PBL from approximately 50% of asymptomatic individuals infected with HIV have been previously demonstrated to exhibit defective in vitro Th function that is selective for influenza A virus (FLU), but not for HLA alloantigens (ALLO). In this report, we have further studied HIV+ individuals with this selective Th defect, and demonstrate that defective in vitro CTL responses to FLU can be restored by costimulation with FLU + ALLO. In contrast, HIV+ patients who have lost Th responses to ALLO were unable to correct CTL responses to FLU by this costimulation procedure. These findings indicate that intact Th responses to ALLO can be used in vitro to provide Th signals necessary to activate the T effector cell response to a potential pathogenic virus. Our results raise the possibility that a program of in vivo coimmunization with ALLO plus antigens of potential pathogens (including HIV) can be useful in HIV+ patients exhibiting selective defects in Th function. Furthermore, this approach could be incorporated in vaccine trials aimed at enhancing immunity to HIV in patients who have been infected previously with this virus.  相似文献

Cyclosporin A (CsA) is a widely used agent for the prevention of tissue allograft rejection in human transplantation. As a result of the recent demonstration that the allospecific Th cell response of human PBL can be generated by three distinct pathways of Th cell and APC interactions, we investigated the sensitivity of these three Th-APC pathways, as well as the Th response to recall Ag, to different concentrations of CsA. PBL from healthy volunteer donors were set up as primary in vitro cultures either without antigenic stimulation, or with influenza A virus, tetanus toxoid, or HLA alloantigenic (ALLO) stimulation. Ag-stimulated IL-2 production and proliferation were measured to assess Th cell function. To study the effect of CsA on Th function, different concentrations of CsA (0.001 to 0.1 micrograms/ml final) were added to the cultures at the time of stimulation. Th responses to influenza A virus and tetanus toxoid were more sensitive to CsA than the Th response to ALLO. By selective depletion of either responder or stimulator APC and/or of CD4+ or CD8+ cells, we 1) verified that the human ALLO Th response can be mediated by three distinct Th-APC pathways; 2) demonstrated that the ALLO response mediated by CD4+ Th and self-APC (the same helper pathway used by recall Ag) is as sensitive to CsA as the responses to recall Ag; and 3) showed that there is a hierarchy of sensitivity of these three allospecific pathways. The results are discussed with respect to the potential significance of the differential sensitivity of these allospecific Th-APC pathways to CsA for prevention of tissue allograft rejection.  相似文献

In order to clarify the differential activation of CD4+ and CD8+ HSV-specific CTL, we compared the characteristics of CTL generated by different methods of in vitro HSV stimulation by treatment of effectors with anti-CD4 and anti-CD8 mAb and C after the elimination of nonspecific cytotoxic effector cells. Cell-free HSV mainly activated CD4+ CTL precursors, whereas HSV-infected fibroblasts were more effective in activating CD8+ CTL precursors than CD4+ CTL precursors. In addition, limiting dilution analyses with enriched T cells from two HSV-seropositive donors revealed that the frequency of HSV-specific CD4+ CTL precursors responsive to stimulation with free HSV was approximately 1/4,000 to 6,000 CD4+ T cells, whereas that of precursors responsive to stimulation with HSV-infected fibroblasts was approximately 1/19,000 to 22,000 CD4+ T cells. Conversely, the frequency of CD8+ CTL precursors in peripheral blood responsive to stimulation with free HSV was approximately 1/28,000 to 30,000 CD8+ T cells, whereas that of precursors responsive to stimulation with HSV-infected fibroblasts was approximately 1/10,000 to 11,000 CD8+ T cells. The present data suggest that generalized viral infection due to cell-free viruses is fought mainly by CD4+ CTL, which have previously been reported to possess both cytotoxicity and helper function, and that localized viral infection on HLA class II-negative fibroblasts is prevented from spreading to adjacent cells mainly by CD8+ CTL. Such differential activation of CD4+ and CD8+ CTL seems probable when considering the protective mechanisms against viral infection.  相似文献

Unusually high frequencies of HIV-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes in humans   总被引:38,自引:0,他引:38
CTL specific for the HIV belong to the CD8 subset of T lymphocytes, and their activity is restricted by class I HLA transplantation Ag. In this report, HIV-specific CTL and their precursor cells were quantified by limiting dilution analysis. CTL were recovered from the lungs, lymph nodes, and blood of asymptomatic seropositive carriers and of patients with AIDS. HIV was found to be very immunogenic. High frequencies of both HIV-specific CTL and CTL precursor cells were detected in infected individuals. These CTL killed autologous HIV-infected macrophages and T4 lymphoblasts. They also killed doubly transfected P815-A2-env-LAV mouse tumor cells, which express the human HLA-A2 gene and the HIV-1 env gene. In the longitudinal studies of two HIV-infected patients, CTL and CTL precursor cell frequencies decreased as the clinical and immunologic status of the patients deteriorated. Most surprisingly, PBL from seronegative donors also responded to HIV stimulation in vitro and generated large numbers of HLA-restricted, HIV-specific CTL.  相似文献

PBMC from healthy adult individuals seropositive for measles virus (MV) were tested for their capacity to proliferate to UV-inactivated MV (UV-MV) or to autologous MV-infected EBV-transformed B cell lines (EBV-BC). MV-specific T cell responses were observed in 11 of 15 donors tested (stimulation index greater than 2), when optimal doses of UV-MV were used in proliferative assays. T cell clones were generated from PBMC of three donors responding to MV, by using either UV-MV or MV-infected autologous EBV-BC as APC. Stimulation with UV-MV generated exclusively CD3+ CD4+ CD8- MV-specific T cells, whereas after stimulation of PBMC with MV-infected EBV-BC, both CD3+ CD4+ CD8- and CD3+ CD4- CD8+ MV-specific T cell clones were obtained. Of 19 CD4+ T cell clones tested so far, 7 clones reacted specifically with purified fusion protein and 1 with purified hemagglutinin protein. Seven clones proliferated in response to the internal proteins of MV. Three clones reacted to whole virus but not to one of the purified proteins, whereas one clone seemed to recognize more than one polypeptide. Some of the T cell clones, generated from in vitro stimulation of PBMC with UV-MV, failed to recognize MV Ag when MV-infected EBV-BC were used as APC instead of UV-MV and PBMC. CD3+ CD4+ CD8- T cell clones recognized MV in association with HLA class II Ag (HLA-DQ or -DR), and most of them displayed CTL activity to autologous MV-infected EBV-BC. All CD4+ HLA class II-restricted CTL clones thus far tested were capable of assisting B lymphocytes for the production of MV-specific antibody. The CD4- CD8+ T cell clone MARO 1 recognized MV in association with HLA class I molecules and displayed cytotoxic activity toward MV-infected EBV-BC.  相似文献

CD8+ CTL inhibit the replication of HIV and simian immunodeficiency virus of macaques (SIVmac) in PBL and, therefore, are likely to play an important role in containing the spread of the AIDS virus in infected individuals. We have generated a series of gag-specific lytic T lymphocyte clones from PBL: of an SIVmac-infected rhesus monkey. These T cell clones are CD3+CD8+ and are MHC class I-restricted in their target specificity. They are, therefore, CTL. Interestingly, all gag-specific CTL clones, as well as the gag-specific lytic activity of PBL of this monkey, demonstrated specificity for a single 25 amino acid fragment of the SIVmac gag protein. Moreover, they were restricted in their lytic function by a single MHC class I allele. These findings illustrate a powerful method for cloning AIDS virus-specific T lymphocytes and demonstrate a remarkably restricted epitope specificity of this AIDS virus-specific CTL response.  相似文献

Circulating CD8+ T lymphocyte numbers rise substantially following infection with HIV-1. This expanded CD8+ T cell population includes HIV-specific CTL and CTL that kill activated uninfected CD4+ lymphocytes. Experimental, epidemiological and clinical evidence supports the possibility that expansion of CD8+ CTL contributes to CD4+ T cell depletion and disease progression in human HIV infection. Therefore, modulation of CD8+ T cell numbers or of certain CD8+ CTL activated in HIV-infected individuals may be beneficial. It was found that 1F7, a mAb against an idiotype common to anti-HIV and anti-simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) antibodies, selectively inhibited both anti-HIV CTL and CTL against uninfected CD4+ T cells. Alloantigen-specific CTL and NK cells from either HIV-infected individuals or controls were unaffected by 1F7. Prolonged incubation of CD8+ T cells from HIV-infected individuals with 1F7 induces apoptosis, which was shown to be reflected functionally in reduced total CTL activity and in especially reduced CTL activity against uninfected CD4+ lymphocytes. The selective reactivity of 1F7 with certain CD8+ CTL could be applied towards the modulation of CD8+ T cell responses involved in AIDS pathogenesis.  相似文献

It has been suggested that autoimmune phenomena contribute to the depletion of CD4+ T cells and the development of AIDS in HIV-1 infected humans based, in part, on observations that some HIV-1-infected humans have autoantibodies reactive with Ag expressed on uninfected CD4+ cells. In this study, 11 of 14 asymptomatic HIV-1-infected homosexuals and hemophiliacs, but none of 17 uninfected homosexuals or heterosexuals, were found to have cytotoxic lymphocytes in blood that can lyse uninfected CD4+ T cells from humans and chimpanzees but not human B lymphoblastoid cells or mouse T cells. The cytotoxic PBL were concluded to be CTL rather than NK cells, with the phenotype being CD3+, TCR-1 alpha beta+, CD8+, CD4-, CD16- based on findings that PBL-mediated lysis of uninfected CD4+ cells was 1) blocked by a mAb to CD3, which inhibits CTL but not NK activity; 2) diminished by treatment of PBL with a mAb to CD8 and C, but not by treatment with mAb to CD4 or CD16 and C; and 3) blocked by mAb WT31 directed against the TCR-1 alpha beta. In contrast, PBL from HIV-1-infected chimpanzees, which to date have not developed AIDS, lacked detectable CTL lytic for uninfected CD4+ cells.  相似文献

Progression of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection in humans is marked by declining CD4+-T-cell counts and increasing virus load (VL). Cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) play an important role in the lysis of HIV-infected cells, especially during the early phase of asymptomatic infection. CTL responses in the later phase of disease progression may not be as effective since progressors with lower CD4+-T-cell counts have consistently higher VL despite having elevated CTL counts. We hypothesized that, apart from antiviral effects, some CTL might also contribute to AIDS pathogenesis by depleting CD4+ T cells and that this CTL activity may correlate with the VL in AIDS patients. Therefore, a cross-sectional study of 31 HIV-1-infected patients at various clinical stages was carried out. Purified CTL from these donors as well as HIV-seronegative controls were used as effectors against different human cell targets by using standard 51Cr release cytolytic assays. A direct correlation between VL and CTL-mediated, major histocompatibility complex (MHC)-unrestricted lysis of primary CD4+-T-cell, CEM.NKR, and K562 targets was observed. CD4+-T-cell counts and duration of infection also correlated with MHC-unrestricted cytolytic activity. Our data clearly show that gammadelta CTL are abnormally expanded in the peripheral blood of HIV-infected patients and that the Vdelta1 subset of gammadelta T cells is the main effector population responsible for this type of cytolysis. The present data suggest that gammadelta CTL can contribute to the depletion of bystander CD4+ T cells in HIV-infected patients as a parallel mechanism to HIV-associated immunopathogenesis and hence expedite AIDS progression.  相似文献

The CTL response to HIV was analyzed in humans and in mice. By using a novel and strictly autologous lymphocyte culture system, human CTL lines were established with PBL from seropositive asymptomatic donors and from patients suffering from AIDS or presenting AIDS-related complex. CTL from HLA-A2 donors recognize and kill murine P815 mastocytoma cells doubly transfected with the human HLA-A2 gene and the HIV env gene; they also kill HLA-compatible human macrophages infected with HIV. CTL specific for the HIV env Ag were also generated in BALB/c mice by immunization with syngeneic murine cells transfected with the HIV env gene. Human and murine HIV-immune CTL populations belong to the CD8 subset of T lymphocytes and are restricted by class I HLA or H-2 transplantation Ag, respectively, in the recognition of HIV env Ag. The two different experimental systems presented here can be used to study CD8 lymphocyte immunity against HIV. The murine model of CTL immunity offers the additional advantage of avoiding the manipulation of infectious virus isolates.  相似文献

The functional and phenotypic characteristics of Ly-4(CD4)+ and Ly-2(CD8)+ T cells were studied after induction of murine AIDS with LP-BM5 murine leukemia virus. Assays of spleen cells for their ability to generate in vitro CTL responses to TNP-modified autologous cells (self + x CTL) and to alloantigens (allo CTL) showed that self + x CTL responses were greatly impaired at 3 to 4 wk postinfection and were undetectable thereafter. Allo CTL responses were normal at 3 to 4 wk, but were reduced at 8 to 9 wk and absent at 14 wk postinfection. This sequential loss of self + x and allo CTL responses was related to a selective defect in Ly-4(CD4)+ Th cell function associated with impaired production of IL-2 and deficient proliferative responses to Con A or to soluble Ag. Changes in the functional characteristics of Ly-4(CD4)+ T cells were unrelated to changes in their frequency in spleen, but did correlate with marked alterations in their distribution among four subsets defined by mAb SM3C11 and SM6C10. Assays of CTL responses generated by mixtures of spleen cells from normal and infected mice suggested that active suppression of Ly-4(CD4)+ Th function may contribute to this defect. Studies of Ly-2(CD8)+ T cells showed that infection with LP-BM5 murine leukemia virus also induced a major phenotypic shift in subpopulations defined by their reactivity with mAb 6C10. However, this phenotypic change did not appear to correlate with major functional defects.  相似文献

Most attempts to induce CTL responses by in vivo priming with free synthetic peptides have been unsuccessful so far. However, two separate studies have recently succeeded in inducing antiviral CTL responses by immunizing mice with unmodified free synthetic peptides derived from nucleoproteins from either lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus or Sendai virus. In the present study, we have analyzed the cellular mechanisms by which the lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus synthetic peptide induced CTL responses. We demonstrated that this peptide, which was previously shown to be recognized by CD8+ T cells, also contains a helper CD4+ T cell epitope. It stimulates in vivo both CD4+ T cell-mediated CTL response. The in vivo elimination of CD4+ T cells by treatment with a mAb was shown to strongly reduce the antipeptide CTL response. This study therefore demonstrates that to be able to induce CTL responses, a peptide has to stimulate both CD4+ and CD8+ T cell subset.  相似文献

This study establishes assay systems for helper T cell activities assisting cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) and antibody responses to tumor-associated antigens (TAA) and demonstrates the existence of TAA that induce preferentially anti-TAA CTL helper and B cell helper T cell activities in two syngeneic tumor models. C3H/HeN mice were immunized to the syngeneic X5563 plasmacytoma or MH134 hepatoma. Spleen cells from these mice were tested for anti-TAA helper T cell activity capable of augmenting anti-trinitrophenyl(TNP) CTL and anti-TNP antibody responses from anti-TNP CTL and B cell precursors (responding cells) by stimulation with TNP-modified X5563 or MH134 tumor cells. The results demonstrate that cultures of responding cells plus 85OR X-irradiated tumor-immunized spleen cells (helper cells) failed to enhance anti-TNP CTL or antibody responses when in vitro stimulation was provided by either unmodified tumor cells or TNP-modified syngeneic spleen cells (TNP-self). In contrast, these cultures resulted in appreciable augmentation of anti-TNP CTL or antibody response when stimulated by TNP-modified tumor cells. Such anti-TAA helper activities were revealed to be Lyt-1+2- T cell mediated and TAA specific. Most interestingly, immunization with X5563 tumor cells resulted in anti-TAA helper T cell activity involved in CTL, but not in antibody responses. Conversely, TAA of MH134 tumor cells induced selective generation of anti-TAA helper T cell activity responsible for antibody response. These results indicate that there exists the qualitative TAA-heterogeneity as evidenced by the preferential induction of anti-TAA CTL- and B cell-helper T cell activities. The results are discussed in the light of cellular mechanisms underlying the preferential anti-TAA immune responses, and the interrelationship between various types of cell functions including CTL- and B cell-help.  相似文献

MHC-restricted, viral Ag-specific "memory" CTL are thought to play a decisive role in the defense against pathogenic viruses. However, the requirements for activating such CTL remain controversial. In particular, the role of CD4+ helper cells and their soluble products (e.g., IL-2) are uncertain. To approach these questions as they relate to EBV-specific CTL, highly purified CD8+ T cells from healthy EBV-seropositive individuals were cultured with autologous irradiated EBV-transformed B lymphoblastoid cell lines (LCL), in the presence or absence of autologous CD4+ cells or 1 to 10 U/ml purified rIL-2. The results indicate that the induction of CTL requires neither Th cells nor exogenous IL-2. The CTL generated from isolated CD8+ cells were HLA class I restricted as demonstrated by their ability to lyse targets sharing at least one HLA-A or -B Ag with the stimulating autologous LCL. Furthermore, a mAb (W6/32) to a common determinant on HLA class I Ag blocked both the generation and effector phases of killing, whereas an HLA class II directed mAb had no effect. Addition of an IL-2R-specific antibody (anti-Tac) to the culture medium blocked induction of CTL, suggesting that endogenously produced IL-2 plays an obligatory role in this system. Paraformaldehyde fixation of LCL abrogated their ability to function as stimulator cells; however, addition of 2 U/ml exogenous IL-2 to fixed LCL cultured with CD8+ cells allowed for the induction of highly specific CTL. These results indicate that EBV-specific memory CTL can be activated in the absence of CD4+ helper cells or their soluble products, but nonetheless require Ag and IL-2.  相似文献

The ability of two different human professional APCs, specifically macrophages (Mphi) and dendritic cells (DC), to stimulate primary responses in human CD8+ T lymphocytes was examined using both allogeneic and Ag-pulsed autologous APCs. CTL responses in CD8+ T lymphocytes isolated from HIV-uninfected donors were evaluated against six different HIV epitopes that are restricted by four different HLA alleles using autologous human PBMC-derived Mphi and DCs for primary stimulation. In a side-by-side experiment, immature DCs, but not Mphi, were able to prime a CTL response against the B14-restricted p24gag 298-306 epitope; mature DCs were also able to prime a response against this epitope. In addition, DCs were capable of priming CD8+ CTL responses against the B8-restricted p24gag 259-267 epitope. In contrast, Mphi were unable to prime strong CTL responses against other epitopes. Since the Ag-specific cytotoxic responses required subsequent rounds of restimulation before they could be detected, the ability of the allogeneic Mphi and DCs to directly prime CD8+ T lymphocyte responses without subsequent restimulation was examined. Similar to the aforementioned peptide-specific results, DCs were more efficient than Mphi in priming both allogeneic proliferative and cytotoxic responses in human CD8+ T lymphocytes. Collectively, these results promote an enhanced status for DCs in the primary stimulation of human CD8+ T lymphocytes.  相似文献

Cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) play a central role in the control of persistent HIV infection in humans. The kinetics and general features of the CTL response are similar to those found during other persisting virus infections in humans. During chronic infection there are commonly between 0.1 and 1.0% of all CD8+ T cells in the blood that are specific for immunodominant virus epitopes, as measured by HLA class I peptide tetramers. These figures are greatly in excess of the numbers found by limiting dilution assays; the discrepancy may arise because in the latter assay, CTLs have to divide many times to be detected and many of the HIV-specific CD8+ T cells circulating in infected persons may be incapable of further division. Many tetramer-positive T cells make interferon-gamma, beta-chemokines and perforin, so are probably functional. It is not known how fast these T cells turn over, but in the absence of antigen they decay in number. Impairment of CTL replacement, because CD4+ T helper cells are depleted by HIV infection, may play a major role in the development of AIDS.  相似文献

An infiltration of CD8+ lymphocytes in the dermis and epidermis underlies the skin rash that commonly occurs as a primary manifestation of an AIDS virus infection. These cutaneous lymphocytes were characterized in simian immunodeficiency virus of macaques (SIVmac)-infected rhesus monkeys. Skin rash-associated lymphocytes exhibited greater lysis of SIVmac-expressing target cells and a higher cloning efficiency for SIVmac-specific effector T cells than PBL. Moreover, both SIVmac envelope- and gag-specific CTL could be readily cloned from these skin rash-associated lymphocytes. In fact, the skin rash-associated CTL exhibited the same MHC restriction and epitope specificity as those CTL derived from PBL. These studies, therefore, demonstrate that the cutaneous infiltrating CD8+ lymphocytes in SIVmac-infected rhesus monkeys include SIVmac-specific CTL. Thus, whereas virus-specific CTL are likely to represent an important mechanism for controlling AIDS virus infections, they also may play a role in the pathogenesis of the skin lesions that occur after this infection.  相似文献

CD8+ T cells down-regulate a variety of immune responses. For example, porcine and human insulin do not stimulate Abs in C57BL/6 mice because CD8+ T cells inhibit CD4+ helper T cells. By contrast, bovine insulin induces Ab in C57BL/6 mice, and removal of CD8+ T cells does not alter this response. This raises the question of whether porcine, but not bovine, insulin activates CD8+ T cells or whether both insulins activate CD8+ T cells but CD4+ helper T cells are differentially inhibited by them. In this study, we show that insulin-specific CD8+ CTL can be cultured from C57BL/6 mice primed with either bovine or human insulin in CFA. Thus, exogenous Ags, besides OVA, induce CD8+ CTL when administered in an adjuvant, suggesting this is a typical response. These CTL are H-2Kb restricted and produce IL-5, IL-10, IFN-gamma, and small amounts of IL-4, which is distinct from IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha that are typically secreted by virus-specific CTL. Moreover, the CTL primed with either bovine or human insulin recognize an A-chain peptide that is identical to the mouse insulin sequence. That foreign proteins, which are closely related to self-proteins, activated autoreactive, CD8+ T cells in vivo is a novel finding. It raises the possibility that self-reactive CTL may be activated by cross-reacting Ags and once activated they might participate in autoimmunity. These results also suggest that down-regulation of insulin-specific responses by autoreactive CD8+ T cells is most likely due to the differential sensitivity of bovine and human insulin-specific CD4+ T cells.  相似文献

Dendritic cells (DCs) are professional antigen-presenting cells involved in the control and initiation of immune responses. In vivo, DCs exposed at the periphery to maturation stimuli migrate to lymph nodes, where they receive secondary signals from CD4+ T helper cells. These DCs become able to initiate CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses. However, in vitro investigations concerning human monocyte-derived DCs have never focused on their functional properties after such sequential maturation. Here, we studied human DC phenotypes and functions according to this sequential exposure to maturation stimuli. As first signals, we used TNF-α/polyI:C mimicking inflammatory and pathogen stimuli and, as second signals, we compared activated CD4+ T helper cells to a combination of CD40-L/ IFN-γ. Our results show that a sequential activation with activated CD4+ T cells dramatically increased the maturation of DCs in terms of their phenotype and cytokine secretion compared to DCs activated with maturation stimuli delivered simultaneously. Furthermore, this sequential maturation led to the induction of CTL with a long-term effector and central memory phenotypes. Thus, sequential delivery of maturation stimuli, which includes CD4+ T cells, should be considered in the future to improve the induction of long-term CTL memory in DC-based immunotherapy.  相似文献

We developed a culture system for the rapid generation of CD4+ T cells that have both helper and killer functions. CD4+ T cells isolated from human PBL did not proliferate or develop significant cytotoxicity when treated with rIL-2 because of the lack of p75 IL-2R expression. However, culture of isolated CD4+ T cells with immobilized anti-CD3 mAb plus rIL-2 resulted in a marked proliferation (500-fold increase in 14 days) of CD4+ T cells. The proliferating CD4+ T cells produced IL-2 (92 U/ml) and showed strong cytotoxicity against OKT3 hybridoma cells and Daudi, K562, and U937 tumor cells in an anti-CD3 mAb-dependent manner. The CD4+ T cells contained significant amounts of cytolytic granule-related proteins such as serine esterase and perforin. Activated CD4+ helper/killer cells can be generated from both healthy donors and tumor patients and can be propagated in vitro for 14 to 35 days by biweekly restimulation with immobilized anti-CD3 mAb plus rIL-2. This culture yielded about 20,000-fold increase in cell number after a 21-day culture. Bispecific antibody containing anti-CD3 and anti-glioma Fab components enhanced the cytotoxicity of activated CD4+ helper/killer cells against IMR32 glioma cells. Moreover, the activated CD4+ helper/killer cells showed both helper and antitumor activity in vivo and prevented growth of anti-CD3 hybridoma cells in nude mice whether or not IL-2 was administered. These results indicate that anti-CD3 mAb plus IL-2-activated CD4+ helper/killer cells may provide an effective strategy for adoptive tumor immunotherapy of cancer.  相似文献
