In the present study the quality management system of 39 milling companies was investigated regarding the analysis and the prevention of mycotoxin contamination. 21 companies- mainly companies with a high processing volume - established a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9000ff. In view of previous studies the data indicated an improvement of quality management systems in the milling industry during the last years. Nevertheless some powerful instruments of preventive quality management like a supplier assessment have still not been efficiently used in many companies. The monitoring of mycotoxins or the participation in existing monitoring programmes is mainly limited to companies with a high production volume. It is recommended that monitoring programmes should become more attractive for small- and medium-sized companies. Further the development of quality management systems for small and medium-sized companies is required.  相似文献

随着我国自然保护事业进入新时代,以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系建设思路得以明确,以国家公园为代表的自然保护地监测工作也被赋予了更高的要求。监测在促进国家公园科学规划与管理中发挥着重要作用,国家公园管理目标的实现离不开可靠的监测数据和信息的支撑。我国的国家公园试点由各类型自然保护地整合设立,因此面临不同监测类型之间的整合,存在缺乏统一的监测指标体系、有效的监测数据管理、健全的监测实施机制等问题。在对各类型自然保护地整合优化的基本思路下,基于国外国家公园监测实践与经验,综合考虑我国自然保护地的监测现状和需求,从顶层设计出发,构建了以自然资源清查为基础、以生态监测为核心、以自然与人为干扰监测为辅助、以管理有效性监测为补充并服务管理有效性评价的国家公园综合监测体系。在此基础上,进一步提出由三级监测网络、监测数据管理、管理有效性评价三部分组成的国家公园监测实施机制。在国家公园监测体系构建方面进行了探索与尝试,以期为我国国家公园监测体系以及监测制度的建立提供有益参考。  相似文献

The current state of the zooplankton community in Lake Ryashkovskoye located on Ryashkov Island (the northern archipelago of the Kandalaksha State Natural Reserve) has been assessed. The most informative indices of the zooplankton community used in the monitoring system have been analyzed. On the basis of our own data and data from literature, a comparative analysis of the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of zooplankton in the lake with those in lakes of Velikiy Island (Bolshoye Kumyazhie, Maloye Kumyazhie, Mortsy, Trostnikovoye, Bolshoye Eremeyevskoye, and Maloye Eremeyevskoye lakes) has been made.  相似文献

近年来, 被动声学监测技术被广泛应用于陆生哺乳动物的监测, 它能以较低的价格和非侵入的方式在特定区域进行野生动物无人值守监测, 面临的主要问题是需要人工收回数据和后期数据分析整理较为困难。本研究设计了一套被动声学监测系统用于西黑冠长臂猿(Nomascus concolor)监测, 监测系统在野外由太阳能供电, 使用自研的指向性拾音器阵列采集鸣声数据, 并通过无线网桥实时传输数据至管护局办公楼的服务器进行存储, 通过后台的鸣声数据管理系统辅助研究人员识别鸣声和辨认鸣声来源方向, 简化数据采集和处理流程。该系统在哀牢山国家级自然保护区枇杷箐科研监听点对两个西黑冠长臂猿群体进行了351天的连续监测, 特点为: 系统运行长期稳定, 数据通过无线方式传输便捷高效且不受季节天气影响。指向性拾音器阵列能有效分辨长臂猿鸣声来源方向, 弥补了传统监测设备难以分辨鸣声方向的缺陷。该系统与现有人工监测方法相比在数据采集的持续性、连续性、完整度以及鸣声数据处理智能化和监测成本方面均具有一定优势, 符合西黑冠长臂猿持续长期监测需求, 未来可作为西黑冠长臂猿自动化监测的解决方案进行推广应用。  相似文献

We have previously described methods for the continuous monitoring of formazan deposition in tissue sections with a system based on the Vickers M85A microdensitometer. However, this instrument only allows the monitoring of a single field in each section. We have now developed a new system based on the Zeiss UMSP-30 microspectrophotometer. This machine is entirely computer controlled and by virtue of its fast-scanning stage allows the rapid (less than 0.5 s) sequential monitoring of multiple fields (up to 35) in each section. Thus a number of cell types may be studied simultaneously and work which used to take a full working day with the M85A system now can be performed in 45 min. As with the M85A the Zeiss system has full capability for data analysis (i.e. calculation of initial velocity rates, etc.). We have found that continuous monitoring of tissue sections by microdensitometry is a precise, sensitive and biochemically valid method of studying enzyme activity within the cellular matrix.  相似文献

A knowledge-based system to assist the physician in the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension has been developed as the result of cooperation between the Department of Electronic Engineering of the University of Florence and the Interuniversity Centre of Clinical Chronobiology. The system input consists of the data recorded over a 24 h (or longer) period by monitoring (automatically or through self-measurements) the blood pressure of the subject undergoing the system analysis, and the associated anamnestic data. The process results in a report that states from which kind of hypertensive syndrome, if any, the subject is suffering and which anti-hypertensive therapy appears to be most suitable. The system consists of three modules: the first diagnoses hypertension by applying cluster analysis to a set of parameters derived from the principal components of the time series resulting from the subject's blood pressure monitoring; the other two classify hypertension and offer advice about the most advisable treatment, respectively, by using high-level data representation and processing. The knowledge embedded in the system is internally represented by means of frames and rules. This paper describes the structure of the system, illustrates the techniques that have been used for its development and discusses the results of its application.  相似文献

The detection and quantification of ethanol with high sensitivity, selectivity and accuracy is required in many different areas. A variety of methods and strategies have been reported for the determination of this analyte including gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, refractometry and spectrophotometry, among other. The use of the enzyme alcohol oxidase (AOX) on the analysis of ethanol in complex samples allows a considerable enhancement in specificity. This paper reviews the state of the art on ethanol determination based on AOX sensors, using either electrochemical electrodes or immobilised enzyme reactors. Almost all AOX-based ethanol sensors developed so far are based on the monitoring of O2 consumption or H2O2 formation. This has been mostly achieved using amperometric electrodes set at appropriate potentials namely, -600 mV for O2 monitoring or +600 mV for H2O2 monitoring. Mediated and non-mediated bienzymatic systems have also been assembled using AOX coupled to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Different types of electrodes have been proposed for the detection of ethanol, namely, membrane electrode, carbon paste electrodes, screen-printed electrodes and self-assembled monolayers. Another approach to work with this sensitive enzyme is to use high amounts of AOX in order to create an enzyme reservoir, a strategy which can be implemented using immobilised enzyme reactors. These reactors can be combined with a colorimetric detection in a flow-injection analysis system or with electrochemical transducers.  相似文献

随着经济全球化快速发展,外来物种入侵危害日益严重。“十三五”时期,我国针对当前面临的重大外来物种入侵威胁,按照基础前沿、共性关键技术与重大产品研发、典型应用示范研究3个层面,部署了一系列科技项目,取得了一批重大科研成果:阐明了入侵物种的入侵机理和进化机制,以及入侵植物与脆弱生态系统互作的调控机制;建立了潜在农业入侵生物信息分析平台,新发外来入侵物种的风险预测与评估模型,重大外来入侵物种的快速检测识别与监测预警技术,以及综合防控技术体系;围绕豚草、空心莲子草、苹果蠹蛾、番茄潜叶蛾、甜菜孢囊线虫等危害特点,开展全程防控技术应用示范。“十三五”期间,基本实现了潜在入侵物种数据量持续丰富完善,新发/突发入侵物种应急防控技术产品有效储备能力增强,重大入侵物种综合防控技术体系逐步健全的良好格局。面向“十四五”,建议继续支持外来物种入侵防控研究,推动“关口前移、疆域监控、灭除阻截、联控减灾”等核心技术的研发,实现有效防控生物入侵的重大目标。  相似文献

由于烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci、温室白粉虱Trialeurodes vaporariorum等粉虱害虫在我国猖獗为害,我国已从种群动态监测到害虫综合治理开展了一系列研究。为了有一套统一、规范的标准,我们制定了保护地蔬菜与露地蔬菜生产上粉虱害虫的系统调查与监测技术规程,包括调查与监测的目的、样本大棚或田块的选择,粉虱各虫态发生数量的调查、监测与统计方法等,并根据保护地蔬菜与露地蔬菜的生长特点,提出了相应的粉虱害虫预测预报、防治阈值、防治对策及防控时间等技术措施。  相似文献

Enzymatic biosensors have been extensively investigated for real‐time bioprocess monitoring and other online analysis. However, implementation of biosensors has been strongly hindered by their limited stability. This work reports a significant improvement of the stability of the immobilized oxidases by in situ reduction of the harmful H2O2. Thus, stabilized oxidases can serve as the basis for ethanol, glucose, and lactate sensors, with the ability to operate for long periods of time with virtually no change in activity. As an example, a lactate sensor, containing lactate oxidase aimed for bioprocess monitoring, has been described and characterized. Operational stabilities that allow up to 8 h continuous lactate conversion with virtually no activity loss have been achieved. The described system based on the in situ stabilization strategy is a promising new tool for the development of online analyses.  相似文献

Most life forms exhibit daily rhythms in cellular, physiological and behavioral phenomena that are driven by endogenous circadian (≡24 hr) pacemakers or clocks. Malfunctions in the human circadian system are associated with numerous diseases or disorders. Much progress towards our understanding of the mechanisms underlying circadian rhythms has emerged from genetic screens whereby an easily measured behavioral rhythm is used as a read-out of clock function. Studies using Drosophila have made seminal contributions to our understanding of the cellular and biochemical bases underlying circadian rhythms. The standard circadian behavioral read-out measured in Drosophila is locomotor activity. In general, the monitoring system involves specially designed devices that can measure the locomotor movement of Drosophila. These devices are housed in environmentally controlled incubators located in a darkroom and are based on using the interruption of a beam of infrared light to record the locomotor activity of individual flies contained inside small tubes. When measured over many days, Drosophila exhibit daily cycles of activity and inactivity, a behavioral rhythm that is governed by the animal''s endogenous circadian system. The overall procedure has been simplified with the advent of commercially available locomotor activity monitoring devices and the development of software programs for data analysis. We use the system from Trikinetics Inc., which is the procedure described here and is currently the most popular system used worldwide. More recently, the same monitoring devices have been used to study sleep behavior in Drosophila. Because the daily wake-sleep cycles of many flies can be measured simultaneously and only 1 to 2 weeks worth of continuous locomotor activity data is usually sufficient, this system is ideal for large-scale screens to identify Drosophila manifesting altered circadian or sleep properties.  相似文献

Bioluminescence bioassays based on luminous bacteria (Photobacterium phosphopreum) and coupled enzyme system NADH-FMN-oxidoreductase-luciferase were adapted for monitoring the saline-water conditions of Lake Shira (Khakasia, Siberia). The differences in bioluminescence responses have been found to be related to the salt composition and the oxidation-reduction properties of water. Bioluminescent kinetics parameters, which are mostly sensitive to pollution under conditions of saline water, have been observed. The enzymatic system in the presence of 1,4-benzoquinone are shown to be more sensitive to redox characteristics of the salt water than this in the absence of 1,4-benzoquinone. 1,4-benzoquinone should be applied for the preparation of a model solution for the monitoring of redox properties of the salt water. Using this technique, the results of bioluminescence analysis are used to construct a heterogeneity map that characterizes the spatial and temporal water quality of lake Shira. A partial map was based on the bioluminescence characteristics of water samples taken along the shoreline, sampling stations in the different places and in different depths of the lake. It has been demonstrated that the bioluminescence assay measurements must be done within two hours after the sampling time.  相似文献

国家公园具有生态系统保护、自然资源可持续利用等管理目标,这些管理目标的实现需要大量监测数据和信息的支持。对国家公园开展生态监测有助于了解国家公园内生态系统的动态变化并揭示管理活动的影响,从而为管理决策的规划和实施提供有用信息。为推动我国国家公园生态监测体系的建立,提出了面向管理目标的国家公园生态监测指标构建方法。该方法由确定国家公园生态监测目标、识别国家公园管理目标、识别国家公园关键生态过程、确定需要监测的生态过程并制定初始监测指标清单、确定最终监测指标清单5个部分组成。该方法在三江源国家公园进行了应用。三江源国家公园的管理目标包括生态系统保育、维持江河径流量持续稳定等13项,在区域、景观、生态系统和种群尺度上共识别出16个关键生态过程。通过匹配三江源国家公园的关键生态过程与管理目标,构建了一个由两级共93个指标组成的三江源国家公园生态监测指标体系,为三江源国家公园生态监测体系的构建奠定了基础。  相似文献

In order to automate measurements of cell concentration and viability in a suspended animal cell culture, we have developed anin situ microscopic image analysis system with an effective cell recognition algorithm. With a small amount of sample, this system can measure the cell density rapidly and aseptically. In addition, it can measure a cell size histogram including cell debris small particle distribution. These small particles have been found to be related to the viability of the mouse-mouse hybridoma STK1 cell line. By using cell debris small particle density as an indicator of cell viability, the developed system provides non-destructive viability monitoring without trypan blue staining.  相似文献

Summary An enzymatic biosensor, with a flow-through sensor for continuous monitoring of glucose coupled to a Flow Injection Analysis (FIA) sampling line has been used to determine glucose over the range of 5 to 120 g/l. without sample dilution. The system can analyse 10 samples per hour. Calibration and reproducibility analysis have shown a good linearity and excellent results as compared to a commercial glucose analyser.  相似文献

An instrument with integrated flow injection analysis (FIA) system has been developed for on-line monitoring a process for conversion of biomass under field condition. The instrument consists of a newly designed biosensor for easy renewal of the bio-receptor without disassembling the sensor, a FIA controller for controlling the analysis operations, and a computer-based data acquisition system for data recording and processing. The instrument performed a sequence operations automatically including preparation of sample in the desired concentration, sample loading, sample injection, signal recording, data processing, and self-cleaning of the system. This makes the instrument being an interesting and promising device for on-line process monitoring.  相似文献

There have been recent research activities on GPS-based FNET to prevent wide-area blackouts by monitoring frequency deviation. This paper introduces a system for monitoring regional frequencies in power grid developed as an advanced research project for intelligent wide-area protective relaying in South Korea. The system is implemented by modeling an actual 345 kV transmission system of South Korea using EMTP-RV and by measuring voltages and currents at five regions. The frequencies are estimated using our previous proposed method, a frequency estimation algorithm with gain compensation. The monitoring system implemented is used to examine frequency propagation effects and various fault conditions. Simulation results showed that the proposed system could achieve good performance regarding the frequency monitoring under both steady states and dynamic fault conditions.  相似文献

Achieving and maintaining suitable water quality is one of the important parameters to ensure health and well-being of the human as well as ecosystems. Among the various aquatic ecosystems, riverine ecosystems are more prone to pollution and therefore needs to be monitored frequently and on regular time intervals. In this context, real-time water quality monitoring system offers excellent opportunity to keep track of the water quality on a continuous basis; which not only helps to identify the affected location and pollution source, but also creates alert enabling the authorities to take immediate action. One such real-time water quality monitoring system was installed in the River Ganga (India), considering the fragility and significance of the Gangetic ecosystem. In this paper, we have presented the details of the real-time water quality monitoring system installed in River Ganga and results obtained through it for various parameters. The results have also been compared with the standard values. Additionally, based on this preliminary investigation, limitations and recommendations have also been presented to further enhance the utility of the system.  相似文献

随着现代遥感技术的迅速发展,遥感监测已经成为红树林生态系统变化监测的重要手段和方法。从遥感技术在生态系统变化监测应用领域入手,综述了国内外红树林遥感监测的发展历程,系统总结了遥感技术在红树林湿地动态、种间分类、群落结构(叶面积指数、冠幅、树高等)、生物量、灾害灾情(病虫害、风暴潮等)、景观格局动态、驱动力、红树林湿地保护与管理等领域应用现状,归纳了不同应用领域遥感监测的理论、方法及研究现状。指出我国在红树林遥感监测中存在的不足。提出红树林遥感监测应在分类标准体系规范化、分类精度提升、红树林生态学特征参数(物种多样性、优势度等)、生态系统环境空间演变过程及遥感监测的尺度效应方面加大研究力度。充分发挥区域综合监测模型在红树林生态系统变化遥感监测中的作用。  相似文献
