中国蚱属二新种记述(蚱总科:蚱科)

记述采自云南省蚱属昆虫二新种,即南贡山蚱（Tetrix nangongshanensis sp．nov．）及大理蚱（Tetrix daliensis sp．nov）。模式标本保存于陕西师范大学动物研究所昆虫标本室。     

甘肃省蚱科--新种记述(直翅目:蚱总科)

记述了采自甘肃省蚱科一新种,即圆肩蚱（Tetrix tereeshumerus sp．nov．）。该新种近似于神农架蚱（Tetrix shenglonjiaensis Zheng,Li and Wei）,主要区别为：（1）头顶宽为1眼宽的2倍;（2）头顶前缘圆弧形,明显突出于眼前;（3）侧面观,颜面隆起在侧单眼前直;（4）前胸背板后突到达后足股节2／3处;（5）沟前区侧隆线平行;（6）肩角圆弧形;（7）肩部之间不具一对短纵隆线;（8）后翅到达后足股节中部;（9）中足股节明显大于前翅宽;（10）雌性下生殖板长大于宽。新种的模式标本保存于陕西师范大学动物研究所。     

云南微翅蚱属一新种记述(直翅目:蚱总科:蚱科)

记述采自云南丘北地区微翅蚱属1新种,即褐胫微翅蚱Alulatettix ochrotibis Deng and Zheng,sp.nov,.模式标本保存在陕西师范大学动物研究所标本室. 该新种近似于秦岭微翅蚱Alulatettix qinlingensis Deng,Zheng et Wei 2006,主要区别为:颜面降起在侧单眼之间不凹陷;颜面隆起纵沟的宽度略宽于触角基节的宽度;触角中段一节的长为宽的2.0～2.5倍;侧面观背板上缘略波状;沟前区侧隆线向后收缩.其与断隆微翅蚱Alulatettix interrupta Deng,Zheng et Wei 2006也相似,但头顶的宽度宽于一眼宽的1.6倍,前胸背板中隆线全长完整;沟前区侧隆线向后收缩;肩部之间不具1对短纵隆线. 正模:♂,云南丘北(锦屏),1 400 m,2006-Ⅷ-05,邓维安采;副模:1♂,同正模.     

A new species of Ripipteryx from Belize with a key to the species of the Scrofulosa Group (Orthoptera, Ripipterygidae)

A new species of the genus Ripipteryx (Orthoptera: Tridactyloidea: Ripipterygidae) from the Toledo District of southern Belize is described and illustrated. Ripipteryx mopanasp. n. is placed in the Scrofulosa Group based on its elaborately ornamented frons and is readily distinguished from its congeners by the fusion of the superior and inferior frontal folds to form a nasiform median process, the epiproct with both anterior and posterior margins emarginate, the subgenital plate with distinct lateroapical depressions either side of the median line, the basal plate of the phallus strongly bilobed apically, and the development of well-demarcated denticular lobes in the dorsal endophallic valves. A preliminary key to the species of the Scrofulosa Group is provided.     

Two new species of the genus Eotmethis from China (Orthoptera: Acridioidea: Pamphagidae)

Two new species of the genus Eotmethis Bey-Bienko, 1948 are described in this paper, namely E. daqingshanensis sp. nov. and E. gansuensis sp. nov. from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Gansu Province, respectively. The type specimens of the new species are deposited in College of Life Sciences, Hebei University, Baoding, China.     

Taxonomic study of the genus Deltonotus Hancock (Orthoptera: Cladonotidae) with description of a new species

The genus Deltonotus Hancock, 1904 was reviewed, including one new species, D. wuzhishanensis sp. nov. A key to species of the genus Deltonotus Hancock, 1904 is given. The type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Shaanxi Normal University.     

Two new species of grasshopper from China (Orthoptera:Pyrgomorphidae)

The genus Chlorizeina Brunner von Wattenwyl, 1893 is firstly recorded for China. Two new species, Chlorizeina yunnana sp. nov. and Tagasta nigritibia sp. nov. are reported from China. All specimens are deposited in the Biological Science Museum, Dali University(BMDU).

本记述采自福建武夷山地区蝗虫二新种,即曲缘卵翅蝗Caryanaa curvbnargina sp．n．亚武夷山雏蝗Chorthip pus wuyishanensis sp．n．     

Description of a new species of the genus Tribasodites Jeannel (Coleoptera, Staphylinidae, Pselaphinae) from East China with a key to world species

A remarkable new species of the genus Tribasodites, 1960, Tribasodites spinacaritussp. n. is described and illustrated from Zhejiang Province, East China. A key to world species of the genus is provided. Systematic position of the new taxon is discussed.     

Two new species of the genus Gieysztoria (Rhabdocoela: Dalyelliidae) from China

Two new turbellarian species, Gieysztoria shantouensis Zhang, Li Wang, sp. nov. and G. huizhouensis Zhang, Wu Wang, sp. nov. are described, which were collected from ditches in Shantou and Dongjiang River, Huizhou of Guangdong Province, respectively. G. macrovariata(Weise, 1942) was firstly recorded in China. All specimens examined were deposited in National Zoological Museum, Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China.     

The genus Andraca (Lepidoptera, Endromidae) in China with descriptions of a new species

The six species of the genus Andraca Walker hitherto known from China are reviewed, and a new species, Andraca gongshanensis, sp. n., described from Yunnan Province, China. Adults and male genitalia of all examined species are illustrated, together with a distributional map. A key to all seven Chinese Andraca species is provided. The types of the new species are deposited in SCAU (South China Agricultural University, Guangzhou, China) and HUNAU (Hunan Agricultural University, Changsha, China).     

Records of Hedotettix and Teredorus in Thailand with the description of three new species (Orthoptera,Tetrigidae)

We are studying the fungi associated with insects in northern Thailand and as a result several rarely collected insect species have been uncovered. The genera Hedotettix with one new species and Teredorus with two new species are reported from Thailand. Hedotettix triangularis Zha & Hyde, sp. n., Teredorus chiangraiensis Zha & Hyde, sp. n. and Teredorus combfemorus Zha & Hyde, sp. n. are introduced, described and photographed and compared with other species. Keys to species of Hedotettix and Teredorus from Thailand are provided.     

Two new species of genus Rhopalopsole (Insecta, Plecoptera, Leuctridae) from China

Two new species of Rhopalopsole Klapálek from China are described: Rhopalopsole exiguspina Du & Qian, sp. n. and Rhopalopsole ampulla Du & Qian, sp. n., which were collected in Guizhou province, China.

记述采自广东省北部南岭山区蚱总科2新种,即短翼蚱科的齿股玛蚱Mazarredia serrifemura,sp.nov.及蚱科的南岭台蚱Formosatettix ngnlingensis,sp.nov..模式标本保存于陕西师范大学动物研究所.     

The genus Meiothrips Priesner (Thysanoptera, Phlaeothripidae, Idolothripinae) with a key and a new species from China

The genus Meiothrips Priesneris reviewed, with Meiothrips fuscicrussp. n., and Meiothrips nepalensis Kudo & Ananthakrishnan recorded and described from China, and a key provided to the five known species. COI sequences of the new species and Meiothrips nepalensis are also provided.     

Two new species of the stonefly genus Amphinemura (Insecta,Plecoptera, Nemouridae) from China

Two new species of the genus Amphinemura Ris from China are described and illustrated, i.e. A. annulata Du & Ji, sp. n. from Zhejiang, Shanxi, Shaanxi and Guizhou Province, and A. lingulata Du & Wang, sp. n. from Shaanxi and Sichuan Province. A. annulata is similar to A. tricintusidens Wang & Zhu in having an apical cavity of the epiproct, but the epiproct ventral sclerite and the median paraproct lobe of the two species are different. A. lingulata is related to A. didyma Zhu & Yang in having the similar epiproct, but they differ mostly in paraproct median and outer lobes.     

Taxonomic revision of the genus Phryganogryllacris (Orthoptera: Gryllacrididae) from China

A taxonomic revision of the genus Phryganogryllacris Karny, 1937 is provided. Twelve species of the genus from China are recorded, including 5 species described as new to science, namely P. sichuanensis Li, Liu Li, sp. nov., P. parva Li, Liu Li, sp. nov., P. truncata Li, Liu Li, sp. nov., P. interrupta Li, Liu Li, sp. nov. and P. longicerca Li, Liu Li, sp. nov. Two new combinations are also reported here, P. gialai(Gorochov, 2004)(Vietnam) comb. nov. and P. alia(Gorochov, 2004)(Vietnam) comb. nov. A key to Chinese species of the genus was provided.
