Adult whiteflies are characterized by the presence of copious amounts of wax particles covering all surfaces of the body except the eyes. The lipid composition was determined for wax particles removed from the surfaces of the sweetpotato whitefly, Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius), and the greenhouse whitefly, Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood). The lipid components in the wax particles of both species were mostly mixtures of long-chain aldehydes and long-chain primary alcohols. The major wax particle components for B. tabaci were C34 aldehyde and C34 alcohol and small amounts of C32 aldhyde and alcohol. For the wax particles from T. vaporariorum, C32 aldehyde and C32 alcohol were the major components with lesser amounts of the C30 components. These findings were compared to the surface lipids of fully-waxed B. tabaci and T. vaporariorum adults that contained, in addition to the major amounts of long-chain aldehydes and alcohols, quantities of long-chain wax esters. Wax esters were not present in lipid extracts from the surface of B. tabaci whiteflies at the time of adult emergence (prior to deposition of wax particles). Thus, the appearance of wax esters on the cuticular surfaces occurred during the period of deposition of wax particles. The quantities of wax esters in the surface lipid extracts of wing tissues separated from the bodies of adult whiteflies indicated that the wing surfaces were a major site of wax ester deposition.  相似文献

在长期盐胁迫(28天, NaCl浓度从100 mmol·L-1升至400 mmol·L-1)下, 比较研究了引进的无瓣海桑(Sonneratia apetala)和拉关木(Laguncularia racemosa)幼苗叶片的气体交换、叶绿素含量、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、O2-· 产生速率以及抗氧化酶的活性, 探讨了两种红树幼苗光合、抗氧化防御能力的差异与耐盐性的关系。结果显示: NaCl处理没有明显地影响两种红树幼苗的生长, 表明盐生植物对盐环境的适应性, 但两种红树的生理反应对NaCl处理存在较大的差异。在实验的第28天(苗木的NaCl累计处理浓度递增到400 mmol·L-1)时, 与对照相比, 无瓣海桑叶片的净光合速率、水分利用效率增加, 气孔导度、蒸腾速率和胞间CO2浓度/大气CO2浓度(Ci/Ca)相应降低; 然而, 拉关木叶的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率均回落到对照的水平, 而气孔导度和Ci/Ca均增加, 表明同样的NaCl浓度处理对拉关木叶的净光合速率影响大于无瓣海桑。在NaCl处理期间, 无瓣海桑Fv/Fm一直保持在0.8以上, 而拉关木的Fv/Fm为0.75以下, 说明无瓣海桑具有高于拉关木的潜在最大光合能力。在实验的第7天(NaCl浓度为100 mmol·L-1)和14天(苗木的NaCl累计处理浓度递增到200 mmol·L-1)时, 两种红树O2-· 产生速率迅速增加, 在实验的第28天(苗木的NaCl累计处理浓度递增到400 mmol·L-1)时, 无瓣海桑O2-· 产生速率是对照的5.3倍, 差异极显著, 此时, 拉关木叶中O2-· 产生速率已降低到低于对照的水平。盐处理诱导了两种红树叶中抗氧化酶(超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)、过氧化物酶(POD))活性增加, 但拉关木增加的幅度大于无瓣海桑, 表明拉关木能响应盐胁迫并上调抗氧化酶活性, 降低盐诱导的膜脂过氧化, 提高耐盐的能力, 无瓣海桑通过提高水分利用效率来保持体内的水分, 同时, 保持PSII的最大光化学量子产量, 使得无瓣海桑在高盐处理时仍能保持高于对照水平的光合速率。  相似文献

The normal-alkane range in leaf cuticular waxes from 22 Persea species and cultivars and from the closely related genus Beilschmiedia was C23 H48 to C35, H72; alkanes with an odd number of carbon atoms predominated, C33 H68 usually constituting about half of the total wax. The alkane profiles gave good agreement with established taxonomy. Beilschmiedia showed an alkane distribution quite different from that of the Persea taxa. Amongst Persea species, the geographical and phylogenetic distinctiveness of P. indica and P. donnell-smithii were reflected in the distinctiveness of their alkanes. Within the subgenus Persea. the morphologically most distinct entity. P. schiedeana, also had a distinct alkane profile. Cultivars of hybrid origin indicated in their alkane proportions pronounced gene interaction.  相似文献

Aim In the loess hilly region, drought stress frequently occurs during the late spring and early summer as a result of insufficient water supply and asynchronous changes between temperature and precipitation. Our objective was to quantify the characteristics of water-consumption through transpirations and their responses to precipitation in the dominant plantations in this region. Methods Thermal dissipation probe (TDP) was used to measure the sap flow density (Fd) of Robinia pseudoacacia and Platycladus orientalis from April through October in 2009 in Ansai National Ecological Experimental Station. Environmental variables, including meteorological factors and soil water content, were simultaneously measured. Important findings The diurnal variation of Fd exhibited a single-peak curve during the growing season of R. pseudoacacia and P. orientalis. The maximum Fd was three times greater in R. pseudoacacia (0.12068 m3·m-2·h-1) than that in P. orientalis (0.03737 m3·m-2·h-1). Except in the rapid-growth season (July to August), the Fd of these two species during the post-precipitation period were significantly higher than that during the pre-precipitation period. The Fd of P. orientalis and R. pseudoacacia was well fitted with transpiration (VT), an integrated index calculated from both vapor pressure deficit (VPD) and solar radiation (Rs), using an exponential saturation function. Generally, Fd increased in response to rising VT, while these values tended to be stable when VT reached about 50 kPa (W·m-2)1/2. Furthermore, R. pseudoacacia showed more sensitive to precipitation (p < 0.001) than P. orientalis, according to different hydraulic conductance model coefficients (fitting parameter b) between pre- and post-precipitation periods. Therefore, R. pseudoacacia could be considered as a precipitation-sensitive species, while P. orientalisasa precipitation-insensitive species. Through analyzing the different responses of plantation species to precipitation in the loess hilly region, this study provides a scientific basis for the local plantation management from the aspect of tree water use during ecological restoration.  相似文献

水分供应不足及水热不同步常导致黄土丘陵地区在春末和夏初出现季节性干旱。为阐明该地区主要造林树种的蒸腾耗水特征及其对降水的响应, 使用热扩散式树干茎流计(TDP)于2009年4-10月对黄土丘陵区安塞国家生态试验站刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia)和侧柏(Platycladus orientalis)的树干液流密度(Fd)进行连续观测, 并同步测定了气象、土壤水分等环境因子。结果表明: 刺槐和侧柏在生长季内不同生长时期的Fd均表现为单峰型日变化特征, 刺槐最高液流峰值为0.12068 m3·m-2·h-1, 是侧柏最高液流值(0.03737 m3·m-2·h-1)的3.23倍。除生长旺盛季(7-8月)外, 刺槐和侧柏降水后的Fd明显高于降水前。同时反映水汽压差(VPD)和太阳辐射(Rs)的蒸腾变量(VT)能够很好地模拟Fd, 且两者呈显著的指数正相关关系, 随VT的增加Fd逐渐增大, VT增加到50 kPa (W·m-2)1/2左右时, Fd的变化趋于稳定; 通过对降水前后两个树种水力导度(拟合参数b值)分析, 相对于侧柏, 刺槐更易受降水的影响(p < 0.001)。因此, 可认为刺槐是降水敏感型植物, 而侧柏是降水不敏感型植物。该研究通过分析黄土丘陵区人工林树种对降水的差异性响应, 从树木水分利用方面能够为当地生态恢复过程中人工林的管理提供科学依据。  相似文献

Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) is used in the treatment of painful menstruation and menopausal symptoms. Data about the nature of the active compounds and mechanism(s) of action are still controversial, chiefly with respect to its estrogenic activity.

This work aimed to assess the possible estrogenic activity of a commercial dry hydro-alcoholic extract of C. racemosa and its hydrophilic and lipophilic sub-fractions on in vivo, ex vivo, and in vitro assays.

In a yeast estrogen screen, only the lipophilic sub-fraction was able to activate the human estrogen receptor , with a lower potency but comparable efficacy to that of 17 β-estradiol.

Neither the total extract nor the lipophilic sub-fraction showed an in vivo uterotrophic effect in 21-day-old rats. Uterine tissues obtained ex vivo from C. racemosa treated animals were generally much less sensitive to oxytocin, prostaglandin F2, and bradykinin than tissues obtained from estradiol valerate treated rats.

The lipophilic sub-fraction, instead, induced a dose-dependent inhibitory activity on the in vitro response to oxytocin, prostaglandin F2, and bradykinin of uterine horns from naïve 28-day-old rats, with a potency rate close to 1:30 of that of 17 β-estradiol.

Reported results confirm the effectiveness of C. racemosa in menstrual distress and further emphasize the possibility that lipophilic constituents bind to an as yet not identified estrogen receptor, likely inversely involved in inflammation.  相似文献

Warming responses of photosynthesis and its temperature dependence in two C3 grass (Agropyron cristatum, Stipa krylovii), one C4 grass (Pennisetum centrasiaticum), and two C3 forb (Artemisia capillaris, Potentilla acaulis) species in a temperate steppe of northern China were investigated in a field experiment. Experimental warming with infrared heater significantly increased daily mean assimilation rate (A) in P. centrasiaticum and A. capillaris by 30 and 43%, respectively, but had no effects on other three species. Seasonal mean A was 13, 15, and 19% higher in the warmed than control plants for P. centrasiaticum, A. capillaries, and S. krylovii, respectively. The mean assimilation rate in A. cristatum and P. acaulis was not impacted by experimental warming. All the five species showed photosynthetic acclimation to temperature. The optimum temperature for photosynthesis (Topt) and the assimilation rate at Topt in the five species increased by 0.33–0.78 °C and 4–27%, respectively, under experimental warming. Elevated temperature tended to increase the maximum rate of ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) carboxylation (Vcmax) and the RuBP regeneration capacity (Jmax) in the C3 plants and carboxylation efficiency and the CO2-saturated photosynthetic rate in the C4 plant at higher leaf temperature, as well as the optimum temperatures for the four parameters. Our results indicated that photosynthetic responses to warming were species-specific and that most of the species in the temperate steppe of northern China could acclimate to a warmer environment. The changes in the temperature dependence of Vcmax and Jmax, as well as the balance of these two processes altered the temperature dependence of photosynthesis under climatic warming.  相似文献

本研究利用基于过程的动态植被模型LPJ-GUESS模拟并分析陕西省栎类林和刺槐林在未来时期(2015—2100年)不同气候情景下净初级生产力(NPP)和净生态系统生产力(NEP)的动态变化和趋势.结果表明: 与基准时期(1961—1990年)相比,未来时期陕北地区栎类林和刺槐林NPP将分别下降4.9%~29.5%、22.5%~56.2%,而在关中和陕南地区栎类林和刺槐林NPP将分别升高13.0%~49.0%、21.3%~62.9%; 未来时期,不同情景下的栎类林和刺槐林NPP均表现为RCP2.64.58.5;未来时期,2种不同类型森林在陕北、关中、陕南3个分区均表现为碳汇,栎类林在陕北和关中地区的碳汇功能更强,而刺槐林在陕南地区的碳汇功能更强;3个分区刺槐林在不同RCP情景下NEP的变化幅度均大于栎类林.  相似文献

Two gamma- and UV-radiation resistant, Gram-positive, red- or pink-pigmented, rod-shaped, strictly aerobic, oxidase- and catalase-positive bacterial strains, TDMA-25T and TDMA-uv51T, were isolated from fresh water collected at Misasa, a radioactive site in Japan. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences placed both in a distinct lineage in the family Deinococcaceae, and the highest degrees of sequence similarity determined belonged to Deinococcus maricopensis LB-34T (88.8–89.3%), Deinococcus pimensis KR-235T (86.4–86.7%) and Deinococcus yavapaiensis KR-236T (86.1%). The DNA G+C content of the strains was 53–58 mol%. The major respiratory quinone was MK-8. The predominant fatty acids were C15:0 iso, C16:0 iso, C13:0 iso, C17:0 iso, C16:0, C13:0 anteiso, C15:0 and C12:0 iso. The strains degraded gelatin, casein, starch and Tween 80. Unique physiological characteristics, differences in their fatty acid profiles, and genotypic and phylogenetic features, differentiated strains TDMA-25T and TDMA-uv51T from closely related Deinococcus species. Hence, the two strains are described as novel species of the genus Deinococcus. The names Deinococcus misasensis sp. nov. (type strain TDMA-25T=JCM 14369=NBRC 102116=CCUG 53610) and Deinococcus roseus sp. nov. (type strain TDMA-uv51T=JCM 14370=NBRC 102117=CCUG 53611) are proposed.  相似文献

印度蔊菜(Rorippa indica)与无瓣蔊菜(R. dubia)的分类关系仍存在较大争议, 为阐明二者的分类学关系, 本研究综合利用形态指标测量、DNA相对含量检测、体细胞染色体观察和基于SSR分子标记的遗传距离分析等方法, 系统地比较了二者的分类学特征和细胞遗传学差异。结果表明: 印度蔊菜(2n = 48)为六倍体, 无瓣蔊菜(2n = 32)为四倍体。同时, 前者DNA相对含量约为150, 是后者的1.5倍。通过45对SSR分子标记的遗传距离分析得出, 相对于球果蔊菜(R. globosa)与欧亚蔊菜(R. sylvestris), 二者亲缘关系较近, 独立聚类为一支, 但在遗传距离为0.23处可以明确划分为两个种。同时, 利用角果长度和结籽密度两个形态指标可以将二者明显区分为两个种。另外, 二者存在明显的生殖障碍, 通过正反交授粉实验得出: 印度蔊菜与无瓣蔊菜自花授粉的结实率分别为97.73%和95.65%, 而以印度蔊菜为母本的杂交处理结实率为0, 以无瓣蔊菜为母本的杂交处理结实率为47.06%, 但其种子萌发率为0。综上所述, 印度蔊菜与无瓣蔊菜为两个种。  相似文献

Panicum milioides, a naturally occurring species with C4-like Kranz leaf anatomy, is intermediate between C3 and C4 plants with respect to photorespiration and the associated oxygen inhibition of photosynthesis. This paper presents direct evidence for a limited degree of C4 photosynthesis in this C3-C4 intermediate species based on:

1. (a) the appearance of 24% of the total 14C fixed following 4 s photosynthesis in 14CO2-air by excised leaves in malate and aspartate and the complete transfer of label from the C4 acids to Calvin cycle intermediates within a 15 s chase in 12CO2-air;

2. (b) pyruvate- or alanine-enhanced light-dependent CO2 fixation and pyruvate stimulation of oxaloacetate- or 3-phosphoglycerate-dependent O2 evolution by illuminated mesophyll protoplasts, but not bundle sheath strands; and

3. (c) NAD-malic enzyme-dependent decarboxylation of C4 acids at the C-4 carboxyl position, C4 acid-dependent O2 evolution, and 14CO2 donation from [4-14C]C4 acids to Calvin cycle intermediates during photosynthesis by bundle sheath strands, but not mesophyll protoplasts.

However, P. milioides differs from C4 plants in that the activity of the C4 cycle enzymes is only 15 to 30% of a C4 Panicum species and the Calvin cycle and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase are present in both cell types. From these and related studies (Rathnam, C.K.M. and Chollet, R. (1979) Arch. Biochem. Biophys. 193, 346–354; (1978) Biochem. Biophys. Res. Commun. 85, 801–808) we conclude that reduced photorespiration in P. milioides is due to a limited degree of NAD-malic enzyme-type C4 photosynthesis permitting an increase in pCO2 at the site of bundle sheath, but not mesophyll, ribulosebisphosphate carboxylase-oxygenase.  相似文献

Following a series of continuous exposures to 14CO2 for different lengths of time, leaves from Neurachne munroi (C4), N. minor (C3-C4) and N. tenuifolia (C3| were estimated to assimilate 100%, 9% and 2–4%, respectively, of atmospheric CO2 by the C4 pathway. The percentage of 14C-label appearing in malate and aspartate in leaves of N. minor progressively increased with longer exposure times indicating that a significant proportion of its C4 acids are formed as secondary products. In 14CO2/12CO2 pulse/chase experiments, the 14C-label in leaves of N. munroi was rapidly transferred from C4 acids to sugar monophosphates plus sugar diphosphates, and finally to sucrose. In leaves of N. minor, the 14C-label was slowly metabolized from the C-4 carboxyl of malate and asparate (apparent half-time = 250 s), and the formation of C4 acids as secondary products was again evident. 14C-label in serine/glycine accumulated to comparable magnitudes in both N. minor and in N. tenuifolia, but there was an initial lag phase in the accumulation of label in N. minor. C4 photosynthesis is apparently of minimal importance in reducing photorespiration in N. minor, but leaf anatomical specializations and a possible compartmentation of photorespiratory metabolism may be of considerable importance.  相似文献

Epicuticular wax from Juniperus scopulorum contains hydrocarbons (16%), esters (11%), free acids (1%), nonacosan-10-ol (27%), nonacosane-diols (7%) and estolides (16%). The major hydrocarbon is tritriacontane; the principal esters are C34–C46, mainly octyl and decyl esters of C28-C36 acids; and the diols consist of nonacosane-4,10-diol (57%),5,10-diol (28%), 7,10-diol (11%) and 10,13-diol (4%). Hydrolysis of the estolides gave a mixture of acids, ω-hydroxy acids, , ω-diols, alcohols and hydroxy acids. The hydroxy acids are a new class of C28–C36 acids with the OH attached to either the eighteenth or twentieth carbon from the terminal methyl end; the major component is 13-hydroxydotriacontanoic acid. Syntheses of this acid and of nonacosane-4,10-dione and nonacosane-4,10-diol are described.  相似文献

基于干旱频率增加、强度增大这一全球降水变化背景, 探究干旱-复水条件下不同功能群(C3和C4)植物的光合生理响应及生长适应策略有助于预测降水格局变化条件下草地的植被组成和生态系统功能。该研究采用盆栽实验, 以松嫩草地生长的一年生C3 (4种)和C4 (3种)牧草为实验材料, 设置了对照、中度干旱和重度干旱3个水分处理水平, 在干旱末期及复水期对植物进行气体交换、生物量和比叶质量的测量。在干旱条件下, 各物种净光合速率和气孔导度均呈下降趋势, 水分利用效率呈上升趋势。干旱对不同植物光合指标的影响存在功能群差异, 随干旱程度的增加C4植物逐渐丧失光合优势, 重度干旱对C4植物净光合速率的影响较C3植物更加明显。由于干旱条件下C3植物光合固碳主要受气孔限制而C4植物主要受代谢限制, 因此复水后C4植物净光合速率恢复速度较C3植物慢。干旱条件下, 各物种的生物量降低, 根冠比和比叶质量升高, 干旱对C3植物各生长指标的影响均大于C4植物; 复水处理后, C3植物生物量随干旱强度增加呈下降趋势, 而C4植物的生物量与对照相比无显著差异。  相似文献

全球氮沉降通过影响树木叶片的生理过程影响森林生态系统的结构与组成,但目前关于氮沉降对森林生态系统中不同植物叶片非结构性碳水化合物(NSC)含量的影响还不十分清楚.本研究选取黄土丘陵区人工油松林中油松、辽东栎、忍冬、绣线菊、黄刺玫、茜草、披针苔草7种主要高等植物,比较了3年氮添加(0、3、6、9 g N·m-2·a-1,分别用N0、N3、N6、N9表示)对7种植物叶片中NSC的影响.结果表明: 不同植物叶片可溶性糖、淀粉含量变异很大,二者变异最高的均为黄刺玫,最低的分别为绣线菊和披针苔草;不同植物可溶性糖、淀粉对氮添加的响应存在明显差异.N6处理下茜草的可溶性糖和淀粉的变异高于其他物种,N3和N9处理下绣线菊的变异高于其他物种,可溶性糖和淀粉含量变异最小的物种在不同氮添加水平下不同.随着氮添加水平的增加,油松和披针苔草的可溶性糖含量持续升高,绣线菊持续降低,辽东栎、忍冬和黄刺玫的可溶性糖含量先降低后增加,在N6处理达到最小,而茜草的可溶性糖含量呈现较复杂的变化趋势.氮添加对植物叶片中淀粉含量的影响表现为油松、忍冬和披针苔草的淀粉含量持续增加,绣线菊先降低后增加,在N3处理达到最小,而黄刺玫和茜草则呈现较复杂的变化趋势,辽东栎淀粉含量变化趋势平缓.在氮添加后,土壤pH、有机碳、全氮、全磷与植物叶片NSC含量无相关关系,仅N0和N3水平下上述土壤理化指标会显著影响可溶性糖/淀粉.表明林地不同植物叶片中NSC含量对氮添加的响应明显不同,研究全球氮沉降或氮添加对林地生态系统的影响需要考虑不同植物,尤其不同生活型植物的不同响应.  相似文献

为明确植物水溶性化合物δ13C(δ13Cwsc)的春季物候节律性变化规律,以我国暖温带地区典型树种油松和刺槐为研究对象,测定春季物候期两树种各器官的δ13Cwsc,探究其与环境因子的相关性。结果表明: 油松和刺槐各器官的δ13Cwsc差异性显著。油松的新梢最大(-25.03‰±0.01‰),非光合作用器官比光合器官高0.83‰~1.8‰,两树种的地上部分普遍低于地下部分。随着物候节律推移,两树种采取不同的碳存储策略。油松在顶芽开放时所需碳源从近端老叶中获取;展叶始期老叶积累的光合产物不能满足新稍和根系生长所需碳,90%依赖于枝干碳储备;叶充分展开后新老叶光合机能恢复,逐渐补给枝干消耗的碳。刺槐在叶芽开放和展叶始期,枝干作为主要碳源向新生叶和根系传送;叶充分展开后具备光合固碳能力的成熟叶成为主要碳源。主成分分析发现,观测期气温、≥10 ℃积温、日照时长和太阳辐射为δ13Cwsc的主要影响因子,可解释δ13Cwsc变异的86.3%。两树种与气温、相对湿度呈显著负相关,与饱和水气压差、≥10 ℃积温和日照时长呈显著正相关。影响植物δ13Cwsc的主要环境因子随物候进程不断变化。本研究可为准确估算区域典型树种春季器官的碳分配格局、制定科学合理的区域森林经营策略提供参考。  相似文献

应用LI-6400便携式红外气体分析仪,研究了北京市两种引进乔木生长旺季的光合作用的日变化规律和光响应曲线.结果表明:①水曲柳和火炬树的光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)的日变化均为"双峰"曲线,而水分利用效率(WUE)的日变化为"单峰"曲线,但三者峰值出现的时刻和大小有所不同.②火炬树的光合速率(Pn)和水分利用效率(WUE)均高于水曲柳,但蒸腾速率(Tr)要低于水曲柳.③从光响应曲线来看,两种引进乔木均为阳生植物,其中火炬树对光的适应性范围较广,而水曲柳的耐阴性较强.④逐步回归分析表明:影响光合速率的主要因子是光合有效辐射、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度.⑤与原产地进行对比可知:火炬树光合能力有所增加,水曲柳变化不大.研究认为,在北京,火炬树与水曲柳相比具有较强的竞争优势.研究结果可为首都园林绿化树种选择提供科学依据.  相似文献

The triglyceride compositions of extracts and cornicle secretions of specimens from a range of aphid families were examined by mass spectrometry and found to support earlier evidence that there is little correlation between taxonomic position and chemical constitution.

Parasites developing within Myzus persicae preferentially consumed the typical aphid triglycerides which contain hexanoic (C6), sorbic (C6:2), myristic (C14), and palmitic (C16) acid moieties, so that when parasitism was advanced, only triglycerides with three long-chain fatty acids per molecule remained. The adult parasites themselves contained very little triglyceride.

Triglycerides of Aphis evonymi and Aphis fabae were similar and varied in composition regularly throughout the year. In the apterous and alate (summer) viviparae, there were equal amounts of myristoyl (C14) and palmitoyl (C16) triglycerides, while in fundatrices and fundatrigeniae (spring forms) myristoyl was predominant. Males collected in autumn resembled the spring forms. However, oviparae and eggs of these and other species differed considerably from the other seasonal forms, in having more hexenoic (C6:1), sorbic (C6:2), and myristoleic (C14:1) acid moieties.  相似文献

利用开顶式熏气室研究了不同土壤水分条件下不同CO2浓度对禾谷缢管蚜种群的影响,以期对未来大气CO2浓度升高条件下不同降雨地区的小麦蚜虫关系发展趋势做出初步预测.结果表明,随CO2浓度升高,禾谷缢管蚜种群持续增长,但以CO2浓度从350μl·L-1上升到550μl·L-1时增长最快;禾谷缢管蚜种群大小与土壤水分密切相关,各CO2浓度下均以60%土壤水分的最大;当CO2浓度从350μl·L-1上升到550μl·L-1时,60%土壤水分下的种群增长最快;当CO2浓度从550μl·L-1上升到700μl·L-1时,60%和40%土壤水分下的种群增长相近,且高于80%土壤水分下的增长.据此可以认为,随大气CO2浓度升高,禾谷缢管蚜种群会持续增长,从目前至下世纪中叶的时间内可能是蚜虫种群增长最快的阶段,特别在干旱、半干旱地区禾谷缢管蚜种群增长幅度较大、小麦受害较重.  相似文献

Alkane distribution patterns were determined in the epicuticular wax of 11 species of Ericaceae. The major alkane was hentriacontane, except in the genus Gaultheria and in Vaccinium occidentale.
