落叶松毛虫Dendrolimus superans (Butler)蛹个体较大, 具有很高利用价值。为明确东北落叶松毛虫蛹中脂肪酸成分, 探讨最佳提取溶剂和提取方法的组合, 分别以正己烷、 石油醚和乙醚为提取溶剂, 结合超声波振荡萃取法、 索氏萃取法及溶剂萃取方法热浸和冷浸4种提取方法提取落叶松毛虫蛹油, 并采用毛细管色谱-质谱法分析提取物的脂肪酸种类和相对含量。结果表明: 正己烷溶剂与4种提取方法的组合中, 溶剂萃取热浸法提取率最高, 为25.60%。索氏萃取及溶剂萃取方法热浸和冷浸均检测到10种脂肪酸, 正己烷-超声波振荡萃取组合检测到9种脂肪酸。石油醚溶剂与4种提取方法的组合中, 索氏萃取提取率最高, 为29.31%, 均检测到10种脂肪酸。乙醚溶剂与4种提取方法的组合中, 溶剂萃取冷浸法提取率最高, 为29.11%, 检测到的脂肪酸种类为溶剂萃取冷浸法(13种)>索氏萃取法(12种)>溶剂萃取热浸法(11种)>超声波振荡萃取法(9种)。在检测到的总脂肪酸中, 63%以上为不饱和脂肪酸, 其含量受提取溶剂和方法的影响不大。因此, 适合东北落叶松毛虫蛹中脂肪酸提取的最佳组合为石油醚溶剂 索氏萃取法。  相似文献

Abstract

Watermelon seed is the potential source of value-added proteins, oils, and carbohydrates. The present study evaluates the extraction, and functional properties of watermelon seed protein (WMSP) obtained by ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) method from watermelon seed (WMS). The optimization of various operating parameters, such as pH (9), WMS powder to solvent ratio (1:50 w/v), temperature (30?±?2?°C), ultrasound power (90?W), frequency (25?kHz), and duty cycle (75%) has been carried out. The extraction yield obtained was 87% and the extraction time was lowered down to 9?min from 120?min of conventional batch extraction. It contains all essential amino acids in an adequate amount required for adults as per FAO/WHO guidelines while for 2–5?years old children, the content of valine and isoleucine are above the required range. Methionine and lysine contents are adequate for both children and adults. Functional properties of ultrasonic extracted proteins were found superior to conventionally extracted proteins.

为研究超临界CO2萃取茉莉花蕾获得精油的最佳工艺及抗氧化活性,实现资源的综合利用。实验考察了夹带剂用量、原料颗粒大小、萃取压力、萃取温度和动态萃取时间对茉莉精油产率的影响,进一步以响应面实验设计优化挥发油的提取工艺参数,以GC-MS分析挥发油组成及相对含量,并测定精油清除DPPH自由基及还原铁离子能力。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为:夹带剂乙醇用量为0.2mL/g,花粉颗粒为40目,萃取压力20MPa,萃取温度46℃,动态萃取时间1.6h。在此条件下茉莉精油的产率为13.67%,远高于同时蒸馏萃取法(2.87%)和超声辅助提取(2.45%)。超临界萃取精油的主要香气成分与茉莉鲜花基本一致,并且具有较好的清除自由基和还原铁离子能力。实验证明超临界萃取技术提取茉莉花蕾得到茉莉精油品质高,可为其资源综合利用提供参考。  相似文献

A method for the extraction of the alkaloids colchicine, 3-demethylcolchicine and colchicoside from seeds of Colchicum autumnale by supercritical carbon dioxide has been established. Several parameters such as pressure, temperature, percentage of modifier and extraction time have been examined. Two extraction steps with constant carbon dioxide density (0.90 g/mL) and flux (1.5 mL/min) were required to extract the alkaloids in 110 min using 3% methanol as modifier. The quantitative determination of the alkaloids was performed by HPLC; the percentages of recovery were higher than 98% for the three alkaloids. This extraction procedure was compared with a conventional method involving maceration and sonication, and the same levels of alkaloids were obtained in each case. The supercritical carbon dioxide method is, however, very efficient, more rapid and more environmentally friendly than conventional methods.  相似文献

This paper reports the results of supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO2) extraction of β-carotene from Dunaliella salina as potential alternative to conventional organic solvent extraction. In pilot-scale scCO2 experiments, the pressure, temperature, and co-solvent concentration were varied. The supercritical extraction at 500 bar, 70 °C, and 10 wt% ethanol as co-solvent yielded in the highly efficient pigment recovery of over 90%. Techno-economic assessment demonstrated higher energy consumption for the scCO2 extraction that was compensated by lower solvent costs. Thus, comparable pigment production costs to the reference extraction with n-hexane were estimated for the scCO2 process. Due to the green solvent properties of scCO2 and ethanol, this approach is highly promising for extraction of algal biomass in industrial scale.

This study aimed to improve the extraction rate of paclitaxel from Taxus cuspidata in order to determine the most effective combination of ultrasonic extraction and thin-layer chromatography–ultraviolet (TLC-UV) rapid separation method. The study was performed using the Box–Behnken test design to conduct single-factor experiments using ultrasonic extraction of paclitaxel from Taxus cuspidata. The study showed ethanol to be the best extraction solvent. When mixed with dichloromethane (1:1), the ratio of material to liquid was 1:50 when using an ultrasonic time of 1 hr at a power of 200 W. The correction coefficient K for the separation and detection of paclitaxel using the TLC-UV spectrophotometric method was 0.009152. Multifactor experiments determined the effect of the rate of liquid to material (X1), ultrasonic time (X2), and ultrasonic power (X3) on extraction using extraction volume as the dependent variable. Response surface analysis allowed a regression equation to be obtained, with the optimal conditions for extraction when the rate of liquid to material was 53.23 mL/g as an ultrasonic time of 1.11 hr and an ultrasonic power of 207.88 W. Using these parameters, the average amount of extracted paclitaxel was about 130.576 µg/g, which was significantly better than for other extraction methods.  相似文献

Psidium guajava leaves are rich in health-promoting flavonoids compounds. For better utilization of the resource, the ultrasound-assisted aqueous extraction was investigated using Box-Behnken design under response surface methodology. A high coefficient of determination (R2?=?97.8%) indicated good agreement between the experimental and predicted values of flavonoids yield. The optimal extraction parameters to obtain the highest total flavonoids yield were ultrasonic power of 407.41?W, extraction time of 35.15?min, and extraction temperature of 72.69?°C. The average extraction rate of flavonoids could reach 5.12% under the optimum conditions. Besides, HPLC analysis and field emission scanning electron microscopy indicated that the ultrasonic treatment did not change the main component of flavonoids during extraction process and the higher flavonoids content was attributed by the disruption of the cell walls of guava particles. Thus, the extraction method could be applied successfully for large-scale extraction of total flavonoids from guava leaves.  相似文献

Copper sulfide (CuS) thin films have been used in many applications such as solar cells, photo-thermal, electro-conductive, and microwave shielding. In this work, copper sulfide thin films were deposited on glass and silicon substrates by thermal evaporation of in situ synthesized CuS powder. XRD analysis of these films revealed a single-crystal structure, AFM measurements indicated the films have a surface roughness (14.1 nm) and agglomerates of multiple monocrystalline particles with average size (66 nm), and the optical properties were investigated by UV-Vis spectrophotometer showing the films have high transmission (>80%) in the visible region and low absorbance with wide energy gap (3.813 eV). This novel structure with outstanding optical properties makes it very promising optical materials in optoelectronics.

Context: Current laboratory parameters provide limited information about the prognosis of severely injured patients; therefore, novel laboratory parameters are needed.

Materials and methods: We compared the morphological parameters of neutrophils and lymphocytes, and white blood cell (WBC) differential count between survivors and nonsurvivors within 7 days after admission. Multiple logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify independent prognostic factors for 7-day in-hospital mortality.

Results: Neutrophil cell size was significantly different between survivors and nonsurvivors (p = 0.04), whereas WBC count and differential were not significantly different. Multiple logistic regression showed that neutrophil cell size was a significant predictor of poor outcome.

Conclusions: Neutrophil cell size at admission is a prognostic factor for 7-day in-hospital mortality in severely injured trauma patients, whereas conventional WBC count and differential have no prognostic value.  相似文献

Echolocating bats can not only extract spatial information from the auditory analysis of their ultrasonic emissions, they can also discriminate, classify and identify the three-dimensional shape of objects reflecting their emissions. Effective object recognition requires the segregation of size and shape information. Previous studies have shown that, like in visual object recognition, bats can transfer an echo-acoustic object discrimination task to objects of different size and that they spontaneously classify scaled versions of virtual echo-acoustic objects according to trained virtual-object standards. The current study aims to bridge the gap between these previous findings using a different class of real objects and a classification—instead of a discrimination paradigm. Echolocating bats (Phyllostomus discolor) were trained to classify an object as either a sphere or an hour-glass shaped object. The bats spontaneously generalised this classification to objects of the same shape. The generalisation cannot be explained based on similarities of the power spectra or temporal structures of the echo-acoustic object images and thus require dedicated neural mechanisms dealing with size-invariant echo-acoustic object analysis. Control experiments with human listeners classifying the echo-acoustic images of the objects confirm the universal validity of auditory size invariance. The current data thus corroborate and extend previous psychophysical evidence for sonar auditory-object normalisation and suggest that the underlying auditory mechanisms following the initial neural extraction of the echo-acoustic images in echolocating bats may be very similar in bats and humans.  相似文献

Microalgae are capable of producing up to 70% w/w triglycerides with respect to their dry cell weight. Since microalgae utilize the greenhouse gas CO2, they can be cultivated on marginal lands and grow up to ten times faster than terrestrial plants, the generation of algae oils is a promising option for the development of sustainable bioprocesses, that are of interest for the chemical lubricant, cosmetic and food industry. For the first time we have carried out the optimization of supercritical carbon dioxide (SCCO2) mediated lipid extraction from biomass of the microalgae Scenedesmus obliquus and Scenedesmus obtusiusculus under industrrially relevant conditions. All experiments were carried out in an industrial pilot plant setting, according to current ATEX directives, with batch sizes up to 1.3 kg. Different combinations of pressure (7–80 MPa), temperature (20–200 °C) and CO2 to biomass ratio (20–200) have been tested on the dried biomass. The most efficient conditions were found to be 12 MPa pressure, a temperature of 20 °C and a CO2 to biomass ratio of 100, resulting in a high extraction efficiency of up to 92%. Since the optimized CO2 extraction still yields a crude triglyceride product that contains various algae derived contaminants, such as chlorophyll and carotenoids, a very effective and scalable purification procedure, based on cost efficient bentonite based adsorbers, was devised. In addition to the sequential extraction and purification procedure, we present a consolidated online-bleaching procedure for algae derived oils that is realized within the supercritical CO2 extraction plant.

This work was aimed at evaluating the feasibility of a remediation treatment performed by means of a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction on a sandy soil recently contaminated by light polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.

The soil utilized in this study was artificially contaminated by naphthalene and anthracene. The artificial contamination process was intended to simulate a recent accidental spillage of hydrocarbon fuels.

Several extractions, aimed at singling out the operating parameters (pressure, temperature, supercritical fluid mass flow rate) that are able to obtain the residual required concentration (50 mg/kg dry soil) in the shortest time, were carried out on a on-purpose made system.

The best extraction conditions were 120 bar and 40°C for a naphthalene contaminated soil and 200 bar and 80–100°C for an anthracene contaminated soil.

The results obtained in the experimental tests made it possible to build an analytical model able to correlate, for the given soil, the extraction length to the operating parameters such as supercritical fluid density, temperature and mass flow rate.

In order to evaluate the economic feasibility of the process, a unit treatment cost was evaluated for the case of an extraction carried out in a 10 m3 reactor in the presence of the best extraction conditions that were previously determined. The extraction unit cost was therefore equal to 35 000–65 000 €/t for a soil with a starting contaminant concentration equal to 1000 mg/kg of dry soil.  相似文献

Capsule Breeding performance was not affected, although variation in nestbox occupancy may result from perceived differences in protection from predators and insulation properties.

Aim To assess if nestboxes of different construction and colour were occupied differently by breeding tits and affected breeding success.

Methods A total of 292 nestboxes of different construction and colour were placed in a range of habitats and their occupancy, and the clutch size, brood size and number of young fledged of the birds that used them were measured.

Results Overall 272 tit nests were included in the analysis. Although there were species-related differences in the occupancy of the different types of nestboxes, more tits nested in the boxes constructed from woodcrete (64% of nests) compared to the wooden boxes (36%). More tits nested in green (72%) rather than brown boxes (28%) and in boxes with entrance holes (68%) rather than wedges (32%). The clutch size, brood size and number of young fledged did not vary in relation to nestbox type.

Conclusion Within the parameters of the experimental design of this study, tits are more likely to nest in woodcrete boxes than in wooden boxes, and in wooden boxes that are green and have holes rather than brown boxes with wedge entrances. It is likely that the smaller internal volume, internal darkness, insulating properties and perceived protection from predation were the reasons for these differences.  相似文献

The rumen fermentation rates in individual lactating cows were measured in four different experiments. The results disclosed that the amounts and proportions of volatile acids formed could vary widely. In one case, a marked difference in the proportions of the acids produced arose within the experiment and correlated with a difference in the proportion of methane formed.

The average rate of production per day was 10.5 moles butyric acid, 12.8 moles propionic acid, and 40 moles acetic acid. Manometric estimations of rate gave lower results than those obtained by the zero-time method, due to delay after sampling and to failure of the acids to liberate stoichiometric quantities of carbon dioxide.

For those experiments in which zero-time rates were estimated, the average specific absorption rates, i.e., the amount absorbed per hour per micromole of acid in the rumen, were 0.37 for butyric acid, 0.38 for propionic acid, and 0.26 for acetic acid.

The carbon dioxide, acids, and microbial cells produced in the rumen fermentation are estimated to account for about 90% of the carbon found in the milk and respiratory CO2 of the cows. The carbon dioxide from the fermentation was about 27% of the carbon dioxide exhaled.

应用超声提取与传统热溶剂回流法提取南瓜子油,通过正交实验法考察了料液比、提取时间和超声功率3个因素对提取率的影响,得到了最佳超声提取工艺条件:料液比为1∶15(w/v),提取时间为0.5 h,超声功率为250 W,优化条件下提取率为50.8%,对照热溶剂回流提取法的提取率49.9%(6.0 h);南瓜子油的GC-MS分析结果显示两种方法对南瓜子油成分无明显影响;超声提取的南瓜子油酸价(1.51 mg·g-1)低于热溶剂回流提取法(3.25 mg·g-1)。上述结果表明超声提取南瓜子油与热溶剂提取法比较具有操作简便、省时和低酸价的优点。  相似文献

以余甘叶为试材,利用超声波辅助提取余甘叶黄酮,研究料液比、乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声功率对黄酮提取率的影响,并在单因素试验的基础上,通过响应面分析法优化提取工艺。结果表明,余甘叶中黄酮最佳超声提取条件为:料液比1∶73、乙醇浓度50%、超声时间30 min、超声功率210 W,在此条件下黄酮实际提取率为19.51%。  相似文献

Capsule Between 1981 and 2008 population size was stable, but there were negative trends in breeding parameters.

Aims To determine the current status and long‐term population trend of an isolated breeding population of Bearded Vultures Gypaetus barbatus (Corsica, Mediterranean).

Methods The total Bearded Vulture population was monitored between 1981 and 2008.

Results The current effective breeding population size of Bearded Vultures in Corsica is ten pairs/trios with a slight increase of one to two pairs since 1983. The population is currently estimated at 25 individuals. Breeding parameters (laying rate, breeding success and productivity) have decreased significantly over the full 28‐year study period, although the decrease was not significant when the data set was restricted to 1988–2008. A mean of 60.3% (n = 204) of pairs have laid, but this proportion is highly variable between years. Productivity has been very low (0.16 young/pair/year, n = 233). Breeding parameters of the Corsican population of Bearded Vultures are very low compared with those of other western European populations in the Pyrenees.

Conclusions This isolated insular population is of small size (eight to ten pairs/trios) but shows a stability of distribution and numbers, but low (and decreasing) breeding rates, making this insular population one the most threatened in Europe.  相似文献

采用热水浸提和超声辅助法提取白术多糖,研究白术多糖的总还原能力以及对超氧阴离子(O2-·)、羟基自由基(·OH)、1,1-二苯基-2-苦苯肼自由基(DPPH·)的清除作用.结果表明:超声频率80 kHz,功率220 W时,白术多糖提取率达到最大(8.017%),明显高于热水浸提法所得(6.832%).白术多糖对·OH和DPPH·具有较强的清除作用,随着质量浓度的升高,·OH清除率呈上升趋势.超声功率和频率均对白术多糖的抗氧化活性有影响且超声功率的影响较大.随着超声功率的提高,白术多糖清除·OH的能力增强,但对O2-·的清除能力影响较弱.  相似文献

In this study, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction (SC-CO2) technology was developed to extract the active components (such as antioxidants) from a novel microalga, Chlorella vulgaris C-C, due to its superior advantages over conventional solvent or ultrasonic extraction methods. Using SC-CO2 and ultrasonic extractions, the polyphenol contents of C. vulgaris C-C were 13.40 and 0.46 (mggallic acid/g lyophilized extract), respectively. The flavonoid content obtained from SC-CO2 (3.18 mgquercetin/g lyophilized extract) was also significantly higher than from ultrasonic extraction (0.86 mgquercetin/g lyophilized extract). Investigation of C. vulgaris C-C extract from SC-CO2 indicates strong antioxidant activities in radical scavenging, ferric reducing power and metal chelating abilities. In cell proliferation assay, the extract of C. vulgaris C-C inhibits human lung cancer H1299, A549, and H1437 cells in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, the treatment with extracts of C. vulgaris C-C effectively reduced the migration of tumor cells, suggesting the potential of using the C. vulgaris C-C extract to inhibit lung cancer metastasis.  相似文献

Abstract

High yield and selectivity in the intramolecular synthesis of the macrocyclic lactone oxacyclohexadecan-2-one were achieved via a straightforward biocatalytic synthesis utilising non-conventional solvents: supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO2), ethane, fluoroform and 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane. Batch and continuous syntheses were demonstrated with a higher yield attained in a continuous synthesis using in-situ product extraction by scCO2. A remarkably high yield was obtained in 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane at batch conditions.  相似文献
