BackgroundLowering blood glucose levels by increasing glucose uptake in insulin target tissues, such as skeletal muscle and adipose tissue, is one strategy to discover and develop antidiabetic drugs from natural products used as traditional medicines.PurposeOur goal was to reveal the mechanism and activity of acacetin (5,7-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyflavone), one of the major compounds in Agastache rugose, in stimulating glucose uptake in muscle cells.MethodsTo determine whether acacetin promotes GLUT4-dependent glucose uptake in cultured L6 skeletal muscle cells, we performed a [14C] 2-deoxy-D-glucose (2-DG) uptake assay after treating differentiated L6-GLUT4myc cells with acacetin.ResultsAcacetin dose-dependently increased 2-DG uptake by enhancing GLUT4 translocation to the plasma membrane. Our results revealed that acacetin activated the CaMKII-AMPK pathway by increasing intracellular calcium concentrations. We also found that aPKCλ/ζ phosphorylation and intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) production were involved in acacetin-induced GLUT4 translocation. Moreover, acacetin-activated AMPK inhibited intracellular lipid accumulation and increased 2-DG uptake in HepG2 cells.ConclusionTaken together, these results suggest that acacetin might be useful as an antidiabetic functional ingredient. Subsequent experiments using disease model animals are needed to verify our results.  相似文献

Several protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs) that disrupt the insulin-signaling pathway were investigated by siRNAs to identify potential antidiabetic targets. Individual knockdown of PTPN9 and DUSP9 in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes increased AMPK phosphorylation, respectively, and furthermore, concurrent knockdown of both PTPN9 and DUSP9 synergistically increased AMPK phosphorylation. Next, 658 natural products were screened to identify dual inhibitors of both PTPN9 and DUSP9. Based on the selectivity and inhibition potency of the compounds, ginkgolic acid (GA) was selected for further study as a potential antidiabetic drug candidate. GA inhibited the enzymatic activity of PTPN9 (Ki = 53 µM) and DUSP9 (Ki = 2.5 µM) in vitro and resulted in a significant increase of glucose-uptake in differentiated C2C12 muscle cells and 3T3-L1 adipocytes. In addition, GA increased phosphorylation of AMPK in 3T3L1 adipocytes. In this study, GA as a dual targeting inhibitor of PTPN9 and DUSP9 increased glucose uptake in 3T3L1 and C2C12 cells by activating the AMPK signaling pathway. These results strongly suggest GA could be used as a therapeutic candidate for type 2 diabetes.  相似文献

Natural products as antidiabetic agents have been shown to stimulate insulin signaling via the inhibition of the protein tyrosine phosphatases relevant to insulin resistance. Previously, we have identified PTPN9 and DUSP9 as potential antidiabetic targets and a multi-targeting natural product thereof. In this study, knockdown of PTPN11 increased AMPK phosphorylation in differentiated C2C12 muscle cells by 3.8 fold, indicating that PTPN11 could be an antidiabetic target. Screening of a library of 658 natural products against PTPN9, DUSP9, or PTPN11 identified chebulinic acid (CA) as a strong allosteric inhibitor with a slow cooperative binding to PTPN9 (IC50 = 34 nM) and PTPN11 (IC50 = 37 nM), suggesting that it would be a potential antidiabetic candidate. Furthermore, CA stimulated glucose uptake and resulted in increased AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) phosphorylation. Taken together, we demonstrated that CA increased glucose uptake as a dual inhibitor of PTPN9 and PTPN11 through activation of the AMPK signaling pathway. These results strongly suggest that CA could be used as a potential therapeutic candidate for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.  相似文献

The current research aims to evaluate the antidiabetic properties of Pleurotus pulmonarius, an edible basidiomycetes mushroom fungi in diabetic induced wistar albino rats. Mycelial Hot Water Extracts (HWE) and Acetone Extracts (AE) of Pleurotus pulmonarius was orally administrated to STZ-NA induced (55 mg/kilogram body weight) diabetic wistar albino rats at a concentration of 200 and 400 mg/kg for 4 weeks. The outcomes revealed that the HWE of Pleurotus pulmonarius resulted in a significant (p < 0.001) reduction in blood glucose level. A noteworthy (p < 0.001) reduction in serum lipid profile and elevation in High-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (HDL-C) after administration with HWE, also demonstrating the protective effects of HWE in diabetes-related complications. Besides all antidiabetic parameters, pathological morphology of the pancreas, liver and kidney are regularised. This observation indicated that HWE of Pleurotus pulmonarius possessed higher antidiabetic activity than AE. Besides, HWE also promoted a significant control of alpha amylase enzyme in a concentration-dependent manner with a maximum activity of 99.23% inhibition at 1000 µg/ml. The outcomes of the present study indicated that the HWE possesses a potential antidiabetic activity both in vitro and in vivo. Thus, it can be used as a nontoxic complementary drug in the controlling of diabetes and related complications, thus providing scientific authentication of its use as an antidiabetic agent.  相似文献

AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) is an energy-sensing enzyme that is implicated as a key factor in controlling whole body homeostasis, including fatty acid oxidation and glucose uptake. We report that a synthetic structural isomer of dihydrocapsiate, isodihydrocapsiate (8-methylnonanoic acid 3-hydroxy-4-methoxy benzyl ester) improves type 2 diabetes by activating AMPK through the LKB1 pathway. In L6 myotube cells, phosphorylation of AMPK and acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) and glucose uptake were significantly increased, whereas these effects were attenuated by an AMPK inhibitor, compound C. In addition, increased phosphorylation of AMPK and ACC by isodihydrocapsiate was significantly reduced by radicicol, an LKB1 destabilizer, suggesting that increased glucose uptake in L6 cells with isodihydrocapsiate treatment is predominantly accomplished by a LKB1-mediated AMPK activation pathway. Oral administration of isodihydrocapsiate to diabetic (db/db) mice reduced blood glucose levels by 40% after a 4-week treatment period. Our results support the development of isodihydrocapsiate as a potential therapeutic agent to target AMPK in type 2 diabetes.  相似文献

This study was undertaken with an objective of testing the antibacterial and antifungal activities of Bauhinia purpurea leaves and identifying the bioactive compounds. The antimicrobial activity of leaf extract was determined in aqueous and organic extracts and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) against six species of pathogenic and non-pathogenic microorganisms: Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans using the disk diffusion method. The chemical constituents of organic plant extract were separated by thin layer chromatography and purified by column chromatography and further identified by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) analysis. Significant inhibitory activity was observed with methanol extracts of plant against the test microorganisms while less antibacterial activity was observed in hexane, acetone and aqueous extracts. MIC of B. purpurea extract was ≤1,500 μg/ml against S. aureus and B. subtilis while this extract showed no inhibition against Gram-negative S. typhi, E. coli and P. aeruginosa or against fungus C. albicans. Eleven compounds were identified in B. purpurea leaf extract by GC–MS analysis. The composition of B. purpurea revealed the presence of lupeol, stigmasterol, lanosterol, ergosterol, beta-tocopherol, phytol, hexadeconic acids, hexadeconic acids methyl esters, octadecadienoic acids and octadecatrienoic acid. Stigmasterol and lupeol were the most abundant (34.48 and 15.63 %). Other phytosterols like lanosterol (4.15 %) and ergosterol (2.82 %) were also found to be present in this extract.  相似文献

Daidzein shows estrogenic, antioxidant and antiandrogenic properties as well as cell cycle regulatory activity. However, the antihyperglycemic effect of daidzein remains to be elucidated. In this study, we investigated the in vitro effect of daidzein on glucose uptake, AMPK phosphorylation and GLUT4 translocation on plasma membrane in L6 myotubes and its in vivo antihyperglycmic effect in obese–diabetic model db/db mice. Daidzein was found to promote glucose uptake, AMPK phosphorylation and GLUT4 translocation by Western blotting analyses in L6 myotubes under a condition of insulin absence. Promotion by daidzein of glucose uptake as well as GLUT4 translocation to plasma membrane by immunocytochemistry was also demonstrated in L6 myoblasts transfected with a GLUT4 cDNA-coding vector. Daidzein (0.1% in the diet) suppressed the rises in the fasting blood glucose, serum total cholesterol levels and homeostasis model assessment index of db/db mice. In addition, daidzein supplementation markedly improved the AMPK phosphorylation in gastrocnemius muscle of db/db mice. Daidzein also suppressed increases in blood glucose levels and urinary glucose excretion in KK-Ay mice, another Type 2 diabetic animal model. These in vitro and in vivo findings suggest that daidzein is preventive for Type 2 diabetes and an antidiabetic phytochemical.  相似文献

Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a dietary lipid, has been proposed as an antidiabetic agent. However, studies specifically addressing the molecular dynamics of CLA on skeletal muscle glucose transport and differences between the key isomers are limited. We demonstrate that acute exposure of L6 myotubes to cis-9, trans-11 (c9,t11) and trans-10, cis-12 (t10,c12) CLA isomers mimics insulin action by stimulating glucose uptake and glucose transporter-4 (GLUT4) trafficking. Both c9,t10-CLA and t10,c12-CLA stimulate the phosphorylation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3-kinase) p85 subunit and Akt substrate-160 kDa (AS160), while showing isomer-specific effects on AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK). CLA isomers showed synergistic effects with the AMPK activator, 5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide-1-β-d-ribonucleoside (AICAR). Blocking PI3-kinase and AMPK prevented the stimulatory effects of t10,c12-CLA on AS160 phosphorylation and glucose uptake, indicating that this isomer acts via a PI3-kinase and AMPK-dependent mechanism, whereas the mechanism of c9,t11-CLA remains unclear. Intriguingly, CLA isomers sensitized insulin-Akt-responsive glucose uptake and prevented high insulin-induced Akt desensitisation. Together, these results establish that CLA exhibits isomer-specific effects on GLUT4 trafficking and the increase in glucose uptake induced by CLA treatment of L6 myotubes occurs via pathways that are distinctive from those utilised by insulin.  相似文献

Exercise training increases insulin sensitivity. Over the past decades, considerable progress has been made in understanding the molecular basis for this important effect of physical exercise. However, the underlying mechanism is still not fully described. Recent studies have revealed that the stress responsive protein family Sestrins (SESNs) may play an important role in improving insulin sensitivity of skeletal muscle under exercise training. In this study, we aim to better understand the relationship between SESNs and AMPK in response to exercise training and the possible mechanism by which SESNs mediate glucose metabolism. We used wild type, AMPKα2+/? and AMPKα2?/? C57BL/6 mice to reveal the pathway by which 6?weeks of exercise training induced SESNs. We explored the mechanism through which SESNs regulated glucose metabolism in vitro by overexpressing or inhibiting SESNs, and inhibiting AMPK or autophagy in myotubes. We found that a 6-week exercise training regime improved oxidative metabolism, activated the insulin signaling pathway and increased the level of SESN2 and SESN3 in an AMPKα2-dependent manner. Overexpression of SESN3 or SESN2 and SESN3 together increased glucose uptake, activated the insulin signaling pathway, and promoted GLUT4 translocation in myotubes. Although inhibition of SESNs had no effect on glucose uptake, SESNs could reverse reduced glucose uptake following autophagy inhibition, and may be downstream effectors of AMPK responses in myotubes. Taken together our data show that SESNs are induced by AMPKα2 after exercise training, and SESNs, specifically SESN3, play a key role in exercise training-mediated glucose metabolism in skeletal muscle.  相似文献

Dehydrozingerone (DHZ) exerts beneficial effects on human health; however, its mechanism of action remains unclear. Here, we found that DHZ suppressed high‐fat diet‐induced weight gain, lipid accumulation and hyperglycaemia in C57BL/6 mice and increased AMP‐activated protein kinase (AMPK) phosphorylation and stimulated glucose uptake in C2C12 skeletal muscle cells. DHZ activated p38 mitogen‐activated protein kinase (MAPK) signalling in an AMPK‐dependent manner. Inhibiting AMPK or p38 MAPK blocked DHZ‐induced glucose uptake. DHZ increased GLUT4 (major transporter for glucose uptake) expression in skeletal muscle. Glucose clearance and insulin‐induced glucose uptake increased in DHZ‐fed animals, suggesting that DHZ increases systemic insulin sensitivity in vivo. Thus, the beneficial health effects of DHZ could possibly be explained by its ability to activate the AMPK pathway in skeletal muscle.  相似文献

It has been long recognised that activation of toll‐like receptors (TLRs) induces autophagy to restrict intracellular bacterial growth. However, the mechanisms of TLR‐induced autophagy are incompletely understood. Salmonella Typhimurium is an intracellular pathogen that causes food poisoning and gastroenteritis in humans. Whether TLR activation contributes to S. Typhimurium‐induced autophagy has not been investigated. Here, we report that S. Typhimurium and TLRs shared a common pathway to induce autophagy in macrophages. We first showed that S. Typhimurium‐induced autophagy in a RAW264.7 murine macrophage cell line was mediated by the AMP‐activated protein kinase (AMPK) through activation of the TGF‐β‐activated kinase (TAK1), a kinase activated by multiple TLRs. AMPK activation led to increased phosphorylation of Unc‐51‐like autophagy activating kinase (ULK1) at S317 and S555. ULK1 phosphorylation at these two sites in S. Typhimurium‐infected macrophages overrode the inhibitory effect of mTOR on ULK1 activity due to mTOR‐mediated ULK1 phosphorylation at S757. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS), flagellin, and CpG oligodeoxynucleotide, which activate TLR4, TLR5, and TLR9, respectively, increased TAK1 and AMPK phosphorylation and induced autophagy in RAW264.7 cells and in bone marrow‐derived macrophages. However, LPS was unable to induce TAK1 and AMPK phosphorylation and autophagy in TLR4‐deficient macrophages. TAK1 and AMPK‐specific inhibitors blocked S. Typhimurium‐induced autophagy and xenophagy and increased the bacterial growth in RAW264.7 cells. These observations collectively suggest that activation of the TAK1–AMPK axis through TLRs is essential for S. Typhimurium‐induced autophagy and that TLR signalling cross‐activates the autophagic pathway to clear intracellular bacteria.  相似文献

Naringenin, a flavonoid found in high concentrations in grapefruit, has been reported to have antioxidant, antiatherogenic, and anticancer effects. Effects on lipid and glucose metabolism have also been reported. Naringenin is structurally similar to the polyphenol resveratrol, that has been reported to activate the SIRT1 protein deacetylase and to have antidiabetic properties. In the present study we examined the direct effects of naringenin on skeletal muscle glucose uptake and investigated the mechanism involved. Naringenin stimulated glucose uptake in L6 myotubes in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Maximum stimulation was seen with 75 μM naringenin for 2 h (192.8 ± 24%, < 0.01), a response comparable to maximum insulin response (190.1 ± 13%, < 0.001). Similar to insulin, naringenin did not increase glucose uptake in myoblasts indicating that GLUT4 glucose transporters may be involved in the naringenin-stimulated glucose uptake. In addition, naringenin did not have a significant effect on basal or insulin-stimulated Akt phosphorylation while significantly increased AMPK phosphorylation/activation. Furthermore, silencing of AMPK, using siRNA approach, abolished the naringenin-stimulated glucose uptake. The SIRT1 inhibitors nicotinamide and EX527 did not have an effect on naringenin-stimulated AMPK phosphorylation and glucose uptake. Our data show that naringenin increases glucose uptake by skeletal muscle cells in an AMPK-dependent manner.  相似文献

The present study was undertaken to investigate short-term (21 days) effects of oral administration of Azadirachta indica leaf extract and vanadate, separately and in combination, on the activities of antioxidant enzymes in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. Vanadate is a remarkable antidiabetic agent and shows insulin mimetic effect. However, severe toxicity is associated with vanadate when used in high concentration while at lower concentration the hypoglycemic property of vanadate is reduced. So, we used a low dose of vanadate in combination with A. indica leaf extract and evaluated their effect on the antioxidant defense system. Streptozotocin-diabetic rats were treated separately with insulin, vanadate (0.6 mg/ml), A. indica, and with combined dose of vanadate (0.2 mg/ml) and A. indica. At the end of the experiment, rats were sacrificed and serum glucose levels and activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase, and glutathione reductase were determined in cytosolic fraction of liver and kidney. Diabetic rats showed hyperglycemic condition and alteration in antioxidant enzyme activities. Treatment with antidiabetic compounds resulted in the reduction of glucose levels and restoration of enzyme activities to normal. Results showed that combined treatment of vanadate and A. indica leaf extract was the most effective in normalizing altered antioxidant enzyme system.  相似文献

AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) is a serine-threonine kinase that regulates cellular metabolism and has an essential role in activating glucose transport during hypoxia and ischemia. The mechanisms responsible for AMPK stimulation of glucose transport are uncertain, but may involve interaction with other signaling pathways or direct effects on GLUT vesicular trafficking. One potential downstream mediator of AMPK signaling is the nitric oxide pathway. The aim of this study was to examine the extent to which AMPK mediates glucose transport through activation of the nitric oxide (NO)-signaling pathway in isolated heart muscles. Incubation with 1 mM 5-amino-4-imidazole-1-beta-carboxamide ribofuranoside (AICAR) activated AMPK (P < 0.01) and stimulated glucose uptake (P < 0.05) and translocation of the cardiomyocyte glucose transporter GLUT4 to the cell surface (P < 0.05). AICAR treatment increased phosphorylation of endothelial NO synthase (eNOS) approximately 1.8-fold (P < 0.05). eNOS, but not neuronal NOS, coimmunoprecipitated with both the alpha(2) and alpha(1) AMPK catalytic subunits in heart muscle. NO donors also increased glucose uptake and GLUT4 translocation (P < 0.05). Inhibition of NOS with N(omega)-nitro-l-arginine and N(omega)-methyl-l-arginine reduced AICAR-stimulated glucose uptake by 21 +/- 3% (P < 0.05) and 25 +/- 4% (P < 0.05), respectively. Inhibition of guanylate cyclase with ODQ and LY-83583 reduced AICAR-stimulated glucose uptake by 31 +/- 4% (P < 0.05) and 22 +/- 3% (P < 0.05), respectively, as well as GLUT4 translocation to the cell surface (P < 0.05). Taken together, these results indicate that activation of the NO-guanylate cyclase pathway contributes to, but is not the sole mediator of, AMPK stimulation of glucose uptake and GLUT4 translocation in heart muscle.  相似文献

The olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus, is a commercially important maricultured fish in China, Japan, and Korea. Low winter temperatures influence its survival and growth and affect the output of the aquaculture industry. Energy metabolism is essential for fish survival, and the central energy-regulating factor – 5ʹ-AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) – plays an important role in responses to cold stress. However, the mechanism of AMPK pathway regulation in fish coping with cold stress remains poorly understood. In the present study, the expression of AMPK and its upstream (LKB1 and CaMKKβ) and downstream genes (SITR1, FOXO1A, and TFAM) in the brain, muscle, and heart was analyzed while the flounder was under cold stress (0.2 ± 0.2 °C). The results showed that low temperatures activated LKB1, CaMKKβ, and AMPK genes in the brain, and the activated AMPK induced expression of SITR1, FOXO1A, and TFAM. In the muscle tissue, the expression patterns of these genes presented a trend of initially decreasing and then increasing, and there was a delay in the response to low temperatures. At the cellular level, comparative analysis of the effects of the activator 5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide1-β-D-ribofuranoside (AICAR) and inhibitor compound C of the AMPK pathway demonstrated that cold stress was similar to AICAR, which activated the AMPK pathway with hysteresis. Thus, the regulation mechanism of AMPK under cold stress was preliminarily analyzed. In general, AMPK was involved not only in responses to low temperatures but also in energy regulation under cold stress.  相似文献

Glyceollin has been shown to have antidiabetic properties, although its molecular mechanism is not known. Here, we have investigated the metabolic effects of glyceollin in animal models of insulin resistance and in endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress-responsive muscle cells. db/db mice were treated with glyceollin for 4 weeks and triglycerides, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL) levels were measured. Glyceollin reduced serum insulin and triglycerides and increased HDL levels in db/db mice. Furthermore, glyceollin caused a significant improvement in glucose homeostasis without altering body weight and food intake in db/db mice. In muscle cells, glyceollin increased the activity of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) as well as cellular glucose uptake. Fatty acid oxidation was also increased. In parallel, phosphorylation of acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) at Ser-79 was increased, consistent with decreased ACC activity. An insulin-resistant state was induced by exposing cells to 5 μg/ml of tunicamycin as indicated by decreased insulin-mediated tyrosine phosphorylation of insulin receptor substrate-1 (IRS-1) and glucose uptake. Inhibition of insulin-mediated tyrosine phosphorylation of IRS-1 and glucose uptake under ER stress was prevented by glyceollin. Strikingly, glyceollin reduced ER stress-induced, c-Jun NH2-terminal kinase activation and subsequently increased insulin signaling via stimulation of AMPK activity in L6 myotubes. Pharmacologic inhibition or knockdown of Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase kinase blocked glyceollin-increased AMPK phosphorylation and insulin sensitivity under ER stress conditions. Taken together, these results indicate that glyceollin-mediated enhancement of insulin sensitivity under ER stress conditions is predominantly accomplished by activating AMPK, thereby having beneficial effects on hyperglycemia and insulin resistance.  相似文献

BackgroundNature has gifted a variety of vital phytochemicals having potential therapeutic application against various ailments. Emblica officinalis (E. officinalis), an ancient plant, has long been used as a remedy for diabetes and cardiovascular complications, and presence of abundant amount of gallic acid could be accountable for its medicinal potential.PurposeThe study was aimed to determine the in-vivo and in-vitro anti-diabetic potential of gallic acid and fruit juice of E. officinalis. Molecular mechanism of gallic acid as well as fruit juice of E. officinalis for anti-diabetic potential has also been revealed.Experimental study designAnti-diabetic potential of E. officinalis and gallic acid was evaluated in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes and various animal models like db/db mice and fructose administered rats. PPAR-γ expression and glucose translocation were observed using western blot and PCR techniques.ResultsTreatment of E. officinalis fruit juice and gallic acid facilitated their glucose homeostasis; improved insulin sensitivity; reduced obesity; abridged elevated blood pressure and declined cholesterol level, and also induced adipogenesis in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Mechanistically, treatment increased expression of PPAR-γ through activation of C/EBPs and simultaneously increased Glut4 translocation in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Moreover, gallic acid treatment increased insulin sensitivity through activation of Akt rather than AMPK signaling pathway while fruit juice of E. officinalis showed dual activation, Akt and AMPK as well.ConclusionThese findings reveal the role of gallic acid in E. officinalis mediated antidiabetic potential, and delineate the upregulation of pAkt, PPAR-γ and Glut4 in gallic acid mediated antidiabetic activity, thus providing potential therapy for diabetes and related disorders.  相似文献

Cyanidin 3-glucoside and delphinidin 3-glucoside (minor component) occurred in the bark of Salix purpurea (29 cultivars examined), S. fragilis (3 cvs), S. americana (4 cvs), S. rubra (1 cv.), S. incana (1 cv.), S. aegyptica (1 cv.) and S. alba (3 cvs) and several hybrids. A previously unrecorded anthocyanin was also present in appreciable amounts in the bark of eleven S. purpurea cultivars, notably those with small leaves. In other large-leaved cultivars of S. purpurea (18) it occurred only in traces or was not detected with certainty. A trace was found in one purpurea hybrid, but it was not detected in four others. Small amounts of the new anthocyanin were also found in S. incana (1 cv.), S. fragilis cv. Basfordiana, S. americana cv. Cordata and one hybrid, but were absent from other cultivars of S. fragilis (2) and S. americana (2), and also from S. alba (3), S. aegyptica (1), S. daphnoides (1), S. rubra (1), S. triandra (1), S. viminalis (1) and three hybrids. The new anthocyanin is unique in containing fructose as well as glucose and is based upon a previously undescribed anthocyanidin, possibly dimeric in nature, which is provisionally named purpurinidin.  相似文献
