为了研究长江口丰水季邻近海域大型底栖动物群落特征, 我们根据2012年6、8和10月长江口邻近海域大型底栖动物的调查资料, 应用双因素方差分析(Two-Way ANOVA)、聚类分析(Cluster)、非参数多维标度排序(Non-metric Multidimensional Scaling, NMDS)以及丰度生物量比较曲线(Abundance-Biomass Comparison Curves, ABC Curves)对数据资料进行分析。本研究共记录大型底栖动物181种, 其中多毛类动物82种, 甲壳动物46种, 软体动物31种, 棘皮动物11种, 其他类群11种。大型底栖动物丰度、生物量、种类丰富度和多样性指数月份间差异和空间差异均不显著。均匀度指数月份间差异不显著, 而空间上远海显著高于近海。6、8和10月大型底栖动物在20%的相似性水平上划分为3-4个群聚, 不同站位相似性水平较低。ABC曲线表明远海大型底栖动物群落受扰动的程度小于近海。受人类活动的持续影响, 长江口邻近海域大型底栖动物种类变化剧烈, 空间分布不均匀。  相似文献

Halacarid mites (Acari), with almost 700 species described, inhabit marine and freshwater habitats. The majority of genera are recorded from at least two ocean basins or continents. There is no evidence of endemic genera, in either littoral faunal provinces or in deep-sea regions. Copidognathus, a genus comprising 1/4 of all species described, is found in almost all geographic regions, depths and habitats. Other genera dominate or are restricted to cold waters, to warm waters or to distinct habitats.Corresponding habitats on either side of the boreal Atlantic Ocean harbour congeneric, identical, sibling or morphologically similar species. The fauna in the western Atlantic is less diverse than that in the eastern. Amphiatlantics are restricted to certain genera. Transatlantic distribution is independent of the niche inhabited.Of the marine halacarid species recorded from the boreal western Atlantic, 41% are amphiatlantics, while only one species is recorded from both the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. The Caribbean and the Mediterranean faunas are dominated by genera in which amphiatlantics are unknown.Most of the Black Sea species of the genus Halacarellus also occur in the Baltic, North Sea or North Atlantic, whereas the Copidognathus fauna of the Black Sea is similar to that of the Mediterranean.Halacarids are thought to be an ancient taxon, with most genera probably having been present since the Mesozoic and with several species having an age of at least 50 million years. Evidence for their antiquity is found in the distributional pattern of marine and limnic genera and species, in the lack of endemic genera despite low fecundity and lack of dispersal stages, and in the fact that amphiatlantics are restricted to certain genera without relationships to the niches inhabited.  相似文献

至今,中国海已经记录了66种海鞘。其中,渤海有5种,黄海21种,东海24种,南海53种。种类分布从北往南逐渐递增,柄瘤海鞘在黄海、渤海数量很大(8100个/m2),但往南分布,未发现超过罗源湾。皱瘤海鞘在南海数量很大(2225个/m2),往北也未发现超过罗源湾。玻璃海鞘和乳突皮海鞘在全国沿海都有分布。  相似文献

China''s seas cover nearly 5 million square kilometers extending from the tropical to the temperate climate zones and bordering on 32,000 km of coastline, including islands. Comprehensive systematic study of the marine biodiversity within this region began in the early 1950s with the establishment of the Qingdao Marine Biological Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Since that time scientists have carried out intensive multidisciplinary research on marine life in the China seas and have recorded 22,629 species belonging to 46 phyla. The marine flora and fauna of the China seas are characterized by high biodiversity, including tropical and subtropical elements of the Indo-West Pacific warm-water fauna in the South and East China seas, and temperate elements of North Pacific temperate fauna mainly in the Yellow Sea. The southern South China Sea fauna is characterized by typical tropical elements paralleled with the Philippine-New Guinea-Indonesia Coral triangle typical tropical faunal center.This paper summarizes advances in studies of marine biodiversity in China''s seas and discusses current research mainly on characteristics and changes in marine biodiversity, including the monitoring, assessment, and conservation of endangered species and particularly the strengthening of effective management. Studies of (1) a tidal flat in a semi-enclosed embayment, (2) the impact of global climate change on a cold-water ecosystem, (3) coral reefs of Hainan Island and Xisha-Nansha atolls, (4) mangrove forests of the South China Sea, (5) a threatened seagrass field, and (6) an example of stock enhancement practices of the Chinese shrimp fishery are briefly introduced. Besides the overexploitation of living resources (more than 12.4 million tons yielded in 2007), the major threat to the biodiversity of the China seas is environmental deterioration (pollution, coastal construction), particularly in the brackish waters of estuarine environments, which are characterized by high productivity and represent spawning and nursery areas for several economically important species. In the long term, climate change is also a major threat. Finally, challenges in marine biodiversity studies are briefly discussed along with suggestions to strengthen the field. Since 2004, China has participated in the Census of Marine Life, through which advances in the study of zooplankton and zoobenthos biodiversity were finally summarized.  相似文献

At present 8 species of Alexandrium genus have been found in seas and adjacent waters of Russia: A. acatenella, A. catenella, A. insuetum, A. margalefii, A. ostenfeldii, A. pseudogonyaulax, A. tamarense, and A. tamutum. The distribution and population density of Alexandrium species varied within the surveyed area of the Pacific: in the Sea of Japan and Sea of Okhotsk, 7 species were recorded; 3 species were recorded along the Pacific coast of Kamchatka; and 2 species were found in the Bering Sea. A. tamarense was the most widespread and abundant species over the area. A. insuetum was recorded only in the Sea of Japan, and A. catenella, in the Sea of Okhotsk (Terpeniya Bay). The highest concentration of Alexandrium spp. (2–7 million cells/l) was recorded along the Pacific coast of Kamchatka and in the Bering Sea; in the Sea of Okhotsk, a rather high concentration (51000 cells/l) was registered in Aniva Bay; in the Sea of Japan, the highest concentration was recorded in Peter the Great Bay (6000 cells/l). The distribution of cysts (spores) in surface sediments of the Pacific coast of Russia as a whole reflected the pattern of distribution of vegetative cells of Alexandrium. Cysts of Alexandrium cf. tamarense prevailed all over the area, with the maximum concentration along the Pacific coast of Kamchatka. Beyond that type of cysts, insignificant numbers of cysts of Alexandrium cf. minutum were recorded in Peter the Great Bay and Aniva Bay. Analysis of seasonal dynamics revealed that cells of Alexandrium spp. occurred in Peter the Great Bay from June up to September, and along the Pacific coast of Kamchatka from April to October. In the first region, the maximum density was recorded in August; it was provided by A. pseudogonyaulax (59% of the total density of Alexandrium), A. tamarense (35%), and A. insuetum (6%). In the second region, it was recorded in July, thanks only to development of A. tamarense.  相似文献

The molecular phylogeny of the Careproctus rastrinus species complex is presented on the basis of sequence variations in the 16S rRNA and cytochrome b genes (1,447 base pairs) of mitochondrial DNA using specimens collected from across the North Pacific and its marginal seas, including the Sea of Japan, the Pacific coast of Japan, the Sea of Okhotsk, the Bering Sea, the Gulf of Alaska, and the Arctic Ocean. Gene flow and migration between geographic regions is apparently strictly restricted in the C. rastrinus species complex, as this phylogeny revealed nine genetically diverged groups in the C. rastrinus species complex, most of which corresponded well with major geographic regions. Most of the groups were different in terms of morphological characters. Five nominal species have been considered to be members of the complex and have been variously recognized as being valid or as synonyms of C. rastrinus, but the present genetic and morphological differences suggested that the C. rastrinus species complex represents far more divergence. Such cryptic diversity of the C. rastrinus species complex defined by geographic regions may be related to their low dispersal ability, because they bear large demersal eggs. The genetic divergence suggested that colder climates from the late Pliocene and the isolation of marginal seas during the Pleistocene may have driven the divergence of the C. rastrinus species complex.  相似文献

Analysis of the data obtained during aerial survey of sea mammals in the 1980s–1990s (White and Barents seas) has revealed that, during all the seasons of the year, harp seals of the White Sea population form two types of aggregations which differ in size and some ecological features. Large herds of seals (tens of thousands of individuals) are able to occupy areas extending tens and even hundreds of kilometers. Harp seals prefer to inhabit the northern part of the population range (Barents Sea), whereas the southern part (White Sea) is mainly used for reproduction and molting. Small herds (several hundred animals) can be scattered over vast territories, but they tend to dwell in the southern part of the area including the White Sea and southern areas of the Barents Sea. The opportunity to distinguish between these two types of aggregations makes it possible to study the biological features of each of them and to specify characteristics of the species biology.  相似文献

The use of static indicator species, in which species are expected to have a similar sensitivity or tolerance to either natural or human-induced stressors, does not account for possible shifts in tolerance along natural environmental gradients and between biogeographic regions. Their indicative value may therefore be considered at least questionable. In this paper we demonstrate how species responses (i.e. abundance) to changes in sediment grain size and organic matter (OM) alter along a salinity gradient and conclude with a plea for prudency when interpreting static indicator-based quality indices. Six model species (three polychaetes, one amphipod and two bivalves) from the North Sea, Baltic Sea and the Mediterranean Sea region were selected. Our study demonstrated that there were no generic relationships between environment and biota and half of the studied species showed different responses in different seas. Consequently, the following points have to be carefully considered when applying static indicator-based quality indices: (1) species tolerances and preferences may change along environmental gradients and between different biogeographic regions, (2) as environment modifies species autecology, there is a need to adjust indicator species lists along major environmental gradients and (3) there is a risk of including sibling or cryptic species in calculating the index value of a species.  相似文献

于2006年9月和2007年5月对乐清湾5条潮间带断面进行了大型底栖动物调查。 共鉴定出大型底栖动物113种, 其中软体动物40种, 多毛类25种, 甲壳动物24种, 棘皮动物9种, 其它动物15种。从季节来看, 物种数秋季(81种)高于春季(68种),但平均生物量和平均栖息密度春季(分别为(91.90±59.14) g/m2和(1541±1261.41)个/m2)明显高于秋季(29.20±22.20)g/m2和(201±52.97)个/m2);春季以焦河蓝蛤 幼体、彩虹明樱蛤 、婆罗囊螺 、绯拟沼螺 为主要优势种,而秋季以短拟沼螺 、彩虹明樱蛤、淡水泥蟹 、巢沙蚕 为主要优势种,说明乐清湾大型底栖动物群落特征随着季节有着较大的变化。各断面的Shannon-Winner指数(H')为2.34-3.31,平均为2.85±0.35;Margalef's species richness 指数(d)为3.02-6.42,平均为4.29±1.10;Pielou's evenness 指数(J')为0.46-0.73,平均为0.62±0.09。运用ABC曲线、等级聚类和MDS对大型底栖动物群落结构分析发现,群落结构已受到中度干扰,稳定性差。与以往历史资料相比,乐清湾大型底栖动物向次生型群落转化,原因可能与过度采捕、生境恶化、海岸工程以及围塘养殖等人类活动的影响有关。  相似文献

More than 1,000 non-indigenous aquatic species have been recorded, in total, from coastal Europe, i.e. navigational inland waterways for ocean-going vessels and adjacent water bodies in close proximity. Regions considered in this overview range from European Arctic waters to the Mediterranean Sea and Irish waters to the Black Sea. The majority of introduced taxa have been first recorded since the 1950s. Approximately 600 taxa (ranging from unicellular algae to vertebrates) are established with self-sustaining populations. The dominating group of exotic species across all seas is zoobenthos organisms. Introduction vectors are predominantly shipping (ballast water and hull fouling) and species movements for aquaculture or stocking purposes.  相似文献

Integral parameters of zooplankton community, including species diversity and its components were compared between the Chukchi Sea, Bering Sea, Sea of Okhotsk, Sea of Japan, and adjacent Pacific waters based on the data obtained by standard Juday net with a mouth area of 0.1 m2 during the large-scale surveys conducted by the Pacific Fisheries Research Center (TINRO Center) in 1984–2013. These parameters were calculated for the total surveyed area of approximately 7.0 million km2 and separately for each of the considered water bodies. In Pacific waters, species richness is higher than that in all the seas, while the concentration of individuals (expressed in terms of abundance, ind./m3) and evenness of their distribution over species were lower. The only sea with a larger mean size of organisms compared to the ocean is the Bering Sea. A lower species diversity than in the ocean has been recorded only from the Chukchi Sea; a lower density (in terms of biomass, g/m3) was determined only from the Sea of Japan. Among the four seas, the Chukchi Sea ranks first in terms of biomass and abundance of zooplankton, second in species evenness, third in the mean size of individuals, and last in species richness and diversity. The Bering Sea ranks first in terms of mean size of plankton organisms, second in species richness, diversity, and biomass, third in abundance, and last in species evenness. The Sea of Okhotsk ranks second in terms of mean size of individuals, last in their abundance, and third in the other parameters. The Sea of Japan ranks first in terms of species richness, evenness, and diversity, second in abundance, and last in mean size of zooplankton organisms, and, therefore, their biomass. The biomass of zooplankton, in accordance with the concentration of nutrients, increases in the southto-north direction (while its absolute abundance depends largely on the size of the body of water). The mean size of organisms increases in the same direction; the evenness of their distribution over species increases in the reverse direction (with the exception of both parameters for the Chukchi Sea). The rank of a water body for its biodiversity coincides with the species richness rank. The latter increases from north to south (except for the Okhotsk Sea), but greatly depends on the surveyed area and, even more, on the surveyed volume of water. A study of the literature data found some unexpected statistically significant relationships of the integral parameters of zooplankton with those of pelagic and bottom macrofauna, as well as with the parameters of zooplankton production, on the size of the considered bodies of water. The causes and the biological meanings of most of these relationships still do not have any rational interpretation. Their testing at other spatial scales will be continued in future works.  相似文献

The Bellingshausen Sea is one of the most remote and least surveyed seas of the Southern Ocean, so that little was known about benthic communities and those factors that determine community structuring until recently. The present work aims at characterizing the structure and spatial distribution of echinoid assemblages in the Bellingshausen Sea, as well as identifying the environmental factors that determine assemblage structuring. Echinoids were collected at 32 stations using an Agassiz trawl, at depths of 86–3,304?m, during BENTART oceanographic expeditions led in 2003 and 2006. Sediment and bottom water properties were analysed using an USNEL-type box corer and a Neil Brown Instrument System Mark III CTD, respectively. Echinoids were found at all stations, except Peter I Island. Seventeen species were identified, representing 22?% of the echinoid species present in the Southern Ocean and increasing twofold the number of species recorded in the Bellingshausen Sea so far. The echinoid fauna is dominated by the very abundant species Sterechinus antarcticus. Depth is the key factor that determines the nature of echinoid assemblages, which are mainly divided into the continental shelf, the slope and the deep-sea basin. In addition, sediment properties, namely redox values, organic matter and mud content, best match species dispersion on the shelf. Sediment properties affect echinoid distribution depending on species food range and feeding strategy. As it might be expected, sediment properties more strongly influence specialist feeders (Schizasteridae and Cidaridae) than generalists (Echinidae).  相似文献

2006年7-8月、12月-2007年2月、2007年4-5月、2007年10-12月,对中国近海进行了4个航次生物、化学和水文等专业综合调查.根据采集的浮游动物样品分析鉴定结果,对中国近海浮游动物群落结构、种类组成及优势种的季节变化进行研究.结果表明,中国近海浮游动物有1330种,隶属于7门19大类群,浮游幼体47类,其中,节肢动物为最优势类群,有782种,占58.80%,其次为刺胞动物,有324种,占24.36%.在浮游动物群落结构中,4个海区均以桡足类和水母类的种类和数量占绝对优势.中国近海4个海区浮游动物种类数有明显季节变化,渤海和黄海,浮游动物种类数夏、秋季多于春、冬季;东海和南海,浮游动物种类数春、夏季多于秋、冬季.中国近海浮游动物群落大体可划分为6个主要生态类群:近岸低盐类群、低温高盐类群、高温高盐类群、低温广盐类群、高温广盐类群和广温广盐类群.结合同步调查的其它生物、水文、化学环境参数的分析结果,对中国近海浮游动物群落种类丰度与环境因子进行生物与环境变量关系分析,结果表明,浮游动物群落结构与水温、盐度、水深、溶解氧、硝酸盐和pH存在明显相关关系.水温和盐度是影响浮游动物群落结构最重要的两个环境因子.  相似文献

This paper discusses the results of hydrobiological investigations on the shelf of the Russian Far-Eastern seas performed between 1967 and the present by the academic institutions of the Russian Far East, primarily located in Vladivostok and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskii. It is shown that, during this short period, a great many investigative expeditions were carried out in the upper shelf zone of all three Russian Far-Eastern seas. The composition and distribution patterns of coastal communities were studied in the Sea of Japan.and the Bering Sea and in the region of the Kuril Islands. At the same time, comprehensive hydrobiological investigations were performed at several biological stations, mostly located in the Sea of Japan. It is noted that ecosystem investigations are now being successfully carried out in different regions of the Far-Eastern seas, although there are still few conclusive papers about certain ecosystems and their functioning and dynamics.  相似文献

Coastal and regional sea ecosystems suffer from several human-induced stressors, including human mediated bioinvasions. The Baltic Sea is generally considered to be susceptible to invasions by non-indigenous species (NIS). Out of the total of 132 NIS and cryptogenic species recorded, 59% are currently established in at least one country surrounding the Baltic Sea. On average, each country currently hosts 27 such species with 15% of the established species being found in at least 50% of the countries. Benthic macroinvertebrates dominate, both among those recorded (48%) and established (59%) species. Shipping, deliberate stocking and natural spread of NIS previously introduced to the North Sea are the main introduction pathways, with considerable dynamics over time. Amongst the pathways responsible for the currently established species, shipping and natural spread strongly dominate. Substantial uncertainty in the information on introduction pathways (except for deliberate releases) hampers detailed analyses and poses major challenges for management. Spatio-temporal variability in the invasion dynamics reflects both the spatial differences in the main hydrographic conditions of the Baltic Sea as well as the availability of introduction pathways. We conclude that the Baltic Sea cannot be considered as a uniform waterbody in terms of the established introduced species and at least two major regions with differing hydrographic conditions and introduction pathways can be clearly distinguished. Due to the importance of natural spread of NIS from the North Sea, regional cooperation in bioinvasion management should be enhanced in the future.  相似文献
