孙庄遗址位于河南省郑州市中原区孙庄村南,是分布在黄河中下游地区的一处仰韶文化晚期遗存。通过对遗址出土的10例保存基本完整的颅骨进行测量与观察后,得出以下结论:孙庄组的颅面部特征为高颅型与狭颅型相结合的颅型特点、中等偏大的面部扁平度、狭额型、中鼻型、低眶型、中面角属平颌型、犬齿窝和鼻根凹欠发达、颅顶缝简单等。孙庄组古代居民颅骨的形态特征归属于亚洲蒙古人种范围。颅骨形态学特征分析结果显示,孙庄组与亚洲蒙古人种近代华南组(R=1.26)关系最为密切,与近代蒙古组(R=1.80)和通古斯组(R=2.06)关系疏远;在与各新石器时代组的对比中,孙庄男性组与仰韶合并组(R=1.00)、庙子沟组(R=1.00)、西山组(R=1.07)、大汶口组(R=1.13)关系接近,孙庄女性组最接近于大汶口组(Dij=3.10)、徐堡组(Dij=4.58)和西山组(Dij=4.60)。综上,我们可知分布在黄河中下游地区的仰韶时代中晚期人群在颅面部特征上颇为一致,具有较高的同源性,应同属于"古中原类型"居民。  相似文献

磨盘山遗址是分布在云南省楚雄彝族自治州元谋盆地的一处新石器时代聚落。本文通过对遗址出土的6例新石器时代人骨的体质人类学研究,得出以下结论:磨盘山组颅骨的形态特征可以概括为中颅型与正颅型相结合,阔额型、阔上面型、阔鼻型、中眶型并伴有颇大的面部扁平度;磨盘山组应属于亚洲蒙古人种范畴,在次级分类比较中与南亚类型在鼻眶形态和上面部形态上表现出更多的相似性;在与亚洲蒙古人种各近代组的比较中,磨盘山组与广西壮族组关系最为密切,与蒙古组关系最为疏远;在与其他新石器对比组的比较中,磨盘山组与代表"古华南类型"的甑皮岩组、鲤鱼墩组和昙石山组表现出更多的一致性,与"古中原类型"和"古华北类型"关系疏远。  相似文献

双塔遗址是近年来松嫩平原先秦时期最为重要的考古发现,该遗址为建立白城西部乃至科尔沁沙地东部地区汉以前考古学文化的编年序列,廓清相关诸考古学文化的谱系关系,奠定了重要基础;为判断同类遗存年代提供了重要标尺,特别是东周时期人骨标本的发现,是迄今在科尔沁沙地东部地区发现的唯一一份保存较为完整的人骨资料。本文对出土9例东周时期的颅骨(男性6例,女性3例)进行了体质人类学的研究,该组颅骨在种族特征上可归入现代亚洲蒙古人种中的北亚人种范围。在若干古代和现代对比组中,双塔组东周时期居民的体质特征与井沟子东周时期居民、近代蒙古人最为接近,属于先秦时期我国北方地区的"古蒙古高原类型",佐证了这一时期该地区的人口流动。  相似文献

本文对云南宜良纱帽山滇文化墓地出土的颅骨进行了多项测量及非测量连续性性状观察。根据颅骨形态特征,纱帽山组古代居民应归入亚洲蒙古人种,并与东亚蒙古人种具有最多的一致性。通过与古代对比组对比发现,纱帽山组与时代较为接近的黄河中下游地区的瓦窑沟组关系最为密切,与西北地区青铜时代的火烧沟组关系较近。  相似文献

本文对潘庙遗址汉代墓葬出土的11例成年颅骨(男性7例,女性4例)进行了研究。颅骨的测量性状和非测量性状的分析表明,潘庙汉代居民在若干主要体质特征上具有亚洲蒙古人种的特点,并且与东亚蒙古人种最相近似。在潘庙汉代居民中存在着颅骨枕部人工变形的习俗,这一特点与大汶口文化的新石器时代居民颇为相似。  相似文献

河南省舞阳县贾湖村遗址是新石器时代早期文化遗存。根据非测量性特征,贾湖人具有一般蒙古人种的特点,其人种属性应归属于蒙古人种。根据测量性特征,贾湖人的体质特征主要表现在颅指数属于园颅型;颅长高指数Ⅰ和Ⅱ都属于高颅型;颅宽高指数属于中颅型;全面指数(M395)属于狭面型;上面指数(pr)属于中上面型;眶指数Ⅰ(mf-ek)和眶指数Ⅰ(d-ek)都属于中眶型;鼻指数属于中鼻形;腭指数属于阔腭型;枕大孔指数属于阔型;总面角属于平颌型(下限)。把贾湖人与其他新石器时代人组和现代人组(共15组,11个体质特征项目),运用多元统计分析方法的系统聚类、BIPLOT法及判别分析法加以统计并作比较分析,可把所比较群体划分为3大类群:①新石器时代组的北方类群;②新石器时代组的南方类群;③我国现代人类群。贾湖新石器时代人属于新石器时代组的北方类群。在新石器时代组的北方类群这个小范围内,贾湖新石器时代人的体质特征与本省内的下王岗新石器时代人的体质特征又较接近些。通过比较,可看到现代人类与新石器时代人类之间的区别大于现代南方人和现代北方人之间的区别;在从新石器时代人类向现代人类进化发展的几千年过程中,处于南方、北方地理位置上的人类在体质上的差异有趋于缩小的趋势; 此外 , 在此进化发展过程中 , 各地不同的新 石器时代人类基因的扩散速度、 范围和方向也都不尽相同。  相似文献

本文报道了江西毛茛属5个种的染色体数目及核型,其中猫爪草Ranuncunlus ternatus Thunb.(2n=4x=32;2n=2x=16=8m+2sm+6st),肉根毛茛R.Polii Franch.(2n=2x=16=8m+2sm+6st)和杨子毛茛R. sieboldii Miq.(2n=8x-1=63=15m+18sm+22st+8t)的染色体核型为首次报道。我们认为:(1)R. ternatus Thunb.和R. polii Franch.的核型十分相似,显示出有较近的关系。(2)毛茛属Ranunculus L. 中存在较多的多倍体复合体。(3)根据王文采(1980)系统划分的美丽毛莨组(Sect.Auricomus)植物的核型属2A型;石龙芮组(Sect.Hecatonia)植物的核型属2B型;毛茛组(Sect.Ranunculus)植物核型为3A或3B型。三个组在核型上的关系和形态上的关系相似。  相似文献

In this paper we discuss diet and health changes of millet agriculturists in Northern China, Shaanxi province, during the period 7,000-4,000 BP. An episode of intensive climatic oscillations that preceded the onset of colder climate circa the fifth millennium BP divides the period (Shi et al. [1993] Global Planet. Change 7:219-233). The onset of the cooler climate marks the decline of the egalitarian society of Yangshao and the rise of the chiefdom-like society of Longshan. Skeletal materials from the two sites of Beiliu and Jiangzhai are from the earlier phases of Yangshao culture (7,000-6,000 BP), while remains from the Shijia site were excavated from the terminal phase of Yangshao culture (6,000-5,000 BP), a phase that would be expected to show adjustments to strong climatic fluctuations. Human remains from the Longshan culture (5,000-4,000, BP) were found at the Kangjia site. In order to investigate whether the trajectory of diet and health changes persisted beyond the Longshan, a skeletal sample from the Xicun site of the Western Zhao Dynastic period (3,800-2,200 BP) is included in our analyses. All Yangshao sites in our study are characterized by low frequencies of anemia and carious lesions. Some subsistence changes probably occurred during the later phase of Yangshao culture that resulted in elevated masticatory stress and occlusal macrowear among the Shijia people. However, deterioration of community health did not begin until the Longshan, when increased occurrence of porotic hyperostosis and caries is accompanied by decreased adult stature. The transition to softer, more extensively processed food during Longshan is evident in decreased rates of occlusal wear. Increased population density and diminished food values were most likely responsible for these changes. Poor health persisted into the subsequent Dynastic period of Western Zhao.  相似文献

Baligang is a Neolithic site on a northern tributary of the middle Yangtze and provides a long archaeobotanical sequence from the Seventh Millennium BC upto the First Millennium BC. It provides evidence for developments in rice and millet agriculture influenced by shifting cultural affiliation with the north (Yangshao and Longshan) and south (Qujialing and Shijiahe) between 4300 and 1800 BC. This paper reports on plant macro-remains (seeds), from systematic flotation of 123 samples (1700 litres), producing more than 10,000 identifiable remains. The earliest Pre-Yangshao occupation of the sites provide evidence for cultivation of rice (Oryza sativa) between 6300–6700 BC. This rice appears already domesticated in on the basis of a dominance of non-shattering spikelet bases. However, in terms of grain size changes has not yet finished, as grains are still thinner than more recent domesaticated rice and are closer in grain shape to wild rices. This early rice was cultivated alongside collection of wild staple foods, especially acorns (Quercus/Lithicarpus sensu lato). In later periods the sites has evidence for mixed farming of both rice and millets (Setaria italica and Panicum miliaceum). Soybean appears on the site in the Shijiahe period (ca.2500 BC) and wheat (Triticum cf. aestivum) in the Late Longshan levels (2200–1800 BC). Weed flora suggests an intensification of rice agriculture over time with increasing evidence of wetland weeds. We interpret these data as indicating early opportunistic cultivation of alluvial floodplains and some rainfed rice, developing into more systematic and probably irrigated cultivation starting in the Yangshao period, which intensified in the Qujialing and Shijiahe period, before a shift back to an emphasis on millets with the Late Longshan cultural influence from the north.  相似文献

Opportunities to assess morphological allometry in small-bodied human populations are rare. The foragers of the Later Stone Age of the South African Cape are characteristically small-bodied. Previous studies have shown that during the period of ca. 3500 to 2000 years BP (uncalibrated (14) C dates), the regional population shows transient reduced stature, body mass, and cranial size, a pattern that has been tentatively tied to demographic pressure on resources. This study examines the relationships among cranial size (centroid size) and body size (femoral length, femoral head diameter, and bi-iliac breadth) during the second half of the Holocene (N = 62). Reduced major axis regression indicates negative allometry of cranial centroid size with body size. Residuals (from ordinary least squares regression of cranial centroid size on body size) are regressed on radiocarbon date to examine temporal changes in the relationship between cranial and body size. Cranial and pelvic sizes are most conserved through time, while more ancient skeletons possess shorter femora and smaller femoral heads. The relationship between cranial centroid size and femoral length shows larger and more variable residuals at more recent dates, indicating a greater or more variable disassociation between cranial size and stature relative to more ancient skeletons. A similar, but nonsignificant relationship exists between cranial size and bi-iliac breadth. These results provide insights into the use of aspects of body size and proportionality in the assessment of health in past populations.  相似文献

农业经济的发展是华夏文明形成的最重要的前提条件之一,郑洛地区作为夏商王朝建都和统治的核心区域,其农业经济发展状况一直是学术界研究的重点问题。相关研究表明,多品种农作物种植制度在龙山时期中原地区的出现,在华夏文明的形成过程中可能起到了至关重要的作用。为了探索这一种植制度在商代前期中原地区的具体实践情况,本文选取河南新郑望京楼遗址夏商时期(二里头文化和二里岗文化时期)29例先民肢骨和23例先民肋骨进行C、N稳定同位素分析。结果表明,先民骨胶原的δ13C值变化范围为-18.1‰~7.0‰,平均值为-9.5‰±2.1‰(n=52),δ15N值变化范围为7.3‰~10.5‰,平均值为8.9‰±0.7‰(n=52),先民仍以C4类食物(粟黍)为主,但是也包含少量C3类(水稻、小麦或大豆)食物,证明中原地区自龙山时代出现的多品种农作物种植制度,在商代得以延续,但是粟作农业的主导地位,始终未发生明显变化,这可能与中原地区长期以来的旱作农业经济模式习惯有关。  相似文献

Monomeric regulatory subunit (R) fragments of type II cAMP-dependent protein kinase were compared with the parent dimeric R. The monomeric fragments were generated by either endogenous proteolysis of rabbit muscle R or by trypsin treatment of bovine heart R in the holoenzyme form. During isolation of pure R from rabbit muscle, carboxyl-terminal fragments of Mr = 42,000 (42 K) and Mr = 37,000 by denaturing gels are generated by endogenous proteolysis. Although the autophosphorylation site is retained, the 42 K is not dimeric (as is its native 56 K precursor) but, in contrast to the monomeric 37 K product, actively reassociates with purified catalytic subunit (C). Several lines of evidence indicate a type II R origin of the 42 K. N-terminal sequence analysis of the 42 K shows some homology with known bovine RI, RII, and cGMP-dependent protein kinase sequences. Both cyclic nucleotide-binding sites (two/42 K or 37 K) and the site selectivity of cAMP analogs are retained in the monomeric fragments. When purified bovine heart holoenzyme, which contains a dimeric Mr = 56,000 R (denaturing gel analysis) and two C subunits, is treated with trypsin followed by separation procedures, the product is a fully recovered active enzyme with an unaltered ratio of cAMP binding to catalytic activity. From Mr considerations, the product is a dimer containing one intact C and a proteolyzed R of Mr = 48,000 on denaturing gels. This dimeric enzyme is not significantly different from the parent tetramer in cAMP concentration dependence (Hill constant = 1.63), [3H]cAMP dissociation behavior (both intrasubunit cAMP-binding sites are present), stimulation of [3H]cIMP binding by site-selective cAMP analogs, and synergism between two analogs in kinase activation. The data indicate that 1) proteolytic cleavage of the native R dimer can cause monomerization without appreciably affecting the inhibition of C and 2) essentially all of the cAMP binding cooperativity is an intrasubunit interaction.  相似文献

The substrate analogue 2-(1-carboxy-2-phenylethyl)-4-phenylazophenol is a potent competitive inhibitor of carboxypeptidase A. Upon ligation to the active site, the azophenol moiety undergoes a shift of pKa from a value of 8.76 to a value of 4.9; this provides an index of the Lewis acidity of the active site zinc ion. Examination of the pH dependence of Ki for the inhibitor shows maximum effectiveness in neutral solution (limiting Ki = 7.6 X 10(-7) M), with an increase in Ki in acid (pK1 = 6.16) and in alkaline solution (pK2 = 9.71, pK3 = 8.76). It is concluded that a proton-accepting enzymic functional group with the lower pKa (6.2) controls inhibitor binding, that ionization of this group is also manifested in the hydrolysis of peptide substrates (kcat/Km), and that the identity of this group is the water molecule that binds to the active site metal ion in the uncomplexed enzyme (H2OZn2+L3). Reverse protonation state inhibition is demonstrated, and conventional concepts regarding the mechanism of peptide hydrolysis by the enzyme are brought into question.  相似文献

本文通过对郑州东赵遗址2013~2014年度考古发掘采集土样的浮选分析,获取了该遗址新砦、二里头、二里岗三个不同时期丰富的炭化植物遗存,其中炭化植物种子主要包括粟、黍、水稻、小麦和大豆五种农作物以及狗尾草属、稗属和马唐属等不同种属的杂草种子等。对遗址不同阶段炭化农作物及典型田间杂草遗存的量化分析结果显示,东赵遗址自新砦期至二里岗期的农业生产始终保持着以种植粟、黍为主的特点,大豆是该遗址先民稳定的食物来源之一,而水稻在整个农业经济结构中的比重一直很低。值得注意的是,从新砦期至二里岗期,粟、黍两种旱地作物在东赵遗址农业经济中的比重不断上升,而先民的旱地田间管理技术也随之取得了明显的进步。小麦的种植始于遗址二里头文化期,至二里岗期时迅速发展,成为当时先民重要的农作物品种之一。东赵遗址炭化植物遗存分析结果为了解夏代早期至商代前期中原核心区域农业经济的特点及其发展过程提供了重要资料,对探索中国国家起源与早期发展阶段农业经济技术发展状况及其与文明演进的关系有重要意义。  相似文献

Recently, a new heparin disaccharide-binding site on the convex side of cobra cardiotoxin (CTX) was identified by NMR spectroscopy and molecular modeling. To further characterize this site two heparin-like disaccharides were synthesized for binding studies with CTX, and a trisaccharide was synthesized for testing the sequence of the disaccharide binding to CTX. Thus six differentially protected monosaccharide building blocks (three l-iduronic acids and three d-glucosamines) were prepared. These include a l-iduronic acid elongation building block namely methyl 2-O-acetyl-4-O-levulinoyl-3-O-pivaloyl-alpha-l-idopyranosyluronate trichloroacetimidate for which a single-crystal X-ray structure was determined to have M(r)=576.79, a=9.3098(11)A alpha=90 degrees , b=10.3967(12)A beta=90 degrees , c=28.026(3)A gamma=90 degrees , V=2712.7(6)A(3), P2(1)2(1)2(1), Z=4, mu=0.71073A, and R=0.0378 for 7586 observed reflections. It shows that the molecular structure of the donor is in the (1)C(4) conformation with significant 1,3-diaxial interactions between O-1 and O-3 as well as O-2 and O-4. The disaccharides and trisaccharide vary in the degree and position of O- and N-sulfation. The pivaloyl group was used as permanent protecting group of hydroxyl. The levulinoyl group was used as the temporary protecting group to protect the hydroxyl for elongation.  相似文献

A glucopyranose spirohydantoin (a pyranose analogue of the potent herbicide, hydantocidin) has been identified as the highest affinity glucose analogue inhibitor of glycogen phosphorylase b (GPb). In order to elucidate the structural features that contribute to the binding, the structures of GPb in the native T state conformation and in complex with glucopyranose spirohydantoin have been determined at 100 K to 2.0 A and 1.8 A resolution, respectively, and refined to crystallographic R values of 0.197 (R[free] 0.248) and 0.182 (R[free] 0.229), respectively. The low temperature structure of GPb is almost identical to that of the previously determined room temperature structure, apart from a decrease in overall atomic temperature factors ((B) room temperature GPb = 34.9 A2; (B) 100 K GPb = 23.4 A2). The glucopyranose spirohydantoin inhibitor (Ki = 3.0 microM) binds at the catalytic site and induces small changes in two key regions of the protein: the 280s loop (residues 281-286) that results in a decrease in mobility of this region, and the 380s loop (residues 377-385) that undergoes more significant shifts in order to optimize contact to the ligand. The hydantoin group, that is responsible for increasing the affinity of the glucose compound by a factor of 10(3), makes only one hydrogen bond to the protein, from one of its NH groups to the main chain oxygen of His377. The other polar groups of the hydantoin group form hydrogen bonds to five water molecules. These waters are involved in extensive networks of hydrogen bonds and appear to be an integral part of the protein structure. Analysis of the water structure at the catalytic site of the native enzyme, shows that five waters are displaced by ligand binding and that there is a significant decrease in mobility of the remaining waters on formation of the GPb-hydantoin complex. The ability of the inhibitor to exploit existing waters, to displace waters and to recruit new waters appears to be important for the high affinity of the inhibitor.  相似文献
