2009年10月—2010年11月在江西官山国家级自然保护区对白颈长尾雉、白鹇、勺鸡和灰胸竹鸡4种雉类的生境选择进行了研究:共调查了6条样线上的388个样方,选取了与这四种雉类栖息地相关的17个生态因子进行观测和测量。结果显示,4种雉类均偏好阔叶林和针阔混交林、阳坡或半阴半阳坡的生境。Kruskal-Wallistest检验表明,4种雉类在海拔、坡度、乔木盖度、灌木盖度、灌木数量、灌木高度、草本盖度、草本种类、草本数量、落叶层盖度和水源距离11个生态因子上存在极显著差异(P<0.01),乔木种类存在显著差异(P<0.05),其余生态因子无显著差异(P>0.05)。典则判别函数图显示,4种雉类在生境选择上存在一定程度的重叠,又有比较明显的差异。逐步判别表明在区分4种雉类生境选择差异方面有一系列的生态因子发挥作用,依照贡献值的大小依次为海拔、草本数量、灌木高度、水源距离、灌木盖度、乔木盖度、坡度、落叶层盖度、灌木数量、草本盖度。由这10个变量构成的方程对4种雉类生境选择差异的正确区分率为74.7%。  相似文献

2003年12月、2004年5月和12月、2005年4月,通过野外调查及设置样方的方法对广西金钟山鸟类保护区黑颈长尾雉的夜宿地选择进行了研究。共记录到12个夜宿地,以夜宿树为中心做一个10m×10m和5个1m×1m的样方,记录夜宿树特征(种类、胸径、栖枝高度、栖枝直径、栖枝上方盖度),测量每个样方的11个生境因子(海拔、林型、坡向、坡度、乔木层盖度、灌木层盖度、草本层盖度、距水源距离、距林缘距离、距道路距离和乔木密度);并随机设10个对照点,测量相同的生境因子。结果表明,黑颈长尾雉夜宿地主要位于阔叶林中,一般,夜间在乔木上休息,一树栖息一只,也有2—3只同宿一树。黑颈长尾雉选择有一定坡度、林下灌木和草本较少以及在森林内部远离林缘并且乔木密度较大的地方作为夜宿地,其夜栖树主要为生境内的中等大小的阔叶树,栖枝直径约为2·5—4cm,栖处高度为2—5m,黑颈长尾雉夜宿地的选择与距水源距离的远近无关。影响黑颈长尾雉夜宿地选择的因素依次为:位置及林下植被、栖枝、天气。影响黑颈长尾雉夜宿地选择的最终原因可能是安全、舒适和栖息地转换的方便程度。  相似文献

2009年10月至2010年11月,2015年7月至11月在江西官山自然保护区对白颈长尾雉不同生活史阶段的(繁殖期、育雏期、繁殖后期)生境选择进行了比较研究。调查了6条样线上的126个样方,选取与其生境相关的17个因子进行了观察与测量。研究结果表明,不同生活史阶段各生境选择样方负荷绝对值较大的因子在各主成分中的序位不尽相同,即生境选择的主要生态因子随生活史阶段而变化。卡方检验及单因素方差分析,结果显示,各生活史阶段,白颈长尾雉对林型、坡向、坡度、灌木高度、草本高度和水源距离6个生态因子上无显著差异(P≥0.05),其余11个生态因子两两之间存在显著差异或极显著差异。典则判别结果显示,白颈长尾雉在不同生活史阶段在生境选择上存在一定程度的重叠,又有较为明显的差异。逐步判别表明,在不同生活史阶段,白颈长尾雉生境选择差异上有一系列的生态因子发挥作用,依照贡献值的大小依次为草本数量、落叶层盖度、乔木盖度、海拔和乔木数量,由这5个变量构成的方程对生境选择差异的正确区分率为80.3%。繁殖期和越冬期食物条件是影响白颈长尾雉生境选择的主要因素,而育雏期则为隐蔽条件。  相似文献

2005年7月至2006年12月,采用无线电遥测的方法在江西官山国家级自然保护区内对5只白颈长尾雉(Syrmaticus ellioti)的活动区域进行了跟踪监测,结合GIS技术和样方法分析其活动区域的海拔高度随季节变化的影响因素。结果表明:海拔400-600m为白颈长尾雉全年最适活动带,其主要活动区域的海拔高度呈现明显的季节变化:夏秋季最高,春季次之,冬季最低。水源是其冬季喜欢在低海拔区域活动的最主要原因;而距林缘距离、灌木数量、灌木种数、灌木盖度等与增加食物丰富度和隐蔽度相关的因子是促使它们在春季和夏秋季倾向于在高海拔区域活动的主要因素。  相似文献

2003年4月~2005年3月,通过野外观察、无线电遥测和样方调查,对广西岑王老山自然保护区再引入黑颈长尾雉的夜柄行为和夜柄地进行了研究.共观察记录到10个夜栖地,黑颈长尾雉夜间主要在树上栖息,偶尔在地上柄息,在针叶林为独栖(1只/树),在阔叶林独柄或者2~3只/树.黑颈长尾雉夜柄地选择受到柄树的高度、大小,灌术、乔木、草本层的盖度,水源距离及栖枝高度等因素的影响.黑颈长尾雉夜栖地的栖树具有一定的高度(雌:4.96±1.39 m,雄:5.52±1.95 m)和胸围大小(雌:21.4±8.29 cm,雄:23.50±8.39 cm);乔木层(78.00%±8.23%)和灌木层(44.50%±29.67%)盖度较大,草本层盖度较低的环境作为夜栖地;与水源具有一定的距离(348.50±308.30)m;夜栖地的坡度(44.80.±14.73.)和栖枝的高度(2.40±0.74 m).  相似文献

2011和2012年夏季,采用无线电跟踪技术跟踪了8只野生黑颈长尾雉(6♂,2♀),野外共测量了204个10 m×10 m样方的20个生态因子,其中利用样方111个,未利用样方93个。采用独立样本的t检验或非参数Mann-Whitney U定量分析表明:黑颈长尾雉夏季栖息地利用和未利用样方的生态因子坡位、与林缘距离、草本盖度、灌木高度、草本密度和乔木胸径差异不显著(P0.05),其余的生态因子在利用和未利用样方存在显著差异(P0.05)。主成分分析显示:夏季特征值大于1的主分量共有5个,其累计贡献率达到64.23%,第1主成分为食物因素,是影响黑颈长尾雉夏季栖息地选择的主要因素;其余主成分分别为安全因素、干扰因素、地理因素和水源因素。不同生境斑块类型中食物资源的可用性影响夏季黑颈长尾雉栖息地选择。  相似文献

白颈长尾雉Syrmaticus ellioti是鸡形目Galliformes雉科Phasianidae长尾雉属Syrmaticus珍稀鸟类。为了解笼养白颈长尾雉夏秋季行为节律的特点和变化规律, 2016年6月和10月采用瞬时扫描法对湖南省野生动物救护繁育中心笼养的6只白颈长尾雉行为节律进行观测。将白颈长尾雉的行为分为取食、运动、警戒、静止、清理共5类, 包含16种具体行为, 对每一种行为进行描述, 初步建立白颈长尾雉行为谱。统计各时间段白颈长尾雉行为种数, 研究发现白颈长尾雉夏季的行为种类较多且更活跃。游走、站立、休憩、摄食、觅食、理羽和张望等行为在各个时间段有发生。运动和静止行为是人工饲养白颈长尾雉主要行为类型。夏季的警觉行为相较秋季发生频率更高。建议笼养条件下在繁殖期间对雄鸟进行分栏管理, 避免雄鸟求偶炫耀争夺配偶打斗受伤, 同时雌雄搭配多应以1雄2雌或者1雄3雌搭配为佳; 警觉行为在秋季发生的频率较低, 秋季白颈长尾雉受威胁情况不多, 且不存在求偶、孵卵、育雏等繁殖期行为, 只需要保证自身安全即可, 非繁殖期共笼饲养是可行的, 只需保持合理的密度即可。初步掌握白颈长尾雉夏秋季节的行为习性, 时间规律和活动节律, 能为笼养白颈长尾雉饲养、野外放归、保护等提供科学参考。  相似文献

采用比较利用和可利用栖息地的方法,分别对云南大中山黑颈长尾雉秋冬季、春季和夏季栖息地展开调查。检验和Bonferroni置信区间分析结果表明,黑颈长尾雉不同季节均偏向选择常绿阔叶林,偏向选择或回避选择的乔木、灌木和草本的种类不尽相同。利用和可利用样方差异性检验显示,不同季节对地形因素的选择性不明显,仅夏季距水源距离一个因子差异显著;植被因子中,春季差异显著的仅有乔木层盖度因子,夏季有乔木密度、乔木层盖度、落叶层盖度和草本层盖度等4个因子,秋冬季有乔木层盖度、草本层盖度和藤本密度等3个因子。主成分分析表明,不同季节利用样方负荷绝对值较大的因子在各主成分中的序位不尽相同,即栖息地选择的主要生态因子随季节发生变化。单因素方差分析和逐步判别分析表明,秋冬季与春季栖息地特征较接近,而与夏季差别较大。χ2  相似文献

A study on the seasonal changes in the ranging area of Brown-eared pheasant and its affecting factors was conducted in the Huanglongshan Nature Reserve, Huanglong County, Shaanxi Province, China, from March 2006 to January 2007. Forty used sites and forty random plots were selected along 8–9 transects crossing the study area. Fifteen factors related to the changes of altitude were measured in each site. The results showed that the altitude of home range of Brown-eared pheasant varied with seasons: the highest home range was found in summer, and the lowest one was found in winter, while the home range in autumn was higher than that in spring. According to the frequency of occurrences of Brown-eared pheasant in different seasons, we found that its home range occurred mainly at an altitude below 1400 m in spring, above 1500 m in summer, between 1200 m and 1500 m in autumn and below 1300 m in winter. The possible reason that Brown-eared pheasants preferred to live at lower altitude in spring was to have access to water sources and the abundance of food, correlated to the slope locations, number of trees and number of shrubs; in summer, they tended to appear at highest altitude, and the average height of shrubs, average height of grasses, sheltering class and distance to edge of woods, and human disturbance were affecting factors; in autumn, they appeared at higher altitude which was correlated with the covers of trees, shrubs and grasses, and ultimately related to the abundance of food; in winter, they lived at lowest altitude, which was correlated to the distance from the edge of woods, cover of trees and sheltering class, and ultimately related to the abundance of food and shelter.  相似文献

Understorey vegetation in patches of Retama sphaerocarpa shrubsin semi-arid environments is dependent on the overstorey shrublife history. Community structure changes with shrub age asa result of physical amelioration of environmental conditionsby the canopy and organic matter accumulation in the soil. Weinvestigated the effect of the canopy on understorey speciesdiversity in the field and its relationships with the soil seedbank under 50 shrubs from 5 to 25+ years old, and compared speciescomposition in the field in a wet and a dry year. Species compositionof the soil seed bank under R. sphaerocarpa shrubs did not differsignificantly with shrub age, but seed density increased asthe shrubs aged. In the field, community composition changedwith shrub age, increasing species richness in a process thatdepended on the amount of spring rainfall. Our results suggestthat the soil seed bank is rather uniform and that the shrubcanopy strongly selects which species appear in the understorey.There were seeds of many species present under both young andold shrubs but which only established under old shrubs. Thisshowed dispersal was not limiting species abundance and suggestedthat the canopy was an important sorting factor for speciespresent in the understorey. Less frequent species contributedthe most to patch diversity, and rainfall effectively controlledspecies emergence. Understorey community composition dependedon multiple interspecific interactions, such as facilitationby the shrub and competition from neighbours, as well as ondispersal processes. Facilitation in this environment is a keyfeature in the structuring of plant communities and in governingecosystem functioning. Direct and indirect interactions among plants contribute to shape community composition through above‐ and belowground processes. However, we have not disentangled yet the direct and indirect soil and canopy effects of dominants on understorey species. We addressed this issue in a semi‐arid system from southeast Spain dominated by the legume shrub Retama sphaerocarpa. During a year with an exceptionally dry spring, we removed the shrub canopy to quantify aboveground effects and compared removed‐canopy plots to open plots between shrubs to quantify soil effects, both with and without watering. We added a grass removal treatment in order to separate direct from indirect shrub effects and quantified biomass, abundance, richness and composition of the forb functional group. With watering, changes in forb biomass were primarily driven by indirect shrub effects, with contrasting negative soil and positive aboveground indirect effects; changes in forb abundance and composition were more influenced by direct shrub soil effects with contrasting species composition between open and Retama patches. As community composition was different between open and Retama patches the indirect effects of Retama on forb species did not concern forbs from the open community but forbs from Retama patches. Indirect effects are, thus, important at the functional group level rather than at the species level. Without watering, there were no significant interactions. Changes in species richness between treatments were weak and seldom significant. We conclude that shrub effects on understorey forbs are primarily due to their influence on soil properties, directly affecting forb species composition but indirectly affecting the biomass of the forbs of the Retama patches, and only with sufficient water.  相似文献

2003年11~12月和2004年4~6月,在贺兰山设定了25条固定样线,采用直接观察法对岩羊冬春季的取食生境选择进行了研究。结果表明,岩羊冬季对12种取食生境生态因子有选择性,偏爱选择位于山地疏林草原带,优势乔木为灰榆,乔木密度〈4株、高度4~6m,灌木密度〉5株、高度〉1.3m,食物质量〉50g,人为干扰距离〈500m,距裸岩距离〈2m的地方取食。而春季对11种取食生境生态因子有选择性,偏爱选择山地疏林草原带,优势乔木为灰榆,乔木密度〈4株、高度〈6m,灌木密度5~10株、高度1.3~1.7m,食物质量〉100g,海拔高度〈2000m,距水源距离〈500m,隐蔽级50%~75%的地点。冬春季岩羊对植被类型、地形特征、优势乔木、乔木密度、乔木高度、灌木密度、灌木距离、食物丰富度、坡向、坡度、距水源距离、人为干扰距离和隐蔽级的选择存在显著差异。主成分分析表明,冬季第1主成分的贡献率达24.493%,其中绝对值较大的权系数出现在植被类型、优势乔木、乔木高度、乔木距离、灌木密度、灌木高度、海拔高度、距水源距离和人为干扰距离等生态因子:春季第1主成分的贡献率达28.777%,其中绝对值较大的权系数出现在植被类型、乔木距离、灌木高度、灌木距离、食物丰富度、海拔高度和人为干扰距离等生态因子。随着北方地区冬春季食物数量和质量的剧烈变化,贺兰山岩羊对取食生境的利用对策也将发生一定程度的改变,与其他分布区的岩羊相比,贺兰山独特的地理位置和特殊生境使其在取食生境选择上存在很大差异。  相似文献

Question: Does the proximity of shrubs affect seasonal water stress of young Austrocedrus chilensis trees (a native conifer of the Austral Temperate Forest of South America) in xeric sites? Location: A. chilensis xeric forest in northwest Patagonia, Argentina. Methods: We examined the dependence of predawn twig water potential on tree development (seedling to adult) and proximity to nurse shrubs during spring and summer. We analysed spatial associations of seedlings, saplings and adult trees with nurse shrubs, and also evaluated if trees affected shrub canopy vitality. Results: Water stress in Austrocedrus trees was affected by shrub presence. Small trees (i.e.<0.5 m in height) growing in the open were most stressed, particularly in summer. Small trees growing within a shrub canopy had low water stress and little change between spring and summer. The opposite trend, however, was true for the medium‐height category (i.e. 0.5‐1.5 m in height); trees in this size category were more stressed when growing within the shrub canopy than in the open. Larger Austrocedrus trees (i.e.>2 m in height) were not affected by shrub presence. Austrocedrus trees were spatially associated with shrubs in all height classes; however, the percentage of living shrub canopy decreased with tree height. Conclusions: In xeric areas of northwest Patagonia, the strength and direction of interactions between A. chilensis and shrubs, in terms of tree water stress, are dynamic and modulated by tree size and environmental conditions. Overall, positive effects of shrubs on early developmental stages appear to be more important than subsequent negative interactions, since nursing effects could generate a spatial association of shrubs and Austrocedrus trees that persists through later successional stages. These findings shed light on mechanisms behind successional changes, and have important conservation and management implications.  相似文献

The feeding habitat selection of blue sheep (Pseudois nayaur)was studied by direct observation method in the Helan Mountains,China during winter (from November to December)and spring (from April to June)from 2003 to 2004.We established 25 line transects to collect information on feeding habitats used by blue sheep.Blue sheep in the study area preferred mountain savanna forests,a habitat dominated by Ulmus glaucescens,with medium tree density (<4 individuals/400 m2),moderate tree height (4-6 m),higher shrub density (>5 individuals/100 m2),higher shrub (>1.3 m),higher food abundance (>50 g),moderate distance to human disturbance (<500 m),and mild distance to bare rock (<2 m).Such habitats characterized by 12 ecological factors were preferred as feeding areas by blue sheep during winter.Similar to habitat selection by the species during winter,blue sheep also showed a preference for mountain savanna with tree dominated by Ulmus glaucescens and medium tree density (<4 individuals/400 m2)during spring.Nevertheless,blue sheep preferred medium tree height (<6 m),moderate tree density (5-10 individuals/100 m2),medium shrub height (1.3-1.7 m),higher food abundance (>100 g),moderate altitude (<2 000 m),moderate distance to water resource (<500 m),and medium hiding cover (50%-75%)during spring.Selection of the feeding habitats by sheep showed a significant difference in vegetation type,landform feature,dominant tree,tree height,shrub density,distance to the nearest shrub,food abundance,slope direction,slope degree,distance to water resource,and hiding cover between winter and spring.Results of principal components analysis indicated that the first principal component accounted for 24.493%of the total variance among feeding habitat variance during winter,with higher loadings for vegetation type,dominant tree,tree height,distance to the nearest tree,shrub density,shrub height,altitude,distance to water resource,and distance to human disturbance.In spring,the first principal components explained 28.777%of the variance,with higher loadings for vegetation type,distance to the nearest tree,shrub height,distance to the nearest shrub,food abundance,altitude,and distance to human disturbance.  相似文献

2005年7月和8月在伏牛山北坡调查猪獾巢穴共43个,对巢穴的海拔、植被类型、坡度、坡向、坡位、巢穴隐蔽程度、水源距离、干扰距离、郁闭度、洞口隐蔽程度、洞口数量、巢穴类型、乔木距离、灌木距离、灌木密度、倒木等16个指标进行评估.分析结果表明,伏牛山北坡猪獾夏季巢穴的选择特征是:(1)隐蔽因子,选择在巢穴和洞口的隐蔽程度、郁闭度均较高的阔叶林中;灌木密度高,乔木距离为75~150 cm.(2)地理因子,选择在海拔为900 ~1200 m的阳坡或半阳坡上,以1个洞口的石洞为主.(3)干扰因子,没有倒木,距离人类活动村落地点较近.(4)水源因子,水源距离在100 m以内.  相似文献

2009年2月至5月,在广西龙江河畔对赤腹松鼠(C.erythralus)的春季生境特征进行了分析.野外共测量了57个10m×10m样方中的13个生态因子,并运用频次分析和主成分分析的方法,对赤腹松鼠的春季生境选择因子进行了分析.结果表明,赤腹松鼠春季生境的主要特征为:郁闭度良好,水源距离<30m,坡度20~40°,避风性良好,坡向以东坡和南坡为主,坡位中坡位或上坡位,食物因子良好,人为干扰距离<10m,海拔50~100m,乔木密度<50株,乔木距离低于4m,灌木密度低于200株,灌木距离<2m.影响赤腹松鼠春季生境选择的主要因子为郁闭度、避风性、坡度、坡位和灌木距离;次要因子为海拔、人为干扰距离、乔木距离、水源距离、乔木密度、灌木密度、食物丰富度、坡向.  相似文献
