Summary Mouse immature oocytes were irradiated in vivo with highly charged, heavy ions from the Bevalac accelerator at the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory. The particles used were 670-MeV/nucleon Si14+, 570-MeV/nucleon Ar18+, and 450-MeV/nucleon Fe26+. The cross-sectional area of the lethality target in these extremely radiosensitive cells was determined from fluence-response curves and information on energy deposition by delta rays. Results indicate a target cross-section larger than that of the nucleus, one which closely approximates the cross-sectional area of the entire oocyte. For 450-MeV/nucleon Fe26+ particles, the predicted target cross-sectional area is 120 ± 16 µm2, comparing well with the microscopically determined cross-sectional area of 111 ± 12µm2 for these cells. The present results are in agreement with our previous target studies which implicate the oocyte plasma membrane.  相似文献

The fluorescence life-time of N-acetyl-tryptophan-amide (NATA) was measured by multifrequency phase fluorometry, in the presence of increasing concentrations of imidazole. Two pH values were tested, pH 4.5 where imidazole is fully protonated and pH 9.0 where it is fully unprotonated. At both pH values, the inverse life-time increases in a non-linear way with the imidazole concentration, showing that imidazole is not a high efficiency collisional quencher. The data can be analysed in terms of the formation of a complex with a reduced fluorescence life-time. The rate constants for association (at 25°C) are around 5 (±0.2) × 109 M–1 s–1 and are thus diffusion controlled. The association equilibrium constant is strongly pH dependent and is much higher than the expected value of 0.4 M–1 for a collisional complex. The intrinsic fluorescence life-time of the complex is 1.56 (±0.02) ns at pH 9.0 and 1.82 (±0.03) ns at pH 4.5, as compared to 2.37 (±0.03) ns for free NATA at pH 9.0 and 2.83 (±0.05) at pH 4.5 (all atI = 0.34). This means that at both pH values the fluorescence life-time of NATA in the complex is reduced to 61 (±0.5)% of its value in the free state. Despite this, the protonated form of imidazole is a better quencher at low concentrations, owing to a longer residence-time of the complex. At high viscosity the association equilibration is too slow and the system is described by two life-times. The quenching effect ofHis-18 on the fluorescence of the proximalTrp-94 of barnase (Locwenthal et al. 1991, Willaert et al. 1991) is discussed in terms of these findings.  相似文献

The objectives were to: 1) evaluate blood flow in the uterine (UA) and umbilical (Uma) arteries in the pregnant bitch, by measuring the resistive index (RI) and pulsatility index (PI); 2) to note the presence or absence of the early diastolic notch and diastolic flow in the UA and Uma flow waveforms, respectively; and 3) perform conceptus ecobiometry for fetal growth assessment during pregnancy. Six healthy bitches were examined on approximately Days -44, -42, -36, -31, -28, -25, -21, -18, -14, -8, -4, and -2 of pregnancy (whelping = Day 0). Triplex Doppler and B-mode ultrasonography were used to assess blood flow and conceptus ecobiometry. All pregnancies ended with a normal whelping and birth of live puppies. Prior to whelping, all conceptus dimensions increased significantly, whereas RI and PI of both the Uma and UA decreased significantly. For the UA, RI and PI were (mean ± SEM) 0.95 ± 0.02 and 2.75 ± 0.41, respectively, on Day -44, and were 0.60 ± 0.01 and 0.99 ± 0.03 on Day -4. For the Uma, RI and PI were 0.99 ± 0.01 and 2.42 ± 0.03 on Day -31, and were 0.62 ± 0.01 and 1.15 ± 0.02 on Day -4. The complete disappearance of the early diastolic notch in the UA, and the appearance of diastolic flow in the Uma occurred on Days -16 ± 5 and -21 ± 1. The authors concluded that UA and Uma perfusion were important end points to assess fetal vitality in bitches. Furthermore, the current reference values provided a baseline for monitoring normal and abnormal pregnancies in bitches.  相似文献

The electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) response of tooth enamel in a monenergetic neutron beam of 14 MeV was studied, with the aim to evaluate the relative neutron to 60Co sensitivity. Three samples of tooth enamel powder were irradiated in air. A whole tooth and a powdered sample were irradiated in a geometrical PMMA phantom, in order to simulate the real exposure of a tooth inside a human head. The measured dose in enamel was compared to the dose calculated by Monte Carlo simulation. The relative neutron to 60Co sensitivity using different reference materials (air, water and enamel) was evaluated as well. Large differences in sensitivity values were found depending on the reference material: the obtained relative neutron to 60Co sensitivity was 0.47±0.09 for enamel and 0.15±0.03 for water. A comparison with results in fast neutron fields is reported.  相似文献

The present study examined the log-transformed electromyographic amplitude (EMG) versus force relationships for the medial gastrocnemius (MG) and soleus (SOL) in high- and moderate-activated subjects. Twenty-five (age = 21 ± 2 year; mass = 62 ± 12 kg) participants performed six submaximal contractions (30–90% maximal voluntary contraction [MVC]) with the interpolated twitch technique (ITT) performed at 90% MVC to calculate percent voluntary activation (% VA). Sixteen participants with > 90% VA at 90% MVC were categorized high-activated group; the remaining nine were the moderate-activated group. Linear regression models were fit to the log-transformed EMG–force relationships. The slope (b value) and the antilog of the Y-intercept (a value) were calculated. The b values from the MG EMG–force relationships were higher (P < 0.05) for the high-activated group (1.27 ± 0.13) than the moderate-activated group (0.88 ± 0.06). The a values and p–p M-wave amplitude values (collapsed across twitches [superimposed and potentiated]) were larger (P < 0.05) for the MG (1.17 ± 0.40 and 8.98 ± 0.46 mV) than the SOL (0.24 ± 0.07 and 4.48 ± 0.20 mV) when collapsed across groups. The b value from the log-transformed EMG–force relationships is an attractive model to determine if a subject has the ability to achieve high activation of their MG without muscle or nerve stimulation.  相似文献

Summary The shifts of current-voltage characteristics of sodium and calcium inward currents produced by changes in the concentration of divalent cations (Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Ba2+) and in pH of the extracellular solution have been measured on isolated neurons of the molluscHelix pomatia intracellularly perfused with potassium-free solutions. On the basis of these shifts and using Stern's theory (O. Stern, 1924.Z. Electrochem. 30508–516), the binding constants for the ions to charged groups of the outer side of the somatic membrane and the density of the surface charges produced by these groups have been calculated. For groups located in the vicinity of sodium channels we obtainedK Ca=90±10,K Sr=60±10,K Ba=25±5 andK Mg=16±5m –1 at pH=7.7 and for groups located in the vicinity of calcium channelsK Ca=67±10,K Sr=20±5 andK Ba=19±5m –1 at pH=7.0. The same groups bind H+ ions with apparent pK=6.2±0.2 that corresponds toK H=1.6×106 m –1. The density of fixed charges near the sodium channels is 0.17±0.05 e/nm2 (pH=7.7) and near the calcium channels is 0.23±0.05 electrons/nm2 (pH=7.0). From the comparison of the obtained values with the data about binding constants of the same ions to different negatively charged phospholipids, a suggestion is made that just the phophatidylserine is responsible for the surface potential of the outer side of the somatic membrane. It was also shown that the presence of this potential results in a change in the concentration of carrier ions near the membrane which affects the maximal values of the corresponding transmembrane currents.  相似文献

Changes in refractive error during the first 3 months of life were studied retinoscopically in six Thomson gazelles (Gazella thomsoni). Animals were hand-raised to allow repeat testing over time without chemical restraint. Refraction results were correlated with ultrasound measurements of intraocular dimensions, and with values in adult gazelles. Gazelles are born hyperopic with a mean refractive error of 3.44±0.31 D. By day 50, the animals are virtually emmetropic (0.13±0.21 D) and remain so in adulthood (0.03±0.09 D). The refractive error is highly correlated with the axial length (r2=0.96) and with the vitreous chamber depth (r2=0.83), but not with anterior chamber depth. S-2-(3 aminopropylamino) ethylphosphorothioic acid (WR-2721) shown to surpass radical scavenging thiols in their radioprotective efficacy in cancer-type diseases has been tested for its protective potential in the reperfused heart. We investigated the radical scavenger properties of the compound in a radical generating systemin vitro as well as in isolated rat hearts subjected to 30 min ischaemia and 30 min reperfusion with the electron-paramagnetic resonance spin trap technique. The action on high-energy phosphates is observed by means of phosphorus-31 nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy while its influence on left ventricular systolic segmental length change (SSLC) during 60 min reperfusion following 60 min regional ischaemia was assessed with a fibreoptic system in anaesthetized open-chest rats. WR-2721 (0.1 mM) reduced the vascular concentration of radical adduct in isolated hearts by up to 78% (275±84% of pre-ischaemic baseline values vs 1260±413%, p<0.05) between 5 and 12.5 min reperfusion. This was accompanied by a reduction of the left ventricular end diastolic pressure to pre-ischaemic values at 30 min of reperfusion (9±6 mmHg vs 42±8 mmHg in the absence of WR-2721, p<0.02). An accelerated recovery of creatine phosphate levels (78±5% of pre-ischaemia values vs 41±5% within 60 min reperfusion; p<0.05) was observed under similar conditions with NMR-spectroscopy, although the post-ischaemic tissue content of adenosine triphosphate was not affected. The administration of WR-2721 (0.5 mmol/kg body weight) ledin situ to an accelerated restoration of contractile activity in the post-ligated left ventricular area reflected by the post-ischaemic recovery of SSLC (64±10% of pre-ischaemic values compared with 27±6% in control animals 60 min following reperfusion; p<0.02). The present data confirm an effective reduction in the exposure of the reperfused heart to endogenously released free radicals by WR-2721, a partial preservation of high-energy phosphates and an improvement in post-ischaemic contractility and encourage further investigation of such favourable action in injured myocardium.  相似文献

Summary A morphometric analysis was made of alterations in serous cell structure induced by adrenergic and cholinergic agonists. Ferret tracheal rings were exposed for 30 min in vitro to one of the following agonists: phenylephrine, terbutaline, or methacholine (all at 10–5 M). Controls were incubated similarly in medium containing no drugs or medium containing both the agonist and an excess of the appropriate antagonist (phentolamine, propranolol or atropine, all at 10–4 M).Electron microscopic observation and stereological analysis of the incubated samples revealed that the volume density of serous cell granules in controls (0.30 ± 0.02, mean ± SE, n = 4) was significantly reduced by phenylephrine (0.19 ± 0.03, n = 4) and methacholine (0.17 ± 0.01, n = 4), but not by terbutaline (0.27 ± 0.04, n = 4). The presence of antagonists in the medium prevented the observed changes (phenylephrine/phentolamine: 0.29 ± 0.03, n = 3 and methacholine/atropine: 0.33 ± 0.06, n = 3). In addition, the volume density of intracellular vacuoles in controls (0.02 ± 0.005, n = 4) was increased in response to methacholine stimulation (0.12 + 0.05, n = 4), but not in response to the other agonists. This effect was blocked by atropine (0.01 ± 0.00, n = 3).We conclude that serous-cell granules are discharged by both alpha-adrenergic and cholinergic, but not beta-adrenergic stimulation. In addition, cholinergic stimulation evokes the formation of intracellular vacuoles, a possible indication of active ion and water transport.  相似文献

Summary Replicated divergent selection was conducted for two generations in ICR mice for in vitro developmental capacity (IVDC; percentage of fertilized one-cell zygotes developing to blastocysts in vitro per female donor). Realized heritabilities based on high and low selection were 0.03±0.08 and –0.11±0.09 in replicate 1, and 0.10±0.11 and 0.08±0.10 in replicate 2. No differences were detected between selection lines (P>0.2) or replicates (P>0.1). Estimate of heritability in the base population based on 332 daughter-dam pairs was 0.14±0.18. These results indicate that additive genetic variance contributes little to the phenotypic variance in this trait. Considerable phenotypic variation in IVDC was observed (mean=49.3; SD=31.0), with a range of IVDC from 0%–100%. Utilization of donor female as a blocking factor is suggested for designs of experiments with preimplantation embryos to increase precision and power of statistical analyses.  相似文献

Summary The present study has been performed to test for the effect of intracellular calcium and of serotonin on the channel activity in patches from subconfluent MDCK-cells. In inside-out patches, inwardly rectifying potassium-selective channels are observed with open probabilities of 0.01±0.01, 0.24±0.03 and 0.39±0.07, at 100 nmol/liter, 1 mol/liter or 10 mol/liter calcium activity, respectively. The single-channel slope conductance is 34±2 pS, if the potential difference across the patch (V ) is zero, and approaches 59±1 pS, ifV is –50 mV, cell negative. In the cell-attached mode, little channel activity is observed prior to application of serotonin (open probability=0.03±0.03). If 1 mol/liter serotonin is added to the bath perfusate, the open probability increases rapidly to a peak value of 0.34±0.04 within 8 sec. In continued presence of the hormone, the open probability declines to approach 0.06±0.02 within 30 sec. At zero potential difference between pipette and reference in the bath (i.e., the potential difference across the patch is equal to the potential difference across the cell membrane), the single-channel conductance is 59±4 pS. In conclusion, inwardly rectifying potassium channels have been identified in the cell membrane of subconfluent MDCK-cells, which are activated to a similar extent by increase of intracellular calcium activity to 1 mol/liter and by extracellular application of 1 mol/liter serotonin.  相似文献

Summary The burrow-dwelling woodchuck (Marmota monax) (mean body wt.=4.45±1 kg) was compared to a similar-sized (5.87±1.5 kg) but arboreal rodent, the porcupine (Erithrizon dorsatum), in terms of its ventilatory and heart rate responses to hypoxia and hypercapnia, and its blood characteristics.V T,f,T I andT E were measured by whole-body plethysmography in four awake individuals of each species. The woodchuck has a longerT E/T TOT (0.76±0.03) than the porcupine (0.61±0.03). The woodchuck had a higher threshold and significantly smaller slope to its CO2 ventilatory response compared to the porcupine, but showed no difference in its hypoxic ventilatory response. The woodchuck P50 of 27.8 was hardly different from the porcupine value of 30.7, but the Bohr factor, –0.72, was greater than the porcupine's, –0.413. The woodchuck breathing air has PaCO2=48 (±2) torr, PaO2=72 (±6), pHa=7.357 (±0.01); the porcupine blood gases are PaCO2=34.6 (±2.8), PaO2=94.9 (±5), pHa=7.419 (±0.03), suggesting a difference in PaCO2/pH set points. The woodchuck exhibited no reduction in heart rate with hypoxia, nor did it have the low normoxic heart rate observed in other burrowing mammals.  相似文献

Summary The gap junction morphology was quantified in freeze-fracture replicas prepared from rat auricles that had been either quickly frozen at 6 K or chemically fixed by glutaraldehyde, in a state of normal cell-to-cell conduction or in a state of electrical uncoupling. The general appearance of the gap junctions was similar after both preparative procedures. A quantitative analysis of three gap junctional dimensions provided the following measurements in the quickly frozen conducting auricles (mean±sd): (a) P-face particles' diameter 8.27±0.74 nm (n =5709), (b) P-face particles' center-to-center distance 10.78±2.12 nm (n=4800), and (c) E-face pits' distance 9.99±2.19 nm (n=1600). Corresponding values obtained from chemically fixed tissues were decreased by about 3% for the particle's diameter and about 5% for the particles' and pits' distances. Electrical uncoupling by the action of either 1 mM 2–4-dinitrophenol (DNP), or 3.5 mMn-Heptan-1-ol (heptanol), induced a decrease of the particle's diameter, which amounted to –0.69±0.01 nm (mean ±se) in the quickly frozen preparations and –0.71±0.01 nm in the chemically fixed ones. The particles' distance was decreased by –0.96±0.04 nm in the quickly frozen samples and by –0.90 ±0.03 nm in the chemically fixed ones and the E-face pits' distance was similarly reduced. All differences were statistically significant (P<0.001 for all dimensions). Electrical recoupling after the heptanol effect promoted a return of these gap junctional dimensions towards normal values, which was about 50% complete within 20 min. It is concluded that very similar morphological alterations of the gap junctional structure are induced in the mammalian heart by different treatments promoting electrical uncoupling and that these conformational changes appear independently of the preparative procedure. The suggestion that the observed decrease of the particles' diameter is genuinely related to the closing mechanism of the unit cell-to-cell channel set in thei centers is thus confirmed.  相似文献

Concern about colonization of marshesby plant species such as Phragmites australisand Lythrum salicariahas highlighted the needfor management strategies. However, there is a lack ofinformation in the literature on which to base thesedecisions. This study compares the alpha diversity ofmarshes to assess the impact of invasion by Phragmitesand Lythrum. Species occurrence andstem density were measured in marshes dominated by Phragmites, Lythrum, Typhaspp., or otherherbaceous perennials in the Charles River watershedin eastern Massachusetts, USA, and species richness,Shannon's H, Simpson's reciprocal (1/D), and Pielou'sJ were compared among six community types. The threediversity indices had significantly higher values forTypha-Lythrummarshes than for any of the othermarsh types (Tukey test, p< 0.05), with mean values(± s.d.) of H = 2.00 ± 0.74, 1/D = 3.51± 1.68 and J = 0.69 ± 0.1. Marshes dominatedby Phragmiteshad the lowest diversity, with H= 0 and D = 1, i.e. they were monospecific. Typhadominated marshes had the second lowest values,with H = 0.17 ± 0.05, 1/D = 1.05 ± 0.01, andJ = 0.11 ± 0.03. These results support the ideathat a reduction in diversity can be expected inmarshes colonized by Phragmites. However, thehigh diversity found in the Typha-Lythrummarshes contradicts the expectation of lower diversityafter invasion by Lythrum. This information mayalter marsh management decisions.  相似文献

Plasma levels of progesterone, prolactin, luteinizing hormone, and electrolytes were monitored by radioimmunoassay in ten cycling buffaloes maintained at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana during the hot summer months of June–July. The plasma progesterone concentration ranged from 0.28±0.04 to 3.09±0.03 ng/ml at various stages of the oestrous cycle. Prolactin values ranged from 319±23 to 371±25 ng/ml and LH levels from 0.95±0.05 to 1.35±0.08 ng/ml. Concentrations differed significantly (P0.05) at various stages of the cycle. Levels of electrolytes, viz. Ca+ +, Na+ and K+, were well within the normal range. The high levels of prolactin, progesterone and LH during the hot summer were assessed in relation to poor reproductive efficiency in buffaloes.  相似文献

Distyly, a reproductive system characterized by the presence of long-styled (thrum). and short-styled (pin) individuals within a population, has been repeatedly used as a model for the study of the evolution of the reproductive systems in plants. Erythroxylum havanense is a distylous species in which most thrum plants fail to develop a fertile androecium, thus behaving as male-sterile or partially male-sterile plants. Short-styled (thrum) individuals have an increased performance as female parents, thereby compensating for their loss of male fitness. Previous studies of populations within close proximity to each other suggest that E. havanense may be involved in a process of gender specialization in which, unlike other heterostylous species, thrum plants are specializing as females and pins (long-styled) as males. In this paper we describe more general patterns of male sterility, one of the first steps in the evolution of gender specialization, among populations of the distylous shrub Erythroxylum havanense. Pollen germination differed among populations (range 0.52 ± 0.03 to 0.06 ± 0.04), and between morphs. Pollen from pin plants was almost two times (1.89) as fertile as that from thrums (0.36 ± 0.03 and 0.19 ± 0.03, pin and thrums respectively). Thrums were significantly more male sterile in four out of five populations. The population where differences between the floral morphs were not apparent showed the lowest levels of pollen fertility. Accordingly, our results indicate that populations of E. havanense show marked differences in pollen fertility and higher male sterility associated with the thrum morph. We hypothesize that differences between morphs could be explained if restorers of male sterility are linked to the distyly haplotype, while differences in genes associated with male sterility could explain the variation among populations. Overall, the prevalence of thrum-biased male sterility across populations suggests that E. havanense is subject to a process of gender specialization.  相似文献

Daily measurements of mass and phosphorus (P) were made for Daphnia magna feeding on a high concentration (1 mg C l–1) of P-sufficient (molar C:P = 70–80, `P+') or P-deficient (C:P = 1000, `P–') green algae (Scenedesmus obliquus or Ankistrodesmus falcatus). Animals feeding on P+ algae for 12 d showed a sharp decline in growth during the last juvenile instar (mean ± SE from 0.57 ± 0.02 to 0.25 ± 0.03 d–1) and a modest decline in P-content at the first adult instar (from 1.55 ± 0.01 to 1.46 ± 0.02% mass). Animals feeding on P– algae showed declines in P-content to as low as 0.84% after 5 d, with the sharpest decline in the first day. Growth of animals feeding on P– algae declined sharply over time and showed a linear relationship with the grazer's P-content. Growth during the first day of exposure to P– algae was relatively high (mean 0.39 ± 0.03 d–1) but approached zero as P-content declined to <0.90% mass. For animals feeding on P+ algae, the ontogenetic decline in P-content resulted in only a small difference between growth calculated for mass and growth calculated for Daphnia P. In contrast, for animals feeding for 4 d on P– algae, growth calculated for mass was 2–5 times higher than growth based on P. Thus, this study shows that short-term growth assays may substantially underestimate the negative impact of P-deficient resources, unless the decline in the grazer's P-content is taken into account. In this situation, measurement of growth in terms of nutrient content (e.g. grazer's P-content) should provide a better indication of the potential for sustained growth than calculations based on change in mass. This study also supports the `integration of growth' hypothesis (Sterner & Schwalbach, 2001), in which animals undergoing diel migration between water layers with P-deficient and P-sufficient resources experience a reduced growth penalty.  相似文献

Studies of crystallinity of Scots pine and Norway spruce cellulose   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
The variation in the mass fraction of crystalline cellulose (crystallinity of wood), the intrinsic crystallinity of cellulose, and the thickness of cellulose crystallites in early wood of Norway spruce [Picea abies (L.) Karst.], and Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) grown in Finland were studied using wide angle X-ray scattering and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The mass fraction of crystalline cellulose in wood increased slightly with the distance from the pith and was about 30±4% in mature wood of both species. The crystallinity of cellulose and the thickness of cellulose crystallites were almost constant for both species. The crystallinity of cellulose was 52±3% for both species and the average thickness of the cellulose crystallites was 32±1 Å and 31±1 Å for Norway spruce and Scots pine, respectively. The mass fraction of cellulose in wood, calculated from the crystallinity values, increased with the distance from the pith for both species.  相似文献

Two strains of Agrobacterium rhizogenes (15834, LBA 9402) and one Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain [GV 3101 (PMP90RK, p35SGUS-2)] and four culture media were tested and compared for their ability to induce hairy root formation on wounded Papaver somniferum L. hypocotyls. Five weeks after the infection with A. rhizogenes LBA 9402, hairy roots appeared on 80% of the hypocotyls maintained in the hormone-free liquid medium. Six hairy-root cultures were established. Transformation was confirmed by polymerase chain reaction analysis. One clone was analysed for its alkaloid production. The total alkaloid content was higher in the transformed roots (0.46±0.06% DW) than in the untransformed roots (0.32±0.05% DW). The transformed roots accumulated three times more codeine (0.18±0.02% DW) than intact roots (0.05±0% DW). The present study provides evidences of left ventricular diastolic alterations following reperfusion in a model of global ischemia. Isolated perfused rabbit and rat hearts, were subjected to ischemia for 15 and 20 min respectively, followed by 30 min of reperfusion. In rabbit heart at the end of the reperfusion period, isovolumic left ventricular developed pressure (LVDP) and +dP/dtmax stabilized at 55 ± 3% and 60 ± 2% of preischemic values respectively and, in rat heart LVDP = 61 ± 8% and +dP/dtmax = 57 ± 9% of preischemic values. Stunned heart was then obtained from both species. Left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP) values stabilized at the end of reperfusion period at values higher than preischemic conditions in both species (38.9 ± 4.4 mmHg and 30.3 ± 3.1 mmHg in rabbit and rat respectively). The time constant of relaxation (T) increased early in reperfusion in both species, but then decreased and stabilized at the end of reperfusion period at values lower than preischemic values. The ratio between both maximal velocities (+P/-P), also showed a transitory impairment in relaxation, followed by normalization and stabilization at values lower than preischemic values. This biphasic pattern in relaxation was detected in both species. The changes in relaxation were dissociated from the diastolic compliance and could be the result of a transitory calcium overload and/or sarcoplasmic reticulum dysfunction. The faster myocardial relaxation at the end of reperfusion period is consistent with the decreased myofilament sensitivity, which characterizes the stunned myocardium.  相似文献
