The dynamics of the sympathoadrenal function and the specific features of heart rhythm regulation were studied in female students and clothing factory female workers during their adaptation to academic and work conditions. Periods of the strongest functional tension in test systems were found in first-year students: the beginning of an academic year, the end of the first semester, and a period after winter examinations, all characterized by an increase in the central-circuit and sympathetic effects on sinus rhythm, acceleration of the heart rate, activation of sympathoadrenal mechanisms, and a decrease in sympathoadrenal reserves. The comparative analysis allowed us to disclose general trends typical of females of this age group such as the relative maturity of the sympathoadrenal system (SAS) and optimum correlation between autonomic and centralized heart rhythm regulation and to reveal the differences in the character and dynamics of functional shifts caused by a specific effect of academic load and work conditions. The degree of correlation between the indices characteristic of hormonal and mediator SAS mechanisms and the statistical characteristics of heart rhythm was proposed as the criteria for estimating the functional tension of the human body.  相似文献

Aims

Abnormal physiological stress reactivity is increasingly investigated as a vulnerability marker for various physical and psychological health problems. However, studies are inconsistent in taking into account potential covariates that may influence the developing stress system. We systematically tested determinants (individual, developmental, environmental and substance use-related) of physiological and perceived physiological stress reactivity. We also examined the relation between physiological and perceived physiological stress reactivity.

Method

In a stratified sample of 363 children (7–12 years) and 344 adolescents (13–20 years) from the general population, we examined cortisol, heart rate, respiratory sinus arrhythmia and perceived physiological stress reactivity to a psychosocial stress procedure.

Results

Using multivariate linear regression models, we found that individual, developmental, environmental and substance use-related factors were related to each of the stress response indices. These determinant factors were different for each of the stress reactivity indices, and different in children versus adolescents. Perceived physiological stress reactivity predicted cortisol reactivity in adolescents only. All other relations between perceived physiological and physiological stress reactivity were not significant.

Conclusions

As physiological stress variables are often examined as vulnerability markers for the development of health problems, we maintain that it is essential that future studies take into consideration factors that may account for found relations. Our study provides an overview and indication of which variables should be considered in the investigation of the relation between physiological stress indices and illness.  相似文献

Six participants of a 105-day experiment in an isolated environment were studied in order to identify subconscious mechanisms of their psychophysiological changes during the experiment. We used the method of neurocognitive diagnostics based on the analysis of the evoked electrocardiographic (EEG) potentials caused by stimuli that were below the conscious threshold. The technique included separation of evoked responses to each stimulus, cross-correlation and wavelet analyses, estimations using neural network algorithms, and an overall evaluation for all stimuli for each derivation and each period of stimulation. Comparison of the reactions to meaningful and meaningless groups of words elicited the extent of involvement of different brain areas in semantic information processing. Our results give grounds to indicate a number of changes in the psychological state of the subjects due to their participation in the experiment. These are list below:
  1. An increase in subconscious tension between some of the crew members, such as representatives of different cultures.
  2. An increase in psychological defense stress, primarily caused by basic fears of death and worries about health, as well as private family relations.
  3. The appearance of addictive trends manifested in the changes in the subconscious attitude to alcohol and an increase in the role that alcohol plays in the emotional state.
These findings on the changes in the major mechanisms of unconscious responses are useful in defining the strategy for working out the methods of autonomous psychological support for crews and computer-assisted psychological correction.  相似文献

With the use of circulating norepinephrine (NE) and epinephrine (E) levels, the sympathoadrenal activity as well as its local modulation by adrenoceptors were studied in normotensive (NT) and DOCA-salt hypertensive (HT) rats. In anesthetized hypertensive rats, plasma NE levels were higher, whereas in conscious animals both NE and E levels were found to be increased, suggesting an increased basal sympathoadrenal tone in these animals. The finding of a close correlation between blood pressure levels and NE levels suggests that the elevation of blood pressure may be linked to sympathetic system activity in this experimental model of hypertension. The reactivity of the sympathoadrenal system was also found to be increased in DOCA HT rats. Following a bilateral carotid occlusion of 1 min, which specifically activates the adrenal medulla, the elevation of E levels was found to be potentiated in intact or vagotomized HT rats. Moreover, in response to prolonged or acute hypotension in anesthetized and conscious animals, the elevation in plasma NE and E levels was found to be markedly potentiated in DOCA HT rats. The local modulating adrenoceptor-mediated mechanisms of the sympathoadrenal system appeared to be altered in this model of hypertension. Although it was possible to demonstrate that the E response to carotid occlusion can be greatly potentiated by administration of an alpha2-antagonist (yohimbine) and completely abolished by an alpha2-agonist (clonidine) in NT rats, the E response was found to be unaffected by the same treatments in HT rats, suggesting a reduced sensitivity in the alpha2-mediated inhibitory modulation of the adrenal medulla. Moreover, the acute treatment with a beta-blocker (sotalol) lowered circulating NE levels and blood pressure only in HT rats, suggesting the possibility of a more sensitive beta-receptor-mediated presynaptic facilitatory mechanism on sympathetic fibers of these animals. Finally, it was observed that the functional balance which exists between the activities of sympathetic fibers and the adrenal medulla in normotensive animals appears to be impaired in DOCA HT rats. In conclusion, the present studies suggest that the increased sympathoadrenal tone and reactivity may be due, in part, to a variety of dysfunctions in local adrenoceptor modulatory mechanisms of the sympathoadrenal system in DOCA hypertensive rats.  相似文献

The finding of elevated circulating catecholamine levels in experimental and human hypertension suggests an active sympathoadrenal participation in the pathogenesis of hypertension. In deoxycorticosterone acetate (DOCA)-salt hypertensive rats and in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) the sympathoadrenal reactivity was found to be potentiated in response to various stimuli suggesting alterations in baroreflex functions or in local modulatory mechanisms. Several studies have suggested an attenuation of the alpha 2-presynaptic or local inhibitory mechanism and a potentiation of the beta 2-facilitatory presynaptic mechanism in the peripheral sympathetic system, thus possibly explaining the potentiated sympathoadrenal reactivity in those hypertensive animals. At postsynaptic adrenergic sites, beta-adrenoceptor numbers were reported to be decreased, whereas alpha 1-adrenoceptor numbers were unchanged in the cardiovascular system of DOCA hypertensive rats, thus favoring a dominance of alpha 1-postsynaptic responses in those animals. In support of this concept, the production of inositol monophosphate, used as an index of inositol triphosphate production, was found to be markedly enhanced following norepinephrine-induced alpha 1-stimulation in atria and ventricles as well as in mesenteric and femoral arteries of DOCA-salt hypertensive rats thus suggesting an increased reactivity of the second messenger system linked to alpha 1-adrenoceptors. Since similar abnormalities were also observed in SHR and in human hypertension, it thus appears that an imbalance between alpha- and beta-postsynaptic receptors may exist in various forms of hypertension. These studies therefore suggest the existence of multiple abnormalities in pre- and post-synaptic adrenergic mechanisms in experimental and human hypertension.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Empathy is understood as a mode of understanding operating on a subconscious level of mental processing. The cognitive element can only abstractly be distinguished from its affective expression. When recognizing a fellow creature we involuntarily sympathize with it. Recognition of covert motivations of overt behavior is the first step in formation of a communication channel between two (or more) empathizing agents. Yet, since communication evolved in variably complex social environments it was subject to pressure of conflicting individual interests. Deception thus evolved as an adaptive evolutionary strategy. Empathic understanding does not necessarily entail recognition of agent's real intentions. Deception may be achieved on both conscious and unconscious processing levels. A sufficient degree of biopsychosocial maturity must be reached for a child to be able to independently recognize verbal and non-verbal communication finesses. Once this level has been attained, the prevailing emotional orientation determines his/her degree of empathizing competence.  相似文献

Investigation into the mechanisms of the individual psychophysiological adaptation to life-threatening situations was performed. The data analysis of evoked potentials induced with verbal stimuli in 30-50-msec exposures was executed. Cross-correlation and wavelet analysis, as well as neurone algorithms were used to define total brain response to each stimulus and its duration. Correlation of the estimated parameters with subconscious aspects of psychic activity is discussed. Results of the studies performed with this neurosemantie method in various groups of subjects perceiving threat to life in the course of their performance, are presented. Described changes in the subconscious response mechanisms can help to clarify the direction for creation of new approaches with psychological correction and support.  相似文献

It has been shown, using the model of the chronic heart failure proceeded with induced decompensations, that the ACE inhibitors and β-adrenoblockers promoted at different degree the correction of hypercatecholaminemia and an increase of the rat survival. The β-adrenoblockers Atenolol, Propranolol and Carvedilol had the most effect. The remaining β-adrenoblockers, not possessing the inner sympathetic-mimetic activity, as well as Captopril, demonstrated the less activity. However the positive effect of these preparations occurred on the rat survival independent on the expression of their modulating effect on the sympathetic -adrenal system. The ACE inhibitors, especially the hydrophilic Lisinopril, prevent at less degree, than the β-adrenoblockers, the death of animals at the period of CHF exacerbation. A combine using of β-adrenoblockers with the ACE inhibitors, especially with the Carvedilol, promotes a maximally expressed decrease of the sympathetic-adrenal activity and an increase of the rat survival, especially at the period of CHF exacerbation.  相似文献

Cell culture studies have implicated the oxygen-sensitive hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) prolyl hydroxylase PHD3 in the regulation of neuronal apoptosis. To better understand this function in vivo, we have created PHD3(-/-) mice and analyzed the neuronal phenotype. Reduced apoptosis in superior cervical ganglion (SCG) neurons cultured from PHD3(-/-) mice is associated with an increase in the number of cells in the SCG, as well as in the adrenal medulla and carotid body. Genetic analysis by intercrossing PHD3(-/-) mice with HIF-1a(+/-) and HIF-2a(+/-) mice demonstrated an interaction with HIF-2alpha but not HIF-1alpha, supporting the nonredundant involvement of a PHD3-HIF-2alpha pathway in the regulation of sympathoadrenal development. Despite the increased number of cells, the sympathoadrenal system appeared hypofunctional in PHD3(-/-) mice, with reduced target tissue innervation, adrenal medullary secretory capacity, sympathoadrenal responses, and systemic blood pressure. These observations suggest that the role of PHD3 in sympathoadrenal development extends beyond simple control of cell survival and organ mass, with functional PHD3 being required for proper anatomical and physiological integrity of the system. Perturbation of this interface between developmental and adaptive signaling by hypoxic, metabolic, or other stresses could have important effects on key sympathoadrenal functions, such as blood pressure regulation.  相似文献

A new principle of somatotyping according to the set of the most informative anthropometric indices is offered. For the first time we carried out a comparative analysis of anthropometric indices of physical development, of cardiovascular system functioning and its vegetative regulation for the representatives of different somatotypes. The purpose of the analysis was to define constitutional peculiarities of adaptation reactions in young males and females to the deficiency of vital macro- and microelements in soils and drinkable water of the Southern region of Belarus. Typological specificity of organism reactivity to the unfavorable geochemical situation of the Southern region of Belarus was revealed in young males and females in different degrees of tension in adaptation processes. The suggested approach to somatotyping has allowed us to define more precisely the constitutional properties of organism reactivity in a discomfort environment.  相似文献

本文综述了青少年网络成瘾的预防和戒除方法,坚持了"习惯说",保留了对"疾病说"的看法。基于潜意识理论,将网络成瘾视为心理亚健康状态,分析了青少年网络成瘾的发生机理、提出了其预防和戒除原则。青少年网络成瘾的成因是心理上的缺失感,与青少年自我防护意识差、自我控制能力小、心理弹性弱,以及潜意识具有反复影响才可改变的特点有关。戒除网络成瘾的原则是淡化评判试测的标准、分散注意力、培养成就感、增强自信心、坚持以心治心等。  相似文献

Effects of examination stress on psychological characteristics and indices of the autonomic nervous system were studied in pupils of the eighth and tenth grades of high schools providing differential (test group, Neuron gymnasium) and general education (control group). General health state and levels of activity and mood (feeling, activity, mood; FAM) and neuroticism (according to Eysenck) were determined in both groups. Main hemodynamic indices (heart rate and blood pressure) were measured, and mathematical analysis of the heart rate by was performed according to Baevskii. Comparative analysis of psychophysiological tests and heart rate changes in the control and test groups points to a high tension in the cardiac rhythm regulation mechanisms and strong anxiety in schoolchildren in the differential education school. The character and depth of preexamination stress depended on the type of autonomic control of cardiac activity. Schoolchildren with sympathicotonic cardiac rhythm regulation showed the strongest emotional tension. Schoolchildren with the normotonic type of regulation were the most calm.  相似文献

Analysis of the quantitative precipitation of bovine β-lactoglobulin (β-Lg) with rabbit antiserum to β-Lg indicated that there were at least four antigenic sites on β-Lg. To study the antigenic property of bovine β-Lg, we examined the antigenic reactivity of anti β-Lg serum with β-Lg specifically modified with chemical reagents by immunodiffusion analysis, a quantitative precipitin test, and an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.

Modification of arginine residues, tryptophan residues, or sulfhydryl groups had little effect on the antigenic reactivity. A significant decrease in the reactivity was observed when β-Lg was acetylated, succinylated, modified with diethylpyrocarbonate or coupled with glycine amide.

These results suggest that 1.1 of three arginine residues, two tryptophan residues, and one sulfhydryl group are out of the antigenic sites, but there is a possibility that the amino group, histidine residue and carboxyl group may play an important role in the antigenicity of bovine β-Lg.  相似文献

The study of the adaptive immunity system of six test subjects volunteered for a 105-day isolation and confinement in an artificial environment showed activation of the immune system and overstrain and depletion of its functional reserve. Intestinal endotoxin is an obligate adaptive and pathogenetic factor of general adaptation syndrome. A complex study of the functional state of the sympathoadrenal system and adrenal cortex in 10–15-year-old children of both sexes was carried out using the indices of daily excretion of adrenaline, noradrenaline, 17-ketosteroids, and 17-hydroxycorticosteroids. A synchronism in the functional activity of the mediator component of the sympathoadrenal system as well as of the androgenic and glucocorticoid functions of the adrenal cortex was observed with age and during pubertal development of children. At the same time, heterochronic maturation was observed in the sex groups: in girls at the age of 10 and 12 years and in boys at the age of 14–15 years. The changes of different direction and intensity in the excretion of the studied hormones and hormonal metabolites were observed in the sex and age groups. A sharp increase in the daily excretion of glucocorticoid metabolites accompanied by a considerable decrease in the age index of noradrenaline secretion was observed in 14-and 15-year-old boys from beginning to end of school year; in addition, an increase in the daily excretion of sex hormones was observed at the age of 15 years. In girls, these indices varied within the age range, which points to a more sophisticated neuroendocrine control of physiological functions in girls during puberty.  相似文献

The mechanism of the [3+2] cycloaddition (32CA) reaction of C-phenyl-N-methylnitrone with ethyl trifluoroacetoacetate has been theoretically studied at the MPWB1K/6-311G(d,p) level. This 32CA reaction, in which the enol form of the β-keto ester participates as the ethylene component, takes place with complete ortho regioselectivity and exo stereoselectivity. The presence of the CF3 group in the β-position in the enol acetate accelerates the 32CA reaction, but it does not modify the regioselectivity, which is controlled by the presence of the ester group. While ortho regioselectivity is reproduced by the MPWB1K calculations, the endo selectivity is not. The inclusion of solvent effects slightly decreases the reactivity but does not modify the gas phase selectivities. Analysis of the DFT global reactivity indices and the Parr functions in reagents provide a rationalization for the participation of ethyl trifluoroacetoacetate and the regioselectivity in this zw-type 32CA reaction.  相似文献

The function of the isolated perfused rat hearts was studied in four groups of experiments. Group 1--included the hearts of intact animals ("absolute control"), group 2--the hearts of rats subjected to 24 hour immobilization in supine position against the background of triple intramuscular injections of placebo (control), group 3 included the hearts of rats, which during 24 hour immobilization stress were thrice injected a synthetic analogue of endogenous opioids Dalargin in a dose of 3 g/kg, and group 4 included the hearts of animals, which during immobilization were administered Dalargin in a dose of 10 g/kg of body mass. Ulcer index as indicator of stress injury of gastric mucosa was also determined. In the control group of experiments (group 2) 24 hour immobilization stress resulted in complete depression of cardiac performance as compared with group 1, and ulcer index approximated 1. In group 3 the indices of cardiac performance even exceeded those in group 1 (intact animals). As compared with group 2, ulcer index in group 3 decreased by 9 times. In application of Dalargin in a dose of 10 g/kg complete preservation of heart function indices and complete prevention of stress injury of gastric mucosa were also observed. Thus, Dalargin possesses cardioprotective and anti-ulcerogenic effect in immobilization stress in rats. Most probably, this phenomenon can be attributed to its ability to inhibit the activity of sympathoadrenal system, which gets enhanced during stress.  相似文献

Six participants of Mars-500 were examined to obtain information about intrapersonal conflicts and life spheres with high emotional tension associated with them by participation in an experiment with prolonged group isolation. The investigation was performed using operational analogy-based neurosemantic psychodiagnostics, with the subconscious regarded as a semantic filter with unstructured semantic information at the input and information structured by the inner world content at the output. The results shed light on the semantic structure of the subjective experience and functioning of protective mechanisms, as well as organizational levels and modality of emotional experience. Before and after a 520-day isolation, all the participants were shown to have intrapersonal conflicts and high emotional tension in the socio-professional sphere, caused by the family/sexual and interpersonal relations and self-assessment, and concerns about life and health. On completion of the isolation, the psychoemotional tension was reduced in interpersonal relations and increased in family/sexual ones.  相似文献
