虻科昆虫是重要吸血害虫,全世界约4230种,我国已知虻类达400多种。我国虻科共记载10个属,其中虻属Tabanus、斑虻属Chrysops、麻虻属Haematopota和瘤虻属Hybomitra的种类最多,占我国己知种的百分之九十以上。在以上4个属中,尤以虻属的种类最多,近200种。虻属的种类体态特征变异最大,在分类鉴定上有很大的困难。国外有的专家如Olsufjev、Ta-  相似文献

本文记述采自云南省的虻科一新种亚沥青麻虻Hoematopta subpicea和一新记录种特拉斯里麻虻Haematopota tenasserimi。新种亚沥青麻虻一对翅的r_4附脉处均具小翅室,并成严格对称,该特征在虻科分类中首次发现,为探讨双翅目昆虫翅脉的演化及其翅室的形成提供了一个重要线索。模式标本保存于中国科学院上海昆虫研究所。  相似文献

虻类为畜牧业重要害虫之一。以前我国对虻类的研究不多,西北虽为我国主要牧区之一,但对西北虻类所知更少。除Krober氏(1934)对甘肃及内蒙西部的额济纳旗、戛兴诺尔及新疆乌鲁木齐等地报告有12种外,其他如青海、新疆等地的种类,皆全无所知。作者最近根据中国科学院昆虫研究所1955年在新疆由马世骏先生及夏凯龄、陈永林二同志所采集的虻类,及1956年在青海由马世骏先生领导下的一个采集队所采到的虻类,再加上1954—1956年西北畜牧兽医学院所收集的虻类标本为基础,并参考前人的著作,共  相似文献

我国长江流域一带地区,包括浙江、江苏、江西、安徽、湖南、湖北、四川等省在我国虻科区系分布上是极有意义的地区。在这一带地区已知虻类近30种,其中许多都是我国中部所特有的种类,它们构成一个特殊的区系。并且这些种类大多是极常见、经常为害家畜的重要吸血昆虫。由于我国虻类区系资料的缺乏和它们在医学昆虫上的重要性,所以把长江流域虻类区系作一专文讨论是很有必要的。 所有的标本很多是我所标本室多年来所收藏,以及作者近几年来在江苏、浙江一带进行采集调查所获的材料,共记录28种,其中有3个是新种。所有模式标本都保存于本所  相似文献

1982年5—6月,作者在广西南部凭祥、龙州一带进行了虻类的采集调查,其中于(山弄)岗自然保护区发现虻属二新种。该保护区地处石灰岩地带,故这二新种分别订名为垩石虻和灰岩虻。模式标本除灰岩虻1只副模保存在广西寄生虫病防治研究所外,均保存在军事医学科学院。  相似文献

喜花昆虫在被子植物的起源和早期演化上起着决定性的作用。虻类化石中的许多类群都有访花习性,它们为研究被子植物的起源提供了独特材料。虽然最老的被子植物化石还没有发现,但是喜花虻类的爆发式出现,表示了被子植物出现的时间和地点。本文主要以欧亚大陆东部,特别是中国辽西的侏罗杨虻类化石为材料,在功能形态分析和与现代类群作对比的基础上,证证实了虻类是显花植物最原始的传粉类群之一。中国东北、哈萨克斯坦和西伯利来晚  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. We also discuss the development and practicality of various cell culture and animal model systems to study KSHV replication and pathogenesis.  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献

采用原位分子杂交方法检测HCV RNA及HBV X基因;采用免疫组织化学方法研究HCV核心抗原,非结构区C33c抗原及HBxAg在肝细胞肝癌中的定位及分布.结果表明(1)HCV RNA、HBV X基因在肝细胞肝癌组织检出率分别为40%(55/136)和82%(112/136).HCV RNA定位于癌细胞的胞浆内,阳性细胞呈散在、灶状及弥漫分布三种形式;HBV X基因在肝癌细胞中的分布呈胞浆型、核型及核浆型,阳性细胞也呈上述三种分布形式;(2)HCV C33c抗原、核心抗原在肝细胞肝癌中的阳性率为81%(133/164)及86%(141/164).C33c抗原定位于癌细胞及肝细胞的胞浆内;核心抗原既定位于癌细胞核中,又可定位于胞浆中.C33c抗原阳性细胞以灶状分布为主;而核心抗原阳性细  相似文献

For a plant selection model with frequency-independent viabilities, fertilities and selfing rates, it is shown that apart from global fixation, for certain parameter combinations a protected polymorphism and facultative fixation (either allele may become fixed according to initial frequencies) may both occur. Facultative fixation requires different selling rates for the dominant and recessive type. Protection of the polymorphism requires resource allocation for male and female function. In this connection the problem of purely genetically caused population extinction is discussed.
For general frequency dependence and regular segregation, the chances for establishment of a completely recessive gene are compared to those of a completely dominant gene. It is proven that the process of establishment of the recessive gene, despite a fitness advantage, may be considerably endangered by drift effects if random mating prevails. The recessive gene may reach the same effectivity in establishment as a dominant gene, only if the recessive homozygote mates exclusively with its own type during the period of establishment.  相似文献
