 快速、定量、精确地估算区域森林生物量一直是森林生态功能评价以及碳储量研究的重要问题。该研究基于机载激光雷达(LiDAR)点云与Landsat 8 OLI多光谱数据, 借助江苏省常熟市虞山地区55块调查样地数据, 首先提取并分析了87个特征变量(53个OLI特征变量, 34个LiDAR特征变量)与森林地上、地下生物量的Pearson’s相关系数以进行变量优选, 然后利用多元逐步回归法建立森林生物量估算模型(OLI生物量估算模型和LiDAR生物量估算模型), 并与基于两种数据建立的综合生物量估算模型的结果进行比较, 讨论预测结果及其精确性。结果表明: 3种模型(OLI模型、LiDAR模型和综合模型)在所有样地无区分分析时, 地上和地下生物量的估算精度均达到0.4以上, 基于不同森林类型(针叶林、阔叶林、混交林)分析时地上和地下生物量的估算精度均有明显提高, 达到0.67及以上。利用分森林类型模型估算生物量, 综合生物量估算模型精度(地上生物量: R2为0.88; 地下生物量: R2为0.92)优于OLI生物量估算模型(地上生物量: R2为0.73; 地下生物量: R2为0.81)和LiDAR生物量估算模型(地上生物量: R2为0.86; 地下生物量: R2为0.83)。  相似文献

联合GF-6和Sentinel-2红边波段的森林地上生物量反演   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
光谱反射率能反映地物差异,是森林地上生物量(Aboveground Biomass,AGB)遥感反演的理论基础。红边波段处于近红外与红光波段交界处快速变化的区域,能对植被冠层结构和叶绿素含量的微小变化做出快速反应,对植被生长状况较敏感。研究以GF-6和Sentinel-2多光谱影像作为数据源,结合野外调查AGB数据,构建落叶松和樟子松AGB线性和非线性估测模型,通过比较模型精度选择最优模型进行森林AGB反演和空间分布制图。结果表明:GF-6和Sentinel-2影像红边波段反射率与落叶松、樟子松AGB均呈显著相关(P<0.05),红边波段对AGB估测较敏感。多变量估测模型整体估测效果优于单变量模型,所有模型中多元线性回归模型取得了最优的决定系数(落叶松R2=0.66,樟子松R2=0.65)和最低的均方根误差(落叶松RMSE=31.45 t/hm2,樟子松RMSE=54.77 t/hm2)。相比单个数据源,联合GF-6和Sentinel-2影像构建的多元线性回归模型估测效果得到了显著提升,模型RMSE对于落叶松和樟子松AGB估测分别最大降低了22.9%和11.2%。增加红边波段进行AGB估测能显著提高模型估测精度,三组数据源分别加入红边波段信息后进行建模,模型RMSE得到了显著降低。GF-6拥有800 km观测幅宽和高效的重访周期,可以快速地提供大尺度时间序列数据,在森林地上生物量反演和动态监测方面有着很大潜力。  相似文献

基于高分辨率遥感影像的北亚热带森林生物量反演   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以北亚热带湖北省太子山林场为研究对象,基于高空间分辨率GF-2与SPOT-6卫星影像,提取不同窗口大小下的纹理信息与光谱信息,利用随机森林回归算法,并结合野外实测106块样地的生物量数据,建立不同影像下的太子山林场森林生物量反演模型。结果显示:(1) GF-2和SPOT-6虽然空间分辨率有差异,但是从其不同波段反射率的相关系数(0.75、0.78、0.73、0.61)发现,两种影像的波段反射率具有较高的相关性,说明两者的辐射性能相近;(2)通过分析不同纹理特征对生物量模型的影响,发现均值和对比度纹理参数对生物量反演具有很好的效果。(3)高分辨率的遥感数据在生物量反演中具有较好的表现,且GF-2生物量模型精度(R2=0.88,RMSE=27.11 Mg/hm2)与SPOT-6生物量模型的精度(R2=0.89,RMSE=23.93 Mg/hm2)相近。(4)两种影像对不同森林类型的生物量预测值不存在显著差异,都适合对不同林分类型的生物量进行预测。  相似文献

为了揭示间伐干扰下杉木人工林生物量的变化规律,研究利用江西省吉水县石阳林场的36块杉木人工林样地的实测数据和研究区气候数据,通过基于经验的引入地位指数(SI)的生物量生长方程组和基于机理的3-PG模型,模拟并预估林分生物量,分析在间伐和非间伐的情况下,不同立地的林分其生物量0-50a的变化。结果表明:(1)构建了生物量生长方程组,并在参数abc中引入地位指数SI,发现改进后的模型对于基础模型拟合精度更高,且对数似然比检验表明,改进效果显著(P<0.05)。(2)通过对3-PG模型预测精度验证发现,预估值和实测值之间有很高的一致性,各因子的决定系数(R2)在0.65-0.96之间,其中,胸径和树高的R2均高于0.92;各因子的平均相对误差(MRE)不超过26%。(3)通过比较经验模型和机理模型的生物量预测发现,经验模型的预测误差MRE为16.50%,机理模型为23.52%,经验模型预估精度更高。进一步对未来预测对比分析表明,机理模型预估值高于经验模型。(4)两个模型模拟的杉木人工林生物量规律一致,即随着林龄的增加,杉木人工林林分总生物量均表现出先快速增加,后逐渐平稳的趋势;并且间伐不会改变这种趋势,但间伐林分在间伐后的生物量生长速率高于无间伐林分。此外,由于SI对经验模型影响显著,改进模型拟合效果更好,更具有生态学意义。参数化后的3-PG模型模预估精度较高,能够为江西杉木人工林生长规律研究提供依据。虽然经验模型和机理模型在对研究区杉木人工林生物量的预估上均具有较好的表现,但各具特点和局限性。经验模型参数较易获得,且经验模型预测生物量、林分胸高断面积和林分平均树高的R2、MRE均优于机理模型;但模型对于建模数据内的评价效果较好,对于建模数据外的应用具有局限性,即经验模型更适合模拟生长期间的某一阶段的林分生物量。机理模型虽然需要的参数较多,但是考虑了生态学原理,弥补了经验模型的不足,可较好解释和模拟环境因子对树木生长的影响,对校正数据之外生长阶段的林分生物量预测更有优势。  相似文献

草地地上生物量(Aboveground Biomass,AGB)是反映草地生态系统功能和质量的关键指标,大尺度地准确估算草地AGB对草地生态系统经营管理至关重要。研究以MODIS影像为数据源,提取反射率、植被指数和植被产品三种不同类型的特征变量,结合野外实测样地草地AGB数据,构建以多元线性逐步回归为代表的参数模型以及随机森林、支持向量机和kNN等非参数模型进行西藏自治区草地AGB估测及空间分布制图。结果表明:(1)多元线性逐步回归、随机森林、支持向量机和kNN模型在加入植被产品特征变量后,RMSE分别降低了15.8%、13.5%、4.1%和17.3%,表明植被产品作为建模变量用于草地AGB估测可有效提高模型精度;(2)三种组合变量构建的草地AGB估测模型中,反射率、植被指数、植被产品组合构建的模型效果最佳,其中kNN模型估测精度最高,R2达到0.60,RMSE和MAE分别为0.43、0.34 t/hm2;(3)草地AGB空间分布呈现出西北地区较低、中部地区较高且分布形态较破碎和东部地区较高的变化特征;(4)利用MODIS植被产品结合kNN模型的预测值与草地实测的AGB空间分布趋势基本一致。综上,MODIS植被产品结合kNN模型可作为大尺度区域草地AGB遥感估测的有效参考。  相似文献

盐沼植被生物量是滨海湿地生态系统碳循环研究的重要参数,是湿地生态系统健康评价、资源可持续利用的关键指标,开展盐沼植被地上生物量监测方法研究具有重要意义。目前,遥感技术在湿地生物量监测领域已经得到广泛应用,但反演方法仍以统计模型为主,模型构建需要实测数据支撑,时空拓展性不强。选择江苏盐城丹顶鹤保护区为研究区,基于冠层辐射(PROSAIL)传输模型,通过局部和全局敏感性分析,对模型参数本地化,构建了互花米草地上生物量半经验反演模型,应用于Landsat 8 OLI遥感影像,获得了互花米草地上生物量的时空分布。研究结果表明,利用PROSAIL模型模拟互花米草冠层反射率,叶面积指数(LAI)、叶片干物质含量(Cm)、叶倾角分布参数(LIDF)、等效水厚度(Cw)、叶绿素含量(Cab)、叶片结构参数(N)为高敏感性参数,类胡萝卜素含量(Car)、土壤参数(Psoil)为低敏感性参数;利用不同时刻的遥感影像反演了地上生物量,遥感反演结果与实测数据对比,拟合度R2为0.83,均方根误差(RMSE)为0.43kg/m2,平均相对误差(MRE)为15.7%,精度较高,模型具有较好的时空普适性。研究发展了盐沼植被地上生物量遥感反演方法,解决了以往过于依赖现场实测数据构建反演模型的局限性,该方法可以为研究滨海湿地生态系统碳循环以及准确估算其碳汇潜力提供技术支持。  相似文献

精确测定与模拟高山-亚高山灌丛生物量是了解陆地生态系统碳功能的重要基础工作。以甘肃南部高山-亚高山地区常见的7种高寒杜鹃(Rhododendron spp.)灌木为对象,通过标准植株收获法,建立易测因子与各器官生物量及总生物量的方程并检验拟合精度,筛选最优拟合方程。结果表明:(1)自变量和函数的类型对杜鹃生物量的模拟效果影响较大,700组方程中以DD2H为自变量和以幂函数为模型拟合的R2相对集中、中位数都较高。(2)遴选出的35组单物种最优生物量模型的R2介于0.66-0.99之间、中位数为0.92,除山光杜鹃(Rh.oreodoxa)的茎、叶生物量和地上生物量模型为线性函数、麻花杜鹃(Rh.maculiferum)的所有模型为指数函数外,其余的生物量模型均为幂函数;DD2H是单物种生物量模型的最佳预测变量,H仅是黄毛杜鹃(Rh.rufum)除根外、美容杜鹃(Rh.calophytum)叶生物量的最佳预测变量。(3)混合物种最优模型是以D2H为自变量的幂函数,除对叶生物量的模拟精度相对较低外,对其它生物量的模拟均较好。甘肃南部7种高寒杜鹃灌木生物量模型的建立为高寒地区灌丛生态系统碳汇功能的研究提供了支撑。  相似文献

及时准确评估草地产草量对草地资源的科学管理和可持续发展具有重要意义。青藏高原自然环境特殊,气候差异显著,地形复杂,仅依靠遥感信息准确监测草地地上生物量(Aboveground Biomass,AGB)变化有较大限制。基于青藏高原草地AGB野外实测数据与Landsat遥感影像,探索了植被指数表征草地AGB信息的有效性,评估了气象和地形信息对准确估算草地AGB的影响,综合利用气象、地形和遥感信息,在新一代地球科学数据和分析应用平台(Google Earth Engine)上构建了梯度增强回归树草地AGB估算模型,绘制了青藏高原多年草地AGB空间分布图。结果表明:(1)基于单因素遥感因子的线性回归模型仅能解释8%-40%的草地AGB变化情况,其中绿色归一化植被指数(Green Normalized Difference Vegetation Index, GNDVI)对草地AGB解释能力较强(40%)。(2)基于遥感因子构建的梯度增强回归树模型测试集R2为0.57。分别添加气象、地形信息,模型对草地AGB的估测准确性有所提升,测试R2为0.62和0.63。(3)基于气象、地形和遥感因子的多因素估测模型能够提高草地AGB估测精度,经递归特征消除法优选后,基于13个特征变量的梯度增强回归树模型拟合效果最好(训练数据集R2=0.79,RMSE=43.42 g/m2,P<0.01;测试数据集R2=0.66,RMSE=53.64 g/m2,P<0.01),可以解释66%草地AGB变化情况。(4)2010年青藏高原平均AGB为94.58 g/m2,2015年93.63 g/m2,2020年100.78 g/m2。青藏高原西北部草地AGB较低,东南部草地AGB较高,整体呈现自西北向东南逐渐增加的分布格局。研究结果为准确估算青藏高原草地产草量和碳储量等研究提供重要参考。  相似文献

根据第6次森林清查小班数据,运用生物量转换因子法和平均生物量法估算了2003年江西省泰和县森林植被的生物量和碳储量,采用空间替代时间的方法,利用Logistic方程拟合了泰和主要森林类型年龄与碳密度的曲线关系,并结合小班轮伐信息,估算了全县1985—2003年的植被生物量和碳储量,分析了期间的时空动态特征,并以2003年为基准年,假定到2020、2030年泰和县森林植被面积保持稳定、且不考虑轮伐期,推算了此情景下2020、2030年泰和县植被碳储量.结果表明:2003年,泰和县森林林分总面积15.74×104 hm2,总生物量6.71 Tg,植被碳储量4.14 Tg C,平均碳密度26.31 t C·hm- 2. 1985、1994、2003、2020、2030年泰和县森林植被碳储量分别为1.06、2.83、4.14、5.65和6.35Tg C,森林植被碳密度的空间分布由东西部向中部递减.人工造林使泰和县林分面积大幅增加,全县森林植被的固碳能力明显增强.  相似文献

土壤是生态系统中不可或缺的组成部分,同时也是植物生长与发育的依托。土壤含水量直接影响土壤-植被生态系统中的水分和养分循环,从而决定植物的生长状态。因此,植被的生长状况与土壤含水量之间存在密切的关联。为了深入了解这种关系,本研究选取昭苏县3种优质牧草(冷蒿草、牛筋草和高羊茅)的地面实测高光谱数据作为研究对象,运用倒数、导数、对数等14种光谱变换方法,通过相关性分析找出与土壤含水量高度相关的特征波段,进行植被高光谱的土壤含水量建模预测,目的是要筛选敏感波长和最佳的反演模型。同时,利用CASA模型计算草地实际净初级生产力(ANPP),以分析土壤含水量与植被生产力的关联程度。结果表明:(1)昭苏县3种优质牧草在可见光波段光谱反射特征相似,而近红外波段差异较大,并且除25%-30%土壤含水量区间外,随着土壤水分增加,植被光谱反射率呈现明显下降趋势。(2)经过14种光谱变换后,昭苏县3种优质牧草的光谱反射率与土壤含水量间的相关性得到提高,尤其在R″、(1/R)''、(log R)''、(log 1/R)''、(R1/2)″ 等光谱变换形式下,相关性较高,且特征波段数量较多。(3)在(1/R)''、(1/R)″、(log 1/R)″、(R1/2)″等8种高光谱变换形式中,(R1/2)″和(log 1/R)″变换下土壤含水量估算模型精度较好。(4)在过去20年间,昭苏县草地ANPP呈明显下降趋势,草地退化主要集中在平原地带,而植被生产力的减少是多因素作用的结果,土壤含水量只是一个微弱的影响因子。总之,本研究为土壤含水量反演及其与植被生产力关系研究中提供新思路,为土地可持续利用和管理策略的指定提供重要参考。  相似文献

The existence and stability of an internal (i.e., completely polymorphic) equilibrium for viability selection at a single multiallelic locus is investigated. Generations are discrete and nonoverlapping; the population is panmictic, monoecious, and diploid. Various necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of an internal equilibrium are established and applied to the loss of alleles. Some necessary conditions for the existence of an asymptotically stable internal equilibrium are also established. It is one of the fundamental problems in biology and social sciences how to maintain high levels of cooperation among selfish individuals. Theorists present an effective mechanism promoting cooperation by allowing for voluntary participation in public goods games. But Nash's theory predicts that no one can do better or worse than loners (players unwilling to join the public goods game) in the long run, and that the frequency of participants is independent of loners’ payoff. In this paper, we introduce a degree of rationality and investigate the model by means of an approximate best response dynamics. Our research shows that the payoffs of the loners have a significant effect in anonymous voluntary public goods games by this introduction and that the dynamics will drive the system to a fixed point, which is different from the Nash equilibrium. In addition, we also qualitatively explain the existing experimental results.  相似文献

Orthorhombic single crystals of cytoplasmic aspartate aminotransferase were examined alone or in the presence of substrates or inhibitors to quantitatively compare the interaction of ligands with the active-site chromophore between soluble and crystalline enzyme. As in enzyme solutions, equilibrium kinetic measurements can be made between substrates and single crystals of cytoplasmic aspartate aminotransferase. The absorption spectra of ligand-free enzyme forms and of enzyme-substrate or-inhibitor complexes are as distinctive as when the enzyme is in solution. The dissociation constants for glutamate with the pyridoxal form of the enzyme are identical to those in solution. The substrate analog erythro--hydroxyaspartate also binds with equal affinity to the active site in enzyme crystals as in solution; and the affinity of -ketoglutarate to bind in nonproductive complexes with the pyridoxal form of the enzyme is also unimpaired in the crystal (K d =2 mM). In contrast to the affinity constants, the stoichiometry of the interactions does not appear to correlate to those in solution. In the presence of an amino acid plus keto acid substrates pair, the absorbance values of the enzyme-substrate complex(es) could be interpreted as for occupany of only half the available sites in the crystals. Yet an amino acid, cysteine sulfinate, and -keto acids such as , -difluorooxalacetate convert all active sites in the crystal to the pyridoxamine or pyridoxal form when added to the pyridoxal or pyridoxamine forms, respectively. This ability to completely undergo substrate-induced half-transamination and the apparently conflicting results in trapping half the sites in enzyme-substrate complexes are incorporated into a proposed reciprocating mechanism applicable only to the crystalline state of the enzyme and dictated by crystal packing forces rather than an intrinsic property of the enzyme. Active-site bound pyridoxal phosphate continues to behave as a pH indicator; nevertheless, the pK value of the single crystals is a pH unit (pK=7.15) higher than that in solution. This variation is interpreted as indication of a difference in the environment of the chromophore between the crystal and solution states. While the environmental difference does not significantly alter the affinity for substrates, it could account for the reduced rates in transformation of the enzyme-substrate complexes in half-transamination reactions in the crystalline state.  相似文献

In the formulation of models of S-I-R type for the spread of communicable diseases it is necessary to distinguish between diseases with recovery with full immunity and diseases with permanent removal by death. We consider models which include nonlinear population dynamics with permanent removal. The principal result is that the stability of endemic equilibrium may depend on the population dynamics and on the distribution of infective periods; sustained oscillations are possible in some cases.  相似文献

Individual striped bass Morone saxatilis were each exposed in random order to aquatic hypoxia (10% air saturation) either while swimming at 50% of their estimated critical swimming speed (Ucrit) or while at rest until they lost equilibrium. Individuals were always less tolerant of hypoxia when swimming (P < 0·01); the average fish was over five times more tolerant to the same hypoxia exposure when not swimming. There was no relationship between an individual's rank order of hypoxia tolerance (HT) under the two flow regimes, suggesting that different factors determine an individual's HT when at rest than when swimming.  相似文献

We present a consumer-resource model in which individual consumers subsist on a continuum of resource distributed over a very large number of small “bite-sized” patches, each patch being sufficiently small that all its resource is eaten whenever a consumer visits. This form of consumer–resource interaction forces a heterogeneous distribution of resource among the patches, and may dampen out the large amplitude, consumer-resource cycles that are predicted by traditional models of well-mixed, spatially homogeneous systems. The resource equilibrium does not increase with enrichment, a prediction that distinguishes this model from models that invoke direct or indirect consumer density dependence as a stabilizing mechanism.  相似文献

由于许多教科书中关于连锁平衡的介绍,多是引用结论或是推导不太严谨,使学生在学习群体遗传学时对理解连锁平衡的原理感到困难。本文从遗传平衡的基本条件出发,通过较严谨的数学推导,介绍了两个基因座的连锁平衡条件、平衡过程等原理,供教师和学生在群体遗传学教学中参考。Abstract: Because linkage equilibrium is introduced by directly quoting the conclusions or imprecise mathematical reasoning in most of textbooks, many students are puzzled with the problem of linkage equilibrium when they learn population genetics. Based on the radical conditions of genetic equilibrium, the principle of linkage equilibrium condition and process, for two gene loci is introduced by precise mathematical reasoning. In birds there are anatomical specializations in the lumbosacral vertebrae and spinal cord. These include segmentally organized bony canals which are related to accessory lobes of the spinal cord. Both structures are connected by cerebrospinal fluid. To test whether these specializations function as a sense organ of equilibrium the effect of opening the fluid space was studied in pigeons. Locomotory behaviors on the ground (landing on a perch, keeping balance on a rotating perch, walking) but not flight were significantly impaired after lesion. The determination of equilibrium binding constants is an important aspect of the analysis of protein-protein interactions. In recent years surface plasmon resonance experiments (e.g., with a BIAcore instrument) have provided a valuable experimental approach to determining such constants. The standard method is based on measuring amounts of analyte bound at equilibrium for different analyte concentrations. During the course of a typical surface plasmon resonance experiment the measured equilibrium levels for a given analyte concentration often decrease. This appears to be due to a loss of activity of the protein coupled to the sensor chip or other phenomena. The loss in signal can lead to an erroneous determination of the equilibrium constant. A data analysis approach is introduced that aims to compensate for the loss of activity so that its influence on the results of the experiments is reduced.  相似文献
