Studies by sugar and methylation analyses, Smith degradation, and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy revealed a structural heterogeneity in the O-polysaccharides of Pseudomonas syringae pvs. coronafaciens IMV 9030 and atrofaciens IMV 8281 owing to the presence of different types of repeating units. In strain IMV 9030, the major repeating units are a linear alpha-L-rhamnose trisaccharide and a tetrasaccharide (A, n=0 or 1). A minor repeating unit is a branched pentasaccharide with an alpha-L-rhamnose main chain and a lateral 3-acetamido-3,6-dideoxy-D-galactose (D-Fuc3NAc) residue (B, X=2, n=1). In strain IMV 8281, all repeating units are branched and differ in size and position of substitution of one of the alpha-L-rhamnose residues (tetrasaccharide, B, X=3, n=0; pentasaccharides, B, X=2 or 3, n=1). [structure--see text] Reinvestigation of the structure of the branched O-polysaccharide of P. syringae pv. tomato IPGR 140 showed that, together with the major tetrasaccharide repeating unit (B, X=3, n=0) [Knirel, Y. Four acetylated flavonol diglucosides, quercetin 3-O-[2'-O-acetyl-beta-d-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-d-glucopyranoside], quercetin 3-O-[2',6'-O-diacetyl-beta-d-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-d-glucopyranoside], isorhamnetin 3-O-[2'-O-acetyl-beta-d-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-d-glucopyranoside], and quercetin 3-O-[2'-O-acetyl-alpha-l-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-d-glucopyranoside], together with five known flavonol glycosides quercetin 3-O-beta-d-glucopyranoside, kaempferol 3-O-beta-d-glucopyranoside, quercetin 3-O-[beta-d-galactopyranosyl-(1-->6)-glucopyranoside], isorhamnetin 3-O-[beta-d-galactopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-d-glucopyranoside], and kaempferol 3-O-[beta-d-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-d-glucopyranoside] have been isolated from Meconopsis quintuplinervia. The structure of the O-antigen polysaccharide (PS) from Escherichia coli O176 has been determined. Component analysis together with 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy was employed to elucidate the structure. Inter-residue correlations were determined by 1H, 1H NOESY and 1H, 13C heteronuclear multiple-bond correlation experiments. The PS is composed of tetrasaccharide repeating units with the following structure: [Formula: see text] Cross-peaks of low intensity from alpha-linked mannopyranosyl residues were present in the 1H, 1H TOCSY NMR spectra and further analysis of these showed that they originate from the terminal part of the polysaccharide. Consequently, the biological repeating unit has a 3-substituted N-acetyl-d-galactosamine residue at its reducing end. The repeating unit of the E. coli O176 O-antigen is similar to those from E. coli O17 and O77, thereby explaining the reported cross-reactivities between the strains, and identical to that of Salmonella cerro (O:6, 14, 18).  相似文献

Transition-state structures of human and bovine of purine nucleoside phosphorylases differ, despite 87% homologous amino acid sequences. Human PNP (HsPNP) has a fully dissociated transition state, while that for bovine PNP (BtPNP) has early SN1 character. Crystal structures and sequence alignment indicate that the active sites of these enzymes are the same within crystallographic analysis, but residues in the second-sphere from the active sites differ significantly. Residues in BtPNP have been mutated toward HsPNP, resulting in double (Asn123Lys; Arg210Gln) and triple mutant PNPs (Val39Thr; Asn123Lys; Arg210Gln). Steady-state kinetic studies indicated unchanged catalytic activity, while pre-steady-state studies indicate that the chemical step is slower in the triple mutant. The mutant enzymes have higher affinity for inhibitors that are mimics of a late dissociative transition state. Kinetic isotope effects (KIEs) and computational chemistry were used to identify the transition-state structure of the triple mutant. Intrinsic KIEs from [1'-3H], [1'-14C], [2'-3H], [5'-3H], and [9-15N] inosines were 1.221, 1.035, 1.073, 1.062 and 1.025, respectively. The primary intrinsic [1'-14C] and [9-15N] KIEs indicate a highly dissociative SN1 transition state with low bond order to the leaving group, a transition state different from the native enzyme. The [1'-14C] KIE suggests significant nucleophilic participation at the transition state. The transition-state structure of triple mutant PNP is altered as a consequence of the amino acids in the second sphere from the catalytic site. These residues are implicated in linking the dynamic motion of the protein to formation of the transition state.  相似文献

Six related polyoxypregnane glycosides were isolated and characterised from Caralluma retrospiciens leaves. The compounds were identified as 12beta-benzoyloxy-8beta,14beta-dihydroxypregn-20-one-3-O-[3-O-methyl-6-deoxy-beta-D-allopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-beta-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-]-beta-D-cymaropyranoside], 12beta-benzoyloxy-8beta,14beta-dihydroxypregn-20-one-3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-3-O-methyl-6-deoxy-beta-D-allopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-beta-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-beta-D-cymaropyranoside], 12beta-benzoyloxy-8beta,14beta-dihydroxypregn-20-one-3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-3-O-methyl-6-deoxy-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-3-O-methyl-6-deoxy-beta-D-galactopyranoside], 12beta-benzoyloxy-8beta,14beta-dihydroxypregn-20-one-3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-3-O-methyl-6-deoxy-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-3-O-methyl-6-deoxy-beta-D-galactopyranoside], 12beta-benzoyloxy-11alpha-isovaleroyloxy-8beta,14beta-dihydroxypregn-20-one-3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-3-O-methyl-6-deoxy-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-3-O-methyl-6-deoxy-beta-D-galactopyranoside], and 12beta-benzoyloxy-11alpha-isovaleroyloxy-8beta,14beta-dihydroxypregn-20-one-3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1 --> 4)-3-O-methyl-6-deoxy-beta-D-allopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-beta-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-beta-D-cymaropyranoside]. The structures were determined by detailed analysis of one- and two-dimensional NMR spectra as well as by chemical means. The compounds showed cytotoxic activities towards brine shrimp having IC50 values of 1.19 x 10(-4), 8.83 x 10(-5), 2.64 x 10(-4), 2.26 x 10(-4), 2.39 x 10(-4) and 1.70 x 10(-4) M, respectively. This is the first report of the isolation of these compounds from a natural source.  相似文献

The structures of the O-antigenic part of the lipopolysaccharides from Shigella dysenteriae type 3 and Escherichia coli O124 have been reinvestigated. (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopy in combination with selected 2D NMR techniques were used to determine the O-antigen pentasaccharide repeating units with the following structure: [see text]. From biosynthetic considerations this should also be the biological repeating unit. The structures of the repeating units also explain the previously observed cross-reactivity between the strains and to E. coli O164, which only differs in the terminal sugar residue that is lacking the (R)-1-carboxyethyl group.  相似文献

1. (3RS,6R)-[6-2H1,6-3H1,6-14C], (3RS,6S)-[6-2H1,6-3H1,6-14C] and (3RS)-[6-3H1,6-14C]mevalonolactones were synthesised from R-[2H1,3H1,2-14C], S-[2H1,3H1,2-14C] and [3h1,2-14C]acetic acids respectively. 2. Each mevalonate was converted into cholesterol by a rat liver preparation. 3. Each cholesterol specimen was converted into androsta-1,4-diene-3,17-dione by incubation with Mycobacterium phlei in the presence of 2,2'.dipyridyl. Each specimen of androsta-1,4-diene-3,17-dione was converted into androsta-1,4-dien-3-one-17-ethylene ketail. 4. The samples of androsta-1,4-dien-3-one-17-ethylene ketal were each converted chemically into oestrones in which the methyl group at C-18 is the only carbon atom that originated from C-6 in mevalonolactone. 5. The oestrone from (3RS)-[6-3H1,6-14C]mevalonolactone was oxidised chemically to acetic acid which was converted into p-bromophenacyl acetate and the 3H/14C ratio was measured. 6. There was no overall loss of tritium from the methyl group of acetic acid, as measured by determining the 3H/14C ratios of the p-bromophenacyl esters, when the synthetic and degradative procedures 1 -- 5 were tested with [3H1,2-14C]acetic acid. 7. The oestrones derived from the 6R and 6S-mevalonolactones were oxidised. The chiralities of the resulting acetates were determined by an established procedure whereby the acetates were converted into 2S-malates which were examined for loss of tritium on equilibration with fumarate hydratase. 8. The oestrone from (3RS,6R)-[6-2H1,6-3H1,6-14C]mevalonate gave acetic acid which was converted into 2S-malate that retained 68.6% of its tritium after treatment with fumarate hydratase; the configuration of this acetic acid was R. 9. The oestrone from (3RS,6S)-E16-2H1,6-3H1,6-14C]mevalonate was oxidised to acetic acid which was converted into 2S-malate that retained 31.9% of its tritium after treatment with fumarate hydratase; the configuration of this acetic acid was S. 10. There was no overall change in the configuration of a chiral methyl group between C-6 of mevalonate and C-18 of oestrone. It is cncluded that the intramolecular migration of a chiral methyl group from C-15 in 2,3-oxidosqualene to C-13 in lanosterol is stereospecific and occurs with overall retention of configuration.  相似文献

A neutral polysaccharide was obtained by hot phenol-water extraction of biomass from Campylobacter jejuni 176.83 and subsequently separated from acid-liberated core oligosaccharide of lipopolysaccharide by sequential GPC on Bio-Gel P6 and TSK-40 columns. All sugar components of the trisaccharide repeating unit of the polysaccharide were found to be of the furanose ring form. The major trisaccharide contained beta-L-arabinose, 6-deoxy-beta-D-altro-heptose (beta-D-6d-altHep) and 6-deoxy-beta-L-altrose (beta-L-6d-Alt), whereas in the minor trisaccharide the beta-L-6d-Alt is replaced by its C-5 epimer alpha-D-Fuc. The capsule of Bacteroides fragilis is unusual in that it consists of two distinct capsular polysaccharides. Using a combination of high-resolution NMR spectroscopy, theoretical calculations, and as few chemical procedures as required, the structure of both polysaccharide antigens (polysaccharides A and B) was elucidated. Using the above procedures, it was possible to obtain the complete structures using minimal quantities of polysaccharides A and B (8 and 5 mg, respectively). Only small amounts of each subjected to chemical analysis were not recoverable. Polysaccharide A is composed of the following repeating unit: [----3)alpha-D-AATp(1----4)[beta-D-Galf(1----3)]alpha-D- GalpNAc(1----3)beta-D-Galp(1----], where AAT is 2-acetamido-4-amino-2,4,6-trideoxygalactose. A pyruvate substituent having the R configuration spans O-4 and O-6 of the beta-D-galactopyranosyl residue. Polysaccharide B is composed of the following repeating unit: [----4)alpha-L-QuipNAc(1----3)beta-D-QuipNAc(1----4)[alpha-L - Fucp(1----2)beta-D-GalpA(1----3)beta-D-GlcpNAc(1----3)]alpha -D-Galp(1----]. An oligosaccharide that corresponds to the repeating unit of the O-polysaccharide was obtained by mild acid degradation of the lipopolysaccharide of Providencia alcalifaciens O36. Structural studies of the oligosaccharide and O-deacylated lipopolysaccharide were performed using sugar and methylation analyses along with (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopy, including 2D (1)H,(1)H COSY, TOCSY, ROESY, and H-detected (1)H,(13)C HSQC and HMBC experiments. It was found that the O-polysaccharide is built up of linear trisaccharide repeating units containing 2-acetamido-2-deoxyglucose, 6-deoxy-l-talose (l-6dTal), and 3-deoxy-d-manno-oct-2-ulosonic acid (Kdo) and has the following structure. In a previous article [Carbohydr. Res.2001, 331, 163-171] two different structures for the possible modular repeating unit of the extracellular beta-glucan, epiglucan produced by the fungus Epicoccum nigrum strain F19 were proposed. Clarifying which was the more likely one was considered essential before attempts were made to understand how epiglucan was assembled by this fungus. Data from Smith degradation analyses of epiglucan were consistent with the repeating unit of structure I, where single glucosyl residues are attached by (1-->6)-beta-linkages to two out of every three glucosyl residues in the (1-->3)-beta-linked glucan backbone. Repeated Smith degradations of 14C-glucose labelled epiglucan showed that chain elongation occurred from its non-reducing end. Side chain insertion into the growing glucan was followed by analysis of real time incorporation of 13C-glucose into epiglucan by 13C NMR, and 14C-glucose by enzymic digestion of the synthesised 14C-epiglucan. All data obtained were consistent with the view that single (1-->6)-beta-linked glucosyl side residues are inserted simultaneously as the glucan backbone elongates.  相似文献

We used PCRs with omp A primers to determine if spotted fever group rickettsiae occurred in Amblyomma variegatum from 6 Caribbean islands. Positive amplicons were obtained from ticks from the U.S. Virgin Islands (9/18; 50%), Dominica (39/171; 30%), Montserrat (2/5; 40%), Nevis (17/34; 50%), St. Kitts (46/227; 20%), and St. Lucia (1/14; 7%). Sequences for a convenience sample of reaction products obtained from A. variegatum on St. Kitts (7), American Virgin Islands (4), Montserrat (2), and St. Lucia (1) were 100% homologous with that of Rickettsia africae , the agent of African tick-bite fever. To determine if transmission of R. africae occurred, we used Rickettsia rickettsii antigen in IFA tests and found positive titers (≥ 1/80) with sera from cattle, goats, and sheep from Dominica (24/95 [25%], 2/136 [2%], 0/58 [0%]), Nevis (12/45 [27%], 5/157 [3%], 0/90 [0%]), St. Kitts (2/43 [5%], 1/25 [4%), 1/35 [3%]), and St. Lucia (6/184 [3%] cattle), respectively. No seropositive animals were found in Grenada (0/4, 0/98/, 0/86), Montserrat (0/12, 0/26, 0/52), or Puerto Rico (0/80 cattle). Our study indicates that R. africae and African tick-bite fever are widespread in the Caribbean.  相似文献

Treatment of rats with 6-aminonicotinamide showed a small but significant decrease in the labeling of amino acids in the brain after injection of [3H]acetate. The results of these experiments also gave evidence of the presence of [3H]glucose and [3H]lactate, and an increase in [3H]glucose content in the brain of 6-aminonicotinamide treated rats. To apportion the contribution of [3H]glucose formed by gluconeogenesis from [3H]acetate to the labeling of amino acids a method was formulated based on the measurement of radioactivity of amino acids, lactate and free sugars in brain after injection of [6-3H]glucose or [1-3H]glucose relative to that after co-injection of [U-14C]glucose or [2-14C]glucose. In contrast to the expected formation of [1, 6-3H]glucose by gluconeogenesis from [3H]acetate,3H-labeled glucose isolated from brain, blood and liver showed the presence of [6-3H]glucose only. The values corrected for the presence of [6-3H]glucose showed that treatment with 6-aminonicotinamide had no effect on the labeling of amino acids by oxidation of [3H]acetate. These findings indicated that a significant decrease in the labeling of amino acids from [U-14C]glucose reported previously and again confirmed using [1-3H], [6-3H], [2-14C] or [U-14C]glucose in the present investigation was not due to the inhibition of the activities of enzymes of the citric acid cycle. These results support the postulated role of the hexosemonophosphate shunt for the utilization of glucose in providing neurotransmitter amino acids glutamate and -aminobutyrate.Dedicated to Professor K. Heterotrimeric kinesin-2 motors [1] and [2] transport intraflagellar transport (IFT)-particles from the base to the tip of the axoneme to assemble and maintain cilia [3], [4], [5], [6], [7], [8], [9] and [10]. These motors are distinct in containing two non-identical motor subunits together with an accessory subunit [1], [11], [12], [13], [14] and [15]. We evaluated the significance of this organization by comparing purified wild type kinesin-2 holoenzymes that support IFT in vivo, with mutant trimers containing only one type of motor domain that do not support IFT in vivo. In motility assays, wild type kinesin-2 moved microtubules (MTs) at a rate intermediate between the rates supported by the two mutants. Interestingly, one of the mutants, but not the other mutant or the wild type protein, was observed to drive a persistent counter-clock-wise rotation of the gliding MTs. Thus one of the two motor domains of heterotrimeric kinesin-2 exerts torque as well as axial force as it moves along a MT, which may allow kinesin-2 to control its circumferential position around a MT doublet within the cilium.  相似文献

The antigens expressed on the carbohydrate chains of the receptor for epidermal growth factor of A431 cells were studied by immunoblotting with monoclonal antibodies. Blood group A and the Type 1 based blood group ALeb and Lea antigens were detected as well as antigens associated with unsubstituted, monofucosylated and difucosylated Type 2 blood group chains. The Lea and the difucosylated Type 2 antigen activities were abolished by treating the blotted receptor with endo-beta-galactosidase, indicating that they are expressed on backbone structures of poly-lacto/neolacto type. (The term 'poly-lacto/neolacto' is used here to describe oligosaccharide backbone structures consisting of repeating Type 1, Gal beta 1-3GlcNAc (lacto) or Type 2, Gal beta 1-4GlcNAc (neolacto) sequences.) The glycosidic linkage of oligosaccharides to protein was investigated using Pronase digests of the receptor biosynthetically labelled with [3H]glucosamine or [3H]fucose. The oligosaccharides were alkali-resistant, consistent with N- rather than O-glycosidically linked chains. A proportion of [3H]fucose-labelled glycopeptides was susceptible to endo-beta-galactosidase, confirming the immunoblotting experiment using antibodies against the Lea and the difucosylated Type 2 antigenic determinants. Oligosaccharides were released from the [3H]fucose- and [3H]-glucosamine-labelled glycopeptides by hydrazinolysis. Chromatography of the oligosaccharides on Bio-Gel P6 and Concanavalin A columns indicated a spectrum of oligosaccharides which include those of high mannose type labelled with [3H]glucosamine, and a mixture of oligosaccharides labelled with [3H]fucose and [3H]glucosamine of bi- and multiantennary complex types of which a subpopulation is susceptible to digestion with endo-beta-galactosidase.  相似文献

Edible fungi, mushrooms, are a popular food in Japan and over 15 cultured mushroom species are available at the food markets. Recently, constituents or ingredients of edible mushrooms have drawn attention because possibilities have been seen for their medical usage. Mycoglycolipids (basidiolipids) of higher mushrooms have been characterized as glycosylinositolphosphoceramides, having a common core structure of Manalpha1-2Ins1-[PO(4)]-Cer and extensions of Man, Gal, and/or Fuc sugar moieties. Seven mycoglycolipids were purified from the edible mushroom Hypsizygus marmoreus by successive column chromatography on ion exchange Sephadex (DEAE-Sephadex) and silicic acid (Iatrobeads). Their structures were characterized to be Ins1-[PO(4)]-Cer (AGL0), Manalpha1-2Ins1-[PO(4)]-Cer (AGL1), Galbeta1-6Manalpha1-2Ins1-[PO(4)]-Cer (AGL2), Fucalpha1- 2Galbeta1-6Manalpha1-2Ins1-[PO(4)]-Cer (AGL3), Galalpha1-3(Fucalpha1-2)Galbeta1-6Manalpha1-2Ins1-[PO(4)]-Cer (AGL4), Galalpha1-2Galalpha1-3(Fucalpha1-2)Galbeta1-6Manalpha1-2Ins1-[PO(4)]-Cer (AGL5), and Galalpha1-2Galalpha1-2Galalpha1-3(Fucalpha1-2)Galbeta1-6Manalpha1-2Ins1-[PO(4)]-Cer (AGL6) by sugar compositional analysis, methylation analysis, periodate oxidation, partial acid hydrolysis, enzymatic hydrolysis, immunochemical analysis, gas-liquid chromatography (GC), gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS), and (1)H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR). Ceramide constituents of their mycoglycolipids were composed of phytosphingosine as the sole sphingoid, and mainly 2-hydroxy C22:0 and C24:0 acids as the fatty acids. By immunochemical detection, the terminal structure of AGL4, Galalpha1-3(Fucalpha1-2)Galbeta-, was shown to have blood group type B activity. Galalpha1-2 and its repeating sequence in AGL5 and AGL6 are novel structures on the nonreducing sugar end in mycoglycolipids. These two mycoglycolipids in H. marmoreus distinguish it from other basidiomycetes.  相似文献

The N-terminal fragment of PTH(1-34) is critical for PTH1 receptor activation. Various modifications of PTH(1-14) have been shown to result in a considerable increase in signaling potency [Shimizu et al. (2000) J. Biol. Chem. 275, 21836-21843]. Our structural investigations revealed an unusually stable helical structure of the signaling domain (1-14), where residues 6 (Gln) and 10 (Gln or Asn) were located on the same face of the alpha-helix. To test whether a stable N-terminal alpha-helix is required for productive interaction with PTH1 receptor, we designed two conformationally restricted PTH(1-14) analogues, each containing a lactam bridge at positions 6 and 10. Specifically, substitutions Gln(6)-->Glu(6) and Asn(10)-->Lys(10) were introduced into the most potent [Ala(1,3,12),Gln(10),Har(11),Trp(14)]PTH(1-14)NH2 agonist. Both the Glu(6)-Lys(10) and Lys(6)-Glu(10) lactam-bridged analogues were characterized to examine the importance of orientation of the lactam. According to biological studies [Shimizu et al. (2003) Biochemistry 42, 2282-2290], none of the 6/10 substituted analogues (linear or cyclic) remained as active as the parent peptide. However, relative to their corresponding linear peptides, lactam-bridged analogues either maintained potency or showed 6-fold improvement. High-resolution structures as determined by 1H NMR and NOE-restrained molecular dynamics simulations clearly illustrate the structural differences between the linear and cyclic PTH(1-14) fragments, supporting the hypothesis that an alpha-helix is the preferred bioactive conformation of the N-terminal fragment of PTH. In addition, our results demonstrate that the structural order of the very first residues (1-4) of the signaling domain plays a significant role in PTH action.  相似文献

Convallaria majalis plants were fed dl-methionine-[1-14C]. [1-14C, 4-3H], and [1-14C, 2-3H], S-adenosyl-l-methionine-[1-14C], and dl-homoserine-[1-14C], resulting in the formation of labeled azetidine-2-carboxylic acid (A-2-C). The complete retention of tritium relative to carbon-14 in the feeding experiment involving methionine-[1-14C, 4-3H] indicates that aspartic acid or aspartic-β-semialdehyde are not intermediates between methionine and A-2-C. An acidic O-specific polysaccharide was obtained by mild acid degradation of the lipopolysaccharide of the bacterium Providencia alcalifaciens O7 and purified by gel chromatography followed by anion-exchange chromatography. Structural studies were carried out on the teichoic acids in cell walls of Listeria monocytogenes serotypes 3a, 4b, 4f, 6, and 7. The structure of the dephosphorylated repeating units, obtained by treatment with 46% hydrogen fluoride or alkaline hydrolysis, was examined by methylation analysis, acetolysis, and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The results of Smith degradation of the teichoic acids and 13C-NMR spectroscopy led to the following most likely structures of the repeating units of the teichoic acids:----1-[N-acetylglucosaminyl(alpha 1----4)]ribitol-5-phosphate----for serotype 3a,----4-[galactosyl(alpha 1----6)][glucosyl(beta 1----3)]N -acetylglucosaminyl(beta 1----2)ribitol-5-phosphate----for serotype 4b,----4-[galactosyl(alpha 1----6)][N -acetylglucosaminyl(alpha 1----3)]N-acetylglucosaminyl(beta 1----2)ribitol -5-phosphate----for serotype 4f,----4-N-acetylglucosaminyl(beta 1----4)ribitol -5-phosphate----for serotype 6, and----1-ribitol-5-phosphate----for serotype 7. About 40% of the repeating units of the teichoic acid from serotype 4f were not substituted at C-3 of beta-N-acetylglucosaminyl residues.  相似文献
