葡萄品种皇家秋天与藤稔初代试管苗在第10天(根原基发生)时内源IAA和ABA含量达最低点后上升;ZRs含量达最高值后下降.皇家秋天继代试管苗的IAA在第8天(根原基发生)时达最低点,而后上升达稳定值;ZRs含量达最高值后下降;ABA含量降至最低点后急剧上升,在第10天(生根时)达最高值,持续4 d后又下降.藤稔继代苗在第6天(根原基发生)时IAA含量最低,后上升,持续到第12天后又下降;ZRs含量达最高值后快速下降,至第12天达稳定状态;ABA含量达最低值后缓慢上升,第10天(生根)达最高点后又下降.  相似文献

为了探索杜梨组培复幼变化规律,对10年生杜梨进行连续继代培养,统计不同继代次数杜梨丛生芽繁殖系数和生根率,观察记录叶片形态变化并测定内源激素含量。结果表明:(1)通过连续继代培养,杜梨丛生芽生根率由0提升到66.70%,繁殖系数由第1代的2.13提升到第10代的4.20。(2)叶片在继代第3次时出现裂刻且随后裂刻程度逐代加深;在继代过程中,丛生芽叶面积和叶脉数显著降低,叶周长和叶形指数呈先下降后上升的变化趋势。(3)丛生芽叶片内源IAA含量在继代第6次时达到46.39 ng·g-1,且显著高于初代丛生芽;随着继代次数的增加,叶片内源ZR呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,内源GA3含量没有发生显著性变化,而内源ABA含量逐渐降低;叶片IAA/ABA和IAA/ZR的值随着继代次数的增加而增加。(4)丛生芽叶片ABA含量和IAA/ZR与其生根率分别呈显著负相关和显著正相关关系,叶片裂刻数和IAA/ABA与生根率均呈现极显著正相关关系,而叶脉数与生根率则呈现极显著负相关关系。研究认为,连续继代培养可显著提高杜梨丛生芽的生根能力,并且与丛生芽叶形和激素含量及其比值有密切的关系,该研究结果为难生根植物无性繁殖以及树木复幼提供了重要技术借鉴。  相似文献

在‘布兰瑞克’无花果花芽分化形态学研究的基础上,对花芽分化期无花果新梢第7或第8节位花芽中的玉米素核苷(ZRs)、脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA1 3)、生长素(IAA)4种内源激素含量的变化进行了探讨。结果表明,在无花果花芽分化阶段,GA1 3和IAA初期含量较高,后快速下降,后期稳定在较低水平;ZRs和ABA在初期含量较低,后大幅提高,后期稳定在较高水平。可见,较高水平的内源ZRs、ABA和较低水平的内源GA1 3、IAA,以及较高的ABA/IAA、ABA/GA1 3、ZRs/GA1 3和ZRs/IAA比值有利于无花果花芽分化。  相似文献

气相色谱分析的结果表明,开花后5~6天,不受精即将脱落棉铃里IAA和ABA的含量显著高于对照;GA_3处理的铃中IAA和ABA的含量则明显低于对照。IAA和GA_3含量在开花后第10天达到高峰,以后迅速下降,至第30天。又出现第二峰胚珠和纤维里尤为明显。ABA含量在开花后第15天达得高峰,以后下降,到第30天,又逐渐上升。棉纤维伸长及干重增加的最快速率与这三种激素的含量高峰密切相关。  相似文献

本文研究山杜英组培苗生根过程中内源IAA、ABA含量变化规律。结果表明,培养基添加IBA和NAA后,在生根过程中内源IAA、ABA含量变化类似,根点出现前内源IAA、ABA含量一直上升,根点出现后含量开始下降,产生愈伤组织时两种处理的IAA/ABA分别是2.526和3.226。在不添加外源生长素情况下,内源IAA含量一直维持在较低水平,而内源ABA含量一直呈现上升趋势,IAA/ABA始终都在1.211以下。  相似文献

检测水培紫花苜蓿茎段生根过程中赤霉素(GA3)、生长素(IAA)和脱落酸(ABA)含量变化的结果表明:离体茎段中,GA3、IAA和ABA含量大幅度下降。愈伤组织形成前期ABA含量达到一个较高值。愈伤组织和不定根形成时期,GA3含量保持较低水平;IAA含量上升,生根期达到最大;ABA含量下降。生根后,GA3含量仍保持较低水平;IAA含量迅速下降;ABA含量迅速上升。  相似文献

对雷公藤Tripterygium wilfordii组培苗各生长发育阶段的内源激素变化进行研究。结果表明,在芽诱导过程中,培养7~14 d是芽诱导的关键性阶段,ZT含量呈上升趋势,在培养28~35 d时,ABA含量转为上升,芽体生长进入缓慢抑制阶段;在芽继代增殖过程中,GA3含量升高,ABA含量降低,GA3/IAA比值高及ABA/IAA比值低利于雷公藤芽体分化增殖;在壮苗培养过程中,IAA、GA3含量上升,但两者浓度过高或过低均不利于生长;生根培养第7 天,雷公藤根系开始生成,IAA含量达到一峰值,在生根初期,低比值ZT/IAA及高比值GA3/ABA利于雷公藤生根培养。  相似文献

The protein mobilization from attached and detached seeds of Vicia faba L. cv. Eresen 87 (Fabaceae) was investigated. While the total soluble protein content decreased, the free amino acid content increased during the 7 days germination period. Among the three proteolytic enzymes, only endopeptidase activity was found to be affected by the removal of the embryonic axis. Leucine aminopeptidase activity was high at the beginning, then it decreased; carboxypeptidase activity reached the highest value at day 5. In order to examine the effects of plant growth regulators on detached cotyledons incubated with plant growth regulators [10(-4) M benzyladenine (BA), gibberellic acid (GA3), indole acetic acid (IAA) and 10(-5) M abscisic acid (ABA)], only benzyladenine was found promotive on protein mobilization. Our results suggest that the removal of the embryonic axis in seeds of Vicia faba L. cv. Eresen 87 decreases protein mobilization and endopeptidase activity.  相似文献

在春季萌动期,分别对典型草原几种常见禾本科牧草老芒麦、披碱草、羊草、赖草和克氏针茅的幼芽和地下根系可溶性糖含量及内源激素动态变化规律进行研究.结果表明,高含量的GA和较低含量的ABA是根茎类禾草羊草和赖草春季萌动早的重要调控因子,而根系丰富的可溶性糖为根茎类禾草的萌动生长提供了物质基础;玉米素核苷动态变化趋势与根系可溶性糖含量动态相似,萌动初期呈下降趋势,4月底达到最低值,此后又逐渐上升;而内源激素IAA和GA的含量与牧草幼芽可溶性糖含量的变化趋势一致,均呈逐渐上升趋势;根茎类禾草羊草和赖草与须根系禾草老芒麦和披碱草之间幼芽的GA和ABA水平以及根系可溶性糖含量差异明显.  相似文献

初花期至盛花期华双3号、华杂4号、恢5900等3个品种花蕾的iPAs含量呈明显上升趋势,而秦油2号则刚好相反(表2)。对双低品种华双3号功能叶的研究表明:苗期至盛花期IAA含量始终最高,其后依次是GA1 3;、iPAs、ABA。功能叶IAA的含量在越冬期处于整个生育期的最低水平,蕾薹期达到高峰,随后下降:GA1 3和iPAs含量随生育进程逐渐升高,并在初花期达到峰值;ABA在苗期及抽薹后一直处于很低水平,但在越冬期达到最高值(图1、2)。蕾薹期IAA主要分布在幼嫩和正在生长的器官中并起重要作用,而在功能叶中相对要少;幼叶GA1 3和iPAs含量最高,功能叶其次,花蕾最低(表1)。角果皮与籽粒的内源激素含量差异极显著,在开花后第39天,籽粒中IAA、GA1 3;、iPAs的含量大大超过角果皮(表3)。结果 表明iPAs在促进籽粒的充实饱满、物质积累转化方面发挥重要作用。  相似文献

Concentrations of abscisic acid (ABA) and indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) in seed parts were determined during reproductive development of soybean plants (Glycine max [L.] Merr. cv `Chippewa 64'). The concentration of ABA and IAA changed independently in individual seed parts with time. Measurement of the level of ABA and IAA in whole seeds masked the changes which occurred in individual seed tissues. The concentration of ABA was generally highest and that of IAA was generally lowest in the embryonic axis of soybean seeds. In the testa, the IAA concentration was generally highest while the ABA concentration was generally the lowest compared to other parts of the seed.  相似文献

以东方百合‘索邦’和‘西伯利亚’鳞片为外植体得到的一代试管小鳞茎为试材,研究0℃冷藏不同时间对试管鳞茎生理指标变化,以及试管鳞茎解除休眠和移栽后生长发育的影响。结果表明,冷藏0--28dN,随着冷藏时间的延长,试管鳞茎出苗率逐渐增加,冷藏处理28d达到最高,之后逐渐降低。冷藏期间,试管鳞茎中淀粉含量持续降低,而可溶性总糖和还原性糖含量表现出先升高后下降的趋势,冷藏处理28d的含量最高。同时,随着冷藏时间的延长,IAA和ZR含量逐渐升高,ABA含量逐渐下降,而GA。含量表现出先上升后下降的趋势,并且也在冷藏处理28dN-含量达到峰值。另外,采用隶属函数值对低温处理的试管苗栽培1年后所收获种球的数量、质量等指标进行评价,结果显示,均以低温处理28d时达到最大值。由此得出,0℃低温处理试管小鳞茎28d为解除休眠及促进生长发育的最适处理时间。  相似文献

Dormancy and seasonal changes of plant growth regulators in hazel buds   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Levels of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), abscisic acid (ABA) and total phenolic compounds have been determined in hazel ( Corylus avellana L. cv. Negreta) buds. IAA and ABA were quantified by flame ionization detector gas-chromatography, and the phenolic content determined by a colorimetric technique. The highest level of free ABA occurs in autumn, approximately at the onset of winter dormancy, and it is lowest just before bud burst; suggesting that ABA plays an important role in the induction and maintenance of winter dormancy. The opposite result was obtained for IAA; the level of this regulator was low in autumn and showed a sharp increase just before budbreak. With respect to phenols, an apparent correlation can be observed between them and ABA in at least some of the fractions studied (acid and residual), so that they may enhance the inhibitory effect of ABA. The IAA/inhibitor balance showed a clear correlation with dormancy. In autumn (dormant buds), this balance is in favour of the inhibitors while the balance shifts towards IAA at the end of winter.  相似文献

Endogenous hormones (ABA, IAA, IPA) contents and peroxidase activity during the mannitol and cold pretreatment periods were measured in two varietion ("Igri' and "Har- rington' ) barley (Hordeum vulgate L. ) anther. The results were as follows: Firstly, anther endogenous hormone contents were identical changes in both varieties during mannitol pretreatment period. The endogenous hormone contents of anthers were rapidly increased during the early period of pretreatment, reaching their maximum at the first 12 h or the 1st day. After then. the contents began to reduce until they reached a stable level. The result suggested that combined effect of some endogenous hormones, including ABA, was essential for changing the developmental pathway of pollen. Secondly, similar changes in peroxidase activity during the period of mannitol pretreatment were seen in both barley varieties. The activity of peroxidase was remarkably increased during the early period of pretreatment, being highest at the 3rd day. After that, it was reduced from the 3rd day to the 5th day, but increased again from the 5th day to the 7th day. Finally, there were two peaks of peroxidase activity during the cold pretreatment period, which were at the 2nd day and the 14th day for "Harrington' or the 5th day and the 21st day for "Igri'. The second peak was higher than the first one. A second increase in the peroxidase activity for both genotypes were observed from the 28th day to the 35th day during the cold pretreatment period as this phenomenon was in concert with that of mannitol pretreatment.  相似文献

于2005-2006年在江苏南京(32°02′ N,118°50′ E)南京农业大学卫岗试验站进行盆栽试验,设置正常灌水和棉花花铃期短期渍水处理(渍水8 d,恢复15 d),每个水分处理设置3个施氮水平(0、240、480 kg N·hm-2),研究施氮量对渍水棉花叶片抗氧化酶活性和内源激素含量的影响.结果表明:在渍水结束时,与正常灌水相比,渍水棉花叶片可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性降低,过氧化物酶活性升高,丙二醛(MDA)含量升高;与此同时,内源激素含量发生变化,脱落酸(ABA)含量升高,玉米素核苷(ZR)、赤霉素(GA)、生长素(IAA)含量及ZR/ABA、GA/ABA、IAA/ABA降低;其中以240 kg N·hm-2渍水棉花MDA和ABA含量最低,而ZR、GA和IAA含量及ZR/ABA、GA/ABA和IAA/ABA最高,净光合速率最高.到停止渍水15 d时,渍水棉花叶片的抗氧化酶活性、MDA含量、内源激素含量与正常灌水处理的差异较小;施氮可提高渍水处理棉花叶片抗氧化酶活性,降低MDA含量,使ABA水平降低,ZR、GA、IAA水平及ZR/ABA、GA/ABA、IAA/ABA升高.本试验中,渍水条件下以240 kg N·hm-2处理的效果最好,生物量和籽棉产量最高.  相似文献
