus far is that, for the former the reductions are reversible whereas for the latter they are irreversible. This difference may be relevant to the low activity found for nitrogenases reconstituted with tungsten in place of molybdenum.  相似文献

Cr(VI) compounds have been declared as a potent occupational carcinogen by IARC (1990) through epidemiological studies among workers in chrome plating, stainless-steel, and pigment industries. Studies relating to the role of intermediate oxidation states such as Cr(V) and Cr(IV) in Cr(VI)-induced carcinogenicity are gaining importance. In this study, issues relating to toxicity elicited by Cr(V) have been addressed and comparisons made with those relating to Cr(VI) employing human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Lymphocytes have been isolated from heparinized blood by Ficoll-Hypaque density gradient centrifugation and exposed to Cr(V) complexes viz. sodium bis(2-ethyl-2-hydroxybutyrato)oxochromate(V), Na[Cr(V)O(ehba)(2)], 1 and sodium bis(2-hydroxy-2-methylbutyrato)oxochromate(V), Na[Cr(V)O(hmba)(2)], 2 and Cr(VI). The phytohemagglutinin (PHA)-induced proliferation of lymphocytes has been found to be inhibited by the two complexes of Cr(V) and chromate Cr(VI) in a time- and concentration-dependent manner. Viability of cells decreases in the presence of Cr(V). Apoptosis appears to be the mode of cell death in the presence of both Cr(V) and Cr(VI). Pretreatment of cells with antioxidants before exposure to chromium(V) complexes reverse apoptosis partially. Possibility for the formation and implication of reactive oxygen species in Cr(V)-induced apoptosis of human lymphocyte cells has been indicated in this investigation. The intermediates of Cr(V) and radical species in the biotoxic pathways elicited by Cr(VI) seems feasible.  相似文献

Treatment of [Ti(OPri)2Cl2] with K(tpip) (tpip = [N(PPh2O)2]) followed by chlorination with HCl afforded cis-[Ti(tpip)2Cl]2 (1). Reduction of 1 with Na/Hg in THF gave [Ti(tpip)3] (2), which could also be prepared from [TiCl3(THF)3] and K(tpip). Recrystallization of [V(O)(tpip)2] (3) from CH2Cl2-Et2O in air afforded trinuclear [{V(O)}3(μ-tpip)3(μ-O)3] (4). Treatment of [Cr(NBut)2Cl2] and [Cr(NBut)Cl3(dme)] (dme = 1,2-dimethoxyethane) with [Ag(tpip)]4 led to isolation of [Cr(tpip)3] (6) and [Cr(NBut)(tpip)2Cl] (7), respectively. The Ti- and V-tpip complexes are capable of catalyzing oxidation of sulfides with tert-butyl hydroperoxide and H2O2. The crystal structures of 1, 2, and 4 have been determined.  相似文献

A new monohelical OH bridged dinuclear complex [Zn2(dmqpy)(OOCCH3)2(μ-OH)][ClO4] · 0.5EtOH, where dmqpy is 6,6-dimethyl-2,2′:6′,2″:6″,2:6,2-quinquepyridine, has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=13.670(1), b=14.751(1), c=16.782(1) Å, β=96.59(1)°, U=3361.7(4) Å3, Z=4, R=0.0601. Two Zn(II) ions are in different coordination modes, one is five-coordinate with a N3O2 donor set and the other is N2O2 four-coordinate with a distorted tetrahedral geometry, and the zinc ions are bridged by a hydroxyl group. The presence of the OH bridge is further confirmed by electrospray mass and infrared spectroscopies. The solution properties of the complex were investigated by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The results of NMR indicate that the complex has higher symmetry in solution than in the solid state.  相似文献
