The effect of ciliate protozoa on the activity of polysaccharide-degrading enzymes in microbial populations from the digesta solids and liquor fractions of rumen contents was examined after the refaunation of ciliate-free sheep with an A-type rumen protozoal population. Although the culturable rumen bacterial population was reduced after refaunation the number of fibrolytic micro-organisms detected was higher; the xylanolytic bacterial population and numbers of fungal zoospores were increased after refaunation. The proportion of propionic acid was lower in the refaunated animals, whereas the concentration of ammonia and the acidic metabolites acetate, butyrate and valerate were all increased. The range of enzyme activities present in the digesta subpopulations were the same in defaunated and refaunated animals. The activities of the polysaccharide-degrading enzymes, however, were increased in the microbial populations associated with the digesta solids after refaunation, and at 16 h after feeding the activities were 4–8 times (β-d-xylosidase 20 times) higher than the levels detected in the adherent population from defaunated sheep. The protozoa, either directly through their own enzymes or indirectly as a consequence of their effects on the population size and activity of the other fibrolytic micro-organisms present, have an important role in determining the level of activity of polysaccharide-degrading enzymes in the rumen ecosystem. Although the extent of ryegrass ( Lolium perenne ) hay digestion was similar after 24 h in the absence or presence of protozoa, the initial ruminal degradation was higher in refaunated sheep.  相似文献

1. Choline, which is present in the diet of the sheep either in the non-esterified form or combined in phospholipids, is rapidly degraded in the rumen. The ultimate product formed from the N-methyl groups is methane. 2. Analysis of the non-esterified choline and the phosphatidylcholine in ruminal and abomasal digesta indicate that the phospholipid is the main vehicle for the passage of choline to the lower digestive tract. 3. The concentration of phosphatidylcholine in abomasal digesta is lower than that of ruminal digesta, which is in line with a selective retention of protozoa in the rumen as observed by others. 4. On defaunation of the rumen to remove ciliated protozoa the concentration of phosphatidylcholine in ruminal digesta falls markedly and becomes lower than that in abomasal digesta. 5. Calculation shows that the adult sheep obtains at most only about 20--25 mg of effective choline per day from its diet (0.002--0.0025% of dietary total dry-weight intake). This is some fifty times less than the minimum required to avoid pathological lesions and death in other species investigated (0.1%+ of dietary dry-weight intake). 6. Sheep liver can synthesize choline from [14C]ethanolamine both in vitro and in vivo, but the synthesis of choline per kg body weight is many times less than it is in the rat. 7. The intact sheep oxidizes an injected dose of [1,2-14C]choline to CO2 at a rate that is several times less than that observed for the rat. This could help to explain the apparent minimal requirement of sheep for dietary choline.  相似文献

Proteolytic activity was measured by the digestion of 14C-labelled casein in digesta removed from the rumen of four sheep receiving a grass hay/concentrate diet and four sheep receiving a maize silage/concentrate diet. Samples were removed immediately before feeding and at 2-h intervals after feeding up to 12 h. Animals on both diets produced similar proteolytic activities (1.83 (S.D. 0.41) and 2.14 (S.D. 0.61) mg 14C-casein hydrolysed (ml ruminal fluid)-1 h-1 with the maize silage- and grass hay-based diets, respectively). Time after feeding had no effect on proteolytic activity, but between-animal variation was consistent and highly significant, with the highest-activity animals having activities 64 and 74% higher than the lowest-activity animals on the two diets, respectively.  相似文献

Sulfur pools in the rumen and sulfur flows from the rumen were investigated in two experiments with sheep on a diet containing equal parts of oaten and lucerne chaffs. The diet was fed at two levels, either chopped or pelleted, and with intraruminal DL-methionine supplements. Ruminal fluid volumes and fluid flows to the omasum were measured. None of the treatments influenced ruminal fluid volume. Fluid flow to the omasum, however, was increased by increasing dry matter intake (DMI), and was further enhanced by feeding chaffed hay rather than the same materials ground and pelleted; the DL-methionine supplement had no effect. First approximation of the ruminal sulfur pools and of sulfur flows to the omasum were derived from the concentration of sulfur in true digesta and the ruminal fluid volume or fluid flow. Increasing DMI from 500 to 1000 g/day resulted in larger ruminal pools of total (1096 v. 792 mg), neutral (1016 v. 731 mg) and protein (479 v. 419 mg) sulfur, but the reducible sulfur pools were not affected by the level of DMI. Infusions of DL-methionine increased the ruminal sulfide sulfur pool irrespective of level of DMI. The first approximation of total sulfur flow was increased by 1660 mg/day at the higher level of DMI, due mainly to increases of 710 mg S/day as protein sulfur and 859 mg S/day as non-protein neutral sulfur. Flows of inorganic sulfate and ester sulfate sulfur, although small in comparison with organic sulfur flows, increased with level of DMI. Sulfide sulfur flows were also increased at the higher level of DMI, and were almost doubled by intraruminal infusions of DL-methionine.  相似文献

High solubility of certain trace minerals (TM) in the rumen can alter nutrient digestibility and fermentation. The objectives of the present studies were to determine the effects of TM source on 1) nutrient digestibility and ruminal fermentation, 2) concentrations of soluble Cu, Zn, and Mn in the rumen following a pulse dose of TM, and 3) Cu, Zn, and Mn binding strength on ruminal digesta using dialysis against a chelating agent in steers fed a diet formulated to meet the requirements of a high producing dairy cow. Twelve Angus steers fitted with ruminal cannulae were adapted to a diet balanced with nutrient concentrations similar to a diet for a high producing lactating dairy cow for 21 d. Steers were then randomly assigned to dietary treatments consisting of 10 mg Cu, 40 mg Mn, and 60 mg Zn/kg DM from either sulfate (STM), hydroxychloride (HTM) or complexed trace minerals (CTM). The experimental design did not include a negative control (no supplemental Cu, Mn, or Zn) because the basal diet did not meet the National Research Council requirement for Cu and Zn. Copper, Mn, and Zn are also generally supplemented to lactating dairy cow diets at concentrations approximating those supplied in the present study. Following a 14-d adaptation period, total fecal output was collected for 5-d. Following the fecal collection period, rumen fluid was collected for Volatile fatty acid (VFA) parameters. On the following day, the same diet was provided for 14 d, without supplemental Cu, Zn, and Mn. This period served as a wash-out period. A pulse dose of 100, 400, and 600 mg of Cu, Zn, Mn, respectively, from either STM, HTM, or CTM, was administered via ruminal cannulae to the steers on day 15. Over a 24-h period ruminal samples were obtained every 2-h. Following centrifugation, the supernatant was analyzed for Cu, Mn, and Zn. Ruminal solid digesta samples from times 0, 12, and 24 h after bolus dosing were exposed to dialysis against Tris-EDTA. Digestibility of NDF and ADF were lesser in STM vs. HTM and vs. CTM supplemented steers. Steers receiving HTM and CTM had greater total VFA concentrations than STM, and molar proportions of individual VFA were not affected by treatment. Ruminal soluble Cu and Zn concentrations were greater post dosing in STM and CTM supplemented steers at 2, 4, and 6 h for Cu and 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 h for Zn when compared to HTM supplemented steers. The release of Cu and Zn from ruminal solid digesta following dialysis against Tris-EDTA at 12 and 24 h postdosing was greater for steers receiving HTM compared to those receiving STM or CTM. Results indicate trace mineral source impacts: 1) how tightly bound Cu and Zn are to ruminal solid digesta; 2) fiber digestion; 3) and ruminal total VFA concentrations.  相似文献

Cells of Bacillus megaterium GW1 and Escherichia coli W7-M5 were specifically radiolabeled with 2,2'-diamino[G-3H]pimelic acid ([3H]DAP) as models of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, respectively. Two experiments were conducted to study the in vivo metabolism of 2,2'-diaminopimelic acid (DAP) in sheep. In experiment 1, cells of [3H]DAP-labeled B. megaterium GW1 were infused into the rumen of one sheep and the radiolabel was traced within microbial samples, digesta, and the whole animal. Bacterially bound [3H]DAP was extensively metabolized, primarily (up to 70% after 8 h) via decarboxylation to [3H]lysine by both ruminal protozoa and ruminal bacteria. Recovery of infused radiolabel in urine and feces was low (42% after 96 h) and perhaps indicative of further metabolism by the host animal. In experiment 2, [3H]DAP-labeled B. megaterium GW1 was infused into the rumens of three sheep and [3H]DAP-labeled E. coli W7-M5 was infused into the rumen of another sheep. The radioactivity contents of these mutant bacteria were insufficient to use as tracers, but the metabolism of DAP was monitored in the total, free, and peptidyl forms. Free DAP, as a proportion of total DAP in duodenal digesta, varied from 0 to 9.5%, whereas peptidyl DAP accounted for 8.3 to 99.2%. These data reflect the extensive metabolism of bacterially bound DAP within the gastrointestinal tracts of ruminant animals and serve as a serious caution to the uncritical use of DAP as a marker of bacterial biomass in the digesta of these animals.  相似文献

Selenium is a main component of glutathione peroxidase (GPX), a key antioxidant enzyme. Other elements, such as zinc, copper, manganese and iron, are also involved in the pathogenesis of oxidative damage as well as in other important metabolic pathways. The effects of selenium supplementation on the metabolism of these elements have yield controversial results .The aim of this study is to analyse the effects of selenium supplementation on liver, muscle and urinary excretion of zinc, copper, iron and manganese in a situation of oxidative stress, such as protein deficiency. The experimental design included four groups of adult male Sprague–Dawley rats, which received the Lieber–DeCarli control diet, an isocaloric 2 % protein-containing diet and another similar two groups to which selenomethionine (6 mg/l liquid diet) was added. After sacrifice (5 weeks later), muscle, liver and serum selenium were determined, as well as muscle, liver and urinary zinc, copper, manganese and iron and liver GPX activity and liver malondialdehyde. Selenium addition led to decreased liver copper, increased muscle copper, increased copper excretion and increased liver iron, whereas zinc and manganese parameters were essentially unaltered. Muscle, liver and serum selenium were all significantly correlated with liver GPX activity.  相似文献

Microbial community analysis was carried out on ruminal digesta obtained directly via rumen fistula and buccal fluid, regurgitated digesta (bolus) and faeces of dairy cattle to assess if non-invasive samples could be used as proxies for ruminal digesta. Samples were collected from five cows receiving grass silage based diets containing no additional lipid or four different lipid supplements in a 5 x 5 Latin square design. Extracted DNA was analysed by qPCR and by sequencing 16S and 18S rRNA genes or the fungal ITS1 amplicons. Faeces contained few protozoa, and bacterial, fungal and archaeal communities were substantially different to ruminal digesta. Buccal and bolus samples gave much more similar profiles to ruminal digesta, although fewer archaea were detected in buccal and bolus samples. Bolus samples overall were most similar to ruminal samples. The differences between both buccal and bolus samples and ruminal digesta were consistent across all treatments. It can be concluded that either proxy sample type could be used as a predictor of the rumen microbial community, thereby enabling more convenient large-scale animal sampling for phenotyping and possible use in future animal breeding programs aimed at selecting cattle with a lower environmental footprint.  相似文献

Four sheep, each fitted with a rumen cannula and a re-entrant cannula in the proximal duodenum and terminal ileum, were used for collection of rumen, duodenal and ileal digesta. Four normal sheep were used for collection of faeces. They were given maize silage, maize silage ensiled with urea, wilted alfalfa silage or formic acid-treated alfalfa silage. Although the solubility of the calcium (Ca) in the duodenal digesta was higher with sheep on maize silages than with those on alfalfa silages, sheep fed on maize silage showed negative apparent absorption (?32.7 and ?16.5%) owing to the low concentration of Ca in whole-plant maize. The apparent absorption of magnesium (Mg) was 40.6–42.3% for maize silages and 24.2–26.8% for alfalfa silages. The differences between silages with respect to apparent absorption of phosphorus (P) were not significant and ranged between 1.5 and 10.9%. There were no appreciable differences in soluble proportions, flow and apparent absorption of Ca, Mg and P between the two maize silages or the two alfalfa silages. There was a net absorption of Ca and Mg and a net secretion of P in the stomach of animals on all silages.  相似文献

Four multiparous ruminally cannulated Holstein cows (mean bodyweight [BW] 615 kg) in mid-lactation (103 days in milk and 32 kg milk x d(-1) at start of the experiment) were used in an one-factorial experiment to evaluate the effects of fibre level (19, 24, 28, 32 and 39% physically effective NDF [peNDF] in dry matter [DM]) in diets consisting of hay and slowly degradable concentrate on rumen fermentation patterns and digesta particle size, under a constant intake level (146 g DM x kg(-0.75). The different fibre concentrations in the diet were achieved by adjusting the hay to concentrate ratio. The above-mentioned levels of peNDF corresponded to 70, 60, 50, 40 and 25% concentrate in diet DM, respectively, and followed the lactation curve of the cows. The ruminal pH was positively and linearly correlated to the percentage of fibre (peNDF, NDF or CF) in ration DM with R2 of 0.76-0.88 (p < 0.001) for solid digesta (particle-associated rumen fluid, PARL), and R2 of 0.26-0.29 (p < 0.05) for fluid digesta (free rumen liquid, FRL). The lowest fibre level in the diet (19% peNDF) or the highest level of concentrate (70% on DM basis) caused pH values lower than 6.0 at almost all sampling times only in PARL but not in FRL, and significantly increased the proportion of large particles in rumen digesta, which in turn was reflected by a depression of fibre digestibility. A level of 24% peNDF or 60% concentrate in the diet maintained the ruminal pH higher than 6.0 and 5.8 in FRL and PARL, respectively. Therefore, the inclusion of more than 60% slowly degradable concentrate in dairy cows diets fed approximately 18 kg DM x d(-1) is discouraged. Based on the response of ruminal solid digesta to dietary fibre, it can be concluded that the recommendations of feeding a structural value > or =1 per kg DM (De Brabander et al. 1999) underestimated, and 400 g CF per 100 kg BW (Hoffmann 1990) overestimated the evaluation of structural effectiveness of the present diet.  相似文献

The influence of fibre content of hay (H) and concentrate level (C) on local differences in the composition of ruminal digesta (ratio of solid to fluid digesta, DM, NDF, ADF and ADL content), particle size (MPL), specific gravity (SG) and fermentation (pH and concentrations of SCFA and bicarbonate) have been tested on two ruminally cannulated Friesian cows (520 kg BW) which were fed restricted, using individual cows as experimental units. Digesta samples were collected via cannula from three rumen layers: 5 to 10 cm (top) and 25-35 cm beneath the top of the particle mat (middle) and 5-10 cm above the rumen floor (bottom). For a main plot treatment (H x C), repeated samples were collected at four time intervals (1 h before and 2, 5 and 10 h after morning feeding) on each of two days. From top to bottom rumen the share of solid digesta mass (SM), DM and NDF contents of squeezed digesta fluid (SRF) and concentration of SCFA decreased (P < 0.05); pH and bicarbonate concentration increased (P < 0.05), while DM, NDF, ADF and ADL contents in SM, MPL and SG did not differ. Higher NDF content of hay (from 47-62%) increased SM, fibre fractions in SM, MPL, pH and concentration of bicarbonate in ruminal digesta, especially when 50% concentrate was given, while SG decreased. When the concentrate level was enhanced from 20 to 50%, digesta SM, MPL and the content of DM and NDF in SRF increased, while pH, concentrations of SCFA and acetate decreased when low-fibre hay was given. With longer time after feeding the digesta SM was reduced and fibre content in SM increased. The increase of the fibre content of hay reduced the possible negative effect of high concentrate level on the stratification of ruminal digesta. The decrease of the fibre content of hay promised better conditions for fibre digestion in the rumen when concentrate availability is limited.  相似文献

Treponema spp. are a commonly detected bacterial group in the rumen that are involved in the degradation of soluble fibers. In this study, a ruminal Treponema group-specific PCR primer targeting the 16S rRNA gene was designed and used to assess the phylogenetic diversity and diet association of this group in sheep rumen. Total DNA was extracted from rumen digesta of three sheep fed a diet based on alfalfa/orchardgrass hay or concentrate. The real-time PCR quantification indicated that the relative abundance of the Treponema group in the total rumen bacteria was as high as 1.05%, while the known species Treponema bryantii accounted for only 0.02%. Fingerprints of the Treponema community determined by 16S rDNA-targeted denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) analysis tended to differ among the diets. Principal component analysis of the DGGE profiles distinguished those Treponema associated with either the hay or the concentrate diets. Analysis of a Treponema 16S rRNA gene clone library showed phylogenetically distinct operational taxonomic units for a specific dietary condition, and significant (P=0.001) differences in community composition were observed among clone libraries constructed from each dietary regimen. The majority of clones (75.4%) had <97% sequence similarity with known Treponema. These results suggest the predominance of uncultured Treponema that appear to have distinct members related to the digestion of either hay or concentrate diet.  相似文献

The study evaluated the effects of three different theoretical particle lengths (TPL) of grass silage on the distribution of particle fractions of the diet and the resulting effects on fermentation profile and concentrations of protozoa and mixed bacterial mass in the rumen of three lactating Holstein cows fed total mixed rations (45% grass silage, 5% grass hay and 50% concentrate) ad libitum. Decreasing TPL of grass silage (long, medium, short) reduced particles retained on the 19-mm sieve of the Penn State Particle Separator, while particle fractions from 8 mm to 19 mm and smaller than 8 mm were increased. Different TPL did not affect pH and the concentration of volatile fatty acids in the rumen. However, lowering the TPL from long to medium increased significantly the bicarbonate concentration, acetate proportion and protozoal number in the rumen, whereas the proportion of bacterial protein in ruminal digesta and its amino acid concentration were significantly increased by the short TPL. For the current feeding conditions, it can be concluded that increasing the fraction of particles between 8 and 19 mm and probably even the fraction below 8 mm by decreasing TPL of grass silage do not adversely affect rumen conditions and can be beneficial in terms of optimising concentration and activity of ruminal microbiota in high-yielding dairy cows.  相似文献

Intact and splenectomized sheep with and without a rumen fistula were used to investigate changes in the jugular blood haematocrit and plasma osmolality during hourly and once-daily feeding regimes. Osmolality was also estimated in the ruminal fluid of fistulated sheep with spleens. Haematocrit decreased in sheep with spleens before they were given a once-daily feed; it increased when these sheep started to feed, reaching a maximum increase of 13% after 30 min of feeding; it decreased during the remaining 45 min of feeding time and usually continued to decrease after feeding stopped. These changes were not due to diurnal influences. Splenectomized sheep fed once daily showed only small decreases in haematocrit before they were fed. Increases occurred with the onset of eating but they were smaller (7%) than in intact sheep and were of shorter duration. In hourly fed sheep with spleens, haematocrit decreased in the early stages of sampling in a manner similar to that for sheep fed once daily. The changes in haematocrit that did occur were not related in any obvious manner to the feeding regime. The haematocrit in splenectomized sheep fed hourly was stable throughout feeding. Variations in the haematocrit in splenectomized sheep, equivalent to a range of 13% in one of them, were observed in a series of blood samples obtained during a 5-h period remote from the feeding time. Large increases occurred in osmolality of ruminal fluid when sheep were fed daily and this was abolished by hourly feeding. Plasma osmolality in sheep fed once daily increased slowly. Maxima occurred after 100 min from the start of eating and were 7% greater than prefeeding values. Only minor changes were observed when these sheep were fed hourly.  相似文献

The correlation between rumen chemical and bacterial changes was investigated during a four periodical stepwise adaptation to a high-concentrate diet (concentrate level at 0%, 30%, 50% and 70% for diet I to IV, respectively) in goats. The results showed that ruminal pH decreased from 6.7 to 5.5 after switching from diet I to II, and was maintained at about 5.5 on diet III. Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis results showed that the rumen bacterial community was relatively stable during the initial three feeding periods, except for the appearance of three bands when diet changed from I to II, suggesting that an appropriate concentrate level can promote the proliferation of some bacteria. After 12 days of feeding diet III, total volatile fatty acid (VFA) concentration and butyrate proportion decreased. At days 2 and 3 of feeding diet IV, ruminal pH declined sharply to 5.3 and 4.7, respectively, and total VFA concentration decreased further while lactic acid concentration increased markedly, suggesting a relation between lactic acid accumulation and ruminal pH decline. At the same time, many bacteria disappeared, including most fibrolytic-related bacteria while Streptococcus bovis and Prevotella-like species dominated. Interestingly, Succinivibrio dextrinosolvens-like species maintained throughout the experiment, suggesting its tolerance to low pH. In conclusion, rumen bacterial community was relatively stable feeding 0% to 50% concentrate diets, and it was observed that appropriate concentrate levels in the diet could increase the diversity of rumen bacteria. However, concentrate-rich diets caused lactic acid accumulation and low ruminal pH that caused the disappearance of most fibrolytic-related bacteria sensitive to low pH while S. bovis and genus Prevotella persisted.  相似文献

This study was aimed to investigate the impact of subacute ruminal acidosis (SARA) on the diversity of liquid (LAB) and solid-associated bacteria (SAB) following high-grain feeding. Six ruminally cannulated goats were divided into two groups: one group was fed a hay diet (COD), and the other group was fed a high grain diet (SAID). Rumen liquids and rumen solids were sampled after 2 weeks adaption. SARA was diagnosed with a pH below 5.8 for 8 h. SAID decreased ruminal pH (P < 0.001) and increased the acetate (P = 0.017), propionate (P = 0.001), butyrate (P < 0.001) and total volatile fatty acid (P < 0.001) concentration in rumen compared with the COD. Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis fingerprints analysis revealed a clear separation between both the diet and the fraction of rumen digesta in bacterial communities. Pyrosequencing analysis showed that the proportion of phylum Bacteroidetes in the SAID-LAB and SAID-SAB communities was less than in the COD group, whereas the SAID group had a greater percentage of Firmicutes in both the LAB and SAB libraries. UniFrac analyses and a Venn diagram revealed a large difference between the two diets in the diversity of rumen bacterial communities. Overall, our findings revealed that SARA feeding did alter the community structure of rumen liquids and rumen solids. Thus, manipulation of dietary factors, such as ratio of forage to concentrate may have the potential to alter the microbial composition of rumen liquid and rumen solid.  相似文献

Three ruminally cannulated cows, fed twice daily with a 70:30 forage:concentrate diet, were used to investigate the differences in fibrolytic activity of solid-associated microorganisms between nylon bags and rumen contents. Two different grass hays (regrowth and late harvested) were incubated in ruminal nylon bags. After 2 h or 23 h incubation time, pH was measured in bags and rumen contents, and enzymes of solid-associated microorganisms were extracted from bag residues and surrounding digesta by grinding, freezing, defrosting and sonication. Xylanase, avicelase, β-D-xylosidase and β-D-glucosidase activities were measured. Activities were lower in bag residues than in rumen digesta, and differences were greater after 2 h than after 23 h incubation time. Causes of these differences are discussed. For each incubation time and each enzyme, the differences in solid-associated microorganisms activities between rumen and bags contents were independent of the quality of hay in the bag. Thus the lower fibrolytic activity inside the bags may account for an underestimation of in vivo ruminal fiber degradation by the in sacco method, but this underestimation may be similar whatever the nature and content of forage cell walls.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Five ruminally and duodenally cannulated Kazakh male lambs (30 ± 2.75 kg) maintained singly in a metabolic cage were used in a 5 × 5 Latin square experiment to investigate the effect of supplementing a ration with five different levels of distillers’ grape residue (DGR) on ruminal degradability, whole tract digestibility and nitrogen (N) metabolism of growing lambs. The rations were isoenergetic and isonitrogenous and contained 0, 3.85, 7.70, 11.55 and 15.41% DGR (DM basis). Each experimental period lasted for 18 d: 10 d for adaptation to the dietary treatment and 8 d for faecal, urinary, ruminal and duodenal digesta sample collections. The outflow rate of ruminal digesta increased (p = 0.032) linearly with the increased level of dietary neutral detergent fibre content, caused by the supplementation of DGR. As a result, the effective degradability of dry matter and crude protein decreased significantly with the treatments. Although the dietary intake of N, duodenal flow of total N, and the endogenous N at the duodenum were not affected by experimental treatments, N fractions in the digesta were altered. Ruminal microbial N decreased (p < 0.01) linearly; in contrast, ruminal un-degradable protein increased linearly (p < 0.01) in response to the increased addition of DGR. Although there was no significant difference in faecal N among treatments, N retention was increased linearly (p = 0.014), owing to the remarkable reduction (p = 0.016) of urinary N excretion with an increasing level of DGR. The results indicate that the DGR has some potential benefits of increasing the supply of bypass protein and of improving the utilisation efficiency of N for sheep. Therefore, the supplementation of DGR in ruminant feeding is recommended at levels not exceeding 10% of the diet.  相似文献
