1. In order to investigate the distribution of myotoxin isoforms in the snake Bothrops asper, venoms from individual specimens were analyzed by a cathodic electrophoretic system for basic proteins under native conditions. 2. The electrophoretic system resolved at least five bands with slight differences in mobility, corresponding to the fastest migrating proteins in the venom. The identity of the bands was confirmed by immunoblotting, using a rabbit anti-myotoxin serum. 3. There were clear differences in the individual patterns of myotoxin isoform expression, both in specimens from the Atlantic and Pacific regions of Costa Rica. Some individuals possessed all five variants. 4. In agreement with previous reports, the venoms of ten newborn (less than 10 days of age) specimens completely lacked myotoxin bands, indicating an ontogenetic regulation in the expression of these toxins in B. asper. 5. One of the bands, corresponding to the lysine-49 phospholipase myotoxin II, was the only isoform present in all individuals studied, suggesting a possible selective pressure for the conservation of this type of protein in the venom of B. asper.  相似文献

A toxic phospholipase A was isolated from the venom of Bothrops asper. It induced skeletal muscle damage, anticoagulant effects and edema in the foot pad. The toxin had an intravenous LD50 of 95 micrograms/16-18 g mouse body wt and an intraventricular LD50 of 0.42 micrograms/16-18 g mouse body wt. Upon intramuscular and intravenous injections, the toxin induced a prominent increase in serum creatine kinase (CK) levels; only the CK-MM isozyme increased markedly. The toxin induced CK and creatine release from skeletal muscle incubated in vitro. The rate of efflux of creatine was higher than that of CK, although both markers were partially released as early as 15 min after incubation. The toxin also induced elevation of serum levels of lactic dehydrogenase isozymes. However, histological examination of skeletal muscle, kidneys, heart and lungs revealed cell damage only in skeletal muscle. The toxin was not cytotoxic to erythrocytes, lymphocytes or macrophages. In addition, it did not induce a mitogenic response on lymphocytes. In the absence of albumin in the medium, there was no significant difference between myotoxic activities in Ca2+-free and Ca2+-containing bathing solutions. However, when albumin was added, there was a significantly higher myotoxic effect in the presence of Ca2+. Thus, although phospholipolytic activity of the toxin plays a role in muscle damage when albumin is present, the toxin induces muscle damage even when phospholipase A activity is inhibited.  相似文献

Background

Envenomations by the snake Bothrops asper represent a serious medical problem in Central America and parts of South America. These envenomations concur with drastic local tissue pathology, including a prominent edema. Since lymph flow plays a role in the maintenance of tissue fluid balance, the effect of B. asper venom on collecting lymphatic vessels was studied.

Methodology/Principal Findings

B. asper venom was applied to mouse mesentery, and the effects were studied using an intravital microscopy methodology coupled with an image analysis program. B. asper venom induced a dose-dependent contraction of collecting lymphatic vessels, resulting in a reduction of their lumen and in a halting of lymph flow. The effect was reproduced by a myotoxic phospholipase A2 (PLA2) homologue isolated from this venom, but not by a hemorrhagic metalloproteinase or a coagulant thrombin-like serine proteinase. In agreement with this, treatment of the venom with fucoidan, a myotoxin inhibitor, abrogated the effect, whereas no inhibition was observed after incubation with the peptidomimetic metalloproteinase inhibitor Batimastat. Moreover, fucoidan significantly reduced venom-induced footpad edema. The myotoxic PLA2 homologue, known to induce skeletal muscle necrosis, was able to induce cytotoxicity in smooth muscle cells in culture and to promote an increment in the permeability to propidium iodide in these cells.

Conclusions/Significance

Our observations indicate that B. asper venom affects collecting lymphatic vessels through the action of myotoxic PLA2s on the smooth muscle of these vessels, inducing cell contraction and irreversible cell damage. This activity may play an important role in the pathogenesis of the pronounced local edema characteristic of viperid snakebite envenomation, as well as in the systemic biodistribution of the venom, thus representing a potential therapeutical target in these envenomations.  相似文献

The pathological alterations induced by neuwiedase, a 22 kDa class P-I metalloproteinase from the venom of the South American pit viper Bothrops neuwiedi, were studied in mice. Neuwiedase was devoid of hemorrhagic activity when tested in the skin up to a dose of 200 microgram, and also after intramuscular injection in the gastrocnemius. However, it induced bleeding when applied onto the mouse cremaster muscle in intravital microscopy experiments, and caused pulmonary hemorrhage when injected intravenously at doses higher than 5 microgram/g. Median lethal dose (LD(50)) by the intravenous route was 5 microgram/g, whereas LD(50) of crude venom was 0.47 microgram/g. After intramuscular injection, neuwiedase induced a mild myotoxic effect, evidenced histologically and by the increment in plasma creatine kinase activity, but it was devoid of hemorrhagic and thrombotic effects. In contrast, crude B. neuwiedi venom induced prominent hemorrhage and myonecrosis in gastrocnemius muscle. Both venom and neuwiedase induced an inflammatory reaction in muscle tissue characterized by abundant polymorphonuclear leukocytes. Moreover, a conspicuous edema developed in the foot pad after subcutaneous injection of neuwiedase. Anti-neuwiedase antibodies produced in rabbits were effective in the neutralization of hemorrhagic activity of crude venom, evidencing immunological cross-reactivity between neuwiedase and other hemorrhagic metalloproteinases present in the venom, and suggesting that metalloproteinases devoid of, or having low, hemorrhagic activity could be good immunogens to generate antibodies effective against high molecular mass metalloproteinasas having potent hemorrhagic activity. It is concluded that neuwiedase, despite its lack of hemorrhagic effect when injected in the gastrocnemius muscle, contributes to local tissue damage by inducing edema, inflammatory infiltrate and mild myotoxicity, and by degrading extracellular matrix components. In addition, large doses of neuwiedase may contribute to pulmonary bleeding  相似文献

We have shown that the stimulation of beta-adrenoceptors is an important step in venom production in the Bothrops jararaca venom gland. In the present study, the pharmacological profile of the beta-adrenoceptor present in Bothrops jararaca venom gland was characterized by radioligand binding assay and by the ability of isoprenaline to promote accumulation of cyclic AMP in dispersed secretory cells. In both cases, the venom glands were obtained from non-extracted snakes (quiescent stage) or from snakes which venom was extracted 4 days before sacrifice (venom production stimulated stage). [125I]-iodocyanopindolol ([125I]-ICYP) bound to extracted gland membranes in a concentration-dependent and saturable manner, but with low affinity. Propranolol, beta1- or beta2-selective adrenoceptors ligands displaced the [125I]-ICYP binding with low affinity, while selective beta3-adrenoceptor ligands did not displace the [125I]-ICYP binding. The displacement of [125I]-ICYP by propranolol was similar in non-extracted and extracted glands, showing the presence of beta-adrenoceptors in both stages. In dispersed secretory cells of non-extracted glands, isoprenaline (1 microM) increased the cyclic AMP production and propranolol (10 microM) was able to block this effect. On the other hand, in extracted glands, isoprenaline had no effect. The results suggest that the beta-adrenoceptors present in the Bothrops jararaca venom glands are different from those (beta1, beta2 or beta3) described in mammals, but are coupled to the Gs protein, like the known beta-adrenoceptor subtypes. Moreover, previous in vivo stimulation of venom production desensitizes the beta-adrenoceptors system and, although the receptors could be detected by binding studies, they are not coupled to the Gs protein, indicating that beta-adrenoceptors stimulation contributes to the initial steps of venom synthesis.  相似文献

The venom of the snake Bothrops asper, the most important poisonous snake in Central America, evokes an inflammatory response, the mechanisms of which are not well characterized. The objectives of this study were to investigate whether B. asper venom and its purified toxins--phospholipases and metalloproteinase--activate the complement system and the contribution of the effect on leucocyte recruitment. In vitro chemotaxis assays were performed using Boyden's chamber model to investigate the ability of serum incubated with venom and its purified toxins to induce neutrophil migration. The complement consumption by the venom was evaluated using an in vitro haemolytic assay. The importance of complement activation by the venom on neutrophil migration was investigated in vivo by injecting the venom into the peritoneal cavity of C5-deficient mice. Data obtained demonstrated that serum incubated with crude venom and its purified metalloproteinase BaP-1 are able to induce rat neutrophil chemotaxis, probably mediated by agent(s) derived from the complement system. This hypothesis was corroborated by the capacity of the venom to activate this system in vitro. The involvement of C5a in neutrophil chemotaxis induced by venom-activated serum was demonstrated by abolishing migration when neutrophils were pre-incubated with antirat C5a receptor antibody. The relevance of the complement system in in vivo leucocyte mobilization was further demonstrated by the drastic decrease of this response in C5-deficient mice. Pre-incubation of serum with the soluble human recombinant complement receptor type 1 (sCR 1) did not prevent the response induced by the venom, but abolished the migration evoked by metalloproteinase-activated serum. These data show the role of the complement system in bothropic envenomation and the participation of metalloproteinase in the effect. Also, they suggest that the venom may contain other component(s) which can cause direct activation of C5a.  相似文献

Qualitative, semi-quantitative (immuno-electronmicroscopy), and quantitative (radioimmunoassay) measurements were made of the in vivo and in vitro expression of HLA-DR on continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) patients' peritoneal macrophages (M phi) and on healthy persons' blood monocytes (MO). In vivo, great variation is seen in both the qualitative and (semi-) quantitative expression of HLA-DR in peritoneal M phi. After culturing for 5 to 20 h, CAPD patients' M phi with low to intermediate numbers of HLA-DR molecules per cell (25-80 x 10(3] showed a two- to threefold enhancement of HLA-DR expression. This enhancement was determined for the total peritoneal cell (PC) population and for the adherent subpopulation of peritoneal M phi and blood MO. CAPD patients whose cells initially had high numbers of HLA-DR molecules (80-110 x 10(3] showed no or only slight enhancement of HLA-DR expression when cultured.  相似文献

The venom of Bothrops asper induces severe coagulation disturbances in accidentally envenomed humans. However, only few studies have been conducted to identify components that interact with the hemostatic system in this venom. In the present work, we fractionated B. asper venom in order to investigate the possible presence of inhibitors of platelet aggregation. Using a combination of gel filtration, anion-exchange chromatography, and reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography, we isolated an acidic protein which shows a single chain composition, with a molecular mass of approximately 8 kDa, estimated by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Its N-terminal sequence has high similarity to disintegrins isolated from different snake venoms, which are known to bind to cellular integrins such as the GPIIb/IIIa fibrinogen receptor on platelets. The purified protein exerted potent aggregation inhibitory activity on ADP-stimulated human platelets in vitro, with an estimated IC50 of 50 nM. This biological activity, together with the biochemical characteristics observed, demonstrate that the protein isolated from B. asper venom is a disintegrin, hereby named "bothrasperin". This is the first disintegrin isolated from Central American viperid snake species.  相似文献

We tested the capacity of leaf (Urera baccifera, Loasa speciosa, Urtica leptuphylla, Chaptalia nutans, and Satureja viminea) and root (Uncaria tomentosa) extracts to inhibit edema induced by Bothrops asper snake venom. Edema-forming activity was studied plethysmographically in the rat hind paw model. Groups of rats were injected intraperitoneally with various doses of each extract and, one hour later, venom was injected subcutaneously in the right hind paw. Edema was assessed at various time intervals. The edematogenic activity was inhibited in those animals that received an injection U. tomentosa, C. nutans or L. speciosa extract. The extract of U. baccifera showed a slight inhibition of the venom effect. Extract from S. viminea and, to a lesser extent that of U. leptuphylla, induced a pro-inflammatory effect, increasing the edema at doses of 250 mg/kg at one and two hours.  相似文献

The in vitro effects of BaltTX-I, a catalytically inactive Lys49 variant of phospholipase A2 (PLA2), and BaltTX-II, an Asp49 catalytically active PLA2 isolated from Bothrops alternatus snake venom, on thioglycollate-elicited macrophages (TG-macrophages) were investigated. At non-cytotoxic concentrations, the secretory PLA2 BaltTX-I but not BaltTX-II stimulated complement receptor-mediated phagocytosis. Pharmacological treatment of TG-macrophages with staurosporine, a protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor, showed that this kinase is involved in the increase of serum-opsonized zymosan phagocytosis induced by BaltTX-I but not BaltTX-II secretory PLA2, suggesting that PKC may be involved in the stimulatory effect of this toxin in serum-opsonized zymosan phagocytosis. Moreover, BaltTX-I and -II induced superoxide production by TG-macrophages. This superoxide production stimulated by both PLA2s was abolished after treatment of cells with staurosporine, indicating that PKC is an important signaling pathway for the production of this radical. Our experiments showed that, at non-cytotoxic concentrations, BaltTX-I may upregulate phagocytosis via complement receptors, and that both toxins upregulated the respiratory burst in TG-macrophages.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to investigate the involvement of caspases in apoptosis induced by l-amino acid oxidase isolated from Bothrops atrox snake venom. The isolation of LAAO involved three chromatographic steps: molecular exclusion on a G-75 column; ion exchange column by HPLC and affinity chromatography on a Lentil Lectin column. SDS-PAGE was used to confirm the expected high purity level of BatroxLAAO. It is a glycoprotein with 12% sugar and an acidic character, as confirmed by its amino acid composition, rich in “Asp and Glu” residues. It displays high specificity toward hydrophobic l-amino acids. The N-terminal amino acid sequence and internal peptide sequences showed close structural homology to other snake venom LAAOs. This enzyme induces in vitro platelet aggregation, which may be due to H2O2 production by LAAOs, since the addition of catalase completely inhibited the aggregation effect. It also showed cytotoxicity towards several cancer cell lines: HL60, Jurkat, B16F10 and PC12. The cytotoxicity activity was abolished by catalase. A fluorescence microscopy evaluation revealed a significant increase in the apoptotic index of these cells after BatroxLAAO treatment. This observation was confirmed by phosphatidyl serine exposure and activation of caspases. BatroxLAAO is a protein with various biological functions that can be involved in envenomation. Further investigations of its function will contribute to toxicology advances.  相似文献

Envenomations by the snake Bothrops asper are characterized by prominent local tissue damage (i.e. myonecrosis), blistering, hemorrhage and edema. Various phospholipases A2 and metalloproteinases that induce local pathological alterations have been purified from this venom. Since these toxins induce a conspicuous inflammatory response, it has been hypothesized that inflammatory mediators may contribute to the local pathological alterations described. This study evaluated the local production of cytokines and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) as a consequence of intramuscular injections of an Asp-49 myotoxic phospholipase A2 (myotoxin III (MT-III)) and a P-I type hemorrhagic metalloproteinase (BaP1) isolated from B. asper venom. Both enzymes induced prominent tissue alterations and conspicuous increments in interleukin (IL)-1beta, IL-6 and a number of MMPs, especially gelatinase MMP-9, rapidly after injection. In contrast, no increments in tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) and interferon-gamma were detected. In agreement, MT-III and BaP1 did not induce the synthesis of TNF-alpha by resident peritoneal macrophages in vitro. Despite the conspicuous expression of latent forms of MMPs in muscle, evidenced by zymography, there were no increments in activated MMP-2 and only a small increase in activated MMP-9, as detected by a functional enzymatic assay. This suggests that MMP activity was regulated by a highly controlled activation of latent forms and, probably, by a concomitant synthesis of MMP inhibitors. Since no hemorrhage nor dermonecrosis were observed after injection of MT-III, despite a prominent increase in MMP expression, and since inflammatory exudate did not enhance hemorrhage induced by BaP1, it is suggested that endogenous MMPs released in the tissue are not responsible for the dermonecrosis and hemorrhage characteristic of B. asper envenomation. Moreover, pretreatment of mice with the peptidomimetic MMP inhibitor batimastat did not reduce myotoxic nor edema-forming activities of MT-III, suggesting that MMPs do not play a prominent role in the pathogenesis of these effects in this experimental model. It is concluded that MT-III and BaP1 induce a local inflammatory response associated with the synthesis of IL-1beta, IL-6 and MMPs. MMPs do not seem to play a prominent role in the acute local pathological alterations induced by these toxins in this experimental model.  相似文献

Bothrops insularis is a threatened snake endemic to Queimada Grande Island, southern coast of S?o Paulo, Brazil, and the occurrence of sexual abnormalities in males, females and intersexes (females with functional ovaries and rudimentary hemipenis) has been reported in this population. The aim of this study was to identify ontogenetic shifts in protease expression of offspring of captive-bred B. insularis. Three neonates from a single litter were maintained at the facilities of Laboratory of Herpetology, Institute Butantan, for 41 months. The snakes were individually milked and venoms were analyzed both by SDS-PAGE, under reducing conditions, and for biochemical activities. The venoms from the mother and from a pool of adult specimens were used as references. In regard to the electrophoretic patterns, common bands were identified mainly between 14 and 50 kDa among snakes. The occurrence of proteolytic activity was noticed predominantly between 27 and 45 kDa in zymograms. Inhibitory assays with 1,10-phenantroline (10 mM) and PMSF (5 mM) showed that venoms possessed both metalloproteases and serine proteases. Venoms of young specimens showed a higher coagulant activity than those of adults, especially upon factors X and II. All venoms presented fibrino(geno)lytic activity, degrading Aalpha and Bbeta chains of fibrinogen, and lysing fibrin plate. These findings can reflect important individual, ontogenetic and sexual differences on venom composition and are likely correlated with diet habits of this species.  相似文献

BaP1 is a 22.7-kD P-I-type zinc-dependent metalloproteinase isolated from the venom of the snake Bothrops asper, a medically relevant species in Central America. This enzyme exerts multiple tissue-damaging activities, including hemorrhage, myonecrosis, dermonecrosis, blistering, and edema. BaP1 is a single chain of 202 amino acids that shows highest sequence identity with metalloproteinases isolated from the venoms of snakes of the subfamily Crotalinae. It has six Cys residues involved in three disulfide bridges (Cys 117-Cys 197, Cys 159-Cys 181, Cys 157-Cys 164). It has the consensus sequence H(142)E(143)XXH(146)XXGXXH(152), as well as the sequence C(164)I(165)M(166), which characterize the "metzincin" superfamily of metalloproteinases. The active-site cleft separates a major subdomain (residues 1-152), comprising four alpha-helices and a five-stranded beta-sheet, from the minor subdomain, which is formed by a single alpha-helix and several loops. The catalytic zinc ion is coordinated by the N(epsilon 2) nitrogen atoms of His 142, His 146, and His 152, in addition to a solvent water molecule, which in turn is bound to Glu 143. Several conserved residues contribute to the formation of the hydrophobic pocket, and Met 166 serves as a hydrophobic base for the active-site groups. Sequence and structural comparisons of hemorrhagic and nonhemorrhagic P-I metalloproteinases from snake venoms revealed differences in several regions. In particular, the loop comprising residues 153 to 176 has marked structural differences between metalloproteinases with very different hemorrhagic activities. Because this region lies in close proximity to the active-site microenvironment, it may influence the interaction of these enzymes with physiologically relevant substrates in the extracellular matrix.  相似文献

The effects of prostaglandins on the properties of mouse peritoneal macrophages namely spreading, adhesion and migration were investigated. PGE1 and PGE2 inhibit the spreading and adhesion of complete Freund's Adjuvant induced peritoneal macrophages significantly at concentrations of 1 ng per ml and above whereas they enhance the migration of these cells at concentrations of 100 ng per ml and above. PGA2 and PGB2 are less potent as they inhibit spreading and adhesion only at a concentration of 1 μg per ml. At this concentration PGB2 enhances migration whereas PGA2 has no effect. PGF has no effect on the spreading, adhesion and migration of macrophages in the concentration range of 0.1 ng to 1,000 ng per ml.  相似文献

The lethality neutralization assay performed in mice is the standard recommended by the World Health Organization to estimate antivenom potency. The interpretation of its results without considering its analytical capacity may lead to erroneous conclusions. Therefore, laboratories that manufacture or control antivenoms must demonstrate the appropriateness of their models. A study of the method used at Instituto Clodomiro Picado, Costa Rica, to estimate the potency of antivenoms against Bothrops asper snake venom was performed. Results show that venom doses ranging from 2 to 6 Median Lethal Doses (LD50) are appropriate to be used as challenge in this test. Variables such as the injection route, number of mice used per venom/antivenom level, and weight of the animals are critical in the estimation of the Median Effective Dose (ED50), whereas incubation time is not. The assay has an acceptable selectivity, linearity, and limits of detection and quantification. Accuracy of the lethality neutralization assay, expressed as percentage recovery, was between 71% and 127%. Intermediate precision, expressed as relative standard deviation, was ≤17%. It is concluded that the analytical characteristics of this assay are adequate enough to prove product compliance and to have statistical control over an industrial line of antivenom serial production.  相似文献

In this work we describe the isolation of a new l-amino acid oxidase (LAAO) referred to as BpirLAAO-I from Bothrops pirajai snake venom, which was highly purified using a combination of molecular exclusion, affinity, and hydrophobic chromatography steps. BpirLAAO-I homodimeric acid glycoprotein (approximate Mr and pI of 130,000 and 4.9, respectively) displays high specificity toward hydrophobic/aromatic amino acids, while deglycosylation does not alter its enzymatic activity. The N-terminal LAAO sequence of its first 49 amino acids presented a high similarity between a amino acid sequence with other LAAOs from: Bothrops spp., Crotalus spp., Calloselasma rhodostoma, Agkistrodon spp., Trimeresurus spp., Pseudechis australis, Oxyuranus scutellatus, and Notechis scutatus. BpirLAAO-I induces time-dependent platelet aggregation, mouse paw edema, cytotoxic activity against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Leishmania sp., and tumor cells, and also a typical fago (M13mp18) DNA fragmentation. Platelet aggregation, leishmanicidal and antitumoral activities were reduced by catalase. Thus, BpirLAAO-I is a multifunctional protein with promising biotechnological and medical applications.  相似文献

A prothrombin activator, named 'basparin A,' was isolated from the venom of the crotaline snake Bothrops asper, the species responsible for the majority of snakebite cases in Central America. It is an acidic (pI 5.4), 70kDa, single chain P-III metalloproteinase comprising, in addition to the metalloproteinase domain, disintegrin-like, and high-cysteine domains. Basparin A is a glycoprotein displaying immunological cross-reactivity with BaH1, a P-III hemorrhagic metalloproteinase isolated from the same venom. It activates prothrombin through the formation of meizothrombin, without requiring additional cofactors; it is, therefore, a class A snake venom prothrombin activator. In contrast with most venom metalloproteinases, it does not degrade components of the extracellular matrix. Apart from its clotting activity, basparin A inhibits collagen-dependent platelet aggregation in vitro, an effect that does not depend on proteolytic activity. Clotting activity on human plasma is not abrogated by the plasma proteinase inhibitors alpha(2) macroglobulin and murinoglobulin, whereas activity is completely inhibited by Costa Rican polyvalent (Crotalinae) anti-venom. Basparin A does not induce local tissue alterations, such as hemorrhage, myonecrosis, and edema, in mice. Moreover, it does not induce systemic hemorrhage, thrombocytopenia nor prolongation of the bleeding time following intravenous administration. At low doses, the only observed effect induced by basparin A, when injected intravenously or intramuscularly into mice, is defibrin(ogen)ation. At higher doses, intravenous administration resulted in sudden death due to numerous occluding thrombi in pulmonary vessels. Basparin A is likely to play an important role in the coagulopathy associated with B. asper envenoming.  相似文献

The lactose-binding lectin from Bothrops jararacussu venom (BJcuL) is a homodimer belonging to group VII of the c-type animal lectins. BJcuL has also been shown to serve as an interesting tool for combating tumor progression by inhibiting cancer and endothelial cell growth. However, detailed structural studies of BJcuL and its biological mechanisms of cytotoxicity are yet to be reported, perhaps because of the non-availability of recombinant proteins in necessary quantities. Intending to increase the present information about structural and consequently the understating of biological studies, the cDNA coding for BJcuL from a venom gland has been cloned and sequenced. The mature protein-coding region was amplified by PCR with specific oligonucleotides, and subcloned into the pET-15b vector to express the recombinant BJcuL in Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3). The deduced amino acid sequence exhibits a high degree of sequence identity with c-type lectins (CTLs) and c-type lectin-like domains (CTLDs). An insoluble and inactive 18.5-kDa protein was overexpressed after 1.0mM IPTG induction. The recombinant BJcuL was recovered and denatured in a buffer with 6M urea and purified on a nickel-affinity column. Protein refolding was carried out on this column, during procedure purification, followed by dialysis against CTBS and then by gel filtration for separation of the active dimmer. The refolding process of rBJcuL and the analysis of its structure were confirmed by biological assay, circular dichroism, and MALDI-TOF.  相似文献
