Chromosome counts are presented for 217 species of 103 genera of grasses from Costa Rica. Four of the genera and 90 of the species are reported for the first time. In addition, 26 counts differ from previous records for the same taxon. The generaGynerium, Lithachne, Luziola, andThrasya were heretofore unknown cytologically. First counts are also given for the following species:Agrostis bacillata, A. pittieri, A. sub patens, Andropogon angustatus, A. bicornis, A. virgatus, Aristida capillacea, A. jorullensis, Arundinella berteroniana, A. deppeana, Axonopus aureus, A. capillaris, A. chrysoblepharis, Bouteloua americana, B. disticha, Bromus exaltatus, Calamagrostis intermedia, C. nuda, C. pittieri, Chusquea lehmannii, C. tonduzii, Cinna poaeformis, Deschampsia pringlei, Digitaria panicea, Echinochloa polystachya, Echinolaena gracilis, Eragrostis simplicijlora, Eriochloa distachya, E. polystachya, Eriochrysis cayennensis, Festuca dolichophylla, Gymnopogon fastigiatus, Gynerium sagittatum, Hymenachne amplexicaulis, Imperata contracta, Isachne polygonoides, Ischaemum latijolium, Lithachne pauciflora, Luziola fragilis, Manisuris aurita, Panicum aquaticum, P. arundinariae, P. boliviense, P. cordovense, P. grande, P. haenkeanum, P. milleflorum, P. parviglume, P. pilosum, P. polygonatum, P. rudgei, P. stenodes, P. trichanthum, P. trichoides, P. viscidellum, Paspalum candidum, P. centrale, P. decumbens, P. fasciculatum, P. jimenezii, P. microstachyum, P. multicaule, P. nutans, P. parviflorum, P. pilosum, P. prostratum, P. pumilum, P. reclinatum, P. saccharoides, P. scabrum, P. serratum, P. squamulatum, P. standleyi, Pennisetum bambusiforme, P. distachyum, Pereilema beyrichianum, Pharus parvifolius, Sacciolepis myuros, Schizachyrium condensatum, Sorghastrum incompletum, Sporobolus ciliatus, S. purpurascens, Streptochaeta sodiroana, Thrasya gracilis, T. petrosa, T. robusta, Trisetum pringlei, T. tonduzii, Uniola pittieri, and Zeugites pittieri. 测定了角竹、高节竹、五月季竹、早竹、白哺鸡竹、毛金竹6个竹种的竹叶中的化学成份,都含有生物碱、氨基酸、有机酸、鞣质、皂甙、还原糖、蛋白质、甙类、蒽醌、香豆素,甾体等有机物质。其中角竹、五月季竹、早竹、白哺鸡竹和毛金竹的竹叶还含有黄酮体,而在高节竹叶中未检出黄酮体。角竹和早竹的竹叶含有Al、Ba、Zr、Ti、Pb、Sn、Ga、Sr、Fe、Zn、B、Mg、Ca、Mn、Si、Ni、Cu、Co和Ag等19种元素,而在高节竹、五月季竹、白哺鸡竹和毛金竹的竹叶中未检出Co元素,含有18种元素。  相似文献

本文研究了新疆准噶尔盆地独山子油田原油中分离出的孢子花粉35属51种。基于原油中孢子花粉的研究,追溯了该含油区的油源并讨论了油气运移问题。根据原油中找到的孢子花粉化石来判断,准噶尔盆地西南含油区有两套油源岩系,即下一中侏罗统八道湾一头屯河组和渐新统安集海河组。  相似文献

Abstract. The species of Apocephalus , subgenus Mesophora , are revised and twenty-eight species are recognized, including the following twenty-two new to science: from the Nearctic Region A. brunnipes, A. gemursus, A. pristinus, A. setialvus and A. unitarsus , and from the Neotropical Region A. absentis, A. adustus, A. anfractus, A. angustistylus, A. bisetus, A. brevicercus, A. curtus, A. gracilis, A. hansoni, A. leptotarsus, A. longistylus, A. micrepelis, A. moraviensis, A. prolatus, A. trisetus, A. tritarsus and A. truncaticercus. Additionally, three species known only from female specimens are described but not formally named. A lectotype is designated for A. mortifer Borgmeier, and immature stages of A. borealis, A. antennatus and A. mortifer are described. Unlike larvae of other Apocephalus species, all of which are parasites of ants (Hymenoptera: Formicidae), those of Mesophora species are parasites of various other hosts.  相似文献

通过对我国现有古蚤属标本和有关资料进行全面整理和系统分类研究,认为目前我国已知古蚤属共有27种,它们隶属于4个种团,分别为钝刺古蚤种团obtuspina group(1种)、鼩鼱古蚤种团soricis group(2种)、偏远古蚤种团remota group(16种)和短额古蚤种团brevifrontata group(8种),其数量已近该属世界已知种的一半.文中分别对我国已知各种古蚤的鉴别特征、生物学和地理分布状况作了介绍,并编制了各种团、种及亚种检索表.根据它们的分布特征认为我国西南部横断山区可能是古蚤属的分布中心.文中对偏远古蚤种团目前存在的问题进行了讨论.  相似文献

In a male-based revision of ants of the subfamily Amblyoponinae from the Southwest Indian Ocean islands (SWIO: Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mayotte, Reunion, and Seychelles), we explore and reconsider male morphological characters that distinguish genera within the group. Our investigation redefines Amblyopone Erichson sensu Brown (1960), here referred to as Amblyopone sensu lato, into three genera: Xymmer Santschi stat. rev.,Amblyopone sensu stricto, Stigmatomma Roger stat. rev. All species names under Amblyopone s. l. reassign into Xymmer and Amblyopone s. s., which are small, well-defined genera, and Stigmatomma, a large group with a generic delimitation that still needs further refinement. Based on a study of male mandible characters and our scenario for mandibular evolution of the worker caste within Amblyopone s. l, we conclude that Amblyopone s. s. nests outside of XMAS (Xymmer+Mystrium+Adetomyrma+Stigmatomma) clade. The following names are transferred from Amblyopone s. l. to Xymmer as comb. rev.: muticus. Персистентная природа вируса стерилйности и карликовостн овса (ВСКО) и вируса полосатости пшеницы (ВПП) изучалась также в опыте с личинками вектораCalligypona pellucida F. происходящими нз яиц, в условиях исключающих возможность их контаминации сосанием на зараженных вирусом растениях. Яйца происходили от самок из популяции, у которой в преодшествующем теете установелено 14,4% неинфекционных особей, 61,2% зараженных ВСКО, 1,9% зараженных ВПП и 22,5% зараженных одновременно ВСКО и ВПП. При индивидуальном несколько месяцев длившемся изучении инфекционности контрольных личинок, которые никогда не имели возможности сосать на зараженных вирусом растениях, ни одна личинка не перенесла ВСКО, несмотря на то, что им их родители в высокой степени (83,7%) заражены. Наоборот, 14,9% насекомых перенесло ВПП, которым их родители заражены в меньшей степени (24,4%). Опытные личинки, следовательно, приобрели ВПП от родительских самок трансовариально и в высокой степени. Это замечательное снойство позволило отличить ВПП от ВСКО, которые в Чехословакии выступают часто вместе. Личинки, которые прошли приобретающим сосанием на овсе вараженном ВПП, проявляли по сравнению с контрольными повышсние инфективиости на 61,6% носле происшествия срока, отвечающего 26–34-хдневной циркуляции вируса в теле нереносчика и на 98,2% после циркуляционного срока в 40–51 дней. В теле вектора, новиюимому, не имеет места интерферренция между ВСКО и ВПП, так как заражение цикады одним вирусом, повидиному, не являестя препятствием се заражению друтим. Перекрестной защиты между ВСКО и ВПП в растениях—хозяевах или не существует или она незначительна, так как растения могут страдать от обенх вирусов одновременно. Признаки одного вируса, однако, могут в разной стопени, перекрываться симптомами вируса другого.  相似文献
