淡足青步甲Chlaenius pallipes是一类重要的天敌昆虫。为了揭示秦岭地区淡足青步甲的种群遗传分化和种群历史动态,对13个地理种群151个个体的线粒体Cox1-tRNALeu-Cox2片段DNA序列进行了分析。序列比对后的全长为1 602 bp,共检测到57个多态性位点,定义65个单倍型,其中48个为居群内特有单倍型,17个为居群间共享单倍型。单倍型多样性指数Hd 为0.972,核苷酸多样性指数Pi为 0.0025。该种群遗传分化明显,但AMOVA分析结果表明变异主要来源于种群内,占变异总量的92.10%。SAMOVA和PERMUT分析结果均表明秦岭地区的淡足青步甲种群不存在明显的谱系地理结构。结合中性检验、错配分布和BSP分析结果表明该物种发生过种群扩张,且扩张时间大致在0.100-0.025 Ma之间。  相似文献

淮河野生鲇鱼线粒体Cyt b基因的序列变异与遗传结构分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本研究利用线粒体DNA细胞色素b(Cyt b)基因序列分析淮河信阳段、淮滨段、蚌埠段、洪泽湖及其支流颍河、淠河和池河的野生鲇鱼(Silurus asotus)种群遗传结构及种群历史.结果表明,在841 bp的同源序列中,7个种群共检测到变异位点40个,占全部序列的4.76%,121个个体共检测到32种单倍型;7个种群的平均单倍型多样性(h)、核甘酸多样性(Pi)分别为0.884 8、0.003 8,表明淮河野生鲇鱼种群的遗传多样性水平较高.7个种群间的遗传分化指数Fst为0.115 0,仅12.92%的变异来自种群间(AMOVA分析),基因交流值为3.85,种群间K2-P遗传距离为0.002 ~0.009,显示鲇鱼种群间没有发生明显的地理分化.NJ树揭示7个种群的个体组成2个谱系,但这2个谱系与地理分布并不相关.中性检验、错配分析和Network网络亲缘关系分析皆表明鲇鱼种群有过种群扩张,扩张时间约在0.17~0.29百万年前的中更新世中期和末期.  相似文献

物种分子系统关系是进化生物学领域最基本也是最重要的问题之一。本研究通过测序分析了来自广西等地90个变色树蜥Calotes versicolor的ND2-tRNA基因片段,分析了不同地理种群的单倍型、种群间的遗传分化程度(F_(st))和历史动态,构建了单倍型之间的分子系统关系。结果发现,所研究的地理种群共检测到45个单倍型,总体呈现较高的单倍型多样性(0.941 8)和较低的核苷酸多样性(0.005 5),其中有6个地理种群的个体共享1个单倍型。大部分种群间F_(st)值较高且差异显著,遗传分化程度较高。分子方差分析结果表明,遗传变异主要来自种群内的遗传差异。系统进化分析结果表明,所研究的地理种群并没有出现明显的遗传分支且在地理上没有严格的分布范围和分化,这可能是由于种群间存在渐渗杂交或不完全的谱系筛选。网络关系图也显示各采样种群间不存在明显的谱系结构。种群历史动态分析表明,各地理种群不存在扩张现象。把所有地理种群合并在一起分析表明,贝叶斯轮廓图分析与碱基错配分析方法均检测到种群在历史上发生过快速扩张,约0.05 Ma前存在种群扩张现象。  相似文献

赤胸梳爪步Dolichus halensis (Schaller)(鞘翅目:步甲科)是重要的捕食性天敌昆虫,在我国分布广泛。为揭示其种群遗传多样性和扩张机制, 本研究以秦岭地区为中心,以线粒体Cox1 tRNALeu Cox2基因片段为分子标记,对来自于24个采集点共191个个体进行了检测分析。在长度为1 601 bp的碱基中共检测到45个变异位点,定义了53个单倍型,单倍型多样性高(Hd=0.796),而核苷酸多样性较低(Pi=0.0033)。系统发育分析结果表明该地区该物种存在两大进化枝。分子变异分析(AMOVA)表明86.61%的变异来源于种群内。SAMOVA和PERMUT分析结果一致,表明秦岭地区分布的赤胸梳爪步甲种群不存在明显的谱系地理结构。中性检验和错配分布分析的结果一致,表明该物种在秦岭地区曾经发生过种群扩张。综上,认为赤胸疏爪步甲种群经历过冰期后的扩散。  相似文献

【目的】大豆食心虫Leguminivora glycinivorella (Matsumura)是一种危害大豆的主要害虫,在中国北方地区危害较重。本研究旨在探讨大豆食心虫在中国东北不同地理种群间的遗传变异。【方法】测定了10个不同地理种群153个个体的线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚基Ⅰ (mtCOI)基因的657 bp序列,利用DnaSP 5. 0和Arlequin 3. 5. 1. 2等软件对大豆食心虫种群间的遗传多样性、基因流水平和分子变异进行分析。【结果】结果表明:10个地理种群间的COI基因共有36个变异位点和17个单倍型,其中1个单倍型为10个种群所共享。总种群的单倍型多样性指数Hd为0.456,各地理种群单倍型多样度范围在0~0.634之间。总群体的固定系数Fst为0.12545,遗传分化系数Gst为0.06326,总基因流Nm为3.49,且各种群间的基因流均大于1,种群间基因交流的水平较高。【结论】大豆食心虫种群内遗传多样性水平处于中低等水平。总群体和各种群的Tajima’s D检验结果皆不显著,说明中国东北地区大豆食心虫在较近的历史时期内没有出现种群扩张现象。AMOVA分子变异分析结果表明,大豆食心虫的遗传分化主要来自种群内部,而种群间未发生明显的遗传分化。各地理种群的单倍型在系统发育树上和中介网络图上散布在不同的分布群中,缺乏明显的地理分布格局。各种群的遗传距离与地理距离之间没有显著线性相关性,种群间的基因交流并未受到地理距离的影响。  相似文献

为了明确我国北方不同地理种群甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua遗传多样性与种群遗传结构,阐明该种害虫的种群历史动态,首次对采自我国北方8省17县(市)304头甜菜夜蛾样品进行mt DNA Cytb基因序列测定与分析,利用Dna SP 5.0和Arlequin 3.0软件分析种群遗传多样性、遗传结构、遗传分化与分子变异,基于MP、ML与贝叶斯法构建单倍型系统发育树,与此同时,基于Median-joining法对所有个体构建单倍型网络关系图。结果表明,在所分析的304个序列样本中,共检测出19个单倍型,其中,包括9个共享单倍型,单倍型Hap6为所有种群所共享。总群体具有较低的遗传多样性(Hd=0.422±0.035,π=0.00119±0.00011)与较小的遗传分化(F_(ST)=0.108,P0.001)。单倍型系统发育分析与网络关系图结果表明,虽然19个单倍型被分为2个分支,但各单倍型相互散布在不同种群中,未形成明显谱系地理格局。AMOVA分析表明,甜菜夜蛾遗传变异主要来自种群内(89.18%),种群间变异水平较低(10.82%)。中性检验(Tajima's D=-1.897,P0.05;Fu's FS=-4.424,P0.05)与错配分布分析表明,我国北方地区甜菜夜蛾种群曾经历过种群的近期扩张。  相似文献

对中国东北地区3个种群(大兴安岭、小兴安岭和长白山山脉)的远东鼩鼱(77个样本)Cyt b基因全序列进行分析,共获得64个单倍型。整体单倍型多态性为0.9920,核苷酸多态性为0.0105,表明该地区远东鼩鼱具有较高遗传多样性,且长白山山脉远东鼩鼱种群遗传多样性明显高于大兴安岭和小兴安岭种群。F-统计量、遗传相似系数和遗传距离分析结果均显示,种群间和采样地间的遗传距离与地理距离基本相符。方差分析显示,种群间的变异占总变异的33.4%,种群内的采样地间变异占总变异的10.2%,采样点内部变异占总变异的56.4%。种群历史分析显示,东北地区远东鼩鼱未经历过数量扩张。从GenBank下载了欧亚其他地区远东鼩鼱序列进行遗传结构研究。远东鼩鼱系统发生树分化为2大分支:一大支主要由大兴安岭和小兴安岭种群构成,两种群具有一定分化;另一大支又分为两个分支。中介网络图显示,远东鼩鼱具有3个谱系:一个谱系主要由大兴安岭和小兴安岭的单倍型样本构成,还包括长白山山脉的4个单倍型样本;另一谱系包括来自于中国东北地区3个种群的个别单倍型,还包括俄罗斯贝加尔湖单倍型和芬兰单倍型;最后一个谱系完全是由长白山山脉单倍型构成。遗传多样性、系统发生树和中介网络图结果均表明,长白山山脉为远东鼩鼱末次冰期避难所。  相似文献

通过线粒体控制区序列的分析,研究采自中国南海及东海5个群体102尾细鳞鯻的遗传多样性。发现在962 bp序列中有205个变异位点,其中135个为简约信息位点,共定义102个单倍型。中国近海细鳞鯻总体呈现出较高的遗传多样性特征(Hd=1.000,Pi=0.022),其中博鳌最高(Hd=1.000,Pi=0.028),平潭最低(Hd=1.000,Pi=0.014)。不同地理群体间无明显分化,基因交流频繁(Fst=-0.014—0.041,P0.05);中性检验均为显著负值,推测在16.9万年—5.06万年前,即中-晚更新世出现种群扩张。系统邻接树和单倍型网络图均出现3个显著分化的谱系(谱系间Fst=0.508—0.698,P0.001;净遗传距离Da=0.024—0.031),且各谱系中均有不同地理来源的群体。3个谱系间分歧时间大约在1.07百万年—0.24百万年前,推测可能是更新世冰期边缘海的出现导致群体隔离而产生分化。谱系A(Lineage A)包含85.3%的个体,其总体遗传多样性较高(Hd=1.000,Pi=0.012),其中平潭最高(Hd=1.000,Pi=0.014),合浦最低(Hd=1.000,Pi=0.010);群体间Fst在-0.021—0.068之间,P0.005;AMOVA分析显示只有1.97%的变异来自于种群间,表明群体间也无明显分化;中性检验均为显著负值,推测在25.4万年—7.6万年前出现种群扩张。中国近海细鳞鯻主要受到中-晚更新世海侵和海退的影响而出现种群扩张使得谱系间发生二次接触,最终形成具有显著谱系结构但无地理分化的情况。  相似文献

甘肃鼢鼠(Myospalax cansus)是一种终年营地下独居生活的小型掘土类动物。本文通过测定mt DNA的控制区部分序列(530 bp)变异,分析青海东部地区8个甘肃鼢鼠地理种群遗传多样性与遗传结构。158个样本共发现26个变异位点,定义了39种单倍型,整体的平均单倍型多样性高(h=0.953 2)、核苷酸多样性低(π=0.006 36)。歧点分布和中性检验均说明青海东部甘肃鼢鼠种群在历史上存在着快速扩张的事件。基于邻接法构建的网络关系图中,单倍型呈星状分布,没有按地理位置形成对应类群。基因流(Nm)数据显示多数地理种群间基因交流贫乏,AMOVA结果显示种群内与种群间遗传变异分别为48.82%和51.18%,遗传分化明显。IBD分析表明,甘肃鼢鼠的遗传分化与地理距离呈正相关,说明距离隔离对甘肃鼢鼠种群分化具有重要作用。甘肃鼢鼠的这种遗传多样性与种群遗传结构特点,可能是地下生活方式靠挖掘迁移带来的较小扩散能力的结果。  相似文献

版纳鱼螈Ichthyophis bannanicus 是蚓螈类在我国分布的唯一物种,目前已知分布在云南、广西和广东的部分地区.本研究获得4个版纳鱼螈种群的87个个体的线粒体DNA细胞色素6基因1 000 bp序列,对序列变异、遗传多样性、种群结构和种群动态进行了分析.经比对后87个序列发现39个(3.9%)多态性位点,共定义了22个单倍型.序列分析结果显示版纳鱼螈种群单倍型多样性和核苷酸多样性与其它两栖动物接近,说明版纳鱼螈各种群仍保持一定的遗传多样性水平.单倍型网络关系图和系统发生分析均显示来自云南和两广地区的版纳鱼螈分歧明显,已形成了不同的进化谱系.种群遗传结构分析也显示来自云南的勐腊种群与两广各种群之间显著的遗传差异,这提示分布在云南与两广地区的版纳鱼螈应作为不同的管理单元(MU)进行保护.综合两种中性检验(Fu's Fs=9.44,P=0;Tajima's D=1.88,P=0.013)和种群增长指数(g=5415.03±297.55)分析的结果表明,两广地区的版纳鱼螈可能经历近期的种群扩张事件.  相似文献

随着人们对资源的加速利用,生境丧失和破碎化导致物种濒危问题日益严重.以岛屿生物地理学为理论起源的种群生存力分析(PVA),通过分析和模拟种群动态过程并建立灭绝概率与种群数量之间的关系,为濒危物种保护提供了重要的理论依据和研究途径.在过去的几十年中,种群生存力分析已成为保护生物学中一项重要的研究内容.目前种群生存力分析发展稳定,但对其实际预测能力和准确性尚存质疑,应用方面也有待进一步发展.种群生存力分析的进一步完善还需要在理论和方法上的创新,特别是籍于景观生态学和可持续性科学的理念,将空间分析手段、经济社会因素纳入到物种和种群的预测和管理上,从而使其 具有更完整的理论基础和更高的实用价值.为此,本文对种群生存力分析的历史、基本概念、研究方法、模型应用和准确性进行了综述,并提出了有关的研究展望.  相似文献

Regular cycles in population abundance are fascinating phenomena, but are they common in natural populations? How are they distributed among taxa? Are there differences between different regions of the world, or along latitudinal gradients? Using the new Global Population Dynamics Database we analysed nearly 700 long (25 + years) time series of animal field populations, looking for large-scale patterns in cycles. Nearly 30% of the time series were cyclic. Cycle incidence varied among taxonomic classes, being most common in mammal and fish populations, but only in fish did cycle incidence vary among orders. Cycles were equally common in European and North American populations, but were more common in Atlantic fish than Pacific fish. The incidence of cycles increased with latitude in mammals only. There was no latitudinal gradient in cycle period, but cycle amplitude declined with latitude in some groups of fish. Even after considering the biases in the data source and expected type I error, population cycles seem common enough to warrant ecological attention.  相似文献

The genetic and linguistic peculiarity of the Basque population is well known. Analysis of the studies published to date on the Basque population reveals that these studies refer basically to the provinces of Vizcaya and Labourd, both in the Northern part of the Basque Country. Multidisciplinary information indicates that the landscape differences of the Basque Country could have conditioned differential population biodynamics in the Atlantic and Mediterranean parts of the Basque area. In order to evaluate this possibility, this study focuses on the genetic constitution of the Basque population of Alava (in the South of the Basque Country) through the analysis of several red-cell systems. The data obtained in this genetic study and those from archaeology, linguistics, ethnography, and skeletal biology suggest that within the “Basque population” there may be at least two distinct groups: an “Atlantic” group and a “Mediterranean” one, divided mainly by the watershed. This geographical feature could have led to a greater genetic isolation of the Northern slopes, with the South more open to population contact. This is reflected nowadays in the different cline distribution detected for most systems in the Alava Basques in comparison with other Basque and Iberian Peninsula series studied to date. © 1996 Wiley-Liss, Inc.  相似文献

The program structure has been used extensively to understand and visualize population genetic structure. It is one of the most commonly used clustering algorithms, cited over 11 500 times in Web of Science since its introduction in 2000. The method estimates ancestry proportions to assign individuals to clusters, and post hoc analyses of results may indicate the most likely number of clusters, or populations, on the landscape. However, as has been shown in this issue of Molecular Ecology Resources by Puechmaille ( 2016 ), when sampling is uneven across populations or across hierarchical levels of population structure, these post hoc analyses can be inaccurate and identify an incorrect number of population clusters. To solve this problem, Puechmaille ( 2016 ) presents strategies for subsampling and new analysis methods that are robust to uneven sampling to improve inferences of the number of population clusters.  相似文献

Twelve microsatellite loci of Leishmania braziliensis were examined, nine of which were developed in this work. Fifty‐six Leishmania braziliensis were genotyped with these microsatellite loci. The 12 loci studied were polymorphic with the number of alleles ranging from five to 19, with a mean of 9.7 ± 4.1 and the observed heterozygosity averaging 0.425 ± 0.202. The important heterozygote deficits we observed (FIS = 0.41, P value = 0.004) appear incompatible with the heterozygote excess expected in clonal diploids. This last result could revive the clonality/sexuality debate regarding Leishmania. This work validates the potential use of these microsatellites for population genetics analysis.  相似文献

Hierarchical structured models for scramble and contest intraspecific competition are derived. The dynamical consequences of the two modes of competition are studied under the assumption that both populations divide up the same amount of a limiting resource at equal population levels. A comparison of equilibrium levels and their resiliences is made in order to determine which mode of competition is more advantageous. It is found that the concavity of the resource uptake rate is an important determining factor. Under certain circumstances contest competition is more advantageous for a population while under other circumstances scramble competition is more advantageous.Supported by NSF grant DMS-9306271  相似文献

Two key factors in a population's risk of extinction are major population declines induced by natural or anthropogenic events (catastrophes) and whether the population's rate of growth increases or decreases at very low abundance levels. These two elements should be included in any population viability analysis (PVA), but estimates of the frequency and intensity of catastrophic events and data on the dynamics of low population densities are difficult to obtain. We examined the literature on population dynamics of otariids (fur seals and sea lions), to determine how frequently populations are subjected to major population declines, and to what extent depleted populations recover from low population size. We present frequency distributions for percentage declines for otariid life‐stages (pup, juvenile, adult female and male), and describe eight examples of events leading to a population decline of 50% or greater among otariids. We found that numerous otariid populations have been reduced to very low densities by exploitation (low enough to be thought extinct) and have recovered to levels where they are no longer at risk of extinction. This suggests that the reduction in population rate of increase at low densities in otariid populations may not be strong.  相似文献

The clustering software Structure has been used extensively to infer population structure in natural populations from multilocus genotype data. Determining meaningful values of K, the assumed number of subpopulations is one of the primary challenges of making biological inferences from Structure data. The package CorrSieve summarizes Structure output and performs a number of tests, including both previously reported methods and novel ones, to help determine meaningful values of K.  相似文献
