氮素形态对不同专用型小麦根系及氮素利用率影响的研究 总被引:22,自引:4,他引:22
采用盆栽方法研究了3种氮素形态对不同专用型小麦根系及氮素利用率的影响.结果表明,拔节期以后,强筋型小麦豫麦34在酰胺态氮处理下,根系生物量、根系活力、氮素利用率、氮收获指数和籽粒蛋白质含量最高,铵态氮处理次之,硝态氮处理最低.中筋型小麦豫麦49的各测定指标以铵态氮处理最高,其它指标在酰胺态氮和铵态氮间的趋势不同;弱筋型小麦豫麦50在酰胺态氮处理下各项指标最高,而铵态氮处理下蛋白质含量最低,符合品种优质和专用,氮收获指数与籽粒蛋白质含量之间呈现极显著正相关。 相似文献

以带有与不带有Neotyphodium属内生真菌的醉马草Achnatherum inebrians、披碱草Elymus dahuricus和野大麦Hordeum brevisubulatum的草粉浸提液对细交链孢Alternaria alternata、根腐离蠕孢Bipolaris sorokiniana、燕麦镰孢Fusarium avenaceum和绿色木霉Trichoderma viride进行了抑菌活性研究。结果表明:披碱草、醉马草和野大麦草粉浸提液对细交链孢、根腐离蠕孢、燕麦镰孢和绿色木霉的菌落生长、孢子萌发率和芽管长度均有一定的抑制作用。而披碱草中的Neotyphodium可显著增强披碱草草粉浸提液对细交链孢、燕麦镰孢、绿色木霉菌落生长及对细交链孢和根腐离蠕孢孢子萌发及燕麦镰孢芽管长度的抑制作用;醉马草中的Neotyphodium显著增强了醉马草草粉浸提液对燕麦镰孢、绿色木霉菌落生长和芽管长度,以及细交链孢、根腐离蠕孢和燕麦镰孢孢子萌发的抑制作用;野大麦中的Neotyphodium显著增强了野大麦草粉浸提液对绿色木霉菌落生长、孢子萌发和芽管长度的抑制作用。 相似文献

为探究内生真菌与内生细菌对雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii)的生长和次生代谢产物积累的相互作用,用内生真菌NS33、NS6和内生细菌LG3、LY1单独或跨界联合接种雷公藤,对雷公藤的生长和雷公藤甲素、雷公藤红素合成进行了研究。结果表明,单独或混合培养的菌株具有分泌铁载体、吲哚乙酸(IAA)和溶磷能力,对种子萌发、芽伸长和根系活力有显著促进作用。接种菌株NS33、NS6、NS6-LG3和NS6-LY1均显著促进了雷公藤组培苗的生长。单独或联合接种菌株均能显著提高雷公藤组培苗雷公藤甲素和雷公藤红素的积累,其中NS33-LG3和LG3的作用最显著。菌株NS33与LG3能够协同促进IAA的分泌、小麦幼苗根系活力和雷公藤红素的积累;菌株NS6与LY1协同提高了雷公藤组培苗的高度、质量和雷公藤红素的积累。因此,内生真菌与内生细菌联合接种对雷公藤生长和次生代谢产物积累具有一定的协同效应,显示出实际应用潜力。 相似文献

对全国11个省16个市(县)19个鸡爪桕[Sapium sebiferum(L.)Roxb.var.laxicarpum Hu]种子样品进行分析,以探讨乌桕种子的外种皮、内种皮、种仁的比率及皮油、梓油的含量和种子总含油率、百粒重与纬度、经度、年积温和年降水量的相关性,结果表明,乌桕种子外种皮、种仁的比率和皮油含量与纬度、经度、年积温和年降水量呈正相关;梓油的含量与经度、年积温和年降水量呈正相关,内种皮的比率与上述环境因子均呈负相关;种子的百粒重与经度和年积温呈正相关,与纬度和年降水量的相关性不明显;种子的总含油量与经度、年积温及年降水量呈较明显的相相关,而与纬度没有明显的正相关。 相似文献

环境因子对小球藻生长的影响及高产油培养条件的优化 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
探讨了不同环境条件对小球藻(Chlorella sp.)叶绿素荧光动力学参数以及净光合放氧速率的影响,确定了以L1海水培养基为基础,以8.8 mmol/L浓度的(NH2)2CO为氮源、0.145 mmol/L NaH2PO4 · H2O浓度为磷源,在150 μmol · m-2 · s-1光照强度、培养温度为18 ℃的小球藻最优培养条件。在此条件下,明显加快了小球藻细胞的生长速度,促进了油脂和脂肪酸的积累,细胞密度增加24%,油脂和脂肪酸含量分别增加了16.8%和66.6%。在培养液中添加外源柠檬酸(最适浓度以0.06 mmol · L-1 · d-1为宜)可以明显提高小球藻的生长速度,促进其脂肪酸的积累。同时也可看出,筛选的小球藻藻种具有生长快、易培养、产油高的优点,可作为生物能源研究的良好材料,为海洋微藻的开发利用奠定了基础。 相似文献

为探讨不同种类内生真菌对宿主植物羽茅(Achnatherum sibiricum)抗病性的影响, 以感染不同内生真菌的天然禾草羽茅为实验材料, 进行了体外纯培养的内生真菌、感染内生真菌的离体叶片和在体叶片对3种植物病原真菌的抑菌实验。结果表明: 体外纯培养条件下, 分离自羽茅的内生真菌Neotyphodium sibiricum、Neotyphodium gansuensis和Epichloë gansuensis对新月弯孢霉(Curvularia lunata)、根腐离蠕孢(Bipolaris sorokiniana)和枝孢霉(Cladosporium sp.)等3种病原真菌都具有抑制作用, 其中N. sibiricum的抑制作用最强, 对新月弯孢霉、根腐离蠕孢和枝孢霉的抑菌率分别为47.8%、40.1%、39.4%; 内生真菌培养滤液也可以有效抑制这3种病原真菌的孢子萌发, 其中N. gansuensis的抑制作用最强, 新月弯孢、根腐离蠕孢和枝孢霉的孢子萌发率分别为9.8%、8.7%、8.5%。对于离体叶片, N. sibiricum和N. gansuensis感染可以有效降低叶片受3种病原真菌侵染后的病斑数和孢子浓度, 其中N. sibiricum对根腐离蠕孢的抑制作用显著高于N. gansuensis, 而E. gansuensis只降低新月弯孢和枝孢霉侵染的病斑数以及枝孢霉侵染的孢子浓度。在体条件下, 内生真菌均可以显著降低病原真菌侵染羽茅后的病斑数、病斑长度和孢子浓度, 其中E. gansuensis的抑菌作用趋于最弱, 而N. sibiricum的抑菌作用趋于最强。 相似文献

在自然条件下,研究了枫杨、乌桕叶对钉螺生理生化功能的影响,结果表明,与草滩生态系统相比,枫杨和乌桕生态系统中钉螺糖原含量、总蛋白含量分别下降36.3、55.7和27.5、54.5%,谷草转氨酸(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)比活增高2.7和2.6倍,死亡率升高62和41%。本文对抑螺化合物结构与作用关系进行了讨论. 相似文献

Abstract The fatty acid composition of Pimelobacter sp. is of the complex type. When pyridine was used as a sole inhibitory substrate, the fatty acid composition of Pimelobacter sp. was quite different from that within other readily available substrates. When compared with the fatty acid composition in a complex medium, the proportion of isopalmitic acid ( iso -C16:0 ) drastically decreased from 68.4% to 7.7%, while the proportion of anteisoheptadecanoic acid ( anteiso -C17:0 ) remained almost constant at ca. 7%. Concomitantly, this decrease of the branched-chain fatty acid was accompanied by the increase of the straight-chain, especially long-chain, fatty acid such as heptadecanoic (C17:0 ), octadecenoic (Cig:i), 10-methylheptadecanoic (10-me-18) and 10-methyloctadecanoic (10-me-19) acids. Consequently, in response to membrane active organic solvents, Pimelobacter sp. was found to regulate its membrane fatty acid composition in a fashion different from Gram-negative bacteria. 相似文献

Two yellow and two red pigmented strains of Thermus were monitored for changes in fatty acid content and composition with reference to growth phase at the optimum temperature. Fatty acid content per mg of dry weight increased as the cultures aged. In addition the quantities of iso C 15:0, iso C 17:0 and iso C 16:0 increased in yellow pigmented strains, but in red pigmented strains, an increase was seen in iso C 15:0, but C 16:0 and iso C 16:0 levels decreased. Thus the fatty acid composition of these organisms varies with growth phase, and shows also strain specific variability. 相似文献

Abstract The cellular fatty acid composition of the psychrophilic Vibrio sp. strain No. 5710 isolated from a deep-sea sediment sample was analyzed. The presence of docosahexaenoic acid (22:6) was demonstrated as found previously in other deep-sea bacteria, and the relative amount of 22:6 decreased as the growth temperature increased. A temperature shift from 10°C to 0°C resulted in a relative increase of 22:6, and an opposite shift led to a decrease. In addition, hexadecanoic acid (16:0) was found to increase as the growth temperature increased. Therefore, it is suggested that the adaptation of 5710 to the growth temperature was carried out by the changes in the relative amounts of 22:6 and 16:0. When 5710 was grown at low temperature, it increased the relative amount of 22:6 presumably to maintain membrane fluidity at that temperature. In contrast, 5710 grown at high temperature probably maintained the membrane fluidity by increasing the amount of a saturated fatty acid, 16:0. Furthermore, observation of the fatty acid compositions at mid-exponential phase and early stationary phase revealed the proportions of several fatty acids, including a major fatty acid, 9- cis -hexadecenoic acid (16:1c, palmitoleic acid), were affected by the growth phase which may be due to the physiological difference between the growth phases. 相似文献

The influence of growth temperature, media composition and cell age on the chemical composition of Bacillus stearothermophilus strain AN 002 has been determined. The total cellular protein decreased and the free amino acid content increased with growth temperature, in both exponential and stationary growth phase. The protein and free amino acid contents of cells were higher in the stationary phase than in the exponential phase, irrespective of growth temperature and media composition. The RNA content was only reduced in cells grown at 55° C. No significant variations were observed in the DNA and carbohydrate contents with respect to growth temperature and cell age. The total lipid and fatty acid compositions on the other hand varied as a function of growth temperature, cell age and media composition. Differences in the relative concentrations of even, odd and branched chain fatty acids were noticed. Novariation was observed in the antiiso and unsaturated fatty acids with respect to growth temperature. The unique variations in the fatty acid composition and total lipids at the growth temperature of 50° C and their variations in the stationary growth phase seem to be characteristic for B. stearothermophilus AN 002. 相似文献

Aqueous Teucrium polium extract slightly inhibits the growth of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Ki=0.029 [g/l]-1) and Yarrovia lipolytica (Ki=0.061 [g/l]-1). 【目的】筛选出具有抗菌和抗肿瘤活性的蒺藜内生真菌。【方法】采用牛津杯法、稻瘟菌模型及肿瘤细胞模型评价蒺藜内生真菌PDB和察氏培养基发酵产物的抗菌活性和肿瘤细胞毒性。【结果】PDB培养基发酵液和察氏培养基发酵液抑菌圈直径大于10 mm的菌株分别占总菌株数的19.05%和23.81%。PDB培养基发酵液和察氏培养基发酵液对稻瘟菌的最小抑制浓度(MIC)低于10%的菌株分别占总菌株数的19.05%和47.61%。对肿瘤细胞抑制率高于50%的PDB发酵产物占PDB发酵产物总数的52.38%, 而对肿瘤细胞抑制率高于50%的察氏发酵产物占察氏发酵产物总数的28.57%。【结论】部分蒺藜内生真菌的发酵产物具有抗菌和抗肿瘤活性。 相似文献

天目山山胡椒不同部位内生真菌组成及多样性分析 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
采用表面消毒法,从浙江天目山野生山胡椒[ Lindera glauca( Sieb.et Zucc.) Blume]的茎、叶和树皮中分离出内生真菌,基于ITS序列分析进行分类鉴定;并以内生真菌的分离率、定殖率、分离频率、多样性指数(H')及相似性系数为指标,分析了山胡椒内生真菌的菌群组成及多样性.结果显示:在26株山胡椒样株的728块组织块中共分离得到328株内生真菌(茎、叶和树皮中分别有161、40和127株);共鉴定出44个分类单元(茎、叶和树皮中各有19、18和28个),其中25个分类单元鉴定到种、17个鉴定到属、2个鉴定到科,ITS序列的GenBank登录号从JF502420至JF502462.在44个分类单元中,有40个分类单元属于子囊菌(310株),存在于山胡椒的各个部位;仅有4个分类单元属于担子菌(18株),且仅存在于茎和树皮中.山胡椒茎、树皮和叶中内生真菌的定殖率分别为65%、60%和15%,分离率分别为0.77、0.61和0.19;叶和树皮中内生真菌的多样性指数均为2.63,远大于茎(H’=1.83).山胡椒内生真菌的优势属为Phomopsis、Paraconiothyrium、Phoma和Colletotrichum,大量存在于叶、茎和树皮中.山胡椒茎与树皮、茎与叶及叶与树皮间内生真菌的相似性系数分别为0.27、0.19和0.18,显示树皮和叶之间以及树皮和茎之间内生真菌的组成极不相似.研究结果表明:山胡椒体内存在大量的内生真菌,其茎、叶和树皮的内生真菌菌群组成具有一定程度的多样性和差异性,且内生真菌的分布具有组织特异性. 相似文献
