The development of a vaccine against human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) capable of inducing broad humoral and cellular responses at both the systemic and mucosal levels will be critical for combating the global AIDS epidemic. We previously demonstrated the ability of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) as a vaccine vector to express oligomeric Env protein gp160 and induce potent humoral and mucosal immune responses. In the present study, we used NDV vaccine strain LaSota as a vector to compare the biochemical and immunogenic properties of vector-expressed gp160, gp120, and two versions of gp140 (a derivative of gp160 made by deleting the transmembrane and cytoplasmic domains), namely: gp140L, which contained the complete membrane-proximal external region (MPER), and gp140S, which lacks the distal half of MPER. We show that, similar to gp160, NDV-expressed gp140S and gp120, but not gp140L, formed higher-order oligomers that retained recognition by conformationally sensitive monoclonal antibodies. Immunization of guinea pigs by the intranasal route with rLaSota/gp140S resulted in significantly greater systemic and mucosal antibody responses compared to the other recombinants. Immunization with rLaSota/140S, rLaSota/140L rLaSota/120 resulted in mixed Th1/Th2 immune responses as compared to Th1-biased immune responses induced by rLaSota/160. Importantly, rLaSota/gp140S induced neutralizing antibody responses to homologous HIV-1 strain BaL.26 and laboratory adapted HIV-1 strain MN.3 that were stronger than those elicited by the other NDV recombinants. Additionally, rLaSota/gp140S induced greater CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell responses in mice. These studies illustrate that rLaSota/gp140S is a promising vaccine candidate to elicit potent mucosal, humoral and cellular immune responses to the HIV-1 Env protein.  相似文献

Summary An efficient and rapid in vitro method was developed for regeneration of Phalaenopsis using leaf segments derived in vitro from flower stalk nodes. Leaf segments of four cultivars Tinny Sunshine ‘Annie’, ‘Taisuco Hatarot’, Teipei Gold ‘Golden Star’, Tinny Galaxy ‘Annie’ cultured on Murashige and Skoog medium supplemented with N 6-benzyladenine (BA; 88,8 μM) and α-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA; 5,4 μM) produced an average of 10–13 protocorm-like bodies (PLBs) after 12 wk. PLB proliferation was achieved on a modified Hyponex medium (1 gl−1 6.5N−4.5P−19K+20N−20P−20K+2gl−1 peplone +3% (w/v) potato homogenate +0.05% activated 1 gl−1 charcoal) and an optimal number of 13–18 PLBs developed from single PLB sections of different cultivars. Plantlet development was also achieved on a modified Hyponex medium. By repeated subculture of PLBs on a proliferation medium, and culturing them in the plantlet regeneration medium, plantlets could be produced continuously. Approximately 6 mo, were required from the initiation of culture to the production of plantlets for transplant to community pots.  相似文献

The pathways of arginine transformations in organs of yellow lupin (Lupinus luteus L.) cultivated in vitro in the presence and absence of sucrose were investigated. Isolated embryo axes, isolated cotyledons and seeds deprived of their coat were cultured for 96 h on Heller medium with 60 mM saccharose (the fed variant, +S), without sugar (the starved variant, −S) and for 72 h without sugar, followed by 24 h in its presence (the transferred variant, −S→+S). Activities of arginine decarboxylase [EC 4.1.1.19], arginase [EC 3.5.3.1], and urease [EC 3.5.1.5] were assessed in extracts from isolated embryo axes. They were the highest in the sugar-starved variant. Supplementation of the medium with saccharose resulted in decrease in enzyme activities. The level of urea was higher (of ca. 20 %) in starved embryos than in embryos grown in the saccharose-containing medium. Moreover, participation of transamination in arginine catabolism was evidenced.  相似文献

This study examined behavioral strategies for texture discrimination by echolocation in free-flying bats. Big brown bats, Eptesicus fuscus, were trained to discriminate a smooth 16 mm diameter object (S+) from a size-matched textured object (S−), both of which were tethered in random locations in a flight room. The bat’s three-dimensional flight path was reconstructed using stereo images from high-speed video recordings, and the bat’s sonar vocalizations were recorded for each trial and analyzed off-line. A microphone array permitted reconstruction of the sonar beam pattern, allowing us to study the bat’s directional gaze and inspection of the objects. Bats learned the discrimination, but performance varied with S−. In acoustic studies of the objects, the S+ and S− stimuli were ensonified with frequency-modulated sonar pulses. Mean intensity differences between S+ and S− were within 4 dB. Performance data, combined with analyses of echo recordings, suggest that the big brown bat listens to changes in sound spectra from echo to echo to discriminate between objects. Bats adapted their sonar calls as they inspected the stimuli, and their sonar behavior resembled that of animals foraging for insects. Analysis of sonar beam-directing behavior in certain trials clearly showed that the bat sequentially inspected S+ and S−.  相似文献

Eliciting neutralizing antibodies capable of inactivating a broad spectrum of HIV-1 strains is a major goal of HIV-1 vaccine design. The challenge is that envelopes (Envs) of circulating viruses are almost certainly different from any Env used in a vaccine. A novel immunogen composed of a highly diverse set of gp140 Envs including subtypes A, B, C, D and F was developed to stimulate a more cross-neutralizing antibody response. Env heterotrimers composed of up to 54 different gp140s were produced with the aim of focusing the response to the conserved regions of Env while reducing the dominance of any individual hypervariable region. Heterotrimeric gp140 Envs of inter- and intra-subtype combinations were shown to bind CD4 and a panel of neutralizing monoclonal antibodies with similar affinity to monovalent UG37 gp140. Macaques immunized with six groups of heterotrimer mixtures showed slightly more potent neutralizing antibody responses in TZM-BL tier 1 and A3R5 tier 2 pseudovirus assays than macaques immunized with monovalent Env gp140, and exhibited a marginally greater focus on the CD4-binding site. Carbopol enhanced neutralization when used as an adjuvant instead of RIBI in combination with UG37 gp140. These data indicate that cross-subtype heterotrimeric gp140 Envs may elicit some improvement of the neutralizing antibody response in macaques compared to monovalent gp140 Env.  相似文献

The intensity of protein reserve activation in yellow lupine (Lupinus luteus L.) organs cultured in vitro in the presence of saccharose and without sugar in the medium was studied. Isolated embryo axes, excised cotyledons and seeds deprived of their testae were grown on Heller medium: a) with 60 mM saccharose (+S), b) without sugar (−S) and c) for 72 hours without saccharose + for 24 hours in the presence of saccharose (−S→+S). Using nitroanilide substrates, exo- and endopeptidase proteolytic activity was investigated in enzymatic extracts. Proteolytic activity was examined in organs isolated from swollen seeds and also in organs cultured for 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours. The proteolytic activity was higher in organs cultured on medium without saccharose. Stimulation of the proteolytic activity on the first day of culture was not significant, but intensified in the successive days of culture. The organ subcultured onto a medium with saccharose (−S→+S) caused a significant limitation of proteolytic activity, even to a markedly lower level in comparison to that activity level in the material continuously supplemented with saccharose. Observations of ultrastructure in Transmission Electron Microscopy revealed increased protein body degradation in the absence of saccharose in the medium and an increased degree of cell vacuolization, which may be indicative of intensifying autophagic processes under conditions of carbohydrate deficit.  相似文献

In this work, we identified a high affinity and potency metallocene-containing triazole peptide conjugate that suppresses the interactions of HIV-1 envelope gp120 at both its CD4 and co-receptor binding sites. The ferrocene-peptide conjugate, HNG-156, was formed by an on-resin copper-catalysed [2+3] cycloaddition reaction. Surface plasmon resonance interaction analysis revealed that, compared to a previously reported phenyl-containing triazole conjugate HNG-105 (105), peptide 156 had a higher direct binding affinity for several subtypes of HIV-1 gp120 due mainly to the decreased dissociation rate of the conjugate-gp120 complex. The ferrocene triazole conjugate bound to gp120 of both clade A (92UG037-08) and clade B (YU-2 and SF162) virus subtypes with nanomolar KD in direct binding and inhibited the binding of gp120 to soluble CD4 and to antibodies that bind to HIV-1YU-2 gp120 at both the CD4 binding site and CD4-induced binding sites. HNG-156 showed a close-to nanomolar IC50 for inhibiting cell infection by HIV-1BaL whole virus. The dual receptor site antagonist activity and potency of HNG-156 make it a promising viral envelope inhibitor lead for developing anti-HIV-1 treatments.  相似文献

The envelope glycoprotein of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) is thought to exist on the virion surface as a trimer of non-covalently associated gp120/gp41 molecules. We expressed trimeric envelope glycoprotein from three primary, macrophage tropic HIV-1 isolates in baby hamster kidney cells and analyzed the furin-mediated cleavage, stability, and receptor binding properties of the oligomers. The envelope glycoprotein was secreted in a soluble form deleted of its transmembrane anchor and the intracytoplasmic domain (gp140). A mixture of trimers, dimers, and monomers of gp140 as well as monomeric gp120 was detected on polyacrylamide gels. Analysis by sucrose gradient centrifugation revealed that trimers and dimers were essentially composed of uncleaved gp140, whereas most of the gp120 was found in the monomeric fraction. To analyze the effect of the cleavage of gp140 to gp120/Delta41 on trimerization, we co-expressed the furin protease along with gp140. Surprisingly, furin expression changed the subcellular localization of the envelope glycoprotein, which became in majority sequestered in the major furin compartment, the trans-Golgi network, as judged by confocal laser microscopy. The envelope glycoprotein secreted from furin-co-expressing cells was almost completely cleaved to gp120 and Deltagp41, but gp120 was found exclusively in the monomeric fraction, with a few residual oligomers being composed of uncleaved gp140. Secreted uncleaved gp140 trimers were purified to homogeneity and analyzed for their capacity to interact with cellular receptors CD4 and CC chemokine receptor 5 (CCR5). Receptor binding was analyzed on CD4- and CCR5-expressing cells as well as on peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Trimers showed greatly reduced binding to CD4 as compared with monomers. Neither monomers nor trimers bound directly to CCR5. In conclusion, our results show that the cleaved form of the envelope glycoprotein does not form stable trimers, suggesting that gp120/gp41 oligomers on the virion surface might be stabilized by a yet to be identified mechanism and that the virion might attach to CD4 via a monomeric form of gp120. These results are relevant to the development of an envelope-based vaccine against AIDS.  相似文献

The human immunodeficiency virus type 1 exterior gp120 envelope glycoprotein is highly flexible, and this flexibility may contribute to the inability of monomeric gp120 immunogens to elicit broadly neutralizing antibodies. We previously showed that an S375W modification of a critical interfacial cavity central to the primary receptor binding site, the Phe43 cavity, stabilizes gp120 into the CD4-bound state. However, the immunological effects of this cavity-altering replacement were never tested. Subsequently, we screened other mutations that, along with the S375W alteration, might further stabilize the CD4-bound state. Here, we define a selected second cavity-altering replacement, T257S, and analyze the double mutations in several gp120 envelope glycoprotein contexts. The gp120 glycoproteins with the T257S-plus-S375W double mutation (T257S+S375W) have a superior antigenic profile compared to the originally identified single S375W replacement in terms of enhanced recognition by the broadly neutralizing CD4 binding-site antibody b12. Isothermal titration calorimetry measuring the entropy of the gp120 interaction with CD4 indicated that the double mutant was also stabilized into the CD4-bound state, with increasing relative fixation between core, full-length monomeric, and full-length trimeric versions of gp120. A significant increase in gp120 affinity for CD4 was also observed for the cavity-filling mutants relative to wild-type gp120. The most conformationally constrained T257S+S375W trimeric gp120 proteins were selected for immunogenicity analysis in rabbits and displayed a trend of improvement relative to their wild-type counterparts in terms of eliciting neutralizing antibodies. Together, the results suggest that conformational stabilization may improve the ability of gp120 to elicit neutralizing antibodies.  相似文献

We generated Chinese hamster ovary cell lines that stably express wild-type, secreted, and glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored envelope glycoprotein of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1). The cells expressing wild-type Env (WT cells) express both the precursor gp160 and the mature gp120/gp41 and readily form large syncytia when cocultivated with CD4+ human cells. The cells expressing secreted Env (SEC cells) release 140-kDa precursor and mature 120-kDa envelope glycoproteins into the supernatants. The cells expressing GPI-anchored Env (PI cells) express both 140-kDa precursor and mature gp120/gp41 envelope glycoproteins, which can be released from the cell surface by treatment with phosphatidylinositol-specific phospholipase C (PI-PLC). Both the secreted and PI-PLC-released envelope glycoproteins form oligomers that can be detected on nonreducing sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gels. In contrast to the WT cells, the SEC and PI cells do not form syncytia when cocultivated with CD4+ human cells. The availability of cells producing water-soluble oligomers of HIV-1 Env should facilitate studies of envelope glycoprotein structure and function. The WT cells, which readily induce syncytia with CD4+ cells, provide a convenient system for assessing potential fusion inhibitors and for studying the fusion mechanism of the HIV Env glycoprotein.  相似文献

The humoral immune response to human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) is often studied by using monomeric or denatured envelope proteins (Env). However, native HIV-1 Env complexes that maintain quaternary structure elicit immune responses that are qualitatively distinct from those seen with monomeric or denatured Env. To more accurately assess the levels and types of antibodies elicited by HIV-1 infection, we developed an antigen capture enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay using a soluble, oligomeric form of HIV-1IIIB Env (gp140) that contains gp120 and the gp41 ectodomain. The gp140, captured by various monoclonal antibodies (MAbs), retained its native oligomeric structure: it bound CD4 and was recognized by MAbs to conformational epitopes in gp120 and gp41, including oligomer-specific epitopes in gp41. We compared the reactivities of clade B and clade E serum samples to captured Env preparations and found that while both reacted equally well with oligomeric gp140, clade B seras reacted more strongly with monomeric gp120 than did clade E samples. However, these differences were minimized when gp120 was captured by a V3 loop MAb, which may lead to increased exposure of the CD4 binding site. We also measured the ability of serum samples to block binding of MAbs to epitopes in gp120 and gp41. Clade B serum samples consistently blocked binding of oligomer-dependent MAbs to gp41 and, to a slightly lesser extent, MAbs to the CD4 binding site in gp120. Clade E serum samples showed equivalent or greater blocking of oligomer-dependent gp41 antibodies and considerably less blocking of CD4-binding-site MAbs. Finally, we found that < 5% of the antibodies in clade B sera bound to epitopes present only in monomeric gp120, 30% bound to epitopes present in both monomeric gp120 and oligomeric gp140, and 70% bound to epitopes present in oligomeric gp140, which includes gp41. Thus, captured oligomeric Env closely reflects the antigenic characteristics of Env protein on the surface of virions and infected cells, retains highly conserved epitopes that are recognized by antibodies raised against different clades, and makes it possible to detect a much greater fraction of total anti-HIV-1 Env activity in sera than does native monomeric gp120.  相似文献

The daily dynamics of CO2 concentration in the culture vessels and the photoautotrophic or photomixotrophic growth capacity of apple (Malus pumila hybrid MM 106 paradisiaca× Northern Spy) cultures were studied. The photoautotrophic cultures were grown on a sugar-free growth medium and submitted (0S+CO2) or not (0S-CO2) to periodic injections of exogenous CO2. The photomixotrophic cultures were grown in the presence of 30 g dm−3 sucrose, with (30S+CO2) or without (30S-CO2) CO2 enrichment. The photosynthetic photon flux density applied was of 210 ± 5 μmol m−2s−1. In the 0S-CO2 treatment, CO2 showed rather uniform and narrow light-dark fluctuations throughout the culturing cycle. In the 30S-CO2 treatment, the daily ratio between CO2 produced during the dark period and that uptaken during the following light period, was almost always above 1 with the only exception of a few days (from the 5th to the 9th day) when the amount of photosynthesised CO2 was equal to or higher than that produced during dark respiration. The 0S+CO2 cultures needed to be enriched all days with exogenous CO2 to avoid periods of gas deficiency while in 30S+CO2 the CO2 injected the first culturing day was uptaken over 5 d; thereafter, daily injections were necessary. Culture fresh and dry mass, number of newly formed shoots and number of nodes per shoot in 0S+CO2 treatment did not statistically differ from the values obtained with 30S−CO2. The highest growth was observed in 30S+CO2 treatment. The increase in culture fresh mass due to 1 μmol of CO2 added to the culture vessels was 1.54 and 1.36 mg for 30S and 0S respectively, while in terms of dry mass the increase was about 2.5 times higher in the sugar-enriched treatment. CO2 enrichment accounted for 77.3 % and 21.2 % of the final fresh mass in 0S+CO2 and 30S+CO2, respectively. The envelope glycoprotein (Env) is the sole antigenic feature on the surface of HIV and the target for the humoral immune system. Soluble, uncleaved gp140 Env constructs truncated at the transmembrane domain are being investigated intensively as potential vaccine immunogens by many groups, and understanding their structural properties is essential. We used hydrogen/deuterium-exchange mass spectrometry and small-angle X-ray scattering to probe structural order in a panel of commonly used gp140 constructs and matched gp120 monomers. We observed that oligomeric forms of uncleaved gp140, generally presumed to be trimeric, contain a protease-resistant form of gp41 akin to the postfusion, helical bundle conformation and appear to lack specific interactions between gp120 and gp41. In contrast, the monomeric form of gp140 shows significant stabilization of the gp120 inner domain imparted by the gp41 region, demonstrating excellent agreement with past mutagenesis studies. Moreover, the gp140 monomers respond to CD4 binding in manner that is consistent with the initial stages of Env activation: CD4 binding induces structural ordering throughout gp120 while loosening its association with gp41. The results indicate that uncleaved gp140 oligomers do not represent an authentic prefusion form of Env, whereas gp140 monomers isolated from the same glycoprotein preparations in many ways exhibit function and internal structural order that are consistent with expectations for certain aspects of native Env. gp140 monomers may thus be a useful reagent for advancing structural and functional studies.  相似文献

Operant conditioning was used to investigate how primates discriminate between odor qualities. Eight artificial food flavors, selected from either a “Fishy” or “Aroma/Fruity” category, were used. During the presence of one of the two odors S+ or S−, the monkey was reinforced by pushing a response key when S + was presented. The tufted capuchins discriminated most accurately when both odors were Aroma. Discrimination was more accurate when S+ was Fruity odor and S− was Fishy odor. When both odors were Fishy, discrimination could not be acquired in 20 sessions. All of the flavors used, except apple, were novel for the subjects, which suggests that capuchins can innately discriminate among them. The data also suggest that Aroma odors are more salient than Fishy odors. The results also suggested an innate aversion to Fishy odors.  相似文献

The human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) gp120 exterior envelope glycoprotein interacts with the viral receptor (CD4) and with the gp41 transmembrane envelope glycoprotein. To study the interaction of the gp120 and gp41 envelope glycoproteins, we compared the abilities of anti-gp120 monoclonal antibodies to bind soluble gp120 and a soluble glycoprotein, sgp140, that contains gp120 and gp41 exterior domains. The occlusion or alteration of a subset of gp120 epitopes on the latter molecule allowed the definition of a gp41 "footprint" on the gp120 antibody competition map. The occlusion of these epitopes on the sgp140 glycoprotein was decreased by the binding of soluble CD4. The gp120 epitopes implicated in the interaction with the gp41 ectodomain were disrupted by deletions of the first (C1) and fifth (C5) conserved gp120 regions. These deletions did not affect the integrity of the discontinuous binding sites for CD4 and neutralizing monoclonal antibodies. Thus, the gp41 interface on the HIV-1 gp120 glycoprotein, which elicits nonneutralizing antibodies, can be removed while retaining immunologically desirable gp120 structures.  相似文献

The in vitro suppressive effect of gp120 and gp120/anti-gp120 antibody is well known but not yet proven to operate in vivo. We report findings consistent with the presence of gp120/anti-gp120 antibody complexes on CD4+ lymphocytes from HIV-infected patients with advanced disease. PBMC from most AIDS patients showed selective masking of the CD4 epitope associated with the gp120 binding site; immunoprecipitation of PBMC with anti-CD4 mAb disclosed high amounts of IgG bound to CD4 receptors. Antibodies against HIV env proteins, but not other HIV products or CD4 Ag, were detected in purified CD4+ cell culture supernatants; in vitro culture was associated with normalization of both CD4 expression in PBMC and the lymphocyte proliferative response to anti-CD3. gp120 presence could not be directly demonstrated, but findings strongly suggested that CD4+ lymphocytes from most HIV-infected patients with advanced disease were covered with gp120/anti-gp120 antibody complexes, which are responsible for down-regulation of surface CD4 expression as well as functional lymphocyte impairment; this event may represent an important mechanism in the pathogenesis of HIV-associated immunodeficiency.  相似文献

Mutations in the human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) envelope glycoproteins gp120 and gp41, previously shown to confer an enhanced replicative capacity and broadened host range to the ELI1 strain of HIV-1, were analyzed for their biochemical effects on envelope structure and function. The tendency of purified virions to release their extracellular gp120 component, either spontaneously or after interacting with soluble CD4 (CD4-induced shedding) was assessed. A single amino acid substitution in part of the CD4 binding site of gp120 (Gly-427 to Arg) enhanced both spontaneous and CD4-induced shedding of gp120 from virions, while a single change in the fusogenic region of gp41 (Met-7 to Val) affected only CD4-induced shedding. Although each codon change alone conferred increased growth ability, virus with both mutations exhibited the most rapid replication kinetics. In addition, when both of these mutations were present, virions had the highest tendency to shed gp120, both spontaneously and after exposure to soluble CD4. Analysis of CD4 binding to virion-associated gp120 showed that the changes in both gp120 and gp41 contributed to increased binding. These results demonstrated that the increased replicative capacity of the ELI variants in human CD4+ cell lines was associated with altered physical and functional properties of the virion envelope glycoproteins.  相似文献

The primary human T cell response to HIV was analyzed by isolating from seronegative donors T cell clones specific for HIV gp120. T cell epitopes restricted by different MHC elements were identified within gp120, and synthetic peptides were used to address the fundamental problem of how HIV sequence variability affects T cell recognition. Even one conservative substitution can drastically reduce recognition; thus the interaction of gp120 epitopes with T cell receptors and MHC is precise and poorly crossreactive. Importantly, a subset of CD4+ gp120-specific clones manifest cytolytic activity and lyse uninfected autologous CD4+Ia+ T cells in the presence of gp120 in a process that is strictly dependent upon CD4-mediated uptake of gp120 by T cells. Assuming gp120 is shed from HIV-infected cells in vivo, this novel CD4-dependent autocytolytic mechanism may contribute to the profound depletion of CD4+ cells in AIDS.  相似文献

Effective immunotherapy using T cell receptor (TCR) gene-modified T cells requires an understanding of the relationship between TCR affinity and functional avidity of T cells. In this study, we evaluate the relative affinity of two TCRs isolated from HLA-A2-restricted, gp100-reactive T cell clones with extremely high functional avidity. Furthermore, one of these T cell clones, was CD4CD8 indicating that antigen recognition by this clone was CD8 independent. However, when these TCRs were expressed in CD8 Jurkat cells, the resulting Jurkat cells recognized gp100:209–217 peptide loaded T2 cells and had high functional avidity, but could not recognize HLA-A2+ melanoma cells expressing gp100. Tumor cell recognition by Jurkat cells expressing these TCRs could not be induced by exogenously loading the tumor cells with the native gp100:209–217 peptide. These results indicate that functional avidity of a T cell does not necessarily correlate with TCR affinity and CD8-independent antigen recognition by a T cell does not always mean its TCR will transfer CD8-independence to other effector cells. The implications of these findings are that T cells can modulate their functional avidity independent of the affinity of their TCRs. A method was developed to initiate multiple shoots from mature nodal explants of Sida cordifolia Linn. High frequency of regeneration was achieved on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with 2.0 mg l−1 6-benzylaminopurine, 0.5 mg l−1 α-naphthalene acidic acid, 1.0 mg l−1 adenine sulfate, and 10% (v/v) coconut milk. Multiple shoots were initiated within 21 d and the above media was capable of inducing the formation of more than 20 shoots from each explant. Regenerated shoots were successfully rooted on half-strength MS medium supplemented with 2.0 mg l−1 indole-3-butyric acid and 3% (w/v) sucrose. Rooted plantlets were established in soil. The regenerated plantlets showed no morphological differences from the parent material. This protocol could be useful for germplasm conservation, cultivation, and genetic improvement of S. cordifolia.  相似文献
