Phospholipid molecules (PLs) in vivo and graphite, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide and hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) in vitro are good examples of frictionless lubricants. PLs and solid materials have the ability to form multi-bilayer or layered structures similar to lamellate solid. It has been confirmed experimentally that PLs as lamellar lubricants protect the surface of joints against wear while acting as frictionless lubricant. An experimental study has been conducted on the friction properties of h-boron nitride on porous non-full journal bearings. The porous non-full journal bearings were a mixture of 97.5 wt.% Fe and 2.5 wt.% Cu powder, and compressed to a density of 5.9 g/cm(3). The porosity of non-full journal bearings were 15.5 and 27.8 wt.% and were impregnated with vaseline and vaseline+5 wt.% h-BN. Additionally, the two additives SFR NLGI #2 (or SFR 2522) grease and graphite grease were used for comparison to h-BN. The tribological tests were performed on a four-ball machine under load of 49 daN, and a friction tribotester. The above experiment strongly suggested that h-BN has the ability to lubricate under load with very low friction coefficient comparable to phospholipids. Relatively low surface energy and low adhesion between the crystallites are giving the additives low friction coefficient. The results of the experimental studies showed that h-BN as an additive in vaseline possesses friction reducing properties, and excellent anti-wear properties.  相似文献

The phospholipid (PL) fatty acyl chain (FA) composition (mol%) was determined in the kidney, liver, lung and brain of 8 avian species ranging in body mass from 150 g (Japanese quail, Coturnix coturnix japonica) to 19 kg (turkey, Meleagris gallopavo). In all organs except the brain, docosahexaenoic acid (C22:6 n3, DHA) was found to show a negative allometric scaling (allometric exponent: B = ? 0.18; ? 0.20 and ? 0.24, for kidney, liver and lung, respectively). With minor inter-organ differences, smaller birds had more n3 FAs and longer FA chains in the renal, hepatic and pulmonary PLs. Comparing our results with literature data on avian skeletal muscle, liver mitochondria and kidney microsomes and divergent mammalian tissues, the present findings in the kidney, liver and lung PLs seem to be a part of a general relationship termed “membranes as metabolic pacemakers”. Marked negative allometric scaling was found furthermore for the tissue malondialdehyde concentrations in all organs except the brain (B = ? 0.17; ? 0.13 and ? 0.05, respectively). In the liver and kidney a strong correlation was found between the tissue MDA and DHA levels, expressing the role of DHA in shaping the allometric properties of membrane lipids.  相似文献

Alkaline pectate lyases (PLs) play an important role in mild and eco-friendly bioscouring pretreatment processes in the textile industry. However, to date, only a few PLs can be applied in industrial-scale production, and many of them exhibit high production cost, low activity, and/or do not meet the treatment requirements. In this study, an alkaline PL gene was cloned from the metagenomic DNA of alkaline environment soils. The gene pelB consisted of 1263 nucleotides and encoded a mature protein (PelB) of 399 amino acids, which was expressed in Escherichia coli. The maximum catalytic activity of the enzyme exhibited a bimodal distribution at pH 8.1 and 9.8 and an optimal temperature of 55 °C. The Km and Vmax values of PelB were 1.78 g/L and 1084.8 μmol/(L min) at 45 °C, respectively. Substrate specificity analysis demonstrated the high cleavage capability of PelB on a broad range of substrates of natural methylated pectin. Based on the degradation products, PelB was considered to be an endo-acting lyase. Using high-cell-density cultivation in 7-L bioreactor, the highest PL activity (1816.2 U/mL) was achieved. Thus, the recombinant PelB, with promising properties for use in bioscouring in the textile pretreatment process, should be a potential enzyme for industrial applications.  相似文献

Studies reporting blood levels of the omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), were systematically identified in order to create a global map identifying countries and regions with different blood levels. Included studies were those of healthy adults, published in 1980 or later. A total of 298 studies met all inclusion criteria. Studies reported fatty acids in various blood fractions including plasma total lipids (33%), plasma phospholipid (32%), erythrocytes (32%) and whole blood (3.0%). Fatty acid data from each blood fraction were converted to relative weight percentages (wt.%) and then assigned to one of four discrete ranges (high, moderate, low, very low) corresponding to wt.% EPA + DHA in erythrocyte equivalents. Regions with high EPA + DHA blood levels (> 8%) included the Sea of Japan, Scandinavia, and areas with indigenous populations or populations not fully adapted to Westernized food habits. Very low blood levels (≤ 4%) were observed in North America, Central and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa. The present review reveals considerable variability in blood levels of EPA + DHA and the very low to low range of blood EPA + DHA for most of the world may increase global risk for chronic disease.  相似文献

Water-distilled essential oil from the dried bulbs of Allium chinense (Liliaceae) was analyzed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS). Eighteen compounds, accounting for 98.4% of the total oil, were identified and the main components of the essential oil of A. chinense were methyl allyl trisulfide (30.7%), dimethyl trisulfide (24.1%), methyl propyl disulfide (12.8%) and dimethyl disulfide (9.6%) followed by methyl allyl disulfide (3.4%) and methyl propyl trisulfide (3.6%). The essential oil exhibited contact toxicity against the booklice (Liposcelis bostrychophila) with an LC50 value of 441.8 μg/cm2 while the two major constituents, dimethyl trisulfide and methyl propyl disulfide had LC50 values of 153.0 μg/cm2 and 738.0 μg/cm2 against the booklice, respectively. The essential oil of A. chinense possessed strong fumigant toxicity against the booklice with an LC50 value of 186.5 μg/l while methyl allyl trisulfide (LC50 = 90.4 μg/l) and dimethyl trisulfide (LC50 = 114.2 μg/l) exhibited stronger fumigant toxicity than methyl propyl disulfide (LC50 = 243.4 μg/l) and dimethyl disulfide (LC50 = 340.8 μg/l) against the booklice. The results indicated that the essential oil and its major constituents have potential for development into natural insecticides or fumigants for control of insects in stored grains.  相似文献

Purification of dihomo-γ-linolenic acid (20:3n−6; DGLA) from a single-cell oil containing 39 wt.% DGLA was attempted. The process comprised: (i) non-selective hydrolysis of the oil to prepare a mixture of free fatty acids (FFAs); (ii) urea adduct fractionation of the FFA mixture to remove saturated fatty acids; and (iii) repeated selective esterification of the resulting mixture with two kinds of lipases. In the first step, Candida rugosa lipase (Lipase-OF from Meito Sangyo Co. Ltd., Aichi, Japan) was the most effective for preparation of the FFAs from the oil; 99% hydrolysis was achieved by the reaction at 40 °C for 72 h. Urea adduct fractionation of the FFA mixture removed almost completely behenic and lignoceric acids, and the content of DGLA increased from 39 to 55 wt.%. The FFAs were esterified with 2 mol equivalent of lauryl alcohol (LauOH) using C. rugosa lipase (Lipase-AY from Amano Enzyme Inc., Aichi, Japan). In consequent, DGLA was enriched to 86 wt.% in the unesterified FFA fraction. To further increase the content of DGLA, the esterification was repeated using the same lipase. Accordingly, the content of DGLA increased to 91 wt.%, but the preparation was contaminated with 3.3 wt.% γ-linolenic acid. This contaminant was removed finally by selective esterification of the FFAs with 2 mol equivalent of LauOH using Pseudomonas aeruginosa lipase. A series of procedures purified DGLA to 95 wt.% in a yield of 51% of the initial content in the single-cell oil.  相似文献

The current study has concentrated on assessment of the radioprotective potential of REC-2001, a semi-purified fraction of rhizomes of Podophyllum hexandrum, in Swiss albino Strain ‘A’ mice exposed to 10 Gy whole-body gamma radiation. Animals were treated with 10 and 15 mg/kg b wt (i.p.) of REC-2001 1 h prior to exposure to a lethal dose of γ-radiation (10 Gy) and observed upto 30 days. For analysis of maximum tolerable dose (MTD), LD50 and acute toxic dose, different concentrations of the extract were administered to animals and their mortality and morbidity status was observed upto 72 h and one week, respectively. Dose reduction factor (DRF) was determined by exposing REC-2001 pre-treated mice to supra-lethal doses of γ-radiation. Endogenous spleen colony forming units (CFU), DNA strand breaks in thymocytes (alkaline halo assay) and lipid degradation was studied to understand the mechanism of radioprotection . A single dose of REC-2001 (10 and 15 mg/kg b wt i.p.) exhibited >90% survival in the pre-treated irradiated group versus no survival in radiation control group. Single doses of upto 75 mg/kg b wt (i.p.) did not cause any mortality (MTD) in mice. REC-2001, a dose of 90 mg/kg b wt, resulted in 50% mortality (LD50), while the LD100 was 115 mg/kg b wt REC-2001 exhibited a DRF of 1.62. CFU counts in the REC-2001 treated group were found significantly high (5.33/spleen) as compared to controls. Exposure of thymocytes to 10 Gy radiation resulted in increased halo diameter (45±3 μm) in comparison to untreated controls (8±1 μm). REC-2001 administration (500 μg/ml) decreased the halo diameter to 15±2 μm. Radiation-induced lipid degradation was also inhibited by REC-2001. The present study has revealed that REC-2001 is a promising radioprotective fraction that can be effectively used against lethal doses of γ-radiation after further investigations in higher animal models.  相似文献

Little information is available to assess the dynamic changes in wetland soil quality in coastal regions, though it is essential for wetland conservation and management. Soil samples were collected in Suaeda salsa wetlands (SWs), Tamarix chinensis wetlands (TWs), Suaeda salsaTamarix chinensis wetlands (STWs), freshwater Phragmites australis wetlands (FPWs) and saltwater Phragmites australis wetlands (SPWs) in three sampling periods (i.e., summer and autumn of 2007 and spring of 2008). According to the flooding characteristics of these wetlands, the study area could be grouped into three sub-regions: short-term flooding region (STFR), seasonal flooding region (SFR) and tidal flooding region (TFR). Soil quality was evaluated using the soil quality index (SQI), which was calculated using the selected minimum data set (MDS) based on principal components analysis (PCA). Our results showed that soil salt content (SSC), total carbon (TC), magnesium (Mg), nitrate nitrogen (NO3-N) and total sulfur (TS) consisted of a MDS among 13 soil properties. The SQI values varied from 0.18 to 0.66 for all soil samples, of which the highest and lowest SQI values were observed in TFR. The average SQI values were significantly higher in summer (0.50 ± 0.13) than in spring (0.37 ± 0.13) and autumn (0.36 ± 0.11) in the whole study area (p < 0.05). The average SQI values followed the order STFR (0.44 ± 0.12) > TFR (0.41 ± 0.15) > SFR (0.35 ± 0.09) although no significant differences were observed among the three regions (p > 0.05). SPWs and SWs soils showed higher SQI values (0.50 ± 0.10 and 0.47 ± 0.15, respectively) than TWs (0.30 ± 0.08) soils (p < 0.05). The SSC was the dominant factor of soil quality with its proportion of 34.1% contributing to the SQI values, followed by TC (24.5%) and Mg (24.1%). Correlation analysis also showed that SQI values were significantly negatively correlated with SSC. SSC might be a characteristic indicator of wetland soil quality assessment in coastal regions. The findings of this study showed that the SQI based on MDS is a powerful tool for wetland soil quality assessment.  相似文献

Plants of Chilopsis linearis were grown with 0, 50, 100, and 200 μM Hg [as Hg(CH3COO)2] and 0 and 50 μM Au (as KAuCl4) in hydroponics. The results showed that seedling grown with 50 μM Au + 50 μM Hg and 50 μM Au + 100 μM Hg had roots 25 and 55% shorter than control roots, respectively. The element uptake determination using ICP/OES demonstrated that Hg at 50 and 100 μM (with and without Au) significantly increased (p < 0.05) the S concentration in leaves. On the other hand, the concentration of Fe significantly increased in roots of plants treated with Au–Hg. In addition, the stems of plants treated with Hg at 100 μM, with and without Au, had 239 and 876 mg Hg/kg dry biomass (d wt), respectively. Also, at 50 μM Hg, with and without Au, stems accumulated 375 and 475 mg Hg/kg d wt. The Hg concentration in leaves (287 mg Hg/kg d wt) was higher (p < 0.05) for the treatment containing 50 μM Au + 100 μM Hg. Without Au, the Hg concentration in leaves decreased to 75 mg Hg/kg d wt. Toxicity symptoms induced by Hg in cortex cells and the vascular system were lower in plants exposed to 50 μM Au + 50 μM Hg compared to plants exposed to 50 μM Hg only. Further, the SEM micrographs revealed deposition of Au–Hg particles inside the root. Although the concentrations of Hg used in this study showed different degree of toxicity, the plants displayed good agronomic value.  相似文献

A novel series of 3-benzyloxy-linked pyrimidinylphenylamine derivatives (8a8s) was designed, synthesized and evaluated for their in vitro anti-HIV activity in MT-4 cell cultures. Most of the compounds inhibited wild-type (wt) HIV-1 replication in the lower micromolar concentration range (EC50 = 0.05–35 μM) with high selectivity index (SI) values (ranged from 10 to >4870). In particular, 8h and 8g displayed excellent antiretroviral activity against wt HIV-1 with low cytotoxicity (EC50 = 0.07 μM, CC50 >347 μM, SI >4870; EC50 = 0.05 μM, CC50 = 42 μM, SI = 777, respectively), comparable to that of the marked drug nevirapine (EC50 = 0.113 μM, CC50 >15 μM, SI >133). In order to confirm the binding target, 8h was selected to perform the anti-HIV-1 RT assay. Additionally, preliminary structure activity relationship (SAR) analysis and molecular docking studies of newly synthesized compounds were also discussed, as well as the predicted physicochemical properties.  相似文献

S. altissima shoots were cultivated on MS (Murashige and Skoog) solid medium supplemented with IAA (indole-3-acetic acid, 0.57 μM) and various concentrations of cytokinin: zeatin, kinetin, BAP (6-benzylaminopurine) (1, 2, 4, 8 μM) or TDZ (thidiazuron) (0.2, 0.5, 1 μM). The effects on shoot proliferation and their accumulation of pharmacologically valuable phenolic compounds (baicalin, wogonoside, luteolin, luteolin-7-O-glucoside, verbascoside) were evaluated. Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) was used for quantitative analysis of the compounds accumulated in the plant biomass. The metabolites were identified by comparing their retention time, UV spectra and mass spectra with those of the standard compounds and published data. The highest metabolite contents were recorded in shoots treated with TDZ at a concentration of 1 μM; under these conditions, the total level of all evaluated flavones expressed as the sum of baicalin, wogonoside, luteolin and luteolin-7-O-glucoside (17.35 mg/g dry wt) was more than twice that of those grown on MS cytokinin-free medium (7.55 mg/g dry wt). Verbascoside accumulation was also stimulated by 1 μM TDZ; its level was about six times higher than that found on the control medium (6.2 mg/g dry wt vs. 1.03 mg/g dry wt). The highest number of shoots (5.5–6.4 per explant within five weeks) was achieved with 2–8 μM BAP.  相似文献

Options for control of northern root-knot nematode (NRKN, Meloidogyne hapla) on vegetables are very limited currently. In this study, we characterized the parasitism of Myrothecium verrucaria strain X-16, a new nematophagous fungus, on NRKN at the stages of eggs, J2, and adult females and evaluated its biocontrol efficacy in the greenhouse. Strain X-16 produced conidia that geminated and invaded in 80 h after in contact with eggs, causing the shrinkage and depression of egg shell and blastocolysis of the embryo. The strain also attacked 2nd-stage juveniles by producing developing surface networks of hyphae on the nematode body wall. Strain X-16 attacked adult females by producing dense networks of hyphae on the nematode body wall in 120 h. Strain X-16 had lethal effects (22–71% mortality) against NRKN J2 at the concentration as low as 3.1 × 107 conidia/ml and with the incubation treatment time as short as 24 h. The lethal effects linearly increased with the increase of conidial concentration, with the estimated LC50 values as low as 1.0 × 108 conidia/ml. Soil treatments with strain X-16 at 1%, 2% or 4% (wt/wt) induced significant reductions in J2 nematode counts in 100 g of dry soil, Pf/Pi ratios and root-know index in cucumber in the greenhouse evaluations. These studies are the first to demonstrate that M. verrucaria is able to parasitize NRKN and strain X-16 can be a potential biocontrol agent for management of NRKN.  相似文献

The coralline algae in the orders Corallinales and Sporolithales (subclass Corallinophycidae), with their high degree of mineralogical variability, pose a challenge to projections regarding mineralogy and response to ocean acidification. Here we relate skeletal carbonate mineralogy to a well-established phylogenetic framework and draw inferences about the effects of future changes in sea-water chemistry on these calcified red algae. A collection of 191 coralline algal specimens from New Zealand, representing 13 genera and 28 species, included members of three families: Corallinaceae, Hapalidiaceae, and Sporolithaceae. While most skeletal specimens were entirely calcitic (range: 73–100 wt.% calcite, mean 97 wt.% calcite, std dev = 5, n = 172), a considerable number contained at least some aragonite. Mg in calcite ranged from 10.5 to 16.4 wt.% MgCO3, with a mean of 13.1 wt.% MgCO3 (std dev = 1.1, n = 172). The genera Mesophyllum and Lithophyllum were especially variable. Growth habit, too, was related to mineralogy: geniculate coralline algae do not generally contain any aragonite. Mg content varied among coralline families: the Corallinaceae had the highest Mg content, followed by the Sporolithaceae and the Hapalidiaceae. Despite the significant differences among families, variation and overlap prevent the use of carbonate mineralogy as a taxonomic character in the coralline algae. Latitude (as a proxy for water temperature) had only a slight relationship to Mg content in coralline algae, contrary to trends observed in other biomineralising taxa. Temperate magnesium calcites, like those produced by coralline algae, are particularly vulnerable to ocean acidification. Changes in biomineralisation or species distribution may occur over the next few decades, particularly to species producing high-Mg calcite, as pH and CO2 dynamics change in coastal temperate oceans.  相似文献

Cold enzyme hydrolysis was investigated on the ethanol production by Saccharomyces cerevisiae during simultaneous saccharification and fermentation (SSF) processing. An integrated statistical design, which incorporated single factor design, response surface methodology (RSM) and weighting coefficient method, was used to determine the optimum hydrolysis conditions leading to maximum biomass, ethanol concentration and starch utilization ratio. After the studied ranges of α-amylase, glucoamylase and liquefaction time were identified by single factor design, RSM was used to further optimize the hydrolysis conditions for each objective. The results showed that, under hydrolysis condition optimized with RSM, biomass, ethanol concentration and starch utilization ratio reached 4.401 ± 0.042 × 108 cells/ml, 14.81 ± 0.23% (wt.%) and 94.52 ± 0.53%, respectively. Finally, multi-objective optimization (MOO) was applied to obtain a compromised result of three desirable responses by weighting coefficient methodology. Biomass of 4.331 ± 0.038 × 108 cells/ml, ethanol concentration of 14.12 ± 0.21% (wt.%) and starch utilization ratio of 92.88 ± 0.21% were simultaneous obtained when hydrolysis at pH 5.9 for 114 min with 233 IU/gstarch α-amylase and 778 IU/gstarch glucoamylase. The optimized conditions were shown to be feasible and reliable through verification tests.  相似文献

The radio frequency plasma pyrolysis technology, which can overcome the disadvantages of common pyrolysis methods such as less gas products while significant tar formation, was used for pyrolyzing the biomass waste of rice straw. The experiments were performed at various plateau temperatures of 740, 813, 843 and 880 K with corresponding loading powers of 357, 482, 574 and 664 W, respectively. The corresponding yields of gas products (excluding nitrogen) from rice straw are 30.7, 56.6, 62.5 and 66.5 wt.% with respect to the original dried sample and the corresponding specific heating values gained from gas products are about 4548, 4284, 4469 and 4438 kcal kg?1, respectively, for the said cases. The corresponding combustible portions remained in the solid residues are about 64.7, 35, 28.2 and 23.5 wt.% with specific heating values of 4106, 4438, 4328 and 4251 kcal kg?1 with respective to solid residues, while that in the original dried sample is 87.2 wt.% with specific heating value of 4042 kcal kg?1. The results indicated that the amount of combustibles converted into gas products increases with increasing plateau temperature. The kinetic model employed to describe the pyrolytic conversion of rice straw at constant temperatures agrees well with the experimental data. The best curve fittings render the frequency factor of 5759.5 s?1, activation energy of 74.29 kJ mol?1 and reaction order of 0.5. Data and information obtained are useful for the future design and operation of pyrolysis of rice straw via radio frequency plasma.  相似文献

To gain insight into the proteins potentially involved in the low temperature-induced F508del-CFTR rescue process, we have explored by two-dimensional electrophoresis (2DE) the proteome of BHK cell lines expressing wt or F508del-CFTR, grown at 37 °C or 26 °C/24 h or 26 °C/48 h followed by 3 h of metabolic labelling with [35S]-methionine. A set of 139 protein spots (yielding 125 mass spectrometry identifications) was identified as differentially expressed (p ANOVA < 0.05) among the six phenotypic groups analysed. The data analysis suggests that the unfolded protein response (UPR) induction and some cell-metabolism repression are the major cold-shock responses that may generate a favourable cellular environment to promote F508del-CFTR rescue.Down-regulation of proteasome regulatory PA28 and/or COP9 signalosome subunit, both involved in CFTR degradation, could also be a relevant cold-shock-induced condition for F508de-CFTR rescue. Moreover, cold-shock may promote the reestablishment of some proteostasis imbalance associated with over-expression of F508del-CFTR. In BHK-F508del cells, the deregulation of RACK1, a protein described to be important for stable expression of CFTR in the plasma membrane, is partially repaired after low temperature treatment.Together these findings give new insights about F508del-CFTR rescue by low temperature treatment and the proteins involved could ultimately constitute potential therapeutic targets in CF disease.  相似文献

In this study, two different approaches were assessed in order to direct the immobilization of a cyclodextrin glycosyltransferase on functionalized silica support, one by amino groups using glutaraldehyde activation (Si-NH-G-CGTase) and other by disulfide bond through the Cys on the enzyme surface (Si-SH-CGTase). The efficiency of the immobilization of the enzyme by the Cys in Si-SH was four times higher than with the amino group linkage in Si-NH-G (2.86% and 11.91%, respectively). After immobilization, the optimum pH remained at 5.5 for the two derivatives and the optimum temperature was 70 °C for the free enzyme, 80 °C for Si-SH-CGTase and 90 °C for Si-NH-G-CGTase. Both preparations were used for continuous production of cyclodextrins, and Si-NH-G-CGTase presented higher total productivity, retaining 100% of its initial activity for at least 200 h, while the Si-SH-CGTase presented only 40% at the same time. The Si-SH-CGTase could be reloaded with new enzymes linked by disulfide bonds and was able to be used for more than 200 h.  相似文献

The aim of the present study is to evaluate the transition metals overload in Abu-Qir Bay in Egypt, as compared to a less polluted area (reference area) through some biomarkers of oxidative stress. Catalase enzyme activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration and DNA damage (number of apurinic/apyrimidinic sites) were the tested biomarkers. The levels of iron and copper in Mugil cephalus liver tissues were significantly higher in samples from the polluted area as compared to the reference area: Fe: 407 ± 38 vs. 216 ± 21 μg/g wet wt; p = 0.008, Cu: 54 ± 6 vs. 17.7 ± 4 μg/g wet wt; p = 0.0001. This could account for the observed increase in MDA concentration (15.7 ± 5.7 vs. 2.5 ± 0.5 U/g; p = 0.035), and the elevated number of AP sites (13.9 ± 2.6 vs. 0.37 ± 0.2 AP site/1 × 105 bp; p = 0.0001). Similarly, the activity of catalase enzyme responsible for the cellular defense was significantly high (58.3 ± 12.2 vs. 28.4 ± 4.0 U/mg; p = 0.032). The present data indicated a clear relationship between the pollution degree of the above marine environment and both biochemical and molecular responses of the piscine system.  相似文献

The enzymatic synthesis of phenolic lipids (PLs) by transesterification of flaxseed oil with 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl acetic acid (DHPA) was investigated in solvent-free medium (SFM), using Novozym 435 from Candida antarctica as the biocatalyst. The effects of selected reaction parameters, water activity (aw), enzyme concentration and agitation speed, were studied and optimized. Increasing the aw of the reaction mixture from 0.18 to 0.38 resulted in a significant increase in the bioconversion yield from 62 to 77%. APCI–MS analysis confirmed the formation of six 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl acetoylated lipids, which were monolinolenyl, dioleyl, dilinolenyl, linoleyl linolenyl, oleyl linolenyl and oleyl linoleyl dihydroxyphenyl acetates. The highest enzymatic activity (178 nmol of PLs/g solid enzyme/min) was obtained using 40 mg of solid enzyme (400 PLU)/mL at agitation speed 150 rpm. Using the optimized conditions, the phenolic lipids showed a high relative proportion of linolenic acid (C18:3 n?3) that increased from 57% in the flaxseed oil to 75 and 64% in the produced phenolic mono- and diacylglycerols, respectively. In addition, the synthesized phenolic lipids demonstrated a 7.2-fold lower radical scavenging activity than that of DHPA but half that of α-tocopherol.  相似文献
